A/N: is the title lyrics from Low by Flo Rida? Yes. Do I think I’m hilarious for this? Also yes.

Covering Ashlyn’s ears with your own shaking hands as she trembles from the crazily loud bangs coming from Taylor’s shotgun.
Watching as she shoots the ever loving fuck out of the creepy massive centipede. “… Yeah, uh- Tay, it stopped moving.” Aiden nodded with an uncomfortably big smile, though his semi assuring words fell upon deaf ears.
Giving her a thumbs up as he’s crouched right beside you while you help Ash, having a hand on your shoulder and giving you light squeezes to comfort you or himself, you couldn’t tell.
Taylor upon taking notice that creature is in fact dead…. Hopefully… She lowers the gun as Logan comes up behind her, grabbing her shaking hand soothingly. “We need to hurry in case it recovers.” He spoke reassuringly to the panting Taylor.
Watching the others rummage around the small office while you stood watch at the doorway, was a stressful experience having to keep watch to make sure no phantoms got in and keeping watch over Tyler (who was getting patched up by Ben).
.And no one could find the keys… “Where are they?!” Taylor seethed, slamming shut another keyless drawer.
“Coach must’ve moved them again!” The brunette complained while starting to sigh through another drawer. “Does he move them often?” Ashlyn asked doing her own searching.
“Yeah, because idiots like Jay and Conner keep messing with them!” She scoffed. You would’ve giggled at Taylor being so frustrated for what seems like the first time ever if it wasn’t for your current situation.
You were leaning against Aiden who was fiddling with his army knife, flicking the blade out and flicking it back. “I feel a minor sense of Deja-vu.” He murmured in your ear while smiling to himself. It never failed to amaze you how your boyfriend could always smile no matter what was going on around him. “We have 3 minutes left,..” Logan called out.
Ashlyn perked up at a certain sound her super hearing picked up on, she looked over at you and Aiden. “Guys, there’s a straggler.” Carrot-top warned. Aiden sniggers, nudging you “Yeah, I can hear it running.”
And with that he stabbed the smiling demon monster right in the face, making you cringe at the disgusting squelch sound it made pulling the knife out of the phantoms face. “Got it!” Aiden hummed enthusiastically, skipping over to Ash to show her the black substance it left on his knife.
She of course rolled her eyes, ignoring the blondes antics, her eyes falling back to you. “Is there anymore, Y/n?” She quipped in curiosity.
You peaked out the door, looking left and then right. “Uhhh… nope, we’re good.” You answered, looking over your shoulder at her.
The walls and ground shook, “Huh…?” You mutter to yourself in confusion. “EVERYONE GET UNDER SOMETHING!” You heard someone yell, you were too busy keeping yourself balanced to register anything else in the moment.
POP
The last thing you saw was Aiden reaching out to you, before the ceiling collapsed. “Y/N!” He shrieked, racing towards you. That’s when it all went black.
“C’mon! Get her under the table!” Taylor helped Aiden carry you to the table, everyone crawling under it. Logan, Ben and Taylor hiding under the desk on the other side of the room.
Aiden cradled your body in his arms, rocking back and fourth with he was staring at your face in horror. Blood was leaking from your forehead, and it was also trickling from your nose.
Aiden was on the verge of tears as she wiped the blood from your nose, that’s when he noticed your eyes were wide open and an unsettling grin stretched across your face.
In the real world Aiden shoots up from his sleeping spot, looking around the room until his eyes fell on your shaking form. “Y/N!” He yelled out again. Which caught the attention from the adults in the room over, including your parents/parental figure.
Before he could even get to you, the adults were already around you. Trying to assist your violently thrashing form. You coughed and wheezed, “I’m okay! I’m fine!” You assured the adults, while also trying to calm your heart and and breathing. “-M okay, really…!”
Aiden pounced on you, hugging you tightly, muttering incoherent words while pressing small pecks to your hair and forehead. You leaned into his touch, tears welling up in your own eyes just like his own.
“Don’t scare me like that again.” It was the first time you’ve ever heard him sound so serious…

Playing House - Luke Hughes
Summary: Tori makes the decision to introduce Riley to Luke
content: angst, some fluff, arguing, kissing, money issues
wc: 2.5k
notes: here it is! as requested by one of my anons :)) this is part 5 of the done trying series! here we goooo
Tori woke up to the sound of her phone buzzing repeatedly on the bedside table. She groaned, reaching out to silence it, but the name on the screen made her sit up immediately.
John Marino.
"Hello? Is everything okay?"
"Hey, Tori. Sorry to call you so early. Riley wanted to talk to you."
Her heart melted at the sound of her son's voice. "Mama! Hi!"
"Hi, baby! Are you having fun with Dada, Nanny, and Pop?"
"Yes! We has pancakes!"
"That sounds so yummy! Are you being a good boy?"
"Uh-huh. Miss 'oo, Mama!"
"I miss you too, Ri-Ri! I'll see you super soon though, okay?"
"O-tay! 'Uv 'oo!"
"Love you too, Riley. Be good for Dada."
She heard John take the phone back. "He just wanted to say hi. I'll bring back tomorrow morning, as planned."
"Right. Thanks, Johnny. See you then."
As she hung up, she felt Luke stir beside her. He blinked a few times, then smiled sleepily. "G'morning."
"Morning, Lu," she replied, leaning in to kiss him. "Riley called. He misses me."
"Of course he does. Who wouldn't?" he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close. "So, what's the plan today?"
"I was thinking we could relax for a bit, then maybe go for a walk? Show you around the neighbourhood."
"Sounds perfect," he murmured, his voice still heavy with sleep. "But first, more cuddles."
Tori laughed, snuggling into his chest. "Deal."
Later that morning, they were walking hand in hand through the park near Tori's apartment. The sun was shining, and the air was warm- the perfect day to be outside. The found a spot near the small pond, enjoying the peacefulness.
"I love this place," Luke said, looking around. "It's nice and calm. Feels like we're not even in the city at all. Miles away from everything."
"It's been my little escape since we moved here. Riley loves it too. He calls it the 'duck park' 'cause of all the ducks, which unfortunately sounds like 'fuck park' when he says it, but we move."
Luke laughed. "I can't wait to meet him properly. I hope he likes me."
"He will," Tori assured, squeezing his hand. "You're great with kids. I've seen how patient and kind you are with all the kids that come to fan events."
"I guess. But this... this is different. This is your son. I like need to make a good impression."
"You will, Lu. Trust me."
The rest of their day was spent adventuring. They walked around the neighbourhood, talking about everything and nothing. By they time they arrived back at Tori's apartment, they were both beyond tired.
As they settled onto the couch to watch a movie, Tori's phone buzzed again. This time a text from John instead of a call.
Can we talk tomorrow when I drop off Riley?
Tori sighed, "Looks like John wants to talk tomorrow. Probably about you."
Luke nodded, "Figures. But we'll deal with it... together."
"Together," she grinned. Luke chuckled, pressing a loving kiss to her cheek. She shook her head, pulling him in for a proper kiss.
"Together."
Tori was a bundle of nerves the next morning. She busied herself by tidying up the apartment, acting like her two-year-old would notice whether or not the place was clean. Luke tried to reassure her multiple times, even trying to pull her back into bed, but she could clearly see the tension in his eyes too.
"I- Luke I think I should talk with John alone to start. I know him... and he'd just get angrier if you were there."
"But I want to help you, Vic. I wanna be there to back you up."
"I know, babe. But... just trust me on this one."
"Fine. But if he raises his voice, even just a little, I'm coming in to beat his ass."
Finally, there was a knock at her door. Tori opened it to find Johns standing there with Riley. She felt a knot form in her stomach as John stepped into the apartment, his expression grim. Riley was already distracted, happily playing with his toys in the living room, , with Luke sitting nearby, making car noises to match Riley’s play. She took a deep breath and led John into the kitchen, bracing herself for the confrontation she knew was coming.
"What's this about you introducing Luke to Riley?" John started, his voice low but edged with anger.
Tori crossed her arms, trying to keep her composure. "John, Luke is an important part of my life now. Riley needs to know who he is. Slowly. We'll take it slowly."
"An important part of you life?" John scoffed. "You've barely even been together. He's just another hockey player. He'll probably just break your heart. You really think that's a good idea for Riley? For our son?"
"It's not about him being a hockey player. You know I'm not a puck bunny, John," Tori shot back, her frustration showing. "It's about him being someone else who cares about me and in extension cares about Riley. Someone who wants to be there for us."
In the living room, Luke was playing with Riley, making sure the little boy was entertained. He could hear the heated conversation in the kitchen and felt a pang of concern. He wanted to support Tori, to show John that he genuinely cared for Riley, but he respected Tori's wish to handle it herself.
"Hey, buddy, wanna race cars?" Luke asked Riley, trying to keep his focus on the child.
Riley giggled, nodding enthusiastically. "Yes! Vroom! Vroom!"
John shook his head, his fists clenching at his sides. "You barely known him! Wh- what if he leaves you?"
Tori's eyes narrowed. "You don't get to judge my decisions, John. I'm careful, I don't let just anyone in like this. Luke isn't like other people. He cares about me. And he wants to care about Riley too."
"And you think that's enough?" John challenged. "Does he have what it takes to be a dad? You think just because he says he cares, it's okay to bring him into my son's life? What if Riley gets attached and then Luke leaves? Huh? What if Riley gets hurt?"
"Riley deserves to have people in his life that love him. And Luke wants to do that. He wants to be there for Riley, to be a positive influence."
John sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I just... I don't want Riley to get hurt, Tori. He's already been through so much."
"I know," Tori replied gently. "But keeping him away from people isn't the answer. Luke isn't trying to replace you, John. You'll always be his dad. He's just trying to be there for Riley, to be a friend."
Luke turned to Riley, who was now making his toy car zoom circles around the coffee table.
"You're doing great, Riley!"
Luke looked back to the kitchen, then at Riley, weighing the situation. He took a deep breath and called out, "Tori, maybe I should talk to John too."
Tori turned her head to Luke, her eyes softening. "I appreciate it, Luke, but this is conversation that we need to have alone."
John also glanced towards the living room, his expression hardening at the sight of his son playing with Luke. "If he has something to say, he should say it now."
Tori reached out, placing a comforting hand on John's arm. "John, please. Let's just talk, okay? Don't... don't worry about Luke right now."
They stood in silence for a moment, the tension slowly easing. Finally, John nodded, though he still looked conflicted. "Okay, fine. But if he ever hurts Riley, Tori, I won't forgive him. Or you."
"He won't. I promise."
John sighed again, the fight leaving him. "Okay. I will try to be civil."
"Thank you," Tori smiled. "For Riley's sake."
John nodded, heading towards the door. "Bye, Riley. Dada will see you later. You have fun with Mama and Luke."
"Bye, Dada! 'Uv 'oo!"
"I love you too, baby."
After John left, the atmosphere in the apartment lightened. Luke continued to play with Riley, who was still a bit hesitant but seemed to overall enjoy Luke's company. Tori watched them for a moment, her heart filling with love and affection for both her son and Luke.
"Hey, Riley, do you wanna show Luke your favourite car?" Tori suggest, kneeling next to her son.
Riley looked up at his mom and then back at Luke, his small fingers fidgeting with a toy car. He seemed unsure, glancing between the two, seeking reassurance from his mom.
"It's okay, bud," Luke said softly, smiling at the toddler. "I'd love to see your favourite car."
Riley slowly reached out, handing Luke a small fire truck. "Dis one," he murmured, still clinging to Tori's side.
"Wow, this is a really cool fire truck!" Luke said, examining it with genuine interest. "Does it make sounds?"
Riley nodded, pressing a button that made the fire truck's siren wail. He glanced up at Luke to see his reaction.
"That's awesome!" Luke exclaimed, his enthusiasm making Riley smile.
Encouraged by Riley's reaction, Tori suggest they go to the park. "How about we take your fire truck to the park, Ri-Ri? We can play on the playground and look at the ducks."
"Yes!" They all put their shoes and headed out, Riley clutching his fire truck tightly.
At the park, Riley stayed close to Tori at first, his eyes wide as he observed the other children playing. Luke sat down on the grass, setting up a small area with Riley's toys.
"Riley, look! We can drive your fire truck on this road," Luke grinned, drawing a pretend road in the dirt with a stuck.
Riley watched for a moment, inching closer, intrigued by the game. He glanced at Tori, who nodded encouragingly.
"It's okay, sweetheart. Go play with Luke."
Riley finally sat next to the boy, still a bit tentative but clearly interested. He placed his fire truck down and together they drove it along the makeshift road, adding little sound effects and making up stories about rescues.
As they played, Riley's shyness began to fade. He started to laugh more, his small voice growing more confident as he directed the fire truck and explained a story to Luke. Tori watched on with a smile, feeling an immense sense of relief.
After some time at the park, they headed back home for lunch. Tori prepared sandwiches while Luke and Riley played with more toys in the living room. Riley was now fully engaged, laughing as Luke pretended to be a new character in their game.
"Mama, 'ook! 'uke is dino!" He exclaimed, pointing at Luke, who was stomping around and making growling noises.
Tori laughed, setting the plate of sandwiches on the table. "That's awesome, Ri! Let's eat lunch, and then we can play some more."
The next few hours were spent playing, completely skipping over Riley's afternoon nap completely. He was too busy playing with Luke.
Dinner time was always an adventure with Riley. As they sat around the small kitchen table, Tori served up plates of spaghetti, Riley's favourite food after mac and cheese. Luke took a seat next to Riley, who was already eagerly stabbing at the noodles with his little plastic fork.
"'Ook, 'uke! I do it all mine-self." Riley exclaimed, proudly showing off his newfound skill.
Luke watched with an amused smile as Riley attempted to twist the spaghetti onto his fork, only to have most of it slip back onto his plate. Undettered, Riley tried again, managing to get a very small clump of noodles into his mouth.
"Great job, buddy!" Luke praised, genuinely impressed by Riley's determination.
Riley beamed, his face lighting up with joy. "Tank 'oo! Mama show me."
"You're doing great, Ri-Ri. But remember to take small bites," Tori added.
As dinner continued, Riley's enthusiasm led to more spaghetti ending up on the table and his high chair than in his mouth. He giggled as a particularly long noodle dangled from his chin.
Luke couldn't help but laugh. "You're making quite the mess, little man," he said, reaching over to wipe a bit of sauce off Riley's cheek.
"'Ghetti is fun! 'Ook, 'uke!"
With that, Riley took another forkful of noodles and lifted it high, causing several noodles to fall on the table. He giggled, kicking his feet, waiting for Luke's reaction.
"Whoa, that's some impressive skill. You might need to teach me how to do that."
Tori shook her head in mock exasperation. "You two are a pair," she said fondly. "But let's try to keep some of the food on the plate, okay?"
Riley nodded, his face serious as he tried to be more careful. Despite the mess, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and laughter. Luke felt like he belonged, enjoying the simple moment with his girlfriend and her son.
After dinner, they all moved to the living room for some relaxation. Tori flipped through their apps on the TV before settling on "Paw Patrol," one of Riley's favourites.
"Patrol!" Riley cheered, clapping his hands as he snuggled into Tori's lap.
Luke sat beside them, throwing his arm over Tori's shoulder. "I've heard a lot about these puppies. Which one is your favourite?"
"What his name, Mama?"
"Marshall, bubba."
"Dat one!" Riley pointed at the screen where the fire pup was making a daring rescue with his friends.
"That's a good choice, bud," Luke nodded, making a mental note to research the rest of the characters in the show.
As the episode played, Riley's eyes remained glued to the screen, occasionally glancing up at Tori and Luke with a large green. Luke couldn't help but feel his heart swell at the sight. The little boy was growing on him, and quickly.
After the episode ended, Tori stood up and stretched. "Alright, Ri-Ri. Bathtime."
Riley pouted, but slid off the couch. "O-tay, Mama."
Luke followed them, watching as Tori began filling the tub with warm water, adding a generous amount of bubble bath.
"Need any help?" Luke asked.
"Sure," Tori laughed, handing him a cup. "You can rinse his hair."
Riley splashed happily, creating mountains of bubbles. Luke carefully poured water over Riley's head, using his hand to shield the boy's eyes.
"You've got this down, buddy," Luke said, impressed by how easy the toddler was being.
"Tank 'oo, 'uke! Bubbles are mine favourite!"
"Mine too."
Once Riley was clean and wrapped in a fluffy towel, they all headed to Tori's bedroom for storytime. Riley picked out a book he loved to read over and over again, "Goodnight Moon." He climbed onto the bed, snuggling between Tori and Luke.
Tori began reading, her voice soft and soothing. Riley leaned against her, his eyes growing heavy. Luke listened intently, feeling a sense of peace wash over him.
"Night-night, Mama. Night-night, 'uke," Riley murmured, already drifting off to sleep.
Luke picked him up, carrying him down the hall to his room. Once he was settled in his crib, they closed the door quietly behind them. Tori turned to Luke, her eyes shining with gratitude. "Thank you for helping me tonight. It means a lot to me. And to Riley too."
Luke wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close. "It was my pleasure, V. I loved every minute of it."
Together, they made their way back to the living room, ready to enjoy the rest of their evening, knowing they were building something special not just for themselves but for Riley too.
Victoria prayed it would stay that way...

