God I need more cat yuan in my life. Could I request some more cat yuan lore/cannon facts/scenarios you don’t think will fit in the fic but look or sound cool/word vomit about our favorite (would you call him a demon or a spirit cat because he doesn’t actually cultivate any resentful energy/demonic qi (yet)?)loaf from your fic? Because I adore him. And actually, now I’m actually curious, I know he has a huadian later on which is typically a demon thing, but SY seems to be cultivating normal qi. Are animals that cultivate a spiritual consciousness in ur au all labeled as “Yao”/demons or does he have some sort of heritage? Like the snake boi?

oooh im more than happy to go off about my shen nyan au! I dont have many off topic rambles to go on rn cuz most take place later on in the story and thus would be spoilers, but i can share some things!!

So firstly, i am shifting the shipping a wee bit to become liujiuyuan at some point because that ship has quickly grown on me, so most of my current shenans are set in that time frame

I do have some ideas regarding the upcoming arc ft the shen's time w/ wu yanzi, the biggest one bein that wyz treats sj the same way yan wushi treats shen qiao in thousand autumns (minus the romance aspect ofc)

Airplane will be making an appearance eventually, and maybe the og qinghua as well if I can figure out where to put him

I havent decided if Qiu Haitang is gonna get murked yet

as fun as cat demon heritage would be, sy would technically a yao since he transmigrated into a regular kitten and is cultivating spiritual energy, but he accidentally turned himself into sqq's spirit beast as well lmao

sy is kind of a special case because, yknow, human brain in a cat body, so hes kinda got a classification all his own (think li yu in dtbpf)

his 'huadian' is actually just his forehead markings as a cat, kinda like the kind tabby cats have! it becomes much more distinctive after he cultivates his big cat form

OH I KNOW A SHENAN: so sy has a wife beam even in cat form because he keeps getting the attention of other cats around him, but because hes not versed on animal body language he 10000% keeps missing the cues theyre giving (not that he'd be interested anyway cuz human brain would revolt immediately at the idea)

My art schedule is all over the place and really unpredictable, so theyre technically by default 'always open' unless ive said otherwise. Ive accepted the fact that ill always have owed art of some kind due, but that wont stop me from adding smaller things in-between like a spontaneous AT <3

How do your ATs work? Dunno if the way i do them is universal, but we just each pick one of our OCs (<- doesnt have to be an oc btw, you could even request ROTTMNT art) or something for each other to draw and have fun. Preferably we both agree on an equal amount of art, so if you were to draw an unshaded, sketchy half-body of my chosen character i would also do the same with yours!

On my end, youll most likely be asked to draw either Sagara or Jr <3

I dont really want to do any big scenes or detailed artworks since with my artstyle it takes HOURS... over DAYS... and i dont have enough of an attention span for that xD (and id quake under the pressure of trying to finish something big like that, shgfjhdhdfs)

So smaller things like fullbody drawings, sketches, sometimes multiple doodles, i love doing those kinds of things! Sometimes i get carried away with shading too.

i'm disabled and homeless, and while i'm in the process of getting approved for disability, i need more safety and stability.

with a larger vehicle like these, i could have enough space to install a kitchen, bed, electricity, shower, etc, and essentially make a home out of it. if you've ever wanted to help house a homeless person, please consider donating to my fundraiser!

the goal is 10k, but vehicles like this sell for much cheaper! as soon as i can, i'll purchase a suitable vehicle and start the project immediately. i'll use whatever i don't spend buying the vehicle for maintenence it might need, the tools and materials i'll need to convert it, plus the legal stuff surrounding registration, first year of insurance, etc. anything still left after that will be used to just allow me to live longer and have a safety net while i get income.

this is something i've been dreaming of for a long time, and as the housing market gets crazier i've realized it's probably the only way i'll have a stable home. i've been researching this project for years and i'll have some helping hands, so your money will be used well to create a home for me.

i think it would be really interesting if nyx’s curse was purely from an aesthetic stand point and she still experienced the biological affects of aging. i dont think thats how it worked, but i think it would 1) be funny and 2) make her a liiiittle more old grandma like and compliment her personality + contrast her outward appearance. grrrr grandmas got joint problems and grandma is also twenty one years old so no one will take it seriously. also can be used for angst. noooo grandma dont develop severe memory loss that tricks your mind into forgetting who you are everytime you look at yourself in the mirror because your outward appearance doesnt match how you feel on the inside youre so sexy ahahaha
