Ok. My idea of the last 3 episodes of secret good spn
E17. Pretending it chuck was manipulating deans actions more directly than was shown bc no fucking way hed do that especially pulling a gun on sammy
E18 fucking hurts. . I wont change it
In reailty, only thing id change abt e19 is just jack mentioning he'll drop by now and again and some more explict dean & jack forgiving each other for the shit they did
E20 is completly different. None of that happens ok. Not one thing. Wdym dean lets cas jut rot in the empty love confession or not 😭
I know there was the covid factor but in an ideal world here are loose ends id like tied up:
Sam and elieen getting into a more commjted relationship/elieen moving into the bunker
dean/jack getting cas out of the empty AND REUNIONS GODDAMIT
Sam and dean dissusing talking about going on hunts less, and sam talking about opening up the bunker as a hunter safe house and dean n sam being like the new bobbys.
And i want it to end smth like this:
Sam opening the door, then the door opening again and again, shot of jacks 'hi', jody, patience and alex w donna, claire and kaia, garth & his wife and rowena, maybe even adam.
That intercut with shots of dean lookign up from him cooking in the kitchen smiling.
Hugs, smiling, cas leaning over and kissing dean on the cheek or smth, elieen and sam holding hands, laughing, and them all js chilling drinking beer & eating pie together, then a pan over to some shrine or just some photos of a wall of everyone whos not there, aka bobby, charlie, kevin, mary, Jo, Ellen, benny, ect. (Id put crowley but no way in or out of hell dean would do that, and tbh, theyd probably put john there but no<3)
Then sam and dean and cas going over there looking at the photos, and jack coming over and telling them smth abt how he fixed heaven, and theyre waiting for them, but that they should take their time. And sam and dean hugging jack and telling him theyre proud of them and them just being happy okay? Coz they fucking deserve it. They did it. They beat god. This is their story now.
And dean can look over at sm and be like "hey sammy. We didnt do to bad in the end huh?"
And sam will smile. "No. I guess not."
And wayward son would come on as th camera zooms out and cuts.
Dean deserves to have a proper relationship with jack when hes not being manipulated into using him or trying to kill him, and having a balance between family and hunting.
Jack deserves three dads who love him.
Sam deserves to do what he cannonically wants to do and is good at.
Cas deserves to be happy, with his family, out of the empty
Destiel deserves cannonization.

The Hunter and the Witch~ Dean Winchester x f! reader
Description: While looking into a mysterious murder in Illinois, Sam, Dean, and Y/N come across Meg, an old 'friend' of Sam's, who may be far worse than they ever thought possible
Warnings: Cannon violence, the forensic details talked about—the blood splatter—should be some part accurate but i’m also not an expert so don’t take my word like it is—i’m just a nerd. Also!! no outfit for this one since there’s really none described and not one i’m really particularly picturing since this episode is very plot driven??