goin crazy over escort!toji & the shit he’d pull... ¹⁸⁺
𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐓!𝐓𝐎𝐉𝐈 . . . the man you met on a flight out to singapore for a company meeting. he was charming. mischievous. a bad down flirt, what the kids would call it. he caught your eye the minute he waltzed out of the bar across the plane, his hand placed gently along the lower back of an elderly woman who thanked his kindness of guiding her back to her seat by waving a few bands in his face.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he, of course, graciously took the generous donation to his oh-so dreadful cause prior to scurrying his way back over to the bar where he shared a few shots with his next victim. you, however, could see right through his pathetically tedious act, whirring your wrist whilst the cup that rested between your sleek fingers ricocheted your alcoholic beverage within it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀the moment he caught a sight of you, he was quick to be right by your side, hands dancing all along your body as a way to feel you into his little trap. yet, your grip on his index finger had a bone-trembling chill trickle down the man’s spine, his eyes bursting at the seams with his gaze locking on your own. all you could do was laugh in his face before telling him how obvious he was, and that if he wanted money he’d have to do way more than compliment your red bottom heels.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀and, that’s exactly what he did.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀for the next few weeks, the man found himself absentmindedly wandering the massively prestige private jet you owned until he’d end up in the bedroom at the rear of the plane. his back would be sinking into the comforter of your bed whilst you straddled his waist; balls deep in your dripping cunt that snuggly wrapped around his erection with ease.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀his mind would cloud with nothing but raindrops of pure ecstasy weaving into his veins, his dick throbbing from every hip snap and bounce you did on him. it was no help that you had his arms bound to the headrest, wrists quivering from the immense pressure that the ropes had on him. he swore he could see stars from how you milked him of every drop he had—his lower abdomen being completely drenched in a combination of both your juices, dampening the bed sheets.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀the way you rocked your hips along his thick, veiny erection, hands raking down his oh-so terribly toned abs, and legs squeezing his thighs so tightly it left him a whimpering mess beneath you. all of it had the man‘s mushy brain spiraling downhill, his chest heaving so heavily as if he’d just ran the Boston Marathon.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀you weren’t planning on using the man’s body for pleasure. however, how his greedy dick filled you up inch by inch had you going ballistic, needing to feel every bit of him whilst he stretched your pussy out so deliciously.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀it’s not like toji had any complaints either. he was being slutted out by a jaw dropping woman who knew her worth and knew what she wanted, plus he was getting paid bands. he’d let her use him all day if she needed, he could care less.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “c’mon baby, gimme one more, will ya?” your tone was husky, a raspy pitch laced into the words you spoke whilst your voice lowered with each word you uttered.

seven days of comfort.
“Anxiety's sitting in the backseat, waiting for any moment to rise its attack.
But don't let it bite.
Gently have it delve back into the stormy seas and let the gray clouds fade back into daylight instead.
Try it, why don't you?"
|——————————— ⸆⸉ ———————————|
It was a quiet day. The birds were chirping outside, and cat's tails were gently flicking as the three of them stay laid down on the carpet or couches.
You were sitting on the couch with Taylor, side by side. Breakfast was just finished a while ago, and now the tv screen was alit, both of you watching a movie together.
But there had been something gnawing at you since the morning. Even though you felt steady, there was a feeling in the back of your mind that you couldn't quite put a name to.
You had your head rested against Taylor's shoulder, and she lets you play with her hands as she watches the movie, knowing your mind would stray off, or that you needed a distraction for something thats not your eyes.
She was focused as you looked up at her, completely engaged with the story of the film. How were you going to tell her about your off-putting mind? That was a battle to do already. Your lower lip has your teeth sinking in it, and slowly, you were stopping from fiddling with her fingers.
Instead, your arm goes around her stomach to embrace her and snuggle closer to her, your eyes going to the tv screen to see the scene of a conversation ongoing.
Noticing the small shift in your position, Taylor's eyes trail over to you as she tilts her head down. A noticeable movement of your thumb, going up and down on the side of her body had her lips raising up gently, but she couldn't tell if it was a mindless gesture such as tracing patterns, or a gesture that she should raise more concern for.
She analyzes your face carefully. Your eyes were looking at the tv, but not directly at the movie. You can feel her gaze, and it was one that held love and care. Of course, you knew you were completely safe with her, but you couldn't shake off the somewhat back seated anxiety going through your mind. It was definitely not her, and you weren't watching a horror or action movie, so what exactly was it?
It wasn't long before she decides to perhaps brush off her curiosity, and return to the movie. You sink into your seat on the couch slightly, ripping your gaze completely away from the screen. The feeling seemed to never go away, from the moment you woke up in bed. Your mind's always been far off in the distance whenever you stare at a completely random spot in the room.
With a decision made in your head, you put your hand on her shoulder, and gently move to sit in her lap. Taylor's smile was soft as she looks down at you, her hand going to your back to soothingly comfort you.
To think a position like this would work, especially with her hand's motion, it's still there. Since your head was rested on her chest, you couldn't see her, but she's taken her focus completely off the movie, wondering exactly what was going on with you.
With the feel of her steady heartbeat, right next to your ear, you contemplated telling her. Your cheek brushes against her shirt, feeling the soft fabric and her warmth radiating through.
After just a few more minutes, you gain just enough courage to talk to her, a gentle inhale going through you.
"...Tay?" Your voice calls out quietly into the room, pressing your head gently against her with a tilt towards her shoulder. You didn't really need to grab her attention. Her focus had been on you for a while, seeing your built up discomfort.
"Yeah, sweetheart?" she spoke softly, her gaze on you being everything gentle. You turned your head hesitantly, meeting her deep blue eyes. She searches your pupils, before her hand gently takes one of yours to intertwine your fingers.
Briefly, it was almost as if you were being wrapped by a warm blanket. She offers you a small smile, and her free hand goes to rest on the side of your thigh, giving a reassuring swipe with her thumb for you to continue.
"Do you ever feel calm...and overwhelmed...at the same time?" you whispered questionably. The movie was still playing in the background, but it was thankfully a quiet scene, so you can both hear each other for the moment. Taylor tilts her head, her eyes darting across your face in thought.
"I do...a lot actually," she replies, her eyebrows furrowing in concern as she looks into your eyes, but her gaze stays gentle.
"Do you know why?" You murmured, letting go of her hand and fiddling with the fabric of her shirt. It was a soft, cotton material. But you sigh, and bury your face in her shoulder instead.
Her curiosity grows at your question, but she hums softly, pulling you closer. "Usually its when I get a break after being busy," she explains, but it wasn't much of help to you, and she can feel it.
Of course. It could be the cause of overload, after dealing with everything for so long, its always possible to have a mix of feelings, even up to the point you won't know at all what you're feeling, and when you finally get a break, its all the worry of more things coming in to catch up to you while you're trying to rest. Even without the thought of work or anything else, the sense of unsafety is still possible to be present. There wasn't a single reason. But all you wanted was to get rid of it, especially when its like an itch you can't reach.
"Why?" She asks quietly, wrapping her arm around your shoulders as she lets you lean against her. She also pauses the movie with a click of the enter button on the tv remote, then looks back down to you.
When you didn't give a reply, she continues quietly, "...is that how you're feeling right now?" her tone is careful, and gentle, holding only concern for your wellbeing.
You bury your face in her neck. For the slightest bit, you move in a gentle nod, confirming her suspicions. At that, her other hand rubs your back lovingly, and her lips went to place a gentle kiss above your ear.
"I just hate that I don't have a reason for it," you whisper, seemingly slumping against her. She pulls back slightly, looking into your eyes. But she thinks about her words before she speaks again.
"You know...anxiety doesn't need to have a reason to poke at you...Its just there. Whether its a thought or just a feeling," she says, holding a gaze sympathetically. She then purses her lips and squeezes your shoulders lightly.
"Have you tried listening to your calming playlist?" She asks slowly, one of her hands moving to be on your cheek, while the other was on one of your knees, her thumb rubbing back and forth soothingly.
"Yeah..." You said gently, your mind growing lost in your thoughts as you tried thinking of ways to stop the feeling, but found none. Taylor was doing the same, but she had many ways in her mind.
She nods her head and leans back slightly to make eye contact with you before giving you her warm, reassuring smile. The blonde then gently leads you off the couch, moving to pull you down to the floor she's recently cleaned other than it having lingering small pieces of cat hair.
"Lay down, love," she says gently, and you look to her in slight confusion, but you lay down, your back flat against the wooden floor. Taylor moves to lay with her legs straight out, her head in your lap, just at your waist.
"What are you doing?" You asked with a gentle giggle, curiously watching her. She had moved your hand to put over your own heart, and you felt the slightly fast beating in your chest. You hadn't even realized it was going so fast.
Taylor closes her eyes and smiles peacefully, her voice steady and calm, "Just grounding you. Focus on the feeling of my head on your lap, and your hand over your chest...now, take deep breaths with me." She said soothingly and softly. You can feel the weight of her head in your lap, and she moves slightly with the movement of your stomach from your breathing.
You blink up for a moment, listening to her idea. The ceiling was white, having the movement of the ceiling fan. The breeze of the wind was lightly taking paths down on your skin and hair, like an invite to relaxation.
Soon, you start to slowly take gentle but deep breaths, inhaling deeply, and then exhaling slowly through your mouth, feeling the cool oxygen enter your lungs, and make its exit with warmth.
She was taking deep breaths herself with you, also needing to get the thoughts of her tour, albums, and simply just work and any stresses off her heart and chest.
The sounds that filled the room were quiet, giving a placid atmosphere. Breaths coming from two bodies that mold together with their souls, the sound of the curtains lightly moving from the open window.
Some birds can be heard chirping, their flying, ruffling the leaves of trees. You hadn't even noticed a window was open. The wooden floorboards made a small gentle creak with the small footsteps of Taylor's cats.
Just staying like this, simply for at least five minutes, not even ten, or twenty, you already felt that feeling you couldn't put a name to, slowly melting off your body with each breath that goes by.
As she feels your heartbeats align with hers, Taylor gently hums for a short moment. When she feels that you're stable enough, her hands find yours and gently squeezes, inviting you to squeeze back when you feel calm and ready.
You kept you eyes closed for now, still feeling the tiniest little bits of the odd feeling of heaviness in your heart and it raising back in rate at certain times, but it was slowly getting there, your shoulders relaxing as you focus on the warmth of her hands.
Soon, you gave a squeeze back, giving Taylor the signal, and she smiles. Not yet getting up though, she looks up at you from in your lap.
"Feeling more like yourself now?" Taylor asks, happy you seemed a lot more peaceful. Sure you were already calm, but it held no peace. She too, felt a lot lighter.
"Yeah...thank you." You whisper, helping her sit up when she gently pulls on your hand. When she felt your arms wrapped around her, she returns the embrace, laying a kiss at the top of your head.
It was quiet for a moment. But it was a silence that held warm love, contentment, and no longer the weird feeling you had. She lets the peaceful moment soak in for a bit before speaking again.
"Do you wanna finish the movie here, or do you wanna cuddle in bed?" She whispers, her voice gentle near your ear as she tries to peek at your face that was in between her chest and neck.
"...Cuddle in bed," you reply back quietly, your cheeks blushing the tiniest hint of pink, and she couldn't help but find it cute.
"Come on." Taylor gently pulls back from the hug, moving to stand up. You follow her, walking to your shared bedroom with your hands intertwined.
The rest of the day was spent with many many cuddles and kisses.

