meet me at our spot - c. sturniolo ( 002. )

do not interact if you're a minor!
"can you kiss me more? we're so young boy, we ain't got nothing to lose."
"wait, i'm coming with you."
your own words surprised you — you really didn't know chris like that, and you had barely only met him tonight; but honestly? genesis was right — you needed to have some fun and if hanging out with a random drug dealer ( who was cute as hell! ) was your ticket to that, then so be it.
chris grinned at you, holding his hand out towards you — you accepted it with a smile, as he hurriedly pulled you next to him.
you held his hand close as you both weaved throughout the drunk bodies, the loud music and smell of weed encasing the whole home. you followed close behind chris, and as you both had made it downstairs, you caught sight of genesis and hunter, who had his arm wrapped around the girl.
as if sensing your look, genesis looks towards you, a huge grin forming on her face at the sight of you with chris — she raised her solo cup up to you in approval followed by a wink, causing you to roll your eyes playfully and wave her off.
chris's hand found its way to your waist as he guided you out the door, causing butterflies to erupt in your stomach at the feeling — you both walked a short distance away from the house where his car was parked, and he opened up the passenger door for you.
you thanked him and slid inside, and he quickly went around the passenger side, slipping in. he let out a sigh and ran his thumb across his nose, and you looked at him curiously, turning to face him a little. "chris, what music do you like?"
chris then looked over you, a small grin taking over his lips. "i like a lot of people, to be honest. did you want me to play some music?"
"yeah, i'm finna put you on," you grinned, and chris shook his head with a small chuckle.
you went to grab the aux cable as chris put the car in rear, his arm going to the back of your seat as he pulled out of the parking space — you felt a warmth encompass your cheeks because of how attractive he looked in that moment; the veiny arms, the way his arm gripped your seat so tightly, it was turning you on.
chris began driving down the road, and you were still scrolling through one of your playlists, then you smiled once you had finally found a song — a second passed by and you set your phone in your lap as big poppa by the notorious b.i.g began playing softly.
"i love this song," chris grins, one hand resting on the wheel as he drove, the other one coming to rest somewhere on the counsel.
"me too," you agree, "so tell me chris, how long you been slanging?"
"probably bout almost a year," chris shrugs and you hum in response, "i mean i smoke alot and i always had good product, so i figured why not make some money?"
"no yeah, i feel that," you nodded, leaning more towards his side of the car.
a comfortable silence passed between the both of you, and you found your gaze occasionally wondering over to chris periodically — his eyes were still red being that he was still high as shit, but you thought it made him look even better; his brunette hair slightly hung over his eyes, but you could still see the crystaline of them clearly as he looked ahead.
chris's hand on the counsel came to rest on your thigh, but you didn't even flinch — in fact, you leaned into his touch as he drove on. you turned to look out of the window, and chris couldn't help but sneak a glance at you whilst you were unaware of it. you hummed to you know how we do it by ice cube playing in the background now, chris beginning to rub gentle circles around your thighs.
"hey, can i ask you to do something for me?"
chris had already successfully given the person their drugs, so now he had the both of you parked on a hill overlooking a view of the city — you had your legs propped to side while you faced him, and chris was leaned back in his seat, rolling yet another blunt.
"yeah, what's up?" he asked you, his eyes still trained on rolling the paper between his fingers. you watched as his tongue glazed over it to seal the other side, and you bit your lip to keep from sighing.
"so like," you began, holding your phone in your lap, an embarrassed smile taking over your features, prompting chris to look at you with a raise of his eyebrows, "i've deadass never smoked before."
an amused expression paints his face as he holds the blunt in his hand, licking his lips. "never? even with your friend who does it all the time?"
"never," you said, feeling your cheeks heat up at the way he was looking at you, "would you be down to teach me?"
"yeah ma, i got you," chris agrees, nodding his head in your direction.
you grin as your hand finds the orange lighter on the counsel, holding it up towards chris — he holds the blunt up to his lips, and you flick the lighter on, the flame touching the end of it as you pull away, watching as chris inhales, then exhales the smoke.
kiss me more by doja cat and sza began to play in the background as chris smirks at you, and you grin at him anticipation. "alright, you try holding it, like this."
chris turns the blunt the opposite way of him, and you take it and hold it in your own hand. "how do you like, do the inhale thing? that probably sounds dumb as fuck, nevermind."
"nah, you're good ma, there is a certain way you're supposed to inhale it," chris explains, how eyes low and hooded, "breathe it in slowly, then exhale."
your eyes stayed glued on chris's as you brought the blunt up to your lips and inhaled slowly like he said, the end of the blunt lighting slightly, then you pulled it away and exhaled, smoke coming out of your nose; you coughed just slightly, and chris is grinning at you proudly.
"look at you, already doing so well," he rasps, causing you to clench your thighs together, "now let's hit this shit together."
you giggle and pass the blunt back to chris, watching as he throws his head back, his brunette hair swaying slightly as he puts the blunt to his lips, exhaling the smoke and shaking his hair again — he was making you so hot and bothered, even though you had barely known him.
you both passed the blunt back and forth a few more times, giggling aimlessly about nonsense. you were becoming more and more comfortable around him, but there was still something you really wanted.
when chris handed you the blunt again, and idea popped into your head — you looked over at chris lazily, a grin overtaking your features as you bite your lip at him.
"what you lookin at me like that for, ma?" chris asks you, a lazy smirk on his lips.
"i wanna try something," you giggle, sitting up in your spot, "if you're down to let me."
"what's up, then?"
you hold the blunt out to chris and he takes it with a confused expression, as you pushed your seat back, preparing yourself — he watched as you carefully climbed over onto his lap, smoothing your dress being that it rode up when you sat down on him.
a low grunt escapes chris's lips, as he reclines his seat so that you can have more room on him — taking the blunt from his hand, he watches you with hooded eyes as you inhaled, then blew the smoke in his face, a smirk residing on your lips.
"that was hot as fuck," he rasps, as you giggle at him, moving slightly.
chris's hooded eyes stayed glued to yours as he rubs his hands up and down your sides, coming to rest on your hips — you bit your lip as you moved up and down on him slightly, emitting a low groan from him.
"don't do that, ma," chris growls, and you could feel the wetness pool your panties.
"why not?" you ask innocently, bringing your face down to nibble on his earlobe, "am i making you feel some typa way, chris?"
without warning, chris grabs the back of your neck and pulls you forward, crashing his lips onto yours — his are warm and soft, and you kiss him back hungrily, having been waiting for this moment all night.
chris's hand move down to grip your ass and at this you let out a small moan, allowing him access to slip his tongue into your mouth — you grind down on him, trying to gain more friction from your movements.
"fuck, chris," you say, pulling away from him breathlessly.
you and his lips are both swollen and red, as he looks up at you with his hooded eyes, and you feel the wetness pool in your panties even more.
"what ma, tell me what you want," chris breathes, and in response you grind down on him again, causing another low growl to emit from his lips.
"i wanna ride you," you say finally.
"come on baby, let me take off this pretty little dress, then," chris says.
you remove your hands from the sides of him momentarily, as chris's hands wander down to your sides and pull the dress up over you, revealing your black bra and black lace panties — chris reconnects your lips, and you continue grinding down on him, feeling your panties leave a small wet spot on his sweats.
pulling away from the kiss, chris goes down to nip and suck at your nipple, whilst pinching and kneading the other causing a moan to escape your lips. "please chris, i need you already."
he watches you with hooded eyes as his hand travels down to your panties, feeling the wetness of them when he slips one finger inside of them.
"fuck baby, you're so wet for me and i haven't even touched you yet," he groans, "take these off, ma."
you do what he says and lift yourself slightly to pull your panties down while chris works at pulling his own sweats down — your eyes widen slightly as his boxers come off too, revealing his long cock, the pinkish tip dripping with precum already.
chris's hands move to your waist as he grips onto you tightly, helping you to sink down on him — a lewd moan escapes your lips as you sink onto him, his cock stretching your walls.
"you're so big, fuck!" you moan out, as chris attaches his lips to your neck.
"c'mon baby, start moving for me," chris says against your neck, sucking on your sweet spot harshly.
after adjusting to his size you began to move up and down on chris slowly, his hands guiding your hips as he let out a low groan.
"shit, you're so tight, baby," chris breathes, his hand going down to your clit, rubbing circles around it, "go faster for me."
you speed up your pace, throwing your head back in pleasure in the process — your hand goes up to grip at chris's hair, tugging on it slightly, which caused a moan to escape his lips as he continues rubbing your circles around your clit.
"you feel so good inside me like this," you breathe out, bouncing up and down him, your pace having sped up, "fuck, i'm close."
"i'm close too baby, cum all over my cock," chris groans.
you feel your high approaching you, your mind clouded with pure euphoria as you throw your head back, feeling the familiar feeling in your stomach build up — chris continued his movements of his fingers on your clit as you begin bouncing up and down sloppily, your arousal releasing on his cock as you let out a pornographic moan.
chris continues helping you ride out your high, but then he suddenly lifts you off of him and encompasses your lower stomach with warm, wet spurts of his cum.
both of you are now trying to catch your breaths, and you couldn't help but look down at chris's fucked out face — his hair hung low over his eyes, and they were once again still red from him still being high as fuck.
you climbed back over to the passenger seat, feeling a slap against your ass as you do so, causing you to give chris a playful glare as you sit down. "bro, seriously?"
"it was in my face, ma," chris smirks, as he grabs a napkin and hands it to you, "my bad by the way, i just didn't wanna y'know..."
"no you're good, i'm on the pill anyway," you waved him off, wiping your stomach with the napkins, "thanks."
"of course," chris says, handing you back your dress as well.
you slipped the dress back over, furrowing your eyebrows once you realize you didn't have your panties on. you looked around for them, your head feeling slightly dizzy as you were high as shit too.
"chrisss, where are my panties?" you said giving him a goofy smile, and he raised an eyebrow at you.
"they're somewhere around here," chris rasps, "wait, let me see..."
both you and chris went to look at the back of the car but end up bumping your heads, causing you both to burst out laughing — you were both high as fuck, and just got done fucking, and now you were both laughing hysterically at something so stupid; you definitely liked chris.
after the whole ordeal, chris was driving you back home. you both sat in a comfortable silence, his hand rubbing circles around your thigh again as you hummed to the lauryn hill song in the background.
he pulled up to your house and parked right in front, and you looked over at him to see he already had his own eyes on you.
"i know we barely just met and all ma, but you seem so cool," chris admits, rubbing his thumb across his nose, "can i have your number?"
"yeah, for sure," you smile shyly, handing your phone over to him, "it was cool hanging with you."
"which part the smoking, or the sex?" he grins, and you slapped his shoulder playfully, causing him to laugh.
"i mean, all of it was pretty good i can't lie," you admitted with a small shrug, a small smile playing on your lips, "maybe i should go to parties more often if you finna be there."
"you know we don't have to just hang at parties, right?" chris says, "you can just come chill with me any time."
"i'd like that," you smile, as he hands you back your phone, "goodnight, chris."
"i'll see you, ma," he nods to you, his hand on the steering wheel while he rubs his jaw slightly with the other one.
you exit the car and almost lose your balance ( you were still weak in the knees, go figure ) — chris watched you as you went all the way up to the front door of your house, unlocked it, and stepped inside.
and only then, did he pull off, causing your heart to ignite.
heres pt.2 finally baefys, sorry it took so long. do we want a pt. 3, or nah?💌

“what am i supposed to do without you?”
sypnosis; work , train , new city the cycle never ended for yoonchae drowned in fame—she starts to drift from the only love of her life
cw; fluff , angst , lovey dovey , yoonchae is a sweetheart, a lil crying just a little , miscommunication , pabo is a Korean word which means stupid or dumb, a bit of jelousy
now playing; “Mr.Loverman”
"Lets welcome KATSEYE!". the speakers blare around the mall , as the girls walk out
"hi I'm yoonchae" you heard her sweet voice , you got to sit at front since vip i guess?
for obvious reasons you had to keep the relationship a secret but you enjoyed it , cheering the group seeing her shine on stage was definitely a cure to your sadness
—
"you did amazing" you said as you enter the dressing room , Lara and Megan where there as well so you greeted them
"aww thanks" yoonchae responds , her smile highlighting her face
you hug her and give her some flowers
"soo... when's your next performance" you ask
"I don't know yet—but we're going to korea to have a meeting with Hybe" the younger responds
"ohh" you didn't really get what she meant but you had to say something
"you don't get it?" she asks
"no I do" you chuckle
"yeah right pabo" yoonchae says giggling
—ᝰ.ᐟ
now you get it , yoonchae is in Korea currently and apparently their talking about the next comeback of the group
song named touch or something , the chorus was very catchy , yoonchaes voice suits it you thought
"and we went to eomma to eat" the younger says over facetime
"ooh , was it good?" you ask , smiling at the girl who kept on yapping on the other line
"yep , Lara and Sophia literally fought over the last piece of tteokboki" she chuckles remembering the moment
"I miss you" you said
"I miss you too , but I am going back in a week I think" she replies to with a pout
—ᝰ.ᐟ
maybe you were overreacting but who wouldn't? , yoonchae hasn't answered your text and calls for like a week
yet you kept on reasoning maybe because she was busy?
"yoonie , I miss youu ( ・ั﹏・)" you chat her , besides she should be in the U.S by now
you wait and wait then wait , you kept on waiting
as you wait you scroll on Twitter , until you see katseye has a schedule to perform at a mall
you wonder why yoonchae hasn't told you yet — but maybe she just forgot to tell you
you bought tickets and got ready for the day
—ᝰ.ᐟ
music was loud , people were loud hell even the chairs you sat on was too loud for your liking
yes your social battery is as low as zero right now but what kept you in the mall was the upcoming performance
finally the girls were on stage , they were in position for their song "Debut" you really loved the song not only for it's fun choreo but the lyrics were amazing too
"hello everyone we are katseye!"
one by one the girls said and introduced yourself
"hi I'm Sophia!"
"hello everyone I am Manon and I am Lara"
"hi mall of Asia I am Megan!"
"Hola I'm daniela"
"annyeong— I'm Yoonchae"
you cheered and so did everyone else, they were beautiful
yoonchae saw you , and waved at you — you smiled back and held up a little handmade sign
"we love you katseye" written in some messy handwriting
the girls signed back a heart sign showing their gratitude
—ᝰ.ᐟ
after the show you stayed for a while meeting up with Lara's mom
"hey auntie" you said waving to her she waves back and you see Rhea behind her
"wanna come the girls are gonna eat at some restaurant" you nod In agreement
—ᝰ.ᐟ
"yoonie.." you ran up to her hugging her
"missed you" you pout at the younger
"me too" she giggles
"anyways let's sit down.." you said walking with her to your seat
after eating you asked yoonchae why she hasn't been online lately
"just busy" she replied nonchalantly which weirded you out , I mean she would've atleast sent you a hi but she didn't
"oh" you reply with the same tone
"lets call later?" she ask , which obviously lightened up your mood
a small grin plastered on your face
"yes please , what time?"
"maybe somewhere around 8-9pm" she replied
"okay yoonie " you kiss her cheeks , getting caught by Lara who makes a disgusted face
"yeah as if you and Manon are worse" the younger teased back
—ᝰ.ᐟ
finally home you took a replenishing bath and wore the pyjamas yoonchaes mom bought you
you text yoonchae about the call , and she replies with a thumbs up
weird. you thought
getting bored of waiting since It was probably getting late I mean look at the clock it's 10pm there's practically no sign of yoonchae
*this might be desperate" you exhale , you decided to call Lara instead to atleast know where yoonchae is
"hey , oh she's at Nayoungs place" Lara replied, you thank her and tell her to stay safe
"blah blah blah nayoung" you mutter under your breath , you excuse it as an freind thing but god you hated it
—ᝰ.ᐟ
7:30am
yoonie💗:"babe sorry , I was busy last night — i forgot"
yoonie💗:"sorry :(( , i love you"
you read the texts , yes it was mean not to reply to her but it constantly felt like you were the only one reaching out is there even a point to try?
you cook up something to eat , whilst getting ready to go to the gym
"shit" you mutter as the toast you bit in to was too hot
—ᝰ.ᐟ
while working out you listened to some music, debut was always and will be in every single playlist you had
you felt someone tap your shoulders
"hey"
you turn around pleasantly surprised, Ezrela?
"ezzie! , hey how are you??" you ask hugging her
"sorry bout the sweat" you said chuckling
"I've been good! , and no problem" The shorter replied
"i was wondering if you wanted to come over later—i invited the others aswell since you know I just got casted for some movie" She giggles
"yeah! , what time?" you said excited upon hearing the news
"come by at 8pm you know my address anyways" she said after so walking away
—ᝰ.ᐟ
at the party you saw some dream academy contestants and you knew the girls will be here aswell
"hey ezzie!" you run up to Ezrela giving her your gift
"congratulations by the way!" you said smiling at her
"aww thank you" she said leading you to the backyard
you saw some familiar faces , like Emily , Adela , Lexie and Nayoung — you forced yourself to smile and greet all of them
since most girls were adults their were drinks offered and mocktails for the younger
you were distracted waiting for the front door to open and her to come in , you missed her , plus it was getting late
Lexie approaches you , and you both got into a deep talk , maybe it was the alcohol hitting you but somehow the subject turned to you and yoonchae
"i really miss her you know—sometimes i wanna just keep her with me and hide her from the public" you said
"that's like kidnapping" Lexie chuckles to which you chuckle too
"but I get it — either way , just think about her being successful it will make her happy and what makes you happy?" Lexie follows
"her being happy" you repeat
you failed to notice how yoonchae was already in the party to busy talking, you excuse yourself to the bathroom from Lexie to which she nods too
"babe" you hear someone whisper
looking behind you saw yoonchae , fiddling with her jacket
"oh hi" you replied, you started feeling your eyes blur knowing damn well you were gonna cry you push into the bathroom
"are you okay?" the concerned younger one asks
"yeah.." you replied using some tissues to wipe away any stray tear
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize how far I got from you—i saw you talking to Lexie about it , and I just don't want us to drift this far ever again" the younger states , her hands itching to hug you , a pout evident on her face
you took the initiative and hug her , she rest her head on your shoulders as she mutters some apology
"don't worry , I love you that's what matters" you replied, joy just filling you up
"i promise I'll make sure to stay in touch with you" the younger exhales
"i thought about you wayyyy too much , for my own good too ya know , i mean i didn't hear from you for like two days" you said , the younger presses her lips to your cheeks
"love you"
"love you too" you replied

