Vault Tec Legacy Challenge
Little things going on around the Vault!
Ben: You could've taken him dude. He doesn't event lift.
Jameson: Shut up Ben, I'm trying to work out.
Ellis: When out of an orange-colored sky. Flash, Bam, Alakazam. I got a look at you..... *humming tune*
Clem: I found this Sugar Bombs in our room in the air vent. Can we eat it?
Saylor: Uhhh, let me check the expiration date.
Clem: What's an expiration date?
Saylor: When it goes bad and we can't eat it. Yeah, we can't eat this. It expired in 2070. It's 2084 Clem.
Mabel: You will be a great doctor and you are capable of all things.
Alexia: I gotta finish this report about Cornelius. And then I have to make a checklist of things the new Dwellers need. And then be on the lookout for new Dwellers. Check if our water reserves are good. Oh that reminds me, I need to check the power generator, check for repairs. And then I need to.......
Kenzie: Do you really have to take up the whole pool? Just move over and then I can get in.
Val: No, I was here first.
Kenzie: Are you always like this?
Val: I was the first baby born in the Vault, I can do what I want.
Kenzie: Aren't you grounded?
Val: Haha no.....
Kenzie: If you don't scoot over and let me in, I'm going to tell your mom.
Owyn: And then there was a bunch of yelling. I've never heard someone scream like that before.
Ophelia coos.
Owyn: Exactly, and then Jameson was carrying Mabel and there was SO much blood. It was soooooo cool. I've never seen anything like that before.
Branson: I'm just gonna go ahead and change my grade from C to A. Surely Big Blue won't notice.

âunreliable narratorsâ is not code for âarbitrarily cherry-pick what you believe to be true from the text based on vibes and what you want to happen, and ignore any textual evidence that contradicts your theory-fanfic on the grounds that narrators are unreliableâ it means you have to be skeptical and think critically about what every character says. only by evaluating the text in a holistic manner is it possible to determine the narrative truth.
you cannot just say âwell this character is just lying/wrong, because unreliable narratorsâ â you need to actually interrogate the context. are there discrepancies between what this character said and what has been said by other characters? what about things weâve been shown, not recounted to us through the lens of a characterâs dialogue? does this character have a motivation to lie? are there relevant facts of which this character is not aware that might change their view? is the character stating a conclusion based on logical reasoning from the information they have or are they speaking from emotion? does the character have any biases that might inform their interpretation of what they know or see?

Help! Iâve fallen for a rarepair from a show that ended 6 years 1 month and 7 days ago!
And by rarepair I mean there is one singular fic about them where theyâre not a side ship or in a collection of smut drabbles
#donât worry Graham and Jefferson I saw the way you never interacted but were in such similar situations caused by the same woman#all it would have taken was for Graham to get some kind of hint that Jefferson knew and he could have gone to him :.(#gotten the help he needed from someone who actually knew what was going on#JEFFERSON WOULD HAVE FIGURED OUT THE VAULT#HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PUT GRAHAMS HEART BACK#THE COMFORT THEY WOULD GET FROM EACH OTHER#Jefferson having someone who remembers ;~;#Graham having someone who knows heâs not crazy#who could protect him from Regina ;~;#Graham could live with him in his mansion in the woods#with his wolf brother right there#and letâs be real Graham would not have been okay after getting his heart back#like he was literally emotionally numb and being abused for thirty years#everything that happened to him and what he was forced to do would have hit him like a truck the minute it was back in his chest#probably would have had a panic attack immediately#probably the only way he would feel safe is as far from Regina he could get (Jeffersonâs mansion in the middle of the woods)#in a locked room âand with his wolf brother right there#I just think they could be a really soft friends to lovers okay#ouat#jefferson ouat#graham humbert#huntsman ouat#once upon a time#also Iâm not Regina bashing down here I just wish Grahams abuse and trauma was treated better#like thereâs no way in hell he would ever forgive her or feel safe around her#heâd probably want her dead#another thing he and Jefferson have in common#but I can imagine him never acting on it and just completely removing himself from the show and living a safe and comfortable cottage-core#life with Jefferson and Grace#and his wolf brother

watching space station videos for fic research and this astronaut is explaining how they sleep and that they dont really lie down because it always feels like shes still standing up anyway. she says "i dont have any sensation in my head that tells me im upside down so it doesnt matter"
i think thats what time sense is like. this thing in your brain that makes you able to orient yourself like in relation to, like, gravity? humans float in time like astronauts float in the space station. theyve got nothing in their brain telling them whats up and down.
and i dont know physics but like gravity distorts time along with space right? thats what they told me in world enough and time right? magic space hole, dont call the lift, cybermen problem
anyway i think thats what it's like. just like feeling gravitys effects on time? and then when it disappears or gets broken, which i hc happens with the master a bit after the timelords take away the drums and then relatively soon after that they regenerate very close to a black hole TWICE. TWICE AT ONCE. i think those things together mustve really fucked with their time sense i dont think the master can orient themself very well anymore, cant tell whats up and down anymore, just always floating
#theyre showing oUT THE WINDOW TO EARTH NOW AND SEEING THE VOID OF SPACE AROUND THE EARTH IS FREAKING ME OUT HOLY SHIT#THERES NOTHING THERE#ITS JUST NIGHT#anyway i think about the masters time sense a lot#bc i think when they HAVE it. like all their life. it's already fucked#i think the drums fuck it up#or like thats a manifestation of its fucked upness#anyway i wrote that whole vault fic abt it so you know but like#i think when they have their time sense it's sort of like. a stripped screw?#or like. something that doesnt stop when it should#im trying to think how you could say that with the gravity analogy but im not sure#but i think when they have it it's like that. like kinda in overdrive? and then when they loseit#or most of it. it must be such an adjustment#like first time is so insistent and relentless and constant that it Hurts and then all of a sudden it's so hard to feel#you feel like youre floating all the time#first youre dizzy one way for all of your life and then youre finally used to it and they take it away so now youre dizzy ANOTHER way#the master on earth in their first years after regenerating not only manually transing their gender but also#trying to adjust to this new disability#and then finding hte doctor and not only are they now sudddenly this super special person in your eyes#but also they seem to be doing FINE#you got fucked up like three times over in your attempt to be friends with them and they just MOVED ON

Thinking of Ravengard Ward AU where things proceed to the point of the events of the game with several results:
Levi, convinced by Gortash fighting off Bhaal is only possible with the Crown of Karsus and growing desperate with every day (as Bhaal pushes to control him with growing force), ventures into Mephistar to steal it from Mephistopheles.
While he is gone Ravengard goes to Elturel and, as Elturel falls to Avernus, descends there too. Duke's second son Wyll, an aspiring ranger, ventures into Hells alongside with counselor Florrick in a quest to find Ulder Ravengard. Levi returns from Mephistar to find all of his family gone. He wants to rush after them to Avernus, but Bhaal's hold on him is getting worse with everyday, and he's running out of time. He hopes his brother and Florrick know what they're doing.
With Ravengard missing and Florrick out of the city, Enver Gortash conspires to have proclaim the duke dead, making Leviathan Ravengard his heir and successor.
The Absolute Plan is set into motion, with only one god (Myrkul) involved. Levi and Gortash are forced to work with Ketheric bc the illithid colony is literally Under His House. Levi plans to betray the man and clean the shadow-cursed lands because this is what Jaheira and the harpers would have wanted. He when plans to use the newly gained with Absolute power to destroy Bhaal, Bane and Myrkul in one go. Gortash plans to obtain the power alike gods without any restrictions gods are forced under.
The first illithid-infected people start to appear. Jaheira and Minsc go to investigate, Minsc gets infected. Levi plans to use him as a leverage against Jaheira and Wyll if (then) they will disagree with his plans.
The incoming wedding of Duke Leviathan Ravengard and Lord Enver Gortash is announced. Lord Gortash is then going to be proclaimed the first Archduke of Baldur's Gate, with his husband's full support.
Wyll and Florrick meet Karlach and team up with her. Wyll is horrified to find out the guy who is dating his older brother sold Karlach to the deviless. Together they find Duke Ravengard and hijack the nautiloid.
The following (with all the in-game steps) events are:
Wyll and the team (Wyll is the leader) reach BG just in time to be informed of the passed wedding and the incoming inauguration of Lord Gortash.
They are horrified what has happened to the city in their absence. Ravengard, Wyll and Jaheira try to talk sense into Levi, Levi argues back what none of them know what it's like to have the God of Murder in their head all the time. What Bhaal was showing him more things these days, what he knows his destiny - he is a pureblood bhaalspawn, made out of Bhaal's dead flesh, he is destined to destroy the world. He is trying to convince them this is the only way he can do it, what this way he can destroy all gods for good, his Father included. What with the power the stones and Absolute gives them, he and Gortash can become new gods, can change the very rules of the universe - and wouldn't it be great?
The huge argument follows and Levi storms out, angry.
The next time they see him is at the inauguration, when, instead of proclaiming Gorash the new Archduke, Levi murders everyone but Gortash (who by this point is used to his husband's murder sprees and is successfully defended by Steel Watch) in the Hall.
Wyll and co walk into the Hall, expecting confrontation, but finding Levi in a pool of blood as Gortash tries to make him come out of the stupor.
Levi raises a desperate gaze at his brother and says: "Don't you see? It's getting worse. Bhaal is so angry. This is the only way. Why can't you see? Why no one but Enver can see it?!"
#dark urge: levi#ravengard ward au#durgetash#i love how this au in some ways is better#but in some ways is even worse#Levi is one of the Big Bad#his main motivation is getting free from Bhaal and not killing Ulder Wyll Florrick Jaheira Minsc and Gortash#everyone else can burn in hell for all he cares about#Enver Gortash is living his best life manipulating and malewifing his way into very questionable not exactly godhood#his husband growing more apeshit with everyday is unexpectedly upsetting tho#and ketheric died too early it freed brain from the part of the command#he KNEW they shouldn't have involved him at all#they could've done it just the two of them#he eventually plans to venture into mephisto's vault again but at this point he frantically researches all the way they can erase bhaal#from the existence bc fuck this levi is HIS. No gods are allowed between them#at some point levi stopped being a ladder to greatness and become important and gortash missed when this moment was#meanwhile tadpoled minsc is fighting bhaalists bc Levi ordered him to#Levi is like you're a known enemy of Bhaal. Let's put it to good useâ#he legit sent poor minsc to find a way to the temple of bhaal and find a way inside#also Orin is getting apeshit around the city too just for the sake of it and bc dad said so#Levi doesn't like it but he knows confronting his sister and killing her will make him into Abdel 2.0.#meaning either he will die in the fight or Bhaal will turn him into his meat puppet when Orin drops dead#so he'll send jaheira and co after her trail of dead bodies too#Karlach: Gortash is Evil!#Wyll and Ravengard: yeah we know. He is married to our Levi tho.#Karlach: 'your Levi' just killed everyone in this room but the only man I actually want to see dead!#Jaheira: it it's of any conciliation he doesn't look happy about it. Neither does Gortash

Virginal vault dweller reader you say?? I'd eat that up (and so would Cooper, heh) but seriously I would read the hell out of that if you're up for it <3
Different Up Here
Cooper Howard x Fem!Reader, word count: 6.3k anon thank you lmao i had already started drafting this, so vault dweller reader isn't quite a virgin but they are definitely inexperienced and have never known pleasure like the kind that cooper can offer đ¤ request info ⢠prompt list ⢠send me a request ⢠kofi ⢠masterlist minors DNI!! đ cw: power imbalance, dubious consent because once you've said yes to cooper you can't change your mind, overstimulation, crying, oral sex, fingering, instructional, full penetration babiessss i realised i never tag that shit but yeah it's in here lmao, cumming inside, no protection, sweet coop afterwards but only briefly
If anyone else had asked you in that moment how you were, you couldn't have answered accurately without any hint of sarcasm and irritation. You were being worn down, like buildings by the sands of the desert. Each little molecule of your optimism being torn away from you, painful like plucking a hair. But when Cooper asked you, you tried your best to push down your knee jerk response.
