okay i know you’re insanely busy with midterms but just dropping an idea down here… so what if arsenal got a new sign in who was like 17 and still completing school. Reader has just moved to a new city to join the team, new school which arsenal is paying for for them to complete school, and the team is helping reader adjust 🤷🏼‍♀️ i could really see beth and viv being mom types and picking her up from school before training and shit
homework help | arsenal women x reader
v highly requested so thought i’d come through for my hurt, angst and fluff girlies xoxo
this one’s just a short little drabble so enjoy
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You hated school.
You hated every single part of it.
But you were fairly certain you’d never hated it more in your life then right now.
Moving to a completely different country had been enough of a big deal, debuting professionally for Arsenal was a pretty big fucking deal, but no struggle would compare to the one that was trying to do your A-levels. In Australia you were relatively smart, nothing exceptional but you were intelligent enough. Over there though, football had always come first. If you had training, football took precedence, when you had Matilda’s camp, it took precedence, if you felt like you needed rest after a tournament or hard game, it took precedence.
Around when you turned 15 your parents had made the decision to pull you out of highschool, you’d fallen into semi-home school, completely self lead. It had worked for you, you’d never liked being at school, you’d been asked to leave your first high school because of how disruptive you’d been to the classroom environment.
That was why home school had worked so well for you, you trained whenever you wanted and did school when you had a spare minute or two between training and travel.
Part of your contract with Arsenal though, considering your parents were sending you to England by yourself, was that you had to attend traditional school, something that you were not at all happy to do.
You hadn’t attended school in nearly two years, and it didn’t help that you’d never been taught in England, and that you were a troublemaker. Within your first days at your school you’d landed yourself in a fair amount of detentions and had been sent home twice. You’d skipped classes, left to go and get some extra training in, failed to hand in work and got in a fight with a girl. Your teammates were less than impressed, you’d gotten yourself a stern talking to from Caitlin and Steph, a threat that they wouldn’t hesitate to call your parents if you kept it up.
Your behaviour led to some more parameters being set, Beth and or Viv picked you up from school everyday, Leah had been named as the first contact for your principal and you’d made the promise to Jonas that you’d commit to schooling, and prioritise it.
In hindsight it had all been lies, something that you’d told the older women to put a smile on their face. It was a promise that you’d very quickly regretted making.
Today, when you walked out the gates of your school at 3pm, your bag slung over your shoulder and a scowl on your face as you trudged towards Beth’s Mercedes, in a foul mood.
You slung your body into the backseat, ignoring both Viv and Beth who were seated in the front and turning up the music that was blasting in your ears, you didn’t need one of their lectures right now.
You didn’t miss the concerned frowns that the two women sent your way, but you did ignore them, keeping your eyes on the car window as they began to drive, making their way towards the Arsenal training ground.
They knew that to put it lightly you hadn’t been enjoying school, that it was just something you were being forced to do. Most afternoons when they came and collected you, you were in a similar mood, but they’d noticed that the more days you went to school, the worse your mood seemed to get and they couldn’t quite get to the bottom of it.
You weren’t doing well in school, you didn’t understand or hadn’t ever been taught most of what you were learning, and you felt fucking stupid. All you teachers were prepared to turn around and do was tell you that you just needed to work harder, or pay more attention, and you were trying your hardest, but everybody was making you feel like you just weren;t good enough. That was why you’d always enjoyed football so much, because you were so good at it, school was just another thing for you, just another box to tick, especially since you’d made the move to North London.
Today was no different, just another day that you were spending doing something that made you feel so incredibly useless.
Viv passed you your normal after school snack, an iced caramel latte and a salad, food that you would normally hound down, but this time you left it unattended beside you, too busy with your thoughts to even think about eating. It was a clear warning sign for Beth and Viv, who in the four weeks that they’d been picking you up from school had never seen you not eat your after school snack.
“Sweet, is there anything wrong with the food?”
Beth’s voice was soft, tentative from her spot behind the wheel.
“Not feeling like it.”
Beth’s brow furrowed across her forehead, it was unlike you to not eat, food was your favourite thing in the world, something the Arsenal women had very quickly learnt in your short amount of time with them.
“You should eat something, we’ve got a long afternoon at the training ground.”
Training wise you didn’t actually have much on, a casual kick around if you felt like it. But you were reviewing last week's game and having a team bonding night, something that you were not feeling like engaging in.
“I’m fine.”
Your voice was dismissive, and whilst the older women had seen you in some downright filthy moods, something about this interaction was worrying them, you normally weren’t this grumpy after school.
“Did something happen at school Liefje?”
You kept your eyes on the window, watching as you slowly got closer to the training ground.
“Nope.”
You emphasised the p on your lips, hoping that your teammates would get the memo that you weren’t interested in talking about it.
“You know that you could tell us if anything was happening, this is a safe space, if someone is being an ass to you, kids or teachers we’d want you to tell us.”
You rolled your eyes at the window, just praying for a black hole to appear and suck you up.
“I’m not being fucking bullied.”
Your voice was so harsh, harsh enough to silence your teammates for the rest of the car trip.
When you finally did arrive at the training ground you practically jumped out of the car, in record timing hauling yourself and your bag out of the backseat and propelling yourself directly towards the doors of the centre, leaving Beth and Viv watching you from the car, completely curious about what had occurred to make you so grumpy.
You hardly made it two steps into the locker room before you were bombarded by Leah.
“Want to explain to me why I had to spend my afternoon on the phone to your principal?”
Her voice held a fair amount of annoyance, rightfully so, you were annoyed at yourself.
“It’s not that big of a deal.”
You walked directly towards your locker, slinging your bag into the cubby and keeping your eyes locked on the wall of your locker so you didn’t have to face Leah.
“Firstly, look at me, we’re having a conversation. Secondly, what in god’s name do you call how you are dressed because I know we aren’t sending you to private school for you to be dressed like that.”
You turned around to look at Leah, she wasn’t wrong, you weren’t exactly dressed presentably. You’re shirt was untucked, and unbuttoned, revealing the lacy bralette and tank top I was wearing underneath, my skirt was also hanging just low enough to cover up my ass, I looked like a schoolgirl from one of the old pornos.
“Tuck your goddamn shirt in and pull your skirt down.”
Leah’s voice was just as harsh as the one you’d used with Viv and Beth a few minutes ago, a taste of your own medicine you supposed. You obliged her request, tucking your shirt in with an eyeroll, and tugging your skirt down far enough that it was sitting at a socially acceptable length.
“Again, want to explain to me why I got to spend an hour on the phone with your principal this afternoon?”