randomly thought about something that hasn't really occurred to me before: the difference in how yang expresses her confidence depending on who she's with. we all know and love her attitude when she's dealing with some stupid asshole, but that's more of an intimidation tactic than anything else - it's just her style. what i wanna talk about here is more about who yang really is when she's not putting up a front. not consciously, at least.
it's apparent in a lot of moments, but i wanna highlight this by comparing 4 specific scenes, all about the concept of (her) strength:
in v4c9, she has her talk with tai after their sparring match. it's pretty clear that yang and her father have a lot of mutual respect for each other in spite of their complicated history. i feel like tai is the only person who can really get away with criticizing yang on something so personal and essential to her identity as her fighting skills, especially with how much of an inspiration he's been to her on that front.
and she listens, because she knows he's right (even if she's sad and a bit sarcastic about it) - but also because, at this point in the story, she's still recovering from the lowest low of her life and her dad is currently the only one she can seek solace in. that's what this scene is all about! you can tell she's not happy with letting her guard down and being lectured/psychoanalyzed like this, but this is the one place where she can do so guilt-free.
her time back in patch is as much of an opportunity to reconnect with her family and sort out everything she's been dealing with alone in her head, as it is a literal recovery and training period. it's sad to see yang like this, but she's not really self-deprecating here - she just finally has a breathing room, and someone there to listen, who already knows and understands her better than she does herself sometimes, which i think is a really important part of it.
in v5c14 and probably one of my FAVORITE scenes in the entire show, it's the other way around, as yang is the one confronting her other parent. this scene beautifully mirrors her previous conversation with tai and shows how much she took it to heart.
the whole back-and-forth between yang and raven is so good. there's just something so satisfying about yang finally tracking down her mom, being the one to ruin everything she's planned up until now, standing her ground and calling out raven on her hypocrisy and cowardice in such a tense moment without letting her feelings get the better of her - and ACTUALLY getting through to raven. "yeah, i'm scared, but i'm still standing here. i'm not like you, i won't run." what else can i say?
and of course it's not until raven has left and yang retrieves the relic herself that she falls to her knees and cries. this isn't yang putting up a front to scare someone away, this is yang taking matters into her own hands because she knew she was the only one who possibly could. this is yang choosing to be the bigger, braver person, knocking some sense into someone who failed at that responsibility her whole life, because there was no other option.
even though she WAS terrified and heartbroken, raven didn't -deserve- to see her cry.
in v6c7 after That Whole Ordeal, everyone's still a bit on edge. this is such a small blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, but i think it's still relevant to point out.
"especially since some of you are clearly stronger already." it's no coincidence that the focus is on yang here, when maria talks about her guilt as a failed hero/role model for the next generation, but it's even more important how yang reacts to it.
for one, yang can relate to maria's guilt (even if she really shouldn't have to). we know how important it is for her to be viewed as someone strong and reliable - as a protector of the people, as a friend, as a teammate, and ESPECIALLY as an older sister (this just in: self-destructive hero complexes aren't just limited to the team leaders!!). despite how much ruby looks up to her, there's still a part of yang that won't forgive herself for not always being the person ruby needed her to be, and the same can easily be said for her other loved ones. especially here in v6, when she's still not really There Yet when it comes to the old team rwby dynamic. it's a complicated time.
she says nothing, but you can tell she's interpreting this like it's pointed directly at her. when yang feels exposed like this, she tends to either dodge it with humor or lash out, so in a way it's refreshing to see her just kinda....sit on this, silently and out of view, even if it's not necessarily a good thing to sulk about.
and of course there's this little bit in v8c9, courtesy of ren and his WONDERFUL AND HILARIOUS VIBE CHECK ABILITY!!!!
yang, jaune and ren are all -friends-. not necessarily teammates or family, but very close friends who understand each other. and they may be in some deep, awful, super scary shit at the moment, but that's nothing they're not used to. it kinda does feel like Just Another Situation With The Bros.
of course yang tries to lighten the mood! that's what she DOES with her friends, and they know this! i don't think it even OCCURS to her that the others might take it the wrong way, or pick up on why she's doing it. i don't think that she, in the moment, really thinks about why she's doing it, either. this is yang after all! confident, cool, funny, bright and happy yang. right?
so when ren of all people is the one to call her out on it, it catches her off guard so badly that it takes her a few seconds to even process it, and then she can't help but sigh and smile. it might have been a little embarrassing for her, but above all i think it's actually a relief for yang to be seen like this, especially from someone so unexpected. a less outspoken friend who she might not be as close with as some of the others, but who can therefore genuinely relate and sympathize with her anxiety in this moment without making her feel too self-conscious about it.
it's nice. it's just really cute and nice.

