what makes atsv so badass is that we're literally supposed to interpret anything and everything HOW WE WANT. literally the main character defies canon. The main character is like "fuck the narrative." And yet, the canon story we've been given isn't so bad. But the writers are kind of implying like "go apeshit. do whatever the hell you want with our characters." because like us, the writers were like "let's break the status quo AGAIN."