You let your eyes travel down to your feet, which were clad with black leather school shoes. Some of your other teammates had begun to trail into the rooms, Beth, Viv, Kim, Vic, Katie, all of them watching as Leah’s scolding unfolded.
“It’s not that big of a deal.”
You said it under your breath, a mere murmur that Leah’s super ears managed to pick up.
“Not that big of a deal? Your failing everything and the amount of behavioural reports you’ve collected is truly impressive.”
It was bad timing that Caitlin happened to walk in as soon as the words left Leah’s mouth.
“You're failing?”
You took a deep breath, biting down on your lip as you looked down at the floor.
“My teachers are being jackasses.”
You fiddled with the hem of your shirt, it was true, in your whole time at the new school not once had any of the teachers offered to help you or explain something to you, all they did was criticise.
“And that’s a good enough excuse to tell one of them to and I quote ‘Go fuck yourself and your mom’ because I don’t think that’s grounds to call a jackass that.”
You were glaring holes into the floor of the rooms, not really sure what to say to Leah.
“All they do is tell me off ‘Y/n, it’s not good enough’, ‘Y/n you don’t pay enough attention’, ‘Y/n, work harder’, I’m trying my best.”
Your words were murmured underneath your breath, the aggression and emotion very clear in the tone of voice you directed at your Vice Captain.
“Y/n, out on the pitch now, go run off whatever this energy is and then come back in here with a new attitude because the one you have right now is piss poor.”
You frowned at Caitlin, but nodded in agreement with her statement, walking over to your locker and quickly changing into your training kit and cleats before heading out of the now silent locker rooms, making your way out onto the pitch and as soon as your feet hit the grass you began to run.
Growing up, football had been your only release, it still was. When you had a bad day, as soon as you stepped out onto the pitch it all disappeared, it all didn’t matter, because you had football, you had the one thing in the world that mattered the very most to you. Recently though, with all of the school bullshit you’d been feeling disconnected from it, feeling disconnected from the part of yourself that had fallen in love with your sport, that part of you had disjointed from your body, too affected by the intense depression that school caused you.
After you’d run your lungs sore you moved to the goals, rolling out 5 balls and placing them all down on the pitch, running around and kicking them at different targets in the goal before collecting them and doing it again. This was what you lived for, quite literally. This had been the positive of moving, the best part, that you were playing at the highest level you possibly could. But a part of it felt so wrong, it wouldn’t have been abnormal for you to have just dropped out when you’d come over, in Australia at least, hell half of your teammates had dropped out at 17 to play for the Matildas, including your closest friend, Ellie, but in England they were hellbent on you completing your education.
You’d practically run yourself silly by the stage you saw a crew of red approach the sideline. You sat down on the grass, tipping your head back to look at the mix of orange and pink washing in a sunburst tie dye across the sky, your lungs burning as they took in the crisp English air.
You tried your hardest to ignore the sound of a series of footsteps crunching against the grass, eventually ceasing when the group got close enough to sit down around you. To their credit they didn’t disturb you until you acknowledged their presence, your eyes falling from the sky to meet Beth’s.
“We want to have an open conversation with you about this, we’ll talk, you will listen and then you can talk and we promise we will listen. We’ve all calmed down, so let’s talk about this properly, yeah?”
You nodded in agreement with Beth, turning your head a little bit to meet Leah’s gaze. The harshness across her facial expression had softened, the intenseness of her face being less jagged and tense.
“We all know that you’ve struggled with adjusting to school, so what’s up?”
You bit down on your lip, the pink tissue being bared down on by your front teeth, this was the point where you could either shake them off or be honest with them.
“I haven’t gone to school in two years, when I was at school I was a troublemaker and when I wasn’t at school I only learnt what was necessary, I educated myself from 15 to now, and I did well enough, taught myself the basics of everything, had Mack and Alanna teach me the important shit. I’m not prepared for this, I’m not smart enough for this and all the teachers want to do is remind me of that, I just can’t focus like they want me to, or sit down and understand what the fuck a parabola is and how it’s relevant to my life. I didn’t want to fail, but I had all of this homework that I didn’t understand so I just put it to the bottom of my priorities pile, and then it was overdue and my teachers were annoyed enough with me so what even was the point? I’m good at football, really fucking good at it. School was never something that I worried about, but now it’s all I can think about and I hate it, I hate every single minute of it.”
You heard Caitlin sigh from her spot beside Beth, she’d had no idea that you’d been struggling so much, sure she was aware that you hadn’t exactly been a school enthusiast but she’d had no clue that you really were having problems.
“Plus, it’s like all everybody is doing is setting me up to fail, my teachers assign me work that they know I’ll never complete, you guys send me to school to try and learn shit that I’ll never understand, school just doesn’t work for me.”
You observed as the group of women’s frowns only deepened further, all of them feeling devastated that you’d been feeling this way and hadn’t told them.
“We aren’t setting you up to fail. We want you to succeed, we just wished that you’d told us about this earlier, we would have found you a tutor, hell any of us would tutor you, and we will from now on. From now on, no more hiding your homework or deciding that you aren’t smart enough to complete it. I’ll talk to your school, if you promise us all that you are going to be on your best behaviour then I’ll talk to your teachers and principals, maybe we can look at getting you some extra help, or a tutor. If it comes to it we’ll look at alternative schooling options, but I think you’re very tough on yourself, it’s understandable that you’d be struggling with this stuff, you’ve only been here for six weeks, you're still grasping the ropes. From now on, every night after school you’re going to bring your homework here and someone will help you with it.We want to see you succeed, y/n, we don’t want you having to go back home because you can’t prove to us that you deserve to be here, because we all know you do, it’s just about putting in the effort and attitude, that’s what we all want to see the most, we can sort out the grades after that, okay?”
You nodded at Leah, feeling a massive weight being pulled off of your shoulders as the older woman smiled at you, opening her arms up to you and you allowing her to wrap them around you. You relaxed into her body almost immediately, finding solace in the warmth and comfort that she provided, she’d really become an older sister to you in so many ways since your move, she was stern and strict for sure, but she also cared a hell of a lot.
You could feel your body beginning to weaken against Leah, the emotions of the past 24 hours starting to really fog your brain.
“Is our little student tired?”
You just groaned into Leah’s body, earning a quiet chuckle from the older woman.
“C’mon kiddo, let’s get you inside and then you can sleep for as long as you’d like.”
You allowed Caitlin and Viv to carry you back to the changerooms, the two women very quickly slipping you into a tracksuit before laying you down on one of the coaches in the communal hangout room. The group was about to leave you to relax before you emailed at them.
“Hugs.”
