(it got longer again ... sorry ... idk how to make things short, i just need to talk, but i guess if you can read the written stuff in the pic thats the barest bare bones of what i wrote here)

i was asked what new lore story stuff i had thought about that made me sad which i mentioned a bit ago, and while that is too hard to explain given all the missing context i thought i could at least talk about lore having to do with it :D

so, (Lord) Eadrya is one of my fav OCs (big blue lad, here a rough sketch in humanoid form) they are both one of if not THE most powerful demon alive and the most battle trained;

at the mid point of the story the demon world gets invaded by the celestials (the angel inspired things i talked about in the previous lore post with Xaror) and Shargon, as the king, should be their first and only frontline, but at this point his life is only being sustained by maschinery after being mortally wounded, he cannot fight (he realizes what is going on, rips himself off the maschinery to get at least his youngest child to safety, barely managing it before dying- the guardian, the demons god, takes over his body to attempt to fight against the celestials but cant keep itself alive long enough since its host is already dead) Eadrya takes the role of the frontline fighter (despite being very full of themselves and aggressive they care about their 'job' of protecting their own, also giving them the chance to show off just how strong they are); the fight was going well for them all things considered, but when the guardian activates it drains the power of all elemental lords (which Eadrya is one of, and since they have the most strength it also takes the most from them), so much so that they lose the fight and suffer deadly wounds (the worst being a spear through the chest made of a material that grows hard, root-like formations when in contact with demonic blood like a fungus but worse, also stopping any self healing processes) after the guardian falls apart it creates a huge shockwave of energy that stuns every living thing within a certain distance and possibly more-

Eadrya (in true demon form, so like a blue whale in size at least) was likely taken through an active gateway to the human world in a large tidal wave also created by the guardians fall; they wash up in the harbor of a small secluded village, the head of which is 'lady 13'; although never having seen a demon before and everyone being afraid (largely thinking its a strange hurt animal, only she suspected otherwise), they still gather all villagers to pull out the celestial spear, which is diffcult and brutal given that its already taken root, but the village lacked both knowledge and means to help any other way- doing so damaged their heart which is how they were able to collect samples of all three demonic blood types ('normal' -red like humans-, energy -essentially purely magic- and heartblood -highly concentrated energy only found within the heart of a demon and the only one to contain genetic material) (this is the start of Eadryas character arc, having to deal with the fact that their world is likely destroyed, them failing what they didnt think they could fail, having lost a battle so badly (even if not really their fault) for the first time and not knowing if literally anyone else has survived .. also being now stuck in the human world, which they dont like)

Lady 13 (placeholder name? stands for experiment 13) is a human that was tricked by demon hunters to enroll into a series of experiments trying to create hybrids of demons and humans, which they hoped would be powerful and easily controllable tools for their endeavours, though the two are inherently not compatible, they tried grafting body parts of demons on humans to make them compatible- all experiments failed except for her, more or less, though she never got to see the hybrid she carried and was then told it had died too, they threw her out believing she wouldnt survive much longer either and all such experiments were cancelled due to the high cost of human life, research material (demons are still rare) and upkeep with no successful results Lady 13 survived though (perhaps even via the pirates picking her up?) and she ended up living in said small village far away, hiding her half demonic body, though most know there soemthing 'wrong' with her (her being this tall when it doesnt fit the rest for one), only few know the full extent; she enjoys the life she has now, perhaps on the more poor side but safer and more loved than ever before; she largely lead the efforts to try and help Eadrya when they ended up in the harbor, though there wasnt that much anyone could do it was still enough- they leave immediately after waking up, but return after really having nowhere to go and struggling to deal with everything that has happened; over time (probably years) they start to open up towards the people there (though not .. very much) enough to get rather close with Lady 13 too- she actually falls madly in love but after Eadrya (extremely aro/ace) rejects all her attempts quite clearly she respects their boundaries

However, after hearing news of potential demon sightings Eadrya decides to leave in hopes of not being the last demon left after all; Lady 13 then decides to reveal her secret to them (though hearing and seeing what lengths hunters would go to for their experiments makes them absolutely seething with rage- she insists on not being out for revenge) and asks if they would be willing to donate a small amount of heartblood; shes always wanted to be a mother but is now incompatible with humans too- through things she picked up back at the experiments facillity, hers and her doctors research she is sure that is all that is needed, she dares to ask since she does not know when, if ever, she will meet another demon, much less one she could actually trust enough for this though Eadrya hesitates (why would she want to go through the same thing again that didnt work and threatened her life, if it does work, do they want to be involved with any of this? what if hunters find out it worked after all?) but after her ensuring that they would have no part in it other than giving up a little blood and would not be considered a parent in any way, nor made responsible for anything that might happen to her, but considering it all in the end they agree to it

only for her to reveal shes had a small bottle of it already, along with multiple samples of the other types, which she collected when Eadrya was bleeding out into the harbor not knowing if they will survive, though not wanting to make use of it without their consent either way (they are actuallly rather touched by this)

alot later the main group returns here and it turns out to have worked (though she is unable to walk/bedridden for a long while bc it did alot of damage to her body, which can heal since its demons parts, but only really slowly bc she does not have a full functioning system and no demonic blood of her own -she uses the other samples for the healing process-) though its a little awkward to explain, especially considering that 13.1 took alot after Eadrya xD (their theory as to why it worked so "well" that time is that even though the sample was already taken, them giving their consent for it still made it less likely to be rejected; demons dont need partners to have offspring, and all can do it, they just have to decide to- so them agreeing to it, even though its long been outside their body, still had an effect on the blood sample)

