#another little love letter to qsmpblr#so i’ve been involved in other fandoms right as most of us have#and i’ve been involved in fic awards before#and the whole process was so fucking toxic#like people sending hateful messages to some nominees and saying they shouldn’t be nominated#people sending hateful messages to the organisers for saying they’re biased or whatever#so these fic awards and the whole experience is just such a breath of fresh air#in the old fandom i came third in best angst and i got a fair bit of hate#saying i didn’t deserve it or whatever and it did upset me#so to now have this comfortable cosy atmosphere of ‘no pressure just vote with your heart’ is so lovely#everyone bigging each other up it’s just so nice#qsmpblr you’re amazing and i love youuu#(also go vote for your favs in the awards because everyone works hard)#but i’m just grateful again for this community#thank you for accepting me x