The group of women snorted at your insistence, Caitlin trailing behind and sitting down on the couch beside you, gently pulling you into her arms and wrapping them around you. She was ready to protect you from anything and everything, whether that was a rogue soccer ball or a nasty teacher.
“Mm sorry Cait.”
Caitlin just smiled down at you, her hands gently working their way through your tresses as she watched your eyes grow even heavier as sleep loomed over you.
“Don’t worry about it chook, we’ve got you now, no more doing it all alone, we’ll help you from here on out, no more fighting every battle, we’ve got you.”

Allow me to be super delulu here for a moment...
We know there's another 9-1-1 spinoff in the works. One city location we've heard is Vegas.
We know Vegas is only an hour away from LA by helicopter.
What if the "unforseen hurdle" for Buck and Tommy's relationship is Tommy getting a job offer in Vegas (hello backdoor pilot (lol) for the new spinoff) and it's not really a big deal for him because "it's only an hour away, Evan. I go, put in my 48, and come home. It's not like I'm moving and this isn't going to change anything."
But of course it is a big deal for Mr. Abandonment Issues. What if Tommy gets tired of commuting back and forth all the time? What if he just happens to like Vegas better and decides he wants to move after all?
And maybe that whole big discussion leads to something like "and if you moved in with me, the time away from each other wouldn't seem so bad."
As much as I think I'm totally in left field and it would suck to see Lou leave the main show (plus they've never carried over characters from the main to the spinoff before anyways), I would absolutely watch him on a spinoff (not that I'm not gonna watch it anyways, let's be real.)
Maybe some Vegas shenanigans is what Oliver meant when he said Buck was gonna have some fun and ludicrous moments. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Anyways, it's probably not that but it would make a good fic if anyone feels like it.

Summary: Just a drabble from my drafts. I’m convinced Dallas would probably wreck havoc in Johnnys relationships until he got to know the other person well enough or they showed enough steel to make him back off🤷🏼‍♀️ Characters are aged up a few years just bc.
-
The shop bell jingles softly, bringing your attention away from the magazine you had been idly staring at for the past twenty minutes. It was late, close to closing and the only people you were expecting to cross the doorway was either in the form of your father with late minute supplies, or trouble.
You glance down at the bat by your feet, weary, but feel yourself breath out a sigh of relief when you take in the familiar face staring back at you, sheepish, but with a small smile on his face.
Johnny puts both hands in the air, taking a small step through the threshold.
“Easy there. I come in peace.”
You’re about to laugh, greet him like you normally would, but you pause. It had been two weeks since you had seen him, practically radio silence on his end. You’d tried to call him at the Curtis’, but there always seemed to be some sort of excuse for why he couldn’t come to the phone. For awhile you had been worried. What if his folks had gotten him, hurt him real bad this time? What if he’d gotten jumped again?
Then you had seen him out with Pony and Dallas getting cokes about a week back and the message he hadn’t had the guts to tell you to your face began to come through a little bit clearer.
“Hey.” You say eventually. “I haven’t seen around you for awhile.”
“Yeah.” Johnny at least has the good grace to look chagrined as he slips behind the counter and sits down beside you, rubbing the back of his neck. “Dally said- well Dal had mentioned you’d been hanging around a lot is all, so.”
“Huh?”
You stare at his side-profile, stunned. He won’t make eye contact, instead staring pointedly at the display of gum you had put out earlier in the day. His ears are turning a fantastic shade of red, something that, under normal circumstances was endearing, but right now was just infuriating.
“Dallas said what?”
There’s no mistaking the dumbfounded fury in your voice, but Johnny just shakes his head and, finally making eye contact, sends you a pleading stare.
“It really ain’t that big of a deal. Dal just has a hard time adjusting to new people s’all. Give ‘im some time, he’ll come around.”
You glance around the shop, waiting for someone to pop out from a corner and tell you this is all a big joke. When no such thing happens, you look back at Johnny and brace your hands against the counter, breathing heavy. You laugh softly, before scrubbing a hand across your eyes.
“I’m sorry. Are you meaning to tell me that you’ve been going out of you way to avoid me because Dallas Winston told you to?”
Johnny winces and hunches his shoulders, defensive against your anger. Normally that would be enough to make you take a deep breath and reign it in, unwilling to be anything close to a reminder of his nightmare childhood, but this is… this is just too much.
“I thought I’d done something to make you mad.” You say, voice shaking with unnamed emotion. “I thought I’d… hurt you in some way, and all this times it’s been because big bad Dal doesn’t want to share his best friend.”
You laugh again, though the situation is far from funny. Johnnys face goes blank, distant and he squares his shoulders. There’s something dangerous glinting in his dark eyes, a warning that is demanding to not be ignored, but you’re far beyond recognising red flags by this point.
“C’mon Johnny, you can’t tell me you don’t see how insane that is?”
“Now just wait a damn minute-“ Johnny starts, fire in his voice, but your father chooses that exact moment to walk through the door.
He pauses for a moment, observing the two of you. Eyes flickering back and fourth between Johnnys stiff figure and your infuriated expression. He’s weary, nodding to Johnny before seeking you out.
“Everything okay, baby?”
“Peachy.” You breath, but there’s tears pricking in your eyes.
Your fathers eyes narrow in on Johnny, clearly deciding that he’s now public enemy number one and you can see how skittish it makes the other boy. Despite your anger, it makes your heart ache a little to see the nervous energy enter him, the near inevitable way he seems to brace himself for a blow. It makes you want to flay his parents, leave their skin on the local trees as a warning to anyone that dare try to hurt him again.
But. But this time, he’s hurt you. He needs to know that.
“My father is not going to lay a hand on you.” You whisper, just low enough for the both of you to hear.
Johnnys eyes snap to yours, and there’s kinship there, right then. An understanding. His shoulders lose their tension, and you both breathe.
“Johnny was just leaving, dad.” You say, heart pounding. “He’s got a thing with his friend.”
Dark eyes snap to yours, beseeching. Desperate. He looks so sad and it makes you want to forget everything that has happened, but you can’t. You won’t be second best, won’t be reduced to a problem that Dallas Winston wants to get rid of, and one that can be dismissed so easily.
“Don’t do this.” Johnny says, low, urgent, but you dismiss him.
You turn, busing yourself with the normal routine of locking down the shop. Even so, you can’t ignore how your hands shake. How your heart is beating a mile a minute. How you can feel Johnny’s stare on your back, even as you try to block him out.
“We’re closing now, son. Think it’s time to go.”