Bit O' Swing
Bucky x Reader / No use of Y/N / Drabble
Summary: You've been begging Bucky to teach you some 40s dances for a while now, and he finally gave in. Little hint of Sam and Steve commentary too 😏
Warnings: Fluffy, no warnings. Some insecurity but that's it.
A/N: had a dream last night that Bucky literally taught me how to 40s dance so this is how this came to life. Woke up and was like "write that down, write that down!!!" And so I did. Enjoy this little drabble that's definitely just been written at like 7am.
Masterlist
Bucky's hand slipped around your waist, slightly hesitant at first. His other hand moved to yours and he pulled you in.
"Uh- yeah- so you just follow my lead and uh- feel the music. We'll take it slow." Bucky said, the sound of 40s music blaring around the room.
~
"You think he's gonna trip before even getting a step out?" Sam said low to Steve, a small smirk on his face as he leaned back against the couch watching the whole thing play out.
Steve's eyes stayed on his best friend and his dance partner, "Bucky was always a hell of a dancer. He got a lot of girls that way, so I think he'll be fine."
Sam snorted, "Yeah, but you see who he's dancing with?" Sam vaguely gesturing in your direction.
Steve smiled. "You may have a point there."
~
Bucky started off slow, despite the fast music. He lightly pulled on my body to show where he was going, matching the beat but slower. "See, you gotta swing your hips a bit this way, and your feet will uh-" He tripped, quickly collecting himself. "Shit, sorry, they'll kind of move this way but faster."
I smiled, easily mirroring Bucky's movements, "Like this?"
He nodded, "Yeah, yeah that's perfect." He then slipped his hand from my waist but kept one hand on mine. "Then you, we, usually dance like this where I'll kind of swing you around and pull you in, and kinda repeat that. Any of this makin' any sense?"
I followed his movements, watching the pattern and beat he was talking about. "Yeah, it's all makes sense. Keep going."
"Great, okay, yeah so you move your feet like this when we're out-" he started to show the movements before losing his grip a bit on me. "Shit, sorry, maybe I'm not actually the best to show you this." He stopped his movements.
"You're doing great James." I slow down with him, eyes trying to meet his. I gently squeezing his hand. "I think I'm getting it down, keep going."
He nodded, quickly glancing at me. "I swear I'm a good dancer. Just been'a while."
"I know you are. I can tell. Just relax, ok? This is just some fun." I nudge him encouragingly.
He let out a nervous laugh. "Yeah, right. Okay." He pulled me back in and swung me out, his feet moving still slower than the beat to show me the movements.
I noticed the pattern and looked back up. "Can we try it a bit faster?"
He nodded before taking me through the motions, now on time. I could really tell good a dancer he was despite his earlier little hiccups, his body matching pace of the song easily. He was a bit tense, like he always was, but had this definite groove to him. Like it was built into his body.
And despite his nerves, he was a damn good lead.
He pulled me forward, eyes never leaving mine as he twisted back and forth, my movements following his. It was like a wave, pushing and pulling before eventually his hand would find my waist again. Just for a second, two, moving me across the floor before leaving again.
Slowly the nerves seemed to fade.
I started to add my own groove to it too, swinging my hips back and forth, feeling him spin me around as I came back. I could see his body started to relax and the way his lips went from a thin line of concentration to eventually a small smile.
"You're pretty good at this." Bucky said, pulling me back in and keeping me there for longer than usual.
"I had a good teacher." I smiled back.
"Yeah, well looks like the student definitely passed the master." He spinned me out.
I laughed as I swung out and then felt him tug me back in. I moved in closer at the swing in, not pulling away as I held on a big smile. "Maybe I could show you a few tricks then."
Who knew the ex-assassin could blush.

Tell Me
pairing: college!wonwoo, f!reader
genre: smut
warning: party, cursing, fingering (f!rec.), protected sex, hickeys, hair pulling, & aftercare.
song recommendation: tell me by fifty fifty
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
You didn't even know why you were here or how your friends dragged to this party, but here you were. As you and Yoohyeon were walking to find Siyeon and Bora, you felt like every guy there staring at you. You two found the other two girls.
"Ooh who is this hottie," Siyeon smirked as she looked me up and down.
"I know right, she looks so hot," Yoohyeon smiled. Yoohyeon was the one to dress you in this short black dress, that was revealing of your cleavage and wearing black heels.
"The guys keep staring at me," You mumbled.
"Yeah cause you're fine as hell," Bora hyped you up. The girls knew you weren't comfortable with parties but they wanted you to get out your comfort zone for once.
"I heard that guy you find hot from our literature class is here," Yoohyeon informed you.
"Really?" You asked surprised.
"Apparently he's friends with the party host and he was also dragged here," Siyeon smiled.
"You should go find him and flirt with him," Bora hit your arm.
"You know that's not a good idea," You looked at here sternly. She nodded.
"Oh look there he is," Siyeon pointed out. He was walking behind you, you guess to his friend. You turned your head and saw. Shit he was wearing black button up with two buttons undone and black pants.
"Mingyu there's apparently like a new girl here, and she's hot," Vernon hit his arm. Wonwoo walked over to them.
"Can I go home now?" Wonwoo asked.
"No, you need to loosen up, you're always in that damn room reading, you need to have fun," Mingyu wrapped his arm onto his shoulder.
"Reading is fun," Wonwoo looked at him.
"Just at least get laid or something," Mingyu groaned.
"He could try the new girl," Vernon suggested.
"New girl?" Wonwoo asked.
"Yeah, I'll go find her for you," Vernon smiled. Vernon walked off to find you.
"Fine if you won't stop bugging me about it, I'll go try and talk to him," You sighed. The girls were cheering you on as you walked off. You were walking past Vernon when he suddenly stopped.
"Vernon what the hell?" You looked at surprised.
"You know my name?" He asked.
"Yes! We're literally music partners," You answered. Is he losing his memory?
"Y/N?!" He shouted surprised.
"Yeah," You nodded, confused by his actions.
"You're the new hot girl!" He covered his mouth.
"Do I really look that different dressed up?" You asked.
"The more I look at you, no you don't," He replied. Wonwoo and Mingyu walked over to you.
"Vernon is that the new girl?" Mingyu asked as he checked you out.
"Well yeah but no... it's Y/N she's just dressed up," Vernon answered truthfully.
"You guys are stupid," You sighed and Wonwoo laughed at your comment.
"They really are," Wonwoo smiled. The guys noticed you two were connecting and decided to walk off.
"Do you wanna go some more quiet?" Wonwoo asked and you nodded. He took your hand and lead you up the stairs to his room.
"It's quieter up here," He smiled as he locked the door so no horn dog would interrupt you two talking.
"I feel like I've seen you before on campus," Wonwoo smiled as he sat on the bed next to you.
"We're in the same literature class, so maybe that's where," You answered.
"Mhm maybe so," He smiled at you. He looked down and noticed you were in heels.
"You're in heels, your feet must be dying," He pointed out.
"Yeah especially since I've been standing," You nodded. He got on his knees on the floor and helped take your shoes off.
"Oh— thank you," You were trying not to blush.
"Of course," He also took his shoes off and then sat down next to you again. You two just started talking about anything and everything. You felt a source of comfort in him.
"During class one day, you should sit next to me," He smiled.
"Why would you want me to sit next to you?" You asked.
"Cause we seem to have great chemistry and you're really pretty," He spoke truthfully which stunned you.
"Jeon Wonwoo finds me pretty?" You smiled widely. He nodded.
"So pretty," He leaned in and kissed you. His lips were soft, you weren't expecting him to be such a great kisser but I guess you learn something new everyday. You were quick to climb into his lap as you two sinken the kiss. He finally pulled away and just looked at you.
"If you aren't comfortable with anything I do, tell me," He whispered and you nodded.
"Shit Jeon kiss me!" You pulled him back into a heated kiss. His hands held your waist. His kisses started to travel down your jawline to your neck to your collarbone and to your cleavage. His hand traveled your thigh and he was just massaging the flesh. You pushed him back against the bed and you got up and stripped your dress off, leaving you in your bra and underwear. You climbed back onto him and started unbuttoning his shirt. Who knew your little nerd crush was so fit. You started kissing down his chest and you decided to start nipping on his skin. You left a hickey in the crook of his neck and you continued your process.
"Do I belong to you?" He teased. He sat up and you two started making out again. His hand went down and pulled your panties aside for his fingers. He pushed his two of his fingers into your hole making you moan into his mouth.
"You like that?" He whispered and all you did was whimper as he started to fuck you with two fingers. He started thrusting his fingers fast. Your hand was quick to find his hair and grip it. Your other hand was clawing into his back. He suddenly added a third finger, stretching you out some more for him. You tossed your head back at the pleasure he was giving you. It didn't take long for you to snap. He pulled his fingers out and scooped up some of your orgasm and licked it off his fingers, looking straight into your eyes as he did so. He pulled you back into a deep kiss and laid you back onto his bed. He got up and started to strip.
"Baby can you do something for me?" He asked sweetly. You hummed in response.
"Can you strip completely naked for me," He smiled as he pulled his pants off. You sat up and unhooked your bra and threw it off the bed and then you lifted your hips to pull your underwear off. He pulled his underwear off to reveal his dick. Sure you've had fantasies of him but you always imagined for him to be average but you were wrong. He was big and thick and veiny in the right ways. He went to his nightstand and pulled out a sliver square. He ripped it open and slid it on himself.
"God you look so beautiful," He climbed on top of you and kissed you passionately. He started rubbing his dick between your folds which caused you to whine.
"You like that baby?" He smirked.
"God Jeon just fuck me," You whined.
"What's the magic word?" He asked.
"Please Wonwoo fuck me," You cried. He lined himself up and slowly pushed his cock inside of you. The stretch was delicious, it had you moaning so slowly. He made sure to be balls deep before letting you adjust. As you adjusted, he was peppering your collarbone with kisses. You tapped his shoulder and he started thrusting. He started slowly and quickly started to speed up. You wrapped your legs around his waist to feel all of him. You swore you could feel him in your stomach. He was hitting all the right places that made you a moaning mess.
"Fuck Wonwoo," You almost screamed. You were so glad the music was loud so that no one could hear how loud you were being. Your hands were in his hair and his hands were on either side of your head. You started to clench around him to let him know you're close.
"You gonna cum for me?" He whispered against your neck. All you did was whine. He took that as a yes and he thrusted even rougher. One of his hands as he thrusted, played with your boob. He was pinching your nipple and squeezing the mound that fit perfectly in his hand. Your legs started to tremble and with that you reached your climax. He continued thrusting until he came, filling up the rubber. He pulled out and laid beside you. You two were just panting. Once he calmed down, he got up and threw the condom away. He walked into his bathroom and came back with a wash cloth.
"Baby I'm going to clean you up," He warned you before putting the cloth against your folds. He wiped up any extra cum that escaped you. Once he was done he threw the cloth into his laundry basket.
"I should probably get home," You sat up. He looked at you with pouted lips.
"I think it's best you stay here tonight," He protested.
"It's late, you're tired, I'm tired, and I don't want some creep to hurt you," He stated. You just smiled softly.
"Fine, I'll sleep here, but can get some clothes at least," He widened his eyes in panic and he handed you his button up.
"Do you wanna sleep in this?" He asked nervously.
"Sure it looks soft," You pecked his cheek and took the shirt from him. You buttoned the shirt up and put you panties back on.
"You look so cute in my shirt," He smiled and hugged your waist.
"I'm glad you think so," You giggled. He placed a kiss on your cheek and then went to put on a shirt and shorts. He climbed into bed with you and cuddled you. You rested your head on his chest and one leg on top of him which made him smile.
The next morning you woke up due the sun hitting your eyes. You looked over and saw Wonwoo still asleep. As he slept peacefully you played with his hand. You saw him smile suddenly, knowing you woke him up. He locked his hand with yours and opened his eyes.
"You like my hands or something?" He teased.
"Sorry, I didn't know what else to do," You smiled. He grabbed you by your chin and pulled you in for a kiss.
"It's okay baby," He smiled. He sat up and sniffed for something.
"Come on, I think Mingyu is making breakfast," He grabbed your hands to pull you out of bed.
"I'll be there in a minute I need to use the bathroom real quick," You let go of his hands and walked to his bathroom.
Wonwoo got downstairs and saw Mingyu cooking breakfast as he suspected. Seungcheol and Vernon were also there waiting for breakfast.
"Hey Woo how was you night?" Vernon asked.
"It was good actually, real good," Wonwoo smiled to himself.
"You two seemed to be hitting it off but after a while you two disappeared," Mingyu pointed out.
"We went up to my room to talk, it was hard to hear over the music," Wonwoo admitted.
"Nothing else happened?" Cheol smirked. Suddenly you walked downstairs and walked into the kitchen.
"Oh hi guys," You smiled awkwardly.
"So something did happened last night," Vernon smiled.
"Oh Y/N I didn't know you were here still... I didn't make enough breakfast for you, my bad," Mingyu rubbed the back of his neck.
"It's fine, I'll just eat something when I go home," You smiled kindly.
"We can share my food, I don't care," Wonwoo offered and you just waved him off.
"It's fine, I'll be upstairs if you need me," You pecked his cheek and went back upstairs. You went to your purse and pulled your phone out. Shit ten messages from Yoohyeon..
>Y/N where are you?
>Are you okay?
>I'm worried, answer me as soon as possible!
>Are you with Wonwoo?
>You have to tell me about it!
>Y/N!!!!!
>Bitch answer me!
>Wonwoo better not be a murderer or something.
>ANSWER ME!
>We're leaving the party, please text me as soon as possible so ik you're okay! I love you<3
You decided to message her back. Now is better than later. You felt bad for making her worry.
<Yoo I'm okay! I was with Wonwoo last night, talking about shit and then we ended up fucking so.... I have sm to tell you in person! Anyways sorry for making you worry but I'm okay, he's not a killer! I love you too<3
You crawled back into his bed and was watching videos on your phone. You suddenly heard a knock on the door and it was Wonwoo. You were slightly confused why he would knock to enter his own room but whatever. He opened the door and in his hands was food.
"I made you some food, it might not be the best since I'm not the greatest at cooking but I tried," He handed you the plate. You took a bite out of it and your eyes widened.
"Wonwoo this is good, what the fuck?" You praised him and he smiled.
"I'm glad you like them, the guys are teasing me over this but it's worth it if you're happy," He got in the bed next to you. You fed him a piece of the food and he nodded.
"Damn I did do a good job," He sounded surprised. You finished eating and you were about to get up to clean the dish but Wonwok stopped you.
"Here let me do it," He grabbed the plate. He went downstairs to clean the plate. Damn is really this down bad for you or are you tripping? He came back to you and kissed your cheek.
"I'm going to go shower and then I'm gonna go home, okay?" You stood up and he pouted.
"Fine, but can I ask you a question?" He asked and you nodded.
"Can I take you out on a date next Saturday?" He asked and you smiled widely.
"Yes, I would like that," You walked towards him and kissed his lips softly.

