I rewatched all of monkie kid in a 24 hour period. Do not recommend it👍
#brain is still melting#like it's so good. but that is a lot of monkie kid condensed into 1ish sitting#took like 10 pages of notes#which did not help with my brain melting#like trying to keep track of every time they say like#'plan' or 'forever' or WHATEVER ELSE was not easy because like every scene has something to it#in the trenches dude#imp tag#lmk suffering#so. what did I notice this time around?#Well choices is a consistent theme past ROTSQ#And so is like. ''Running out of time'' or the opposite and there still being time#OH AND GOD MACAQUE'S ARC AROUND BEING ON THE WINNING SIDE LIKE. DID NOT PUT 2+2 TOGETHER#Like there is a lot of talk of winning and losing overall (across all seasons)#And then Macaque wanting to win (s3). Self preservation and all that#And then in 3x13 he's like ''Alright kid. You win'' which means he let himself lose#and like#it's so good
