Actor Au part 1

another song fic idea, this time to “striptease” by carwash. jinx and lux are college students who are home for the summer. they meet in a local gas station in their small town and immediately hit it off. maybe jinx spots the cute blonde trying to figure out what drink to buy and gives her two cents. one thing leads to another and lux drags them into the single stall bathroom to make out.

“do you remember when we kissed in the bathroom?

damn, that was just two hours ago”

they get chased out while laughing by the gas station clerk, and in that moment, jinx knows she’s screwed. blondie’s gonna take over her life.

“i really like the way your hair blows looking back at me

this feels like some bullshit teenage summer dream”

somehow, after a few hours of hanging out (and kissing. lots of kissing), they decide to go on a road trip with no destination in mind. so they hop in jinx’s rust bucket and just drive. lux blasts her music, which is some pop garbage that jinx usually hates, but the sight of lux happily singing/screaming along makes it bearable.

“the stereo’s slapping me across the face

we’re running low on gas but we don’t have a place to go”

they end up driving to a beach a few hours away and watch the sunset together snuggled up with the blanket jinx keeps in her trunk. jinx also gives lux her hoodie because she’s chivalrous like that. thankfully for the two lovebirds, it’s the beginning of summer, so they still have a few months to get to know each other before lux has to fly across the country to go back to her university. jinx’s school is nearby since she wanted to stay close to her older sister who works in town.

(but of course jinx and lux will do long distance and live happily ever after)

bonus: jinx goes to the university of piltover because she got a scholarship for mechanical engineering. lux is a polsci major at a super prestigious university in demacia (like ivy league). they’re both 19/20 yro, probably entering their 3rd year.