Percabeth sick/injured fic x secret relationship
Set in the secret relationship/Roman!Percy Verse
They are about 25, engaged, and public rivals, privately engaged and very in love.
~
With his mother and fiance on the other side of the country, Percy decided he needed to finally invest in a phone. Valdez had figured out how to dim the monster-attracting qualities of cellphones, and of course he was safe in New Rome, but he always seemed to attract more monsters than the average demigod.
He had "mom" save in his phone twice -- one with a blue heart one with a red heart. Blue heart was actually Sally. The red heart was Annabeth. It was an easy way to make sure no one accidentally spotted her name on his phone, even if Annabeth did tease him about the oedipal implications.
A senate hearing was not when he wanted to see "Mom ❤️" flash across his phone screen. Annabeth rarely called him unscheduled. But she was twenty-seven weeks pregnant now. Things couldn't always be scheduled.
"I need to take this," Percy whispered to Reyna, one of his allies in this whole clandestine relationship. She'd met Annabeth first, actually, when Hera decided to swap her and Percy. Percy got a fun few months of camp fire songs and marshmallows. Annabeth ... well, the Roman's were a little more intense.
"Praetor Jackson, certainly there's nothing more important that the investigation into these assassination attempts," Octavian yelled through the room as Percy stood.
"There is, actually," was all Percy said before leaving.
The on-going attacks on high ranking Romans had really thrown off the last few months of Percy and Annabeth's life. They were engaged, expecting a baby, and ready to finally end the rivalry between camps. But these attempts had stalled all of those plans.
Only members of the seven had been spared at all. Reyna had been attacked recently, although she escaped with her life. Greek weapons had been found at several scenes. Percy -- well, Annabeth really -- maintained it was some kind of frame job. What did the Greek get out of assassinating random Romans? But weeks in, two dead, several injured, they were no closer to figuring it out.
The whole ordeal kept Percy trapped in his Praetor position and far away from the woman he loved.
So if Octavian wanted to say something, he could. Percy was hoping for an excuse to be kicked out of his position anyway.
He answered the phone call after running down the hall, far as he could get from the senate doors.
"Hey, I'm in the senate building I just stepped out," were his opening words, so she knew that if he didn't react, it was all for the sake of his public appearance.
"Percy, something feels weird," Annabeth said.
He'd climbed through and out of hell with her, and even then she'd never really sounded afraid.
Annabeth sounded afraid now.
Percy did his best not to match her tone.
"Everything is going to be okay," he promised. "Does it seem like a demigod thing or human thing?"
"It feels like ... cramps. Maybe contractions? Human I guess, but ..."
Not good.
"Are you still at home?" He asked. They shared a new two-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn that he'd barely gotten to spend anytime in because of the band of rogue assassins terrorizing his city. But still, it felt more like home than New Rome did these days.
"Yeah," she said.
"When my mom was pregnant with Estelle, she had all sorts of weird feelings and pains, so it's probably okay, okay?"
"Okay."
"But we're gonna go to the hospital just be safe, okay?"
"We?"
"I'll get on Mrs. O'Leary. I'll be there in five minutes," Percy said.
"The Senate --"
"Fuck the Senate," Percy said. "You're much more important."
He could almost hear her smiling, just for a moment. "Okay, I love you," she said.
"I love you too," he promised. "If I'm not there in five minutes, don't wait for me. I'll find you."
"I know," she said. They hung up. The moment her voice was gone from the other side, he took a deep, panicked breath and rested his head against the cold tile wall in front of him. It'll be okay, he promised himself. A demigod healer, his cousin's partner, worked at their hospital. He mostly did mortal ER stuff these days, but if it was demigod-related, or something he could treat with Apollo magic, he'd be there.
The seven, Nico, Reyna, Grover, and now Will. That was their network of demigods who knew why Percy kept sneaking away from Rome, and who knew how assumed-virgin Annabeth Chase had gotten pregnant (she hadn't been a virgin since she was seventeen, but that was no one else's business).
Percy walked back in to the senate hearing, but didn't sit back down. He gathered what little he had with him and whispered to Reyna: "My mother is in the hospital."
She looked at him, worried. Reyna casually rested her hand on her abdomen, as if to ask: Annabeth? Percy nodded. "Is she okay?"
"I don't know. I'm going to New York. I'll be gone for a few days," he said.
Reyna waved him off. He'd been so distracted for the last twenty-odd weeks (longer really, several years at this point), that he was mostly dead weight to her anyway.
"Go, I can handle this," she said.
"I'm still talking!" Octavian reminded them. "Praetor Jackson, some might consider it treason if you leave now--"
Percy set off the sprinklers. "The meeting is over."
~
Mrs. O'Leary got him to Brooklyn in a matter of seconds. Between her and Blackjack, the long-distance periods of his and Annabeth's relationship were surprisingly manageable.
"Percy!" Annabeth said the moment he appeared in their living room.
"Hey," he said, pulling her into a hug. "How are you feeling?" He asked.
She just shook her head. "Lets go." Percy grabbed her bag for her. She'd shoved a pair of pajamas and extra pair on undies in her purse, he noticed, as well as whatever she was currently stress-knitting.
Their Uber arrived quickly. In the car, Annabeth took off her necklace -- a long chain that held her engagement ring, so she could hide it under most clothes. Now, she slipped it off the chain and onto her hand.
~
In the end, it wasn't a big deal.
"It's just braxton hicks contractions," the OB assured them.
"Are you sure?" Annabeth asked. "I thought most women don't feel those."
"They can be felt," the doctor corrected. "They don't cause dilation, but your body is starting to get ready." The doctor handed Annabeth a pamphlet, and Annabeth glared at her, always annoyed when people thought they were smarter than her. Even when, in this case, they were. "If they start to feel more intense, or you start bleeding, come back right away. But you two did the right thing coming in," she promised. "You'll be wonderful parents."
Percy kissed Annabeth's hand as the doctor left them alone in the room.
"I feel stupid," Annabeth said, covering her face. "I made you come all this way for nothing."
"I'd much rather be here with you," Percy said. "And it wasn't nothing. You heard the doctor, coming in was the right thing to do."
Annabeth sat up and untied the hospital gown to get redressed.
"When do you need to head back?" She asked, stepping into her maternity jeans.
Percy was quiet for a moment as he made up his mind.
"I'm not going back, Annabeth," he said.
"What? Percy, you can't --"
"I can," he insisted. "I'm tired of being away from you, missing out on things, not being there when you have weird feelings. I --" she rested a hand on his face. "I love you. Fuck New Rome, they'll be fine without me."
Annabeth kissed him.
"How are you going to tell them?" She asked.
Percy hadn't thought that far.
"I don't know," he admitted. "But when you give birth to a baby with big green eyes and water powers, people might figure it out."
Annabeth smiled. "We don't know that she's going to take after you."
"Nope, first kid always looks like the dad. That's what my mom says," Percy told her.
"That's not science," Annabeth protested.
"Neither is a surfer bro pulling the sun across the sky in a sports car," Percy said. "We live in a strange and wonderful world." Percy rested a hand on her bump.
Annabeth kissed him again. "Let's go home, Perc, I want to take a bath."
~
Reyna IM'd him later. "How are Plato and Aristotle?" She asked, her nick names for Annabeth and the baby.
Nearly ten years ago, Annabeth had arrived at New Rome carrying Juno with no memories of who she was. But she'd become quick friends with Reyna nonetheless, and Praetor in record time. In a short time, she ran New Rome far better than Percy ever could.
Percy wished that had translated into long-term peace between camps, but no, some Brutus had to go and start assassinating people.
"Everything is okay," Percy said. "We're home, resting, stress crocheting ... is that a baby sweater?" Percy asked. It didn't have much form yet.
Annabeth was just slightly outside the perimeter of the rainbow, her head in Percy's lap, her belly towards the ceiling. Annabeth held the work in progress up for Reyna to see.
"Looks cute," Reyna said. "When should I expect you back?"
He could see it in her face and hear it in her tone. She knew what Percy was going to say.
"I'm not coming back. Not in the long term. I'll find some way of stepping down. And we need to find a way to break our news. We can't keep this secret forever," Percy said.
"I understand," Reyna promised him.
"Give Frank or Hazel my job," Percy said. "They're ready and way more qualified than I am."
"You're perfectly qualified," both women said at the same time. Percy laughed.
"Thanks," he said. "But I'm bound to get impeached the moment they find out I'm engaged to the Greek's Philosopher King."
"Not my title," Annabeth said, a frequent refrain of hers.
"And what does Plato expect to happen once you two walk out of the cave?" Reyna asked.
"We are really stretching this philosophy metaphor," Annabeth said. "There might be another Peloponnesian war," Annabeth said with an alarming casualness, "or maybe the power of love will win the day, and everything will be fine. That's what Piper has her money on."
Reyna flushed a bit at the mention of Piper's name. "How is the daughter of Aphrodite?" She asked.
"Single," Annabeth said. "You know, you could do Percy and I a huge favor and go public with a cross-camp romance first," Annabeth suggested.
"I already got you a baby shower gift," Reyna reminded them. "I'll let you get some rest," she said, "and start figuring out how to navigate this transition."
"Sorry for only making your life harder," Percy said.
"Annabeth, if you ever want to trade sides again --" Reyna started, before Percy wiped away the message.

As someone who has been a fan of The Odyssey, being inside the Epic: The Musical fandom has been absolutely so amazing. Every Saga that has happened up to the Ithaca Saga was just so,,, great that I can't find words😭😭 Not only that it has been amazing to read other peoples interpretion of the Gods, Myths, Monsters and Heroes alike.
Anyway, I can't get over the Ithaca Saga and how beautiful every song sounds. So have some of my favourite moments in this Saga.
1- The Challenge
In the past Sagas, I have already been too in love with the violin playing whenever Penelope was mentioned etc, not only that I already knew the singer of Penelope had an amazing voice. BUT OH MY LOVE DID THE VOICE CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD./pos
Sirens are real guys and she is one of them(real information)
I don't have a significant favourite part in this song because honestly Anna Lea's voice is so captivating that the entire song passes in a very fun way. Just a very beautiful, sorrowful song overall.
2- Hold Them Down
I already knew this song from the snippets released before but hearing it from Ayron's voice was a whole different experience. He was SO good. Again, the whole song was amazing.
"Can't you guys see we're being played? This is how they hold us down while the throne gets colder. Hold us down while we slowly age. Hold us down while the boy gets bolder. Where in the hell is our pride and our rage?"
One of my favourite moments in this song was this probably. While listening, I actually got the feeling that the suitors were fed up from waiting for Penelope to choose a king. I think Ayron did a wonderful job in not only singing a villainous song but also making us feel how entitled the suitors are actually are.
I especially loved the moment where Antinous gets hit with an arrow by Odysseus and him encouraging the others about their plan is cut off. I will admit, I did audibly laughed at that.
3- Odysseus
I literally can't think of words to describe the emotions I was feeling while listening to this song. I think this is my favourite song alongside of "Would You Fall in Love with Me Again".
The electric guitar playing in the start, again the symbol of him becoming a monster and leaving his humanity(the acoustic guitar) MAN I LOVED THIS SONG.
Him aiming for the torches just like Scylla has done was a great add to that too. Bunch of people has already pointed out this before but it can never be too many amiright? But yeah he really is using every trick in his domain just like Hermes told him to and I love it.
"Somewhere in the shadows lurks an agile, deadly foe..."
(...)
"He's using the darkness to hide his approaches!"
The image of Odysseus as Batman popped up in my head after these lines and I can't get it out😭(That au would be so amazing though, especially Talia as Penelope and Damian as Telemachus.)
"You don't think I know my own palace? I built it."
I was already smiling during this whole song and I screamed when he said this. like okay king you go slay I am right behind you
"Old king, our leader is dead. You've destroyed the serpent's head, now the rest of us are no longer a threat.
Old king, forgive us instead, so that no more blood is shed. Let's have open arms instead."
Well It is not a Saga if it doesn't have an "open arms" comeback I guess. Though I did cackle when Odysseus said "No" and killed the guy.
Honestly, deserved. I might be remembering it wrong but I think Eurymachus also asks for forgiveness in The Odyssey? Really glad Odysseus didn't grant it in The Odyssey and in The Epic because from what I remember in The Odyssey, Eurymachus was Antinous' right-hand man and just as bad as him. (Correct me if I am wrong please, It has been a while since the last time I read The Odyssey)
I have no idea who sings Eurymachus in Epic but this whole part was just enough for me to want to learn who it is.
TELEMACHUS' PART! Mico's voice is already beautiful to listen to and it became way more beautiful with the backround music. His own theme music, violin symbolising all that he has learned from his mother. Those sounds just went really well against eachother in my opinion.
"Brothers, we have company, and he's made a grave mistake."
The way this guy sang the sentence, especially "grave mistake" was so satisfying. Absolutely so satisfying I love it.
Also, I heard somewhere that the "Odysseus" repeating in the backround was how the name was pronounced and I love that detail. I loved whenever his name was said in the backround and it is also very interesting how every monsters song is named after them, just like this song.
The screams of the suitors after the whole slaughter is over was a really nice touch, I love it when Jorge adds screams into his songs.
The speech Odysseus gives is also worth to mention.
Mercy? Mercy? My mercy has long since drowned, It died to bring me home. And as long as you're around, my family's fate is left unknown.
You plotted to kill my son, you planned to rape my wife! All of you are going to die!
I also love how it doesn't beat it around the bush about what the suitors were planning to do to Penelope. It should be said as it is, they were planning to rape her which is so vile and awful. Which what made their deaths so satisfying exactly.
Overall, Odysseus was an amazing song. So amazing that I will be going insane about it to my friends for the next 2 months probably.
4- I Can't Help but Wonder
I was crying by the end of this song. Seeing them FINALLY reunite was so 😭😭😭 ALSO THEIR HUG. ☹️☹️☹️/pos
Oh my son, look how much you've grown. Oh my boy, the sweetest joy I've known. Twenty years ago I held you in my arms, how time has flown.
Used to say I'd make the storm clouds cry for you, used to say I'd capture wind and sky for you. Held you in my arms prepared to die for you, oh how times has flown.
Hi, so this should be illegal! All I want to say about this song is how emotional and beautiful it was. And I love how it reminded me of "Dear Theodosia" in Hamilton.
THE WARRIOR OF THE MIND COMEBACK. DEAD AND BURIED. I am not well after that ☹️☹️ Also Odysseus putting everything behind for his family,,, falls to knees with my hands ripping my hair... I am so happy for them.
5- Would You Fall in Love with Me Again?
Finally, we are onto the song that made me shit tears. The OdyPen reunion we all were waiting for just like they were.
THE VIOLIN IN THE START. It is so beautiful just like Penelope, I can't get over it.
Again, Anna Lea's voice make me want to just drop everything I have and listen to it until I start to lose the ability to hear. It is so amazing.
Love how whenever someone uses the word "Waiting" in the song, Its volume and impact raises more than the last one. I especially loved Penelope ending it with "for you." saying that it was him she was waiting for, not love itself because to her, he is her love. I don' know if that made sense but hope I was able to explain it.
The part where Penelope asks Odysseus to carry their wedding bed away from here was such a beautiful moment becasue Anna Lea just sang it very beautifully(as she does as always) It was so emotional and so beautiful.
How could you say this?
I had built that wedding bed with my blood and sweat, carved it into the olive tree where we first met. A symbol of my love everlasting...
Do you realize what you have asked me? The only way to move it is to it cut from its roots!
I just find their Tree Bed very sweet that is all. And a lot of people have pointed out how in The Odyssey, Penelope asked her husband this to prove to herself that this is her husband, while in Epic she asked this to prove to him that he is her husband. I find that change very sweet.
I will fall in love with you over and over again. I don’t care how, where, or when, no matter how long it’s been you're mine.
Don’t tell me you’re not the same person! You’re always my husband and I’ve been waiting, waiting.
The emotion in her voice OHHHH I AM NOT SURVIVING THIS SAGA.
Never getting over the fact that Epic The Musical ended with Odysseus and Penelope saying "I love you." to eachother. NEVER.
There are so much more things I want to say about this banger of a Saga. But for now, I will just congratulate them all on their beautiful voices(EVERY single person who sang in this musical has amazing voice, counting other Sagas too. Holy damn, y'all are amazing.)
The fandom has been an AWESOME one to be in too! Everyone is such amazing people and not only that all of you are very talented. So congratulations to every and each one of you who have done fanarts, fanfictions, animations, fan songs, analysis and so so much more about the Musical, all of you are amazing. <33