Given how Feathertail dies in this AU, I'm guessing Sharptooth the mountain lion is either a cop or a really violent war hawk in this?

yep, i think it makes more sense if sharptooth was a war hawk which allows fetaher to more realistically be the cause his of death after the fight they have (he dies suddenly that night due to the brain injury he sustained), while other “sharptooths” are cops and such.

sasha and her kits are tiger’s affair family. she was an aspiring actress that lost her home after her elderly father passed away, his estate being ripped out of her hands and thrusting her out onto the streets with very little to her name. tiger took a liking to her - unfortunately she would find out he was married and purposefully hid away their oldest son tad from him, but still kept in contact. golden and tiger never divorced but golden did disown her husband, and tiger went back to sasha. he had fallen hard for her and weasled his way into her good graces, meeting tad and getting her pregnant two more times. tad would end up drowning during flood season.

in the meantime, tawny would end up in her father’s care (he pulled some strings. she was always a daddy’s girl and turned her against goldenflower for a few months) and she would meet her younger half siblings. she and sasha did not get along well.

tawny would stay with them even after tiger got arrested for his crimes (murder, some other things) since she already got set up to attend a university close by. sasha was relieved when tawny moved out, but didn’t know what to do with her own two children and struggled a lot being a single mother. tiger was still stringing her along and making promises he likely wouldnt be able to fulfill and she was too lonely to leave.

eventually, she found solace in leopardstar and the two became good friends. leopardstar was like an aunt to moth and hawk. sasha’s depression wpuld get worse, though, and for the sake of her children she entrusted leopardstar to be their guardian from then on. sasha would disappear for a while to find herself and get away from tiger. she’s reappeared once every few years, but after a certain point they just stopped hearing from her entirely.

moth had felt abandoned by religion and her family, resenting them for leaving her this way and having 0 control over anything in her life. pushed into it by her brother, she put all her energy towards studying medicine and becoming an army nurse. she served for a few years before resigning and studying to become an emergency surgeon instead - a familiar high stakes environment without the danger of herself being killed. she chopped her hair short in the 70s after returning from her military service.

hawk meanwhile served in the vietnam war. he had been in the military since he was in his late teens, inspired by his father and leopardstar (who was one of many rosie riveters for WW2). he would meet ashfur from thunderclan and hear about his half brother brambleclaw through him (“you remind me of someone back home” ‘really?’) and mudclaw. hawk was lucky enough to return home, keeping in touch with tiger snd bumping into bramble, who came up to visit tawny and figured he’d show his face while he was here. the two got along pretty well after the initial shock, but eventually a rift was put between them when (i have yet to decide what about) and they stop talking, much to squilf’s relief.

I was rereading chapter 8 of Paranatural, so time for some deranged theory crafting.

Fauxbia, Phantomime, and Sockpuppy are all fragments of the same spirit.

Let's start with establishing some facts.

-Davy Jones's sword/hook has the power to split things into constituent parts. By turning Riptide into a grudge, he powered her up so she'd be able to apply this power to Wights, turning them into far weaker spirits. -Spirits born from this effect have "fragments" of the Wight's original power, and look similar, as if related. We know this thanks to the Sphynx Litter, who were all born from the Great Sphynx. -Of note, the powers of the shards don't necessarely add up to the Wight's power when brought together, they merely keep the same loose theme. We know that according to Cherub, the Great Sphynx's power allowed her to command anyone and anything who could hear her words, giving unbreakable orders.

Of the two Sphynxes we've seen, Truth passively compels anyone to speak unbreakable truth, including herself, and Games/Rules makes rules into laws of reality. While similar in theme ( words turning into unbreakable laws), adding these two powers together with other similar-ish powers wouldnt exactly result into the Great Sphynx reborn anew.

Therefore, the qualifiers for "fragments of a spirit that was split" are as follows : -powers must be similar, derived from the same concept

-designs have to be similar.

Now, let's get into what made me start crafting this theory. The latest page. Where the name of Fauxbia's ability is revealed.

Uh, that seems familiar. Where have i seen this before ?

It doesn't seem like a coincidence that Phantomime and Fauxbia's powers have their names called out in universe before they activate their abilities, AND they just so happen to be similar. It doesnt seem like a coincidence that both their designs feature strings and a large number of hands. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that theyre both themed around theater and puppets.

Not to mention, "can copy abilities if feared", and "can copy abilities if trusted" are very similar in and of themselves. Up until this page, I chalked it up to this chapter being focused on mimics (Cherub, Fauxbia, Phantomime, Razor Rex), but with this idea in mind, one of Fauxbia's earlier thought makes more sense :

"Why should he fear the sundered scraps of one's abandoned aspirations ?"