"Let's see, shall we? Since leaving the vault a month ago, bravely in search of resources and supplies for my friends, I have killed, maimed, and eaten things I hope to never think of again. I'm in a constant cycle of very, very stressed and then very, very bored where there is no happy medium between fearing for my life and wishing for death. And oh, by the way, I'm sweating buckets the whole time because it's deathly fucking warm. Thank you for asking, Cooper!"
Instead, you shrugged and offered him at least a partial truth.
"It sounds silly... but I'm kind of bored."
A dry chuckle passed over Cooper's lips.
"Heh, that's a new one for out here."
Sensing an opportunity to at least get some conversation out of him, you sat up on the rusty bed frame, your body sinking into the almost entirely flattened mattress as you crossed your legs and did your best to get Cooper to talk more than a sentence at a time.
"Really? I would have thought you'd be bored a lot, especially when there's no raiders, or mirelurks, or scavengers, or feral ghouls, or super mutants, or roving gangs of-"
"See, this is why I'm never bored. Always somethin' or someone to be killin'."
"But what about like... now? When there's nothing else to do. There's no magazines, no books, no TV."
You watched as Cooper turned from you with a slight smile. You knew the one, the familiar grin that meant you'd divulged some information about your life in the vaults, something he always found so amusing. It was your naivety, your optimism. He was endlessly fascinated by it, as though listening to you talk about it reminded him of something he had before.
That fascinated you. It made you want to stay around him, the way he listened silently as you talked about the old films that were on the holotapes, the food that was still fresh and available, the music you could hear whenever you wanted to, not reliant on some two-bit radio host. He paid attention to you. And any time his deep, brown eyes focused on your lips it made your heart flutter in an admittedly unexpected manner.
Remembering that feeling, you tried again, hoping that your next approach might be something that interested him a little more than just conversation.
"You know how we used to pass time in the vaults?"
Over the sound of the evening breezes that whipped up the sand you could still hear Cooper sigh before he spoke.
"Now if you tell me that you wanna go out there again tonight to find an old blast radius board... well I am just going to have to shoot you."
You laughed at what you hoped was a joke and waved him off, despite the fact that he was still turned away from you, unable to see your gesture as he tried ignoring you in what you assumed was the hope that you might shut up and leave him alone.
"No, no no no no no. Just..."
The lump in your throat felt like it was about to choke you, so you swallowed the clump of nerves quietly, your voice trembling as you finished your sentence.
"... fooling around... y'know?"
Cooper turned to face you. You had piqued his interest, and you couldn't help but show the giddy glee on your face, the smallest smile crossing your lips as your eyes widened. But his words wiped away all hope that you had garnered in that short span of time.
"Oh... oh darlin'."
He laughed a little, each little sound of the short, sharp giggle like a slap to the face.
"I don't think you're ready for that at all."
You raised an eyebrow, defiant, irritated, and keen to know how he thought he had you pegged so quickly. You'd never talked about anything like that with him before. Was he assuming that you were a virgin based on how you behaved around him alone? Maybe he figured that the lack of flirting on your part was down to a complete lack of experience, when in reality, it was because every flirtatious quip he threw your way made you so nervous and flustered you felt like you might throw up.
"How come I'm not ready? I mean, I've... I've done stuff... I've done it!"
"The fat you're not saying it how it is makes me think that you are absolut-"
"I've had sex, Cooper. I've fucked before. I've been fucked."
Blinking off the irritation at being interrupted by you, Cooper pushed up the brim of his hat and stared directly at you, as though he was examining your, to see if you would stand up for yourself any further.
"By who? One of your little buddies underground? Fucking like little bunnies? I don't think that qualifies you, sweetheart."
"Why? Sex is sex..."
You said it with such confidence. As if you really knew. As if you hadn't spent your teenage years practising on your hand, holding a pillow close, lining up for that one girl in the vault who would sell practice kisses for extra bubble-gum. You'd had sex before, of course. You weren't a liar. Just because you'd only ever done it once didn't render it nonfactual. Just because it had only lasted for all of four minutes. Just because you weren't sure you even orgasmed, and your friend had told you that you'd know if you'd orgasmed. Just because it was all over so quickly, and he'd run off before anyone could catch you both, avoiding you at every opportunity after that.
"... Isn't it?"
"Oh no it ain't. Besides, like I keep telling you, it's different up here. Everything's different up here. And that includes fuckin'."
The way he said the word, consonants enunciated with such grit and vigour, filled your stomach with knots that began to tighten as you considered in what way things were so different.
"What exactly do you mean by that?"
Cooper sighed, exasperated, resigning himself to the fact that you were going to keep talking to him regardless of his short replies and attempts to end the conversation.
"You are a dog with a bone, huh? Ain't gonna let it go."
His yellowed teeth were exposed as his lips pulled back in a baring, mischievous smile. Those knots doubled, the ends being pulled by tension in your nervous system as Cooper's smirk put you into a dazed stupor.
"No, sir."
"Now, I don't remember signing on to be your personal tutor in all things apocalypse. Do I really need to show you how everything works up here?"
As your cheeks began to blush, you nodded enthusiastically.
"Yes, sir."
You were hopeful for just a bit of a distraction. Something to help take the stress away. To relieve the tension that had been building up between you and Cooper as of late. You'd been studying him, watching the way he looked at you, fascinated by your perceived, and frankly obvious, innocence. The way his fingers moved, contributing to the skilful way he handled his gun and his ropes. The confidence, the charisma, the charms.
You wanted him, but you weren't quite sure how to broach the situation without it seeming desperate. But you were past that now. You were desperate For anything, just something. Something to cure the monotony of walking and hiding and fighting and surviving. You didn't want to just survive. You wanted to at least find a semblance of fun and pleasure in this nightmare you had found yourself in. And in the vaults, when board games and books and debates got boring, there was always fucking. That was what you desired most right now. The fact that Cooper happened to be the closest target for your desires was just a sweet miracle, or a cruel tease depending on how willing he was.
And luckily, he seemed agreeable.
"Well then, how about you come over here and let ol' Coop show you a little thing or two about how dirty you can really get up here in the mean, dusty Wasteland, hm?"
Your excitement was palpable, even though you were trying to keep your composure. There was no escaping the echo of the giddy squeal you let out as you jumped up from the bed and made your way over to Cooper. He waited in the far corner of the room, setting himself down on an old armchair as you stepped towards him, slapping his thighs as an indication of where he wanted you. And you did as you were told, following his instructions, knowing they hadn't led you astray so far in your time together.
It felt awkward at first, being so close to him. You shifted your weight nervously, trying to get comfortable while making sure Cooper was still at ease, which of course, he was. He always was. Nothing stirred him, he was forever at peace. Competent in any situation. Quick to adapt. And as you fidgeted and fussed, you felt his strong hands pushing you forward on his lap, until your chests were practically pressed together, his hands skirting over your lower back as he held you still. In command. In control. The sudden sensation of his hands on your body made your breath hitch, a soft, surprised squeal on the inhale that had Cooper raising his brow at you.
"Now... you agree that you asked for this, alright? Because I am not going to put my effort into entertaining your little whims if you're gonna get fussy and decide it's too much for you. I did warn you."
"Yes, you did, and I really don't think you needed to. I doubt there's too much different about it, and I've picked up what I needed to know pretty quickly from your other lessons, haven't I?"
Your retaliation to his insistence that you needed him to teach you everything, and that some things just might prove themselves a little too hard even for your levels of enthusiasm, had irritated him when he'd first met you. But now your optimism and sheer refusal to believe anything was too much for you were a source of entertainment for him. A challenge.
"That's fine then, darlin'. But I'll remember that."
His eyes bore into your soul, keeping your focus on him as he dared you to look away. They sparkled as he ran his tongue over his lips, the pretence of preparing for his next words covering the obvious flirtation in the way he dragged the flat muscle along his chapped skin.
"So, gimme a benchmark here, lil lady. How much foreplay was involved in your previous encounters? I'd hate to leave you high and dry."
"Foreplay...? What... uh, what is that?"
Cooper sighed, rolling his eyes before closing his eyelids over gently.
"Well, it's something like this."
He pushed a loose strand of hair back behind your ear, rough fingers following the curve and grazing over your neck as he let them drift down the front of your chest, tickling the exposed skin as far as your jumpsuit would allow before he took a hold of the zip at the front. A quick flit of his eyes up to you seemed to ask for permission, and your small, almost imperceptible nod, told him to keep going.
Slowly, painfully so, he pulled the zip down, watching as the centre of your torso was slowly revealed to him. Smooth skin, in comparison to his anyway, clear of any unnatural blemishes or war wounds. One calloused digit followed down your sternum to your stomach and back up, hooking under the left side of the fabric and pulling it over, then the other, exposing the top half of your body to him.
Cooper traced his fingertips over the top of your breasts, watching as your chest moved in and out, slowly, but exaggeratedly. The knots in your stomach felt like they might burst with the tension as his sharp, ragged nails crossed over your hardening nipples, a gentle tingle coursing through your veins.
"Well?"
"No... n-nothing like that... just grabbing..."
"Oh yeah? You like that? How about this?"
He closed two fingers around your nipple, one hand still on your back to keep you balanced as your body reacted to his touch. Between the two digits, you felt your nipples heating up, the slight, burning pain from the way he squeezed them sending a signal down your spine that seemed to affect every part of you. Tighter, tighter, and then as your eyes closed a little more, eyelids pressed tight, he would ease up to offer some relief.
"You like that? Like it rough?"
"I think... I think I like both."
"So, something like this?"
He teased your nipples once more, pressing harder with his fingertips, pulling them out and jiggling your breasts as he tugged at them, this lewder act interspersed with a gentle caress as he held your breast against the palm of his hand, carefully cupping it as he flicked his thumb over the sensitive and completely erect nipple.
You bit your lip, trying to keep quiet, Coop's hand moved swiftly from your body to your cheeks, popping the lip back out as he pressed his thumb and forefinger into your face. Understanding the message, and seemingly showing this in your wide-eyed gaze, he let his rough, leathery hand make its way back down to your breast, cupping it once more as he spoke.
"Different, see? Pleasure is hard to come by out here. You gotta do it right when you've got the chance."
Cooper leaned into your neck, whispering the words low and slowly, his dry, chapped lips skimming over your skin as he continued.
"I bet down there they didn't know the first thing about real pleasure. Takes time, something like that. You gotta learn the body, gotta make it feel good."