Shadow
(Master list, Prev Chapter, Next Chapter)
I pin my hair back as the Impala stops, claw clip holding back layers of hair in a half-up-half-down look. It was a last-ditch effort to make a dark blue jumpsuit look good, especially when it was a uniform jumpsuit.
I leave the car, closing the door behind me as Dean opens the trunk, pulling out a metal toolbox. It really completes the look. He closes the trunk and we move away from the car, crossing the street towards the victim's apartment. The three of us are matching in our getups, which lessens the embarrassment or awkwardness but doesn’t take away from the outfits themselves. “All right, this is the place,” Sam announces, stopping in front of the apartment building. “You know, I’ve gotta say Dad and I did just fine without these stupid costumes. I feel like a high school drama dork,” Dean comments and I’m glad at least someone agrees this costume sucks. He smiles, continuing, “What was that play that you did?” he asks Sam, “What was it…Our Town. Yeah, you were good, it was cute.” I look between the boys, smiling as I hit Sam’s shoulder, “Shut up! You were in a play?!” He scuffs and rolls his eyes. Dean laughs as he answers for his brother, “Yeah he was.”
“How come no one told me?” I ask, I mean seriously this feels like something Dean would’ve spilled to me. Dean’s eyebrows furrow, “I didn’t tell you?”
“No!” I exclaim, “Do you have pictures?” His smile brightens, a mischievous glint in his green eyes, “‘Course I do.”
“Okay, well now you’re obligated to show me,” I point out, excited to see the no-doubt adorable photos. “Are you guys done or what?” Sam asks, arms crossed against his chest. I nod with a tight-lipped smile. “And if you wanna pull this off then we need the costumes,” he adds, logically.
“And while that is a great point, I have to agree with Dean on this one. These outfits are ugly,” I complain.
“That wasn’t really my point,” Dean interjects. I purse my lips, “Shh, it was close enough. And you can’t say this isn't a borderline janitor or plumber,” I motion my hand up and down at the jumpsuit for emphasis. The only difference was the brown leather belt at the waist, which really added nothing to the look—it barely even accentuated the waistline. “I’m just sayin’, these outfits cost hard-earned money, okay?” Dean argues, getting back to his point.
“Whose?” Sam counters. Dean looks at him like it’s the most obvious thing in the world, “Ours. ‘You think credit card fraud is easy?”
Tumblr media
“Thanks for lettin’ us look around,” Sam starts, letting the landlady lead us into the apartment. A weird feeling crawls down my spine, something heavy and undoubtedly coming from the apartment. “Well, the police said they were done with the place, so…..” she led us further into the living room. The white carpet is adorned with blood drops, some spots darker than others. “You guys said you were with the alarm company?” she asks.
“That’s right,” Dean clarifies.
“Well, no offense, but your alarm’s about as useful as boobs on a man,” she quipped, and I have to bite my bottom lip hard not to burst out in unprofessional laughter. “Well, that’s why we’re here. To see what went wrong and stop it from happening again,” Dean responds, somehow keeping it together.
“Now, ma’am, you found the body,” Sam asks, jumping right into it. “Yeah,” the lady responds, nodding. “Right after it happened?” he follows up.
“No. Few days later. Meredith’s work called—she hadn’t shown up. I knocked on the door. That’s when I noticed the smell.”
“Was there any sign of a break-in or forced entry?” I ask.
“No, windows were locked, front door was bolted. Chain was on the door, we had to cut it just to get in,” she answers.
“And the alarm was still on?” Dean asked, the scene coming together.
“Like I said, bang-up job your company’s doin’,” she remarks. It was no wonder the cops were stumped, those details practically suggest the killer walked through the walls. There was no other way to enter and leave without going through the front door or the untouched windows. “Mmhmm,” Dean hums, “You see any overturned furniture, broken glass, signs of struggle?”
She shakes her head, “Everything was in perfect condition….except Meredith.”
“And what condition was Meredith in?” Sam asks carefully, moving away from the window he was standing in front of.
“Meredith was all over. In pieces. The guy who killed her must have been some kind of a whack job. But I tell you, if I didn't know any better I’d have said a wild animal did it.”
“Ma’am, do you mind if we take some time? Give this place a once-over?” Sam asks, sharing a look with his brother.
“Oh, well, go right ahead. Knock yourself out.”
****
“So, a killer walks in and out of the apartment—no weapons, no prints, nothin’,” Dean acknowledges, opening his toolbox and pulling out his DIY EMF reader. “I’m tellin’ ya, the minute I found that article, I knew this was our kind of gig,” Sam explains just as the EMF reader beeps frantically. A clear sign.
“I think I agree with you,” Dean mumbles.
I walk around the room studying the blood splatter on the wall. Whatever was here was certainly powerful, a strange feeling creeping over my shoulder. “So, you talked to the cops?” Sam asked from the other side of the room. “Uh, yeah,” Dean smirks, “I spoke to Amy, a, uh, charming, perky, officer of the law.”
I scuff, not surprised, “Yeah? Did you find anything useful out or just what she looked like naked?”
“Well, she’s a Sagittarius,” he starts, his voice dreamy like he was reliving it, “She loves tequila, I mean—wow. Oh, and she’s got this little tattoo—“
“Dean!” Sam and I yell at the same time. God, he was ridiculous. “What?” he responds as if he did nothing wrong, “Yeah. Uh, nothin’ we don’t already know. Except for one thing they’re keepin’ out of the papers.”
“Hm?” Sam questions.
“Meredith’s heart was missing.”
Sam chokes on his breath, “Her heart?”
“You know that makes sense,” I start, “With the blood splatter that is.”
“What do you mean?” Sam asks. I walked over to the side table, a phone on it, “Well she was standing here, maybe listening to voicemails since no one has come forward to say they were on call with her when it happened, you would imagine they would hear a disturbance. Then the thing must have come from behind considering the slightly darker spray of blood there,” I point to the wall in front of me and what landed on the phone. “See it’s a projectile splatter —like a mist, somewhere between medium and high velocity. But there are no arterial spurts which would suggest it being quick and skilled, seemingly grabbing the right thing without hitting an artery.” I halt my explanation, “Are you guys following?”
“Yeah, we’re following, sweetheart,” Dean responds.
“Okay, good. So, came from behind, and was able to literally just bam, grabbing the heart and then pulling back out the same way. Which is the minimal blood behind her other than the pooling of blood when she went down. There’s hardly a blood trail or drops, nothing to suggest moving to other sides of the room after the kill. Well, except that…” I point to a blood pattern on the smooth white carpet nearby, “That’s not any blood splatter pattern, at least not a naturally occurring one. Those are methodical, otherwise it doesn’t make sense.”
The drops were in a weird shape or form, it would be hard to explain to anyone who wasn’t there.
Dean makes his way over, crouching before it. He studies it for a beat before saying, “See if you can find any masking tape around.” Sam immediately gets to it, checking the cabinets in the kitchen first. “So, what do you think did it to her?” Sam asks from the other room.
“I don’t know about this,” he gestures to the blood in front of him, “But, the landlady said it looked like an animal attack, maybe it was—werewolf?”
“Can’t be a werewolf, the lunar cycle doesn’t match up,” I respond. “Plus, if it was a creature, it would’ve left some kind of trace. It’s probably a spirit,” Sam adds, coming back into the room with a roll of black tape.
We stand aside as Dean connects the small pools of blood, a pattern evident to him. When he finishes and steps aside the tape reveals an almost ‘Z’ like shape with a horizontal oval in the center, cutting the letter off before it continues again. “Ever see that symbol before?” Sam asks. The symbol wasn’t exactly familiar in itself but close enough to another thing to make a small connection. “Never,” Dean answers.
“Me neither,” Sam agreed.
Tumblr media
I rub my eyes, exhausted from summoning books all night. I know the symbol has something to do with summoning a specific being, whatever that being is I don’t know.
I sit across Sam in the noisy bar we just walked into, his Dad's journal in his hands. Dean said he was here somewhere. I move to rubbing my temples, a headache engraving itself. While teleporting objects is far easier than a person I was also getting my books from home—aka around 1,120 miles away. Maine to Chicago, trying to go through my family's old journals and spell books in the hope it had the symbol and an explanation somewhere. So far there was nothing.
The chair next to me scraps back, and someone takes a seat. I don’t have to lift my head from my hands to know who it is, the presence too familiar not to recognize. “I talked to the bartender,” Dean says.
“Did you get anything?” Sam asks, looking up from newspaper clippings he must have pulled out at some point, “Besides her number?”
“Dude. I’m professional. I’m offended that you would think that,” Dean defends with the utmost serious face. Sam and I both give him a knowing look, he would never pass up an opportunity like that. He breaks, a goofy smile on his lips as he pulls out a napkin from the inside of his jacket, holding it up, pen-marked digits written on it, “Alright, yeah,” he chuckles, looking at the napkin proudly. I roll my eyes, he really is ridiculous. And of course, I just had to be madly in love with a guy who’s interested in every other girl.
“You mind doin’ a little bit of thinking with your upstairs brain, Dean?” Sam lectures and it’s my turn to laugh. I hit his arm, “Oh man, he got you bad.”
Dean scuffs, “Look, there’s nothing to find out. I mean, Meredith worked here, she waited tables, everyone here was her friend. Everyone said she was normal. She didn’t do or say anything weird before she died, so…what about that symbol, you find anything?”
“Nope, nothing. It wasn’t in Dad’s journal or any of the usual books,” Sam answers, putting down the newspaper clippings he’d been holding. “And there’s nothing, so far, in any spell books or journals,” I add as I pull out a brown strapped book from my bag, “If I have to read another book entirely in Latin I will commit violent atrocities.” I’d read at least ten journals in Latin back to back, it was rather nice to see the things my ancestors got into but after a while, it was very tiring.
“We just have to dig a little deeper, I guess,” Sam replied thoughtfully.
“Well, there was a first victim, right? Before Meredith?” Dean asks. His brother nods, “Right. Yeah,” he moves the newspaper clippings around until he finds the right one, “His name was, uh…his name was Ben Swardstrom.” He hands the clipping to Dean as he continues, “Last month he was found mutilated in his townhouse. Same deal, the door was locked, the alarm was on.”
“Is there any connection between the two of them?” Dean pushes, grazing over the newspaper. “Not that I can tell—I mean, not yet, at least. Ben was a banker, and Meredith was a waitress. They never met, never knew anyone in common—they were practically from different worlds.”
“So, to recap, the only successful intel we’ve scored so far is the bartender's phone number,” Dean smirks. I sigh, it sounds more disappointed and tired than anything, “Dude, really?”
“Oh, come on, it’s true,” he defends with a smirk. I scuff, a retort dying on my tongue as Sam stands suddenly, his eyes locked somewhere behind his brother. “Sam?” his brother asks as he begins to walk away. Like nosy teenagers, Dean and I turn in our seats.
Sam stops at a table, his back to us and blocking whomever he’s trying to talk to. He puts his hand on their shoulder. It’s apparent the two know each other, especially when their arms are wrapped around him in a hug. Bare arms wrap around him, hands too feminine to not belong to a woman. I throw Dean a questioning look, maybe it was a family friend? But he looks confused and even skeptical as he stands and walks over. I quickly gather my book, their Dad’s journal, and any of the other papers lying around and shove them in my bag before following after the older Winchester.
The girl was quite attractive, with short blonde hair and dark eyes. A pretty smile plastered on her face and a cute frilly lilac shirt. “Oh, I did. I came, I saw, I conquered. Oh, and I met what’s-his-name, something Michael Murray at a bar,” she answers whatever question Sam had asked. “Who?” Sam asks, an equally big smile on his face. The girl brushes it off, “Oh, it doesn’t matter. Anyway, the whole scene got old, so I’m living here for a while.”
Suddenly, Dean clears his throat loudly, practically begging to be introduced into the conversation. I elbow him and ignore the look he gives me as I mouth ‘Let them speak.’ It was awkward enough just standing near them, off to the side as they caught up, and his attention-grabbing scheme wasn’t helping. He shakes his head at me, eyes wide and hands raised like he’s asking me why. I give him a pointed look, the reasoning should be obvious. “You’re from Chicago?” Sam asks.
“No, Massachusetts—Andover,” she clarifies. Her smile widens, “Gosh, Sam, what are the odds we’d run into each other?”
“Yeah, I know, I thought I’d never see you again,” Sam responded. “Well, I’m glad you were wrong,” she smiles. Dean clears his throat again, somehow louder, I shake my head with a sigh, he was not gonna give up. “Dude, cover your mouth,” the girl snaps and I have to stop my lips from curling into a smile. “Yeah, um, I’m sorry, Meg,” Sam starts, seemingly remembering to introduce the two creeps listening in on a conversation they should be allowed to be private, “This is my friend Y/N.”
I smile, extending a hand out of courtesy, “It’s nice to meet you, Meg.” Her hands are cold against mine, something like recognition passes in her eyes as she responds with the usual saying. Something deep inside my gut curls as I take her in, but I ignore it for now as we break from the shake. “And this is, uh…this is my brother, Dean.” This time her face lights up in surprise, eyes widening and brows shooting up, “This is Dean?” she asks. The man in question smiles with his usual charm. “Yeah,” Sam confirms.
“So, you’ve heard of me?” Dean asks, just a hint of pride on his tongue. Meg looks him up and down in one quick motion, her lips curling in disdain, “Oh, yeah. I’ve heard of you. Nice, the way you treat your brother like luggage.”
My lips part in shock, taken aback, I immediately look between both boys for their reaction. Sam’s eyes are wide, lips parted like she wasn’t supposed to say that, and Dean looks confused, eyebrows furrowed, “Sorry?” he asks.
“Why don’t you let him do what he wants to do?” she continues rapidly, “Stop dragging him over God’s green earth.”
“Meg, it’s all right,” Sam cuts in before more damage can be done. But the damage has already been done. Dean whistles lowly, “Okay, awkward. I’m gonna get a drink now,” he throws Sam a puzzled look before walking away. My eyes follow after him, the last minute felt like a whirlwind, before landing back on the couple in front of me. I eye Meg, what she did was so not cool on so many levels. “I…um,” I point towards the bar, after Dean, with a tightlipped smile, “I’m gonna…” I spin halfway on my heels, walking to the bar.
I take a seat next to Dean on one of the bar stools, a beer already clenched in his hand. The condensation drips down the brown bottle, dripping on the counter as he lifts the rim to his lips and takes a hefty sip. I want to say something–something comforting and helpful, but I know he won’t want to hear it. I could feel the frustration roll off of him in waves, but most importantly that hurt look in his green eyes. I lean into him until our upper arms touch for a moment before pulling away, a silent way of saying I was here with him if he wanted to talk about it or not. Either way, he isn't alone.
****
I push through the bar door before it can slam on me. Dean was walking quickly after his brother, his arm thrown out back at the building, “Who the hell was she?”
“I don’t really know,” Sam responds honestly, “I only met her once. Meeting up with her again? I don’t know, man, it’s weird.”
“And what was she saying? I treat you like luggage? What, were you bitchin’ about me to some chick?” Dean argues.
“Look, I’m sorry, Dean. It was when we had that huge fight when I was in that bus stop in Indiana. But that’s not important, just listen—” Sam explains, his voice calm and steady, before getting cut off by his brother, “Well, is there any truth to what she’s saying? I mean, am I keeping you against your will, Sam?”
He stops his brother, “No, of course not. Now, would you listen?”
“What?” Dean gives in, the word harsh as it passes his lips. “I think there’s somethin’ strange going on here,” Sam explains as we stop in front of the Impala.
“Yeah, tell me about it. She wasn’t even that into me,” Dean scuffs. I sigh for the umpteenth time today, “Seriously? Dean? That’s what you got out of that whole interaction?”
“I mean like our kind of strange. Like, maybe even a lead,” Sam clarifies before his brother can respond with some other stupid comment. “Why do you say that?” Dean questions.
“I met Meg weeks ago, literally on the side of the road. And now, I run into her in some random Chicago bar? I mean, the same bar where a waitress was slaughtered by something supernatural? You don’t think that’s a little weird?” Sam points out. I nod, “No, yeah, that’s weird. I can't even imagine what the statistical percentage would be, 'cause that’s, like, really specific.”
“I don’t know, random coincidence. It happens,” Dean answers, shrugging. “That is some coincidence then,” I respond, not understanding how he couldn’t see or feel how weird it all is. “Sure, it happens, but not to us. Look,” Sam breathes, “I could be wrong, I’m just sayin’ that there’s something about this girl that I can’t quite put my finger on.”
Dean smirks, “Well, I bet you’d like to. I mean, maybe she’s not a suspect, maybe you’ve got a thing for her, huh?” Sam rolls his eyes and laughs, not exactly the most convincing response. “Maybe you’re thinkin’ a little too much with your upstairs brain, huh?” Dean continued, pointing to his head with a grin.
“Ew, why’d you have to say it like that,” I complain. He opens his mouth to respond with something when Sam cuts in, “Both of you do me a favor. Check and see if there’s really a Meg Masters from Andover, Massachusetts, see if you can dig anything up on that symbol on Meredith’s floor,” Sam orders, his expression going back to being serious. “What are you gonna do?” Dean asks
“I’m gonna watch Meg,” he responds. Dean laughs, “Yeah, you are.”
“That was a really weird way to put it,” I add. He sighs, annoyed, “You know what I meant, I just wanna see what’s what. Better safe than sorry.”
“All right, you little pervert,” Dean comments, and Sam looks to me for help. I shake my head, “That wasn’t any better.”
His shoulders drop, “Dude.”
Dean laughs, throwing an arm around my shoulder, “We’re goin’, we’re goin.’”
Tumblr media
I sit across from Dean at the given table of their motel room, a leg beneath me. Sam’s laptop is opened up in front of him and I have a creepy old book. The pages are crisp and browned, the cover a deep red with animal skulls and sigils engraved into it. It’s not the first creepy old book I happen to own from being in the family and it certainly won’t be the last. Luckily, it was mostly for show, the symbols there to keep out those who aren’t blood related—-my extended family really knew how to be private. Yet, this book held the answers.
Dean’s phone rings, breaking the comfortable silence we had been sitting in for the last thirty or so minutes, maybe more. He flicks his phone open, pressing a few buttons before placing it in between us. “Let me guess. You’re lurkin’ outside that poor girl’s apartment, aren’t you?” Dean greets.
“No,” Sam responds. Dean and I share a pointed look, it wasn’t like that was exactly what he told us he was going to do. “Yes,” he clarifies. “You’ve got a funny way of showin’ your affection,” Dean jokes.
“Did you find anything on her or what?” Sam asks, going straight to business mode.
“Sorry, man, she checks out. There is a Meg Masters in the Andover phonebook. I even pulled up her high school photo,” Dean informs, the confirmation hanging in the air for a moment before he continues, “Now, look, why don’t you go knock on her door, and, uh, invite her to a poetry reading, or whatever it is you do, huh?”
“Maybe don’t knock on her door though ‘cause then she’s gonna ask how you knew she lived there,” I correct, “But you can text or call and ask!”
“That’s a good point, do that instead,” Dean adds.
“What about the symbol? Any luck?” Sam asks, ignoring our suggestions.
“Yeah, Y/N had luck with that one,” Dean starts, looking at me to continue. “Right, yes. Okay, so, it’s Zoroastrian, believed to be dated about two thousand years before Christ. The symbol we saw is a sigil for a Daeva,” I inform.
“What’s a Daeva?” Sam asks.
“They’re Zoroastrian demons, really mean, aggressive things. And if that’s not enough, Daeva translates to ‘demon of darkness,’” I explain.
“Kind of like, uh, demonic pit bulls,” Dean adds.
“Eh,” I shake my head, “pit bulls are cute and really aren’t mean.”
“You think everything’s cute, and demonic pit bulls would be aggressive,” Dean counters with a pointed look. “Alright, fine that’s true, I guess they would be,” I give in, ignoring the first part of his comment. “Anyways,” Sam cuts in, “How’d you figure that out?”
“I went through more books,” I shrug, “And don’t worry I will not be committing violent atrocities because I have tea!” I hold up the to-go cup with a smile even though Sam can’t see. “Oh! wait, speaking of Latin,” I start, putting the cup down and going back to being serious, “Daevas have to be summoned, conjured. Someone’s controlling it and it isn’t an easy thing to do, you don’t exactly tame them. It’s more like temporarily guiding their wrath, the second you slip up or whatever they’ll kill you with no hesitation.”
“These suckers tend to bite the hand that feeds them,” Dean clarifies, “And, uh, the arms, and torsos.”
“So, what do they look like?” Sam asks.
“Um, according to my great, great, great, great I don’t know how many greats Aunt you can’t actually see them, only their shadow,” I inform, moving my leg from beneath me to sit properly. “Good for lurking, not so great for us,” I add.
“That’s great,” Sam sighs.
“We can figure it out here. Now, why don’t you go give that girl a private strip-o-gram?” Dean responds, giving his brother an easy way out to have…fun.
“Bite me,” Sam retorts, and I can almost hear his bitchface.
“No, bite her. Don’t leave teeth marks, though—Sam? Are you—?” he picks up his phone, confused, before hanging up himself. I give him a look, “Dude.”
“What?”
Tumblr media
“So, hot little Meg is summoning the Daeva?” Dean responds after Sam spent a hot minute reviewing everything he witnessed. I take in the information, there was a lot of it. “Looks like she was using that black altar to control the thing,” Sam adds, still standing like he has too much energy to do anything else.
“So, Sammy’s got a thing for the bad girl,” Dean laughs, taking the time to point that out rather than the problem at hand. Sam rolls his eyes, irritation written all over his face. “And what’s the deal with that bowl again?” Dean asks.
“He said she was using it to scry. Now anyone can learn to scry you don’t have to be a witch even if that's what it’s commonly associated with. And you can use just about anything, usually mirrors or crystals– just anything reflective,” I inform, “I haven’t heard of someone using blood before, well, not unless you count seers or high priests back in the Medieval and Renaissance period, but that was small amounts of blood on a mirror and you said it was a bowl, right?”
“Yeah, she was talking into it. She was communicating with someone,” he answers. I wet my lips, thinking over everything I know, things I had to teach myself from countless books and journals. “With who? With the Daeva?” Dean asks.
“No, you said those things were savages. No, this was someone different. Someone who’s giving her orders. Someone who’s comin’ to that warehouse,” Sam answers.
“Scrying is usually used to locate someone or something–”
“Wait,” Sam cuts me off, “Why didn’t you try that with our Dad?”
“She did, it didn’t work,” Dean answers, sticking up for me. I nod, “It was the first thing I tried, your father didn’t—doesn’t want to be found. Although I know what he looks like it’s easier to use a personal item, which isn’t something available.”
“His journal,” Sam spits out, and for a moment I almost think he might be desperate to find his Dad. “It’s not that simple. It needs to be a personal item, not something that's been passed about. It’s been in your and Dean’s possession, it’s not personal even if it’s technically his journal,” I explain.
Dean moves back to the table we had been sitting at more than an hour ago, flipping through the files he had gotten. “And now back to the scrying,” I continue, “It’s mediums that do the summoning and communications with crystal balls because of the quartz acting as a divination tool. To use blood in a bowl?” I sigh, “I don’t know…It doesn’t really make sense unless she was using something else.”
“Holy crap,” Dean says suddenly. My eyes turn to him, Sam turning halfway around to view his brother, “What?” he asks.
“What I was gonna tell you earlier—I pulled a favor with my,” he clears his throat, eyes turning to the floor as he says, “...friend, Amy, over at the police department.” I ignore the drop of my heart, it isn’t the time and it isn’t like this is the first time. “The complete records of the two victims—we missed something the first time.”
“What?” Sam asks again, moving over to look at the records. “The first victim, the old man—he spent his whole life in Chicago, but he wasn’t born here. Look where he was born,” Dean directs. Silence envelops the room for hardly half a beat before Sam reads aloud the information, “Lawrence, Kansas.”
“Mmhmm,” Dean hums, picking up the next file, “Meredith, second victim—turns out she was adopted. And guess where she’s from.” The atmosphere seems to change, something heavy settling over us, weighing on our shoulders. “Holy crap,” Sam breathes, settling in the seat across from his brother.
“Yeah.”
“I mean, it is where the demon killed Mom. That’s where everything started,” Sam acknowledges, “So, you think Meg’s tied up with the demon?”
“I think it’s a definite possibility,” Dean responds. And there’s something about this moment that feels too final—a bad feeling. “But I don't understand. What’s the significance of Lawrence? And how do these Daaeva things fit in?” Sam points out, and I feel sick for a reason I cannot explain. “Beats me,” Dean answers.
My hands brace the edge of the bed on either side of my legs, a heavy feeling in my gut, “You are,” I breathe. I feel their eyes on me but it’s like I can’t or shouldn’t lift my eyes from the bland carpet. “It’s like this entire thing was a long line of dominos and it’s hitting now…this,” I force my eyes up to look at them, “this isn’t good.”
“You gotta give us more than that, sweetheart,” Dean pushes, their faces somewhere between nervous and taken aback. But the worlds were hard to form, it made sense in my head and I could feel it, this sick horrible feeling, “It just feels too connected, everything. Why your Dad went AWOL, why you got Sam, and why he’s sticking around, the connection around Meg, Sam’s forming abilities…this just doesn’t feel good.”
“You think it’s a trap?” Sam asks. I shrug, I don’t know what I mean other than I just have a horrible feeling, “Maybe.”
“Unless you got a better idea I say we trash that black altar, grab Meg, and have ourselves a friendly little interrogation,” Dean suggests.
“No, we can’t. We shouldn’t tip her off. We’ve gotta stake out that warehouse. We’ve gotta see who, or what, is showin’ up to meet her,” Sam counters, “And it’ll give us the upper hand if it is a trap.”
Dean seems to null it over before nodding, “Trap or not, I’ll tell you one thing. I don’t think we should do this alone.”
****
Nerves course through my veins, the bad feeling still there, and no matter how much I tried to reassure myself, it wouldn’t go away. I try to make myself look busy by looking through my spell book, while Dean calls his Dad, “We think we’ve got a serious lead on the thing that killed Mom. So, uh, this warehouse— it’s 1435 West Erie. Dad, if you get this, get to Chicago as soon as you can.” He hangs up, putting the phone in his pocket, and that twist of worry deep in his irises is enough to know he did not get an answer. The door opens slowly, a duffle bag leading the way in before Sam’s body follows in with more bags, “Voicemail?” he asks immediately. I put my book back in my bag, getting up to take one of the bags from Sam and carrying it over to one of the beds. “Yeah,” Dean answers before gesturing to the bags, “Jesus, what’d you get?”
Sam chuckles, “I ransacked that trunk. Holy water, every weapon that I could think of, exorcism rituals from about a half dozen religions. I’m not sure what to expect, so I guess we should just expect everything.”
“Well, you certainly are prepared,” I remark. All of us falling into the silence of getting ready for a hunt, preparing the guns–loading each one carefully. “Big night,” Dean says, breaking the silence.
“Yeah. ‘You nervous?” Sam asks.
“No. Why, are you?” Dean throws back.
“No. No way,” Sam answers. I look up from the weapon in my hand and eye the two of them, “In the hypothetical situation in which you were nervous, it would be okay to be, natural even.” I’m careful with how to frame the words, any other way and they would insist they weren’t, even if it was clear with how the stiff air moves around us. They don’t say anything further, letting silence envelop us once more for a beat before Sam breaks it this time, “God, could you imagine we actually found that damn thing? That demon?” The palpable hope in his voice makes my heart twist, it didn’t feel like this would be the end even if that would be the more convenient solution. But I don’t want to be the one to break his hope with being realistic. “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, all right?” Dean replies.
“I know. I’m just sayin’, what if we did? What if this whole thing was over tonight? Man, I’d sleep for a month,” he entertains the idea, “‘Go back to school—be a person again.”
“You wanna go back to school?” Dean asks.
“Yeah, once we’re done huntin’ the thing,” he answers. I admire his want for normalcy, the push for it. I wish it was that easy, though for him I suppose it is. “Huh,” Dean hums and his distaste for that answer is beyond clear. It was the making of a continued argument. “Why, is there somethin’ wrong with that?” Sam retorts.
“No. No, it’s, uh, great. Good for you,” Dean answers, not doing a great job of being convincing.
“I mean, what are you gonna do when it’s all over?” Sam asks, and I despise myself for not having an answer. “It’s never gonna be over. There’s gonna be others. There’s always gonna be somethin’ to hunt,” Dean argues.
“But there’s got to be somethin’! Come on, Y/N, I know you have dreams,” Sam reasons, roping me into a conversation that requires a lot more self-reflection than I want to deal with at the moment. I shrug with one shoulder, but my heart beats in that slow painful way when you know what you want but can’t get, when you yearn more than you are allowed to, “Normalcy isn’t really in my books….it’s not in my blood.” I bite on my bottom lip, containing feelings that could be opened for another night. “But you have them, don’t you?” Sam pushes. I peer up from the weapon in my hands, it feels heavier all of a sudden, “Um…yeah, I do have dreams…we all do,” my eyes flicker to Dean then down at loading the gun in my hands. There was a handful of things I wanted but wants often stay as what they are….wants. “Dean, there’s got to be somethin’ that you want for yourself—”
“Yeah, I don’t want you to leave the second this thing’s over, Sam,” he stressed, moving to a dresser that’s across the room. “Dude, what’s your problem?” Sam pushes. But Dean’s silent and I can only imagine what’s going through his mind. He turns back, “Why do you think I drag you everywhere? Huh? I mean, why do you think I came and got you at Stanford in the first place?”
This is the kind of argument I shouldn’t be in the room for, something that should be private but breaks out anyway. “‘Cause Dad was in trouble. ‘Cause you wanted to find the thing that killed Mom,” he answers like it's obvious.
“Yes, that, but it’s more than that, man,” Dean presses, turning back to the dresser and then once more towards his brother, “You and me and Dad—I mean, I want us…I want us to be together again. I want us to be a family again.” Anguish was clear in his green eyes, his voice dripping with vulnerability, it wouldn’t be much longer till he was claming up again, putting on his hard man persona. I wish he would realize that while they were a family it wasn’t a good dynamic. Sam had every reason to want out, it was just Dean who was stuck in the construct his father had built. But that’s a difficult realization, it doesn’t matter how much others point out, though maybe I shouldn’t be talking. “Dean, we are a family. I’d do anything for you. But things will never be the way they were before.”
Dean looks like his heart was ripped from his chest, though that would hurt less, “Could be,” he says sadly, a last-ditch effort at reasoning. “I don’t want them to be. I’m not gonna live this life forever. Dean, when this is all over, you’re gonna have to let me go my own way.”
Tumblr media
Hands gripping cold metal. Up, up, up. I never thought I’d climb up an elevator shaft, but there are firsts for everything. Finally, my feet hit the landing and I silently squeeze through the space of the elevator gate following right behind Dean. Meg’s voice seemed to echo in the silent dark, her tongue twisting with the ancient language. It sounded like something close to Latin, but not quite.
We moved crouched down, strategic steps taken to make as little noise as possible, our guns drawn and aimed at her back. Creeping in the dark. We hide behind some crates, convenient. The sound of her voice stops, the candlelight from her altar dancing against the walls. “Guys,” she says suddenly. She knows we’re here. I feel the boys tense on either side of me, they shouldn’t be so surprised. Being right all the time is a curse at this point. “Hiding’s a little bit childish, don’t you think?” she drawls.
“Well, that didn’t work out like I planned,” Dean announces. Her feet shuffle, the room so quiet you can hear the very small miscellaneous gravel crunching with her turn. She must be staring at us, the crates might as well have not been there with the way I can feel her intense gaze through the wood. “Why don’t you come out?” she asks, her voice so smooth and so teasing. We give each other a look, a shared understanding before reluctantly coming out from behind the crates, guns still trained on her. “Sam, I have to say, this puts a real crimp in our relationship,” she purrs. Her yellow leather jacket standing out in the dark. Why’d she have to pull it off so well? “Yeah, tell me about it,” he retorts.
“So, where’s your little Daeva friend?” Dean asks, motioning with a nod of his chin.
“Around,” she muses, “You know, that shotgun’s not gonna do much good.”
“Oh, don’t worry, sweetheart, the shotgun’s not for the demon,” Dean smirks, and there has to be something wrong with me to think that was hot in a situation like this. “So, who is it, Meg? Who’s coming? Who are you waiting for?” Sam spits, question after question firing quickly.
“You,” she smirks, eyes feigning innocence. Something creeps in the shadows, my gun is launched from my hands. The sound of skin breaking echoes in the room, my skin burns. I land on my back hard, the cold concrete floor ricocheting in my spine, blood drips down my abdomen in the shape of a claw mark.
****
My eyes flicker open, something tight around me. “Well, look who’s up early,” Meg teases, leaning against the altar’s table, looking at her nails bored. I move my eyes across the room, Sam and Dean tied up on separate polls close to each other. A claw-like scratch mark ran across Sam’s cheek and another on the side of his neck. Dean’s temple bleeds, blood dripping down the side of his face, another on his shoulder. Both of them knocked out.
I was placed towards the middle of the room, closer to the altar than them, a stupid decision. Rough ropes bind me, just like them, another stupid decision. A decision that makes it clear she doesn’t know what I am. I peer down at my abdomen, my shirt ripped with a claw mark, my skin already pinching itself back together. “Early bird gets the worm,” I joke. She walks slowly over to me, eyes trained down to meet mine. It’d be so easy to get out of the ropes and have my hands on her, just hardly half a second. Was it worth it to wait? Would she spill her grand plan? They always do. “Do you always keep your guests tied up?” I ask, wanting to get her talking. She stops by my feet, and slowly, ever so slowly begins to kneel, my eyes following her movement down. “Only the ones that trespass,” she breathes, her eyes gleaming with something dangerously playful.
“You know, I have to say your whole plan was quite genius,” I start, leading her into confession, “Even the victims being from Lawrence, ‘nice touch, good way to draw us in.”
She smirks, “Flattery will get you nowhere.”
“Hey, Sam? Don’t take this the wrong way, but your girlfriend…” Dean’s voice breaks through the room, “is a bitch.”
“You killed those two people for nothin’” Sam spits, ignoring his brother's comment. Her head lolls towards his voice, the smirk on her lips deepening. She turns her full attention to him, both boys now awake. She twists her body towards them, her hands now on the ground, on all fours she slowly crawls towards them, her back perfectly arched, “Baby, I’ve killed a lot more for a lot less,” she drawls.
“You trapped us. Good for you. It’s Miller time,” Dean smiles, “But why don’t you kill us already?”
“Not very quick on the uptake, are we?” she draws closer to him, leaning in, “This trap isn’t for you.”
“Dad,” Sam murmured, the piece falling into place, “It’s a trap for Dad.”
“Can we start listening to anything I say?!” I exclaim.
“Oh, sweetheart, you’re dumber than you look. ‘Cause even if Dad was in town, which he is not, he wouldn’t walk into something like this. He’s too good,” Dean points out, ignoring my wonderful point.
“He is pretty good. I’ll give you that,” she moves over him, straddling his legs and sitting right in his lap, “But you see, he has one weakness.”
“What’s that?” he asks.
“You,” she breathes, “He lets his guard down around his boys, lets his emotions cloud his judgment. I happen to know he is in town. And he’ll come and try to save you. And then the Daevas will kill everybody…nice and slow and messy.”
“Why you doin’ this, Meg?” Sam cuts in, “What kind of deal you got worked out here, huh? And with who?”
“I’m doing this for the same reasons you do what you do…loyalty. Love. Like the love you had for Mommy—and Jess.”
“Go to hell,” Sam spits.
“Baby, I’m already there,” she smiles, voice like velvet. She slides over to him, “Come on, Sam. There’s no need to be nasty,” she leans closer, her voice dropping, “I think we both know how you really feel about me. You know, I saw you watching me changing in my apartment. Turned you on, didn’t it?” She seizes something in her hand that I cannot see from here until it’s sliding across the floor. His pocket knife. But this doesn’t seem to interrupt her, like she expected it.
“Get a room, you two,” Dean groans.
“I didn’t mind. I liked that you were watching me. Come on, Sammy. You and I can still have a little dirty fun,” wet noises fill the room as she places kiss after kiss on his neck. “You wanna have fun? Go ahead then. I’m a little tied up right now,” he remarks. She continues to kiss down his neck until the sound of metal against metal breaks through the noise of her kissing. She gets up and walks behind Dean’s post, taking his pocket knife and throwing it into the corner somewhere. She rounds the post once more, standing as she looks down at them, “You two never know when to give up, do you?” She spins towards me, “Wanna give up yours now?”
I smirk, slipping from the ropes easily, “Oh baby, I don’t need a knife.” I get up, the shadows rushing forward, I hold up a fist, halting their movements, like rabid dogs on a tight leash. Her face contorts in confusion, eyes widening, “Now you and I can have fun,” I tease, “Unless, of course, you don’t like getting your hands dirty.”
“Trust me, I have no problem getting dirty,” she answers, eyes moving slowly down my frame. The real trouble is deciding how to handle her, there is so much I could do without breaking a sweat, or I can stick to basic fighting—keep it fair. She rolls her shoulders back, raising her fists in a basic fighting stance. But, maybe it’d be good to send a message. Maybe it would be fine to play dirty just this once……
A purple-tinted fog seeps into the room, tendrils curling along the floor like ghostly fingers. A quiet breeze snakes through the room, an eerie whisper being carried with it. It shoots through the room, darkening, shadows stretching and deepening, the candles extinguishing with a soft hush. The confines of the room dissolve, leaving only the two of us in a void of darkness, smoke swirling around our ankles like serpents. Her hands drop to her side, eyes darting around the room, “What is this?” she snaps. Hushed whispers fill the air, a cacophony of chanting, the words overlapping and blending into a horrific murmur. I appear behind her, my hands gliding over her eyes like curtains blocking out the dim light, “Open your eyes,” I whisper. The fog thickens, rising like a living entity, coiling around us, higher and higher, until I too am swallowed by its depths and fall away.
Suddenly, the room flickers with a harsh, red light, pulsating in erratic bursts, casting shadows that dance wildly. She covers her head with her hands, folding into herself as she stumbles forward, trying to escape the terror. In the brief flashes of red, she catches glimpses of the Daevas— for her eyes to see only. Her scream pierces the air, raw and primal, as the true sight of the Daevas sear into her mind.
The smoke and visions vanish as a sharp crash reverberates through the room, the altar table crashing to the ground as she falls into it. Freed from their binds, the Daevas surge forward, dark forms slipping through the shadows. Scratch after scratch appears on her skin, the unseen monsters marking her flesh. She screams again, a desperate, guttural sound, as she is dragged by her ankles, her nails clawing futilely at the ground. With a final, terrifying force, she is hurled through the window, the glass exploding outward, shards glittering like deadly stars as she falls to her demise with a sickening thud. “Fuck!” I curse, running to the broken window, her body sprawled on the concrete, blood-forming beneath her. Oh god. With a distracted flick of my wrist, the ropes that held the boys come undone– the only tangible, helpful thing I could do. I messed up. I messed up. “I didn’t mean to,” I mumble, stepping away from the window, “I was just trying to show h–I didn’t me–”
“What did you show her?” Sam asks, moving past me to peer out the window. I tried to find an ounce of an accusatory tone, but there was nothing to find. “The Daevas, I wanted her to be as scared as those two people were when they diedBut! I didn’t mean to kill her, I didn’t mean to, I swear.” A familiar hand touches my shoulder, but I move from his hold, I shouldn’t be touched. “It’s okay, sweetheart, we know you wouldn’t have done it on purpose,” he tries to comfort but I am not worthy of it. I want to tell him he’s wrong. I can do something like that. I just did it now, she’s dead and it’s my fault. I did too much. I shouldn’t have scared her like that, it was cruel and unnecessary and she might still be alive if I didn’t. He’s wrong. Dean’s wrong and Sam should accuse me, and they should be scared. I’m not who they think I am.
“So, I guess the Daevas didn’t like being bossed around,” Sam acknowledges as if nothing had happened, as if I didn’t just kill her. “Yeah, I guess not,” Dean agrees, moving over to stand by his brother at the window, viewing my crime, “Hey, Sam?”
“Hm?” he hums in response.
“Next time you wanna get laid, find a girl that’s not so buckets-o’-crazy, huh?” Dean smiles, walking away. I hear him picking up their discarded items, the guns, the duffle, Sam joining him. I hear the click of the heavy metal door, we could use the emergency stairs, no need to be sneaking around, “You coming?” Dean asks. I run my hands down my face, glad my back is to him, I won’t be able to repent for this sin. Dad would know how I could repent, or, at least make sense of it. “Uh, yeah, yeah,” I nod.
Tumblr media
“Why didn’t you just leave that stuff in the car?” Dean asks as we move down the hall, forced to help carry heavy bags of weapons and other stuff. “I said it before, and I’ll say it again—better safe than sorry,” Sam explains. Dean leaves it at that as he unlocks the door, pushing it open for us. It felt wrong to talk so casually after the death of someone else, someone I killed. It didn’t matter whether I meant to or not because either way she was dead and it was all my fault. I didn’t deserve casual talk. I know things happen on hunts, you see a lot of things and do a lot of things and I've had my fair share of both, and I know you have to move on—holding on is what gets you killed. But it’s easier said than done, I can’t just forget I killed someone. My thoughts halt as do our steps at the sight of a man standing by the window, the dark cloaking him.
“Hey!” Dean shouts, his brother flicking on the lights quickly. The man turns, the new light illuminating his familiar features. “Dad?” Dean breathes the question, shock evident in the way the exhale passes his lips. Meg was right, he was in town. “Hey, boys,” he greets and like the spell of shock broke Dean and him walk towards each other. Their arms wrap around each other in a big bear hug. I may not like John Winchester, not one bit, but I’m glad he can have this moment with his Dad, where for just a moment everything’s alright.
They pull away from each other and his eyes finally land on his youngest son, “Hi, Sam.” They do not move to hug, not even a muscle, “Hey, Dad,” he answers softly. There’s an understanding that seems to pass through them with just that gaze, maybe they didn’t need to hug or maybe it was because John just wouldn’t. His eyes move to me next and he gives me a quick nod, an acknowledgement of my existence and I give one right back. “Dad, it was a trap. I didn’t know, I’m sorry,” Dean rushes to say.
“It’s all right. I thought it might’ve been,” he answers, a man who was always two steps ahead and then some. “Were you there?” Dean asks.
“Yeah, I got there just in time to see the girl take the swan dive,” the memory of the glass shattering and her screams getting further away flashes in my mind, “She was the bad guy, right?”
“Yes, sir,” both boys answer at the same time, their tones the same- just like they were taught. “Good. Well, it doesn’t surprise me. It’s tried to stop me before,” he informs.
“The demon has?” Sam asks.
“It knows I’m close. It knows I’m gonna kill it. Not just excoriate it or send it back to hell—actually kill it,” he explains, words sharp on his tongue. “How?” Dean pushes.
John smiles, “I’m workin’ on that.”
“Let us come with you. We’ll help,” Sam insists, and I don’t miss the warning glare his brother throws him. “No, Sam. Not yet. Just try to understand. This demon is a scary son of a bitch. I don’t want you caught in a crossfire. I don’t want you hurt,” John reasons.
“Dad, you don’t have to worry about us,” he counters.
“Of course I do. I’m your father,” John pauses, and if I were a bolder person I’d list all the times just in the last couple of months where he clearly hadn’t been worried enough to show up when his own sons were calling for help— when one of his sons was on his deathbed, “Listen, Sammy, last time we were together, we had one hell of a fight.”
“Yes, sir,” Sam replies.
“It’s good to see you again. It’s been a long time,” he said warmly.
“Too long,” Sam answers, and finally they embrace, arms tight around each other. When they pull away the family shares a teary eyed look, a relief to be back together.
Suddenly, John is thrown sideways, crashing into a set of cabinets as Sam is thrown back against the door. “Frick!” I curse, one hand in a fist as I hold them back once more, this time they fight harder against my hold, tugging at it. “Dean! Get them out of here,” I order. He rushes to his Dad, throwing his arm around his shoulder as Sam shuffles his way up the wall to hold himself. The Daevas tug on my hold again, like rabid dogs pulling on their leash with bared teeth. “What about you?!” Dean asks from somewhere behind me.
“I’ll be right behind you,” I answer. This seems to satisfy him enough for him to continue to leave, it’s only when I’m sure they’re gone that I light up the room with a blinding bright light. Pure light beams from my free hand, growing until it reaches every inch of the room, like the sun rising on a meadow. I squint my eyes against the bright light, not wanting to risk closing them despite the pain of the light. Their tugs immediately stop, some feeling like they were trying to pull away. I keep it up for a count of 10, there isn’t a science to this other then shadows can’t exist without darkness. I don’t know if there is a ‘right amount of time.’ But, with the light so blinding and the tugging completely gone I decide they must be gone for good.
I shut it all down, no more emitting light and no hold, before rushing out the door and down the nearest stairs. My shoes hit the asphalt hard as I head to the Impala, hidden in an alley behind the motel. Immediately I see the group of boys and hurry my steps. “They’re gone,” I inform, my chest rising and falling quickly, “They shouldn’t be coming back, that should be it.”
“All right, come on. In case it isn’t over, we should go,” Sam urges, throwing the duffle into the backseat.
“Wait, wait, wait! Sam, wait,” Dean insisted, “Dad, you can’t come with us.”
“What? What are you talkin’ about?” Sam exclaims.
“You boys…you’re beat to hell,” John points out, eyes taking in each visible wound.
“We’ll be all right,” Dean convinces.
“I’ll take care of them,” I add, it wouldn’t be the first time I healed them and it would never be the last. “You shouldn’t even be here,” John bites. I give a tight lipped smile, the best I can do to not go completely off, “Yeah, well look who saved your life.” He opens his mouth to say some other harsh thing when Sam cuts in, arguing with his brother, “Dean, we should stick together. We’ll go after those demons—“
“Sam! Listen to me!” Dean yells, “We almost got Dad killed in there. Don’t you understand? They’re not gonna stop. They’re gonna try again. They’re gonna use us to get to him. I mean, Meg was right. Dad’s vulnerable when he’s with us. He—he’s stronger without us around.”
Sam shakes his head, not accepting this reality, “Dad, no” he puts a hand on his father shoulder as if willing him to say Dean was wrong, “After everything—-after all the time we spent lookin’ for you—please. I gotta be a part of this fight.”
“Sammy, this fight is just starting. And we are all gonna have a part to play. For now, you’ve got to trust me, son.” But Sam shakes his head. “Okay, you’ve gotta let me go,” John continues. The alleyway falls silent, the air thick with emotion that would not spill. Finally, Sam pats his fathers shoulder once, then let’s go. John and Dean share a look, then he walks to his truck, parked on the street just outside the alley. “Be careful, boys,” he says before getting into the old truck and driving away. Who knows when we’ll see John Winchester next.

