Your relationship will be very well known in one way or another. You could be quite popular online if you post couple content, either way, people want to see you & your partner together; people are naturally more attracted/curious about your relationship. Other than that, in a way, your relationship will defy the norm. You change something about how people, view love, commitment and connection. Nobody, literally nobody would ever think you'd be with your partner. On the most basic level, it's different. Can indicate a interracial relationship as well (since that where I've seen it show up the most).

Guess, who has this placement too? Jungkook! (Neptune in Aquarius °0, 2nd house). For him, it will make sense just a little while longer. You can expect him to end up with someone opposite (much different) of what people thought he would/hoped/wanted to see him with. I'd love to explain, but it's not the time for it. Not yet.

Pisces (°12,°24) | 12th House

Your FS finds you completely enchanting & almost unreal. They could see you as "perfect" as well! The love you have is genuine, and built solely on love and adoration. Your relationship is very private, and you could even keep it hidden from those around you. There is usually some form of distance and delay involved with you & your partner but it's not completely restrictive (remaining mostly in contact). platonic attraction can be so embarassing. yeah i admire you, yeah i think about you all the time and yes i look forward to messaging you even if it's a couple of times throughout the day and no i couldn't explain this because it'd sound romantic. I really like to think of a one-sided Ralph and Simon pairing! It's hard to call it romance, because that term is used for teenagers or adults, not children. I would call what Simon feels for Ralph affection and admiration. He admires the way Ralph handles himself in difficult situations, his realistic understanding of their situation on the island, and the fact that he treats Simon with some indulgence. I think Simon was often made fun of in the choir because of his health, and Ralph was one of the few who acknowledged him. Out of all the boys, he invited him, sickly Simon, who had fainted, to an expedition around the island. Ralph may have done it just because he wanted to completely piss off Piggy, but Simon took it as a serious sign of recognition. It's not a romantic attraction, more like... Platonic, childish. It's a mixture of admiration and affection, I repeat. I wouldn't say Simon is in love with Ralph.

Cuts A Straight Line Down Through The Heart

I wrote a time travel fix-it for "Holy Mother of God." Is it time travel? Is it a time loop? I don't know, because Buck fixes it the first time around (spoilers). You can read the whole thing on AO3 here, because it's 8k words. But here's a preview:

Buck opens his front door and stares at the dark living room, feeling like it should be as empty as he is inside. 

He'd almost spent the night at Maddie's again, but she'd told him that she was proud of him for finally settling into his new place, even if it was because he'd had someone over. He wishes he'd stayed, because this is worse than feeling left behind by just Eddie. 

He feels something like hurt and anger flare in him at the thought of his best friend, because he's never had to justify their friendship so much. It feels like it's being written off as only mattering to Buck because Maddie and maybe Tommy and who knew who else thought he had romantic feelings for him. 

Maybe, once upon a time, if he'd figured out his bisexuality at a younger age, he would've realized his early admiration of Eddie had been tinged with attraction. But those days are long gone, and he can't even be sure that was the case or if he's just trying to find something that wasn't really there with the new queer lens he's started examining his past with.

He's still standing in the doorway, and he walks inside, his steps heavy. He doesn't turn on the light and goes to the kitchen to get water, ignoring the dirty dishes from the morning after breakfast that wasn't. When he opens the refrigerator to put the lone banana muffin for his breakfast inside, he stares at the bottle of champagne, the one he'd had to move before it exploded in his freezer because Tommy hadn't meant for it to stay there for hours before Buck discovered it. The hollow feeling at the pit of his stomach gets worse and starts to hurt, and he backs away as his eyes blur with tears. 

He'd fucked up. He'd fucked up again and said the wrong things again without telling Tommy how he really felt again. It's like his brain is broken, and he hates himself for it. 

Buck wraps his arms around himself and bends forward, knees bending almost in a crouch, and he sobs. He wants Tommy, wants to hear his voice and see his smile and feel his hands and his arms. He wants to go back and fix this, he wants it more than anything. He wishes that just once, he could fix something he'd broken.

When he collapses in bed, he pulls the other pillow to his chest and breathes in the phantom smell of Tommy's shampoo and cologne and deodorant and sweat until he falls asleep.

He wakes up, realizes it's too bright, that he's overslept for his shift, and he shoots to his feet. Except his foot catches on something and he almost slips and falls on his ass. Bending down, he frowns when he picks up his jeans. Except he'd thrown his jeans in the corner since he didn't know what happened to his laundry hamper. 

“What the hell?” he mutters, tossing them away. 