A/N: It’s been a hot minute since I updated this. Sorry, I had lost the motivation to write for anime at the moment. I also cringe at my old stuff. I wrote it when I was a teen so I feel like I have go through all of it and edit stuff.
It was a surprise to Y/n that she had missed Taishiro. It had been two weeks since she last talked to him in person. Y/n found herself missing him, she enjoyed his company to say the least. He radiated so much energy, he made her feel safe. But they would text often which was still better than nothing.
The bell on the door had rang as she was making meals for some of the locals. She heard shuffling and gasps, followed by a small whine and a light laughter. The voices sounded a bit familiar. “Welcome! Take a seat and I’ll be right with you.” She said not looking up from making the meals.
Finally done, she took a deep breath, her energy was running out. She was short on staff today, she was now considering getting more older staff. Most of her staff were teens or college students. Which meant less work hours, not that she minded but on days like these she wished she had workers who could work during school hours. It was a very hectic day to say the least. The customers told her not to worry and to slow down but she couldn’t help but want to get to them fast.
She finally was able to get to the customers that just came in. She looked up and her eyes widened, “Tai-” She cut herself off. “Uh I mean, Fat Gum, what are you doing here?” Y/n could feel her cheeks heat up.
Taishiro smiled at her surprise, “Just thought I’d stop by and refill my energy with some of the best food in the area.”
“Well I’m glad you came by, I haven’t seen you in a while.”
“I’m here too.” Tamaki glared at his sister who was lost in a trance with the BMI Hero.
Y/n shook her head as she turned to Tamaki she ruffled his hair as he groaned from the action, “Of course I know you’re here. Your hero outfit makes you stick out like a sore thumb. Anyways, were you hungry for my food? Or did you need to get some energy too?”
Tamaki pulled down his hood from her comment, “No I’m fine. Fat Gum said he was hungry. He said he was going to take me to a good restaurant, I just didn’t think it was this one. By the time we got here it was too late for me to run away.” Y/n giggled at his response and shook her head.
Seeing her smile made him admire her and her hard work. Even with the way she looked exhausted. Hearing her laugh pulled on his heart strings just a bit, he could get used to hearing her laugh.
“Sorry Sun Eater, but I couldn't resist coming here. How could I not when the amazing cook is so beautiful.” The hero still looked down at her even when he was sitting. Y/n smiled at his remark as her brother groaned in protest.
“Well you just came in time. My quirk is at its limit so it would be enough with just both of your meals.” As she began to make Tamaki’s food she could feel herself getting dizzy. After moving onto Taishiro’s dish and finishing, she felt drained. As she sat down next to Fat Gum she could feel the warmth radiating off of him. It made her feel comfortable and safe. She closed her eyes and leaned against him. The fat that he had stored up was soft and cushiony. Y/n felt like she was laying on a pillow. And being as exhausted as she was once her head hit his arm she had fallen right asleep.
Once Taishiro felt her head hit his arm he looked down at her and began to blush. He was going to move her but Tamaki stopped him. “If you move her now she’ll throw a fit. Just leave her.”
Tamaki had remembered the times he had tried to wake her up when she would fall asleep on the couch while watching tv. She basically threw a small tantrum because he didn’t let her continue to sleep. Fat Gum nodded his head, he was still blushing, his face felt warm, his whole body felt warm. He enjoyed the feeling and eating her food made it even better.
One thing that Fat Gum should have remembered would be to never show themselves involved with anyone. Heroes never know who's watched. And this was one of those cases. The heroes hadn’t noticed it yet but there was a man watching them as he sat in the corner, he went unnoticed. He had stumbled upon her restaurant by accident when he noticed Y/n through the window. He even made his way into the restaurant to see if she would notice him. He had felt himself getting riled up remembering how she looked passed him.
But how could she remember him when it was so long ago. He changed, his voice was deeper, he grew taller. He was nothing like how he was before. But seeing her attention focused on someone other than him made him upset. It made him want to have all of her undivided attention on him and only him.
His thoughts were now beginning to be the start of something that no one would have expected to happen. It wouldn’t be something that anyone could have prevented even if someone tried. It was inevitable. If he didn’t do anything then maybe he’d lose her completely this time. He wasn’t going to let this happen, not again, he couldn’t lose her again. Not this time, not when he just found her.
Y/n had just gotten back from school, as she was walking towards her room she heard crying coming from her brothers room. The twelve year old walked into her little brother's room. Looking down at the 4 year old she walked up to his bed. Hearing her footsteps he opened his eyes and looked up at her with his little indigo eyes. There were small tear stains going down his cheek.
“Hi” Tamaki scrunched up his nose while he sniffed
“Hey Tama, how are you feeling?” Y/n patted his head.
“Bad” Tamaki was holding back his tears, not wanting to cry in front of his big sister.
Y/n smiled at him and crouched, she had an idea to make him feel a bit better. “I’m gonna go to the store real quick, want me to get you something really cool?”
Tamaki nodded and saw her grab a small jar he had on his bed side. She looked back at him, “Try to stop crying so that you can be really excited when I get back okay?”
Leaving the house Y/n started to look first in her mothers garden. Not finding anything there she left the front gate to look in the streets. She had been searching for a while and found nothing but she decided to go look at the park. Getting to the park she looked all around and found nothing but just when she was about to give up luck was on her side.
She saw a yellow butterfly just sitting still on the grass, leaving her jar on the ground. She went up to it cupping her hands to capture it. But right as she got closer the butterfly flew away, she followed it until hands were in her field of vision.
She saw a boy, looking up at him. She noticed his eyes were a very beautiful color, she had never seen a color like them before. She could feel her face start to heat up. The boy looked at her then at the jar. Motioning for her to get the jar, she brought it to him. She closed the top of the jar as she wondered how he was able to put it in without it flying away. As soon as she was done she looked at him, she could still feel her face being warm. She wasn’t sure if it was from the sun or him.
After being bashful she managed to speak up, “Thank you.”
The boy nodded and walked away.
Every day after school since then Y/n would always go to the park to look for the mysterious boy. She had gone for weeks, she wouldn’t stop till she could talk to him. Sitting on the swing she began to look around. That was when she saw him across the street. She got up quickly and began to run to him before she lost sight of him.
“Hey! Hey wait up!” She shouted at him. Hearing her voice he turned around to see who was calling him.
Now standing in front of him, she got a better look at his face. It was different from the last time, he had a cut on his lip and a black eye. She didn’t know what to think or say but she could see the hurt in his eyes. Without thinking she hugged him, he wanted to push her off of him but it was the first time he had felt this type of affection from a stranger.
“I’m sorry for hugging you.”
“I-it’s okay.” Clearly it was as he hugged her back.
“I’m Y/n.”
“I’m ---.”
From then on they had became friends. They would begin to hang out for a year. Within that year Y/n began to notice the marks on his body got worse and how he began to hate physical contact. Yet he still let her hug and grab his hand a lot, he felt like it was fine if she did it.
The sun had begun to set while the two were still in the park. They had gotten tired and laid down in the grass looking up at the sky that had now turned pink and purple.
“Hey ---, do you think we’ll always be able to do this? Like hang out more.” Y/n turned her head to look at him as he still watched the cloud go by.
“I hope so. Maybe we can even grow old together too.” He gave her a rare smile that she had never seen before. He had smiled at her before but there was something different about this. She couldn’t help the heat that ran across her face.
“---! Get over here now!” Just as the calm of the moment came it quickly disappeared. The smile on his face fell, there was that same hurt in his eyes when he first met her but it was mixed in with fear.
Y/n looked up and saw a man and woman walking towards them angrily.
“So this is where you've been. I always knew your sorry ass was doing something. Get up, we’re leaving.” The woman yelled at him. But he didn’t do what he was told, her patience grew thin.
“I said get up!” She came over to him and grabbed his arm roughly, he was clearly in pain.
Getting up Y/n grabbed his hand and tightly held it, “Stop you’re hurting him!”
The man made his way to Y/n he pulled her hand away from the boy's, but she wouldn’t stop trying to reach his hand again. That’s when the man had enough and pushed her to the ground and it unfortunately caused her to hit her head. She groaned from the pain, putting her hand to the back of her head she felt something warm, looking at her hand it was now covered in blood.
“Y/n!” The boy yelled, the built up anger activated his quirk without him knowing. His hand went to the woman’s hand, and as soon as he touched it, she vanished, blood began to spill everywhere.
Y/n eyes opened wide, she couldn’t process what had happened. Her vision began to get foggy, she was going in and out of consciousness.
The boy looked at the blood on his hands and hives began to form. While he was distracted the man came up behind him, knocking him out. Lifting him up on his shoulders the man began to walk away, Y/n tried to get up but fell back down. She stretched out her hand, tears falling from her eyes.
“---” she lightly said.
“---”
“Kai!” As soon as she woke up she sat up, her hands going to her face as she felt tears pouring down her face.
The normally loud restaurant had now gone quiet. Looking over at Taishiro and Tamaki she could see the horror on their faces. And unknown to her, her old friend was a wanted man that the two happened to be chasing. To her it didn’t make sense, Tamaki was too young to remember her old friend, and Taishiro hadn’t been in her life then.
There was one person who was even more surprised, the man himself. She remembered him, he couldn't believe it, there was hope. But seeing that hero try and comfort him upset him.
In a blind rage he stormed out of the restaurant. This didn’t go unnoticed, Y/n looked in his direction but was unable to see his face due to a mask. She turned her attention back to Taishiro when he got a call.
“Alright, we’ll be right there.” He looked at Tamaki then back at Y/n.
He was worried, he hoped that the Kai she named wasn’t Overhaul. And if it was he didn’t understand why or how she knew him. It upset him, it made his heart hurt to think that she would know someone like Overhaul. He very much wanted to push away the thought and think it was a different Kai.
He watched the way she was fidgeting while slept on him, it made his hand clench. “Be careful Y/n. Let’s go Sun Eater.” His mood shifted, it was of determination and anger. The possibility that she knew Overhaul was big but it still made him want to catch Overhaul before something bad happened, not just to others but to Y/n as well.
Tamaki nodded and said goodbye to his sister. He quickly left with Taishiro. After the two left all the other customers did too. Looking at the time Y/n noticed it was time to close, sighing she got up and started to clean up. She was almost done washing all of the dishes when she heard the bell ring.
“Sorry we’re closed.” she shouted from the kitchen.
It was silent. She grew nervous, maybe it was her imagination. But then she heard footsteps making their way to the kitchen.
She grabbed the closet knife she could find, looking at the doorway she saw a shadow figure walking through the doorway. A man with familiar hair color and eyes, she couldn’t pinpoint it until he removed his mask. He smiled at her, a smile she hadn't seen since that day that they were lying on the grass together.
Y/n felt her eyes begin to water as she dropped the knife. She had moved closer to him. Her hands went to his face, his eyes closed as she lightly touched his cheek to make sure he was real. He pressed his cheek against her warm hand and gave it a light kiss. As his eyes opened his gaze on her softened.
“Hey Y/n, it’s been a while.”
As her tears continued to run she smiled at him. She had laughed lightly in disbelief, her hands still on his face, “It really has been. I’ve missed you so much. I didn’t know if I was ever going to see you again.”
Kai had taken off his gloves as he raised his hand to her cheek while the other was resting on her lower back. “I know. After what happened it was hell not being able to see you. But I’m here now so let me take care of you.”
Y/n could feel her face heat up just a bit. She hadn’t expected him to say that. How could she not feel something bubble in her at something like that, he was her first love.
“Thank you for the offer Kai but I’m an adult now. You don’t need to take care of me. Come on, let's sit down, I’ll make your favorite.” She grabbed his hand and pulled him back to the front. Just as they got to the front of the store the doorbell rang. Hearing the bell Kai lifted up his mask.
Taishiro came in his skinny form, “Hey Y/n! The villain is gone. I came to walk you ho-“ He was shocked to see who was standing next to her. “Y/n get away from him.” Taishiro clenched his jaw seeing the villain.
Looking at Taishiro and then back at Kai, Y/n was confused at what was going on. Seeing Taishiro caused Kai to tsked. “Guess I’ll have to see you later. I’ll come back for you.” Kai kissed Y/n on the cheek before glaring at Taishiro as he made his way to the back exit.
Taishiro wanted to chase after him so bad, but he knew he couldn’t, there was a time for that and it was coming near. All he could do was make sure Y/n was okay, he wished he could do more. He walked over to her and put his hands on her shoulders. Looking up at him she was confused, she could feel his hands shaking against her shoulders.
“Taishiro? Are you okay?” Y/n didn’t understand why it was such a big deal and why Taishiro was so upset about Kai.
Taishiro looked down at her, his eyes were serious as they looked directly at her’s. She had never seen this look on him before, it scared her. Taishiro regretted the serious look he had on, but it was for her own safety, she needed to know how dangerous Overhaul was.
“Y/n” He paused for a moment trying to figure out how he could tell her. “That man is a villain named Overhaul. I don’t know how you know him but you can’t be around him. He’s dangerous.”
Her eyes widened just a bit but her smile came back on. She playfully scoffed “Yeah right Taishiro. That’s a good joke. No need to get jealous.”
Taishiro wished he was joking, but from the looks of it it seemed like they were close. Even if she was teasing he was jealous. Overhaul kissed her as if they were more than childhood friends. But he knew he couldn’t show those that right now.
“I wish I was joking with you Y/n. But what I’m telling you is true. He’s killed and tortured people. If he loses control he could hurt you.”
Kai losing control brought back memories of the day he killed his own mother. Y/n looked down, she didn’t know what to think, her mind raced as she thought to herself ‘Would he really hurt me? No, he isn’t like that. He was never like that.’
Looking up at Taishiro, she spoke, “You’re wrong! He wouldn’t hurt me. He’d never hurt me, he never has and never will.”
He moved his hands to her cheek as he wiped her tears. She was shocked she was crying, she hadn’t even felt them. It was the second time he saw her cry, he didn’t like it one bit. It put a small hole in his heart, he knew he shouldn’t think about it but he wished that she cried for him instead of a criminal.
“I’m sorry Y/n.” He moved his hands away again, leaning down he pulled her in for a hug.
“He wouldn’t hurt me right?” She slowly put her arms around his body and held him tightly as she cried.
It had been weeks since Y/n last saw Kai. For a week she had felt empty. It was to be expected, how else would anyone react when they find out their first love was a criminal. She didn’t have much of a smile when she went back to work. She didn’t really know how to feel.
But as the day got late she found herself walking back home. As she opened her front gate she noticed a familiar tall figure in front of her door. They were mumbling something quietly as they were fidgeting with what they were holding. Once she got closer she noticed the blond hair on the figure.
“Taishiro? Is that you?”
The tall beautiful man turned around with a blush on his face. He quickly hid the flowers behind his back. “Oh hey. I didn't know you’d be back so early.”
“Taishiro, it’s eight nineteen. If anything I should have been home sooner.” She smiled at him. As she made her way towards him she tried to look at what he had behind him.
“What’s that?” She put a hand on his arm as she looked behind him. She froze for a second, he was holding her favorite flowers.
“Tai, are these for me?” Her face heated up as she looked up at him. Looking down at her he lightly turned away with his face still pink.
‘Did she just call me Tai? Did she give me a nickname? And she’s flustered, well shit, she isn’t making this easy. The blushing blond thought to himself.
“Yeah, I hope you like them.” He stuttered and removed the flowers from behind his back.
“How did you know that these were my favorite?” She smiles at the flowers before leaning to smell them.
Taishiro thought back to how he got the information.
The Hero went on his knees and grabbed the boy's hands. “Please Sun Eater tell me what her favorite flowers are!”
Tamaki gave Taishiro a disgusted look. “Fat Gum people are looking, please stop making a scene.”
“That’s why I did it! I’ll stop once you tell me what they are!”
Tamaki groaned and gave in.
“Oh, just you know by instinct. I saw them and thought of you.” He was mentally sweating, he didn’t want her to know he begged her little brother for that information.
“Well thank you. They’re really pretty.” She smiled up at him, seeing him this way made her forget about what happened the past week.
“Yeah! Just like you! Actually you’re prettier than the flowers I take that back.” He started to ramble on and Y/n found it adorable.
Before she could say something he spoke in a serious tone. “Y/n I’m sorry for what happened when I last saw you. I should have said it better, but seeing you with him made me upset. But it also made me realize that I do in fact like you. And I don’t want to lose to a villain, so please let me take you out on a real date” He said a bit louder than his normal voice.
After all that's happened she couldn’t refuse him. Her was this man, willing to treat her right. Someone who was respectable, who wouldn’t hurt others. She decided that maybe this was good for her. She smiled at him, “Alright. Let’s go on a date.”
Even if Kai was her first love it didn’t mean that she couldn’t grow feelings for another.