What do every Sprunki think of Gray?
Oren: "He's chill, bro. He's got good taste in music." Raddy: "Eh. He keeps out of my space and I keep out of his." Clukr: "According to my observations, Gray is a rather stoic individual. His lack of physical expression betrays his ability to feel emotions, and he can be quite hard to read at times. I can only make guesses as to how he feels based on context clues." Fun Bot: "Oh, Gray! He requests interesting songs from his favorite bands! It's always a new experience when he comes up to ask me to play something!" Vineria: "We're at similar wavelengths. Our auras blend well."
Brud: "Gray? Me like Gray! Gray is friend!" Garnold: "Gotta say, the kid's got interesting artistic interpretations of robotics. I didn't even know what divine machinery was until I heard him go through a whole rant about it! He's a cool one, I'll tell you that." OWAKCX: "G- Gray…oh, well, he- …h-he doesn't really…um…w- we don't…talk that much, you know? Hoohoo-! S- So, I, I- I don't know much about him, eh…e-except the fact that h- he wears the same shirt every day, hoho…" Sky: "Gray is so cool! He's got edgy makeup, edgy clothes, edgy music, everything's edgy! I want to be cool like him!"
Mr. Sun: "Ah, our very own Neutral Sprunki! There's a charm to his poker face that only he can pull off!" Durple: "Ahaha! You speak of my deadpanned companion? I've known him since we were Sprunklings! We were both losers without friends or anyone to chitter with at lunch, you see. Except I, in my ever-present radiance, was spared by the hells of torment he had to go through during those highschool years! That's not to say I condone it, no no no. I am HIGHLY against treating our very own emo boy with such exclusionism!" Mr. Tree: "I have been with him for every rest he takes every day in the afternoon. He brings peace to this bright and colorful town." Simon: "Well gee, Gray's one of my greatest friends! He's responsible and he always knows what to do in even the scariest situations! Don't tell him this, but…he's like a big brother to me! Yeah, we're the same age and unrelated but I don't care! He's big bro Gray to me!" Tunner: "Th' lad's in his own lil' world sometimes. He's a good kid. Never gets into any sorta trouble. Don't got a clue about the things he rambles on about sometimes, but I ain't gon' stop 'im whenever he does that. It's his passion."
Mr. Fun Computer: "He may not look like it, but he knows how to have fun in his own way! He visits me a lot! Though, he usually doesn't use my search engine or anything, like everyone else would. He just likes to come by and have conversations with me. It's nice!" Wenda: "So, like, big backstory dump, but…I actually hated Gray's guts. I dunno why. I was an evil kid! Like, so evil. I shoved him in the hallway and called him dumb and fat and whatever. Real talk, I was so mean to him. So like, him forigivng me was like, SUPER surprising. Like, what do you mean you forgive me?? Sure I regretted it and I apologized to his face but I didn't think he'd actually be, like, cool with me now! Anywayy. We're buddies now. We hang out and all that, soooo yeah. Happy ending! I hope." Pinki: "Gray is such a sweetheart! He helps me out at the bakery sometimes, even though he doesn't like having to deal with cooking oil…I really appreciate it whenever he comes by to help!" Jevin: "Within that anti-expression he wears, Gray is a Sprunki with passions to share."
Black: "He's not too bad, I suppose." Saves: "Sorry, who is…? Ah, yes! The horned one with the dirty shirt…ah, I remember now. Gray…he's so kind and generous. He is the same one who visits me every weekend, isn't he? Yes…he helps around the house. We tell stories to each other. He's precious." Ciqu: "He abides. I have no strong opinion of him." Sprinkles: "Heehee! Gray is fun! He takes care of me and Sky sometimes! He's like a big brother, but he doesn't have any little siblings…which is a bit sad, because he's fun as a brother!" Calvin: "Gray is super cool. And also fun to play pranks on! He doesn't get mad, so it's a little funny!" (edit 12/8/24: X FORGOT CIQU...XM SO SORRY MR POLICEMAN....)

"oh, i love this song!" your friend, em, shouted over the music.
downing her drink, she grabbed another friend of yours, raya, and pulled her to the dance floor. you and talia, another friend of yours, laughed as you watched the two stumble to the dance floor.
it was girls' night, the first one ever since you all graduated. it'd been a tough few months, all of you busy with new jobs and trying to navigate this new life. but it was worth it. because of nights like these.
"five dollars em comes here to throw her shoes off," talia nudged you, nursing her drink.
you took a sip of your own drink, laughing. "oh, you're on! she's gonna either throw them in the garbage, or at some man."
talia laughed loudly, spilling some of her drink. that made the two of you laugh some more.
"come on," talia said, finishing off her drink. "let's join those idiots."
you downed your drink, "let's go!"
the two of you stumbled across the dance floor, laughing to yourselves as you danced your way to your friends.
em was currently drunk as hell, and her shoes were missing.
"told you!" you elbowed talia, laughing at the face she made.
in your tipsy state, everything was hilarious to you. from the way em danced without shoes, to the way raya danced with talia, to the way the world felt fuzzy around the edges.
the only thing that wasn't funny was the guy staring at you.
he stood near the bar, sleeves rolled up and his bald head reflecting the lights of the bar. he nursed a drink in hand, but kept his eyes trained on you.
you made a face at him, moving out of his line of vision. he craned his neck, before switching seats to keep watching you. you furrowed your brows.
by now, he knew that you knew that he was watching him. but he still made no effort to try and hide what he was doing.
with a start, you realized that you'd seen him at a few other bars and restaurants before. and he was always staring at you.
"yeah, i'm not doing this tonight," you muttered to yourself, reaching for your phone.
you pulled out your last chat, jack, and texted him.
'theres sume werd guy straring atme ie sen him at otger plasces and hes crepy come pick mup plx?'
your phone buzzed with a positive response, followed by many more notifications. you ignored them all, just ready to go home and fall asleep in jack's arms.
"creepo behind me," you whispered to em. "i'm heading home. don't wanna die before seeing quinn play the boys tomorrow."
"jack's picking you up?" she asked.
you nodded.
em yawned, reaching out to grab raya and talia (who were still dancing together). "come on. we'll go wait for him. i think i'm gonna head home too."
"thanks."
em linked her arms through yours, the four of you making your way outside to wait for jack. behind you, the creepy guy was beginning to make his way to his feet.
"oh, we're going to die," you muttered. "he's coming."
"no we won't," raya assured you. she tapped one of the bouncers, "hi. there's that guy inside being a creep, and messing with my friends," she pointed at the person in the bar. "we're heading home because he's making us uncomfortable. if you don't mind, could you keep an eye on him so he doesn't follow us?"
the bouncer nodded, "don't worry. that's my job."
raya grinned as she turned back to the rest of them. "see? all handled. besides, jack's only a few minutes away from here."
"i just texted my brother," talia said. "he'll come pick the rest of us up."
you took a deep breath, feeling the tears building up. maybe it was your tipsy state, but you were feeling more emotional than usual. "i'm so sorry guys. this was supposed to be a fun girls' night and i ruined it."
"not you, it was that creepo dingbat," em assured you. "besides, it was fun. we had lots of fun. and none of us can handle hangovers, so it's best we didn't stay out any longer."
the four of you laughed quietly, remembering your university days. none of you were good at handling alcohol or hangovers.
you looked up as a familiar car pulled up, followed immediately by jack running out the back door and pulling you into his arms.
"you're okay? were you followed? did he hurt you?"
"you're shaking," you whispered, hugging him back.
jack took a deep breath to calm himself, still holding you close. "i was freaking terrified. i couldn't even drive because i was losing it."
"you made luke drive?" you asked, pulling away a little. you held his face in your hands, knowing the touch was the only thing keeping jack calm.
"are you alright?" luke asked, coming out of the passenger seat as the car parked. "that guy didn't come after you, right?"
"no, we left," you answered, giving luke a hug as well. "the bouncer's keeping an eye on him, making sure he doesn't follow us."
"that was smart of you guys, telling the bouncer," quinn added, stepping out of the driver's side.
you stared for a moment, before remembering quinn was in town for the game.
"raya's idea," you motioned towards your friend.
she sent a two fingered salute, before hugging you and following em and talia into talia's brother's car.
"alright, let's head home now," quinn said, pulling out one of jack's hoodies from the car and passing it to you. "it's best not to stay here any longer than we have to."
you thanked him, following jack into the car. the ride home was silent, but peaceful. all of you were shaken up a bit, but you were okay. that was the big thing.
making your way into jack's apartment, quinn locked the door behind you guys while luke brought a glass of water over to you.
"thanks kid," you smiled, finishing off the glass. you looked at quinn and jack as well, "thank you. all three of you."
"you don't have to thank us," quinn reminded you. "you texted the group chat, and all three of us came over immediately. we're family, y/n. we're gonna come for you no matter what."
you smiled at the three boys around you. you loved them so much, and times like this was when you realized they loved you too. you were family.
"i texted the group chat?" you repeated. "i thought i texted jack."
quinn laughed, "it was the group chat. and good thing, because jack was freaking out and didn't know what to do."
the three of you laughed a bit, grateful that the stress was gone.
now that the night was over, and you were finally home, the high of the alcohol was fading. your head was starting to hurt, and so were your feet. jack helped you change into some pajamas and wipe your makeup off.
the two of you headed back to the living room, where luke and quinn were fighting over what to watch on netflix.
"finding nemo," luke said.
"no, we're watching moana," quinn argued.
"you're both wrong. we're watching despicable me," you told them, lying down on the couch.
jack flopped down next to you, "oh, i like that movie!"
quinn and luke got excited as well, searching for the movie and pressing play. you cuddled into jack as luke and quinn camped out on the floor.
one by one, the boys fell asleep, the movie playing softly on the t.v. you smiled to yourself as you lay in jack's arms. this was what your childhood should've looked liked. a loving family, ready to do anything for you.
even though you didn't have it then, you were happy to have found it now.