In my opinion, the original spirit was trying to become one of the Great Wights, by using its power. I wouldn't be surprised if rather than a power copier, it was a power thief, being able to permanently rob a spirit of its power if it met the activation condition of its ability, whatever it was. This is pure speculation on my part, thought.

With that in mind, I went looking for other characters that might fit "copycat with a theather / puppet theme". And well,

This one is a bit more of a stretch, but come on. His design is very similar in theme to Fauxbia's, he has pink spectral energy like Phantomime, and he's called out as an "anomalous spectral lifeform" which I feel like a shard of a split spirit would count as such. The fact that both he and Phantomime shares a color also gives weight to the idea the original spirit they were born from wasnt yet a Wight, otherwise I feel like the fragments would all have different colors, like the Sphynxes.

It is also my personal belief that Mina Zarei used Sockpuppy as a sort of base for her artificial "control things" spirits, due to the Witch's thought on the split Hijack.

All seems to point in the direction of these three being related. And I think that this all comes back to

The Witch is very, very close to her endgame.

Percy: is a flip! he mostly has a caregiver lean, and he's a big brother caregiver to all the others (minus Annabeth). Percy is used to the big brotherness and easily includes it in his caregiving when caring for one of the others. He very easily keeps up with playing along with any silly bits that the kiddos come up with. he's also very strong and loves picking up and carrying the kiddos, especially to make them giggle or lay them down for a nap. when percy regresses, he's very quiet and cuddly. his age range varies, since he usually regresses involuntarily. annabeth is his main caregiver but some of the others dont mind watching over him (except coach hedge, ever since he tried to let percy play with his weapon collection, he's been barred from watching him). and if he's not cuddling with someone, then he's sleeping. you know that boy is tired! Sally has so many pictures of Percy curled up into Annabeth's side wrapped in his favorite blue blanket.

Annabeth: flip! Annabeth has a regressor lean, she's very chipper when small. She's usually in the toddler range, around 3-5. Percy is her main caregiver but just like Percy, the other cgs dont mind looking after her, although only Percy can keep up with her energy. Annabeth loves playing pretend. when Percy and Annabeth visit Sally, Paul, and Estelle, Sally sets up playdates for Estelle and Annabeth. Sally also has plenty of sleeping little Annabeth blackmail. Annabeth mainly caregives for Percy, she's started working out so she could carry a sleepy Percy around the Argo II. Percy is known for koala clinging to Annabeth.

Frank: regressor! Frank mostly regresses involuntarily as well and he regresses around 4-8. he's not very open about it but Hazel and Percy have learned to notice when he slips and are usually the two who take care of him. He's usually quiet and cries easily so he hides in his room. Hazel is his main caregiver. Frank hides them but he loves collecting plushies, and he has a collection from piper alone. Hazel and Percy often buy him some plushies after a difficult mission. Leo even made Frank a toy archery set with velcro and fabric; Frank isnt as good as archery when he's small but he still has accurate aim. although, he just prefers playing pretend with his plushies with Hazel and occasionally Percy. He's very easy to tire out and to be put to bed.

Leo: flip! he's a frequent babysitter for kiddos who's cg is busy but he's mostly a regressor. His age range is about 2-5. Piper and Jason are his caregivers. Leo is a very energetic little and it's a good thing he has two cg because otherwise, no one would be able to keep up with him. Piper and Jason have to drag Leo away from his tool belt. although he does spend time with Festus in the engine room. Piper and Jason just gang out since they cant understand Festus. But with how Leo talks when he's regressed, they dont know if Festus can understand him either. Leo mainly wants to drag his cg's around and play pretend with. Jason had to figure out how to make wooden weapons so Leo wouldnt hurt himself or someone else. They unfortunately learned that real weapons and little!Leo do /not/ mix well. ...thanks again Coach Hedge! Also, since Leo was gifted with the power of fire, he likes to be completely bundled in blanket when he's put down for a nap, though he doesnt go down without a fight. It usually takes Jason promising a few too many piggyback rides before Leo will let either of his cgs put him to bed. Piper knits blankets upon blanket for Leo to curl up with. And that boy always has dirty laundry. even when he's not working around the ship, even when he's in his play clothes, he still manages to get really dirty.

Hazel: is a caregiver! She mostly cares for Frank but she watches Percy and Annabeth if they need it

Piper and Jason: are caregivers! They both are Leo's main caregivers. Piper organizes days where the littles can do arts and crafts and Jason helps out where the kids need it.

General: Annabeth, Leo, and Piper have helped all the regressors decorate a space for themselves to freely regress in, as well as make and design toys. Piper and Jason work with Leo to make fake/wooden weapons for any of the kids. Piper also knits blankets, sweaters, and plushies for all the kiddos

Lost Son of Mystra Au

What if, in order to prevent Karsus's folly from happening again, Mystra created a failsafe?

What if that failsafe was to craft a daughter, built from her essence, that acted as a weave energy generator so that magic will never be lost again?

But, what if, in a similar manner to what Gale did, she asked for a way to prove she wasnt just some battery but could be useful in other ways on the material plane?

What if, unlike with Gale, she relented and used a piece of the karnite weave to make a regulator so her magic wouldnt go out of control with no way to purge the acess magic she would generate on the material plane?