Your fathers voice is gentle, even after the ire he’d given Johnny when he’d seen the two of you fighting. You think maybe your dad understands Johnny in a way- in a way that makes you want to switch off your brain and never think about your grandparents again.
“Don’t do this.” Johnny says again, loud enough that its audible to both you and your father. He sounds unhinged, and it’s enough to make you spin around and look at him.
“I didn’t do anything, Johnny. You did. You’re a grown man, eighteen damn years of age. You chose Dallas. That’s fine. I’m not the one that made it a choice to begin with. Just don’t come weepin’ to me about the consequences.”
You spin, incensed and tear-blind, into the backroom. There’s soft murmurs, then the soft tinkling of the bell at the door.
Your fathers hand clamps down on your shoulder a moment later.
“All okay, bug?”
You can’t answer straight away, trying to fight back the tears. Even though you’d told him to leave, wanted him to leave even, it was still disappointing that he did.
“I’m fine.” You whisper, voice breaking.
And when your father pulls you in for a hug, you feel so incredibly small and young. The tears spill over without permission and you bury your head in your fathers shoulder, desperately wishing you had never heard of that damned, stupid gang in the first place.

Elucien and gwynriel think the same way elriel thinks when it comes to ships😅 you see their coments and all they said is sjm’s Pinterest is full of elucien and gwynriel and that they have all the canon evidence and similarities with others ship. Elriels think the same way we think we are right and that all the evidence points to us. I mean I have seem multiple elucien saying they can’t wait to see our ship sink. The fandom is so clearly divided and each side thinks they are 100% right. They said we make everything about elain and we said they make everything about gwyn or lucien🤷🏼‍♀️ is literally the same way of thinking just with different characters. Honestly it makes me a little scared to who is really right when it comes to ship because every side is so sure they are right. I honestly just want elain’s book.
I disagree with this because i think there is a big difference between wishful thinking and canon evidence.
I am sorry, but Gwynriel is just whack. From purely evidentiary POV, if you are not an obsessed fan who spent 3 years looking at the 2nd part of the bonus chapter and thinking you got something, Gwynriel doesn't exist. Like ask ANY casual reader, who isn't influenced by anything (btw, when ACOSF just came out, I was a fan of ACOTAR but I wasn't a crazed Elriel. I was still mostly into Feysand and Nessian, and I wasn't dealing with Elriel, because that was coming later. So I was technically that casual reader) if they think Gwynriel is an actual thing, 99% of them will say no. And look at you like you just fell out of a tree. Literally, yesterday, someone asked their mom about their opinion, since they are reading ACOSF, and the mom was like 'what? Azriel and that teenager?" It's not US. It's reality. There is no Gwynriel. Sorry.
Elucien have a bond. But haven't the last 4 books shown that the bond and the lack of attraction between Elain and Lucien are kind of sus? Again, SJM throwing in a ton of 'what if the Cauldron was wrong? why not make them mates?" isnt there for shits and giggles. Could, extremely hypothetically, Elucien happen? I'd say, yes, it has more chances than Gwynriel, but it's not saying much. Also, Lucien was literally given a girlfriend! Why they keep bitching about Vassa, I have no idea. It's a fantasy. They can all be immortal, it's okay.
But seriously, I cannot CANNOT compare Gwynriel, which is just a combo of headcanons, what ifs, random wants and delirious TikTokers, with what is actually in the books for Elriel.
Seriously, what are we even comparing here? Huge scenes like the Hybern rescue, the TT exchange, the murder of the King, and I want to eat Elain out, to what, exactly?
I wanna cut the ribbon! Go ahead. Cut it.
Or
absolutely NO Elucien scenes. Name ONE Elucien scene? Other than him having a long ass monologue in his head? NONE exit.
So, I am gonna be honest, and will put on my 'Crazed Elriel' hat and say one is definitely not like the other two.

This is more of a petty complaint than anything, but the issue still really annoyed me, so here I am to safely vent about it
Recently my hospital had hired on a traveling nurse, K, to work in the ER (a common occurrence). Travelers usually are only with us for about 3-6 months at a time, but we’re lucky to still form friendly type bonds with some wonderful people. Anyway, K had a hobby of making origami crafts, and they were really talented, too. During the holiday season they made a forest of pine trees in various sizes, a couple of polar bears, and stars as tree toppers. Then they carried on after that, making animals or flowers, sometimes taking requests and giving those as little gifts.
One time K made a very pretty potted plant for the ER clerks (me and my direct group of coworkers) to keep in front of the computer so that patients and visitors could see it when they came in, and so we could enjoy it. At some later point K made a skeletal hand out of blue paper, just as something to practice, and put that in the cubby area as well. The hand wasn’t super popular, kinda got moved to a corner for the most part. Though the other day I noticed it started getting put into my drawer where I have personal items (we’ve all claimed a drawer somewhere in the cubby), even though I told some of my other coworkers that it wasn’t mine/made for me.
Then last Thursday was K’s last day working with our hospital. K and I were fairly good friends, so I asked if they could make me a paper moose as a parting gift. They obliged, and gave me an adorable little paper moose, which I proudly displayed next to the paper potted plant
Friday I was telling my bestie about the moose, and wanted to show it to him. I looked behind the computers, but couldn’t find it. Thankfully had the thought to check my drawer before I could panic, and found the moose had been put in there, along with the blue hand, again. I brushed it off and took both out and then displayed the hand palm-up holding the moose. I again put this next to the paper potted plant.
Fast forward to today (Saturday). Opened my drawer to retrieve something and found the hand and moose unceremoniously dumped there once again.
Only one other coworker has been working these same days as me, B, so I know it’s them who keeps doing that. I know it’s not really a big deal, but it just bothers me that B couldn’t just tell me to move the moose, or ask me to keep it in my drawer. Especially because B and I are friends, so it’s not like they couldn’t just talk to me about it rather than dropping them into my drawer. And it doesn’t make sense because they’re fine with a paper potted plant but not a paper moose? The way our computers are set up you couldn’t even see the moose (from our angle) in the first place, and can barely see some taller leaves of the paper potted plant, so what was the issue?
Like I said I know this is a little thing, but it just really feels like a slight. It’s a little too pointed, in my opinion. And yeah, maybe I’m just being paranoid, but it’s still bothersome.