// Kung Fu Panda 4 Rewrite \\
PROMPT: Kung Fu Panda 4 felt a little lacking, wanted to try my hand at maybe making it better.
PROMPT BY: Me (ToonMan)
STARTED WRITING: 03/29/2024
Alright, Ground Rules:
Jack Black’s cover of “One More Time” by Britany Spears is amazing, and I will not argue otherwise.
This rewrite is coming from my enjoyment of the series, not just bashing a “bad movie” for the sake of bashing. So, if you’re just here to hate, you’re in the wrong place.
I’m not a professional writer. I only started writing semi-consistently this year. So, take this rewrite with a massive grain of salt.
To make this whole process easier on me, no world-shattering changes.
Zhen’s still gonna be chosen to be Po’s successor
No Furious Five for most of the movie
No killing or reviving characters that don’t originally die or return.
We good? Good. Now, let’s get this party started!
/////
So, the opening fight doesn’t need to change much, save for one thing. Tigress fights alongside Po. Seeing that she’s the only member of the Furious Five to get any development in these movies and has the most chemistry with Po, it makes sense. The two beat…whoever Po fought in the intro (I think it was a stingray that could fly) and have a short dialog after explaining that Tigress, along with the rest of The Five, have moved on from being warriors and transitioned into being teachers/masters of their respective styles.
SIDE NOTE #1: I know that Po and The Five are already masters, but in my head, master sounds like a better term for “teacher” than sensei.
I like this better than having The Five be “on a mission” or whatever excuse was used to keep them from helping Po in this movie. Also, seeing that the main lesson Po needs to learn by the end is to move on from being a warrior, having The Five, his long-time heroes, retire around him helps get that ball rolling.
Po is honestly excited for Tigress and offers to support her however she needs it, just like he does with the rest of The Five. However, Tigress uses this moment to, not so subtly, ask if Po has any plans on doing the same. Po gives a vague, jokey answer before the two walk off into the title screen.
\\\\\
Back in the Valley of Peace, everybody’s celebrating Po at his dads’ noodle shop, but the celebration is interrupted by Shifu summoning Po to the Jade Place.
SIDE NOTE #2: Let me just take this moment to say that while their scenes in the movie do basically nothing for the plot, Ping and Li deserve a short or web series or something. They were seriously a joy to watch every time they were on screen together. #CoParentingGoals
First major change is why Po needs to become a master:
“As the world moves on, so must we. As to stand still is to be left and lost to time.”
Right now, Po is at the top of his game. He’s mastered Kung Fu, led and kinda trained The Five, found inner peace, beaten General Kai, and mastered Ki. However, there will come a day when Po faces a foe he cannot beat, a foe that can challenge Po in a way that he can’t adapt to, as Tai Lung did to Shifu or Kai to Master Ooguay.
Those who become Masters don’t do so because they’re past their prime; they do so because they know the world in which they thrived is coming to an end, and in the new world that follows, their wisdom becomes more needed than their fists. To lose such wisdom could be detrimental to the next generation of heroes. Of course, Po denies that he has any real wisdom to give (aside from food), only seeing his value as the Dragon Warrior. However, Shifu has never been a patient man.
The next day, Po is just messing around the palace when four warriors (No Mr. Beast Pig) attack him. During the fight, Po mocks his would-be assassins by pointing out all their errors. Shifu then stops the fight, explaining that this was a test to prove that Po is more than ready to be a master and to introduce Shifu’s candidates for the new Dragon Warrior.
Still firmly in denial, Po and Shifu go through the Peach Tree Scene the exact same way. The only difference being that when Po notices Zhen breaking in, he thinks she’s another candidate who was late or something.
A broad change I’d make that I can’t really put in writing is just to put a pinch more focus on the fight scene. KFP4 had the most out of the series at seven, but they all felt like an afterthought.
To make Zhen a bit more unique, she’s more of a “fight your surroundings” kind of fighter. She’s never standing still, never uses the same weapon more than twice, and never really fights head-on. Po can claim that she’s not fighting fair, which she’ll laugh at before he locks in and captures her. This fight being short is expected because Po is a Kung Fu legend and should have no problem taking down a random thief.
SIDE NOTE #3: Totally a personal opinion, but did bother anyone else that they named the fox Zhen? Not that the name was bad or anything, but we already have Lord Shen and those names are waaaay too similar…You know what, here’s another change. Zhen is now Vox.
Fast-forward a bit, and the two are now traveling together. Po explains how the Staff of Wisdom can’t be stolen; it must be given, and Po shows Vox genuine kindness and generosity. Vox thinks it’s some kind of long con but accepts it anyway.
The Friendly Bunny goes about the same as it did with Vox being the loot goblin she is, but I don’t want this to be an actual fight. It’s more like Po trying to keep the situation under control. Keep Vox from stealing, protect Vox, protect the helmsman, protect the bunnies, and keep the entire restaurant from falling over.
Instead of getting knocked out of the restaurant like a fool, Po uses his weight to force the patrons away from the exit, and with a mighty leap, Po exits the Friendly Bunny with Vox, the Helmsman, and the bunnies and lands on the boat like a boss. While sailing to Juniper City, Po talks about his dads, but Vox doesn’t share her backstory. Instead, mentioning how the Bunnies were safer at the restaurant.
Introducing the Chameleon and Entering Juniper City goes about the same except that Po and Vox get caught because Vox keeps casually stealing, which she does undetected, but the police only notice when Po is trying to return the stolen goods.
In the Thieves’ Den, Vox isn’t hated, but the vibe is still the same. Everyone casually messing with/ stealing from/ hurting everyone else. They find Han, who says something to the effect of “never thought I’d be seeing you again,” gives them a map of the chameleon’s temple and the scene goes on as usual from there.
/////
Alright, time for a BIG change: The Chameleon’s Motivation/ Plan/ New Name
Every other villain in the Kung Fu Panda movies has an actual name, and if I had the power, Chameleon would be named Tai Zhi for reasons that are probably obvious now but will be explained later.
Tai Zhi’s new backstory is that she was bullied, and all she could do was hide, just camouflage, no shapeshifting yet. Until one day, she learned about Kung Fu. Tai Zhi would find a master, they’d train her for a little bit, then they’d sense how evil she was and kick her out before she could learn anything actually dangerous. She then found a dark master in hopes their similar moral alignment would convince him to train her. Instead, he was the first master who refused her outright, verbally destroying her before threatening her to leave.
Tai Zhi then turned to sorcery for her claim to power but could never let go of Kung Fu. So, she found a way to open a door to the spirit realm, but there was a catch. Equivalent exchange, she’d kidnap citizens of Juniper City and sacrifice them to the spirit realm and get a D+ spirit at best in return. To get around this, she’d need the Staff of Wisdom, and she could get anyone she wanted, no matter how strong.
SIDE NOTE #4: Tai Zhi isn’t collecting the money from the mob bosses for any particular reason. It’s just a power flex. I assume she needed the gold and stuff for her cages, but they never made that clear in the original move. Plus, why would she buy the metal when she can just steal it.
\\\\\
Vox finds Po practicing Kung Fu, and Po offers to teach her. Vox doesn’t believe him, but Po reassures her he’s being 100% honest. He teaches her some basic stuff, and she picks it up pretty fast, and when she doesn’t, Po incorporates what he’s seen Vox do into his lesson. This all leads to a short spar where Vox almost beats Po but gets cocky and loses to a good ole’ fashion belly gong.
Vox questions why Po does what he does: He offers a thief a cookie, saves those who want to kill him, and teaches a thief his own moves. Po opens up about how Oogway chosing him to be the Dragon Warrior changed his life for the better. He’s made friends across all of China, found his biological dad and his people, and saved China at least three times—all just because of one moment.
Because of that, Po believes everyone deserves the same chance, no matter who they are. Those words visibly touch Vox as she almost reveals her big secret before the two are kicked out of the Thieves Den. Po and Vox sneak into Tai Zhi’s lair, and things go about the same. Now for how Tai Zhi met Vox…
Vox had been a thief well into her adult years, and a really good one, but she was tired of stealing, tired of watching over her back every second, tired of not being able to walk the city streets without seeing her face on a wanted poster. Vox wanted a new start where no one would know who she was. The problem was that most people in Juniper City were pretty poor, even the mob bosses, and Vox didn’t feel comfortable forcing someone else into poverty. So, the choice was simple: steal from Tai Zhi. Even one gemstone from her temple would set her up for life.
At the same time, Tai Zhi needed to steal the Staff of Wisdom from the Dragon Warrior, but due to all the stories she’d heard during her research, she didn’t want to risk taking him head-on. She needed a thief, and it just so happens that she knows about the best thief in the city. Tai Zhi sets up a fancy trap to bait Vox, who sees it, knows it’s a trap, but falls for it anyway. However, Vox manages to escape without a scratch until the artifact she stole is revealed to be Tai Zhi in disguise.
Tai Zhi marks Vox with a tracking spell, and while Tai Zhi could care less about Vox, there’s a pretty big bounty on her head. Not to mention, she’s stolen from some pretty powerful people who don’t really care about the reward. All Vox had to do was bring the Dragon Warrior to Tai Zhi, and she’d not only lift the curse but also let Vox take whatever she needed to disappear.
SIDE NOTE #5: I’d have Vox always scratching her neck because that’s where Tai Zhi marked her. She’d just play it off as if she had a flea problem.
Now, I don’t hate the “Villain raises a child to betray the hero” thing. It just doesn’t hit the same in the movie. We’re not given enough time to feel Vox and Po bond in the original movie. Also, if you’re like me and are unable to not analyze movies while watching them, you noticed almost immediately the aztech-esq earring Vox wore and figured out the twist.
Plus, I feel like having Vox be a reluctant thief just trying to get out of the game makes it a little easier to explain how she can betray the Tai Zhi in the end.
Now, I obviously cut the amazing Ping and Li scenes so how does Po not fall to his Death? The answer is simple: watch the Po vs Tai Lung fight again.
Seriously, go watch it. I’ll wait.
…
Done? Pretty awesome, right?!
Anyway, we can have Po swing from tree branches while fighting the lizard soldiers until he hits solid ground, or we can re-do KFP2 and have him fall into a river or large body of water. Back at the temple, Tai Zhi and Vox go through with the ceremony, and we’re keeping the bit about the blood moon—it’s honestly the funniest joke in the entire movie! Now, for the big reveal I set up a while back.
/////
Tai Zhi summons Tai Lung from the spirit realm and calls him “Master.” Before he was freed in KFP1, Zhi broke into Chorn-Gom Prison to free Tai Lung in exchange for training. Instead, Tai Lung verbally destroys her, insulted that Zhi would ever believe he needed her help. Maybe even have him almost brute force his way through his restraints just to scare her.
After Tai Lung’s death, Zhi took the “Tai” part of his name to never forget how weak and powerless Tai Lung made her feel. She steals Tai Lung’s skills and proceeds to wail on the guy, maybe even paying homage to the end of the Tai Lung vs Shifu fight, before throwing him into a cage.
Tai Zhi then releases Vox from the tracking spell and gives her a choice:
“Stay by my side and witness my rule or help yourself to however much treasure you can hold, find the farthest, darkest corner of the planet, and pray I overlook you.”
Then we cut back to Po at the bottom of the temple for the Po vs Vox scene. The only change I’d make here is just making the fight longer, showing off how much Vox has learned on this journey as well as how outclassed she is compared to Po.
Vox reveals that she is gonna to run away, and wants Po to come with her to help save as many people as they can. Po refuses but is proud of Vox and her mission, saying that if he can’t beat Tai Zhi, he’ll buy as much time as he can for Vox to escape with her people.
While Po goes Assassin’s Creed on the temple guards, Vox returns to the thieves' den and tries to convince the criminals to do the right thing because “it’s the right thing to do.” When that fails, she reminds them that if Tai Zhi is taken down, they can loot all the treasure stored in her temple.
\\\\\
As the army of thieves goes to war with the temple guards, Vox sneaks in after Po. Inside, Po sneaks around as Tai Zhi fights General Kai, noticing other warriors and Lord Shen. He’s then stopped by Tai Lung, who’s disappointed in Po and remarks how Oogway may have been wrong in the end.
Kai loses and is thrown in a cage as Po makes his dramatic entrance. Tai Zhi gives the staff back and does her “you and I aren’t so different” monolog, which Po acknowledges. There’s a possibility he could have ended up like Tai Zhi if he never became the dragon warrior (Throw in one of his villains laughing in disbelief), so he offers Tai Zhi a chance to be better than the villain she is now, to learn from him.
Tai Zhi then proceeds to mock Lord Shen, General Kai, and Tai Lung about how Po stopped all of them from achieving their goals. The mocks Po, claiming that for all the good he did, for all his adventures, no one in Juniper City and beyond has ever heard about him and that once she’s done with him, Po will become what he was always meant to be, nothing.
-OR-
Have Tai Zhi call Po weak because he needed a master to make him the Dragon Warrior. Just to have the line, “Alone I mastered magic, took over the entire criminal empire of Juniper City, defeated all of your greatest enemy and treasured masters, I am my own master!”
Now, something about the original Po vs Tai Zhi fight bothered me. Across three movies, over and over again, there’s always a moment where Po gets to nerd out over Kung Fu legends and flex his knowledge. He even figured out the Wuxi Finger Hold on his own. Yet, he’s going one on one with the ultimate echo fighter of those same warriors and his knowledge does nothing to help him. Let’s fix that.
Here’s how this fight could have gone: Tai Zhi changes into a warrior, Po does his nerd bit while caught off guard, but he then picks up on the fighting style and proceeds to body Tai Zhi in record time. Rinse and repeat that a few times and then Tai Zhi tries to use Po’s old villains which backfires horribly. Eventually, she runs out of warriors and must repeat, and with transformations getting predictable, Po starts winning the fight. Until…
Tai Zhi's frustrated that she has the forms and skills of at least one hundred kung fu legends, but she can’t beat one dorky panda. In that frustration, she loses control of her shapeshifting and mixes two forms together, catching Po off guard. Tai Zhi then starts using chimera forms to gain the advantage, but before she can deal the finishing blow, Vox swoops in and saves Po.
The two hatch a plan to make Tai Zhi so mad that she loses control long enough for Po to use the Staff of Wisdom to return the stolen skills. The plan starts to work as Tai Zhi turns into that chimera dragon form, but before Po can use his staff, Tai Zhi grabs Vox, forcing Po to save her by making Tai Zhi crash.
In the aftermath, Vox finds Tai Zhi transformed into Po, and we could have a short chase before the real Po saves Vox. Po has Vox find and bring him the staff while he fights himself, which does not go well at all. Tai Zhi traps Po in a cage before Vox can get the staff back to him.
Vox is now the only one who can stop Tai Zhi. Vox tries to fight Tai Zhi head-on like Po but fails miserably. However, Vox notices that the entire temple is fit to collapse. So, Vox sticks to the shadows, taking potshots at Tai Zhi, and every time she transforms, whoever she transforms into tells her their weakness/ tell from their cage. This continues until the temple starts to collapse, and as Tai Zhi tries to escape, Vox fights her head-on again to keep her inside (this is where she’d scream, “You fool! You’ll kill us both!”).
As the dust settles, Po stands up from under the rubble and helps Vox up, noting that he could have escaped earlier but she was doing such a good job and didn’t want to interrupt. The other spirit warriors get from under the rubble and thank Po for freeing them. As Po prepares to open a portal to the spirit realm, let’s say Master Wolf tries to sneak attack Po from behind but gets decked by Tai Lung, transforming back into Tai Zhi.
Tai Lung mocks his wannabe successor by saying; “first lesson, know when to quit.” Tai Lung then steps out of the way, and Po returns all of the skills to the spirit warriors. As they return to the spirit realm, Tai Lung acknowledges Po and what he’s become and also recognizes his “pupil,” referring to Vox. Not wanting to be outshined, though, he takes Tai Zhi with him into the spirit world, finally taking her on as his student, whether she likes it or not.
And the story ends basically the same: Vox and Po return to the Valley of Peace, Po offers to train Vox at the Jade Palace to Shifu’s frustration, and credits.
/////
Wait! One more change…
Shifu meditates under the peach tree with Po joining him shortly after that. Po can’t meditate to save his life, so Shifu questions why he’s here. Po admits that Shifu was right, that it’s time for Po to pass the torch, but also thanks Shifu. Po knows it wasn’t easy for Shifu to train someone like him, but he did, and because of Shifu, Po has never been happier with his life.
I don’t know if this will be the last Kung Fu Panda movie, but if it is, I’d like a nice moment between Shifu and Po and maybe ghost Oogway. Just wrap a nice bow on it.
///// The End \\\\\
And that’s it—that’s the rewrite. Wow! That’s a lot of words (3,573, to be exact). Like I said, I’m not a scriptwriter. I’m just a guy with a little too much time on his hands. Kung Fu Panda 4 was, and still is, a solid movie that I’ll definitely watch again, along with the other three, and so should you.
I had a total blast writing this, and I hope you enjoyed reading it.