His teeth grazed over your shoulder and back up along your neck before he pulled back, watching your eyes refocus from the haze of arousal.
"Did they make you feel good?"
"No."
You were confident in that statement. It hadn't felt good. It felt rushed. Clumsy. Shameful. And as you pondered it, your mouth remained open in a slight pout which trembled as Cooper asked his next question.
"And what about your pretty lips... did they kiss them?"
"A little..."
Cooper leaned in, his rough lips pressing onto yours with firm contact, his tongue staying in place as though he imagined that might be a bit too much for you right now. But that same level of restraint didn't keep him from letting his teeth catch onto your bottom lip, pulling it out, only letting go when you winced in surprise as the suddenness of the action.
"Didn't bite them either. Of course not, what am I thinking? That would be a little too adventurous for your kind."
His face took on a darker tone as he smiled knowingly towards you.
âAnd what about these pretty lips?â
Before you could piece together the question, his hand was diving into your jumpsuit, pushing down the front and past the waist, stroking against the front of your underwear which, by now, was soaking wet with your arousal.
âThey touch these lips, huh?â
You gasped as he pushed your underwear to the side, stroking his fingers along your slick, plump pussy lips, withdrawing them soon after to taste you on his tongue, the way you had watched him taste the blood of enemies, the blood of victims.
âStand up, darlinâ⌠Why donât you take that suit off, hm? Get yourself comfy.â
As you raised yourself up from his hips, your legs wobbled under you, not quite steady enough to support you so soon after being reduced to jelly by Cooperâs touch, his caramelised words that filled your ears, the sharp twang of his accent, the delicate cadence, the power rumbling underneath like an almost silent bassline.
âDo it slowly though.â
Cooper watched carefully as you stood nervously before him, shuffling out of your suit, stripping for him, your hips moving from side to side slow and steady, unintentionally sultry in the way you moved. Without taking his eyes from you he reached for his canteen, taking a long sip from it as you let your suit fall down over your legs, stepping out of it and pushing it to the side with your feet.
âThatâs it, darlinâ. Canât do this half-hearted. I need to have access to all of you there. Now come sit back down.â
You held your arms in front of you, feeling far too exposed for the shelter youâd found for the evening. No windows, no locks on the doors. But it was difficult to focus on that worry for too long as you watched Cooperâs tongue flit back out over his lips, clear strands of drool sparkling in the light as he took you in, hungrily, dreamily.
âTurn around though. You face that way.â
The metal buttons on the front of his duster coat were cold against the skin of your back, but you leaned into them anyway. Cooperâs hand curved around your neck and up under your chin, holding your face forward.
âYou keep an eye out, holler if you see anything coming. Iâll do everything else.â
A faint clicking sound, the safety on his gun being flicked to off, before those same fingers draped over your mound and down on to your lips, spreading them apart, the cool air of the decrepit room cooling the heat of your hot, aching cunt. With two fingers holding your lips apart, he let the middle digit tap against your clit, each tiny sensation turning your blood cold before heating it exponentially, a cold sweat beginning to form on your brow as you felt a tingle in your abdomen.
The finger that tapped the sensitive bud began stroking it from side to side, laying flat against it length wise as Cooper strummed your body, still holding your chin in his hands, smiling to himself every time your back arched away from him in intense pleasure. Every nerve-ending was at his mercy. He was right, it was different up here. But you wondered how much of that was the Wasteland and itâs effect on sexuality and pleasure, and how much of it was just him. Cooper Howard, Wasteland bounty hunter, a past life he refused to talk about, the most charismatic monster you had ever met. His fingers, daintily crossing over your clit, as you felt his breath, silent except for an occasional hum of satisfaction in the form of a long moan. Maybe it was just Cooper who was different.
It was hard to focus on this new line of though as his hard fingertips clamped down on your clit, pinching it as he rolled it between his fingers. Even harder when he let his hand drop from your neck and instead began teasing at your nipples once more. Soft, cruel flicks over the hardened bumps, his fingers at work on your body, his lips kissing at the back of your neck. Moans growing louder, more frequent, as he let himself enjoy the act of making you squirm. You could tell he was having fun, as you rolled your hips back a little, feeling the thick bulge of his stiffening cock against your rear. You wondered how it might feel, how it might look, and what he could do differently with it.
âCooper⌠Coop⌠I think Iâm going to cumâŚâ
His movements quickened, cock twitching against your body as he pinched tighter and pressed his fingers harder against your cunt.
âDonât you dare, little lady.â
âOk Iâll⌠Iâll try but⌠you have to⌠stop⌠please stop⌠CoopâŚâ
He ignored your please, the whining, desperate begging as you tried to stop your body from the natural, encouraged reaction.
âHave some self-control, sweetheart.â
âCooper, I really canât⌠please⌠please stop touching meâŚâ
âI absolutely will not.â
Your fingers dug into his thighs, but you noticed that you refused to move away from him. You wanted to do as he asked, wanted to hold yourself back from the brink of orgasm to prolong his touch, but you couldnât risk him actually stopping, fearing that your body might crumble if his fingers left your quivering, pathetic body for only a second.
Each stroke against your increasingly wet and sensitive pussy had you trembling and shaking, and Cooper had to remove his hand from your breast to keep you steady, placing it under your chin and holding you steady by the neck.
âI am warning you, missy.â
âCooper⌠I canât stopâŚâ
You shuddered and whined as your body gave in to the temptation, feeling a rush of heat and relief as you came on his lap, your arousal coating his pants, adding to the collection of stains and wear on them. But he didnât stop then.
âNo wait⌠seriously, Cooper⌠I canât⌠I canât take much more, honestlyâŚâ
âListen, I told you. I said you better not cum. I wasnât done with you yet.â
Your eyes began to sting with tears of exasperation as your body kept on pushing to its limits, conjuring up another wave of climax, tormenting you with never-ending bouts of arousal that kept you rutting against him, despite how painful it was to keep writhing into his body. You could feel your stomach knotting again, not much time between each orgasm to relax, and you dug your hands into his thighs, pushing your body up off of him as you tensed completely.
âOk, this time, you do it on my command. You do it when I say you can, alright?â
âCooperâŚâ
âDonât give me that pleading shit, you asked me to show you how things are done. Well this is how Cooper fuckinâ Howard does things. So are you ready? You gonna come for me?â
âC-coop⌠Iâll⌠Iâll tryâŚâ
âGood girl, now you keep that mouth making those whines and moans. I donât need you to call out my name or anything, I know Iâm all youâre thinking about.â
The praise, the self-confidence, the way his fingers seemed to be pulling your orgasm out, motioning for it to come closer to him.
âCome on, darlinâ, come onâŚâ
Your vision blurred as the climax came over you, body rolling and convulsing as you came once more at Cooperâs insistence, your cheeks stained with tears, salted water rolling through the layers of grime and clearing paths to your chin.
As you settled back down onto his lap with a shudder, you felt Cooperâs fingers stroking through your hair. He was surprisingly gentle, oddly calm, but you supposed that you deserved his kindness as you had done as he had asked, making up for your previous indiscretion. He was almost cooing, shushing you as you found your breath, establishing your sense of self once more after the overstimulating orgasm that shook your core.
âYou seen enough of the big bad world for one day then?â
You probably had, but you still found yourself shaking your head, ignoring the way your body reacted with a violent twitch at the notion of Cooperâs hands delivering intense pleasure.
âA glutton for punishment, hm? Or just keen to learn?â
As you pondered your answer, Cooper seemed to have come to the conclusion for you, as he tapped your hips and began to shift underneath you.
âAlright then, get onto your knees.â
Positioning yourself at his feet, you couldnât help but look up at him, catching his eyes as he looked down at you with that unique brand of disdain and intrigue he had somehow mastered. You knew what was coming, what was about to happen, and your mouth began watering at the thought. What he might taste like. What he might look like.
You didnât have to imagine for long though, as you could see his fingers working the belt of his pants, loosening it, unzipping his fly, and gripping his semi-erect cock at the base as he took it out, brandishing it. He kept close attention on your own eyes, a soft sigh of relief imperceptibly escaping his chest as he noticed your pupils widen, your mouth opening in preparation for him.
It was exactly as you had expected. The texture of the shaft was similar to that of his cheeks and his forearms, a similar colouring, though darker at the base and on the shaft which was tinted red. Thick, purple tinged veins covered it, winding around the length, cutting across the ridges of the scars.
âYou can come closer, darlinâ. I donât know what they told you about mutations and radiation effects down there in your little utopia, but I can assure you⌠it doesnât bite.â
The fear was palpable, clearly, but it was nothing to do with Cooperâs body and everything to do with your lack of experience, which, despite you arguing otherwise, was becoming plainly obvious even to you. You had only ever touched a cock with your hands outside of being quickly fucked. Several times youâd been cajoled into quickly stroking an erection under the blankets before your partner ran off to the bathroom, clean and tidy, flushing away the sins. And you were very well aware that there was always the option to suck on one, but it had never presented itself. It had never seemed that appealing to you. Until you were faced with Cooperâs.
He hadnât even asked you to do either yet, but you found yourself curious, salivating over the thought of him, mind racing as you imagined how he might feel against your tongue.
âCan I taste it⌠you?â
Cooper smiled warmly, one of the few times you had seen him look at you with genuine pride.
âNow that is using your initiative. Of course you can.â
You kept your hands to yourself as you leaned in towards his body, content to let Cooper wield his length at you, his hand firm around the base as you inched closer, tongue pressed out over your lips. A strand of drool collected and spilled forward, hitting the floor in a soft patter just before the tip of your tongue came into contact with the tip of his cock.
A lot of the movements were instinctual, following your desires more than what you thought might be protocol as you dragged your tongue up the shaft and swirled over the blushing head of his cock. It tasted bitter, but in a pleasant way. Savoury, not sweet. Salted, a tang that stayed there for a few seconds after your tongue had moved on to another spot. A flavour you found yourself craving now.
Cooper gripped tighter and pushed forward, taking you by surprise as he slid himself into your mouth, his free hand moving to the back of your head, fingers curling into your hair. As the taste of him hit the back of your tongue, cock almost touching your throat, you coughed and spluttered a little.
âFuck me, darlinâ⌠do you need me to show you how to do this too?â
He looked down at you, filled with pity as he saw your face. Red cheeks, puffed out, lips stretched over the girth of his cock, tears welling up in your eyes as you struggled to breathe.
âBreath through your nose⌠breathe inâŚâ
You followed his instructions, instantly calmed when you found your lungs filling with air once more. Almost immediately back to enjoying yourself, the feeling of Cooper inside of you, the control he had as he held your head against him.
âNow⌠you donât want to choke too much, so keep your tongue flat⌠yeah, just like thatâŚâ
It was so much easier like that, and you could feel your cheeks getting warmer and redder as you realised that not only had you embarrassed yourself with your spluttering and lack of knowledge, but that Cooper had clearly done this a lot.
âAnd your teeth⌠well, usually theyâll tell you to keep âem outta the way, but you know me⌠gotta be differentâŚâ
Taking the hint, you let your jaw close slightly, the pain of the stretch lessened, your teeth scraping along the top of his shaft as your tongue worked the underneath, sucking and rolling as much as you could while keeping it flat.