What if that regulator, was the orb?

And What if, her task was to bring her young talented wizards to make her chosen?

What if during this task she foudn that there were many areas that didn't take a woman seriously or were downright dangerous for a woman alone and so she used her magic to disguise herself as a man?

What if, after she began traveling as a man, she found she never wanted to go back?And in his first act of rebellion, he made it so he would never have to again?

What if this was what began the rift between mother and child that would grow wider and wider as he see's what she does to the boys he brings to her?

What if, the last boy he brings her is Elminster, whom he trains to be able to resist her influence so he can keep from getting used up and destroyed like the others before him?

Of course, when she finds out, she gets angry and demands that her daughter to do as she is told.

And He tells her to go fuck herself.

So, she violently removes the orb form his body and casts him away as punishment, effectivly making him for all intents and purposes a energy generator with nowhere for the energy to go until it bursts out of him. In sometimes brutal and devastating ways. (Wild Magic Sorceror on steroids)

So, in retaliation and guilt, he conspires and to some extent suceeds in warning others about what happens to the young wizards his mother casts her eyes on. (Think mincs story from his homeland.)

And then, one day, while working in Waterdeep as a traveling enchanter, he meets a young boy who talks his ear off about magic and all the spells he has been able to cast and comauns that his parents wouldnt let him have a kitten as a familiar.

So, feeling the strong connectuon the kid has with the weave already, he teached him how to summon one, culminating in him meeting his new tressym the very next day.

Then, as he is talking to him and his new friend, he feels his mothers eyes fall on the boy and not a few days later see's Elminster arrive in the city and leave with the boy.

So, he follows them, in an attempt to keep the boy from his mother and gets into a heated fight with Elminster while they belive the boy is asleep in his tent.

However part way through the fight, he is forced to flee because he could feel the magic burst coming, having to get as far away as possible to keep from hurting them.

He ends up having a burst so bad it renders him unconcious in the Astral for several years.

But, what if, unbenownst to the two men, the boy hadn't been asleep at all and saw the whole thing, always wondering why the kind street enchanter that always listned to his stories was trying to keep him from what everyone seemed so happy about?

What if, even after the boy eventually became Gale the Wizard of Waterdeep, that that night still popped into his mind on occasion and made him wonder...whatever happened to that man and why was he so adamant about him not serving Mystra?

Then, what if, in a similar way to Mystra's lost son, Gale wanted to prove himself worthy of being her equal and learned of a piece of the weave sealed away?

And what if, only too late, he now understood why that man was trying had tried to keep him away from her?

After he is cast out however, Elminster, against Mystra's orders, told her son about what happened to the orb, causing him to seek out the human man who was now cursed with it.

Only, just before they would have met, the illithid ship shows up and they both get taken.

When they join together, only he recognizes the boy, now a very attractive man named Gale of Waterdeep, as the one he tried to save and knows exactly what his mother did to him. So to make up for it he does everyhting he can to help him with the orb now bound in his chest.

Luckily, despite the often deep seated rivalry that happens between wizards and sorcerors, the two get along very well making it all the easier to help him and for both men to start to fall for each other.

But, after the orb starts to show signs of the magic items no longer working, Mystra's son finds he isn't able to discharge the extra magic in his system like usual and finds himself on the verge of a very bad burst that wraps him in a violent shield of volitile magic that is about to explode.

As this happens the orb responds tapping into Gale on an instinctual level traching him exactly what he needs to do.

With knowledge in hand he charges forward, through the field, dropping to his knees in front of him, grabs his hand a presses it against the orb in his chest, then pulls him inti a tight embrace.

Immedietly the magic begins to be sucked in causing both men to cling to eachother for dear life.

Unfortunately though, the tadpole takes the oppurtunity to snitch on him and reveals who he is to Gale, much to his frustration.

The orb's hunger rapidly dissipates and for the first time in a long while, it feels completly sated. Where the pressure that seems to always be under Mystra's son's skin recedes completly, causing him to weep for several minutes.

Afterward They have a long talk and arrange a system to keep both of them stable.

But due to the often close quarters nature of it, there feelings for eachother only grow stronger and harder to ignore. Culmminating in a very spicy makeout session at the celebration party that gets interuppted by a pair of drunken tieflings.

However, later on when Elminster appears to tell Gale what Mystra wants from him, he also tells Mystra's son, in cryptic language and facial expressions, the reason she is taking drastic measures.

He also brings with him an amulet that will channel the extra weave energy back into the weavw itself so he doesnt ha e to worrt about having another bad burst again.

Now stable, both men take advantage of what time they have left, but come morning post nut clarity kicks in and he wakes up the entire camp shouting: "It's the fucking Crown!"

Now knowing what his mother is up to he spends the rest of the game loving the shit out of his wizard and planning to use the crown as leverage to free both of them from thier conditions.

A deal that culminates in him giving the crown back to his mother in exchange for the orb to be removed from Gale and placed back in him, but at the cost of him becoming completly mortal.

And so, the two men live out the rest of thier lives together, perishing side by side as the orb destructs far away from.any known civilization.

Being the scared and timid kid you were, you kinda just.. followed him around.