Yujin Drawings! (Plus a ramble)
decided to do some drawings of Yujin!
If you guys don't know Yujin, She's one of my many LMK ocs! Yujin is a Emperess of the Eastern empire in China, a empire that has been standing for generations. All people of any kind stay there. (She's Also PIF biological sister)
Anyway, time to ramble about Yujin's charater-
Lets start with Yujin herself.
Yujin, in the LMK series, is a person of royalty. She's intelligent, tactical, a person who overworks herself, very much like her sister. However, Yujin is not only intelligent, but she's powerful too.
When Yujin was younger, again, was a Celestial Maiden along with PIF. However, younger Yujin was a confidence and courage fueled girl, leading Yujin doing unspeakable actions without thinking of the consequences.
Due to these actions, Yujin got banished from the Celestial realm. Yeah, it was that bad. When Yujin was stuck down on the mortals plain, she met others who seemed like outcasts. One of these friends were Macaque
Again, back then, Macaque was a much more cautious guy. But this cautiousness rubbed off on Yujin in the best way possible. Yujin's much cautious now.
Anyway, the next topic I'm talking about is femininity, and how I tried to properly add it to Yujin's charater. I'm not a writer, but I want to be a good enough one for my art. So if you feel uncomfortable with this, feel free to pass through this-
Yujin's never really been considered pretty before. But she knows that she is pretty. Yujin likes to dress up, wear make up, shopping etc. But Yujin isn't afraid to get her hands dirty when necessary.
At a certain point in life, while she was still in the Celestial realm, Yujin felt....lost. She saw all the other maidens around her prefect things she never seem to get right. They where all the same, yet so different, to the point Yujin felt outcasted. So what did she do? She started to wear what she wanted.
Yujin wanted to stand out, she wanted to be appreciated and accepted from others including herself, that Yujin started to do reckless actions to be noticed. Of course, it took a lot of time, a lot of talking to others and herself that Yujin realized: the only person who can fully accept you in yourself. So that's what she did.
To when her husband died (that's right, i aint name dropping but design dropping soon-) to when Red Son was born, to deal with that amount of truama on her shoulders, she had to accept that it wasn't her fault.
Overall personality wise, younger Yujin was a hot-headed girl who was competitive, and was a petty loser. But she cared for her the people around her, because those where the only people she felt accepted by. The Yujin now is still hot headed and sometimes stubborn, but her pride has lowered, she's more cautious, but she still loves to have fun.
Now, let's get talking relationships!
First off, Hui Ying!
Considering Hui Ying is the daughter of one of whom Yujin considers a sworn brother, Yujin treats Hui like her wn daughter.
Yujin sees how smart Hui is, how her determination and ambitious nature makes her have great results, but takes away her early years.
Yujin dosent want to watch Hui just toss her life at endless work, so she encourages hui to go shopping with her, go dancing, go to fast food places, basically outside. Yujin wants Hui to savor in New surroundings and areas, as not everything Hui thinks is actually correct.
Hui Ying sees Yujin as one of the best people in her life, and usually calls her Auntie Yujin. Hui Ying never had healthy female figures in her life, but Yujin changed that. Yujin didn't tell Hui who or what to be. She encouraged Hui to follow hearts desires, but to keep in mind on what her wants.
Tai Yang
Yujin notices that Tai Yang got his dad's friendliness, but also got his mother's craving for destruction or chaos.
Tai Yang is mostly quiet, and can be short tempered, but he's not afraid to grab a deal if it presents himself.
Tai Yang reminds Yujin of when she was younger, a person who's courage and ambitiousness can lead them to recklessness. So, Yujin brings Tai Yang down to earth, telling him it's okay to express himself.
As quiet as Tai is to Yujin, he does care about her a lot. He even calls her Auntie sometimes. Tai is very thankful that someone besdies Hui is trying to see through his eyes, to try to feel how he feels.
Anyway, that's all! Feel free to ask about Yujin, and if you want me to do any other of my ocs, don't be afraid to ask!

[ SUBJECT INTERVIEW: ASHLEY "ZEPHYR" ZAIDE ]
NAME? This isn’t an interrogation, right? Y’know legally you have to tell me if you’re with the NCPD… NICKNAME? Well, Zephyr usually. I always liked it more. My aunt was the first one to call me that and it felt like sliding into a pair of old shoes that already fit real well and you don’t gotta break in again, you know what I mean? GENDER? He/him baby. See this cool pin I got? STAR SIGN? I guess I’m a cancer, but Misty knows more about that than I do. She knows everything about that stuff. She made a whole fucking chart about it once, tracked every second of my life based on stars alone. And it was fucking right, too. Spooky as hell if you ask me but I do like listening to her talk about it. She gets this crinkly little smile. HEIGHT? I’m 5’7’’ which isn’t far off from the average height for men, by the way. If you care. ORIENTATION? Truth be told, I’m not real picky. FAVORITE FRUIT? I gotta go with cherry. I don’t really eat ‘em a lot, but fuck me, it’s one of the best flavors out there, isn’t it? I got this cherry flavored–you know what? Nevermind…hey, if you like fruit I know where to get the best ‘ganic plums you’ve ever tasted. All above board, of course. Legal like. Just let me know. FAVORITE SEASON? I like the Summer…reminds me of being a kid. Before things went to shit… FAVORITE FLOWER? I dunno, I like those little weeds that come up through the cracks in the sidewalk. Little fucking guys. I try not to step on ‘em. FAVORITE SCENT? I got this incense from Misty’s Esoterica and I couldn’t tell you a single fucking thing about it, it’s not really my jam but…every time I light it it’s like she’s standing right next to me. Makes my place feel better. COFFEE OR TEA? Misty keeps pushing this special tea blend on me. Says its holy or, er…holistic. It tastes like fucking socks if you ask me, though I’m not really big on coffee either. Give me a few lines of synth-coke y’know, don’t be a pussy. I mean, not that I do that sort of thing. AVERAGE HOURS OF SLEEP? Kinda depends, I guess. Some nights I sleep like a baby. Others feel like they’ll never end…more of those than not these days, I guess. DOG OR CAT PERSON? I don’t really trust dogs. Been chased a couple times and bit in the ass more than I can count. Come to think of it, I don’t really trust cats either. They can see shit, you know. Right through you. I mean whatever happened to hamsters? But whatever man. If you’re in the market for some exotics, I got you covered. DREAM TRIP? Oh, I’m just counting the days and the eddies ‘til I can hightail it outta this city and settle down on a beach in Belize or the Bahamas away from all this shit. Sip a fuckin’ mai tai on a clean beach and watch the waves every morning. FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTER? Who’s that fucking dog…he does this little dance. I dunno, always makes me laugh though. NUMBER OF BLANKETS YOU SLEEP WITH? You’re assuming I make it to the bed…I mean, of course I do. Couple nights in the elevator don’t mean anything…just because I know the feeling of my bathroom floor better than my own mattress–hey, maybe I should leave the blankets in there? Shit. I’m kidding, obviously. I’m a normal guy. What–what was the question again? RANDOM FACT? I got a junk shop in Japantown, got anything you need or I can find it fast, and that’s a guarantee. Just don’t ask anymore questions, alright?
was tagged by @therealnightcity and wanted to complete the trifecta of my boys!! once again, won't be tagging anyone but as always feel free to tag me, i would love to read more!