Interview from Sweden Rock Magazine 6/2023
In which Tobias talks about Phantomime, his inner little evil dictator, and why he'll never be like Bruce Springsteen, among other things.
You've just released another cover EP. I always thought that Ghost would be like Metallica and become known for picking up lesser-known songs, making them their own, and playing one or two covers at every show. You were on your way to that with first The Beatles' "Here Comes the Sun" and then with Roky Erickson's "If You Have Ghosts." After that, you released a bunch of covers, but in recent years, you've almost only played "Enter Sandman" live.
In the beginning, and especially up until 2015, the choice to play covers was not in exchange for original songs, but it was because we simply needed songs to play live. We played 'Here Comes the Sun' to fill out our set. We only had one album, and it was only 30 minutes long or something.
But "Here Comes the Sun" must have given you a taste for it since it worked so fantastically well live.
Yes, absolutely. We actually plan to play it again at some point because I think we can do a really great version of it now that our lineup better matches the sound of the song. The last time we played it was so long ago that we still used a lot of backing tracks and stuff. I think we can play it better now. But did you imagine that we would do covers of Saint Vitus, Trouble, and Coven?
No. Unlike Metallica, you didn't start with hard rock covers...
No, no.
...but with "Here Comes the Sun" and then "If You Have Ghosts," which became a big song in its own way, but "Enter Sandman" is a completely different type of cover.
Exactly, it has a completely different purpose. I think it's a good song, and it became a fun thing. There was clarity in why we played it and what was important about it. We don't do it anymore, not because we don't believe in the purpose, but it had its time. Now, "Jesus He Knows Me" is the most fun to incorporate because now we've embraced it as our own song. I feel like I have so much else, and I don't want to be... I mean, some people think it's a lot of fun, and Bruce Springsteen does a lot of covers at the end of a concert. A lot of cool rock 'n' roll classics. People enjoy it, and it's great. Disturbed also does that and plays "Highway to Hell" and "Run to the Hills" or whatever they do. It's a fun way to end a concert, but I don't know, I have a fondness for dramaturgy. That's why I could never do a Bruce Springsteen. I can't go on stage and just say, "Hey, what do you want to hear?" and then improvise. It's a show, and everything fits together tightly. I've been sitting here with our lighting technician for five days. We sit all day and just program lights based on the smallest damn beat so that it fits and so that we know that the guitarist will come out and switch to that guitar for the next song. It's this song, and he will come out there, and then we have to change these lights in the dark so that it's red on him there. Then it's not possible to have a "cover hour" at the end where we just turn on the lights and play Judas Priest. But if we do a Judas Priest cover at some point that feels really relevant and we can do it really well, then I have no problem arranging the lights and incorporating it into the context. Metallica is much more rock 'n' roll, they are much more "loose" than what we are... than I am. They have the ability to just go out and more or less turn on the lights in the room and play "Am I evil?", "Whiskey in a jar," "Blitzkrieg," and "Breadfan," and the happiest of all is me. I love when that happens, but I don't want to do it with Ghost. But sure, if in 30 years we have recorded a bunch of fun covers, maybe it could be a fun thing to do a tour with just a bunch of that.
How funny that you say "if we have recorded a bunch of fun covers." Ghost has already recorded a bunch of covers, so aren't they fun?
Haha! Yeah, yeah, but we're still building, of course. We're talking a lot about this, me and my agents and management. When is the time to do things? When should we take advantage? What is a "downplay" for us today? A "downplay" is very clear if you're Metallica. Everyone knows that when they come and perform, it's at least at the Globe Arena, sold out for at least two nights without any problem, and at their biggest, it's now two nights at Ullevi. For them, a clear "downplay" would be if they come and play at Göta Lejon again. There's a clarity there, and it's something they can indulge in.
Explain it so that people understand. What is a "downplay"?
A "downplay" is when a big band plays at a small venue. Like the Rolling Stones when they played at Circus. It's a clear "downplay," and there's a clarity there where you know that "now when I go and see the Rolling Stones at Circus, they won't have their big stage, they won't do this, and they'll just come up and play a bunch of really obscure stuff." Then there's a clarity. It's not something for everyone who just wants to hear the big hits.
And are there plans to do this?
If everything goes as planned and if there's still an interest in it in the future, I would think it would be really fun to intentionally and clearly reshape the show. To do something different on the side that isn't meant for these bigger things that we're currently trying to find our "pacing" in.
The first time I interviewed you was in 2011 at a sushi place in Stockholm.
Was it that long ago?
Yes, we met at the central station in Stockholm, and you had just had your first meeting with Nicholas Johansson at Universal, so this was before he signed you.
Okay, so it was the same day then? Oh, damn.
It became a full page in Expressen, and you said that you want to take Ghost to where Rammstein is. Now you've said the same thing again, but Rammstein no longer plays at the Globe Arena and instead does three nights at Ullevi. It feels like you're constantly shaping Ghost based on Rammstein. What will you do when you've reached three nights at Ullevi?
I hope one never becomes completely satisfied. The perfectionist in me is frustrated every day on tour when things don't turn out as good as I had envisioned. But I also have a cutoff point... There's a point every day when I try to see the glass as half full when it comes to perfection before the concert, and I know something is wrong. If I know that a spotlight operator doesn't seem to understand the show, it's an irritation that might continue during the concert because someone keeps missing their cues, that is, what they're supposed to do. You can tell they don't know the show. It's super annoying. It's the kind of thing that both I and everyone on stage feel, and we're all aware of it. Everyone has been made aware of what we're trying to achieve. We've arranged the whole show based on the idea that "when you come up those stairs, you will be visible, and then you will see what you're doing because a light will shine on you." If that doesn't happen, there's a risk that the person simply won't see what they're doing and will fall off. It happens. There's a lot of that kind of thing that's highly orchestrated with very narrow margins, and it has to be right. But I usually reach a point where it's like, "Now the concert is over. Everyone did their best, even that idiot up there who missed all their cues. Everyone did their best, and the audience doesn't seem to have left and demanded their money back, so you have to see it as a damn good result." That's how I try to approach it every day because, in the end, "no matter what, this is so much cooler than working a regular job," haha! I'm where I want to be, doing what I want to do. Then I have this little circus director Nazi inside me as well, screaming and wanting things to be a certain way. But I also laugh easily, so it's about constantly trying to balance everything and see it as always moving forward. But it also means that I know that even the day when or if we stand there at Ullevi and do a concert ourselves, it won't be exactly as I imagined. Something new will happen, and if we have the show I want, it will rain like hell or something. That's always how it is. Metallica's Lars also told me that when we were on tour together: "It's incredible. Even at our level, there are still things that happen that make us go, 'Damn, we're not quite there yet!'" But that's the thing. I don't think pirates become pirates just to come home and sit with the treasure. It was the piracy itself that was quite fun.
Now I'm going to say something provocative. This is Ghost's worst cover so far. I don't even like the original.
Which one?
"Phantom of the Opera."
Okay, haha!
Yeah, I got the laugh I wanted to be able to print, haha!
Well, haha! Don't you like the album or the song?
I'm not a big Iron Maiden fan, and I don't consider the Paul Di'Anno era sacred.
I love Iron Maiden and think the first two albums are really cool, but they got their act together when Bruce Dickinson joined. It was with "The Number of the Beast" that they became an arena band and started sounding really damn good. I know it's like swearing in church. It made me feel a bit inspired and made me think that if I were to do something with Iron Maiden, it damn well had to be something from those first albums. They have two albums with really proggy stuff and quirky arrangements, and you can really tell they had a bit of time and that they were low-budget recordings. That gets me going. Paul Di'Anno sings, and I love Paul Di'Anno. He's really cool, has a great voice, and sings with a lot of sloppiness. He soars and flies melodically - just the fact that "I know I'll do that in a different way." I've always liked "Phantom of the Opera," but for a long time in my life, before I really figured out how to count, I didn't quite understand how to play the intro. Not tonally, but I didn't get how to count in the intro. That was such a thing that one day when I suddenly figured it out, I thought, "Damn, I want to play this song someday." You miss it because on the album, you don't hear how great the intro is.
Is it you playing?
Yes, although Fredrik "Kulle" Åkesson (Opeth) is also playing. But I recorded all the demos, I play bass on the record, and I recorded all the guitars first.
Did Kulle do all the guitar solos on the EP?
Well, mostly, with one exception.
It's a very shreddy EP with a lot of flashy guitar solos.
Yes, exactly, there are quite a lot of guitar solos. Generally, this is how it works when we work: I compose the solos. When I write solos, it's not just a bunch of bends, but it's a melody. I'm very influenced by Kirk Hammett, especially how he played on "Ride the Lightning," "Master of Puppets," "...And Justice for All," and even on the black album. Every time he plays solos, they are melodies. He comes into the song and more or less plays another song within the song, and it's very hummable. It's not incredibly difficult stuff, and that's roughly my school of soloism. I like to compose the solos so that they turn out the way I want, but I myself am not a great shredder. There are a lot of tricks in the studio where I sit and play something over and over again, and then you can cut it in. And then you can slow down the speed, and then I can record it and make it perfect. But the result is that when I say, "It should go like this," Kulle listens to it and says, "Yeah, I can do that part a bit differently. Then I can do it this way to make it even faster." He plays solos from start to finish with his highly trained fingers. He has that whole thing in his DNA, while I'm more of a songwriter and composer.
But you play a solo on the EP, right?
I don't know if we kept it. I don't fucking know because we changed a lot of things.
Because you said that Kulle plays all the solos except one.
It could be a thing, but I don't remember if we changed it or not. But if we take "Phantom of the Opera," there are quite a few different guitar parts in it, purely guitar-wise. It's that fairly standardized Iron Maiden thing where there are two lead guitars playing melodies together. That's one thing, and then there was a slightly bluesy solo at a place where I added some storming Rachmaninoff piano that's absolutely not in the original. I thought it should be a bit of a stormy sea, and then there's a part with two guitars playing the same thing simultaneously, and then a solo duel starts. On the original album, it's Dave Murray and Dennis Stratton playing, and their solo duel is just okay. I don't think it's that great. Sorry, Iron Maiden fans, but in terms of solos, Iron Maiden really got good the day Adrian Smith joined. Adrian Smith is the one playing all the cool solos. I'm really sorry, Dave Murray, but that's just how it is! I know what Kulle has to go through because as a soloist, it's quite tough to constantly be told what to play, and then he has to do tricks and improve things. So, I said, "In this solo duel, you can pretty much play whatever you want from here to there, but I don't want you to challenge me because it will be a bad match. It'll be Carl Hamilton against Woody Allen, and that's not fun. We'll bring in Lasse Johansson from Candlemass." I love Candlemass, I love Lasse's guitar playing, and I know that Kulle loves Lasse. I just sat there, and they got to do their things, and you can hear that it's a bit more improvised. It's more Kulle when he gets to play his stuff, and it's nice.
I want to highlight a cover that turned out great on the EP: Tina Turner's "We Don't Need Another Hero." It feels quite suitable to cover because At The Movies also did a fantastic version of it with Ronnie Atkins on vocals.
Actually, I haven't heard it at all. I must have missed it.
Ghosts' version turned out really well, but isn't it too obvious to cover a big song, so to speak?
I would be a bit opportunistic and say this: it probably depends on how it lands. We stuck our necks out the day we were going to play "Enter Sandman" at our concert. It was one thing on TV because that's what it was (at the TV4-broadcasted "Polar Music Prize" in 2018), but you know that this is like playing "Smoke on the Water," "I Wanna Rock," or "Ace of Spades." It's one of those songs that is too well-known in a way. It can feel pancake-like, but it went well, and I feel that "We Don't Need Another Hero" could also become such a song, provided that the audience likes it. But it's not a song that you want to take up five minutes of the concert if it's not super fun.
And how do you know if the audience likes it?
The easiest way is to test it live. But you'll notice when the album comes out. If everyone mentions all the other songs and not that one, then maybe not many people are interested. Also, we usually do this sometimes during rehearsals: "We rehearse it and see how it sounds. How does it feel? How does it feel to play? Does it stick? Do we play it nicely? Does it work live?" I believe that if we fast forward to a huge presumed Ullevi [stadium] in the future, it's a fantastically cool song to play.

1 + 1 = S2
Loud music could be heard from both rooms in the house. Your neighbours have probably grown accostumed to such thing, it meant it was going out night. Part of them was relieved it wasn't another noisy game night, which are pretty frequent as well.
You were seated on the floor, redoing your ponytails for the 3rd time. Your arms were on fire but you were committed to this look.
"Siri, call yuyu please."
"Calling yuyu."
.....
"Hello ? Y/n ?"
"Hiii just wanted to ask where you are."
"We're almost ready to leave the house. You guys ?"
"I'm almost done if my hair cooperates with me. Wooyoung is most likely waiting for me. I'm surprised he hasn't barged in my room yet."
"Try not to be late!"
"AS IF!!"
"Don't give me attitude missy. Now I'm gonna get the car started, I'll see you in a bit. Bye"
"Bye Bye, don't miss me!"
.....
After 10 more minutes you were finally done. One last look in the mirror and all that work paid off. The boots made your legs look longer and your mini skirt complemented the cropped shirt well. You grabbed your purse and headed to the leaving room where a very impacient Wooyoung awaited you.
"What took you so long ?"
"It takes time to look this good you know?"
"Pleeeease!!"
"Don't roll your eyes at me wooyoung I'll hit you."
"And I'd like it so who's really winning?"
He gave you his signature smirk and winked at you from the couch.
"EW. Let's go. The others already left."
The club was pretty crowded, expected for a friday night, but you weren't scared to get lost. You like to get loose. And it's not like you don't have 8 guys that are constantly keeping an eye on you.
"Don't run off on us again for the love of god."
"Seonghwa for your own sake if I stay none of yall are pulling anyone. Same applies to me."
"Why do you want to get with anyone ?"
"Wouldn't you like to know! I'm off, if you need me yell."
You made your way t the dance floor before he opened his mouth.
"BUT YOU WON'T HEAR IT!!"
"YEAH THAT'S THE POINT!!"
Since it was a 2000s night you were more than happy to have traded your comfortable apartment for the hell. It has it's perks.
You had no idea but someone was drilling holes in your head, Wooyoung was exceptionally bothered by how you left them behind.
"How can she just leave ?"
"Cause she can ?? What are you on about, chill she's not your girl."
Mingi's words were harsher than what met the eye. Sure you weren't dating but he can't lie that the though of some other guy touching you infuriated him. He kept denying his feelings and that maybe this was just him wanting to protect his friend. But Yunho smiled to himself when he saw Wooyoungs furrowed eyebrows.
"You should just tell her how you feel you know?"
"What feelings? It's just unfair we're her friends and she doesn't care."
"And you care too much for "just a friend" don't you think? Listen she can take care of herself she's always been this way, you get used t it."
Yunho tried to relax him but it just made Wooyoung get int his head. Maybe he should've stayed home. No, he couldn't possibly let you out of the house by yourself looking like that.
Meanwhile you were having the time of your life, you had met a group of girls that were on their bacherolette party. It's like you knew them all your life, screaming all the songs, taking pictures, clinking drinks. Girlhood.
You decided to go get another drink and since no one else wanted anything you went alone. Normally this would mean getting approached by a couple of random guys trying to smooth talk you and al of them failling to do so. But unlike other times, the voice behind you was familiar.
"So. Are you having fun ?"
"Oh my god Yunho, I am those girls are so fun. Did you know that the bride and groom met through mutual friends and they actually lived together for a while before he realised he had feelings for her?? How CUTE is that??"
He couldn't help but smile due to the resemblances.
"Yeah it's really sweet. I guess you really never know when love is ready to knock at your door. But what about you, have you gone maneater on anyone?"
"I kinda don't care honestly, I'm having a good time and that's all I care about."
"That's my girl. Now be sure to behave. If you need us, we're at the booth.
He kissed your cheek before disappearing into the sea of people.
You looked at the time, 5:23am. Time to call it a night. You sayed goodbye to the group of girls that accompanied you through the night and wished them all the best. Making your way up to the booths you realised you were a lot more under the influence than you thought. You didn't really care, it's almost the end of the night and the guys are more then used to this side of yours.
Once they saw you they cheered and clapped, you bowed like a princess and smiled at their unnecessary but appreaciated "welcome back".
"How many fishes did you catch sailor?" Mingi gave you another shot he had brought upstairs.
"A THOUSAND" You yelled and chugged the green liquid. "I'm kidding 0, there's no cute guys here."
You sat down next a very pouty Wooyoung.
"What's up with you? What happened to my loud and energetic comrade?"
He gave you no answer, just his cold gaze.
"Damn are you really that upset that I didn't stick around? I thought you were used to it by now."
He got up and made his way to the balcony. There's no way he's throwing a tantrum for something so stupid, you thought to yourself. You followed his angry steps.
"Be so fucking serious Wooyoung? What the fuck?"
He turned to you and you could see there wasn't a hint of alchool in his system. This wasn't one of his drunk stunts that he pulled when he wanted a tad bit more of attention. He was actually upset.
"Okay, I'm sorry I'm being so agressive, just talk to me woo, please."
"I don't like you running off on us that's all."
"That's not all Wooyoung, we've never been mad at eachother and it's not gonna start now."
You got closer to him holding his hands and caressing them. You were giving him your most sincere eyes and he couldn't believe that he was about to kiss you.
It caught you by surprise, so much so you froze in the first few seconds, not knowing if this was a dream or reality. You decide to give in nonetheless. His hands soft, like you remembered from all the times he touched your skin in times of need. Heartbreaks, cramps, tickles, you name it. He was always there for you.
Yunho sipped his drink with a victorious grin, as he watched from the inside. He looked at the rest of the guys and let out a "I told you so."