You'd follow him EVERYWHERE except missions. he had someone babysit you when he had to leave. (Anyone except the junkers. good on him)

Whenever someone turned a corner and spotted him, they always looked down and saw you, some fragile little boy, clinging to his leg.

Everyone thought it was hilarious and bugged him about it.

You'd literally just look up at them while they bent down to your level to talk to you.

EVERYONE noticed how much less he swore after he started having to take care of you.

i (shamefully) am not an amanda-guy and dont have pretty much any headcanons about her overall so sorry about that but ill do some bullet points for the apprentices bc ive thought TOO MUCH abt this

1. the most obvious PDA manifestation, though i think its strong in mark and lawrence for sure, adam just doesnt mask his. he pretty much built his life around maximizing free will and full control over his schedule

2. constantly reducing sensory input with music and being baked. his apartment is dead silent and dark 24/7 tho

3. honestly i think adam has shocking high levels of empathy. most people in his life wouldnt peg him as someone who would struggle with that but i think its what sets him apart from nearly every saw character. hes so isolated but desperate to understand and connect with other people, even if hes in the shadows

4. studies high class targets and their mannerisms. it helped him function during a few job interviews

5. hates eating, hates effort so pretty much eats like shit. very few specific, cheap, prepackaged meals that he can handle. anything that isnt a time commitment to prepare and eat

6. talks too much to overcompensate (not sure if people are able to understand what hes getting at and ends up rambling)

lawrence

1. i hc him as a narc as well which (as you can imagine) combined with PDA makes instruction/criticism/responsibility stressful so hes constantly overloaded

2. same as above, combined with asd i think its the biggest reason he has that canonical low empathy (similar to mark)

3. can only eat incredibly plain and simple foods. rice, bread, vegetables without butters/oils etc. very picky

4. very little auditory sensory issues after so many years in a hospital and needs noise in order to function (including sleep)

5. started wearing pajamas under his suits after a few years in residency because hes already tired 24/7, the terrible fabric on top of that just makes him insane

6. struggled through med school because lectures are hard to interpret and hes more of a visual learner

tbh on the whole 2024 has mostly sucked dogshit. i started the year off threatened with homelessness again by my "partner"; a non-internet friend of multiple years ghosted me after using me to regulate all her emotions and trying to take up all my time for months; an ex assaulted me in a hotel room i was paying out the ass for, blamed me for it, then harassed me for weeks until i finally got them blocked on everything and changed all my socials. the last time things were this bad i was dissociating and losing minutes or even hours, and struggling deeply with self-harm as a way to keep grounded. real fuckin pisstake of a year in a lot of ways. some of these things were my fault. i didn't have nearly the fortitude for my boundaries or respect for myself and my time i thot i did, and i ate shit hard emotionally because of it. i lost relationships because i let my time and energy be monopolized and controlled by ppl using me until i just existed in a state of unending passive dread, and some of those relationships will probably never be recovered. but i also made some really good new friends. i had my first pride outing at a gay bar (and had a drunk threesome after) and felt normal in a room for once. im starting a new job with the new year making more money than i ever thot i would (which still isnt a ton but it's livable). i got my own car for the first time in over a half decade, and it's nicer than i ever thot id own. when i was staring down homelessness my friends responded and helped me retain security in a show of love and care i never thot so many ppl would feel for me. my mom started only using my chosen name. and above everything else, i think, as bad as shit has been i was able to keep it together with the love and support of so many ppl. i didnt crumble this time, didnt lose everything and flame out in a cataclysmic mental health spiral. i had ppl with me, ppl in my corner, and ive never had that before, not like i do now. ive been homeless, been in a mental spiral that blacked out years of my life, been stranded on another continent, been treated like shit by so many ppl. ive lived within twenty miles of someone that actively wanted me dead, and had the means and willingness to do so if he so chose. in spite of all of that and all the fuckups and so much more im still here, still a problematic faggot, and it's because of everyone who's taken me by the shoulder and carried me thru nigh-unrelenting decades of horror and the recovery from all the years of abuse. i wouldnt be here without the help of other ppl, none of us would be, so i just hope that whatever stupid horseshit is abt to be stepped in down the road i at least give back what's been given to me, even if things go to shit again. thank you everyone

why did you pick up writing? i literally do not remember . i think it was because i was in a chatroom and saw others rping and was brought into the community and i just really liked it? i think it became an outlet for me at some point and now i just, here i am .

do you have any writing routines? rambling for a few hours helps , uh listening to music , specifically playlists for whatever muse i'm writing for that day . if a muse is highkey enough i'll typically have a playlist created for them because it helps get into their mindset .

what's your favorite part about writing? character development , being able to discuss little things i see within the character and develop them more outside of their canon worlds. i like being able to analyze them and pinpoint little things i see about them . however making friends because of writing is a close second

three things you like about your writing. erm. don't ask me to think of good things about writing. i don't really know? i guess, how i can pull out the characters voices sometimes. not all the time but with very specific characters i know for a fact i have their voice down and im proud of that. i like, when i write a character who i can kind of grab from canon and make them into something more. there are some muses ive written where canon doesnt treat them right and i love how im able to make a new world for them but keep the keyparts of what makes them them? as for a third im not really sure

have you ever given up on writing? i wouldnt say i gave up on writing as more so i stopped writing on tumblr. i would still write on discord but for about two years i dropped rping on tumblr completely just because i had no energy for it && at the time tumblr had become pretty toxic .