i dont have all of my sam thots and dean thoughts just yet but I had to send in this bc I completely forgot about meg! sam
and its a damn shame that we didn't see more of that bc it solidified my stance on being a sam girlie
we got at least 3 episodes of demon dean (i have not seen him yet i've only heard about it) but we got like less than half an hour with meg! sam and honestly we deserved more with him
meg! sam made me feel lots of things LOLL
(i wanted to be jo SO BAD in that episode LMAO)
now i need your thots on him please :p
KJDFSJL NO BECAUSE... NOOO I CANT thinking about the amount of meg!sam edits i've seen in the past few days. thinking about the one saved in my camera roll. thinking about throwing up pissing my pants projectile vomiting and passing the fuck out. i reiterate tho, i'm normal!! i'm so so so normal and i don't feel things about it!!!!!!!
i'm honestly still like borderline unsure about how nsfw i want to get on this blog, but uhhh i'm just gonna start typing and see where my dirty fucking mind takes me!
cw : highly suggestive!! no smut, but still absolutely no minors!! MDNI!! contains condescending/mean/possessed sam, but also sweet sam too <33. use of gendered terms, but it is gender inclusive to fem, masc, and gn as much as i could make it! horrible writing it's genuinely just me going feral :))
sooo basically for me the worst (best) part of meg!sam was his voice! it's so bad (never have i ever heard anything hotter in my life). IDK I DONT EVEN THINK I CAN FORM A COHERENT THOUGHT OVER THIS NOT GONNA LIE. uhm uhhh ummmm uhhhh uhmmmm.
so basically so basically, essentially, wwowowowowowowowifjhshf alright lets focus on one thing at a time.
we'll start with that goddamn voice of his. the way it goes from teasing, condescending to deeper, more gravelly and matter-of-fact and then back to condescending LIKE WHOO IM GONNA NEED TO TAKE A LAP. idk just thinking about his large hand on the back of your head, maybe tangled in your hair if the way you wear it allows for that, and his veiny forearm visible through your peripheral vision as he says "open up.. that's a girl" like he did to jo😭😭😭 (or he's says "thaaat's it" to keep things gender neutral, dragging out the "that's" for an extra second, that extra gravel in his condescending tone).
and while this is in possessed!sam context, he'd definitely say things like that normally, i do personally envision him to be less condescending and more sincere. either way, hot as fuck if you ask me. also this isn't meg!sam, but in season seven he says "good girl" and i do listen to that clip several times a day, i am so serious when i say that and i have no shame about it!! i have daddy issues so i do not care!!! so yeah he also says good girl/boy/whatever variation you enjoy best <3 uhmmm yeah but the main point is his hot as fuck voice, right next to your ear with his breath tickling you sensitive skin. especially with that whisper. oh god the whisper😭 and along with "that's a girl," there's atta girl and he'd use that one too so i'll go die in a hole :))) but yeah he genuinely thinks you're so good for him so expect that praise, whether you want it sweet or mean.
then we also have his facial expressions!! the smirk he uses to rile you up or that he flashes you, all mean and haughty because he knows he's getting to you. the fake pity too!! lord help me, once again the utterly fake pity just falls under that condescending persona that was so hot about meg!sam. i'm just gonna use photo evidence and you can imagine him looking at you like that!! enjoy!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
last thing i have to say about meg!sam is manhandling!! ahahaahahahaahahah i'm normal and okay!! (this is a cry for help i need him so bad). um yeah while i hate the context of the manhandling of jo in the episode because it's crossing so many boundaries, i will still enjoy the fact that he is hot. so yeah! have fun thinking about sam whirling you around and pinning you between his chest and nearest surface, hand on your forehead to tilt your chin up and give him full access to the skin of your neck. his other hand is pinning your wrist to whatever surface is behind you, and your own free hand is tangled in his hair and he lays wet, desperate kisses all over your neck and collarbone. that's all hahahahaha :)))) feeling so sane right now!!