SUMMARY: It's been back and forth the last few months between you and Hawks and finally you're both out for a date!...or not. You couldn't have ghosted him, right? A/N: About a couple years ago I was obsessed with Why Don't We so yes I'm using one of their songs LMAO sue me WARNINGS: GN reader and angst (it gets resolved I'm not evil!)
Oh, she talks so sweet, like sugar, like candy
It’s a first date and firsts are important, so he’s gotta be sure to make a good impression. A shower and a lot more to his normal concession to fanciness: the comb’s brushed through his hair more times than he count, tugged at the collar of his shirt wondering if it was too much, too casual, god it was getting kind of hot wearing it would it smell like sweat-
“I don’t mind. Smells like you.” Ah, that smirk that caused him to blush so badly and throw his hoodie at you. Okay, don’t worry so much. Just be your usual self.
Makes me wanna be the best man that I can be
He’s got the flowers, your favorite of course, and they were in full bloom when he walked past that florist. He’s prepared to pay the bill, ready to be the gentleman by rehearsing in his head what he’d do. Pull out your chair, compliment, a dinner place of your choice.
For you, nothing but the best, he swears in his head as he flies out into the night.
I like that she keeps things oh-so simple
The flirty game of cat and mouse the both of you had had going on before in his office was beyond fun and always left him wanting more of you - interactions, voice, touch. He made it obvious from the start that he was into you, what with his more than friendly suggestions, insistence on meals together and overprotectiveness should any of his sidekicks even think of looking at you.
It was startling to him that you had returned it though in the same gestures. He liked that about you; you didn’t beat around the bush and worked to get what you wanted.
In this case it was him and he wasn’t complaining.
Less stress, more uh, yeah, she got the dimples
It had taken exactly three months, one week and a half and five days for it to come to a head. One of you was going to crack and it was him, inevitably, when he dropped by with his daily pickup line and coffee for you. You’d flash that coy, sweet smile. “I might actually think you’re interested in me if you keep doing that.”
“What gave it away?” He made his standard, joking reply.
“I dunno. I said might. When you actually ask me out I’ll be convinced.”
I get scared when I think about the future
As a pro hero he had to think about the risks of having a significant partner who would become the target of much villain attacks, paparazzi and obsessed fans. As himself even he would admit the playboy image they painted and he supplied was not exactly flattering. As a normal person, was anyone really ready for commitment, potential heartbreak…?
But all this could be dealt with. It all faded to background noise, yadda yadda yadda…
Because, actually, now that he thought about it, had he OPENLY asked you out?
I'm a junk man, she's a promise abuser
“Well, when you do, I’ll say yes and I’ll be really, really interested as well.”
“Okay, will you go out with me for dinner tonight then?”
You blinked, opening and closing your mouth like a goldfish while he stared at you expectantly. “…um, what? I wasn’t…expecting…”
“You said you’d say yes!”
“Huh, I did say that.” You flashed another million watt smile. “Okay then. How about eight?”
Hell, I know that we're bad for each other
It’s been almost ten minutes - you must have run into traffic. Not unusual on a bustling night like this, with everyone in a terrible hurry to get, get, get somewhere. The tapping of his foot aligned with the ticking of the clock he was watching anxiously. He’s glad he had requested a more private table at the back to prevent fans from noticing their favorite Pro Hero, but now even more so he wouldn’t see the glances of pitying diners wondering who had stood him up so badly to see his hopeful face crack away bit by bit.
No, you wouldn’t ditch him like this. That was just cruel; you were a tease. You wouldn’t do this.
It’s the third refill of his cup when he finally accepts that you’re not coming.
I made my own bed but she tucked me under
A pathetic KFC dinner was not how he had envisioned the evening but that’s what he’s sitting with, hunched on his couch, wondering what went wrong.
Were you playing with him? Did you think he wasn’t serious? Were you offended he hadn’t come pick you up? Had you both somehow miscommunicated the date? Did you realize you didn’t actually want all the crap that came with being a Pro Hero’s significant other?
He chucked his trash into the bin and wished he could do the same with his emotional turmoil.
We did it for the hell of it
You didn’t even show up the next day at work - you must really be going that far to avoid him, huh?
Not like he’d bring it up, to be honest. It was embarrassing that he had managed to be duped so well, that he was rejected indirectly in public. It hurt that you didn’t even bother to answer ANY of his messages. It stung that he had no apology and he couldn’t say one himself because you. Weren’t. There.
But your jacket was, hanging forlornly by your chair, so internally he apologized and took it home to toss onto his bed-nest and fall asleep to the fading scent of you.
We did it for the good times and the bad ones
So this was what it was like to be hung up. 10/10 would not recommend, he decided. Usually he was distracted during hero work occasionally thinking about you, but now he still was and doing a sloppy job according to the Commission with his listless attitude and moping. Probably why they just about forced him to take a day off.
Nothing much to do. You hadn’t gone to work for a third day already. Who was he to text? Usually he’d be blowing up your phone with stupid pickup lines he found online, the silly stuff he’s seen people doing while flying, bad singing of whatever song he was listening to at that time. Sometimes it ended in not-so-coincidental meetups. You’d respond to every message with one just as ridiculous as his. Rumi only responded ”your crush not around?” when he spammed her instead.
Could’ve been more, he grumbled aloud. Could’ve been until you went AWOL after doing the equivalent of dumping him.
We didn't think about what shit might happen
He’s driving himself crazy. Over what? Over some crush? There were billions of other people who’d kill for the chance to go out with him.
But it was not some crush - it was you. He didn’t want the billions - he wanted you. It was the fourth day and your desk was still empty - where were you?
He asked around casually. Only Rumi gave him a knowing look. Nobody knew where you were. Your friend at the agency had mentioned you had been pretty excited about some date with a friend- hope? he wanted to think so - that day but since then there wasn’t any updates.
“What if a kidnapping happened?! Like those scammers who pretend to be a date and then end up drugging you instead?!”
He coughed. “Yeah…I don’t think that happened, don’t worry.”
But once you light a fire, it's gonna burn
On the fifth day he sent his fifteenth message.
No wonder you vanished, he grimaced. Nobody wanted a clingy texter who couldn’t take the hint. But here he was, finger hovering above the send button and scrolling past the plaintive texts of before: asks on when you were coming and were you going to be late and where were you, the occasional “guess what I saw today” that he’d usually send you when he was feeling braver, apologies for pestering you and making you uncomfortable with the date and the…never ending texts even though you were probably ghosting him by now.
Today he’d get over it, he repeated with finality and misery. One last “sorry” and on he’d move.
>>I'll be okay to keep it simple
The phone’s abandoned on the table for the rest of the night while he slams his head into his pillow, allowing himself a few moments to sulk one last time before heading into the shower after the long day of work (without you there).
He hopes you’ll at least see it. Maybe text back.
Then again that would probably rip open the wound wide once more so perhaps it was better if you ignored him. He could block you for good measure.
The shower pounded down on his head. No, he sighed, he couldn’t block you if he tried.
>>I'll stay outta your way and won't let you know
The ping on his phone indicating a text message alerts him but he figures it must be the paperwork that he’s been running away from (without your help there was no way he’d be able to do it) from catching up to him, so he takes his sweet time to leisurely change and blow dry his hair before he actually picks the phone up.
He falls back onto the bed. Stunned, shocked. Maybe a bit hopeful. Confused, crushed. Funny how just one message can do that.
Hawks, can you come to my house tonight? I need to talk to you<<
Of course, when has he ever refused you? He was out of the window before he even realized what he was doing and how damn stupid this all was, that he was setting himself up for another heartbreak, you were finally going to break it to him that you didn’t show up because you didn’t know how else to reject his pushy advances and oh shit he’s forgotten to wear his shoes properly and now they were falling off midair-
“I…wasn’t expecting you that fast.”
“I’m the Wing Hero?”
You allowed your face to curl into a broken smile. “Yeah, we all know that, birdbrain.”
Humans always want what they couldn’t have. You were dolled up so pretty for some reason, even in the horrible lighting coming from your living room behind you. He was glad the shadow fell on his face, standing at your door, so you wouldn’t see the heartbreak twisting his expression. Don’t call me birdbrain if you’re going to leave, he prayed.
“So,” he said to cut the awkward pause. “Why am I here?”
“I…it’s probably easier to explain inside. Come on in.”
It's not the first time he's been in but he's pretty surprised to see your dining table pushed out, covered in a tablecloth and decorated with the whole nine yards: dinner for two, candles and flowers. Is this how you're really gonna toy with him before breaking it off?
You take him by the arm and lead him there, half pulling out a chair for yourself before he interrupts plainly. “You didn't have to do all this.”
“Yeah, well, I really wanted to-”
“You could've just told me you didn't want to go out with me. Not stand me up and just, what, vanish without telling anyone?!”
“Hawks-”
“You didn't have to do this.” Why couldn't you spare him pain instead? He was a fool, yes, but no reason for you to let him be this foolish.
He shuts his eyes to trap the water and when he opens them his face is suddenly smooshed between your cradling palms while you force him to look at you and your serious, pleading expression.
“Hawks, will you listen to me? Please?”
“Listening,” he tried to say, but since his mouth was partially squished he nodded instead. Also his throat was blocking, probably from the almost-crying.
“I’m not playing with you when I say I can explain everything - I was actually on my way to the date when I got a call from my mom. My dad's health isn't the greatest right now so I had to rush back to my hometown after he had a bad fall. My phone's battery died that night and where my parents live don't exactly have the greatest of Internet connections so I was literally cut off from everyone. I came back once he was okay and so…” You take a deep breath and remove a hand to gesture around. “I really do like you, Hawks, so if you want we can redo the date?”
Perhaps his eyes were watering thanks to the candles or flower allergies. He buried his face into your neck, arms wrapped tight around you. Your hand stroked through his hair. “Don't scare me like that again.”
“I'd never ditch you like that, birdbrain.”
“Can we skip straight to the part where we kiss now?”