He didnât say much else, and you couldnât tell if he was particularly enjoying himself. It worried you, the fact that he had specific preferences, the way it was so clear how much more experienced he was than you. How many others had there been? And were they all better than you? As your mind wandered to your anxieties, you completely missed the fact that you had begun to drool all over yourself until Cooper relaxed his grip on your head and wiped at your chin with his thumb. Catching your eyes and sensing some of your worries, he was surprisingly quick to soothe you.
âYou can swallow or spit or let it all spill out, I donât mind makinâ a mess darlinâ. But whatever youâre doing, you keep that up.â
You were so pathetically grateful for the encouragement, for the tiniest semblance of praise, that you felt yourself moaning involuntarily. The soothing motion of sucking on his cock, the taste of something new, the comforting knowledge that he was happy with your efforts. You could feel your clit throbbing, aroused by Cooperâs satisfaction, how pleased he was with the way you worked him over.
Which is why it surprised you so much when he pulled his cock from your mouth, your lips slipping off of it with a disgustingly lewd popping sound, drool spilling onto your chin in long strands which stretched from your lips to his cock and tore apart as he distanced himself from you.
And again, that sympathetic gaze, the way he could tell what you were thinking before you even said it.
âOh, donât you look at me with those big, sad eyes. You got nothinâ to worry about, sweetheart. That was good, âspecially for a first tryâŚâ
He winked to you as he spoke, causing your heart to skip enough beats that you thought you might die there and then.
â⌠Itâs just that Iâm all slicked up and ready to go now⌠so you wanna bend over for me? Or do you wanna come sit on my lap?â
âUh⌠lap, please⌠I was kinda bent over for the last⌠first time.â
âWell, you come and take a seat then, darlinâ, let olâ Coop show you something new.â
You nervously settled your entirely nude body back down onto his thighs. Cooperâs hands were gentle against your shoulders as he pulled you backwards with him, leaning at a slight angle in the chair, his cock rigid and firm as it sat against your waiting cunt, coated in your drool which almost seemed to shimmer with the dancing light of the fire.
Then, so carefully, so gently, far more than youâd ever seen him be before, Cooper took hold of his cock at the base and slid it inside of you, one hand on your stomach as he braced you, keeping your body steady as he inserted himself further and further between your clenching walls.
âBigger than before?â
You nodded, biting your lip as you felt the distinct stretch, his rough, textured cock forcing its way inside your cunt, pressed up to the hilt, testing your limits.
âBetter?â
âMhmâŚâ
âSpeak up, darlinâ.â
With your voice strained and breathy, you managed to form some words.
âYes⌠itâs better.â
âThatâs it, good girl. Now, Iâm gonna buck my hips, ok? You just try and keep your balance.â
Below you, Cooper shifted a little, his hips rolling backwards, inches of his cock escaping your tight, aching cunt, before he rolled them forwards and upwards, back into you. A slow, steady pace that he focused on keeping until you felt warmer, more relaxed.
âYou got this, itâs like riding a horse.â
âIâve never⌠hm⌠ridden a horseâŚâ
Cooper chuckled, a low and rasping sound that sent shivers over your skin and seemed close enough to you that it was coming from inside of your body.
âNever ridden a ghoul before either, but youâre handling it alright for a first timer.â
You were coping ok, you had to admit, but you could feel your stomach muscles tensing, the knots back in full force as they tensed and tightened, loosened and frayed with each pump of his cock within you.
âAh⌠CooperâŚâ
âToo much, darlinâ? Does it hurt?â
There was a sense of genuine care in his tone, as though he had taken it upon himself to show you that yes, things were different up there in the Wasteland, but that didnât always mean they were worse. Some things were good, if not a little bit difficult to take at first.
âA littleâŚâ
Cooper tilted your chin up, forcing your head to lean back completely against his shoulder. In a delicate move, one far more romantic than you imagined from him, he ran his thumb over your lips, angling his neck to look at them, his own mouth open ever so slightly, a monotonous panting as he kept his hips moving, increasing the speed and the force at which he entered you.
His eyes flicked up suddenly, looking into yours, catching your gaze and holding unblinking eye contact as he spoke.
âI know⌠I know⌠Just a little longer, thoughâŚâ
He closed his eyes, focusing on the feeling of his cock pushing against your body, enveloped in your hot, wet, velvety interior.
âI know it hurts⌠but I ainât stopping, so donât even ask⌠hereâŚâ
You watched as he brought a finger to your lips, offering it up to you.
ââŚyou bite down on that if it gets too much, ok⌠but donât hold back on those sweet sounds⌠I wanna hear you scream.â
With that vaguely threatening remark, he thrust up into you, banging against your body, spurring on your orgasm but unleashing a dull ache that spread through every sensitive part of you.
âWonât⌠be long⌠keep it together⌠good girl⌠ good girlâŚâ
It felt good, the pain, the sting, the ache, the shivers. The fact that he was using you, finding pleasure in you. All of it culminating in Cooperâs nearing orgasm which you could sense was closing in on him. His movements were becoming more frantic, sloppier, and he was mouthing all manner of sweet nothings as he let his façade slip away.
And those soft mumbles opened up into a wide roar as he clung to your body, the hand on your neck cutting off the air to your lungs only briefly, one hand on your lap pressing sharp indents into your skin as he forced himself into you. The last few moments of his fevered thrusting, fucking you wildly, drool pooling in the corner of his mouth as he rutted into you in a dazed stupor before his body gave in. His cock throbbed, each pulse sending another rope of cum against your insides, filling you with his seed as he shuddered finally, slinking backwards into the chair and taking in a deep breath as you removed yourself from him.
Youâd only managed to take a few steps forward before Cooper addressed you, opening his eyes to watch you standing there awkwardly, his cum dripping down your thighs, a warmth that quickly turned cool in the air of the room.
âDid I say you could get up?â
Panic settled in your chest, aware that you had waited until you felt his muscles relax, his body retreating from you, before you slid off his cock, expecting him to push you away anyway, like your first time. You assumed he was finished, and you werenât sure you were ready for the idea that he might not be done with you.
âAre we⌠oh, Cooper, I really canât take anymore.â
Even as you stood, you could feel your legs shaking, weakened by the intense orgasms, the way they tightened against his every movement.
âThatâs different up here too then, I suppose.â
Cooper stood up from the chair, pacing towards you with a purposeful stride as he pushed his cock back into his pants, zipping them up as he reached you. You inhaled sharply as he placed his hand at the back of your head, those knots in your stomach beginning to form again, worried that a further, albeit pleasurable punishment was on the cards. But you were surprised as he slid his free hand around your back, tugging at your waist as he pulled you in close to him. A quick smile before his lips were on yours, the brim of his hat pushed upwards as he leaned into the kiss. Warm, gentle, the kind of kiss youâd seen in movies. Practised and confident, meaningful, sincere.
When he pulled back, your body following him a little before you settled back onto your feet, he smiled warmly.
âSweet with the sour, darlinâ. You gotta keep âem wanting more.â
âM-more?â
More as in now? Or more as in the idea that Cooper had enjoyed himself and would be willing to offer that kind of pleasure to you again. And he answered with a wink.
âDefinitely. Thereâs a still a lot youâve got to learn.â

Life outside of the vault was difficult to say the least. You felt hunger and dehydration in ways youâd never experienced before, going out of your way to do desperate things you would normally never do in order to get said food and water. The heat was unbearable, every stretch of land you walked across had a danger lurking around every corner, and worst of all, youâd never felt so alone. You werenât sure what it was about you, maybe it was because you were new to the surface, maybe it was your nearly perfect skin, but everyone seemed to stare or glare at you when you would walk through. It wasnât until youâd passed through Filly, meeting Ma June that you realized people didnât take kindly to people like you. âVaultiesâ she called them, an audible disdain in her tone, making you look down to remember you were in your blue and gold Vault-Tec suit. âIâll be going then, have a nice day!â You said skiddishly, offering her a kind smile before turning and exiting the shop. You just wanted to make friends, why was that so hard up here? So when your eyes set on a man clad in classic Wild West cowboy clothes, watching smoke settle after a stand off, you werenât sure why but you knew that was who you needed on your side in this world. Before you knew it, your feet were already moving and mouth speaking to him, grabbing his attention.
âI ainât no charity case sweetheart, I donât take on straysâ The ghoul spoke, his southern drawl making him even more memorable than the marred texture of his skin. You looked to the dog that trailed not far behind him as he walked, changing its pace to keep up with the man. âThe dog there with you tells me otherwiseâ you quipped. âAinât my dogâ he responded harshly as he continued walking. âI can make it worth your while!â You yelled, making him stop in his tracks for a moment, a scary sight at first before you worked up the nerve to come closer once he turned back to you. âAnd how you suppose youâd do that?â He asked, and at first you didnât know what to say, the words leaving your mouth before you could really think of a good enough reason. Did nobody like company anymore these days? âWellâŚI can be your scavenger! Pretty good at collecting stuffâ you offered, shaking your bag and making things rattle around inside to prove it, making him give a huff of a chuckle. ââf I wanted a pack mule Iâdâve found a brahmanâ he shot you down. âOkay, then I can be good company to talk to!â You offered. âThey make radios for when I want to listen to someone yackâ he shut down once again. âIâm a good cook! Even with shitty supplies, I can make a stew thatâd put a smile even on the meanest son of a gunâs faceâ you said, hopeful that heâd at least take you for something, but you had a feeling heâd probably turn you down again. âIguana on a stickâs just fineâ he said, though he had to admit the stew sounded good. Reminded him of home before all this wasteland bullshit. âOh, ummâŚâ you said awkwardly, your tone growing quiet and my how it put a sad look in your eyes. The evil part of him liked it, seeing your sweet innocent face all downturned but the part that was still human deep down, the part that hardly ever saw the light of day anymore, had half a mind to let you.
âGot a lotta nerve walkinâ up tâ me, girly. If you somehow been lucky enough that you ainât met dangerous yet, youâre lookinâ at someone who could put you down before youâd even mutter your last wordsâ he threatened, motioning to the double barreled shotgun in his hands. âI know, I saw it first hand. You hold yourself well, I envy that. Iâm new to all of this and just really want someone who can help me hold my own the same wayâ you explained. âLook, I know I donât look like much but please just give me a chanceâ you begged, looking up at him with a fighting spirit in your eyes that he had to admit, he was pretty impressed in seeing in a vaultie. âYou help me, I help you, however that ends up beingâ you offered, standing strong on this and damn if he didnât see a little bit of himself in you at that. He gave a sigh, tilting his head down before shaking it, not believing himself for the words he was about to say. âAlright, but the minute you start dragginâ youâre out, got me?â He said, and he hated the way his cold heart seemed to pump a little faster upon seeing your eyes light up with joy and a smile stretch to your face. âOh thank you, thank you, thank you!â You said, opening your arms up to hug him but being met with the barrel of his gun poking your stomach to keep space between you. âI donât do hugsâ he spoke gruffly, making you back up enough to where heâd drop the gun back to his side. âR-RightâŚsorryâ you apologized, embarrassment washing over you but still glad to finally have someone in your company. âCâmon, I ainât got all day nowâ he said, motioning you to start walking, so you joined him.