idk why he says nothings wrong when i ask him, when clearly something is wrong. ik how he is & when somethings up but he still denied it. i understand if he doesnt wanna get into it rn or he just wants to let it go but like in this case, i pretty much know exactly what its about that could be bothering him & the only way to put him at ease is to talk about it….again! this one specific thing triggered his mood last night & i didnt even think it would. i noticed a red scratch mark on my chest and sent him a pic saying how i think his cat made the scratch. his reply was soo serious, like i could actually feel him doubting me thru the phone. i knew he was questioning if it was really the cat bc he said how he was close to my chest the other day and didnt see anything so that is odd that theres a scratch. !! i immediately knew where his mind went & that thought didnt even occur to me when i sent that pic..like if i knew that would cause him to think of this crazy scenario then i wouldnt have sent that snap in the first place tbh bc right after that, his tone & the way he texted just shifted. hes not the best at masking his feelings like me so i can tell when the energy feels different. i also posted some pics from the hangout on my ig story & he saw it later that night. i have a feeling that added to his misery and all of today it was so prevalent, even if he denies it. idc if he says nothings wrong bc its not convincing and its not just in my head. he went from msging me all cutesy & happy to immediately being more neutral & uninterested. we always send a snap to say good morning (unless we get busy but we still send a snap with whatever we’re doing). he didnt open the app, as well as reply to my snap, until 7:15pm.. around 4 was when i asked him whats wrong (bc i already knew he was ignoring me). his response was that nothing really is wrong and how he went straight to work and his boss switched his assignment. usually id let that go but not when its already past 7 and hes firsttt opening snapchat to answer me ? and i see that hes been on instagram. also.. hes always talking to me when hes either at work already, still at home, or driving to work. the only time he goes mia like that is when something is definitely upsetting him. also!.. when that happens, he will text me after a couple hrs to let me know how hes feeling & why he was silent. he didnt always do that but i told him to bc its not fair to me by feeling like ive done something or just the feeling of purposely being ignored by my own boyfriend. but yeah.. he didnt do any of that this time BC its this whole situation again. i really dont know what more i could do to reassure him about it. i feel like ive done and am doing all that i can rn. its mostly up to him now to let himself figure it out and honestly, just trust me. like just saying.. im not gonna be making that mistake that you (both) did and be stupid with it.. and neither will snow. theyre not a “friend” its actually becoming really genuine and sweet and i wont let it get ruined bc of him doubting me. i also wont let the friendship ruin me and him. i really cant help but compare it to what he did with his friend, especially since i just found out like a month ago. i also have this suspicion that it happened earlier that yr (when we were still together) than what he told me, but i dont even wanna think about that for any longer. i was told by her Husband! that it happened when they were still in school together. that means a year before. idk if i believe that. she mightve lied, but my suspicion’s still there. like i asked him if he remembered what month and he couldnt. all he knew was that it was during our break..-.- the what.…like 1 1/2 month long break. you dont remember which month..? i sound so salty rn omg i dont mean to. im just trying to understand. ill see how he is with me tm bc we barely talked today. kind of glad i worked most of the day so i was able to keep busy and not hyper focus on him ignoring me.

relationship pda ramble thing

im coming up on the five month anniversary of dating my partner (not to mention the couple months we knew each other before dating), and im getting all excited about them possibly hopefully being able to visit this summer after they finish up with finals, and as im thinking about this im also realizing that i have so much more trust in them than ive had in anyone else. for about half our relationship, they havent been able to talk often because theyve been putting a lot of energy into studying. at first this made me anxious, but over time ive seen them repeatedly come check in with me when they can. especially when i think back to their behavior before they got caught up in studying for finals, the way they were able to show their trustworthiness esp compared to past partners, the affection theyve shown me, the fact that our life/relationship goals line up so well, and the fact that they keep messaging me when theyre able... theres a part of me that gets anxious and paranoid, but that part of me keeps shrinking.

the more i think about these things, the more i realize that im worrying less and less about the possibility of him being dishonest. which - its not that i have reason to think hes untrustworthy, i just have mega bpd. but things make sense in my brain for once. hes told me before that he struggles with school environments, so of course he needs to spend months focusing on studying. hes proud of the career hes pursuing, so of course hes going to work hard for it. he was the one to bring up the idea of me being a house spouse instead of working, so now that he knows i agree with that plan, i wonder if - and even kind of hope - pursuing that future together is part of his motivation.

plus, as far as ive gotten to know her, shes a very confident person who doesnt seem to keep people around out of pity. once, she made a joke about breaking up and i thought for a second she was serious, and she told me she loves me too much to break up with me, and that if she were to break things off it would be over a call. so, it makes more sense that she really is just busy rather than ignoring me, especially when like i said she does still reach out when she can and she wouldnt need to do that if she was trying to ghost me or something.