So I moved the paper potted plant down to a different drawer. If they’re gonna be petty then we can all be petty 🤷🏼‍♀️

a/n: hiiii miss me? sorry about the lack of posting but june was a batshit crazy month for me and i’ve been dealing with a bit of writer’s block. i hate this title but 🤷🏼‍♀️ @making-it-big had prompted a fic where andrei was facetiming the kids while he’s away and this is what came of that idea! hope you guys enjoy 🥰
word count: 3k
tw: none! this is just some soft family cuteness
summary: while he’s on the road, andrei never misses a facetime call with you and the kids
The one thing you never forget though, is the nightly FaceTime with Andrei when he’s on the road. Every single road game is different when it comes to the call - sometimes they’re late at night and shorter, other times he’ll have time to talk for a while before they leave for the airport. It doesn’t matter where Andrei is, he FaceTimes you and the kids every day.
Tonight, the team’s in Columbus, after flying in from Detroit earlier in the afternoon. They have the night off before their game tomorrow. You only know the schedule because you have it all written out meticulously on the giant calendar in the kitchen. You had made fun of the calendar when some of the other older and more experienced WAGs had told you about it, but now it’s your saving grace. Otherwise you’d have basically no idea where in North America your husband is unless he’s next to you.
The kids are buzzing, excited to talk to Andrei and update him on the past few days. Evie and Alina jostle for their favored positions on the couch, eventually deciding that Alina gets to be wedged against the arm and Evie gets the other 2/3 of the couch cushion. You’re not sure how that ended up being the deal, but you’re not about to get involved in the careful negotiations between sisters. Kira, the ever unbothered middle child, wanders in and out of the den, various toys and snacks coming and going with her. “Hey,” you call out to her, stopping the five-year-old in her tracks. She looks up at you with wide eyes. “That’s the last Oreo,” you point at her, raising an eyebrow and crossing your index finger over your heart, your code with the kids that you’re serious and that they better promise to listen.
Kira blinks innocently at you and chirps, “yes, mommy!” in a tone that has you getting up from your squatted position at the coffee table and moving into the kitchen to take the family-sized pack of Oreos from a lower cabinet and moving it to a cabinet above the fridge. Kira pouts at you, clutching her remaining snacks in her hands.
“Remember when your tummy hurt because you ate too much cake at D’s birthday party and you puked on Daddy’s lap?” You ask, adjusting Maks in the carrier attached to your chest. The three-month-old yawns and presses his cheek to your chest, little eyelids fluttering shut.
“Oh,” Kira pulls a face, looking just like Andrei, “I didn’t like that. Puking was gross.”
You point at her, grinning, “too many Oreos before bed will make your tummy hurt and you might puke again.”
She looks scared, her eyes opening wide, and you almost feel bad for her. But then she looks down at the two Oreos clutched in her hands and shoves them both in her mouth, spewing crumbs as she shouts, “I don’t wanna puke, Mommy!” while running back into the den and around the dining room table.
“Your sister is such a little weirdo,” you murmur affectionately to Maks. The baby burrows his face close to your chest and you check the time over the stove - 6:43 - which means he’ll be up for a feed soon enough. Hopefully he’ll be awake while Andrei’s still on the call. Turning back to the den, you start to say, “girls, let’s give Daddy —“ stopping short when none of your children are in sight. Evie and Alina are gone from the couch and Kira isn’t in the room, although you can hear her singing to herself from behind a few walls. If you had to guess, she’s doing princess twirls in front of the full length mirror in the foyer.
You shake your head and mutter, “where the hell did they all go?”
Dimitri toddles into the room, blocks clutched in his chubby little baby hands. “Mama!” He shouts, holding the blocks up. “Yook!” You grin at his little speech impediment - he can’t say his Ls yet and they all sound like Ys. “Bocks”
“That’s right, buddy, blocks! Were you building something?” You take the blocks he offers you, holding the pair of them in one hand and taking his hand in your free one, leading him over to the couch so you can hopefully get this FaceTime call started.
“Bi’ding for mama,” he says proudly and you press a kiss to the top of his head, inhaling the scent of baby shampoo.
“Mama loves your building, but how about we call Papa?” You pitch your voice higher, infusing excessive excitement into your tone. Dimitri giggles and claps his hands.
“Papa! Papa!” He chants and while he’s distracted you reach over and tap at the screen of the iPad, swiping Andrei’s contact information and bringing up the FaceTime screen. Dimitri fidgets on the couch for the entire thirty seconds it takes for Andrei to answer, but once he sees Andrei’s face fill the screen, Dimitri shouts, “Papa!” and his face splits into a huge grin.
Andrei’s face is wearing a matching grin and he shouts back, “Dimka! How’s Papa’s big boy?”
You lean against the back of the couch while Dimitri babbles to Andrei, watching as your husband’s entire face lights up while they chat. Dimitri is Andrei’s little clone, if the baby pictures Elena sends are any indication, and when their faces are side by side like this, you can totally see it. Every so often, Andrei’s gaze slips over to look at you and he smiles, winking. You return the expression, one hand resting over Maks’s back. Dimitri could chatter about anything and everything, using his limited toddler vocabulary, and you shout up the stairs for the girls, still wondering where the older two went. Maks continues to sleep soundly, even after you’ve shouted for them twice - the fifth kid really learns to sleep anywhere and under any conditions.
“Coming!” Evie shouts back and then there she and Alina are, traipsing down the stairs in too long sweaters that you recognize from Andrei’s closet. They’re holding the hems of the sweaters in their hands like they’re princesses wearing ball gowns and it’s adorable. Both girls are tall for their age - the Svechnikov genes at work - but even still the sweaters hang to their ankles when they release the knit.
“What are you two doing?” You ask, pulling Alina back by her shoulder so you can twist her long hair up into a bun on top of her head. The seven-year-old is always wandering around with her hair in her face and you hate it, always worried she’s going to fall down the stairs because she can’t see anything.
Alina struggles under your hands, trying to get away from the bun, but you’re faster than she is and tie it off quickly before she runs off to the den, throwing herself onto the couch and interrupting Dimitri so she can start telling Andrei all about her day.
You turn to Evie and she looks a little shifty, but also extremely pleased with herself while she twists her fingers in the sleeves of Andrei’s sweater. “We just wanted Dad to know, like, because he wears the bracelets me and Al and Kira made for him when he plays in other places so we know that he misses us. We wanted to wear his sweaters when he calls so he knows we miss him,” she explains in a rambling, breathless monologue that has your tearing up with the sweetness of her gesture.
“How did we get so lucky with you?” You murmur, cupping her chin and kissing the top of her head. “Sweet as iced tea.”
She beams, happy with your praise, and runs off to join her brother and sister. You can hear her interrupt Alina’s story, talking over her sister to tell Andrei that she picked the sweaters special because she’s the oldest. Kira appears from somewhere, a juice box in her hand, and you shake your head. The four kids are piled on the couch, all talking over each other and not letting Andrei get a word in edgewise. From your spot behind the couch, you have a full view of his face and the completely adoring expression on his face. He’s smiling and laughing, trying to pay attention to all four of them at once and making it look easy.