Your travels with him certainly werenât at all what you were expecting them to be. From being used as bait, to being tied up with rope most of the time youâd traveled together, or being sent in as his scavenger, you werenât prepared for a lot of the reality you faced with being up on the surface. Most nights made you question why youâd ever left the comfort of the vault, why youâd abandoned a trusty food supply, regulated temperatures, a safe place to sleep that wasnât riddled with radroaches or had the likely hood of waking up to a raider with a knife at your throat for no reason. Then you would remember the experiment in your vault, why you left that awful place for arguably a worse reality on the surface but at least you had freedom. Out here you were free to say what you want, do what you want, consume what you want so long as you could defend yourself incase that supply wasnât unclaimed. Youâd gotten pretty handy with a gun in the most recent weeks. Cooper, you learned one night was his name, using empty glass bottles as targets to help teach you accuracy and how to hit things from a longer range. In exchange, you came a little more useful than he had first thought. You had some useful stuff on you for trade like chems, ammo and food, were a good extra bag to hold stuff in, and you were a better cook than youâd talked about. Sure you had a tendency to talk too much, and you werenât great with a gun, but you were getting there.
âMight I suggest takinâ them clothes instead of wearinâ that suit?â He said, making you look at him weird for suggesting you strip a dead raider of their clothes. âWhy would I do thatâŚ?â You asked, genuinely confused and not sure what he was implying either, he was a hard man to predict. âBecause, people see that shit and get real mad. People up here donât like vaulties or the ones that run âemâ he said and it made sense, it helped you understand why you kept getting evil glares each time someone would look at you or talk to you. You figured he knew best, so you took the shirt and pants from one of the female raiders, tucking them into your bag to change into at a better time. He gave a chuckle watching you do so, apologizing to the dead body profusely as you took their clothes and whatever valuables they had on them for the betterment of your own survival. You were still so naive, part of him was hoping he could slowly start to break and corrupt your way of thinking, but that was a thought for another time.
Before you knew it, night finally began to fall. The sun setting across the horizon gave the air less of a hot, harsh bite as the temperature began to cool rapidly across the sands of the Mojave. All you managed to grab was a pair of beat up, old jeans and a tank top, so as soon as the sun set, the chill set in. As you both set up camp for the night just outside of an abandoned rest stop, you started a fire to cook some of that stew you talked about being good at. He had to admit, it was pretty damn good, likely the best thing heâs had since before the bombs went off. Though even the kindling fire couldnât manage to chase the chill away, watching you run your hands up and down your arms to try and warm up some by it. He felt a slight pang in his heart, watching you shiver like that, how your eyes lit up by the blaze of the fire and your hair seemed to be tousled just right. You were pretty, too pretty to be trekking this wasteland, and certainly too pretty to be trekking it with him of all people as your company. Even he had a heart still, as cold as it was, so out of kindness he shrugged his duster from his shoulders, draping it around you. You looked at the fabric pooled around you, pulling it over you better before looking to him as he sat down across from you again. âAinât no use if the cold gets yaâ he said, making you smile appreciatively at him as you realized what he did. âThank youâ you replied, a slight blush fanning to your cheeks as the chattering of your teeth finally died down and you grew warmer. It smelled like him, sure it had splatters of old dried blood and was rather worn, but it had that gunpowder and smoke smell to it that you associated with him. âDonât say I never did nothinâ for yaâ he replied, trying to sound cold but it didnât come off that way, making you chuckle. âWhat do I owe you?â You asked, making him fall silent for a moment as he pondered the answer to your question. He looked you over for a second before tipping his hat down to cover his face a bit, the signal that he was about to try and get some sleep. âJust keep watch for a bit, Iâll be up in a few hoursâ he responded, and while it wasnât what you were expecting, youâd take it.
He was startled awake a couple hours later when he heard a commotion, you yelling at someone telling them to back off that this place had been claimed. The raider you were up against didnât seem to like that very much, claiming that wasnât how it worked up here. The altercation took a turn for the worst when the man reached for his gun but you were quick to fire and kill him before he could let out a shot. A shaky feeling set in your hands and a horrified expression across your face at the realization that you just killed someone. Cooper, who was certainly wide awake now, was rather impressed by your quick timing and precision, coming up behind you to lay a gloved hand to your shoulder. âWell would ya look at that, looks like them lessons been payinâ off after all. Howâs it feel?â He asked, looking down at you as you stared at the gun in your hands. âHe was yelling at me butâŚhe was aiming at you. I donât really know what came over me, I didnât like that he was going to shoot you so I justâŚI killed himâ you said, recounting the encounter to him as if he hadnât seen it himself. He didnât really know what to think in that moment as you explained how your mind worked, he was proud for sure at your show of improvement with a gun, yet also touched at the same time. No one ever really looked out for him since he started his bounty hunting, he was a well hated man by many but you defended him without really any reason to. Youâd just learned his name not but two weeks ago, and before that he was dragging you around with rope yet you still defended him, had you two really gotten closer in the time thatâs passed since? He wasnât sure, but it was something he could mull over while you were sleeping. âGet some rest vaultie, sunâll be up soonâ he said, knowing you likely wouldnât get much sleep with the adrenaline still coursing through you, but it was at least worth a try, you two had a long day ahead of you.
When you woke up that next morning, things felt a little different between you two. You werenât some annoying little dog following him anymore, you were an equal. He no longer looked at you and treated you like you were lower than him as you both set out across the wastelands, he had respect for you. Hell, he even started talking with you now when you were out traveling which was almost unbelievable. You learned through those conversations that he used to be an actor in Wild West themed films, explaining his outfit, and that he was married before the bombs dropped. You of course told him bits and pieces about yourself in exchange, after all it only felt fair but it was also nice to just finally talk to someone after all this time.
When night time fell again you two sat enjoying a meal by the fire together, only rather than across from each other, he sat next to you, making a blush come to your face as youâd smiled sweetly at him. âGlad to know I donât have germs anymoreâ you said jokingly, making him chuckle. âGive an old man some credit. It ainât exactly all peaches and marmalade out here darlinâ, even cute can be deadlyâ he said, the nickname and him calling you cute sending a deeper blush to your cheeks despite knowing itâs just how he spoke. Whether it was the lack of contact with other people for so long, or just his charm you couldnât quite tell, but it always seemed to have an effect on you. âJust teasinâ you, I get it. Iâd tie me up and use me for bait too if Iâd been doing this as long as you have. Itâs a shit hole out hereâ you said, making him look at you as you dropped the first curse word heâs ever heard from you. âWell Iâll be damned, either Iâm a bad influence or youâre finally growinâ outta that naive shell there, vaultieâ Cooper replied, making you laugh as you saw a smirk stretch to his thin, marred lips, the first one youâd seen in a while that wasnât brought on by drugs, chems or that first sip of a good bottle of alcohol. âProbably bothâ you quipped, making him chuckle. âYeah, probably. Been told I ainât easy to stomachâ he said, making you hum. âYouâre alright in my book, Coopâ you replied with a sweet, genuine smile that matched your tone and was that butterflies you felt in your stomach? Did you just call him Coop? No ones called him that in ages, why did it make his heart start to flutter a bit? âYou ainât so bad yourself, vaultieâ he responded, still affording you that small smile before turning back to his food. âKeep making food this good and I just might have to keep you aroundâ he joked, making you giggle and break the slightly tense silence. âItâs not much but I certainly try. Iâll definitely make sure to stay good at it, I like traveling with youâ you said, unintentionally coming off flirtatious and fuck there it goes again, that feeling in his chest and his stomach like he needed to hit his inhaler but he felt great. What were you doing to him?
âHey, if it isnât too much can I ask you a sort ofâŚpersonal question?â You asked, holding the beat up bowl in your hands as you looked over at him. This was normally the part where he would say no, absolutely not, he wasnât here to be questioned on his personal matters. Yet, with you, it was different. Ever since last night he hasnât been so on edge with you, it was like heâd warmed up to you. âDepends on what youâre askinâ there, sweetheartâ he said, the nickname once again making you blush. âDo youâŚmiss them? Your wife and daughter?â You asked, not sure if it was a good subject or good question to ask but after finding out, you were genuinely curious. He looked down at his bowl again, thinking of the proper response to your question. The old him would have been defensive, told you it was none of your business, but now? He wasnât sure. âAinât a day that goes by that I donât think about âem. About the way I ran out on âem when them bombs droppedâ he answered, making you give him a sad look as genuine guilt filled his tone. This was the most honest and open heâs been with you this whole time. âI feel guilty. Not sure if I feel guilty for runninâ out and leavinâ âem behind or guilty for the way I ran out, been tryinâ tâ figure that out for quite a while now and I still ainât sureâ he added, and you sympathized with that. Everyone has regrets, things theyâve done in the past that they arenât proud of, people up here were no different in that aspect. âWell, in the short time Iâve gotten to know you, Iâve come to understand that everything you do has a valid reason behind it. So even if you feel it was a shitty thing to do, you obviously had a reason for doing so. No one can blame you for trusting your gut, and I donât think you should blame yourself for doing soâ you responded, your hand falling to his as a comforting gesture, your words ringing in his head almost as if youâd opened something in his mind, something heâd never really gave himself to think about before. He looked down at your hand that rested on his, noticing the way you didnât flinch away from him like others did, the way you were brave enough to walk up to him, talk to him, *trust* him when he made it very clear that you shouldnât. It was smaller than his, softer for sure, but warm all the same, then he looked up to see that caring look in your eyes and smile on your face that told him that you cared. âGuess youâre right, still wonder sometimes if it was the right choice to makeâ he replied. âI understand. Everyone has regrets, we all look at the past and hold at least something that weâve done before in regret, itâs what makes us humanâ you said, making him give a huff as a chuckle. âYou got anybody?â He asked, making you look down as you moved your feet along the dirt. âAn ex-husband, but not anyone I really care about, no. My parents passed a few years before the bombings and he and I split up when I caught him cheating on me with some other woman in the vault..â you explained, not sure why it hurt you to tell the tale still, but you felt it was only fair considering what youâd asked of him to share. âSorry tâ hear thatâ Cooper said, making you chuckle weakly, a somber look coming to your face that made his heart wrench. âI havenât exactly been in love since, and considering he and I split up just a little over ten years ago, really says something I guess, huh?â You asked, trying to laugh to bring up the mood, knowing you sounded pathetic. âHe was the fool, not you darlinâ. He was the one skippinâ out on one hell of a womanâ Cooper said, making you look to him and blush a bit as you gave a chuckle at his response.
âThanksâ you replied appreciatively and with a smile before casting your gaze down to see your hands were still connected and it left you blushing harder with embarrassment, youâd been holding his hand this entire time without realizing it. âOh my gosh, Iâm so sorry! I didnât mean to make you uncomfortable if I have I-â ârelax vaultieâ he cut you off, pushing your hand back down onto his to assure you that he was far from uncomfortable. âItâsâŚrather nice actuallyâ he admitted, making you feel relieved but your heart fluttered in your chest from it. A thick tension soon began to set in between you both after that night, something of an unspoken, kindling romance beginning to develop. âThen there it can stayâ you said, making him smile softly at you, tipping his hat at you as a silent thank you.