this is all just word soup. i have a lot of thoughts right now and not much brainpower to articulate them cleanly. mostly, im just excited that i have such a sense of security in this relationship, because i really do want to believe this will be a lifelong partnership and i dont have any real reason to suspect it wont be, as long as we both keep putting in the work. every time my girlfriend apologizes for being away so much, i want to just gently grab it by the shoulders and tell it how much i really truly adore its work ethic and that im willing to wait as long as it takes if it means we can someday reach the life weve talked about wanting to build together.

sometimes i think about the dream i had a while back, being escorted by angels to a beautiful towering library, and how thats sort of incorporated itself into my religious views even if im not sure what it all means. and the fact that once, during a call, she told me that even though she doesnt believe in any particular religion, her ideal afterlife would be a library full of truth. i think, if anything, its all at least a sign that this is whats right for us both right now. she doesnt know about that dream i had. its all coincidence. but it seems too coincidental to not mean anything. maybe we just have similar ideals. maybe its a sign that were meant to be together, at least for the time being. i dont know for sure. but everything feels right. and im so happy that i can look back on the way past partners have treated me, and i can look at the way my current partner treats me, and i can see such a difference in that treatment, and i can feel so much more secure than i have in the past. it makes me grateful in a way for the suffering ive experienced. if nothing else, it serves to make the difference in treatment obvious. im just glad about all of this, grateful to feel secure finally.

wait i wanna explain all the seat numbers because me n my partner made this together and we had So many ideas during. like. a Lot

ignacio is easy to sit with at first but it is Tense. he doesnt tell you to move out of the way when he needs to get up to use the restroom so god forbid you have a tray down lest he just knocks everything on your lap. roy bugs him a bit with his incessant talking so he leans over doing that whisper yelling thing going "if you dont shut your mouth right now i Will shoot you. im not fucking around. i have a gun." and roy almost pesters him again until he sees a bump in his pocket and decides to shut up for the rest of the trip. ignacios already picky with the treatment he gets on the plane but everyone just assumes flights make him cranky. about two hours later though when everyones getting their food ignacios order is wrong, so naturally he crawls over your lap to make a scene in front of god and everyone about how inconsiderate and rude the flight attendants are and pulls out his gun. ignacio has to be strapped to a safety seat for the rest of the flight.

ross is chill and easy to sit with. the two guys in the back, not so much, neither are the guys in the front. roy keeps trying to annoy susie. hes bored, hes tired, he doesnt know how long the trip will take, he wants to know what shes listening to, etc. after like an hour and a threat from an old man does she finally decide to give him a part of her earbud. they listen to dark edgy vocaloid music on her ipod for the rest of the trip and roy wont admit that he likes it. susies in her own little world imagining her ocs in animated music videos to the songs shes listening to. jaune and radford in the front? god awful and annoying. just the worst. they have energy for days and they Can and Will talk for 8 hours straight. ignacio got up at one point to yell at them about it. like "you know the whole plane can hear you right? THE WHOLE DAMN PLANE?" and skiddad, whos Piloting The Plane, pulls out the radio to go "yep i heard the whole thing +:)" so jaune and rad decide to shut up out of fear... but they only last five minutes. jaunes always reaching behind her to ask if ross needs anything, and checks on the other kids and lila every so often. its only when the plane lands do jaune and rad finally ask for each others names.

patty is actually chill. if youre able to ignore the yappers behind you, you wont die around her. she does smell funny and watches weird opera movies on her screen, but at least shes not radford who decided to pull out his massive computer to watch the most shocking, fear inducing, gorey horror film on the planet. good luck trying to talk to patty though shes really got nothing to say.

lila is fast asleep for the whole 8 hour trip. she was awake for the first 30 minutes giving skid and pump some food and candy and setting up a cartoon for them to watch before putting on the noise canceling headphones + neck pillow and conking the fuck OUT. skid and pump are Naturally little hooligans, theyre rummaging through lilas purse trying to find more candy (that woman has a Lot in her purse. its like its bigger on the inside) and they accidentally get their wrappers everywhere. pump is reaching over to the seat in front of him to get it and it interrupts dexter n gregors little argument for a second before pump goes back to his seat. he then runs over to susie to give her some candy, and of Course he prepared for roy to ask as well so he got him some too before blowing a raspberry at him and walking away. at some point skiddad walks over to wrap lila in a blanket. bundling her like a spiders prey in its web... and pump keeps trying to get skid to turn around going "isnt that your dad??? skid turn around isnt that your dad. SKID. THATS YOUR DAD. SKID HES THE PILOT" and skids like "nahh my dad wouldnt wear the pilot hat, he always said hats mess up his hair" and this keeps going until skiddad leaves and skid only then turns around and goes See.

dexter and gregor are having the worst argument of their life, and its not Yelling (at first), but its really easy to eavesdrop on their bickering. dexter cannot stop going "i bet you like my mom. everyones waiting for you to admit it." every five minutes, and gregor has to keep putting down the bible hes reading (for fun) going "Listen. we just see each other every sunday and thats it. theres nothing more to it" and theres probably more to it but he is a Righteous Priest and hes literally in the clouds right now like. what if god hears. so dexters just really pissy the whole flight until he gets distracted by the chips given to him by the flight attendant. good luck being between all this. gregor and dexter also Constantly yell at skid and pump for being rowdy and loud. the whole plane is yelling at them, ESPECIALLY roy and ignacio. lila sleeps through all of it.