But They're Always Tryin' To Waste Me
Pt. 1 Pt 2 Pt 3 Pt. 4
Song Recommendation:
Mary On A Cross - Ghost
"So what'd ya think?"
"I'm sorry, but what the fuck was that!?"
"You call that a commercial? Seriously what in the actual fuck is wrong with you!?"
Y/N and Vaggie glared at Alastor in anger.
Charlie and Vaggie were sitting on the couch, while Y/N was standing to the side, the three of them just finished watching Alastor's terrible commercial.
"Uh yeah, one note..." Charlie said awkwardly. "Alastor I mean - First off, thank you so much for making this, seriously amazing, but um maybe the tone is a bit...off?"
"A bit? He made the hotel look like a complete joke!" Y/N said.
"We want people to want to come here," Charlie explained. "This makes it look ummm..."
"Bad," Vaggie bluntly said. "The word you're looking for is bad.
Y/N nodded in agreement.
"Funny, I was going for hilarious!" Alastor said.
"It explained nothing about how we're trying to save these sinners," Y/N spat. "Which is the whole fucking point, by the way."
"Y/N is right, Alastor." Charlie reasoned. "The commercial was to let sinners know we are trying to help them."
"Well, my dear, I haven't been active in Hell for some time, and everyone remembers me from my radio show!" Alastor said. "The proper medium to express oneself! But you insisted on this noisy picture box advertisement, so I had a little fun with it."
"Oh fun. You had a little fun with it?" Vaggie snarled. "Well, this is not what we want to represent us. When you showed up here a week ago, you told us you would help run this hotel!"
"Instead, you're mocking us," Y/N added, her arms crossed. "No one's gonna come to a place where a powerful Overlord like you thinks is a fucking joke!"
Suddenly, Angel raised his gloved hand.
"What now?" Y/N groaned.
"If'n ya filmin' a commercial," Angel Dust said. "Can I suggest you take better advantage of the talented celebrity you have right here?"
"Angel, you're a porn star." Vaggie said.
"A famous porn star!" Angel corrected. "I'll have the horniest sinners knockin' down these walls to get in!"
"For the last time, we are not filming you sucking another's guy dick as a commercial!" Isabell said tiredly, getting up and walking over to the bar, needing a drink.
"Why not? Sex sells, don't it?" Angel asked. "I swear if you film goin' at it with mister fancy talk-creepy voice here, you'd be rollin' in participants willin' to stay at this tacky hotel."
"Haha! Never going to happen!" Alastor laughed.
"What'll it be?" Husk asked, wiping down the counter.
"Literally anything that makes me forget about Alastor." Y/N groaned.
"Now you know how I feel," Husk grumbled, pouring Isabell a glass of scotch.
"Mmm, that's good," Y/N hummed in delight, finishing the whole thing. "Pour me some more, please."
"Alright," Husk said, pouring more into the glass.
"Hey, I have a question." Angel said suddenly. "If freaky face over there is so powerful, then why can't he just make people stay here?"
"Oh, trust me, I can!" Alastor said ominously.
"Why do you think I'm here?" Husk said. "You actually think I'd be cleaning bottles and listening to you fuck's bitch and moan all the time if he wasn't forcin' me?"
"I like being forced." Niffty said suddenly, making Y/N almost spit out her drink.
"Keep that to yourself, Niff." Husk said.
"What, you don't love being here with me, Whiskers?" Angel asked.
"Call me "Whiskers" again and I'll jam that bottle down your throat! Husk exclaimed.
"Kinky," Angel said suggestively. "C'mon keep talkin' dirty."
"Angel, please let Husk do his fucking job," Y/N sighed. "And no, we can't force sinners to stay here, they have to choose to."
"I'm choosing to be here, and I think it's all stupid," Angel said. "We're in Hell, Toots. That's kind of the end of the road, ain't it?"
"Well, maybe it doesn't have to be." Vaggie said. "Just because nobody has made it out before doesn't mean it's not possible."
"And if you think it's stupid, why don't you just leave then?" Y/N asked.
"'Cause I need a place to crash and crack's expensive." Angel answered.
"Of course you would say something like that." Y/N scoffed.
"Vaggie! Y/N! Holy shit!" Charlie exclaimed suddenly.
"Ahh! What?" Y/N and Vaggie said at the same time.
"Get over here!" Charlie said, gesturing for them to follow her.
"What's going on?" Y/N asked as her and Vaggie followed Charlie.
"My dad just called. He said that the leader of the Angel Army wants to meet. He asked if I could go instead." Charlie said, very fast.
"But-But the extermination just happened," Vaggie said. "What could they want this soon after--
~cue music~
Charlie: I can do this, somehow, I know it. I'll get Heaven behind my plan.
Vaggie: Charlie wait!
Charlie: There's just no way, I could blow it. Not this once in a lifetime chance.
Vaggie: It's just a meeting.
Charlie: To change their minds, and touch their hearts. Or whatever angels have.
Vaggie: This could be bad
Charlie: Cheer up, Vaggie, this could be swell. Something tells me that today will be a happy day in Hell!
Y/N: Okay, hun, just don't sing to them.
Angel: That bitch is halfway down the street.
Y/N: Is she-?
Angel: Oh, she's dancin'.
Vaggie and Y/N: Ugh, no!
~end music~
"Oh, I really hope the meeting goes well," Y/N said.
"Yeah, me too," Vaggie mumbled.
"Is everything okay, Vaggie?" Y/N worried.
"Yeah, I'm just worried the angels won't listen to her,"
"I'm sure they will," Y/N smiled.
Sprawling herself onto the couch, Y/N thought of the best idea.
"Oh my God, Vaggie!" she said, sitting bolt upright. "I just had the best idea ever!"
Alastor, Husk, Angel, and Niffty were all sitting on the couch in front of Y/N, Vaggie standing beside her.
"Okay, so Charlie is dealing with something super important right now," Y/N paced. "So, while she's gone, we are going to make a new commercial. One that represents her vision and our goal here."
Angel lazily raised his hand, a smirk on his face.
"Angel, if you say anything about us making a porno for the commercial, I will cut you."
Angel put his hand back down, a small frown on his face.
"Any questions?" Y/N asked.
Nobody said a word.
"Great, now we need a camera, Alastor?"
Alastor snapped his fingers and an old-timey camera from the nineteen thirties appeared in Y/N's hands.
"I meant a video camera," Y/N grumbled.
Alastor hummed in disapproval, but snapped is fingers again, this time a modern video camera appeared in Y/N's hands.
"All right, let's go!"
Y/N watched from the sidelines as Vaggie filmed a scene with Husk and Angel.
"And...action!" Vaggie whispered.
"'Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, can I help you with anything?'" Husk read, the script right in front of his face.
"'I've been a bad boy, and I need a big, strong daddy to put me in my place...'" Angel said, climbing up onto the bar. "'On the path to redemption."
'"Well you come-'"
'"Oh yes!'"
'"...To the right place.'"
"Cut!" Vaggie called out.
"Okay, Angel you need to be less horny, if that's even possible," Y/N criticized.
"And Husk, can you maybe not have a script in front of your face?" Vaggie asked.
"I ain't no act, I can't memorize this shit!" Husk angrily.
"Well, we could improv this shit, baby cakes. Rawrr." Angel purred.
Husk then pushed off Angel off the bar, landing with a big thud.
"Whoops," Husk said.
"Husk, come on!" Vaggie said.
"Okay, we'll just come back to this scene," Y/N dryly said. "Husk, Angel, uh, just work on it a little more."
"I'm not makin' and promises," Husk said.
"At least try to work on it," Y/N frowned. "Please?"
Husk looked at Y/N not liking the frown on her face.
"Fuck, fine," Husk grumbled.
"Thanks," Y/N smiled.
"Niffty you're up!"
Niffty sat on the floor, trying to stab some cockroaches with a long, sharp needle.
"Alright Niffty," Vaggie said, trying to get Niffty's attention. "Niffty? Niffty!"
Niffty finally started to listen.
"Your line is, 'We have the cleanest rooms.'" Vaggie said gently. "Okay?"
"Got it! I'm ready!" Niffty exclaimed.
Vaggie started to record, Y/N watching the scene from behind her.
"Action," Vaggie said.
Niffty's face went black, her one eyeball staring into the camera.
Y/N, Vaggie, and Angel stared at her with confusion and a little bit of fear.
"Uhhh..cut,"
Niffty giggled. "How was that?"
"Niffty, sweetie, you have to actually say the line," Y/N explained. "Let's try this again."
"Okay!"
"Action,"
Niffty's face went blank again, making Y/N pinch the bridge of her nose in frustration.
"You're doing great, Vagina," Angel whispered.
"Cut!" Vaggie snarled.
"Okay, um," Y/N mumbled. "Maybe we can fix it in post."
"Do you even know what that means?" Angel asked.
"Yes, I know what it means!" Y/N snapped.
"Uh-huh," Angel said.
Before Y/N and Vaggie looked at the tape, Y/N decided that she needed another drink.
It was her fifth drink that day.
"Y'know, you should really slow down," Husk said, pouring her some whiskey.
"Slow down on what exactly?" Y/N snarked.
"This whole thing your doin'," Husk grumbled. "Tryin' to please everyone. You're just gonna exhaust yourself."
"It's kinda my job to make sure everyone here is happy," Y/N sipped on her drink. "Besides, it's for Charlie, so I don't care what happens to me in the process."
"You should," Husk said. "That kind of shit is important."
"Maybe to other people, but not to me," Y/N mumbled. "I stopped caring about what happens to me a long time ago."
"Hm, been there," Husk murmured.
It was silent for a moment, Husk looking down and Y/N drinking her whiskey.
"I should probably get back to Vaggie," Y/N got up. "Thanks for the drink, and the advice."
"Uh-huh, anytime," Husk said, pouring himself a drink.
Y/N smiled to herself and walked off.
Y/N and Vaggie sat in the living room, watching the footage they recorded on the TV.
"This was the worst idea I've ever had," Y/N cringed.
Vaggie groaned in agreement.
"Seems like you two are having a bit of trouble there, hm?" said a voice suddenly.
"Ugh, este pendejo...why are you even here?" Vaggie said.
"For the entertainment," Alastor said, sitting down next to Y/N, making her scoot away. "I came here because I love seeing wasteful souls struggle to accomplish something meaningful and fail spectacularly. Like you two are doing now!"
"Good job!"
Y/N picked up the camera and began recording. "Here's Alastor, a pompous piece of shit who-"
The video camera started to glitch and spark, making Y/N gasp and drop it.
"I wouldn't try that my dear," Alastor said sinisterly. "This face was made for radio!"
Y/N scoffed, not at all phased by him.
"That's it! I don't give a fuck who you are. If you're staying here, you're going to help. Because it won't be so 'entertaining' to watch over an empty hotel will it, asshole?"
"Fair enough," Alastor said. "I'll tell you what! Let's make a deal."
Vaggie laughed sarcastically. "Do you think we're that stupid? Making a deal with a demon like you?"
"Not for your souls, just a simple deal," Alastor replied. "I do this for you two, and you never ask me to engage with this frivolous television technology ever again!"
Y/N contemplated her what she would say.
"Or...Charlie can come back to absolutely nothing!" Alastor said smugly. "The choice is entirely up to you two."
Y/N sighed. "Fine. Vaggie?"
Vaggie nodded her head in agreeement.
Alastor took the video camera, making is disappear in a swirl of green smoke.
"Now then," he said, snapping his fingers.
Suddenly, movie cameras and lights appeared, shadow demons were behind the cameras. Everybody's outfit changed into something more like Alastor's taste, which was obviously from the 1930's.
Y/N stared at her outfit in delight, quite liking how it looked on her.
"Alright everyone!" Y/N exclaimed. "Let's make a fucking commercial!"
Vaggie and Y/N waited by the front door, while everybody else was sitting in front od the TV.
Finally, they heard the door open.
"Charlie!" Vaggie said, running up to her and hugging her.
Y/N automatically knew something was wrong when she saw the look on Charlie's face.
"How did it go?" Y/N asked. "Did they listen?"
"Oh, uhhh," Charlie listened. "They sure did...hear it! But, um..."
"Oh! Come here," Vaggie interrupted, grabbing Charlie's arm. "We have something exciting to show you."
Y/N followed behind as Vaggie pulled Charlie over to the couch.
"Alastor pulled some strings and it's about to air," Vaggie said, as Y/N stood next to Niffty.
"I pulled a few limbs too!" Alastor laughed.
"Wait, the commercial?" Charlie asked. "You all made a new one?"
"It was Y/N's idea," Vaggie said.
Charlie looked over at Y/N with the brightest expression on her face.
"Oh, don't give me all the credit," Y/N blushed.
"It was one of my better performances, if I do say so myself," Angel said.
"That's...that's amazing!" Charlie said, tears in her eyes.
"Shh, it's starting!" Angel said.
"Welcome to the Hazbin Hot-" Y/N said on the TV before it got interrupted by a news broadcast.
"Are you fucking serious?" Y/N angrily shouted.
Everyone else besides Husk and Alastor had the same reaction as her.
Besides Niffty, of course, she was laughing happily and clapping.
"Breaking news in Hell today!" Katie Killjoy said. "We have just received word from the Heaven Embassy that the next extermination is sooner than ever before."
Y/N's eyes widened in fear and disbelief.
"Do you know what that means, Tom?" Katie asked.
"No. What does it mean Katie?" Tom Trench replied.
"It means we're all royally fucked!" Katie said, climbing up onto the news table, her neck bending in a scary way.
The next show on the TV showed the extermination countdown going from three hundred fifty eight days down to one hundred seventy six days.
"Wait...what? Why!?" Angel asked in disbelief.
"This has to be some sort of sick joke," Y/N muttered in fear. "It has to be."
Everyone in the room (beside Niffty) all had a panicked look on their face.
They were all thinkin the same thing.
"We are literally going to die,"

Interesting First Dates with the Demon Slayer Hashiras
Just wanted to compile a little something else for y'all teehee- (some of these will be more on the modern side than others, all of these headcanons feature pre-established relationships fyi)
......
Text Key:
Normal text: you, the reader
Italicized text: the character in question
......
......
Muichiro
He's an antisocial person, not to mention he's pretty aloof to begin with. So naturally you don't want to make him uncomfortable, and frankly neither does he.
So when you guys are discussing first date ideas, you both didn't want to go with the generic dinner or movie, hell staying in sounded boring also.
"You know what I just thought about Muichiro?"
"Hm? What's up (y/n)?"
"I heard that there's an orchard nearby, and it's open to the public-"
"Say less let's go."
So you guys went, turns out it was an apple orchard. So that means you'll have fresh apples for you both and maybe some of the other hashira.
Once you both returned to headquarters, you both had two baskets each filled to the brim with apples and you didn't know what to do. So you both decided to just make cider out of some, give a basket to the mess hall, save a basket for each of you. And whatever was left you both divided equally among the other hashira.
......
Mitsuri
Mitsuri, obviously, is the love hashira. Love is practically her brand.
So you expected something extremely lavish, like a five star four course dinner or something. Hell maybe she might get some help from Uzui who knows?
But instead, she decided that for your first date, you both are gonna go to a wine/sake tasting.
"Mitsuri where are we going?-"
"You'll see soon enough, I promise!"
So you guys get to the winery and distillery, you looked at her rather confused. What were you both doing here?
But as you went inside, you realized what this was all about.
And Mitsuri was about to put you onto some really good wine and sake?
Say fucking less.
"You liking this so far (y/n)?"
"How come I haven't known about these types of events before? Or what good wine is?"
Needless to say you guys had a really good time, and went home a little tipsy.
......
Obanai
The serpent hashira isn't really one for dates.
Moreover, Obanai didn't believe in them at first simply because he didn't think they were a necessary requirement to court with someone.
However, he noticed that you went to the cemetery dedicated to fallen demon slayers a lot.
He was always curious about it, so he asked if he can accompany you.
But he wouldn't outright say he wants to be with you, he'd probably make up some kind of excuse.
"Obanai it's okay if you just want to be with me when I go, I don't mind."
"W-what're you talking about? I just want to go with you to ensure your safety. There's no telling who can be out there..."
And you can tell he's lying because his face gets red, and his snake hides it's face.
Nevertheless though, he went with you and when he saw you at one of your relatives graves, he couldn't help but feel a little grateful he decided to go with you.
It's something he'll definitely never forget, and afterwards he felt bad not only for lying but also your loss. So you guys decided to explore the rest of the cemetery for the day.
......
Sanemi
Given that he's on the more competitive side, it's only natural that Sanemi would want to make your first date a fun challenge.
What better way to get a fun competitive spirit going on in your relationship with him than video games?
"Soooo what're we playing Sanemi?"
"Uh, well what do you want to play? Your choice not mine I'm indecisive as fuck."
So you picked up an iconic guitar.
Yes, you're gonna play guitar hero.
Sanemi was surprisingly really good... on the easiest difficulty that is.
You on the other hand have been playing this for so long that you can play it on almost max difficulty.
"oh yeah, it's on. You pick the song we're putting that shit on max difficulty."
So you chose a song you knew by heart, whatever that may be
And the way that this man was closed in on the game, it gave you chills.
Needless to say his determination paid off and he won lol.
......
Kyojuro
You guys didn't want to go out but at the same time you didn't want to stick with the generic movie and eventual make out session.
Luckily, in your boredom, you started thinking about all of the art supplies you've accumulated over the years.
Then you remembered something you recently bought.
"Hey Kyojuro I'll be right back, just need to grab something real quick."
"Alright my darling flame, take your time."
So you came back not even five minutes later with a huge pallet of face paints and brushes varying in size. Along with some water in a glass and a paper plate
"Hey Kyo I need you to take off your shirt and tie your hair up for me."
"Um, okay? What do you have plotted my little flame?"
"You'll see, now hold still."
So you painted on his back, seeing as how you didn't have any other canvases available at the time.
And he was really still too, it was truly a testament to his own discipline. Which was pretty strong in your opinion.
"Okay, now don't move... alright you're good, just don't lean back."
You showed him a picture of the landscape you painted on his back, and his jaw just dropped in pure awe.
"You like it?"
"I must say my sunflower, you definitely have quite the artistic expression! Well done beautiful."
"... you wanna try?"
He didn't even hesitate, he had you raise your shirt and he just started painting. You could tell by the strokes he was pretty skilled.
After that he took a photo of what he painted on you and showed you.
"Oh, wow. T-that's beautiful, how come you never told me you painted?"
"Well, I just figured it wasn't necessary, why? Are you that enamored by my artistic skills, my love?"
......
Shinobu
Truth be told, she had a few errands to run for the butterfly estate
You decided to tag along and make it more enjoyable for her, she never really liked going out alone anyways.
"Where are we heading out to?"
"I have to pick up some stuff from the apothecary, who knows, maybe we'll find something we'll both enjoy for later!"
So you guys went in, found everything you needed for the butterfly estate, and ended up picking up some bath bombs for a bath later at night.
"Shinobu, my love my light, that one has glitter in it-"
"Oh don't worry dear, this isn't for us."
"Please don't tell me you plan on glitter bombing Giyuu again-"
She simply smiled, knowing damn well she had not the purest of intentions
Nevertheless you both returned home and put one of the bath bomb to use
It was always relaxing for you guys, after all, you both wouldn't mind just basking in each other's company if the day would allow for it.
......
Tengen
This man... has three wives.
And now that you're in the mix you kinda felt out of place a bit.
Little did you know that you'd be scooped up from training with Obanai that day and taken elsewhere.
"Babe I was training-"
"That's unflashy of you, let's go do something fun. Besides I've already got something aligned."
"I- okay by all means."
Yeah there was really no protesting this one.
He noticed that you've been becoming a little closed off so he decided to take you on a date. Just you and him.
Once you both got to where you needed to be, you noticed it was a dance studio.
"Oh god I'm gonna trip over my own two feet-"
The class entailed lessons in bachata, which is a type of Hispanic dance similar to salsa and rumba.
And knowing you, you didn't have any dance experience, like at all.
However, you know you're a fast learner, and so is Tengen.
And you soon realized that dancing with this hunk of a man you called your boyfriend wasn't so bad after all.
Matter of fact, it was exhilarating knowing that the both of you could be this intimate without ya know, doing the do or even without words.
"You enjoying this at all? Your face is pretty red there."
"I- hush, it's not like yours isn't either."
"Darling, my face is red because I'm sweating. Yours is red because you're embarrassed. I gotcha, don't worry."
And with that said you decided to just let go of any concerns you had. Allowing Tengen to take the lead with the dance.
Overall it was a good time, also really good exercise seeing as how you both kinda nodded off after you got home.
......
Gyomei
Given how he's blind, there are many things that you kinda felt like he missed out on, despite being able to see the transparent world.
However, you knew one thing that brought him comfort was his faith in his religion.
He never really talked about it, but when he did, he'd become so overwhelmed with emotion that he'd just cry.
Which you didn't mind, it's his faith and he's allowed to get as emotional as he needs to.
"(y/n), there's a place I want to show you. Why don't you join me?"
"Oh, okay, lead the way Gyo."
So he takes you to a grand building, one made of gold and beautiful teakwood. The sight taking your breath away as he smiled at you.
"Gyomei, is this the temple you always talk about?"
"Yes, it's a beautiful sight. But there's something in the back I want to show you."
So he takes your hand, greets the monks, and quickly leads you to the back where a beautiful butterfly garden resided. A huge Buddha statue in the middle of a koi pond.
You stood there flabbergasted, how could one small area be so beautiful?
Gyomei motioned for you to sit next to him, which you did, leaning your head on his shoulder as he took this time to pray.
You were never the religious type, but something told you to come here more often. With Gyomei by your side of course.
......
Giyuu
He's rather reserved, kinda like Muichiro however he's willing to interact with people if he has to.
However asking you on your first date with him was so unfathomably hard for him that he had to pull the rizz duo (Kyojuro and Tengen) to help him out.
And boy did they help, well, aside from Tengen picking you up like a sack of potatoes and running to the beach.
But once you got there, Kyojuro told you to close your eyes. Which you did.
And by the time you were set onto the sand you were like "Okay what the fuck is going on more importantly where is my boyfriend?"
"I'm right here, my treasure."
So you open your eyes to see Giyuu, at this point Kyojuro and Tengen were running away giggling like schoolgirls. Your boyfriend's faint smile, however, distracted you from the fact that you were basically kidnapped and taken here.
"Giyuu, are those horses?" You asked, looking at the two beautiful mares that stood before you.
"Yes, they are... I'll admit, Rengoku-san and Uzui-san did have a hand in helping me plan this. But I hope you'll enjoy everything that's in store for tonight. So come on, ride with me for a few."
On the outside, you're stunned.
But on the inside you're jumping up and down with glee, knowing that you'll be able to ride a horse for the first time in a very long time.
And it didn't take long for Giyuu to find out you're a skilled equestrian.
It made him proud though, knowing that you like doing something else other than training all the time.
"I see that someone's enjoying themselves?"
"Yes, I very much am. Thank you Giyuu, this means so much to me."
Afterwards you got off your horses and gave them back to their handler, which Giyuu thanked him immensely.
"So... what now?"
"I figured maybe we could walk along the shoreline? If that's okay with you?"
My GOD this man is flustered beyond comprehension. But through his insecure words, you knew he meant well and what he says, he means wholeheartedly.
You guys walk the shoreline until sundown, then afterwards he treats you to a nice dinner on the beach. Albeit it was small but it was still super intimate and nice.
Truly, you wouldn't rather spend your time any other way. As long as you were with Giyuu, nothing else mattered.
......
OMFG MY BACK HURTS-
Regardless though, I truly hope you all enjoyed these interesting headcanons! Feel free to leave a request!