Months passed on like this, where youâd spend the days scavenging, picking the land for its resources you could find and hunting bounties by day, then spending your nights by a fire growing closer and closer with every passing day. Through your shared meals, jokes, deep conversations, and plenty of near death experiences, you started to notice your fondness of the ghoul you traveled with. The way youâd hang onto his words with that southern accent that seemed to pull at your heart strings, or the way youâd go out of your way to stand between him and a stray bullet. Youâd helped him on more than one occasion in getting out of a sticky spot, or getting him the stuff he needed to keep from turning feral. In return, he started to notice he was feeling the same towards you. There was this sudden need to keep you safe, to do nicer things for you, to speak better towards you, even flirt with you at times. Some nights thereâd be so much tension in the air, itâs a miracle you havenât jumped each other yet. Though in his eyes, as much as his heart yearned for you, he knew you were too good for him. Youâd been hurt before, and he had a reputation for hurting people, feeling undeserving of even just the sweet smiles and company you afford him even now. You didnât need someone like him, you needed a good man, someone who didnât kill for a living, someone who could treat you right, someone who didnât look the way he did. You were soft and warm, he was rough and cold, though he supposed thatâs where the term âopposites attractâ came from. So even when he was a whole bottle deep, he was sure to hold his tongue to a certain point.
Some of those nights around the fire were spent sober, others not so much, and this night happened to be one of those nights spent under the influence. You two had stumbled across a mini-mart, doing your best to out run the radstorm that had been trailing you guys for hours, coming in just to find whatever supplies you could to make it through the next week and possibly hunker down for the night. So imagine your surprise when you seemed to have found the largest chem stache youâd both ever laid eyes on. âCoop! Come here, you gotta see thisâ you said, making him run towards you to make sure you werenât hurt or in trouble. His nerves were eased once he saw you, fully intact. âTell me Iâm not seeing shitâ you said, pointing to all of the supplies sitting in a box on the table, joined by other supplies around it. You both looked at each other in complete and utter disbelief, this would keep you stocked for months, maybe even a whole year if you conserved it well. âWell ainât that just the prettiest fuckinâ sightâ he said. There was no way a horde of chems this large and this valuable was just completely unprotected you reasoned, so you routed around the place, scoping out for any raiders, straggling traders or ferals who happened to still be around. It was as if heaven was shining down on you both as you found no one around, seemed like no one had been here for days. So you did the most logical thing anyone would do in this situation. Stuff each of your bags to the brim of drugs of all varieties! Seeing as you had food, chems and even some clean water and alcohol lying around, Cooper locked and barricaded the door shut, proposing it could be a good spot to sleep for the night. With a radstorm approaching, it was best to have a roof over your heads to keep out the rain and potential radiation sickness that came with it. âThis is the closest fuckinâ thing to a slice of heaven Iâve seen in agesâ he said, aside from you is what played in his mind but he couldnât speak that out loud, no matter how much he wanted to. âYou said it!â you replied, and itâs even better with you here you thought, but thought it best to keep it to yourself. He plopped down on the couch, kicking his feet up to rest on the small table that seemed to be in shambles, enjoying a tape that was playing on the TV that he was surprised to still see functioning. âHoly shit, this thing still works?â You asked, amazed to see working technology out in the wastelands, sitting next to him as you watched it with him. He gave a smirk at your reaction, thinking it was cute the way your eyes would light up when you got all excited over something. Deep down it made him want to give you everything you laid eyes on like that just to see it pointed towards him. âGuess soâ he replied, enjoying your excitement only to see you turn and look his way, which was his signal to stop staring holes into you before he gets caught. âI dunno about you baby doll, but I ainât about to spend tonight sober with this stache sittinâ here ân front of usâ he said, making you laugh as he routed through all the different drugs and chems til he found what he was looking for.
In the process of searching through it all, a small metal box fell to the floor at your feet. It looked like a box of mentats only the design was different, instead of the characteristic green and white box was a red one covered with hearts labeled DN-Chem. You supposed the worst that could happen was turn into the man sitting next to you, which you figured wasnât the worst fate to succumb to all things considered, so you went against all better judgement and said fuck it, popping two of the mentat like chems and chasing it with the vodka heâd found to wait for it to take effect. âThe hell is DN?â He asked, looking at the box, wondering what it was you took. âDonât know, guess weâll find out here soon because I took twoâ you said, taking another sip from the bottle of vodka he passed your way, and he gave a chuckle as you handed it back to him. âYou come a mighty long way, little ladyâ he commented before setting the metal pill box down. He took the bottle from you, taking a swig, then placing one of the small viles into his inhaler before taking a hit of it then lying back, breathing a sigh of relief as it and the alcohol entered his system like the perfect remedy to any ailment. As about a half an hour rolled by, you waited for the high to set in but it never came, instead you were just getting hot, like really hot. There werenât any windows open, and it was night time so you shouldnât be this uncomfortably hot for how it was but you felt like you were on fire. âShit, itâs hot as hell in hereâŚâ you complained, shaking off your jacket that youâd picked off of some raider a few weeks back, making him look to you curiously. âLightweightâ he quipped, making you chuckle. âAccept I donât feel anything, I just feel hotâ you said, making him hum with intrigue before turning back to the TV. âGive it some time, youâre new to all this. âm sure your body is wonderinâ what the hell you just put in itâ he said, and he had a good point, maybe it was just a side effect of not doing them so often compared to his every day use.
As time went on, you began to notice the way your eyes couldnât help but be glued to him, more specifically glued to the way his legs were now spread as he sat back. You wondered to yourself what he looked like beneath all that cowboy get up, what his reaction would be like to see you getting on your knees for him and slotting yourself between his spread legs. You shook your head to try and rid yourself of such inappropriate thoughts, but what you couldnât stop no matter how hard you tried was the feeling of arousal beginning to pool in your panties. Sure he flirted with you every now and again, but you doubt he felt towards you the same way you did for him. To him you were sure you were likely more akin to a pet than a friend, useful and nice to have around, but not anything further. At least so you thought. Youâd rather hoped you were wrong in assuming so, that maybe he saw you the same way you saw him. You bit your lip as you tried bouncing your leg to relieve the ache between your thighs, a light pink dusting your face and neck even up to the tips of your ears, but nothing worked. Even as you closed your eyes, all you could picture was you laid out on the couch beneath him, or bent over it with him behind you, or you riding him on it. âBeen awful quiet. You doinâ alright over there, sweetheart?â Cooper asked you, and the audible whimper you let out from the nickname left you completely embarrassed. You clasped a hand over your mouth, god you were horrified but he gave a grin and a chuckle in response. âIâm so sorry, I donât know whatâs gotten into me all the sudden. I feel soâŚweird?â you said, unsure if that was really the proper word to explain it but it was the only way you could really word it off the top of your head with how much your brain felt as if it was turning to mush. âYa took some chems, itâs gonna feel a bit fuzzyâ he said, trying to assure you that feeling a little funny was normal, but this? This didnât feel normal, not even for a chem high. You tried your best to swallow harshly, doing everything you could to try and relieve the dry ache you felt in your throat at the moment upon looking at him. You grabbed the bottle of vodka, taking a few sips but even that couldnât grant you bliss from it. The throbbing in your core was driving you absolutely insane. You swore up and down that it was like you could feel your heartbeat in your chest, stomach, and in your cunt all at the same time. âNo, this is differentâŚI donât think what I took was a normal chem, CoopâŚâ you said, trying not to panic at the effects that were setting in but god you felt like you were absolutely feral. He turned to look at you, watching as you clamped your thighs together and the red that fell over your face. âI feel like an animal in heatâ you said bluntly, making him go into a near coughing fit as you took him off guard. However that piqued his interest enough to pick up the little metal box again to see what it was you took. âI ainât ever heard of a chem that does that, was that DN shit the only stuff you took?â He asked, growing slightly concerned for you and whether he had a possible horde of laced chems, or just an extremely horny woman on his hands. Speaking of hands, you were lost in thought staring at them, at the way they gripped the couch like you wanted him to grip your thighs, at the way they looked in those leather gloves he always wore. You wondered how it would feel wrapped around your throat, or how it would feel if his fingers were buried deep inside of you. Shit. This was getting out of control.
âHey, ya with me still?â He asked, snapping to try and get your attention back on the matter at hand, making you shake your head yes as you broke from your perverted thoughts. âIs that DN shit the only thing you took?â He asked again, making you shake your head yes once more, because you knew damn well your voice was going to betray you the moment you tried to speak. That had to be it, it was the only thing that was different out of it all and the only thing heâd never heard of before. He knew it wasnât the vodka either because he was drinking it with you, so if it was affecting you, it would have affected him and it hadnât.
It took him a minute to put two and two together before he finally realized the abbreviations stood for Date Night, reading the instructions and effects on the inside of the tinâs lid. âShit..â he said as he read it, realizing this was a hand made thing thrown into the bunch by whoever was running this place. âDid you read the lid before you popped them pills?â He asked, making you go wide eyed. As if this couldnât get any fucking worse, this shit show could have been avoided had you just read the inside of the lid. âThere was instructions?? Oh my godâŚwhat the fuck did I take?â You asked, concerned for yourself and the tone he had while reading it. âSomethinâ that the creator of it called Date Night. Looks like itâs aâŚwell looks like itâs a handmade sex chemâ he said, making you cover your face with your hands out of sheer embarrassment, youâd never wanted to die out in a radstorm more than you did right now. âPlease tell me youâre fucking joking, cooperâŚâ you whined, watching him read it more. âHow much of it did you take?â He asked, almost scared to know and you were scared to know why. âTwo?â You replied, making him whistle at that as he read it. âFuckinâ hell sugar..â he said through a chuckle, and that nickname made a shiver run through you, sending electric bolts straight to your throbbing cunt. You did your best to bite back the whimper. âYouâre only sâpossed take one, and with you beinâ new tâ all this, I wouldnât have taken more than halfâ he said, making you just wish you could just dig a hole and die in it already. âFuck meâŚwait, shit! N-Not literally fuck me I- well I mean Iâd like if you did butâŚFUCK! Forgive me Cooper, Iâm so sorry, I can hardly think straightâ you said, making him chuckle. âWell sweetheart, I think you and I both know thereâs only one good fix for this situationâ he said, making you whimper pathetically at the thought, your thighs squeezing together even more as you tried to fight to stay sane. Your eyes cast downwards to his lap once more, seeing the tent forming in his pants, clearly you werenât the only one all worked up here. âI donât want to make you feel like you have to, Coop. I can run off and take care of myself if it makes you uncomfort-â you rambled but before you could finish, his hand cupped the side of your face, pulling you in for a long awaited kiss. You moaned into it without meaning to, feeling the way your body immediately relaxed upon wrapping your arms around him with no hesitation as the sweet innocent kiss turned passionate and dirty rather quickly.