kevin is in his own personal hell right now. hes scooted all the way to the window trying desperately to avoid frank and it is Not Working. frank is too big. he laughs too loud, hes always moving in his seat and bumping into everyone elses, he eats like a pig, and when kevin Finally thinks he gets a break once franks tired, he finds out frank snores so loud it shakes the plane. kevin cant even leave hes literally trapped. if you wanna sit near kevin, you gotta get past the giant immovable object first. frank isnt the chattiest though so youll have some peace.

roberts stupid ass brother accidentally got him a seat away from his friends, and even though radford got them all wifi to text each other, rob still has to put up with Child Murderer Bob right next to him who keeps trying to ask Questions that robert keeps trying to Ignore and its not Working. at some point robert tried sneaking over to where ross is until skiddad showed up out of nowhere to go "nonono, you cant do that +:)" the plane started tilting a bit cause skiddad forgot he was piloting it so he had to speed up the process by picking rob up by the back of his shirt and placing him back to the proper seat. youre his only hope. please entertain him. at some point, robert asks streber to let him sit at the front with him, so strebers trying to ask the uncle if its fine if rob sits with them. the uncle isnt responding. streber just turns back and is like "uh sorry thats all i can do. haha" which is probably for the best.

this is the worst seat at first and its Not because of the uncle, but because streber is such a godawful annoying little shit. if you sit next to him, you Need to be prepared to put up with him rambling incessantly for hours on end about his inventions and books he read and friends and accomplishments and his entire life story. he doesnt listen when you tell him to stop Multiple Times, because everytime he tries to be quiet its like theres an itch inside him begging him to just keep telling you Everything. you cant ask the uncle for help if you tried, hed just chuckle and keep watching his telenovelas. even if he did tell streb to stop, it wouldnt work for long. but there is One thing that stops him, and that is the hungry motherfucker right behind him. bob just drools on him at first which definitely snaps him out of it. so its like... ok he'll be less distracting. he'll just doodle on his napkins. Now hes just hearing bob breathing heavily. so hes up going "i gotta take a whiz" and he hears footsteps behind him AND ITS BOB. hes not walking. streb turns back around after walking a bit more and bobs still standing there, but just a Little bit closer this time. and this keeps going till theyre up to the door, strebers like "ehm. can i help you." bob just says he needs to use the bathroom next and doesnt wanna wait for someone else to take it first. bob basically shuts streber up for the rest of the trip, and hes way too fixated on him to prey on you. the other guy? busy watching tv. congratulations! you now have the best seat on the flight.

Rick- hes the flight attendant. just before this he worked as a security guard in the airport and was fired for letting ignacio bring a gun on the plane because he didnt care. he was then hired as a flight attendant twelve minutes later.

Skiddad- hes the only pilot and only god knows why hes doing this or where hes taking everyone.

Evermore + Garcia + John + Jack- theyre on a private jet, evermore and garcia are lounging it up while john and jack are trying to ignore captain and shotgun man bothering them and keeping them from working. this was deliberate on evermores part.

dont i have a few things to say

#1 i texted him bc i did actually have something to say that related to him, and it was nice to hear from him but also idk its hard and then i posted something mildly messed up on my insta and he didnt like it even though i let people opt in to hearing the joke. whatever. and then i apologized and he left me on read which usually i wouldnt give a fuck but the urge to say why do u hate me, do u hate me now was so strong that i did it and unsent it. i dont know how to be normal about him and i wish i could. i think no matter what i really want him to come back to me. and if im being totally honest it seems like he doesnt have anyone to talk to. because that boy can talk, msotly about books but like he can talk. i need to get over him and i have no idea how. someone please lobotomize me so i forget about him and who he is and how much he means to me and how much he hurt me.

#2 My mother. its so hard to talk about her with people because no matter how much i explain just every piece of her and who she is and our relationship and why it has gotten so hard recently, it wont make any sense unless u know her. nobody knows the real her. and i love her so much but her behavior is completely unacceptable and its so hard to even talk to her when every conversation we have just ends in tears. i cant do it. and all she wants is me to live with her and i just dont know if i can do it. and its taking up so much mental energy that i block her out and then when i block her out it gets worse. so i just have to deal with it. i think we should honestly go to family therapy. she keeps telling me that we are the reason she came back, we are the only reason for her living, that we are eerything to her. But a year ago, we werent enough. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS OVER BEING A MOTHER AND WANTED TO FIGURE OUT WHO SHE WAS. which like fair enough i support her in that endeavor. but what the fuck. like u cant just switch up like that and make it our fucking fault and our fucking problem that you are so mentally ill becuase you cant see your kids.

#3 i am so desperate for love and i feel like right now i am not doing a single thing right with myself or my life or i just always say the wrong things. and choose the wrong people. but mayhbe im the one thats wrong. its so hard having this many thoughts and not being able to do anything useful with them. i really get people who start podcasts now. like yeah let me just talk in a mic for an hour and make money off of it.