Flowers and Fireworks
Returning to business as usual on the ranch is hardly monotonous with Abby around. New faces and old trails make for good company, even if it means getting sidetracked.
Pairing: cowpoke!abby x reader (sort of)
Content: established relationship, brief cowboy ellie, fluff, poor attempts at writing southern accents (i dont even think theyre in the south), reader isn't described, sort of a part two?, author needs a cowboy partner asap, i know less about horses than before, i don't think any warnings apply
A/N: the brainrot is brainrotting. i wanted to write cowboy ellie but then got distracted by both abby and the excitement of a motor vehicle. had a very specific song stuck in my head while writing this but now icant remember what it was (something colter wall??). anyway hopefully this is a fun read even tho its not too eventful (and also was not proofread lolz). planning to have more ellie in the next part if it ever gets written bc we're going to the CLERBBBB
WC: 1508
You haven’t met her yet, but you’ve felt the tension in the air like something’s about to snap into place.
She’s the rookie. The new kid. The hotshot from some bigger, richer ranch further west with a reputation that stirs more talk than her name—whatever it might be. She’s the racer on the back of a chestnut mare in a denim jacket with rolled-up sleeves and workboots that must’ve lost their shine long before she came here.
And she’s lunging in the ring outside the stables, faded black hat crooked, casting a stubborn shadow over the leafy tattoo wrapped around her forearm. Choppy brown hair brushes her shoulders and burns a color like coffee in the dying sunlight.
Not that you care. You’ve got places to be, and she’ll fall in with the rest of the wranglers eventually.
Gravel crunches some ways down the road behind you, but Abby doesn’t kill the ATV’s engine in time to sneak up on you completely. She comes coasting down the dusty path, toothpick hanging from the corner of her mouth as she grins sideways at you and rolls to a stop.
“You talk to ‘er yet?” she asks, and the sun flashes over the lenses of her aviators when she tilts her hat out of the way.
“Not yet. You?”
Abby shakes her head. “Heard she ain’t done too much talkin’ to anyone yet.”
“Uh-huh.” You plant your hands on your hips and nod. “What else’d you hear?”
“Well, what’d you hear?”
“I asked you first.”
She bites down on her bottom lip, jerking her head at you. “Get over here and I’ll tell you.”
“You’re an ass,” you tease, but hop up onto the quad’s grate so your back leans against hers.
“What, I get one record and you think we’re some big-timers?” Abby scoffs, nudging you with her shoulder. Her braid shifts in the humid breeze. “We got work to do.”
“Yeah, yeah,” is all you mumble as the ATV purrs back to life and jolts towards the barns in the distance. “Tell me what you heard.”
“Not much,” admits Abby. “I mean, not much you don’t already know. She’s got just about the same story as the rest of us. Some ribbons under her belt.”
Dust kicks up from the tires, funneling right past the mudflaps to gather on your jeans. “She got a name?”
“Relax. I’m gettin’ there.” Abby leans to the side to shoot you a skeptical, if halfhearted, glance. “What’re you tryin’ to get under her belt, too?”
“Abby.”
She laughs, then turns her focus back to the road. “Ellie,” she finally says. “Ellie Williams.”
“Alright.” The smell of fuel mingles with the freshness of the tallgrass scrolling by on either side, either one a welcome break from the tinge of manure drifting in from the neighboring fields.
“Just alright?”
“Well, what the hell else am I supposed to say?” you ask. “I don’t know the girl.”
“I got a good idea.” The engine cuts again. The two of you come to a stop in the shadows just outside one of the stables, before the open sliding doors that stare right out over the mountains. Abby twists to look at you head-on. “How ‘bout you just tell me when we’re good to go?”
----------
“Y’know—” Your nose crinkles as you squint against the sun, shifting in the saddle with every step the horse beneath you takes. “I thought Manny was helpin’ you with this run.”
It’s muscle memory—tacking, adjusting, swinging up into the seat. Practiced. Routine. But it never gets old. Not the cool tones of the mountains shattering the skyline on the far side of the valley, or the steady gait of the horses as they fall into step beside one another. And definitely not Abby.
“He was,” she confirms. One hand holds the reins while the other settles her sunglasses on the brim of her hat. “‘Til he got busy.”
“With?”
The corners of her eyes crinkle with a smile. “The usual.”
“Sure.” You raise a brow. “And who’s the usual this week?”
“Beats me,” says Abby with a shrug. “Long as it ain’t you, it ain’t my problem.”
“Speak for yourself. The last usual kept leavin’ him notes.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah. In the wrong fuckin’ bunk.”
Another grin creeps across her lips as she looks back. Gold falls over her freckled face, flooding the scar on her cheek with light.
“A little light readin’ never hurt nobody,” she teases.
“You think?” You tilt your head, unable to avoid the same expression writing itself into your features. “Then next time—”
She’s drawing away, picking up pace.
“Hey, now,” you call, but she doesn’t seem to hear. You nudge your horse’s side to urge them on. Still, though, Abby’s got a good lead. She passes under the low-hanging branches of the trees bordering the path, through a set of rusted iron gates.
Then, she flicks the reins and takes off.
“Abby!” you shout, and with no choice left but to do the same, chase after her.
A cloud of dust stirs up behind her, but you ride right through it, and soon, the trail falls away.
“I thought you said you got work to do!”
She laughs, easing up and straightening to drop back and match your pace when you slow. Tallgrass rises on either side of the makeshift path—trampled dirt and dust and the curled-up bodies of flowers unlucky enough to fall into the path of passing hooves.
“We do,” she says. “That don’t mean we can’t take our time.”
“It’ll be dark soon, yeah?”
“Not that much time.” Abby rolls her eyes and smiles. “We’re just takin’ the scenic route.”
“You know where we’re goin’?” you check.
“Just c’mon.” Turning back to the trail ahead, she nudges her horse to a quicker gait. The unbuttoned front of her flannel flutters around her, giving way to the thin white tank top underneath.
The ground slopes down, further into the field, as the sun fades over the jagged peaks. Through the yellowed straw and the waves of rippling green, pops of color appear where bright flowers have pushed through the soil and bloomed.
“You ever been this way before?” asks Abby.
You shake your head. “Not that I remember.”
The field is glowing, burning under dusk’s light. She’s glowing with it.
“Well, then.” She shoots you a wink. “You’re in for a treat.”
Just like that, she’s off again.
The rough path winds down the ridges in the hill, between weeping trees with lazy, swaying branches that force you to duck. Over wooden planks laid out across the marshier parts of the lower pastures and a bridge where a dried-up river leaves a gash in the ground. Back up another slope, another patchy flower field, another grove.
Until Abby stops to look back at you.
The Ranch sprawls over the acres of land before the two of you, windows lit in the bunkhouse and the barns and lanterns burning alongside the settled paths. The dark shapes of other hands wander like ants across the grass, while the mingling shadows of cattle fill the squares of plains just below.
“Wait,” Abby urges. The horses paw boredly at the dirt, but, like you, remain in place as the warm summer breeze snakes around you. “Heard about this from a friend last time I was in town.”
You shoot her a curious glance.
“Don’t look at me.” She waves you away, grinning, and points towards the horizon instead. “Over there.”
The first stars are peeking through the bluish parts of the sky, just where it meets the hills. There’s a flash. A burst of red sparks.
“Fireworks?” Even from afar, their light unfurls over your face.
“Sure are.” Abby falls silent as the bang from the explosion crashes, muted, through the valley. “They had some leftovers from the fourth.” She sighs, then asks: “Some view, ain’t it?”
Another smattering of colorful bursts erupts over the hills. Another chorus of pops thunder over the grass. The sky changes from one color to the next, smoke gathering in thin gray wisps along the skyline, before you look away.
The lights dance in the lenses of Abby’s aviators where they’re still sitting on her hat, but don’t quite reach her eyes. She hasn’t been watching the fireworks at all; she’s been looking at you instead.
“Yeah,” you murmur, leaning over to kiss her. “Some view,” you say against her lips.
“Anyway—” Clearing her throat, she straightens, then jerks her chin towards the cattle in the field below. “Race you down there.”
“Hey—”
But she’s already gone. Racing back down the hillside, still bathed in the far-off lights.
“You’re gonna owe me a drink!” she calls, though she’s already dropped out of view.
After a last glimpse at the fireworks blooming over the ranch, you pick up the reins again and turn to follow.
The flowers and the fireworks blur, blooming and bursting against the shaded countryside. Lining the hills and lighting the sky and leading you.
Leading you right back to her.

the sequel to this, have this:
your honour he's so dave malloycore. same deal as before, curator's notes below the cut! read on to see my entirely correct little opinions
Pierre, Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812
Starting off with a fucking bang and also an extremely obvious choice, but come on. Pierre is a really fascinating character in GC from a dramaturgical perspective, because while he's our viewpoint character and arguably the main protagonist of Was & Peace, his narrative arc doesn't begin until the musical itself is over. This is a song about being stuck and feeling old, and if that's not frmc-core I don't know what is (Fun Fact! In the novel, Pierre is like 23 at this point! Like calm down sir your life isn't over you're just in grad school). I'm going with the off-Broadway cast here, because I like the orchestration better, but also because my opinions on who would get Grobaned are well-known, and it's not Crozier.
2. Four Friends, Ghost Quartet
Drinking song! About whiskey! The beautifully round way the arrangement builds! Fuck yeah! Ghost Quartet is so weird and hard to explain if you haven't listened to it. If you like The Terror, you'll probably like Ghost Quartet. I love Ghost Quartet. This song is also bisexual as hell.
3. Marry Me A Little, Company
First non-Dave song. Company my beloved, and this is my favourite recording. This song closes the first act, and let me tell you, Bobby is not as ready for marriage as he claims. This is a song about not really understanding what you're asking for or what it would mean for the person you're asking.
4. Good Evening, Bonne Soiree, Onegin
Agenda? I hardly know her! This is a little Canadian show that I saw in it's, I wanna say 3rd production ever? I have mixed feelings about a lot of the music, but this is one of my favourite songs off the album. We're opening the 2nd act with this one, and it's a lovely reflective start. It does a really good job capturing the feeling of not knowing how to fix what's wrong with you. Spoilers for an 18th century narrative poem, but there's about to be some very explosive action that all parties involved will regret.
5. Franklin Shepard, Inc., Merrily We Roll Along
It took me so long to find a recording that had the right vibe for this playlist, but this is a classic breakdown song. Not to be too on the nose, but this is the Sir John Franklin song on this playlist. Friendship's something you don't really lose...
6. Tchaikovsky's Child Song, Preludes
Back to Dave once again! Preludes is about Sergei Rachmaninoff's mental breakdown. Rach has been idolizing Tchaikovsky for the entirety of the show up to this point, and here they have a chance to meet. This song for me encompasses the periods both of Crozier's worst alcoholism and recovery. The little 'hi-do's in the background? In my heart that's my sweet boy Jopson.
7. Talking Chess, Chess
Ehehehehehehehe!! Back on my bullshit! In context, this is a moment when two rivals are able to speak honestly to each other as essentially the only person the other respects. You understand me. You Get It!!!
8. Le procès : Comment faire? Les misèrables
Busting out my favourite cast recording for Les Mis and going to the French version of 'Who am I?' This song is here in conversation with 'Pierre,' because imo 'Pierre' is kinda In conversation with it. Great Comet expands on some very similar emotional notes to what Valjean goes through in the compressed space of the first act, and this song is a culmination and release of those feelings. Here it slots into the beginning of Crozier's endgame; he's passed through the gauntlet of detoxing, and he's opened himself up not just to caring, but also to experiencing sincere emotion. He's growing up.
9. I'd Rather be Sailing, A New Brain
My William Finn agenda continues. This is the first of a trio of Fitzier song choices. This one is quiet and hopeful, dreamlike even. For me, it's a fantasy, a conversation in the tent about an uncertain future. The ending hasn't changed, but I can't help it. I want them to have dreams anyway.
It's also, not gonna lie, just a good song about boats.
10. What More Can I Say?, Falsettos
Sobbing weeping on my bullshit. This is a pair with a song on the Fitzjames playlist, but I also like it for its groundedness. This one lives in the moment, even if the moment is only a prelude to the end. What's that line about the love was there?
11. Wait for Me, Hadestown
This is one of the few songs I like from Hadestown (we can talk about my beef another time). Here, it ends the Fitzjames portion of this playlist. He's gone and they're all gone and you're left behind, and no matter how much further you walk you can't catch up with them. And yet, you keep going.
It's also, not gonna lie, just a good song about walking.
12. Edges of the World, Fun Home
Raise your hand if you love despair and dying! I think Michael Ceveris would make a great Crozier in the Disney animated Terror. This to me is a song that sits in that moment just after Silna's left, before Ross shows up and Crozier makes his decision to disappear. It's spinning in confusion, it's all the choices and sacrifices that have led you here and the dreadful futility of all those decisions in the face of what really matters. The weight of your life on your shoulders.
So, you know. Good luck with that, Frank.
13. The Field, Octet
Returning to Dave again for our final note. This is the finale of Octet, which is a chamber musical about getting cancelled on the internet. I don't know how I feel about that, but this song feels resonant with the final few shots of the show to me. It's more a sonic resonance than anything else, but it feels like Crozier's decision to disappear combined with his decision to live. It feels like a promise and like memory. It feels like the camera pulling back.