hi! I saw your post about the why episode title change why 11 scenes cut why lamp etc etc and I know some of it but not all, and I was hoping you could elaborate on spngate— if it’s not too much trouble— or point me in a direction where I can join you in the spn gate?
I feel ashamed for HOW LONG i let this ask just rot in my askbox (it's from january, apparently, now it's april. i thought maybe two weeks passed but NO. it was months. ANON I AM SO SO SO SO SORRY. I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART) but now with the power of this url and the wine i am currently sipping, let me give you the best, most thought-out answer that i possibly can.
I don't know how long you've been following/watching spn, so I won't get into real deep iceberg theories that go back to season 8 and jeremy carver, for the purpose of this essay answer I'll just stick to the year anno domini 2020, and will try to do my best to tell you what happened.
Okay, maybe 2019. So, in june 2019, when the first scripts and drafts for s15 are presented, these things happen: 1. apparently, according to Berens, the confession scene is the first thing that was written for season 15. 2. Jensen Ackles is sat down and asked if he would be okay with this. (question is asked: why would they ask jensen if all he does in this scene is look at cas, he doesn't say anything, he does not confess, it changes nothing about his character, etc.; if you put the real tjlc tinfoil hat on you'd ask hey , maybe they asked him if precisely that is okay, if he is okay with the fact dean is practically silenced here but that's Deep) 3. Jensen apparently is okay with that, because it happens.
also this thing happens around the same time: 1. they write the ending for the brothers, and no matter what version of the finale we're talking about, Dean dies 2. Jensen Ackles is Not Okay with this. he calls Kripke who then, in a call and/or email assures him it's a good ending (Jensen says that) and also very quickly after that Jensen is announced to play Soldier Boy in Kripke's The Boys. make of that what you want
They film, blah blah, march 2020, covid happens, they stop production right after they film the confession. Last episode to air is 15x13, last episode they film is 15x18, they almost have a plane crush when flying to vegas con, and then, a loooong break until august 2020. Now, from what we know, there were two versions of the finale - the pre-covid finale they were supposed to film if the filming schedule wasn't interrupted, and the finale that happened.
What was supposed to be in the Original Finale/Pre-Covid Finale, we still don't know exactly, but from what the cast said, there was supposed to be a big cast reunion, Harvelle's Roadhouse in Heaven, Kansas Band (why are they dead?) playing there after Dean gets there and so on.
Anyway. July 2020. Misha does a livestream with Michael Sheen (the SuperGood campaign) where he says he is going back to filming the last two episodes in a few weeks. he said it LIVE. it's on youtube. people analyze the background from Misha's livestreams and photos and conclude he is in Vacouver, where spn is filmed. He also says that he is going back filming in a few interviews. Also here.
August 2020. They go back to filming in august 2020 to film 15x19 and 15x20.
August 20th, 2020, Misha's birthday.
Tumblr media
I wasn't on set TODAY. so casual. of all days i wasn't there today.
August 24th, 2020, day 6/8 of filming 15x19, Angel with a Shotgun is hash tag Song of The Day while filming scenes of 15x19 (scene 28, 31).
September 4th, 2020. ALL THEY FILM, for the whole DAY, is one scene. They usually film a few. They film one. Song of the day? The Night We Met.
Somewhere before the episodes starts to air again, Dabb says only 30% of the audience will like the finale. Anyway, everyone concludes, Misha is filming, destiel is more or less going canon, but everyone including bibros is sure Misha is filming and will be there for the finale.
Originally, "Despair" was called "The Truth".
Finale airs.
It feels shorter (apparently it's not) but it does have an additional ad break. For Walker. But it feels shorter because of the "carry on my wayward son" cover montage that lasts too long and later it's discovered thanks to scripts that dropped that there are ELEVEN scenes that were filmed,, but didn't make it to the episode. The script that drops is also very telling, where scenes are just [OMMITTED]. It was explained that they wanted to have actor there but they didn't want actors to quarantine for two weeks to film one or two scenes BUT then that's exactly what they did with Jim Beaver lmao.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So yeah. I also remember Misha at a con (DarkLight?) where, after asked about the original ending, he answers that the original ending was something that would be better explored in fanfiction anyway. Theory rises he filmed and was cut off the episode without his or Jensen's knowledge because Misha sat down his kids to watch the spn finale (which was the first episode they were supposed to watch ever, why would he do that if he's not there?) and then, CW SPN twitter posts a goodbye video that has everyone from the cast and their mother BUT MISHA AND JENSEN ARE NOT THERE. Jensens sexy silence starts.
THEN THE WILDEST THING HAPPENS.
November 25th, the Spanish Dub. 15x18 drops in Brazil and Dean says "and i you" to Cas, after he confesses. No "don't do this cas" but "and i you". Tumblr stops working for two hours, people on discords are screaming, no one knows whats happening, someone claims Jensen was called in September 2020 to record some adlibs? To record the muffled sobs Dean does while on the floor. Theory is supported by the fact that in the Bazil version? When Dean sits on the floor? The sound that plays are birds. Chirping birds. Sounds don't match, what was Dean saying while crying on the floor, question arises.
Everyone decides there was a Rogue Translator who managed to hide from The CW Sniper (who is the reason actors just dont tell us everything) and translated some kind of Original Script. Voice Actors are invited to a podcast where they debunk this saying that it was added because the translator felt this was the right response or something like that. Anyway they debunk the fact that there existed, at any time, a version of a script, that maybe was send to them, where Dean says I love you too. This was a wild night, no one slept.
And like. I could make this post longer, but I am planning to, one day, make a huge masterpost with real sources about that because honestly you could write a book about it.
But tl;dr spngate is a theory that misha did film for the last 2 episodes and the changes they made were truly last minute (september 2020), they were going for a canon destiel, possibly human!cas engame, dabb was always on our side, and it's based on stuff like jensen actively hating the ending to the point he made his prequel after 2 years of radio silence, 11 scenes just cut from the finale, misha saying he is going back filming, and people like mark pellegrino saying the last scene he filmed was with alex and misha. also the onion field. why lamp is the theory that cas is represented and symbolized by lamps throughout the show and when dean dances with a Lamp in a drug induced dream instead of, say, some kind of a lady he is actually thinking about cas.
also there are little things like when jensen at an online con before the finale says that oh yes i am wearing a grey flannel but tomorrow? who know it could be blue and green. and we all collectively lost our shit. like when he said he is most excited to "tackle" with cas in season 15. or that "dean has no taste, clearly". WHY WAS YOUR PERMISSION NEEDED JENSEN
there are a lot of things i didn't mention here because i simply can't unflod this whole thing just like that but
Tumblr media
but if you understand this picture you might be entitled to financial compensation

Pit Babe episode 3 rewatch/live commentary (part 3)
Dean !!!
Alan is not impressed
North and Sonic recording , do you think they wanted to do a new series on their yt channel, about Charlie's training ?
Mais ta bouche Way ! Tu me les casses!
Dean : came for the racing, stayed for the drama
Babe is such a petty b*tch toward Way. He's like : "oh you wanted to keep Charlie out, here let me bring him back not only on the field, but IN the team ans more specifically, let him become my apprentice so i can spend even more time with him." Did he even ask Alan ? (who even care, what babygirl wants, babygirl gets)
The disbelief on Way face is a delight
The quick look at Charlie's mouth, oulala
Way trying to keep his emotions in check, the fake smile...i love Nut acting in this scene
The more the plot advance, the more Babe's get feed up by Way's attitude.....it's beautiful
Worried puppy
At first i was like "yeah, Babe's not jumping to conclusion, take that Way" and then i was like "just talk to Charlie !!!!"
Oooh babygirl is mad now
Way.......shut up......sneakily bringing Tony into the discussion..... And blaming him for what???? Your own hurt feelings ? Him finally being happy with someone? And you know damn well that Babe and Charlie relationship is more than just "s*x buddies", or you wouldn't do all that shit !
And get your hand off of him !
This is bullsh*t........also did Way just jink himself ? "there is no one truly love us" so you're telling Babe that....he doesn't love you ????
And now you made him sad......Bad Way
Is Pavel really playing that game ?
Damn he's pretty when he's mad
oh you can hear the sound from the game under the music !!!
"So you're playing hard to get hm ?"
(edit)Wet kiss ? Look at that saliva string
Tumblr media
Babe is this close to crack
Armpit (almost) and tiddies......go Charlie !
I think i already mentioned this, but Pavel's neck deserve all the attention.....more choker like necklace (or straight up choker) for Pavel please 🥹
The contrat between Pavel more high pitched voice and Pooh more profound one
Aww baby, your so pretty.....also yes talk to you man
Tumblr media
his little run
The pout !!!! and the (almost?) pout !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Babygirl era (there is no getting back nor getting out)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also yes that the main reason Babe was showed this photo, spot on Charlie......you truly are the intelligent one in this particular scenario
Puppy !
Tumblr media
he's trying so hard to not fold, it's cute.
Why didn't he just ask about Jeff......yeah i know ✨the plot✨
I want a shower scene in season 2
At this point you are just torturing yourself for nothing
Work of art....and hello Babe's thigh ! and ouch for Charlie arm
Tumblr media
And no switched on lamp except for the led around the bed (i love it) and in the globe
😏
Tumblr media
i almost cried the first time i saw the heart
Tumblr media
What is that, on the bed ???
Tumblr media
He's trying so hard to not believe what Way said, that Charlie is not going to break his heart
Asking him on a date just to get rejected....and right after being lied to....c'est con
All you had to do was to ask him about Jeff last night....
1 point to Way for trying to stop Babe from drinking himself into a coma...
At this point, i think that Babe referring to Way as "Dad" should've been a clue for later...
Hello there, long time no see
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Charlie trying to get an answer from Babe will waiting for him, not knowing where he is. Is he alright ? Did he have an accident ? Did he got caught by Tony?!
Who are you trying to convince here Babe, buy repeating what Way said to you? Yourself or Charlie ?
🥺Charlie
Tumblr media
"What are you doing ?" i don't now Babe, maybe what asked him to do since the first time you two meet😑
🩵🩵🩵
Tumblr media
Kim having the best time during this race while Babe is losing his mind -> deux salles, deux ambiances comme on dit XD
ah Winner, i love him. He's just so ...pathetic 😍
Kim almost getting elbowed in the face
MichaelNut/NorthWay...where are you putting your hand Michael ?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yes please, in season two
Tumblr media
And done for this episode, starting episode 4 in like 5 minute. Maybe i will be able to post the first part before falling asleep.....

Starstruck - Pedro Pascal x reader/OC
Tumblr media
Summary: Y//N plays Eleanor Winchester in Supernatural and is on the red carpet for season 13 where she spots her heartthrob: Pedro Pascal.
SORT OF LINKS TO Terrible at Secrets
Words: 1.3K
Warnings: anxiety (?)
Notes: request by @princessmermaid1289 and photos of dress and hair at the bottom.
Y/N’s POV:
Being part of such a big show like Supernatural is always breathtaking, especially getting to meet all the other big stars and my fans. I never expected to have such an impact or make a family with J2M. Jared and Jensen immediately took me under their wings when I joined in season seven as Sam and Dean’s little sister - Eleanor aka. Nell
Being anxious and an actor is always something interesting but I have such an amazing family backing me and getting rid of any awkward questions aimed my way during conventions. I love conventions and red carpets, being able to meet my own idols of which I have plenty. I find it so much fun talking to them and getting the fans opinions on everything. My fans are my biggest critics and they’re how I improve.
Tonights a red carpet for our season 13 with Alexander Calvert. He’s very cute and bubbly and I love him like a little brother and the fans seem to love him even more. He’s going to be big, I just know it, especially when the fans scream at him wrapping his arms around my waist and hugging me as the cameras flash.
“Heyyy Y/N,” Jensen appears at my other side, elbowing me and leans down enough he can whisper quiet enough the cameras and paparazzi don’t catch it, “Your man crush is over there, go say hi.”
I follow his gaze to see the one and only Pedro Pascal. He guest starred in an episode but sadly I never got to see or meet him as it wasn’t with me. My character was off with Kelly and Castiel while Pedro was with Jensen and Jared and I will admit it broke my heart a little as I have always had a huge crush on the sweetheart. He looks drop dead in that crisp white suit and black bowtie. His hair is so fluffy and I just wanna run my hands through it from here.
“Go!” Alex is agreeing and I’m being pushed in Pedro’s direction so lightly jog over, trying not to trip over my dress. It’s a beautiful thing, not my personal choice but I have to admit it looks beautiful and it makes me feel beautiful when I’m quite a rough and tough person having been around J2M for pretty much eight years. It’s black and flows, making me feel like a character from a fairytale, the sleeves off the shoulder and it sparkles in the flash of the cameras. I think it’s made from a mixture of satin and lace with how light it is despite how heavy and full it looks. It seems my stylist was going for a vintage look as my strawberry blonde hair is pinned back in light curls, it reminds me a longer version of Susan Pevensie’s hair from the last movie where Lucy becomes Susan. I feel beautiful.
“Hi,” I place a trembling hand on Pedro’s shoulder, causing him to turn to see me. His face breaks into that contagious grin as he looks me up and down with no abash. It has me flushing a bright red, especially when he makes room for me, wrapping a large hand around my waist.
“Hi there mama,” Pedro’s voice is like velvet and has me weak at the knees. He’s pulling me flush against the side and begin to pose for the paparazzi again, a huge grin on his face so I compose myself and do the same, putting my arm around his back. He’s a lot taller than I realise so it’s easy for me to rest my head on his shoulder and I think I’m going to go deaf at the sound that erupts from the fans as Pedro glances down at me with a look that makes me balling his jacket in the hand that’s around his back. He lips are suddenly near my ear as he whispers “Easy darlin,” while his thumb rubs soothingly at my hip.
We have move on so Jared and Gen can take our stops and I prepare to go back to Alex as Misha has Vicki and Jensen has Danneel but Pedro grasps my hand in his calloused one. I stumble slightly but he steadies me and my mind races because this is going to be big news and everyone is going to realise I have the biggest crush on Pedro Pascal… who is leading me to the next photo spot.
The cameras continue to blind me and I have to grip Pedro’s hand tighter as I can feel my anxiety bubbling. I usually try to do the red carpets quickly and usually Jensen; Jared and Misha there to ground me. This beautiful man beside seems to understand what’s happening and is sending one last wave at the cameras before he’s leading me towards the Entertainment Weekly interviewer.
“Hello there mommy and daddy,” She greets us and feel myself flush again as this never happens to me. I can’t remember her name as I was meant to only talk to a tiktoker turning interviewer as I’m not as big as my on screen brothers.
“Hey there,” Pedro sends her an amusing smile, keeping a tight grip on my waist.
“Well this is a nice surprise, I’m a little star stuck right now,” The interviewer turns her attention to me, “I have to admit I’m a huge fan of you and your character, Eleanor Winchester for those who don’t know.” She glances back at the camera and I’m subconsciously grabbing Pedro’s free hand, hoping the camera doesn’t pick up on.
“Oh! Well, thank you.” I’m laughing nervously, “I’m also star stuck!”
“You’re the star here,” Pedro nudges me and I can just hear all the fan edits about to be spamming my social media feeds in the morning but I don’t care because I’m currently pressed against the Pedro Pascal and he’s acting like I’m the big star, not him. Somehow I feel like royalty, even when the interviewer gets on with her planned interview with Pedro and I’ve never felt like this. I just alternate between watching the way Pedro throws his head back in a hearty laugh every time the interview flirts with me and the way the cameras are flashing blindingly. I should be panicked and breathless right now but that hand on my hip is flexing every so often and somehow it keeps me grounded and this is probably the first red carpet I’ve been able to breathe.
“Well, here’s the question I think most will be asking in the morning, is there something here?” The interviewer is asking, her question making my head snapping round so fast I’m surprised I don’t get whiplash, watching Pedro to see what he says as I try to slow my breathing.
“I wouldn’t mind having a date with miss Y/N here but we’ll have to see.” He’s sending her wink then pulling me even closer to him and I just look at the camera and fake swoon, laughing lightly in shock.
“I think I’m hallucinating,” I tell her and it causing everyone in earshot to break into laughter as Pedro presses a kiss to my cheek, the light drag of his beard taking the air from my lungs, “Definitely hallucinating.”
“She says yes,” Jared’s towering frame appears behind us both, patting Pedro on the shoulders, “Of course she wants to go on a date with Pedro.”
“A date it is it seems.” Pedro’s grin seems to get wider and I’m not really sure what’s happening right now. I might have a date with the Pedro Pascal and my two older brother figures may have set me up it seems, especially from the way Jared and Jensen high five as they walk away and the way Gen sends me a wink.
Oh my fucking god. I’m going on a date with Pedro Pascal.

Finally Reunited (Dean Winchester X Daughter!Reader) *PARENTAL
Characters: Dean Winchester X Daughter!Reader
Universe: Supernatural
Warnings: Death, Character death, angst, mourning, hints of suicidal thoughts/tendencies (It’s Dean)
Request: Hello could you do dean winchester x daughter reader and btw if its okay for you to write the end episode of spn. Wherein instead of dean died its the reader and then they kinda have talk in the heaven. Kinda miss you writing angsty lop wait are you still writing son or not?
Tumblr media
Dean had known that this day would come eventually. The day where he died and there was no coming back. He couldn’t say he was surprised, he had gone into that case knowing it was more than likely a suicide mission, even Sammy knew that and told him as much. He thought of his little brother, now alone in the land of the living until his own time came for him, but Sammy was an adult, he had been for a long time, he was always the more rational one, the one to think things through- he’ll be fine, he’ll have a long life, maybe pass on the Winchester name and when his time comes, Dean will be there waiting for him. And anyway, there was someone else who he needed to see, someone who’s been waiting for him for far too long.
As the beautiful garden around him entered his vision, he didn’t bother to look at the details, only looking around frantically. He knew where he was, he knew he was dead, he knew he was in heaven, and he knew that you had be there. The garden at first glance was empty, and that made his heart jump into his throat for a moment before he looked around again, and spotted what he was looking for. Pass the pond with a bridge over it on his left, was a gravel pathway that led to a large round gazebo, and stood upon it, looking off into the horizon, was you. Dean sighed with relief. You were here.
He let his legs carry him over the bridge and down the path, and as he grew closer, he knew it was you without a doubt. You were wearing the same clothes you wore when you died, all the way down to his old jacket that he had given you just the birthday prior to your death that he had hoped would have stopped the long, ragged nail from puncturing your back and heart, but it was false hope, and seeing the jacket, clean of any blood, made him shudder. He could still feel the cold leather on his fingertips as he held you in his arms as you passed away, and the last time he saw that jacket alongside you was when he had to burn your body. Seeing it again, seeing you, was a surreal feeling, and he didn’t know what to say, even when he was right behind you. All he could think to say was your name.
You heard him, and it was like your mind became crystal clear. All the noise in your head while daydreaming vanished. You slowly turned, looking over your shoulder until you saw his face clearly. “Dad?” Your voice was what finally broke the man. He didn’t even try holding back as a sob hit his body and he took a large step forward and engulfed you into his arms. For you, you were in shock, but that didn’t stop you from grabbing ahold of him just as tightly.
“I missed you so much.” Dean told you, letting his heart speak and nothing else. “I’m sorry it took me so long to get to you.” He pulled away just enough to properly look at your face- oh how he missed it. Since you’d died he’d been relying on photos on his phone and older photos he had printed out from when you were a lot younger to speak to you. He had a collection of photos in his room on a shelf- from the first photo he took of you when you were a tiny baby, fully unaware of the world to the very last photo he got of you, which was taken moments after you had successfully pranked your uncle, making your dad insanely proud. It was just a few days after that final photo you were killed, and he kept that photo on his bedside, so everynight before he went to bed he could look at it, look at you, talk to you, and make promises to you. Promises to kill the monster who killed you. Promises to tie up his loose ends. Promises to not leave you waiting for him. He kept those promises.
“How did you die?” You asked him. He wasn't expecting that. He stumbled over his words a bit. He knew that if he told you the truth, that he died at the end of a hunt, bleeding out in the Impala, you’d be upset, maybe even disappointed. Most arguments with you were about his recklessness, fearing a life without him, a life where he died and didn’t come back and left you alone. “Did you have a long life?” You asked him, not waiting for a response.
“Yeah. Yeah, I did.” The words slipped from his mouth. He felt bad lying to you, but he thought about it, and realised… yeah. He did. He never thought he’d made it to his thirties, nevermind his forties, and he definitely didn’t think that in his life he’d become a rather to a little girl, more importantly live long enough to watch her grow up, or even outlive her. He’d lived a long life when it comes to the life of a hunter. “Honestly, I didn’t expect to live as long as I did… especially without you.” He told you. A soft smile fell on your face, and Dean knew he’d tell you the truth eventually, but only after catching up. “Anyway, enough about me. What have you been up to while I’ve been busy? You better not have been sulking.” He teased you.
“Of course not! I went looking around- I found some old friends of yours dad! Back from when I was really little and before I was born- there’s two people who heard my last name and lost their crap- they’ve been keeping an eye on me while I’ve been here waiting for you, they’re called Ellen and Jo- OH! And Charlie is here as well! They’re gonna be so happy to see you! They’re not far from here, Ellen is running a Heaven Bar, it’s become a sort of hot spot for dead hunters, come on!” You took his hand and dragged him along. Damn, it’s been quite a while since he’d heard those names, and he knew he was about to see them all again after saying goodbye too soon.
Sam will be alright without him. He knew it. Now he was making up for long time with his little girl and reuniting with old friends. Maybe death wasn’t so bad.
Hope you like it! If you have any questions, please send them in!