Maks fusses against your chest and you look at the time, nearly 7:30, so while the kids are distracted and with Maks still strapped to your chest, you adjust so your breast is out and Maks can eat, wincing a little when he struggles for a second before latching on. The general chaos coming from the couch starts to cool off and one by one, the kids run out of things to say, starting to peel away from the screen. Kira disappears, as is her M.O. as the middle child, and Alina wiggles to the floor to start doing somersaults.
Dimitri is flat on his back on the couch, kicking his feet in the air, dangerously close to Evie’s head while she recounts the play date she had the day before. “And Mom said we get to watch the game tomorrow at Auntie Nykki’s so we get to see Gigi and are you suuuuure we can’t get a dog?” she finishes, deploying giant puppy dog eyes.
“I’m sure,” Andrei laughs, shaking his head. “It’s not fair to Mama, to have to take care of a dog and you crazy little goblins.”
“Buuuut….” Evie winds up to start begging, but you cut in.
“Eve, we talked about this. No puppy until you’re older, now time to say goodnight to Dad and head off to bed,” you ruffle her hair a little, bracing your hand against the back of Maks’s head when you lean forward a bit.
Andrei jumps in before Evie can protest, “I’ll talk to you tomorrow, okay zaychik? Spokoynoy nochi.”
“Spokoynoy nochi,” Evie replies, blowing kisses through the screen. Alina and Kira appear for virtual goodnight kisses too and you hoist Dimitri onto your hip and give Andrei the “one-minute” gesture while you usher the girls upstairs and get their teeth brushed and tucked into bed.
With Dimitri still clinging to you like a koala and Maks fast asleep in a milk coma, you finally return to the den and drop down onto the couch. “Hi,” you grin at Andrei. Dimitri rests his head on your thigh and runs a toy car over the cushion, clearly fading but reluctant to sleep. He’ll be out in a few minutes and you’ll transition him to his bed.
“Hi,” Andrei grins back. “Miss you.”
“Miss you too,” you card your fingers through Dimitri’s fine blond hair. “They were on something different tonight. And just so you know, both girls are sleeping in your sweaters.”
He shifts from sitting on the hotel bed to lying back against the pillows, tucking one hand behind his head and hiding the colourful braided and beaded bracelets that Evie, Alina, and Kira had made him. A soft smile makes his dimple pop. “We got lucky with them,” he says.
“We did,” you adjust Maks in the carrier, pulling aside the fabric covering the back of his head so Andrei can see him a little better. You’re getting warm having sixteen pounds of baby strapped so close to your chest. “How’s Columbus?”
“Boring,” he snorts a laugh. His smile turns a little sly. “What are you wearing?”
You laugh a little, until a new and familiar voice chimes in. “Oh fuck no,” Martin Necas yelps. “You’ve got five fucking kids, don’t tell me that you’re still chatting her up like a twenty-something idiot.”
Marty’s been your husband’s roommate on the road for years now, but you didn’t realize that he’d been around while the kids were talking to Andrei.
On-screen, Andrei smirks, a cocky expression taking over his face, “how do you think we got five kids? The stork?”
A towel flies into view from off-screen, whacking Andrei in the face while he laughs. You giggle at their antics and Neci comes into view, poking his head in front of Andrei’s phone. “Don’t let him talk to you like that, you’ve got all the power. He’s fucking whipped,” he teases, ruffling his hand through damp hair.
“Don’t worry,” you grin. “I’ve got babies attached to my hip and spit up all over my shirt. No chance he finds this attractive.”
Andrei’s expression turns hungry and he scrubs a hand over his bearded chin, the rasp of his fingers over the hair sending a shiver down your spine. “Neci, cover your ears, I want to say something adult to my wife,” Andrei teases. “It’s not for the ears of children.”
“Fuck you,” Marty whips a pillow from his bed at Andrei. It lands with a hollow noise on Andrei’s stomach and he exhales heavily. “One, I’m older than you and two, your literal children are right there. You’re gonna be disgusting in front of them?”
You smother a laugh with your hand. “Dimitri is passed out,” you say, angling the iPad down so they can see the conked out toddler spread out starfish style on the couch, toy car held loosely in one hand. “And Maks is definitely out.” You show them the infant, his little rosebud mouth gaping open and his eyelids twitching as he dreams. “So you’re good to say whatever you want.”
“No, do not encourage him,” Marty groans. “I have to share a room with him.”
Andrei tosses the pillow back, but Marty was expecting it and catches the pillow in mid-air. “You know, I’m the Captain. I don’t have to share a room,” Andrei says.
“You’d miss me too much,” Marty grins, waggling his eyebrows. “If you two are going to be disgusting, I’m leaving.”
“Good, leave,” Andrei deadpans.
You click your tongue, “be nice! What kind of leadership are you displaying?”
“Yeah, listen to your wife,” Marty teases, getting out of bed and shoving his feet into a pair of slides. “I’m telling Roddy that you’re a shitty Captain.”
He shoves at Andrei’s shoulder on his way out, waving to you. The door clicks shut behind him and you shake your head at Andrei, “you two are terrible.”
Andrei waves a hand in the air, grinning. “Neci’s dealt with worse from me on the road. I ever tell you about the food poisoning incident?”
“No,” you wince, “and I don’t want to know.” You yawn and apologize. “Sorry, baby. I’m exhausted.”
“I’m sorry I’m not there,” he replies, rubbing at his chin again. He pauses and you’re both quiet for a bit, just soaking up the other’s presence. Dimitri’s hand goes completely slack and he drops the toy car to the floor. You kick it slightly under the coffee table so you don’t step on it later. Andrei coughs a little, “it’s only been a couple days, but it feels like they’re different. Bigger.”
“The only one that really grew this week is this guy,” you pat Maks’s diapered bottom. “Gained another pound from his last checkup.”
Andrei grins. He sits up and pushes his hair off his forehead, leaning closer to the screen. “That’s my boy,” he chuckles. “How big is he now?”
“Sixteen pounds,” you laugh, shifting him against your chest. “He’s in the eightieth percentile for his age, Drei.”
“Big boy,” Andrei replies.
“Takes after his Daddy,” you blow him a kiss, yawning again. “I know it’s not even nine, but I really need to sleep for a bit before tiny Hulk wakes up for his next feeding.”
Andrei nods. “I know, I’m sorry I kept you up. I miss you.”