Nepotism? Who’s She?
(Pt4/?)
Various Wrestler (WWE, AEW) X Reader (Events will be altered or made up)
Summary: In which reader is the daughter of the great Edge, but everywhere she goes her achievements are undermined because of her father being the rated r superstar.
Quick little authors note ; I am thinking of a way to incorporate more WWE wrestlers, sorry it’s been more AEW sided lately lol
You had let Jamie and Tay take over your wardrobe choices just for this group outing, they shuffled through your clothes before stumbling across some of your old stuff, they were a gift from Lita when you were a younger girl, she said you would look great in it, but not to tell your dad, you laughed at the memory, wherever you went you brought that outfit, you look up to Lita a lot as a child, and of course you looked up to Beth aswell, they were the two powerful women in your life who inspired you to become a wrestler, after your mother gave birth to you and dumped you on your father.
You step out of the dressing room, the pink dress hugging your curves just right (No matter what body size you are! you slay!) Tay and Jamie squeal at the reveal, and Tay pulls a sweater out of your suitcase and hands it to you, you smiled and slipped it on, your outfit complete.
(And any shoe’s of your choice!)
Jamie and Tay looked at each other and smiled “I think we’re ready to get going” you nod, the two women got ready earlier, makeup, outfits, bags etc, you just nodded as you guys exited the hotel room, everyone else was already at the bar was what you assumed as you guys went down the elevator.
You got to the entrance of the pretty empty club, save for some of the booths being completely filled with stacks of men, seemingly celebrated, the three of you walked by to find your boys and girls, wolf whistles sent your way, you rolled your eyes at the men who were hounding you, noticing Jade waving the three of you over you quickly walked over, seeing they had hired a lounge, which made it much bigger to accompany all the wrestlers, you jumped over and plopped onto the couch piece next to Jade, she giggled “Hey, there’s probably a lot of unfamiliar faces but we thought we’d bring some friends along so you had more people to depend on” you smile at her wider “Thanks” she nods and you look across the room, on one of the couches, you could see the best friends, Orange Cassidy was held upside down by Chuck Taylor and Trent Bettera, Kris seemed to be funneling some kind of beer into Cassidy’s mouth.
You watched from across the room as he took it down effortlessly, Orange Cassidy is just cool like that, he somehow still had his glasses on though he was being held upside down, you got up from next to Jade and walked over, standing next to Kris and watching the whole thing go down, once they were down the bottle they placed Orange Cassidy back upright and Kris looked over to you, smiling widely “Hey new girl! enjoy the show?”
“I got to say, him taking that down was pretty impressive, he’s still got his glasses on too” she nods along “Yeah that’s kind of Cass’s thing” you nod and laugh as you see it’s Trent’s turn to go upside down, Kris places the funnel in his mouth and hands the next bottle to you “Wanna go?” you nod with a cheeky smile, leaning over to stare down at Trent “Ready to go big boy?” a simple thumbs up was all that you needed and you started to pour the drink down the funnel, halfway through he ended up forgetting how to breathe from his nose and splattered the drink out of the funnel, you screamed as it splashed all over your face, you let go of the bottle and you’re handed a piece of fabric, what you could assume to be a shirt as you wiped your face, you wipe the drink that had fallen down your neck and chest, you looked up to thank whoever handed you the shirt but the sight before you made you stop in your tracks with an embarrassed look on your face, Cass had peeled his shirt off for you to wipe your face, so now he had no shirt but he had his signature denim jacket over himself.
“I- uh- sorry- thank you?” you stumbled over your words, and he offered a nod to you as you handed him your shirt, you groaned and buried your face in your hands as Cass turned back to talk to his friends, Kris chortled behind you, and you glared at her “No no! I'm not making fun of you, that was cute” she confesses, and you blush even more in embarrassment, you elbow her and she laughs louder, you sigh “I’m going to go get a drink from the bar” you tell her and she nods, you jumped over the couch where Jade was still seated and made your way to the bar, a group of men were sitting on the stools there, you had initially ignored them as you ordered your (Insert anything here), you took a seat on the nearest stool, which was right next to the biggest looking of the men, he threw a side glance your way and you looked back.
Your face lightens up seeing him “Damian!” despite the WWE storyline you had been great friends with Damian, you had feelings for him but pushed them down, he was substantially older then you,(Y/N is between their her 20s-30 so you can make that decision lol) he smiles at you “Hey! Bonita! how’ve you been? y’know since the whole Vince thing?” you shrugged “I mean, I’m in the All Elite family now” his eye brows raised at this new inquiry “Really?” “yeah my party is over there, they rented out the private couch” he nodded and the rest of his group by now stared over at you, the rest of the judgement day accompanied by a friendly face, you’d known him as Matt Riddle, he waved at you and you waved back “Hey you guys should come join me!” I propose and they all share a look “I mean if it’s okay with everyone else” “One second” you popped off the stool and walked over to your AEW party.
“You guys mind if I invite some WWE friends over?” seeing mostly everyone say they don’t mind you walked back over to your other friends, nodding at them “You guys are more then welcome” just now did the bartender slip your drink over, you placed a $10 bill on the counter as you and your friends made your way to the party “Hey everyone! this is the Judgement Day!” everyone looked your way and seemed to acknowledge them, you lead them over to a couch and they sat down, you between Damian and Rhea, you guys chatted before a familiar face with tufts of bleached blonde hair made his way over, you smiled and popped up, pulling Darby into a hug, his arm instinctly reached over to hold your waist, Damian looked between the two of you and seemed irritated but didn’t voice anything “This is Darby!” you said sweetly, Darby nodded in acknowledgement “Sup?”
Damian stood up and shook the man’s hand, holding on a little longer then what seemed necessary, Darby pulled his hand back and averted his attention to he girl “I’m going to go outside for some fresh air, care to join me?” she smiled and nodded, but Damian clearing his throat interrupted the two “Mind if I join?” his smile seemed sincere enough so before Darby could shut down the idea you nodded and off you three went, you smiled as you leaned into Darby’s side, missing the looks of jealousy and smugness that was shot between the two men, they stepped out of the bar and into the pristine crisp night air, you breathed it in and latched off of Darby’s arm, walking ahead of the two men, taking in the view of the moon and the stars in the night sky.
Darby and Damian seemed to be locked into a staring contest when you twisted back around to see if they were still with you “Come on you two” she said but they seemed to not hear her as they continue staring, you decided to get up to some mischief and whistled loudly, getting their attention and then turning around, running off as fast as you could as all you could do was giggle (Damn, I’m sorry for the girlies who chose heels lol) you ran around the corner of your street and down an alley, hiding yourself between a bin, you watched as the two came around the corner and tried to stifle your giggles, Darby snapped his head down the alley and begin walking down, you took this as a queue to get up and start running again, giggling all the way you turned down the other end of the alley, you ran until you hit something solid, or more so, someone.
“Gotcha bonita” he whispered in your ear giving you goosebumps as you giggled in his arms “Oh no!” you laughed even harder when Darby turned down the alley with an unimpressed look, you smiled as you dropped down from Damian’s arms “That was a workout, but it worked, you guys stopped acting weird” you hum as you take back off in the direction of the club.
you weren’t aware the boys were far behind you at this point, but you kept skipping, Damian and Darby seemed to not like each other much “I think its cute that a little man like you thinks you deserve someone like her” Damian inquires the much shorter man, Darby snarls at him “and you think you do? yeah, you call me when you wake up with her under your arm, because I know I already did” Darby walks ahead of Damian as he stands there, trying to process what Darby had just said.
Your father always said he didn’t want you to be like him, he’d run around with all different girls and eventually you came from that, he wouldn’t tell you, that you were a mistake but you knew deep down you were, that didn’t stop you from loving your dad as much as you could, why am I bringing this up? Well, you found yourself in bed this morning, it was surprisingly warm this morning, you looked over to see the tufts of bleached blonde hair you adored, you giggled and pecked his forehead - at least it wasn’t a different guy - you thought to yourself, Darby stirred in his sleep, you carefully slipped out of the bed, picking up your under garments and slipping them back on, slipping on Darby’s shirt lying on the ground, you hummed and walked into the small kitchenette of the hotel room, seeing a ripped condom packet, you guys must have been going everywhere last night, you groaned in disgust and flicked the packet into the small bin, you sighed and a knock at your hotel door pulled you out of your thoughts as you stepped over and opened it....
ooh eheheeh cliffhanger, im evil aren’t I?

imagine ur some french guy who got dumped by unknown colombian woman and now ur living ur khaki life on the coast of cartagena and ur friend catalina comes down to work on colombia's beauty pageant and brings with her a severely depressed assistant with enormous glasses and gelled down bangs. and ur friend is like 'hey help me cheer my assistant up she's going through it' and ur like 'okay sure whatever' and as pageant week continues u discover that ur friend's assistant has a forehead and giant eyes and damn she's cute actually. u and her are getting along great. yeah u tried to kiss her and she rejected u but it's probably bc she's just shy. pageant week ends and she leaves but she'll probably call u right? weeks go by and ur channel surfing on ur tv by the beach and u see her--ur friend's newly beautiful assistant only she's not an assistant anymore. she's launching a fashion line on tv with all sorts of famous ppl around her. u thought she was a beach girl and that she wasn't really into fashion. that's so weird.
anyway, u call ur friend and ask about her now beautiful Not assistant anymore friend and u learn she's president of some company you've never heard of and that its not a permanent job and ur like oh?? suddenly u remember ur business plan with some other ppl about colonizing the cartagena coastline with some chain restaurants and ur like like 'well.....before i waste money on putting a job ad in the Colombian Times i may as well....offer a managing job to a woman who already has a job that i only knew for 1 week but when u get to this company that youve never heard of until two days ago (bc u didnt call the woman u wanted to see ahead of time) u catch her by surprise when she's yelling at an employee. these polluted, busy cities, u think--they always change u : ( but not to worry! u offer a beach life job to this woman ur pretty sure u know well, of course u tell her she wont be getting paid the same as she is now as president of a company. but its okay bc the cost living is different at the beach <3 but when u mention her previous employer in a negative way her giant eyes get darker and she kind of looks at u funny.
u try to distract her by describing the ocean again. then u drive her car to her house to meet her parents bc that's a normal thing to do with a woman youve known for a week. her parents like u and u think all u need is one dinner to close the deal. but right as ur both about to drink the mai tai u made her order, her old boss shows up and sits next to her. and ur very confused. her old boss starts talking about ur job offer and how it's wonderful and ur like 'well yeah' but then he starts talking about the company and how much company loves her and how much the company needs her and ur like 'oh??? Oh'. and then u think to urself--'maybe i should have put an ad in the paper' bc it looks like someone's already in the boss\employee fall in love trope and its def not u. ur date-not-date is ruined even tho she tells u she does want ur low paying job. weeks go by and ur colonizing chain restaurant friends have already hired someone for the position u were offering to some woman u only knew a week but bc u like to suffer, u call her and she's like 'michel?? oh hey. no i wont be taking ur job offer. but thank u for thinking of me. sorry, i cant talk right now, im on my way to a dress fitting. ciao. 'dress fitting? must be busy with another fashion launch'. she never calls u back. oh well. at least u have those free ocean sounds.

The way swifties make the whole Connor Kennedy as a quirky thing, oh just a bit of silly Tay Tay 🤪 nothing to worry about, she bought a whole house right next to his! She was obsessed with his family! And if I’m not mistaken all that happened close or at the same time his mother had passed away is incredibly disturbing if you think about it, WTF imagine if it was a dude who did all that to her, they wouldn’t see it the same way I’m sure (because is fuckin wrong and weird of course!)
THIS
there's so many things she's done that if she were a man (or just not taylor swift) she would be absolutely hated for. she's dated multiple minors, met one as a minor and waited to date until he was freshly 18 like a groomer, bought a house next to her underage boyfriend when she was 20 whom was still in HIGH SCHOOL. this pattern of behavior is fucking disgusting regardless of the gender roles. and so many people give her a pass because she was "going through it" or "just made a mistake", like?? look me in the eyes and tell me honestly that you wouldn't crucify anyone else for doing that shit.