'I Don't Bite' S1.Ch11: In The Dark
Tumblr media
Summary: An unusual case yields new discoveries and old faces... Referenced Episodes: S1 E16 "Shadow" CW: The usual Supernatural shenanigans. Word Count: 4709 Recommended Song: Bad Moon Rising -- Creedence Clearwater Revival Previous Chapter -- Masterlist -- Next Chapter
I pushed our motel room door open harder than anticipated. My eyes flitted towards Dean, his green ones wide with surprise and his phone held to his ear. I half-smiled in apology and made my way toward the table where he sat.
"You trying to bust the hinges or something?" he asked. My cheeks dusted red and I glared at him as I dropped a bag of gas station goodies on the table.
“Got lunch,” I replied dismissively as I shrugged off my coat and tossed it onto the back of the other rickety chair at the table. “They didn’t have the Black Forest ham sandwiches you like, so you’ll have to make do.”
"Sure, thanks,” he muttered as he turned his body away  slightly and returned his attention to his phone. “Right, sorry Sammy," he started again, leaning back in his chair. "Like I was saying, she checks out. There is a Meg Masters in the Andover phone book. I even pulled up her high school photo," he sighed and held his unoccupied hand up, gesturing as if Sam could see him. "Now, look, why don't you go knock on her door and, uh, invite her to a poetry reading, or whatever it is you do, huh?"
I laughed and Dean's eyes slid over to me, a smirk resting on his features. He winked and then returned his gaze to the ceiling. I rummaged through the contents of the grocery bag, pulling out my own drink and chicken pot pie. Thank God for hotels having microwaves.
Dean hummed and leaned forward once more, scanning his notebook resting on the table. "Yeah, that I did have some luck with." I straightened and turned to him to see him hunched over his hastily scrawled notes. I moved to stand behind him, staring down at his wrinkled paper. "It's, uh—turns out it's Zoroastrian. Very, very old school, like two thousand years before Christ. It's a sigil for a Daeva."
My finger ran lightly over the sigils and words that I had never seen before. I had no clue what a 'Zoroastrian' was, nor a Daeva. It certainly sounded demonic, which was far above my educational paygrade.
"What's a Daeva?" I heard Sam's voice from the end of the phone. Dean changed his phone to his other hand and hit the speaker button.
"It translates to ‘demon of darkness.’ Zoroastrian demons, and they're savage, animalistic, you know, nasty attitudes. Kind of like, uh, demonic pit bulls."
I chuckled. "Pit bulls aren't that bad. Sweethearts, really."
Dean quirked a skeptical brow and Sam laughed breathily from the other end. "How'd you figure that out, Dean?"
Dean huffed in an almost offended way. "Give me some credit, man. You don't have a corner on paper chasin' around here."
"Oh yeah? Name the last book you read."
Dean fell silent and visibly sweat. After a few moments, he finally spoke up and said, "I called Dad's friend, Caleb. He told me, alright?"
I bit back a laugh and hid behind my hands. When I looked up I found Dean already scowling at me and the clear sound of Sam’s laughter over the speaker. I grinned somewhat sheepishly and collected my food from the table. I felt Dean’s eyes burning into me as I strolled to the kitchen and readied my meal.
"Anyway," Dean continued. "Here's the thing: these Daevas, they have to be summoned, conjured." That piqued my interest and I turned back towards Dean, resting my back against the counter.
"So someone's controlling it?"
"Yeah, that's what I'm sayin'. And, from what I gather, it's pretty risky business, too," he took a deep breath. "These suckers tend to bite the hand that feeds them. And, uh, the arms, and torsos." I scrunched my nose in distaste.
"So what do they look like?" Sam's voice was tinged with obvious confusion and worry.
"Well, nobody knows, but nobody's seen 'em for a couple of millennia. I mean, summoning a demon that ancient? Someone really knows their stuff. I think we've got a major player in town." Dean smirked and leaned back in his chair again. "Now, why don't you go give that girl a private strip-o-gram?"
"Bite me," Sam snapped.
"I can arrange that!" I hollered from the kitchen. Sam laughed and Dean rolled his eyes.
"No, don't!" Dean said quickly, waving his hands wildly. "Bite Meg, Sammy! But don't leave teeth marks-" the line went dead. "Sam? You there?"
"I think he's busy now, Dean," I called over my shoulder as I put my pot pie in the microwave and started it.
"I sure hope so," Dean grumbled in response. "Kid doesn't get laid enough."
I scoffed and made my way back towards the table and Dean. "I'm sure Sam does gets laid enough, not that it's any of your business." I rifled through the plastic shopping bags to pull our food and drinks out. Dean paled as I slid a chicken salad toward him.
"I can't eat this."
"Then I guess you'll starve," I answered with a shrug. "That's what you get for sending me to the store by myself."
"I was doing research!" he argued, thoroughly exasperated, and threw his hands in the air.
"No, Caleb was doing research. Who knows what you were doing. Probably something I don't want to know about." The microwave dinged, signaling to me that my meal was ready. I sauntered towards the kitchen and pulled my dinner out of the microwave.
"You got a pot pie, and I get rabbit food? What kind of injustice is this?" Dean demanded, shoving his salad away from him.
“It’s good for you.”
“So’s pot pie,” he said, lowering his voice to a piteous grumble. “Can’t I just get a bite of yours?”
I turned to glare at him over my shoulder. “Like Hell, Dean. Your version of a ‘bite’ is half the frickin’ meal.”
“You must want me to starve to death-”
“I picked up some of that raspberry vinaigrette you and Sam like.”
He fell silent for a moment and I heard him fishing through the plastic bag again. From across the room I could hear the quiet but not displeased sigh he let out. “At least there’s some meat in it… but you’re still on thin ice.”
Dean tapped away at his laptop for a solid thirty minutes before either of us spoke up. He combed through county clerk records, his preferred type of research… which subsequently left me with the mind numbing task of researching a several thousand year old Iranian religion with a fine-toothed comb.
I eyed his father’s journal from where it sat beside Dean. Now wasn’t the time to bring any sort of drama into this case, not when we knew we had a demon on our hands. But God, that phone number… it itched at the back of my mind. How did John know him?
"Holy fuck!" Dean exclaimed. I jumped from my place across the table and met his excited gaze with one of surprise. "How the hell did we not notice this before?"
"What is it?" I asked. "You find something important?"
"Hell yeah, I did! Take a look at this," Dean said as he spun the laptop to face me. His cursor highlighted a line from the deceased man’s obituary, the first victim. "Look at where the banker guy was from."
My eyes trailed over the blue highlighted text. "Lawrence, Kansas," I breathed out, practically a whisper. Dean nodded.
"Now look at our girl Meredith," he said excitedly as he clicked to the next tab. My eyes searched for her birth city on the webpage.
"She's from Lawrence too..." I mumbled and handed the paper back to Dean. "You think there's a connection?"
"Of course, there's a connection! How could there not be?" He stood abruptly and practically jogged towards the door. "I'm going to go find Sam. If we don't get to him soon, he could end up being our next Lawrence victim."
"Dean-" I said, holding up a hand for him to wait. He quickly threw his jacket on and yanked the front door open to find himself face to face with Sam.
"Dude, I need to talk to you," the brothers said in sync, without skipping a beat. Sam pushed past his older brother and into the room, pacing beside one of the beds.
"Meg's the one controlling the Daevas," Sam stated, tossing his hands into the air in frustration. I left my spot at the table and narrowed my eyes in worry.
"What? How do you know?" I demanded.
"I followed her to this abandoned warehouse thing and-" he took a deep breath. "She had an altar there, with that symbol we found in Meredith’s apartment. She was- she was talking to this, this bowl, and telling whoever it was she was talking to that they shouldn't come."
My eyes widened and I turned to meet Dean's. He crossed his arms over his chest and leaned against the door contemplatively. I could see him connecting the red string in his mind, pressing each push pin into place until it all made sense.
"So, hot little Meg is summoning the Daeva?" he asked thoughtfully. He chewed on the inside of his cheek as his eyes moved from the floor to his brother.
Sam nodded. "It looked like she was using the black altar to control the thing."
Dean chuckled and nudged me with his elbow. "Looks like Sam's got a thing for the bad girl." I rolled my eyes sky-high. "So what's the deal with this bowl thing?"
"She was talking into it. The way witches used to scry into crystal balls or animal entrails. She was communicating with someone," Sam replied. I raised a brow.
"Is that a thing witches actually do?" I asked.
"Not all of them- most don't. That's more of a folklore thing, but scrying does have its purposes," Dean answered quickly. "Who was she talking to? The Daeva?"
"No, you said those things were savages. No, this was someone different. Someone who's giving her orders. Someone who's comin' to that warehouse." Dean suddenly straightened and moved toward the table. I hurriedly snatched his laptop from his side of the table and handed it to him.
Dean hurriedly thrust his laptop into Sam’s hands and stood beside him, pointing over his brother’s shoulder at the screen. "What I was gonna tell you earlier. I pulled a favor with my-" he cleared his throat, " -friend, Amy, over at the police department. The complete records of the two victims—we missed something the first time."
"What'd we miss?" Sam asked, eyes scanning the papers.
"The two victims," I interjected. "Look at where they were both born."
Sam flipped between the two papers as it dawned on him what we were implying. "Lawrence. They were both from Lawrence, Kansas. Holy crap."
"Yeah," said Dean.
"I mean, it is where the demon killed Mom. That's where everything started. So, you think Meg's tied up with the demon?"
"I think it's a possibility," Dean answered with a shrug.
"But I don't understand. What's the significance of Lawrence? And how do these Daeva things fit in?"
"Beats me," he replied. "But I say you and I trash that black altar, grab Meg, and have ourselves a friendly little interrogation."
"Don't," I growled firmly. "You'll just tip her off- you'll get hurt."
"We'll stake out the place first," Sam offered, attempting to be reassuring. "We've gotta see who, or what is showing up to meet her."
"And I'm going to need you," Dean used his whole laptop to point at me, "to stay here."
I snarled. "What!? You expect me to let you track down some crazy blonde demon summoner without my help!?"
"What would you be able to do against her!?" he snapped back. "You can't go wolf-mode on her right now, and I doubt you'd be able to take her and a bunch of demon things."
"Have you forgotten that I’m not a dog!? I have thumbs, dumbass! I can use weapons too!” I shouted. I crossed my arms indignantly across my chest and fixed them both with a heated glare. “If I can't take her and a few 'demon things' then you certainly can't either! I literally have built-in fangs and claws, you two only have guns! I'm not letting you two go alone!"
"We won't be going alone!" Dean shouted back. "I have a plan."
I glared as he pulled his phone out of his pocket. He dialed a number and leaned back against the table. I watched the brothers exchange glances. Sam looked reluctantly between the two of us but eventually withered under Dean’s heated glare. I scoffed as he stepped out of the motel room, likely to prepare the Impala.
I sat down on the bed, fuming. The dialing finally ended and went to voicemail. Dean swallowed dryly.
"We think we've got a serious lead on the thing that killed Mom," he started, sounding rather nervous. My eyes widened as I realized just who he was calling. "So, uh, this warehouse – it's 1435 West Erie. Dad, if you get this, get to Chicago as soon as you can." He closed the phone and slid it back into his pocket, running a weary hand over his face.
"You called your fucking dad?" I snarled from my place on the bed. "The guy who hasn't answered a single one of your calls since this whole shit show started!? You're expecting him to show up when you could just take me with you!?"
"Well, it's not like you can do much against her!" he growled back. "You're in no shape to be fighting demons and crazy people!"
"I can handle myself just fine, Dean, fur or not!" I paced up and down the edge of the bed, raking my fingers through my hair. My eyes were swimming with a dull golden color, fighting to get out. "I was raised by hunters too! I know how to fight! Let me help you!"
"You're not coming with us!" he shouted, pushing off the table and stalking towards me.
"Like Hell, I'm not!" I felt that familiar clawing sensation in the back of my mind. She was digging her claws into the barrier, fighting to tear it down. I inhaled sharply, expecting her to fight to put Dean in his place – instead, it dawned on me that she was yearning and fighting for his safety. "Dean, you don't even know what you're walking into!"
"And you do!?" he challenged, practically in my face at this point. "Sam and I can do this without you! This isn't your fight!"
"My fight is your fight! How long is it going to take you to realize that you're part of my pack now!? It's my job to look out for you!"
He scoffed. "Yeah, great job you've been doing there! Last time you tried to help out, someone died! Sam could have died! You could have died!"
My eyes widened and then narrowed just as quickly, a low growl rising in my throat. My wandering hand clutched onto a rather firm pillow. I inhaled deeply, puffing up my chest, and swung the pillow towards Dean, who raised a hand to block it.
"You-!" I screamed and smacked him again, "Are such-!" I hit him in the ribs with the pillow, causing him to drop his raised arms and expose his head, "A fucking-!" I whacked him in the shoulder, "Asshole!" I screamed, slamming the pillow down on his head and sending him stumbling backward.
My chest rose and fell with labored breaths as I watched the red recede from my vision. The door clicked and my wild, golden eyes fixated on Sam as he peeked inside.
"Bad time?" the younger brother asked.
"No, perfect time," Dean grumbled, rubbing his shoulder and doing his best to smooth out his now messy hair. "We just finished." He glared at me, one full of hurt and irritation. I glared right back, standing tall under his scrutiny.
"You sure?" Sam inquired and gestured over his shoulder with his thumb towards the door, "cause I can leave again, if you want, let you get everything off your chests."
"We're fine, Sam," I said, my short temper obvious. "We can talk about it more when we get back. What'd you get from the car?"
"I ransacked the trunk. Holy water, every weapon that I could think of, exorcism rituals from about a half dozen religions. I'm not sure what to expect, so I guess we should just expect everything," Sam answered with a nervous laugh and dumped his haul onto the bed furthest from the door.
I wasted no time in helping the boys load their guns and pack their small bags. I had a feeling that there was no point arguing in packing my own. The boys carried on their own conversations as I pondered, lost in thought.
There was something seriously dark swirling overhead – I felt like something terrible was going to happen soon, like everything would come crashing down. It was a foreboding feeling and one that brought that familiar chill down my spine. Something was going to go wrong on this hunt, I could feel it.
The boys were going to get my help whether they liked it or not.
I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. Once again, Sam seemed to understand my frustration. Likewise, I understood why he sided with Dean, although he wasn't outright voicing his opinions. If he had, I might have smothered him. I just wished Dean would understand. I wanted nothing more to protect the brothers, just like I only wanted to protect my pack. I know Dean felt the same way, considering how hard he was fighting to make me stay. So why couldn't he see that I felt the same way, just from the opposite end of the spectrum?
After a few pain-staking goodbyes, the boys were finally prepared to leave me to my own devices while they fended off whatever evil Meg was. God, I wish I could have smacked them hard enough to make them understand.
I huffed as Dean stood in the doorway, an apologetic but confident look on his face. He looked as though he had something he wanted to say but just wasn't sure how. It was the same look he had given me in the bar when I first tried to tell them about the number in the journal.
He lifted a finger to point nervously at me. "Sit," he said. "And stay."
I raised my own middle finger at him, glaring harshly. "Bite me."
He chuckled and turned to leave, calling out over his shoulder. "Don't tempt me, fido!" And with that last remark, the door closed on him, leaving me in the dark, in more ways than one. Alone.
I rushed to the window and drew back the curtains just enough that I could see the drive away, but they wouldn't see me. As soon as I heard the Impala's purr and watched it race out of the parking lot I was off again, rushing around the room.
I stuffed whatever weapons I could find into my small bag, dumping out whatever clothes and utilities I once had in it. Since my first hunt with the boys, I had been sure to pack whatever necessities I may need for either a solo hunt or a situation like this: salt, two lighters (they were notoriously unreliable), holy water, shotgun shells preloaded with rock salt, two knives, one silver and one not (I didn't like to use the silver one) and a pistol with extra bullets. Needless to say, I was prepared, although I would have been more prepared with the help of the brothers.
I checked my pistol to make sure it was loaded and zipped up the backpack, leaving everything easily acceptable but not easy to steal or see. I donned Dean's old coat and slung the bag over my shoulders, marching out the door of the hotel room with fury and confidence licking at my heels.
The boys had to know I would do something like this. Perhaps they thought they could wrap up the case before I made it there on foot.
They were wrong.
Surprisingly, it didn't take me long at all to get to the warehouse. Iwas panting with my hands on my knees, gazing up at the sheer scale of the building before me. It must have been seven or eight stories. My stomach felt queasy. My instinct and I could both agree that a skinwalker's place was with all four paws on the ground, not high in the air.
God, the things I do for those boys. They were lucky I put up with this bullshit.
I steeled myself and shrugged my shoulders, preparing to march across the road and enter the building. I was stopped by the odd whining sound of a large truck. My eyes scanned up and down the road until they settled on a black pickup, a rather tall and bulky vehicle. The truck pulled into a side alley a few buildings down and stopped. The engine cut out.
My hackles rose once more, and I felt that unsettled feeling in the pit of my stomach. I chalked it up to my nerves about facing my first demon. If my uncle could see me now, I don't know if he'd be terrified or proud. He tried to stay away from demons and magic, and just stuck to good old-fashioned monster hunting. My parents would certainly be terrified...
I tightened my jaw and marched across the street. Despite this being a busy city, there were no cars out tonight. I was thankful for that, the fewer people to see me, the better.
The inside of the building was ratty and honestly a mess. I really hoped it was condemned. If not, someone was going to get seriously hurt in here. My eyes scanned the broken-down elevator shaft that went up to the highest floor.
"No fucking way," I grumbled at the very thought of scaling that monstrosity. Instead, my eyes flitted around the room, searching for any other option, before finally resting on an old wooden door, tightly shut. I grinned and paced towards it, trying the handle and frowning when it didn't budge. I pushed against the door, hoping my weight would make it pop open. It didn't.
With a puzzled frown, I took a step back and rolled up my sleeves. I squared my shoulders and turned slightly to the side, angling my shoulder towards the weak point near the door handle. With a shake of my arms and a preparatory inhale, I launched at the door, ramming into it.
And suddenly I was falling forward with the door as it came off its hinges, a mess of cobwebs raining down on top of me. The door, and I, landed with a crash at the foot of a long flight of stairs. I lay there for a few moments, catching my breath.
"They definitely heard that," I whispered just loudly enough for myself to hear.
I stood and dusted myself off, my eyes following the length of the steps. If I wanted to make it to the boys before they did something stupid, I'd need to hurry.
I ran up the steps as quietly as I could, hoping the pounding I heard was my heart and not my feet. Whatever was up there, I didn't want to alert it to my presence. I was lucky I didn't have a swarm of evil thousand-year-old demon things descending upon me as I ran.
My heart thumped in my chest as I made it to the top of the stairs. In front of me was a rather short hallway with a single dark door at the end, the glow of light from something on the other side peaking through the crack under the door. I licked my lips and tip-toed to the door, nerves rising, hoping to hear something on the other side.
I did in fact hear something. It sounded like a muffled conversation. I put my ear to the door and listened.
"It doesn't mean anything. It was just to draw you in, that's all," I heard a woman say. I ground my teeth together as my lips pulled back in a silent snarl. Meg.
"So you killed those people for nothing?" came Dean's unmistakable but muffled voice.
"Baby, I've killed a lot more for a lot less," Meg purred in response. I bit back a growl. My blood was boiling and it wasn't long before I was fighting with myself. Should I charge in and risk their safety, or play it safe and sneak in?
My ears pricked at Sam's voice. "Dad. It's a trap for Dad."
Shit. A trap for John? But there was no way he could make it to Chicago in time, was there? Not unless she planned to use him as bait. For a moment, I was glad I had stayed behind. Now I had a chance to warn John and maybe save the boys.
I straightened as my skin suddenly prickled with goosebumps. I felt an itch at the back of my mind, as if urging me for my attention.
My attention was redirected yet again to the sound of a scuffle on the other side of the door. I heard a crash and what sounded like a person tumbling across the floor – one of the brothers. I went to reach for the handle, but something stopped me. A buzzing between my ears.
My fist clenched, struggling to identify the feeling. My eyes widened as I felt pressure in my head.
Duck, ordered a whisper.
And I did. I ducked low enough to see a fist fly over my head and narrowly missed the door handle that I had just been reaching for. With a growl I spun in my crouched position and lunged towards my assailant, flinging them into the door.
The door splintered with a crack, light filling the once dim hallway. I snarled and tossed myself at my assailant as they struggled to stand, landing a harsh blow to their ribs and a kick to their shin. They grunted and dropped low, attempting to tackle me. I side-stepped just in time to see two shadows tear into Meg's flesh and toss her out a seventh-story window like nothing but a heap of trash.
I heard Sam's voice shout my name from beside the once meticulously arranged altar. I didn't have time to look at him before my assailant knocked me to the floor in a tackle. The two of us struggled and I felt them land a harsh blow to my cheekbone and mouth. Blood careened down my lips and dribbled into my mouth.
Suddenly, the weight was being dragged off of me and I flailed as a set of hands grabbed me under my arms, dragging me away. I kicked and screamed, fighting against whoever held me as an arm wrapped around my torso, struggling to hold me still.
"Easy, tiger!" shouted Dean, from his place beside my assailant, his hands extended toward me in an appearing gesture. My sight cleared enough to rest on the man before me. He was tall and his features were dark, a line of blood dripping down his temple from where I had hit him. He scowled at me and I glared back, struggling to get at him and fight. My eyes widened, seeing Dean's hand on the guy's shoulder.
"It's OK!" shouted Sam near my ear, struggling to hold me still and calm me down. "It's alright, we know him!"
"Who the fuck is he then!?" I snapped back and dropped my arms, ceasing my struggle. Sam let go and helped me stand, a hand under my elbow to steady me. His voice was filled with awe and his eyes were wide with shock.
"He's our dad," he said, quietly. My own eyes widened to the size of saucers, flitting between the two shocked brothers and their raggedy father. My round eyes locked with his brown ones.
"John?"

