Just home from the grocery store. About to spend some time with Ken before he goes to work tonight and get some rest. This evening, I'll be foodpreppin' and getting some work done. Here's this week's menu (it's all about the greens): - Collard, Turnip, and Mustard greens sautéed with onion and garlic - Cabbage Twice; Baby Bok Choy and cabbage, sautéed with onion and garlic - Fresh Pepper Salad; red, yellow, and orange bell pepper with...guess...LOL I'll add just a teaspoon of Bragg's Garlic Sesame dressing. - Garam Masala Meatballs made with natural beef and turkey. I got the gig! I was mad nervous (singing to small groups make me nervous), but it was so nice to know that I was in a safe place of peace and that I didn't have to rely on my own strength.