Please expand on all of your Season 3 predictions at some point!! Re your first point I wonder if Natalie will remain leader/AQ for the remainder of the Wilderness or will get supplanted at some point....to me she has always been more of a loner/outspoken moral voice and I don't see her qualities translating well to leadership compared to say Tai...I wonder who would join the Tai/Shauna coup as well if it comes down to factions as Lottie/Misty seem firmly in the Nat camp, Mari will follow Lottie, and Van is team Wilderness' Choice
Thanks for saying so! I'd love to expand on them all at some point. I've got to keep myself fed somehow through the hiatus between seasons!
I think you're right to wonder how her other qualities will transfer to leadership. Lottie offered them spirituality and softness, which are things they needed at the time to grieve what was lost and find meaning in their collective pain. I think Nat's morality and strength will serve them for a time but like Lottie's approach will have undesired consequences while also saving their lives, at which point another approach will become necessary.
The truth is NONE of them are especially equipped to lead, not here and not like this. They don't know what they're up against, the stakes are life or death, and they've endured the unimaginable. It's only going to get worse.
I love that you say Van is pro Wilderness' Choice, and I don't think you're wrong but I do think "wilderness' choice" translates for her into "sleepwalking tai".
Over and over again we see the theme of love as veneration. Laura Lee makes a God of Lottie. Shauna makes a Saint of Jackie. We want to believe the people we love are special!!! Whether it's to explain the depth of our feelings for them or because we need something to make the pain of their loss feel like it wasn't in vain. I could see a similar thing happening between Van and Tai. The "it" that adult Tai mentions being this larger than life Love that is less Love than it is Worship. If someone made you feel like a God, it wouldn't end well. It never does. I say this with all the affection in the world but Van sounds like such a child when she points out "but Tai knew where Javi was!!!" and she is a child. She's a child seeing something miraculous happen among a lot of devastation. Of course she's going to worship that. She followed Lottie loyally. Imagine how loyal she can be to someone she already loves. Imagine how dangerous that is.
Watching back the adult scenes between them I... don't think Natalie and Van like each other! Maybe this is why. They seem colder toward one another than they do with the others, in my opinion. I could see that theme of veneration continuing, and Van coming out in full support of Tai over Nat... once Tai begins sleepwalking again. Van will support the Wilderness' Choice, by supporting The Wilderness, the voice of the Wilderness, who she has slept next to and followed into the dark and already bled for. But I think it will come at a real cost to Tai, the same way it came at a cost for Lottie to believe in her delusions and have everyone else believe too. I don't think Tai will be the final leader, either. But that's just speculation.
As for who the other girls would follow through dissension, I think it's less cut and dry. They all just want to survive, and I think they'll back whoever, at the moment, can most likely ensure that. It's amazing who you can betray, what morals of your own you can betray, if you think it might get you through the night to see another day.

You simply cannot convince me that Summer and Qrow aren’t actually Ruby’s parents.
• Qrow has always been much more protective of Ruby than Yang. He’s always been much closer to her. Despite the fact that technically (if Summer and Tai are Ruby’s parents) Ruby is not actually Qrow’s niece.
• Ruby exhibits no resemblance to Tai. Yang very clearly looks like both of her parents, but Ruby looks just like Summer. Which is of course a thing, but she inherited Qrow’s personality in many ways.
• Summer and Tai getting together and having a daughter less than two years after Raven left just seems so unlikely to me. Their relationship is confusing if we believe the information that’s been presented to us at its shallowest level, and everything we know about Summer would lead me to believe that Tai is not her type. At least not right away. And then how were she and Raven still friends or at least cordial in the Volume 9 flashback?
•Also, the way Qrow assumes authority over Ruby even in Tai’s presence and the way Tai yields makes me think that Tai respects Qrow’s rights as a father.
•I think it’s possible Summer and Tai began to fall for each other as they raised their children together, and I think it makes sense for Tai to love Ruby as his own. He has raised her on his own. Perhaps that’s even the source of the tension between Tai and Qrow and explains Qrow’s drinking and pain surrounding his semblance.
• not to mention, Ruby’s last name isn’t Xiao Long because Tai ISNT HER DAD. Also, it explains why Qrow is always coming around even though he and Tai clearly don’t enjoy each other’s company. He would want to watch Ruby grow up, and Tai wouldn’t take that away from him regardless of his personal feelings.
• But the one thing I can’t figure out is why Ruby wouldn’t know. Why would Qrow not have raised her? For what reason did Summer and Tai raise their children together? Perhaps Qrow’s semblance? In Volume 4 he says it makes things hard on his family, and you can tell there is some DEEP rooted trauma there. Also, Team STRQ is known to have made some very poor decisions when it comes to emotions and relationships in the past, so why wouldn’t they think it was a good idea for Qrow to pretend to be Ruby’s uncle? I mean, they kept Ozpin’s secrets their whole lives in order to avoid panic and disorder.
I want more info on the dysfunctionality of the Xiao-Long-Branwen family. Did something happen that is related to Summer’s disappearance? I feel like this information is about to revealed to us.
Ruby had to go through the transformation she did in Volume 9 so that she can handle the fucking bomb that’s about to be dropped on her in the coming volume(s). They are setting us up for a major development in the STRQ past that is somehow going to be directly linked to how they defeat Salem.
Team RWBY has continually made better decisions than Team STRQ did at their age which will show us why STRQ has failed to defeat Salem and why RWBY can.
(Me hoping to god Rooster Teeth doesn’t ruin RWBY by making too many volumes, but also trusting them to do the right thing for the story, because they have always prioritized its natural development.)
There is a Harry Potter level of complexity to the relationships between all the characters and the story that doesn’t make it into the script. (I mean just look at how much depth they gave to Neo and Torchwick without Neo ever saying a word and Torchwick barely even interacting with her on screen.)
I don’t care that Miles Luna said Qrow is not Ruby’s dad. That was five years ago. I think the show has brought us here in a way they might not have intended it to.
Sorry that’s a disorganized mess, I’m just spewing my thoughts. Moral of the story: I am excited about all the ways volume 9 left us uncertain of the story’s next steps and I cannot wait to see where they take us next.

All’s well that ends well
A/N: thought i’d finish up this little chapter and post it here. lmk what your thoughts are :D
“Oh… crap.” Louis and Liam said, standing in their spot.
“Taylor..?” Harry said.
“We’ll give you guys a minute—”
“—no, hold on.” Harry said, signaling them to step out of the room.
“What is she doing here?”
“We were going to tell you…” Niall said, softening the shock.
“When? She’s already here.” He spoke up, frustrated.
Because he was. He was frustrated. Because how could nobody tell him his ex-girlfriend was going to show up at their doorstep?
“We’re sorry, Harry, but…”
“Unbelievable, the lot of you.”
“Alright, we’ll take care of this later, right now, Harry, please talk to Taylor.” Louis interjected.
“Fine.” He went back into the room.
—
Harry shut the door behind him.
Taylor stood there in front of him. In a pencil skirt and a white shirt. And of course, rocking her classic red lipstick.
She managed to look gorgeous in everything. She had amazing style and a sense of fashion.
But then again, she could be standing in nothing but a potato sack and still look beautiful to him.
“Hi.” She greeted, sweetly.
“Hey.” He responded, walking slightly further from the door and towards her.
“Um, do you… want something to drink, or?” Harry added awkwardly, unsure how to start the conversation.
“Oh, no. But, thank you.” Taylor said, giving him a smile at the end.
“Well, um, you wanna sit maybe?” He shrugged, gesturing toward the seats.
“Yeah, sure.” She replied, sitting down.
He took a seat right in front of her.
“So…”
“So…” Taylor responded.
Harry was still not sure what to say to her. What he wanted was virtually impossible. And this conversation would go nowhere.
“Listen, Harry, about what happened that night…” She went on, reeling him out of his thoughts.
“I’m sorry. Not just for that night, but for… blowing you off. For not responding to your texts or… or your calls or anything. You should’ve heard it from me first and foremost and I should’ve told you, I just…” Taylor stopped for a second.
Harry listened eagerly. He’d been wanting to hear her actually talk about it for so long. And she was. And he just wanted to hear her out.
“I was scared. I was scared that if I did, I’d end up not moving on… or not getting over you. And I just wanted to get out of this… cycle. The constant circles we’d been going in, Harry. Even if I value your presence in my life in whatever shape or form. Even if we get along really well, that was not healthy. And I wanted to try us. I wanted it to be real. Granted, I should’ve handled that differently.” She finished.
Harry took in what she said. Processing her words.
“Tay, we tried. But even before blowing me off, we mutually decided that we couldn’t go through with this. I mean, yeah, none of that was healthy nor was it worth the risk as much as one would like to think it was, but it was what we thought was the only way. Taylor, I tried to get you back. I wanted a real relationship with you. But you were scared. And then, all of a sudden, you’re bringing a date to the BBMAs like it’s nothing. We go through all of that, for you to go and do that. That was what blowed.” Harry ranted, not exactly sure what point he was getting across, but he needed to get things off his chest.
“I know, and I’m sorry, like I said, I was just… scared.”
He went over to the seat next to her.
“I’m not saying you couldn’t. I’m glad you were happy and you had someone there with you. But I just thought that after all we’d been through, after… after everything that happened, I wouldn’t be on the sidelines watching you be happy, I’d be there. With you.” He brushed a strand of stray hair away from her face.
“Yeah?” She asked.
“Yeah. It just wasn’t… easy. Watching you with him. It actually kind of sucked.” Harry voiced his feelings.
“Like I was just waiting for you and Kendall to hit it off, right?” Taylor told him.
“Taylor Swift, do you admit to being jealous? Was that what that was?” He asked, lightening the mood.
Taylor laughed and Harry felt like he could hang the moon for her.
“Well, what else was I supposed to do? At least I didn’t have my tongue down her throat. You on the other hand.”
“God, shut up!” She said, hitting his shoulder playfully, while he laughed teasingly.
Then there was a knock on the door.
“All good in there?” He heard Louis ask, voice muffled.
Harry looked at Taylor, giving her a smile. A true one this time. To which she smiled back.
“You ready to do this then?” Harry asked her for confirmation.
She took a minute to take in the moment. To really be ready.
“Yes. Let’s do this.” Taylor replied, enthusiastically yet a sense of calm in her voice.
He glanced at her for a second before turning to the door.
“Yep! All good in here, mates! You can come in!” He yelled through the door.
To which the band came running back in the studio, all smiling faces and playful voices.
Taylor looked at the scene before her and so did Harry and for the first time in a while, they both thought, maybe, just maybe, this was finally right. A step in the forward direction. No vague plans nor miscommunication. Just in the moment.
Because after all that had occurred between the two, sitting in the studio ready to write a song together, felt weirdly intimate yet a small gesture. It felt tame. It felt right.
Truly, all’s well that ends well. (To end up with you).

Vernal: (Sighs) I don't know. So he's like, can you move these skulls to the basement? Because I've got these drapes. I... I don't even get that. I tell him, "Baby, this is work."
Raven: Are you serious?
Vernal: Yeah, so I try to tell him, "No, I'm not going to put them in the fucking basement."
Raven: That'syour skull collection, too.
Vernal: I know it's my skull collection! I worked hard to match them to the Grimm I've killed! (Sighs) But he has to have his way, so I start moving them to the basement, one by one, you know, because you know how it's going to go.
Raven: Mhm, of course.
Vernal: So then he says, "While you're at it, could you put a tarp over them, too?" And I'm like, "No! Dammit! I'm not gonna put a fucking tarp over these things!"
Raven: Vernal, that's your skull collection!
Vernal: I know it's my skull collection! I worked hard to craft and carve these into the perfect match! I refurbish and repaint them, but fine! Fine! So I put them in the basement. But why cover them?! What's the point of covering them if I'm going to display them?! I've hung them on the walls, all this time, and I'll hang them in the basement if I have to. But hang a fucking tarp over them? No fucking way!
Raven: Of course.
Vernal: Absolutely fucking not! (Groans) Don't even get me started on fucking yesterday. Yesterday, we were talking about the ceiling, because he's been on me for months about the ceiling because it is... absolutely disgusting! So I offered to cover it with some deer hide-
Raven: Oh, good idea.
Vernal: And he says, "No! Are you crazy?!" And I told him, "No. It's a solution. Here's the problem, this is my answer." I just want to get some deer hide and fucking... get it over with, you know?
Raven: If it's not one thing, then it's the next thing, and believe me, I know what you're going through. My man is the exact same way, and it's even worse with a kid.
Vernal: Yeah, that's something else. A whole new set of bullshit, I'm sure.
Raven: Mhm. So, Tai puts Yang's bed in the same room as my raid stash, because just like you, I have my collection.
Vernal: Mhm.
Raven: And he wants me to move them because he thinks they're a safety hazard for Yang, who's getting old enough to get her own room. Because there's a few weapons, and rusty armor sets, and a few bloodied ornaments, but they're all on their own shelves that I built.
Vernal: Right, because it's solid and it's sturdy, but it's not their way, so they don't want to hear it.
Raven: So here's what I said. We should put her room upstairs where the linen closet is, and we just keep the linen by the laundry machines.
Raven: No, because there's no light in the linen closet, and Yang needs light. Well, that's exactly why I have my raid stash in here. Because this room gets the right amount of light. So I said, "Okay, we'll move the bed and shelves around." "No! Because we're not swapping things around like that."
Vernal: What's really annoying about that is how there's no appreciation for the effort put in to get the lighting just right on all those raiding trophies-
Raven: Oh, you've seen it?
Vernal: Yeah, I saw it when you were setting it up. And I thought, "Wow, this is a nice stash room."
Raven: Absolutely ridiculous.
Vernal: Yeah, it's... Wait, isn't that that guy?
Adam: You're the one with the bone toilet seat, right?
Raven: (Draws omen) Oh, what the-?!
Adam: (Runs away) Raven! No! We're cool!