“I miss you too,” you tuck Maks back into the carrier so you can bring boy boys upstairs easier. “But you’ll be home in two days and then I’m happily passing off parenting duties to you.”
“I can’t wait, solnyshka,” Andrei says seriously, eyes twinkling at the prospect of being back home. “And once I handle parenting, I have a few things I’d like to do with you.”
You laugh, “those adult things that you kicked Marty out of the room to say?”
Andrei hums and affirmative. “I never even got to say them.” His lower lip pokes out in a pout, a childish expression in direct contrast with his beard and blown pupils.
“I’ll use my imagination,” you assure him. “I love you.”
“Love you,” he puckers his lips at you in a kiss and you tap the screen, ending the call. You skimp back against the couch for a minute, resting, before you get to your feet and lift Dimitri’s toddler dead weight into your arms to bring him up to bed. Once you’ve checked and reassured yourself that all five kids are asleep and tucked in bed, you finally crawl into your own bed and pass out for a bit before getting up to feed Maks. You’re so ready for Andrei to come home.
When he does come home, two days later, he bounds through the front door full of energy, swinging you into a kiss that makes you laugh and swooping the two closest children - Kira and Dimitri - up into his arms. They squeal with excitement that Daddy is home. The older two girls are at school and Andrei insists on being the one to pick them up, buckling Kira and Dimitri into their car seats and taking the fully loaded Navigator to the school.
He has the windows rolled down and the three of them wave at you while he backs down the driveway. Andrei at the wheel of the Navigator with all the children in tow is a much different picture than Andrei behind the wheel of his string of ugly coloured Lamborghinis.
His grin though, that full, missing-toothed, dimpled smile? That grin is the same on your thirty-six year old husband as it was on the twenty-one year old golden retriever of a boy you fell in love with.

Did you hear about that poor guy from One Direction dying today? He fell out of a third story hotel in Argentina? Some think it's suicide. That's got to be terrible for his family and friends however the reason why I mention it is because of TMZ. Those disgusting wastes of life posted a pic showing his dead body maybe an hour it was announced he had died! But that got me thinking if TMZ could cover that so quickly (and let the dumbass who thought that was ok get fired cause I'm pretty sure the dude that runs TMZ is a lawyer and wouldn't have ok'd that) then how come they never covered whorehouse's pregnancy? I have a family friend that I unintentionally got invested in this drama lol 😆 and she watches TMZ and E! Entertainment every single day and not once did they cover whorehouse. I don't personally buy the conspiracy theories or him being with K (respectfully agree to disagree cause oh wow we're all adults here....I'm assuming? 🤷🏼‍♀️) but that always confused me and thought it deserved mentioning
I don't know what to tell you about TMZ. They're trash, and always have been. The fact that they were so quick to show photos of a deceased person after a horrible tragedy is disgusting, and whoever is responsible should lose their job.
#RIP Liam Payne.
The fauxmance, though, works most of her BS through The Daily Fail, because she has connections there, and it seems like every time something goes down with her, who reports it first? The Daily Fail, and sometimes ONLY The Daily Fail. When I said before that she has them and papz on speed dial, I wasn't kidding.
Some other publications rolled with the pregnancy story, but it seemed like it was always after TDF posted it first, and the other mags didn't try making as big of a deal out of it as TDF did. They'd like post something once about it, and then move on to something else. IMO that just shows how little of importance she is in the industry in comparison to lots of others in the same business. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks cal💕💕💕

“Yeah?” He asks.
“Yeah,” Eddie nods. “It’s always better with you around.”
If he keeps saying nice shit like this, Buck might stop breathing.
“Thanks, Eddie,” he rasps. “I, uh… I really miss it.”
“You’re really missed,” Eddie shrugs.
Buck’s cheeks are hot the whole drive home.
iv.
It’s an exhibit on the wondrous world of… Decomposition. Literally. Dead things breaking down in the dirt. A group promoting composting is putting it on. It’s not Eddie’s idea of a thrilling Tuesday evening, but Chris and Buck seem to be enjoying themselves. They’ve both got that inherent curiosity that doesn’t seem limited by subject. He likes that about them. Wishes he had it, really. It’s a small part of the long list of reasons why he thinks it’s good for Chris to be around Buck. He encourages it with equal enthusiasm.
It’s an interesting experience for Eddie, going with the two of them to something like this. He can’t really find it in himself to be interested in the compost stuff, but he watches Buck and Chris with rapt attention. Like they are the most fascinating things on earth.
Buck is pointing to a display of different stages of an apple composing and making a joke about buying Eddie in the backyard for science. Chris is giggling like it’s the funniest shit he’s ever heard. And Eddie just feels warm. The same kind of warm he’d felt that day on the beach with Shannon, before she’d dropped a bomb on him. Like he’s looking at a picture he could melt into. Like he wants to stay right here.
When they turn around to walk back to him, Eddie has the strange and overwhelming urge to reach out and grab Buck’s hand. He has to bunch his fist in his pocket. This isn’t a way he’s supposed to feel. But he’d be lying if he said it was the first time.
The thing is, Eddie doesn’t get like this. He doesn’t wonder about men. He doesn’t wonder about other women, even. His whole adult life, it was only ever Shannon. He didn’t lust after movie stars. He’d never had much of an interest in porn. When people flirted with him on calls, he never entertained it. He thought he was just… Really monogamous. Now he’s wondering if he’s full of shit. If he’s a little fucked up.
He loves his wife. He loves Shannon. He wants her back. Even if she never wants to take him back. He knows there will always be a part of him that wishes they were together. Coming home the other day, to her and Chris together, talking to the baby, had only reaffirmed it. They could be a family. Of course, he’s not going to act on that. He promised friends and co-parents first, so that’s what he will do. But he misses the idea of what he’d imagined for them so much sometimes.
And, simultaneously - and growing in prominence - he finds himself meandering into the territory of wanting Buck, too. Which, once again, he’s not supposed to want. Because… Because he doesn’t want men. He never ever has. Not that there would be a problem… Or, like… Not that other people can’t. Just… He doesn’t. Eddie has a path laid out for him and this is not on it.
But then again, failing his wife, losing her, getting her back, only to have her leave him again wasn’t either. Having a baby and a divorce at the same time wasn’t either. And yet, here he is anyway. So if Eddie finds himself wanting to reach out and touch Buck’s face sometimes, if he’s struck by the thought, god, he’s gorgeous, that’s just another unexpected reason to chastise himself.
He’s not going to do anything about Shannon. He’s not going to do anything about Buck. He is just going to stuff it all down into the usual places. Lock it up. Soldier forward. That’s the best thing for everyone. The best thing for his kids. Eddie won’t make a big deal out of wanting. He will always prioritize the correct course of action.