gotron jerrysis rickvangelion vs contemporary american poultry
like i said, i've been wanting to analyse these episodes in relation to eachother, so here it is :)
(i'm not pitting these episodes against eachother, merely comparing their similarities and differences, i love both episodes)
just for extra clarity, gjr will be green and cap will be blue :)
okay, so apart from obvious differences between the characters mentioned and the format and the genre of the shows, here's everything i have to say:
first off, both episodes are centred around an autistic character in the show (rick, abed) and focuses on an aspect of their autism, although the element they focus on is different, in gjr it's about a hyperfixation/special interest and in cap it's about masking/fitting in
another focus of both episodes is a dynamic change, however in gjr it's about a relationship, morty getting replaced by summer as rick's partner in crime, and in cap it's about a change in the hierarchy, abed replacing jeff as the head of the group
for the genre of the episodes, cap is mentioned to be modelled after a mafia movie, and while gjr does have some mafia movie aspects it has more anime aspects and anime is mentioned
there's also some pretty similar lines: "These were the good times." "This was the glorious time." "After that, things pretty much went back to normal." "Things went back to normal." "But you wanna know what they could never kill? Family." "But you know what they’ll never make a replacement for? Friends."
another pretty obvious similarity is that both episodes have voiceovers, a difference though is that in gjr, rick (the main foucus of the episode) does not get a voiceover, while summer and morty do, and in cap, abed (the main focus of the episode) is the only character that does get a voiceover, this is a less important point lol
also gjr is happening in real time, the voiceovers are explained by a sci-fi element, while cap is not actually happening in real time and ends up being a story that abed is telling the dean, which is how it explains the voiceover
as for the structure ig of the episodes, in gjr the episode starts on one topic (boob world) and rick autistically derails it to another completely different one (gotron ferrets), in cap the episode immediately starts with the one topic (chicken fingers) and abed autistically keeps it on that topic until the end, using it to his benefit
both episodes involve the whole group (the smith family and the study group) but in gjr everyone is only really following what rick says, and no one is as invested as he is, while in cap the whole group is pretty much equally collaborating, though it has a deeper meaning for abed. also in cap everyone kind of gets their own equal mini story but in gjr, rick's story is much more predominant than summer and morty's and beth and jerry don't get much of a story at all
okay, getting to the deeper shit, in gjr, rick seems uninterested in what the people around him are doing or feeling, his main priority is the gotrons and things like his own wellbeing and other's feelings are not his main concern, while cap is the exact opposite, the whole point is that abed does care, the whole episode is about something he's doing for other people to understand him, he's not as much literally interested in the chicken fingers. that's what drives cap, while it's rick's toxicity that drives gjr
additionally, in gjr in the beginning when morty sees that rick is beginning to get too absorbed he reminds him that "sometimes enough is enough", out of genuine care for rick, while it's not until much later in cap that jeff begins to suggest that they "hit the big red button", only out of jealousy. while i'm sure morty was jealous of summer, his main concern did seem to be rick's wellbeing because i think that we can all agree that this:
Tumblr media
was not healthy
and heres a photo of abed just because:
Tumblr media
expanding on the last point, in gjr, summer is not worried about rick's wellbeing, but about rick liking her (not holding this against her), similarly in cap, jeff is also not concerned about how abed is doing, only about his own social standing, morty is the only character that actually seems to care about how his respective main character (rick) is doing
lastly, at the end of each episode the group goes running back to the person they shunned (jeff and morty) for being against abed/rick once they decide it's been enough/once rick's done with them
and that's it! i love these episodes so much so i hope anyone else other than me enjoys this analysis lol :) if you think of anything else that links these episodes let me know !!

This is a random question, but what is each OC's favorite and least favorite movie? Or tv show?
Oooooh, love this question.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isaac is a huge Marvel fan, and absolutely LOVES ‘Captain America: Civil War’, and he could watch it any time he’s bored. His least favorite movie would probably be that live action ‘Dora The Explorer’ movie, which he was definitely forced to see with his lil sis😭
Oliver loves a movie I mentioned in an older fic: the version of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ that has Leonardo DiCaprio in it. He absolutely LOVES that movie more than any other. And he doesn’t have a least favorite movie, but rather a least favorite genre. He hates any kind of horror movie with a ton of gore and violence.
Aiden is a huge Marvel fan like Isaac and he loves ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ with Andrew Garfield, and he absolutely has a literal Spiderman suit at his parents’ house that he wears on Halloween to hand candy out to kids. And his least favorite tv-show is the new ‘Pokémon: Horizons’ show that he takes as a personal offense as a life-long Pokémon lover (and I honestly agree).
Spirit absolutely loves one movie and one show: ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Haikyuu’. She loves ‘Deadpool’ because he’s funny, he’s Ryan Reynolds, and he’s just an awesome anti-hero. And the anime ‘Haikyuu’ is a guilty pleasure for her and she watches it when she just wants to relax and chill. As for her least favorite movie, she absolutely hates ‘The Shallows’, which is a terrifying shark movie.
Keiko absolutely loves the show ‘House’ and even has a sentimental stuffed koala he named Dr. Wilson, which Amberlynn finds absolutely adorable. And he hates the movie ‘Stepbrothers’ because he finds it to be the ultimate level of cringy.
Amberlynn’s favorite movie is ‘Oliver and Company’ because it always makes her just feel happy, and she knows EVERY SONG by heart. And her least favorite movie is the Christmas ‘Beethoven’ movie where they made Beethoven talk😭.
Eliana truly has so much love for ‘The Dead Poets Society’ despite how much it makes her sob. And her least favorite movie is ‘Love and Gelato’ because she firmly believes that they ruined the story from the original book.
Jordan is an addict when it comes to ‘Greys Anatomy’, and she has Arizona Robbins to thank for her discovery that she’s into girls😘. And she agrees with El that ‘Love and Gelato’ is the worst movie to EVER exist because she also loves the original book.
Birdie’s favorite movie is ‘Inside Out’ because it makes her feel so many emotions that eventually all just turn nostalgic. And her least favorite show is ‘SpongeBob’ for the simple reason that, as she puts it, “his laugh scratches my brain the wrong way.”
Felix is a 110% ‘Gilmore Girls’ fanatic and knows almost every single detail of almost every single episode, and even has a Pinterest board that’s just photos of Tristan, Dean, Jess, and Logan. And he despises the live action version of ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ cuz. . . reasons.
Atticus loves the movie ‘Little Rascals’ and he used to watch it every day as a kid, and still loves it now that he’s older. And he hates ‘Chucky: Childs Play’, which is the goriest horror movie that he’s ever seen, and he started crying the first and last time he watched it when he was 13 and at the movies with friends who did tease him for it a little, but comforted him when they realized how genuinely upset and sick it made him to watch.

Turtles Finds a Coping Mechanism: The Until We Meet Again Rewatches
I've been so committed to crushing through the Old GMMTV Challenge that I kind of didn't allow myself to think that life's blips and bloops would shake me from my pace.
Well, real life has SLAYED ME as of late, SLAYED ME, and as @lurkingshan has noted to me -- yes, there's a CERTAIN amount of dissonance for my watching UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, OF ALL SHOWS, as a coping mechanism, but here we are. I wanted to copy @bengiyo and rewatch UWMA anyway as a means of preparing for New Siwaj's Absolute Zero, which will be premiering at the end of September -- a time when my life will be calm-ish (???) again -- so I decided to take the plunge to see if UWMA would be a salve to my frayed nerves. It is, it totally is.
So here's some stream of consciousness notes, quite unlike my usual comparative/analytical style, just to honor what a ridiculously fabulous show UWMA is. (In my OGMMTVC analyses, I don't always get to gush over the cute stuff anyway because my posts get so long, so I'm doing a little of that here, too, ha.)
I knew that as soon as I watched it the first time for the OGMMTVC that I desperately wanted to rewatch it, so I just gave myself the go-ahead to eat the leum kleun candy. I've already completed one rewatch and am well into a second rewatch -- this show is so damn good, and now that I know the beats much better, I'm just having a lot of fun seeing in-depth the little nuances I missed the first time.
1) On my first watch, I did not appreciate how clearly Pharm was into Dean from the very start. The way Pharm flips through the photos of Dean that Team sends him from the first beach trip; the photo of Dean eating Del's breakfast; the way Pharm looks at the Facebook photo of Dean holding up the leum kleun. And how Pharm reacts when he saves Dean's phone number in his phone -- that ENORMOUS grin. I knew a lot going in the first time about Pharm's blushing maiden approach and how he was gunshy with intimacy for so much of the show. But I forgot in those early episodes -- homeboy was really into his crush! Taking that secret photo in the library, etc. He acknowledged it pretty immediately -- especially in that whispered conversation Pharm has with Team and Manaow in their English class. I had also forgotten that the show began with Pharm possibly questioning his sexuality, but being solidly knowledgable that it was Dean that was causing him to catch feelings.
2) Speaking of that fleeting moment in the library: after having watched the entire series the first time around, and remembering that Dean had saved that very first Post-It that Pharm had used to write a quick note on the papers that Pharm gave back to Dean in the library in... episode 2? Pharm had originally erased his name on that Post-It. It didn't click with me until this rewatch that Dean was able to make out Pharm's erased name from that Post-It -- which caused Dean to save the note, and use it as reference in the very last scene of the series. So cute.
3) I finally took the time to read about Phra Aphai Mani, the prince of the legend that Dean and Pharm talk about in the aquarium. Remember how Pharm says to Dean that Pharm doesn't like players?
DUDES. HAVE YOU READ ABOUT PHRA APHAI MANI? I guess, like, yes, if you're gonna have a super-long epic poem, a lot of shit needs to happen, but Aphai just kept marrying WIFE AFTER WIFE! FOUR WIVES TOTAL! One ogress, one mermaid, and two maybe humans? A half-ogress son here, a half-mer/son THERE, prince of THIS, king of THAT. Homeboy's life was COMPLICATED! I'm all EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC to chaos, but this takes the damn cake. (And maybe gives me a touch more context into what's happening with that second marriage in I Feel You Linger In the Air, without the actual monsters/mermaids.) (Oh man -- imagine the Only Friends version of Phra Aphai Mani.) (NO.)
4) The first time around, I kind of though that the bits about Alex hitting on Pharm were a little extraneous and maybe a touch unnecessary, à la New Siwaj's style. But after my first rewatch, I stopped thinking so, and I actually began to enjoy them -- not only for how ridiculous they are, but I also recognized that that was the first time in the show that we see Pharm establishing boundaries. Of course, we see Pharm in his blushing maiden era forming boundaries with his P'Deeeean. But the way he's very clear with Alex, putting up as many walls as necessarily, and being exact in his communication that he likes someone else and is VERY not into dating Alex -- Pharm showed clarity and strength there. While Dean clearly liked to care for Pharm and treat Pharm as his younger companion -- Pharm also had agency, and knew he owned his agency, and I liked how that agency was first demonstrated vis à vis Alex.
5) I totally forgot about this, but -- I think it was the second time they had breakfast together in Pharm's condo? the third? that scene where Pharm's wearing the yellow shirt and he drops the bowl -- remember when Pharm asks Dean if he's mixed-race? I don't think I still understand the meaning of that. I'm guessing Pharm is asking if Dean is Thai-Chinese? I want to think on this more, because -- in episode 16, when Pharm goes to his uncle's/grandpa's house, it is clear that the house is a Thai-Chinese household. There are banners with Chinese script on the walls. I wonder if that was meant to indicate that Pharm was under the impression that he himself (Pharm) was fully ethnic Thai -- but with his relationship to his dad's side of the family being more revealed, it would turn out that Pharm himself was also "mixed." I did think it was cute that Pharm said, "I like it" to Dean after Dean's answer -- another instance where Pharm was being clearly flirty, despite the whole blushing maiden thing.
6) I did not appreciate the first time around, how good Ohm Thitiwat's acting was in the car scene when he's processing Korn's suicide. At the end of the series, I was so taken by the condo scene that I failed to give props to other intense moments, and that car scene was one of them. When Dean arrives at the building where Pharm and Sin lived next to each other -- a part of me wondered if he had originally intended to visit Sin, before hesitating to knock on Pharm's door. I'm not sure, and I wasn't sure after this rewatch. But that was a hell of a recognition moment on the part of Ohm's acting, and it was really damn good. (In fact -- it was my thinking about that car scene, and my wanting to watch it again, that prompted these rewatches in the first place.)
7) It may have been a little confusing, but: I really liked that the Korn x Intouch flashbacks were never presented in chronological order. I liked that the show had Dean and Pharm piece together their dreams and nightmares to come to a collective understanding about the trajectory of Korn and Intouch's relationship, even before Dean receives the background information from Sin. I know I was always a little confused during my first watch as to what moment in time I was watching with Korn and Intouch, but I recognize now that that was a reflection simply of when Pharm and Dean were receiving the same information themselves -- and I liked that the viewer was going through the same process that Dean and Pharm were going through.
8) At the way beginning of the series -- episode 2, maybe? episode 3? -- I like that Dean slyly figures out where to park himself on campus to see Pharm coming out of class. This is before the electric transformer explosion. Dean already was so swayed by Pharm. So cute.
9) I think it first struck me as a touch weird that Manaow and Del (Dean's sister!) were the admins of the DeanPharm chat group. But now that I can think more about it -- I wonder if they were doing that maybe as a way to help Pharm through his hesitancy and protect him from the fans. That being said: one of my absolute favorite moments was when Del first leans about Dean's first sleepover at Pharm's condo -- the way she jumps up and down and tries to calm her smile down. I was CRAAACKING up.
10) Maybe it's because I'm Indian, and used to very large and complicated families, that the relationship between Dean being a part of Intouch's family and having Korn's spirit, and vice versa with Pharm, wasn't confusing to me. But what really got me during my first rewatch was: Fluke Natouch's just INCREDIBLE acting when Pharm first meets Intouch's sister/Dean's grandmother, and Intouch's niece/Dean's mother. When I first watched the scene of Pharm meeting Dean's grandmother, a number of friends commented on loving that scene as well. GOD. It struck me as hard the second time around as the first time. And I think I was even MORE moved the second time around to see Pharm meeting Dean's mother.
Dean's mother had to process a LOT in the moment that she met Pharm. She had to process that her son had a boyfriend, that that boyfriend was there in her house in the first place, and that she'd have to tell her husband (Dean's dad) that their son's boyfriend was sleeping over. AND, that was all BEFORE Pharm had his reaction to Dean's mom once he was finally awake and processing things again. And THEN, she knew that Dean HIMSELF would have to tell his dad the next day and ask for his blessing. Moms have to go through a lot (do I ever know that life), but that was a LOT for Dean's mom, and god, I just gained a new appreciation for those scenes and how Dean and Pharm managed the whole damn thing together. (Also, now that I've seen The Love of Siam, as well as, of course, KinnPorsche -- and, OH, Be My Favorite, too! Kob Songsit. LEGENDARY BL DAD!)
11) My initial flip-out on the condo scene still stands. During my rewatch, I rewound it, like... three times? Fuck, man. One of the BEST BL scenes, ever, ever.
12) I loved taking my time to watch the very final scene, when Dean and Pharm have had the same dream of Korn and Intouch thanking them, and they get back together. I really loved paying attention to how all the Post-Its came back, the meaning of Never Forget, all the little notes and memories of when they had first met. Intouch's ring, the very first note Pharm wrote to Dean, all of it. Dean was such a sentimental simp from the start.
(Because I'm on such a DeanPharm kick -- and I know this is against better advice, but -- I'm considering a fast watch of Between Us just to see DeanPharm's conclusion. I know! The side couples are supposed to be chaotic, but, but. Once I get more time.)
13) Last note. Again, when I have time again, I'm wanting to write a Big Meta on separation. I've noted in some of the most important GMMTV BLs, that separation is often a key theme. But I think Pharm asking for a break was also incredibly key, and keyed into his continued commitment to setting boundaries. I think I probably fell most for Pharm as a character with him doing this -- strange, I know, since I love DeanPharm incessantly, but his standing up for clarity for his feelings meant so much for the internal strength he had gained by surviving the ordeal they had gone through. He was going to stick to his guns to make sure the relationship was authentic FOR HIM, and he did just that.
GOD, THIS WAS CATHARTIC! If you read this, thanks for going through this with me! I'm addicted to writing and this was a fun break in the midst of life chaos. I promise the OGMMTVC will hopefully continue without interruption, but that being said -- I'm watching Not Me, slowly, and having a great time with it. But UWMA is my woobie at the moment, and I just love having fallen in love with this show.