âI wonât lie tâ you, doinâ this with you has passed my mind more times than Iâd care to admit, but I donât wanna cross that line unless you really want thisâ he said, looking into your eyes and making sure that this was truly what you wanted, that you felt the same way he did. âCoop, I know Iâm under the influence of whatever the fuck this drug is, but trust me when I say, Iâd be just as good with it sober. Been thinking about it for probably just as long as you have, if Iâm honest with you. I want this, I want you and right now I want you so fucking bad that I might lose my mind if you donât fuck meâ you answered bluntly, taking him by surprise at just the sheer amount of absolute filth that left your otherwise innocent mouth, making him chuckle at your use of curse words and how desperate you were for him. âThat so sugar?â He asked with a grin, enjoying teasing you at your neediest moments, including now. âGod yes, Cooper please..â you begged, nearly moaning in reply and heâd spent time mulling over it before, denying himself the chance but just as the chem stache was a pot of gold, he took this as one of the best opportunities being placed in his lap by whatever higher power existed out there, making him waste no time in kissing you once more. âGood, because I donât think Iâd be able to hold myself back once weâve startedâ he said, and the idea made you moan. âDonât want you to hold back, want all of youâ you said, and your wish was his command.
By the time your brain could finally catch up with you again, your clothes were strewn out all around you, your tank top hanging over the back of the couch, your jeans thrown haphazardly on the arm rest behind you, his pants on the floor, his hat on the table and shirt and duster having fallen somewhere behind the couch. By now, youâd already cum on his fingers twice, and on his cock once, this was your fourth round and this shit still had you on fire. âYes!! Oh fuck, Cooper!â you moaned as your legs wrapped around his hips, keeping him as close to you as you could get, your fingers digging crescent shapes and puffy red lines into his back that unfortunately he knew wouldnât stay long thanks to his ability to heal stupidly fast. âDoinâ so good for me, baby doll. Look so pretty like this for me, all splayed out like a needy little whoreâ he praised and degraded through his groans, making you moan and roll your eyes into the back of your head at the praise mixed with degradation as his cock was drilling deep inside you like tonight was all you guys had. âYeah, you like that, huh sweet thing? Like it when I tell you how good it feels and call you names?â He asked, making you nod your head yes because there wasnât a single thought in that brain of yours other than his name, which you spoke like a mantra. âNever knew such a sweet lilâ thing like you would be such a dirty little minx. FuckâŚenough to make a man like me go feral, ya know that?â he said, making you giggle as you moved his free hand up to your throat, urging him to choke you, and he groaned at the sight. Your kiss swollen lips all puffy and shining with spit, your cheeks dusted a constant pink that grew darker anytime his cock brushed that spot deep inside that made you cling to him, your eyes half lidded, looking up at him like he was your savior. It made him absolutely rock hard knowing youâd pick him over anyone else in this god forsaken wasteland. âMy, you are just a little freak, ainât you? Oh we are gonna have fun together, you and me honeyâ he promised, squeezing your throat tight enough to restrict your airflow but not enough to hurt or cause any damage. Just enough to get that puddle of a brain of yours all fuzzy as you got closer to your fourth orgasm of the night. âCooperâŚâm so close, so close please!!â You begged, feeling the heavy drag of his cock as he pounded into you, leaving you damn near screaming as it nudged your cervix and that spongy little bundle of nerves deep inside. âGo on honey, I gotchya. Let go for me, wanna see those pretty faces and hear those pretty noises you makeâ he said, angling his hips just right to hit that spot over and over again. âOh fuck, oh fuck Iâm gonna cum again, I-â you warned before your moans rose in pitch as your walls clamped around him, gushing on his cock as your orgasm hit you like a freight train. Your body arched off the couch, stars filling your vision for a moment as you felt your release gush out and coat your inner thighs, screaming his name like it was your only chance at salvation. âWell ainât I just the damn luckiest man in the wastelands right now, got me a pretty little vaultie and sheâs a gusherâ he said, making you whimper at his teasing but judging by the way he emptied himself inside you for the second time, you took it as a sign that he liked that about you. âHoly shit, I-I didnât know I could do thatâ you said, thoroughly shocked with what your brain and body were doing as they almost seemed to almost be working against each other. âDo it again for meâ he said, grabbing you and moving you both to where you were straddling him this time. His hands rested on your hips, helping guide you as you speared yourself on his dick with ease from how absolutely soaked you were, making you both throw your head back and moan. âNow thatâs a damn good sightâ he said, making you lean in to kiss him once more as his hands helped you start and keep a steady rhythm with your hips. It was definitely going to be a long night, but one you two have been needing for months, maybe even longer.
Itâs a good thing ghouls have remarkable recovery time, because in order to finally get you sated and back to normal, you both had to spend all night going at it. Granted, it was aided by the mix of pent up sexual tension and pent up sexual frustration, but it was dawn before you both had gotten to a point where you could even *try* and fall sleep. First few times was on the couch between missionary, doggy and you riding him, next was you bent over it, with your pretty legs spread and ass in the air for him. Then, you used the arm rest of the couch as a pillow beneath your hips as he stood up while you laid out on the couch. He liked that one a lot for the way your tits would bounce with each and every forceful thrust into you, jolting your body. After that, it was done standing up with your back pressed against a wall, your legs and arms wrapped around him to keep him deep inside of you and fill you til he had nothing left to give you. From that point on, the rest of the night was all a hormone-hazed blur, but you knew well that he took care of you. You woke up unbelievably sore, your joints aching in places that you had no idea could even ache, a swollen, angry throb between your legs for the harsh, almost punishing treatment to your pussy followed by bruises, bite marks, scratch marks, hand prints etc. littered your skin as you woke up curled into Cooperâs side. You gave a gravelly groan as the sun shone in your eyes through the windows, making him chuckle at the way you were such a ray of sunshine except in the morning. Coming to learn that you absolutely *hated* mornings. Though you suppose you started to enjoy them more since traveling with him. âMorninâ sunshineâ he said coyly, making you groan disapprovingly at the way the sun was in your eyes, making you hold your hand up to cast a shadow on your face and grant you some relief. âMorningâ you answered, your voice hoarse and half gone from sleep and all your activities that transpired the previous night. âAinât that a pretty sightâ he said, turning and seeing you curled up to him, naked, your hair all messy from sleep and the hickeys and bite marks littering your skin, making you chuckle. âLast night was definitely something, canât believe youâve been holding all *that* out on meâ you joked, making him give a dry laugh. âCould say the same thing about you, sugar. Had no idea that mind a yours could be so filthy. Youâre a wild thing to party with, lilâ ladyâ he teased, sliding his arm around you to keep you close, making you hum as you lay soft, appreciative kisses to his collarbone and chest. âYouâre fun too, and thank you for taking care of me last night. Iâm sorry that it ended up happening the way that it did, I wanted to work up the courage and tell you some other way, I really did, but I guess life had other plansâ you said making him chuckle as he saw you blush when he kissed your head. âDrunk words are sober thoughts they say, so Iâd say I made out pretty good. But donât sweat it, not sure how I deserved someone as good as you, but itâs good to know I ainât as hard to stomach as most people sayâ he said, pulling you in for a soft, heartfelt kiss. âI think you are just perfect, Cooperâ you said, your hand resting on his scarred chest as you looked at him with that gaze he swore heâd do anything to see pointed his way.
âYou really wanna be my girl?â He asked softly, sounding shocked and with some self doubt still lacing his tone, but he had to be sure this was what you wanted outside of the drugâs effects. He cared for you deeply, in a way that he hasnât felt in a very long time, but maybe you were just the right person for him to finally open his heart up to. His question made you giggle as your heart fluttered in your chest with excitement. âI absolutely do, I meant it when I said it last night, I mean it just as much now. I think weâve danced around it for long enough, donât you?â you replied, making him smile the most genuinely happy smile youâve seen him wear since youâd met. âJust checkinââ he said, before laying a sweet kiss to your lips, wishing every morning could be like this one. Maybe it could, now that you were here with him.

đđđđđ đđđđ - âI donât deserve someone like youâ
âIn an arranged marriage to the powerful sorcerer Gojo Satoru, you, a blind young woman from a noble family, quickly realize the harsh realities of your new life.
.contains blind fem. reader x gojo satoru, gojo is shitty, angsty, hurt no comfort, curse au, cheating, mistress, toxity, wc. 6.1k
The scent of jasmine filled the grand hall, its soft, almost cloying sweetness failing to mask the tension that lingered in the air. The wedding was beautiful, by all accountsâornate chandeliers hung from the vaulted ceiling, casting soft, golden light across the room. Tall vases overflowed with white lilies and roses, draped with vines that twined delicately around their stems. Everything was pristine, perfect, a vision of elegance and status befitting the union of two powerful families.
But beneath the surface, it all felt wrong.
The whispers of the guests were hushed, though not out of reverence or respect for the sacredness of the ceremony. They whispered because of you. They stared, eyes flickering between curiosity and pity, hidden behind false smiles and hollow words of congratulations. They pretended to celebrate, but you could hear itâthe murmurs beneath their breath, the way their voices dipped just low enough that they thought you wouldnât notice.
But you always noticed.
You stood still, hands folded in front of you, your posture impeccable as youâd been trained, listening as they spoke about the bride. The blind girl. The one without cursed techniques. The one Gojo Satoruâthe Gojo Satoruâwas marrying.
The ceremony had been just as silent, just as stifling, the weight of a hundred eyes pressing into you like needles. You had felt their gazes on your back as you walked down the aisle, guided by your fatherâs hand. Each step had felt heavier than the last, each footfall an echo in the vast room, but you held your head high, your expression calm and serene, as you had practiced countless times. The world around you was dark, as it always had been, but your senses were sharp, attuned to every shift in the atmosphere, every murmur, every movement.
No one questioned the marriage aloud, but everyone doubted it in private. The Gojo clan needed an heir, and youâborn into a noble sorcerer family, though cursed with blindness and lacking any ability to fightâwere chosen for the role. Not because of your power, not because of love, but because your bloodline was old and respected. Your familyâs name still held weight in the jujutsu world, even if you did not. And Gojo⌠well, he was too important, too powerful, for anyone to refuse his familyâs demands.
You could feel the tension in the room from the moment you entered. It rippled through the air like a current, crackling just beneath the surface of polite conversation. Your family had assured you this was the best course for both you and them. It was your duty, theyâd said, to carry on the familyâs legacy, even if you couldnât do it the way your ancestors had. You would be a wife, a vessel for a future heir. That was your purpose now. You werenât here to fight curses or stand beside him as an equal. You were here to bear the weight of an alliance and ensure the bloodlines remained pure and strong.
And he?
Gojo Satoru, the man you were now married to, had been as distant as the stars. Even during the brief ceremony, his presence felt like a cold wind brushing past your skin. He hadnât said muchâhis voice, when he spoke the vows, had been flat and indifferent, devoid of the charm and magnetism that he was known for. His hand had touched yours only for the briefest moment, cool and detached, as though the act of taking your hand was more of an inconvenience than a gesture of unity.
There had been no tenderness, no sense of connection. It was as though he were performing an obligation, fulfilling a requirement, nothing more.
And now, as the ceremony gave way to the reception, he was nowhere to be found.
You stood alone in the grand hall, surrounded by the murmuring crowd, your fingers grazing the soft fabric of your wedding gown as you shifted your weight. The gown was heavy, draped in layers of delicate silk and lace that clung to your skin, a reminder of the weight of the expectations placed upon you. You could hear the soft rustle of the fabric as you moved, the sound barely audible over the hum of conversation and the gentle notes of the ceremonial band playing in the background.
The guests were mingling, their voices a blur of idle chatter and veiled judgment, and you were left to endure it all in silence.