When he steps through the bedroom doorway, he smells bacon. And when he keeps walking toward his kitchen, worrying he's in another coma dream or having a neurological episode, he hears the sound of the freezer closing and sees Tommy step back.

“Hi,” Tommy says, smiling at him. Smiling like nothing’s wrong, like Buck hadn't dropped a grenade on their chances of getting back together, like the entire previous day hadn't happened. Smiling in the same clothes he'd been wearing. 

“I-I thought you had a shift,” Buck says, and Tommy looks at him funny. 

“Not until tomorrow,” he says. “Didn't want to leave without feeding you.”

And Tommy gently taps his stomach with the back of his hand before turning away, and Buck’s entire world shifts on its axis when he gets hit with an intense wave of déjà vu. It's so bad that he worries, once again, that he's having a neurological episode. It intensifies when he sees the spread of food—the same spread of food.

“What's—” he can't even get the question out, doesn't know what to ask.

“I went to the corner store,” Tommy says, standing the same, his intonation the same, his nod toward the coffee maker the same. “There's coffee.”

“Yeah, you unpacked my coffee maker,” Buck says faintly.

“The box labeled ‘coffee-maker’ was the tip-off.” And he looks at Buck the same.

this might be a hot take, but it feels like a light smack on the face to have Lilith as aroace rep and not include Willow.

now, i have no issue with Lilith being aroace. i love Lilith and there's no actual problem with her being labeled as such.

but in comparison to Willow, who hasn't shown true romantic interest or chemistry with anyone until s2-s3 kinda pushed it in there, i do feel a little bit salty as a questioning arospec person.

i don't particularly understand why there has to be one of every type, when the 'romance' between Willow and Hunter negatively affected both of their arcs and sidelined their true character as a whole. to only have Lilith as the aroace character, when she was an antagonist previously, can possibly send a weird message.

maybe none of this really matters and i'm just nitpicking, but i really would've loved to have Willow as the aroace rep too. there doesn't have to be one way or another.

HOW TO WRITE ROMANTIC ATTRACTION FOR DUMMIES

For anyone who wants to learn, (especially aro/ACE, aspec, ect.)

Alrighty! Welcome back or welcome to my blog! I'm dipping my toes back into the category of posts that gained me my exposure!

So if you're here, you want to know how to write romantic attraction/romance!

Strap in and let's begin!

(Pls spread this to people you think would benefit from seeing it, or anyone who requested it bc I forgot, ANY ASPECS)

Step one -

Your characters must admire one another at the beginning, Romantic feelings usually do not present themselves as obvious until you really think them through, meaning your characters may not notice they have a crush until it's too late

These are general statistics and light stereotypes. So feel free to not use this tip:

Male characters usually tend to notice physical things first, like body shape, hair, skin, clothing, the way their lover moves, ect

And Female Characters Generally tend to notice more small things and personality-based traits first, like their lover's humor, speaking mannerisms, shifts in expression, ways they fidget, emotion in their voice, ect.

And someone who is in love will generally show more interest in this particular person's movements, actions, words, and anything in general.

Step 2 -

The character will show more interest in sharing their love language with their lover/crush

Physical touch - People with physical touch love languages may want to hold hands, cuddle, hug, or just lean on their crush whenever they are close to them moreso than they want to with others

Gift giving - Gift givers will want to get more gifts more often for their crush, probably thinking of them whenever they see little trinkets or wanting to get them big gifts for special occasions or signs of appreciation

Acts of Service - Acts of service people will offer to do extra favors and a bunch of extra stuff they don't have to do twice as much as normal

Words of Affirmation - Flattery, they will generally flood their crush with kind words and compliments

Quality time - Quality time people will want to spend time with their crush at almost every turn, and when they want company, will turn to their crush first

Step 3 -

After a while, these urges while become very prominent and more noticeable to the person having them

They may find themselves fantasizing about their crush or having them show up in their thoughts more and more, feeling nicer and happier when they're around, or when they're thinking about them

Smiling when they think about them, cutsey little fluff thingies like that

A crush is essentially: I want to date that, I want to be near that always, I want to marry that, I want that to snuggle me (or other love languages)

Or in simpler terms: if that asked me out, I would say yes (or at least want to say yes if your character is in denial)

Step 4 -

The character's urges to be close to this person grows strong enough that they do smth about it, whether prompted by another character. Or they just don't know I how to not anymore (like when you wanna eat candy and you don't want to, but you do anyway bc I JUST NEED THE CHOCOLATE OKAY?)