◘Chicago November 2007 - J2 Breakfast - Enhanced Edition Con Video - V2.0 by DetailTilted◘ ◘Jared and Jensen Coming in to Breakfast in Chicago by Runedgirl◘
0:00
Jared and Jensen walk through the door and then up on to the platform making the stage. The audience is cheering, screaming, and continuously flashing photos. Jensen is holding a coffee cup. Jared steps up to and grabs the mic.
Jared: Does this thing work? (to the audience) What are you guys doing awake right now?
The audience laughs and gives garbled reply and then cheers. Jared reaches over to Jensen’s mic and pushes it down on the stand. The audience laughs. Jensen nods.
Jared: I gotta fix this for him.
Jensen tightens the adjustment collar on the mic stand. Jared reaches over to Jensen’s mic again and pushes it down farther but it pops off of the mic mount. Jared then puts it back on and leaves the mic turned slightly down and away from Jensen. Jared looks at Jensen smiling, who smiles back. Jared then goes to adjust his mic stand smirking to himself. The audience cackles.
(0:21 DT, 0:23 R) -introduction
Jared: (to the audience) Good morning!
Audience: Good morning!
Jared: Thanks for coming out! (looks down at mic stand) Look at this. (adjusts his mic up and down)
Jensen: I’m still waking up you’ll have to excuse me.
Jared: (playing with the mic stand) Yeah. Or he’s trying desperately to. Y’all can clap for him too. I know that y’all- that was all cheering for me.
The audience screams and claps. Jensen holds his hands out and open with a smirk. Jared nods his head while still fiddling with his mic stand.
Jared: He gets sad if he doesn’t.. if he doesn’t get some too. So. (audience giggles) Wow.
Jensen: Well we-we appreciate you guys getting up so early to do this for us. (Jared: Of course) We, uh-
Audience member A: Are we-
Audience member B: We’re (?eating?) that day.
Audience member C: We didn’t go to bed.
Jared briefly lifts his hands up and smiles.
Jensen: (nods) Alright, so we’re all on the same page. (audience cheers) Uh, you know, we got to fly back up to Vancouver today and, uh, (Jared: Right) and start working tomorrow. So, uh, you know, that was not a whole lot of time. So, we had to (gestures) cram it all in today. So, anyway.. thanks for getting up and, uh, let’s have fun today, huh? (audience cheers and claps)
Jared: (leans down and claps) And did y’all see Sam and Fred? Did y’al-
Audience: Yeah! (cheers and claps)
Jared: (hold his hands out) They rock, huh? They’re really cool. Now you know why we guys have so much fun (adjust mic mount) when were on set because everybody.. is.. laid back.
Jared turns back to look at Jensen who’s staring back at him. Jared says something off mic (?“lug hack”?). The audience giggles. Jensen pumps his eyebrows at Jared smirking. Jared nods and then Jensen turns and walks behind Jared to place his coffee cup on the hotel’s podium.
Jared: (turns back to the audience and gestures towards Jensen) He’s really laid back. (gestures towards Jensen again) He’s actually going back to.. go to sleep. (audience laughs)
Jensen: I know, just give me a pillow (?and a stool and I’m like-? or ?to snuggle up with?) (Jared: Yeah) (mimics sleeping and then adjusts his mic stand).
Jared: Yeah. We actually had trouble sleeping also. We’re still on Vancouver time. And gone from night shooting in Vancouver world to-
Jensen: (about the mic stand) I’m not that short. (audience laughs)
Jared: I know.
Jensen unscrews the adjustment collar, separates the rods, and carries the top part of his mic stand one-handed. The audience laughs, cheers, and claps. Jared goes to say something but then laughs.
Jensen: I’m like Montgomery Gentry now.
Jared: Yeah. (?Too zoot? or ?Kazoo?) (pats his coat) I kind of feel like taking this off.
Jensen: (?That’s the way? or ?That's allowed?)
Audience member: Take it off!
Jared starts to take off his coat and the crowd screams. Jensen slumps his head back. Jared stops, holds his hands out and backs away from the mic and then goes back, waving his hand.
Jared: It’s not that exciting. (audience laughs)
Jensen: Saw that one coming.
Jared turns to his side and flashes his clothed shoulder to the crowd. The audience catcalls. Jared then fully takes off his coat and places it behind the podium.
Jensen: I want to know what I have to do to get that (points up to the one of the posters hanging) in my bedroom. (audience laughs and screams)
Jared: (to Jensen) That’s actually where they got it from, actually.
The audience laughs. Jensen snaps his fingers and then briefly looks away.
◘Jared and Jensen at Breakfast in Chicago (2) by LauraTX1◘
Jared: I know, I gave them the one of you (points to Jensen’s poster) other there, so. That was usually on my roof.
Jensen: I don’t look very happy over there.
Audience member: Sam’s behind you! Look behind you!
Jared: Which one? (points to his right) Oh, yeah.
Audience member: So hot.
Jared: Sam… I like it.
Jensen steps away from the mic and goes behind Jared to take off his coat and toss it behind the podium. The audience cheers. Jared nods, shrugs, and then puts his hands on his hips.
Jared: (looks at Jensen) You always upstage me, man. (audience and Jensen laugh) Like, I thought I was the only one. (shrugs) Fine.
Jared begins unbuttoning the top half of his striped shirt and then pulls the opening to show more of the t-shirt underneath. The audience screams. Jensen briefly looks and then rolls his eyes elsewhere.
Jared: (laughs and shakes head) Just kidding. Yeah me too. (to the audience) I want to tell y’all guys a funny story that I haven't told- (abruptly raises hand) Hi! (widens eyes and points towards the audience) Oh is that money? Oh well..
Jared backs away from the mic and starts playing with his belt. The audience screams and claps. Jensen nods at Jared. Then Jared laughs and leans on the mic.
Jensen: (to audience) We take traveler's check and visa.
Jared: There’s a writer’s strike going. (audience laughs) We’re hoping so- I mean if you got a five- (gestures at audience member and squints) Jeeze- Dean’s welcoming party to hell. Hey (pats Jensen’s arm and points at the audience)
Jensen: (to Jared) Did you bring your, uh, credit card machine, so you can just slide (gesture) the- the Visa Mastercard.
Jared: (buttons his striped shirt back up) I- I did actually. I brought it with me.
Jensen: Yeah. (points to the audience) It says “Dean’s welcoming party” (nods and raises hands)
•(2:56 DT, 2:58 R, 0:47 L) Chicon07Gold;1+ Eyelash story
Jared: I want to tell y’all a funny story about Jensen to really embarrass him. True story. We, uh, we were at this restaurant-
Jensen: (holds up hands in a pinch gesture to the audience) Not yet.
Jared: (puts a hand on Jensen’s shoulder) Has anybody been to Vancouver? ‘Cause-
Audience: Yeah! (cheers)
Jared: It’s a great city, right? There’s a restaurant called VIJ’s that’s, um, that’s, uh, this great chef and this, uh, great Indian food. And we were sitting there and, um, you know, into-
◘Jared and Jensen at Breakfast in Chicago (1) by runedgirl◘
Jensen: (shakes head) I don’t know why you’re telling this story. (audience laughs)
Jared: (throws hands up) I have to. I have to. Like, Jensen he’s a, you know, he- he plays sports. He works out. (audience woo) He’s.. got a girlfriend. He’s.. kind of a manly (gestures) kind of guy. You know, (gestures to Jensen) he doesn’t look it, (audience laughs and Jensen crosses his arms) but- he’s sort of into like football and stuff.
◘Supernatural Chicago Convention: The Eyelash Story by Jessica◘
Jared: And we’re sitting there and waiting to get seated. And we’re sort of like, uh, we’re having a drink and, um, having some appetizers and stuff. And, then Jensen kind of gets this funny look on his face. And he goes, “Wait, stay still”
◘Jensen and Jared at Creation Con 2007 in Chicago by JihaanK◘
Jared reaches over to Jensen and pretends to pick an eyelash off of his cheek. The audience laughs.
Jared: And then (laughs) about half way into the reaching for my face (slowly reaches out to Jensen) he’s realizes that he’s like reaching to grab my face. (audience laughs. Jensen smiles and briefly turns away) And you see his face change from like, (mimics Jensen to the audience) “Oh, I got to get that” to “What am I doing?” (audience laughs) But it’s too late. I think it would have been worse if he was like this- (reaches towards Jensen and then retreats) So-
Jensen: (shakes head and gestures) I was already in there. Already- (gestures) It’s a public restaurant. See we’re so used to- to- (gestures to Jared and him)
Jared: Yeah. And I’m going, “Jensen, why are you grabbing my face?”
Jensen: Like, looking out for each other on set-
Jared: “We’re not on set right now.”
Jensen: In a controlled environment.
Jared: (nods) Yeah.
Jensen: (shakes head and then gestures to his head) And I forget these things.
Jared: Yeah. Yeah.
Jensen: (shrugs) I’ll work on it.
Jared: Well, unfortunately for me he forgot it in front of, uh… you know, twenty people that were (?)-
Jensen: It was like, “Quick!” (mimics drinking beer) “Chug your beer. Chug your beer.” (audience laughs)
Jared: It was like, (signals to an imaginary waiter) “Uh, can we get more shots.. sir?” (laughs)
Jensen: (to audience) Well, how’s everybody doing?
Jared: Good morning, Jensen.
Jensen: (audience cheers) Yeah? Did you guys- did you guys, uh, see Steve last night play? (audience says yeah and cheers) (nods) It’s pretty good. We were hiding in the back. (audience gives a yeah)
◘jaredjensenbfast by sin attract◘
Jared: (?We even got to see him?) (claps his hands)
Audience member: We wanted you to sing.
Jensen: Yeah. Ye- Mmm.
Jared: I wanted him to sing too. (audience cheers) (thumbs to Jensen) He’s got a nice voice.
Jensen: He’s- (shakes head) you know he’s-he’s- he’s good. I didn’t want to come up and ruin his sets, so, uh, (audience aw’s) (Jared: Yeah.) He’s, uh, I- He and I’ve- ‘ve, uh, have, you know, plucked a guitar plenty of times together and then hung out and sang. So, it’s a (shrugs and shakes head) s’old hat.
Jared: I’ve sat through it. It’s exciting. Sandy and I were trying to rush him up there. And, trying to get you up there to go sing. (audience aw’s) (Jensen throws his hand up) He punched me under the table.
Jensen: I did. (audience laughs) (nods) I did.
Jared: I think he was trying to punch Sandy, but-
Jensen: I was trying to suckerpunch, but-
Jared: He ended up hitting me.
Jensen: She hit me back I think.
Jared: Wait what?
Jensen: (nods) Yeah. (laughs)
Jared: Woah, woah. (laughs) I just kidding. (audience giggles)
Jensen: (to audience) Umm, alright see you later. (feints leaving) (audience and Jared laugh)
Jared: He’s gone and he leaves me just like that. (Jensen returns to the mic) Anybody have anything fun? (claps) What? (audience cheers) I can’t believe there’s so many people here. I thought it was gonna be just people that (?don’t sleep?)-
Audience member: (?no?)
Jared: (?That’s right?)
Jensen: Now- now I wanna know, who- who came the furthest.. to be here?
Audience members: Australia!
Jensen: Australia?
Jared: (points) Pittsburgh?! (nods) Okay.
Jensen: (laughs) It’s outside of Chicago!
Jared: Anybody from Chicago? Anybody local? (audience yeah’s) So we probably shouldn’t (gestures) talk about Cowboys or, uh, anything (grimaces, cowers, and then uncurls) Yeah? Texas? Where in Texas?
Audience member: Dallas!
Jensen: Dallas!
Jared: (points) San Antonio? (gives a thumbs up and points) (Jensen gives audience finger guns) Go Spurs. Go Spurs. I’m sad about the Celtics doing their-
Audience members: Go Celtics! Go Celtics!
Jared: (turns) Yeah, I know. I know. I know.
Jensen: They’re looking good. (?Maybe they got the spirit?)
Jared: Well, um, another guy who’s on our network that you probably know really well, Tom Welling, who plays Superman on “Smallville,” (a few audience catcalls) he’s a big-
Jensen: Who? (audience laughs)
Jared: he’s a big Celtics fan. So, we have to hear it from him. So. Last thing I want to do- (points at audience) Are you too? Are you Celtics also?
Audience member: No, I came from Baghdad.
Jared: Oh, I- that’s right. (audience laughs) They have basketball. (laughs)
Jensen: That’s right. Yes. (points) Yeah, we might have a winner for the-for the (Jared: that’s right) distance there.
Jared: Yeah. I think that’s probably the farthest. (some no’s from the audience) I’m- I’m at a loss. I don’t- (audience laughs)
Jensen: I’m still asleep.
Jared: Yeah. It’s still (looks at watch) what? Five o’clock?
Jensen: (looks at watch) Well, it’s- It is, uh,- No, it’s- Yeah, it’d be 5- (Jared: for us?) Yeah, not even six o’clock for us because we’re pacific coast time. (audience aw’s)
•(6:51 DT, 2:16 SA) Chicon07Gold;2+ Towel/Sweat Shenanigans
Jared: (fans shirt) I’m nervous. I’m so excited y’all.
Jensen: You’re sweating.
Jared: I am. (audience catcalls) I’m a sweater.
Jensen: (to creation staff) Can we get a towel over here?
Jared: It’s coming off. It’s coming off. (mimics taking off his striped shirt) (audience laughs) I’mma- I’mma- I’mma sweater person. That's- that's what I do on set. (Jensen rubs his forehead) I eat. I sweat. (audience laughs)
Jared wipes his forehead and goes to grab Jensen’s arm. He then proceeds to wipe his face all over Jensen’s shoulder. The audience laughs. Jensen smiles while wiping his forehead one more time, and then moves to pick up a towel from a creation staff member. He then throws the towel at Jared and it hits his mic. The audience is laughing. Jared fumbles it and is passed the towel from a person off stage.
Jared: (off mic) Thank you.
Jensen: This is so not how I envisioned this going. (audience laughs)
Jared wipes his face off with the towel. And then stops to lean in on the mic.
Jared: (to Jensen) It’s actually exactly how I envisioned it going. (audience laughs)
Jensen: That doesn’t surprise me.
Jared: I thought we were very clear to each other that I was gonna- (wipes face with towel)
Jensen: Yes.
Audience member: You’re still taking care of him. (audience laughs and then aw’s)
Jared: (nods) Yeah. I know. (Jensen: That’s right.) Wait, I’ve been saving him some, this season (audience laughs, claps, and cheers)
Jared throws the towel and makes like he’s walking away. Then he turns and pumps his fist.
Jared: (off mic) That’s right. That’s right. (picks the towel back up) (on mic) (?I saved your-what??)
•(7:44 DT, 3:08 SA) Chicon07Gold;3+ Sandy, 3x05 crossroads demon scene
Audience member: He killed Sandy!
Jensen: (to audience) What’s that?
Audience member: He killed Sandy for yah.
Jensen: Yeah.
Jared: (points) That’s right. That’s right. (nods to Jensen) (audience member: No wonder she-) That was.. not as tough as it should have been, but uh.. (audience and Jensen laughs) Oh. (crosses his arms and grimaces) She probably heard that. (audience laughs) Just kidding.
Jensen: If she didn’t, I’ll tell her.
Jared: I know you will. Thank you. (Jensen laughs) I appreciate it. I-
Jensen: That was- that was a- that was a really good scene too. But, I wasn’t there. I had the day off (nods towards Jared) and, uh, when Sandy came. So, I didn’t get to-to harass them on set while they were working together. (Jared: Yeah) But, uh-
◘Jared and Jensen at Breakfast in Chicago (3) by LauraTX1◘
Jared: Too bad for us. (hook gestures) (?just fuck ourselves?)
Jensen: She did a really good job.
Jared: I know. (claps)
Jensen: I was really proud of her. (audience claps and cheers) And then, you- you blew her head off. (audience laughs. Jared grimaces)
Jared: Hey, man-
Jensen: (opens his arms to the audience) Gotta love Supernatural.
•(8:36 DT, 3:55 SA, 0:20 L) Chicon07Gold;4+ Writer’s Strike; Creative Control
Jared: I only do what the writers telling me to. Well, not anymore now that the writers are on strike. We sort of can change lines. Because they can’t go, “Uh, we got to call down and check with the writers,” because the writers can’t say “yes” or “no.”
So, Jensen and I are like, “We don’t really like this. I think we’re just going to change.. that.” (audience laughs) “Like, what-“ (grimaces and in a stained voice) “Fine. Fine.” (audience laughs)
Jensen: (smiles and nods) And then I actually was talking to, uh, Kripke the other day on phone on his way to- to- to the picket lines. And I called him and I was like, (mimics talking on phone) “Hey, uh, Eric. Listen, I got a question about this, uh, this one line. I’m not sure if this is going to translate. I mean, trans- You know, it reads fine on the paper, but, uh, I don’t know that there really going to understand what I’m talking about. What if I changed it to this, or this, or this?”
And he’s like, “I can’t talk to you about this stuff, man.” (audience laughs) He’s like, “If you want to talk about direction about the character, but you probably got that figured out by now.” (audience and Jared laughs) And they really couldn’t. Y’mean, seriously (Jared: Yeah) his hands were tied.
And, I was like, “So, I could..” (Jared: Yeah) “pretty much do anything” (Jared: Yeah) “I want.” and you can’t do anything.” (audience laughs then cheers) (Jared: Yeah) “Game on, Pal.” (audience laughs and claps)
Jared: (thumbs to Jensen) I’m actually not going to call him Dean anymore. I’m going to call him- Anybody have any suggestions? (turns to his left) Jill!? (audience laughs) (nods) Jill. (points) She said it, man. I didn’t- I didn’t (holds up his hands and backs away from the mic)
Jensen: (gestures to himself and Jared) (Jared mimics pushing Jensen in front of his mic) Jill and Susan.. (audience laughs) from, uh.
Audience member: A boy named Sue.
Jared: (nods) Sue? (points) A boy named Sue. (J2 hold up their arms and look at each other) Yeah, I’ll take that. (nods) I’ll take that.
Jensen: Makes sense. (shakes head)
Jared: I love Johnny Cash. You get Jill. I’ll take Sue.
Jensen: Alright. Fine. (audience laughs)
Audience member: Sue!
Jared: (claps and then points to his right) We got Sue. We got an actual Sue over there. (nods and fist pumps)
Jensen: There we go.
Jared: (to audience member) I’m going to borrow your name for a little bit, if you don’t mind. You can do nothing about it. (to audience) We’re all hoping for a quick end of this (claps) writer’s strike, so that we can- (Jensen nods)
Audience: Yeah. (claps and cheers)
•(10:07 DT, 5:25 SA) Chicon07Gold;5+ Sterling K. Brown; 3x07 Fight scene
Jared: (?Go back out.?) I mean as of right now we still have- We’re doing episode eleven right now and we have episode twelve written. But, uh, we’re supposed to get thirteen done before the break. (turns and gestures to Jensen) Filming at least. I guess, episode 7 airs on Thursday?
Jensen and audience: Yeah.
Jared: With Sterling, who, uh, (audience cheers and claps) Who you all know and love. Yeah (claps) (?He’s great. He’s-?) We’ll have to- What is it?
Audience member: I said, “Did you kick his ass?” (audience giggles)
Jared: (tilts head with a smirk) You’ll have to see. (audience laughs) Let’s say- let’s say (flips hair) look at- look at this face and- (audience laughs) (points at his cheek) And this is a zit, it’s not a punch from, uh.. Sterling. I tried to get rid of it the other day.
Jensen: (?It was- Sterling told me it’s a?) real big fight sce- (nods to Jared) It’s one of the biggest fight scenes you’ve had.
Jared: It was. (nods) It was a- it was a big fight scene. And he’s a very strong- (nods) strong person. Like, I think he played high school football and stuff. And I’m used to- I mean, I’m not a small guy. So, usually people are making fun of me going, (sways back and forth) “Hey don’t throw me around.” And I’m sitting there and he’s like picking me up and pushing me. (backs up) “This isn’t fun.”
And then, uh, we were both all dirty, so he’s in the make up trailer and he like (mimes Sterling) takes his shirt off and starts washing up. (Jensen smiles) (makes sound effects) He’s got muscles everywhere. (audience laughs) I’m like, (makes a face) “Come on, Sterling.” (flexes his arm while sticking his butt out) But, uh, yeah he made me look good.
Jensen: So, then I walk in, Sterling's shirtless, (thumbs to Jared) (Jared: [nods] Yeah. Yeah.) (Jared walks away from the mic scratching his head) Jared's flexing in front of the mirror. (audience laughs) (shrugs and shakes head) (?I just stood around and watched?)
Jared: And we weren’t even filming. That was just Saturday. That was actually the day after. So. (nods) We didn’t know he was gonna-
Jensen: (?That’s our day off.?)
Jared: Yeah. We didn’t know he was gonna-
Jensen: So I grabbed the video camera. (audience ah’s and squeals)
Jared: (points and then points back) Roll footage!
Audience: Yeah.
Jensen: (laughs and nods) And roll footage.
Audience member: You’re putting it on YouTube, right?
Jensen: Yes.

