Like I know Barty is crazy, but SO IS REGULUS ANSNEJND.

Jegulus being a toxic past relationship makes sense (don’t gun me down) because James is just too warm and vanilla for Regulus, I can see him like unknowing guilt tripping Regulus to be someone else (someone James views as nicer and better) while dating him.

AND THEN BARTY CAN COME IN AND BE LIKE ‘THATS FUCKED BE YOUR CRAZY SELF’

And they kiss and live happily ever after the end