One thing you’ll never catch me doing is complaining about people not reblogging my fics.
Honestly, likes are enough for me, just knowing people read and like my stuff is more than enough. I’m not gonna berate/lecture my followers/people who like my stuff just because they don’t reblog my stuff.
Of course it’s certainly NICE when people reblog, and I very much appreciate it, but I’m just happy to write and post my stuff. It’s fanfiction. It’s not a big deal not to reblog 🤷🏼‍♀️

Did you see NV’s new Instagram story? That the rain inspires her? 🤣 it also shows she reads all of these forums. Where is the “brilliant” in her?
The question is why would rain be her inspiration??
Should her newborn child be her inspiration??? Shouldn't being a mother for the first time be the major inspiration???? But rain? Something so non- important..... Makes you think that being a mother wasn't her main priority from the beginning, that is not that important to her. Makes a person think to that maybe she's had a couple of abortions in her past and that getting pregnant wasn't a big deal for her and again having a baby didn't come out as she hoped it would have.... all and all she's a worthless waste of human skin that would do idiotic shit just to be relevant and stay saying in a cryptic way " Hey I'm still here, I'm still leeching " And with the looks of Cavill's last 3 posts not acknowledging her and more happliy interested in his book reading, coffee drinking, matt the gardeners skills, cavillrine and barbecuing it looks like the steam is slowing down some what. And it's known that some couples who have babies together stay together until the baby is born then they wait a while and then decide to end things and co parent. But the last 4 posts he did looks like the life of a single dad.... but that's just my opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️

@ you last anon - men always have the ✨choice✨ at all times to not engage in activities actually designed to create babies with people they don’t want to have kids with.
I’m very against any woman trying to trap a man by messing with condoms or lying about being on birth control (etc etc), but becoming a father is a risk every dude takes every time he has heterosexual sex, just like every woman might become a mother.
There’s a reason most of human history people waited until they were in family units to FAFO 🤷🏼‍♀️
It’s true both men and women need to take responsibility for the lives they create and they both have a choice. Men shouldn’t just create a child with a woman and then run off. Both men and women need to step up when they make a child. That’s a big deal.
However, there is a legal double standard regarding parenthood in this country. Women can opt out of parenthood no judgment by even killing the child if they choose but if the woman decides to have the baby the man is legally bound to help provide for them if the woman claims he is the father or he is found to be the father.

MAGNUS CHASE TK HEADCANONS
Not sure where this came from but here we are 🤷🏼‍♀️ disclaimer: I haven't read these books in like five years so these are solely based off of what I remember about the characters and their dynamics 😅
Magnus
Actually finds it kinda fun despite his (supposed) aversion to touch
BUT. he is MUCH too embarrassed and too deep in denial to ever be able to admit to it
Easily flustered—both by giving and receiving—though he tries to play it off like it's no big deal
Too sensitive for his own good! Ticklish all over but if you target his ribs specifically he will probably die (again)
JUMPY
The others gang up on him if he starts getting too angsty or too in his own head
Usually targeted by Blitz or Alex
Often too shy to initiate anything but when he does it's usually playful little pokes
Can't say The Word
Snorts if you catch him by surprise—otherwise it's bouts of poorly suppressed giggling that everyone finds very endearing <3
Snarky ler
Will usually only initiate with Blitz and Hearth. He knows starting something with Alex or Sam is a death sentence (though he will retaliate if one of them started it).
Alex
Enjoys it on occasion but usually just likes to pester her friends with it
She has to really trust you if she's allowing you to get within a five-foot radius of her
.....and good luck trying to catch her and keep her down long enough to tickle her without losing a limb
If you do somehow manage to get her, it's all cackles and squeals (+ lots of cursing)
Loves a good fight! She enjoys it more when it's play or has some competitive component to it. It's all about the thrill of the chase!!! (no pun intended)
Loves to tease and torment Magnus and gets immense satisfaction from his embarrassment from it
Has no problem saying The Word (and ofc loves to use it against Magnus)
Typically would prefer the rougher play, but she too is not immune to the power gentle touch
Receiving gentle, affectionate touch is outside of her frame of reference (*sob*) so having her hair played with or getting a massage from a friend is simultaneously heaven and hell
Like Magnus, very sensitive and also a bit shy when it comes to the subject
Samirah
(This is assumed to be post-marriage when she can be in contact with Amir. The others are considered family and therefore are in the clear.)
Doesn't usually like to be touched
She does, however, like to use it as a tactic for cheering up Alex (she's probably the only safe one to do so lol)
Targeting her will also put your life at risk (unless you're Amir... and even then you're on thin ice)
Devastatingly fast fingers
Doesn't see an issue with The Word
Will help destroy Magnus if the others have started it and need the extra help
The Queen of teases
Hearth
Mostly indifferent but doesn't mind it
Mildly sensitive; definitely not as bad as some of the others in the group
Gentle touches will put him to sleep, though—anywhere is a melt spot if you're gentle enough lol. just putty in your hands
Ears, under the chin, and feet are especially sensitive
Be careful though because he WILL ragdoll if you get him good enough
Likes to tease Magnus and Blitz the most
Doesn't have a very wide variety of teases in ASL but that does not matter..... the look he gives you is enough
The knowing smirk, the playful glint in his eyes, the wiggling fingers.......
Those long, thin, gentle fingers are KILLER
He's a kicker if you plan to target him so you better steer clear of those long legs
The friends that do get him from time to time try to keep from restraining his arms or hands so that he can still sign
His cheeks and ears flush a greenish hue when he's embarrassed or flustered (a rare occurance, but it's that much more special if you do get to see it)
If you somehow are able to crack the stoic exterior, you will be rewarded with the most adorable wheezy laugh with eyes and nose scrunched tight in resistance
Blitz
Gremlin switchhhhh. The switchiest of all.
An absolute force of chaos, both as a lee and as a ler
Feisty! He plays a bit rougher (if he knows you can handle it)
Loud, boisterous laughter. Incredibly contagioius
He can actually say The Word, though he does get mildly embarrassed from it
A Big Meanie (affectionate) to Magnus and Alex but is a little gentler with Hearth
He will almost never target you if he's in his regular nice clothes... there's no way he's gonna risk getting them dirty or torn
But if he's in casual/comfy clothes (still looking dope as hell ofc) or in battle gear you better watch out
And heaven forbid you start something with him while he's in his nice clothes. Because you are TOAST the next time he gets a chance
Sooo so fun to play around with (and unlike with Alex or Sam there is not a risk of dying :,)