And, um, and I came across- Did y’all ever see a video called Charlie the Unicorn? (audience screams. Jensen smiles.) (backs away a little and claps) There’s one called Supernatural, Charlie the Unicorn. (audience screams) (points at fan screaming) That I went to and I was cracking up, (thumbs to Jensen) and he and I had watched it a few times and been showing it to people. (Jensen nods)
youtube
Jared: And so, I ran in, I was like, “Dude, you’re not going to believe this.” (Jensen: ?It's hilarious?) And so I pushed the button on his computer. (Jensen looks up and laughs) And it sort of starts to download. And so, the song starts, but he gets distracted. I think, uh, Gabe, who’s one of our assistant directors, comes in and take him to set. So, I’m trying to pause it, and I’m trying to make it bigger. I don’t want him to see where it says “Supernatural~ Charlie the Unicorn,” because I didn’t want to ruin it. (throws a hand at Jensen) And finally I showed it to him. And, we’re having a real kick out of it. So.. There’s a par-

Jensen: None of that.
Audience members: Do it again! We missed it! Do it again!

Jared: It was just a bad head cackle? (audience: yeah) I gotta get tied up. (audience screams)
Jensen lifts up a hand and turns and walks away from the mic.
Jared: Anybody got any rope? You got to really be there and feel the character.
Jensen walks back up to the mic with a hand out and then shakes his head. Jared glances at him with a smile.
Audience members: Roleplay!
Jared: (to Jensen) get a rope.
Jensen: (?Ok, where's?) my rope. (starts patting his pockets and chest)
Jared: (?You didn’t-?) (starts patting his pockets and chest)
Jensen: I didn’t do it!

Jared: We look like an absolute (?whore? or ?horror?) whenever you, uh, whenever you finally go to get changed, (rubs his body) like why do I have black latex, Gore-Tex stuff on. (audience laughs) And it doesn’t let any water in, which is great, but it also doesn’t let any water out. So if you’re naturally a sweater like somebody I know? (audience laughs. Jensen smiles) You’re sitting there going like, (flapping shirt and scrunching his face) “Are you sure this stuff works?” (audience and Jensen laughs)
Jensen: “I’m soaked.” (smiles at Jared)
Jared: “I’m kind of wet. Like, why? Why is it-” And you’re sitting there and you’re tied up. And you’re just trying to.. do the best you can do. (audience giggles) Um. Jensen: I’m just waiting for the script that says, “Dean enters the room. Sam’s asleep in the motel.” (audience catcalls. Jared laughs.) “Dean pulls out his clippers.” (Jared nods) (mimics and makes sound effects shaving Sam’s head)
Jared: That’ll have to be the next prank episode. (some audience woo’s)
Audience members: Nair! Nair!

Jared: (starts to laugh but stops) Aw! That’s me! Who said that? (audience and Jensen laugh) (picks up his mic stand, but puts it back down.)
Jensen: (to audience) Now you did it.
Jared: Nair? What is that stuff? (rubs his nose, looks around, and then shrugs) (audience laughs. Jensen laughs) I don’t even know what (laughs) that is.
Jensen: It’s in your toiletry bag, Jared. (Audience laughs and then Jared laughs out loud and claps) (smiles and then rubs his face) Oh man, alright what else? What else we got? Anybody have any- any little anecdotes?

J2 Gold Panel Dallascon 2023
The boys today are in full swing, they're joking around making each other laugh, they're a little flirty, they are just in such a good mood and you can tell from the moment they get on the stage.
Jared does a little kick which is so cute and after Jared asks Jensen if it feels like they're twice as high as they usually are Jensen jokes that yeah but he did have some edibles that morning, and then he turns towards the big screen they have behind them that has a big banner with two pictures of them and he asks what's up with Jared's photo because he looks high....and Jared replies that what happened was that the picture got cropped so you don't see Jensen's left hand...I have no words.
And then there's Jared trying to recreate his stare in the photo and Jensen's left hand- just click on the link and watch: 😂
The first question is not a question it’s a fan thanking them, the show has a very special meaning to them because it's something that they watched with their grandad; Jared says that hearing stories from people about how the show helped them connect with their loved ones is one of the things that kept them going for so many years and when they were missing their families. x
The actual first question comes from an English teacher who sometimes uses SPN episodes in her drama units, like she used French Mistake to teach about breaking the fourth wall, and wants to know if they have episode recommendations that she could use for lessons. Jared recommends showing the movie Groundhog Day, and the ep Mystery Spot. The reason he brings up Groundhog Day is because he watched it this past week with their kids while they were all home because of icepocalypse. !!!!!!!!! Y'all already know I listened to this part multiple times, at different speeds, at different volume levels. This man said: "I just watched this movie last week with our kids when we were all home cause of icepocalypse". To me it sounds like Jensen and his three kiddos spend the ice storm with Jared and the other three kids.
But as I always say, don't take my word for it, here's the timestamp. Listen for yourself and form your own opinion.
Getting back to the answer Jensen asks him what the lesson would be for Mystery Spot and Jared replies the lesson is probably: you get another chance tomorrow, and try to make everyday count cause you never know when it’s your last or when you get to do it again the next day.
Jensen says that for a lesson in overcoming your fears, Yellow Fever. x
What’s their favorite quote? Jared jokes "leave the gun, take the cannoli." That's a line from the Godfather film. His real answer is: "pain is mandatory suffering is optional". And for Jensen one he likes a lot is: "taking care of yourself takes care of more than yourself."
Then Jared brings up another movie quote, "dude you got a fucking dart in your neck" which is from the movie Old School. This man spend the time he was stuck in the house watching old movies, I can tell. He also says people don’t have feelings, feelings have people. Which Jensen is confused by and doesn’t think it makes sense, but Jared explains that what he gathers from it is feelings are not pathological you can be angry or jealous but that's not who you are. x
When are Sam and Dean going to come back down to Earth? Jensen jokingly says season 16. Then says seriously, that that’s hopefully something that gets addressed when they get the call asking if they want to put their boots back on. x
What was their favorite kill? Some in the crowd call out Ruby, and Jensen laughs saying that technically he killed her, and Jared smiles and says to the crowd "are you reading my mind?"
Jensen's answer is Chuck. It wasnt some random monster of the week kind of thing it was somebody they had many years of work together and a friendship so whenever they get to work with people they have a great history and relationship with it makes it a little bit elevated, but he’ll take a good vampire nest killing everyday.
Jared says he didn't like killing this character but as a storyteller he's going to go with Rowena because it was so difficult. Says Ruthie is the most wonderful person on the planet, and she was fantastic as Rowena but that dynamic between her and Sam- it was so tragic to him to think of Sam having to kill her, it was so difficult he remembers the day vividly, it was truly emotional. He mentions that when the character of Bobby died they talked to the producers and the writers, and they said they didn't like it either but it’s great television and the boys were like fair enough so that was kind of an initial lesson; and when the Rowena and Sam storyline came to its conclusion that was really powerful for him. x
The next fan wants to know something cool about the boys that you wouldn't be able to find online. Jared says he’s done a questionnaire a few times, and guessing about Jensen, and it's turned out they're both introverts. They'd much rather stay home than go to a red carpet; extroverts feel energized being in front of the cameras but they much rather chill. x
Next fan has two questions, the first is that they want to know if the mic stand that Jared has is the one that Jensen threw down at the SNS concert the previous night because Jared keeps adjusting it. Jensen says he doesn’t know what she’s talking about, then he asks if he really did break a stand last night, the crowd replies yes and he goes 'listen, when i come on stage and there's music I black out'. And he, once again, asks if he really did break that stand, crowd continues to say yes, he says 'well, shouldn’t have been there'. 😆
The second question is, did Jensen think about how much his recognition would grow after appearing on The Boys? He answers that he doesn’t think he and Jared go into any of these jobs, roles,or stories thinking about the impact it'll have externally. They get hired to do a job and they take it seriously, even thought it might not look like it all the time, but they have a lot of fun doing the job because they truly enjoy doing what they do that being said they're not thinking about doing things because they want the effect it's going to have on a greater scale. They're just doing their job and hopefully it resonates to people and someone out there is entertained, and if that's the case they have done their job.
Jared mentions that 5 or 6 years ago the powerball prize was like 2 billion dollars, and they bought like 20 bucks of tickets. The draw was on Saturday, on Friday they’re on set filming, it's 4am, they’re tired, they’re miserable, they're flying soon and they look at each other and ask "if you win tomorrow are you coming into work on Monday?" And the answer for both of them was yes. If somebody went up to them and said they were filming a movie for the next month and it was going to be long hours but it would make a billion dollars in the box office, or long hours but they were never going to release it, it would make no difference they would still do everyday just as hard. He just does the hardest work he can and it's therapeutic for him as well to explore different lives and lifestyles and relationships so wether you tell him it’s an independent film that will never get released or Avatar he will work just as hard. And so will Jensen. x
Last question! The fan tells Jensen that he owes her sister 24 beers because last year she asked him to go out for her birthday beer and this fan had said that because she was turning 24 it should be 24 beers, and he had said she (fan asking the question) could go with them but she wasn't 21 at the time but she just turned 21 so now she can go and that would be 21 beers. I'm mentioning all this for only two reasons cause it has nothing to do with her question, reason number 1 is that when the fan tells Jensen about him owing her sister a beer, Jared grabs Jensen's coffee out of his hand and acts like he's going to give it to her and Jensen has no reaction, he just lets him take it and waits for him to put it back in his hand, like Jared taking his coffee is the most normal thing in the world. Which it probably is because they 100% do seem like the type of couple that shares coffee.
The second reason is that when the fan mentions that he owes her 21 beers on top of her sisters 24, Jared says that's 45 beers and Jensen stops, looks at him and goes "you do math fast!" all impressed. It's quite cute cause Jensen's all 😍 and you can tell Jared's proud of himself.
Anyways the last question is, what is their version of self care? Jared says that he’s been watching Limitless with Chris Hemsworth on Clif’s recommendation that it’s really meaningful, and fun, and interesting and a lot of the stuff that's talked about on the show really resonates with him. He is very similar, he has a though time winding down, and goes back to monkey brain, which is apparently what a doctor said, that's where one panics about stuff and is always worried so certain breathing excercises have helped. Also, the endurance training they did when they ran the marathon in Seattle kinda helped cause you put your shoes on, your music, your watch to check your heartrate and then you're on the road for an hour or hour and a half so you have to put everything else away, and he blames Jensen for turning him to this cause this was the training they did together. So find somewhere you can get past that really uncomfortable point of thinking you have to be doing something. Box breathing also seems to help him cause he sweats a lot, and he's anxious and nervous.
Jensen likes playing music, he’ll just sit down with a guitar and a lot of whiskey. x

Old Business:
Manta Ray chat postponed. Admin MJ had to postpone her scheduled chat due to adulting. Please keep her in your thoughts as she continues to brave the real world as an adult who adults very adultly. Adulting sucks but is necessary, sometimes.
The New Member Spotlight post is late due to some technical difficulties. We're working through them and trying to rebuild! Hopefully, it will be posted soon!
Last week's #TweetFicTues prompts were:
Tumblr media
New Business:
SPN Rewatch: Fanfic Edition - 1x03 and 1x04. We had a good chat yesterday in the Discord server about the episodes Dead In The Water and Phantom Traveler. We decided to add thematic docs to the Archives in addition to the docs for each episode. These docs are listed at the bottom of the masterlist doc after all the episodes. So far, we have added, John's Parenting, Dean's trauma - mutism, Sam's trauma - anger, Sam underestimating Dean, and Dean is Smart™. Some of these are still under construction, but keep checking back for updates! Click here to access the masterlist and find links to the new docs!
Fishing for Treasures at the @fanficocean is next weekend. November's theme is Gen fics! No romance here! If you're in other fandoms and you're looking for fics that don't include smut or focus on relationships that are not romantic, check out the Ocean's blog next weekend. If you write gen fics for other fandoms, submit links to your fics for the Ocean to reblog by midnight Friday, Eastern US/Canadian time!
#SPNJAX is next weekend! If you're going to the con and want to find fellow Pondies to meet up with, head into our Discord server and the channel we have created for the con. Arrange meetups, find a roommate, or share ideas for photo ops and autographs. You can even ask questions and get answers from con veterans!
Manta Ray in the Discord server. On Saturday, Admin Michelle will be in the discord server just hanging out! Feel free to come on in and get help with fic ideas (she breeds plot bunnies in her backyard), vent about editing, or ask questions about the Pond.
Paul Carella on Lounges.tv later today. Paul is trying out a new platform, so head on over, create a free account, and enjoy some fun and good music! Click here for more information and to get tickets.
Jason Manns on UrsaLive for another Tuesday Tunesday! This week, it's going to be extra early for the US folks, but more accessible for those in Europe and further east. Click here for more information and to participate!
Daylight Savings Time ends in the US next weekend! For some in other parts of the world, it ended this weekend. For others, they don't mess with this shit and never have to worry about changing all of their clocks, the lazy bastards. 🤣 No matter what, be sure to double-check time zones and DST specifications when making plans with your international friends! (We use TimeZoneConverter to make our posts, which tells us about national holidays and DST and other cool stuff that helps us schedule things!)

Pit Babe episode 6 rewatch/live commentary (part 2)
Guess who's on remote working and writing her commentary instead of working because she finished ALL of her task in 2 hours , but her working day last for 7h30......ME !
Oh poor Way....Who cares ? No one
Tumblr media
Except Pete...Hello sir !
Tumblr media
In the previous part, when i said that no one believed in Dean....i forgot about Sonic
Tumblr media
And the fact that in the next second Dean turn all of his anger toward him
North first instinct being to check that Sonic is alright, in any situation
Side note n°??: i'm using the french subtitle from the team petitsblentreamis, whose translation is far better that the english one.
Dean asking what being nice has brought him and then, projecting his own sense of betrayal toward Alan on North and Sonic
And that was the last straw for Dean. At this point, nothing Alan or the X-hunter Team could say or do, would be able to repair their relationship, at least in Dean eyes
Tumblr media
Now,it's a bit hypocritical to say that Alan.
But the thing is, they already lost him.....Also, i'm don't agree with Jeff on this one and i think he's a little bit projecting how he would like people to act toward him in this situation.
That only a fragment of why Dean is so f*cking upset ! Once gain, Alan just....brush him off
His dream is to be able to sleep......Now, if we take into account the whole series, all of Jeff visions are bad one......What if that's the only things he can see......the bad things, the hurtful and scary one....since he was a little child......
Alan has rizz ? Damn
Poor Jeff, nothing ever prepared him for someone like Alan
Never mind he's an idiot -< him and chef Oab should shake hands
Him trying to coax Jeff with food......wrong series Uncle
Charlie as so much faith in Babe jugement
Or you could keep it, make some renovation and raise your children here!
By the way, do you know what baffled me even more than Babe calling himself Mama during sexy time? it's Babe calling Charlie Papa and Charlie calling Babe Mama outside of it.
Also Mama is a part of who he is now; you have Pit Babe, King of the Hallows; Babe a traumatized alpha with a very shitty shitty childhood; and Mama, the babygirl ! the drama queen !
Babe, he's not trying, he's succeeding
Tumblr media
Give me all the domesticity between those two in season 2 ! Or even better, give me 2189641 new episodes of them doing couple/family thing with the rest of the X-hunter Pack
He was playing hard to get but in reality, he just wanted a photo with his boyfriend !
The height difference in this scene remind me that Pavel keep wearing high heeled shoes because he just CAN'T be shorter than Pupu
Tumblr media Tumblr media
🎶Kiss kiss fall in love🎶
Brother-in-law time
It's nice to see a character like Babe acknowledging his fault, apologizing and actively trying to have a positive relationship with Jeff
Poor Alan, Babe would rather be on Jeff side than his 😝
I love that everyone can see Alan crush on Jeff, even Babe (with all the shit he as going on)
The pure fear and horror in his eyes
Tumblr media
Still not a fan of alcool
Mais ta gueule Way !
Both of them are soooo done
Tumblr media
Awwww
Tumblr media Tumblr media
North and his t-rex arm
I can only imagine what Way is going through at this moment
Tumblr media
Uncle acting like an Uncle, who would have though
It's the little thing :
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yep, he didn't drink that...and neither did Way
Tumblr media
Because you're his friend !!! And you clearly didn't look good when you left!!!
Babe, what did we say about doing doing thing that will only make him more delulu ?
Also do you think there is a reason that both of this scene involve cigarette ?..... Toxicity maybe ? ......Dependence?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nut is just so pretty, the big round eyes, the soft hair🫠
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Babe just want his bestfriend and boyfriend to become friend
How dare he ! Babe didn't change, he's finally happy with someone who sees him for who he is. His relationship with Charlie gave him the opportunity to shred a big part of his "Pit Babe" persona, which he mostly created to protect himself.
Yes !!!!
-> i will come back to talk about this scene later
I'm sorry, but at this point in the story, you can make me empathize with Way.
I can even imagine what Babe life would have been if he and Way had gotten together back in the days......
I love him so much