"Such a shame," someone whispered, though you couldnât tell who. Their voice was soft, yet the pity in it was sharp enough to cut. "A blind girl, no cursed energyâŚ"
"Can she even fulfill her duties?" another voice added, the words tinged with disbelief. "Gojo must be furious."
Your heart tightened, but you kept your face composed, as you had been taught. You didnât react. You didnât turn toward the voices or acknowledge them in any way. You had long since learned that reacting only gave them power. So you stood still, hands clasped in front of you, listening as they judged you without hesitation.
âShe must be so nervous,â a woman murmured to her companion, her tone laced with false sympathy. "I canât imagine being so helpless."
Helpless.
You had heard that word so many times in your life. It clung to you like a second skin, a label that you could never quite shed, no matter how hard you tried. They saw your blindness and your lack of cursed energy, and they assumed that was all there was to you. A burden. An empty vessel.
It wasnât just the guests who thought that. You could feel it in the way Gojo had treated you during the ceremony. His absence now was only confirmation of what you already knewâhe didnât care. To him, this marriage was just another arrangement, another responsibility to check off his list. You had been chosen for your lineage, not for yourself.
He wasnât going to try, and neither were you.
It was only after what felt like an eternity of standing alone, the weight of the room pressing down on you, that you felt a shift. The atmosphere changed, a ripple of movement through the crowd, followed by the distinct sensation of someone approaching.
You knew who it was before he even spoke.
"Looking for me?"
His voice was smooth, casual, tinged with amusement that felt out of place in the solemnity of the occasion. It was the same voice he had used during the ceremonyâbored, distant, with just a hint of arrogance. You had heard Gojo Satoru speak before, though never to you, and his voice was always laced with that same careless charm, as though everything and everyone around him were beneath him.
You didnât flinch. You didnât turn toward him immediately, taking a moment to compose yourself, to control the surge of frustration that rose within you. When you finally spoke, your voice was quiet, calm.
"Where have you been?"
The question was simple, but it carried more weight than the words alone. Where had he been? On this day of all days, the day that was meant to unite you, however meaningless that union might be. You hadnât expected warmth from him, but a part of youâburied deepâhad hoped for something more than indifference.
"Busy," he replied, as though the question itself were a joke. He didnât elaborate, and you didnât press him for details. He wouldnât have given them, anyway. His voice was closer than expected, and you felt a subtle shift in the air as he moved closer. "This whole thing is exhausting. Donât you agree?"
His words dripped with nonchalance, as though the day had been an inconvenience to him. Perhaps it had been. Perhaps the thought of being tied to someone like youâsomeone who couldnât see, someone who couldnât fightâwas more than just a burden to him.
You remained still, though your fingers tightened slightly around the delicate fabric of your gown. "I suppose it is," you replied softly, your voice carefully neutral. "But itâs necessary."
Gojo laughed, the sound low and mocking, and you could feel the weight of his gaze on you, as though he were studying you, amused by your response.
"Necessary?" he echoed, his tone mocking. "I guess thatâs one way to put it."
There was a pause, and you could feel the tension between you thickening, the space between you filled with unspoken words. You wanted to say somethingâsomething sharp, something that would cut through his arroganceâbut you held your tongue. You had learned long ago that sharp words would do nothing here. Not with him.
âTell me,â he said, his voice lowering as he leaned in slightly, âdid you think this would be anything more than an arrangement?â
Your heart skipped a beat, but you didnât let your expression falter. âI didnât expect anything more than what was promised,â you answered carefully.
âGood,â he murmured. âBecause thatâs all it is. An arrangement. Nothing more.â
You could feel the cruel smirk tugging at his lips, even if you couldnât see it. You didnât need to see it. You could hear it in his voice, feel it in the way he stood too close, invading your space as if to remind you just how small, how insignificant, you were in comparison to him.
The room around you felt colder, even though the temperature had not changed.
âDonât worry,â he said, stepping back as though to release you from his presence, âthisâll go much easier if you remember that.â
As Gojo disappeared back into the crowd, the warmth of his presence faded just as quickly as it had come, leaving behind an emptiness that settled deep in your chest. You kept your face composed, your expression serene, as you had been taught. The noise of the reception swirled around you, a cacophony of clinking glasses and laughter, but none of it reached you. It felt distant, mutedâlike you were standing in a world that wasnât meant for you, a world that you could never fully inhabit.
You didnât need to see to know what was happening around you. The guests would be watching him now, the great Gojo Satoru, as he moved effortlessly through the crowd, exchanging smiles and pleasantries with his admirers. Theyâd hang on his every word, laugh at his every joke, their attention glued to him like moths drawn to a flame. He was the star of this union, after allâthe one everyone came to see. Not you.
You were nothing more than the shadow in his light.
A part of you wanted to slip away, to retreat into the safety of solitude where the weight of the expectations and the judgment wouldnât suffocate you. But you knew better. Your place was here, standing still, enduring. You had learned long ago that this was your role in the world of sorcerersâa silent participant, always on the periphery, always observing but never truly part of the action.
âAre you all right, my dear?â
The voice was soft, tentativeâyour motherâs. You hadnât heard her approach, but the gentle touch of her hand on your arm was familiar, grounding. She was the one who had guided you through this life of duty, the one who had taught you how to survive in a world that had never been kind to those like you.
âIâm fine,â you said, your voice steady. The lie slipped easily from your lips. It was a lie you had told so many times before that it felt almost like the truth now.
Your motherâs grip tightened slightly, her thumb brushing your arm in a subtle gesture of comfort. âHe⌠he will come around,â she murmured, though even she didnât sound convinced.
You resisted the urge to laugh at her words. Come around? Gojo Satoru? You had known, even before the wedding, that he wasnât the type of man who could be swayed by something as simple as a bond of marriage. He was above all of thatâabove you. He was the strongest sorcerer alive, the most powerful, untouchable. And you? You were nothing more than the bride chosen for him because of your familyâs name. A bride he could ignore without consequence.
âThereâs no need for him to come around,â you replied softly. âThis marriage is what it is.â
Your mother hesitated, as if searching for the right words. âYou will find your place,â she said finally, though her voice wavered with uncertainty. âIt may take time, butââ
âI know my place,â you interrupted, your tone sharper than you intended. You could feel her flinch, her hand withdrawing slightly, and a pang of guilt shot through you. She didnât deserve your frustration. She had done what she thought was best for you, even if this life felt like a cage. âIâm sorry,â you added quietly. âI didnât mean toââ
âI understand,â your mother said gently, though you could hear the strain in her voice. âI know this isnât easy. But⌠you must remember your duty. This is about more than just you or Satoru. Itâs about the future of our family.â
Her words, though well-meaning, did little to comfort you. You had heard them countless times beforeâspoken by your father, by your uncles, by the elders who had decided your fate long before you had any say in it. Your family needed this marriage. It was a strategic alliance, a way to secure your familyâs position in the jujutsu world, to ensure that their legacy would continue through the next generation. You were simply the vessel through which that legacy would be carried.
But what about you? What did you want?
Not that it mattered. In this world, your wants were irrelevant.
âI know,â you whispered, though the words felt heavy on your tongue. âI understand my duty.â
Your mother didnât reply, but you could sense her reluctance, her uncertainty. Perhaps a part of her regretted the role she had played in this arrangement. Or perhaps she simply didnât know how to help you, how to guide you through something she had never experienced herself.
After a moment, she squeezed your arm again, then quietly slipped away, leaving you alone once more in the sea of murmuring voices and clinking glasses.
-
The journey back to the Gojo estate was quiet and uncomfortable, much like the rest of the day had been. You had ridden alone, save for the driver and a house staff member assigned to assist you, a man whose presence was unobtrusive and respectful, though it did little to ease the weight in your chest. The noise of the reception was a distant memory now, replaced by the soft hum of the car engine and the occasional rattle of the road beneath the wheels.
When the car finally came to a halt, you felt the subtle shift in the air, the familiar scent of the estate reaching you through the open window. The door beside you opened with a soft creak, and you turned your head slightly, listening as the staff member stepped out and came to your side.
"Lady Gojo," he said quietly, his voice steady, "weâve arrived. May I assist you?"
You nodded, grateful for his presence even if the formality of it felt strange. His hand found yours with a practiced gentleness, and you allowed him to guide you from the car, your feet sinking slightly into the gravel as you stepped onto the driveway. The estate was large, its grounds sprawling and ornate, though you had never seen it with your own eyes. You had been given descriptions, of courseâtold about the lush gardens, the grand architecture, the beautiful traditional touches that made the Gojo residence a place of prestige. But to you, it was simply a place. Another cage, perhaps larger and more opulent than the last, but a cage nonetheless.
The man guided you carefully, his pace slow and deliberate as you walked toward the main entrance. The stone path beneath your feet was smooth, the cool night air brushing against your skin as you moved. You focused on the sounds around youâthe distant chirp of crickets, the rustle of leaves in the breeze, the soft shuffle of your guideâs footsteps. It was a comfort in a way, grounding you in the present, keeping you from drifting too far into the overwhelming thoughts that threatened to consume you.
As you reached the doors to the estate, another figure emerged from insideâa woman, her footsteps lighter and quicker than the manâs. You could tell by the soft rustling of fabric and the light scent of jasmine that she was one of the house staff, perhaps the one assigned to assist you personally. She approached with the same quiet respect, her presence calm and unobtrusive.
"Lady Gojo," she greeted softly, her voice smooth and measured. "I am here to assist you with getting settled. Shall I help you to your chambers?"
"Yes," you replied quietly, your voice steady despite the turmoil within. "Thank you."
The man who had guided you this far bowed his head slightly, murmured a polite farewell, and took his leave. The woman stepped forward then, her hand resting lightly on your arm as she gently guided you through the grand entrance of the estate. The cool air inside the building was a sharp contrast to the warmth of the evening outside, the scent of incense and wood filling your senses as you walked.
You could hear the faint echo of your footsteps in the vast, empty halls, the sound a reminder of the sheer size of this place. It felt too big, too impersonal. The kind of space where someone could get lostâphysically and emotionally.
As the woman led you through the winding corridors, she remained quiet, her touch firm but never forceful. She was practiced, you could tell, in the way she moved with you, guiding without pushing, always attentive to your pace. There was a quiet understanding in her actions, as though she knew that this day had been overwhelming, that words werenât necessary right now.
When you finally reached the doors to your chambers, she opened them quietly and stepped inside with you. The room was cold, untouched, the air still and heavy. The silence hung between you both as she guided you toward the center of the room, stopping near the bed.
"Shall I help you with your gown, Lady Gojo?" the woman asked gently, her voice soft but professional.
"Yes, please," you answered, though a part of you hesitated. It felt strange, being undressed by another, but the gown was heavy, its intricate layers difficult to manage on your own, especially after such a long day. The weight of it felt unbearable now, pressing down on your shoulders, a physical reminder of everything this day had been.
The woman moved with care, her fingers deft as she began to undo the delicate clasps and ties of your wedding dress. You stood still, letting her work, the fabric of the gown slowly loosening and falling away from your body as she removed it piece by piece. The cool air brushed against your skin as each layer was peeled back, the heaviness gradually lifting, though the emotional weight remained.
Once the gown was fully removed, she folded it with precision, setting it aside on a nearby chair. You felt lighter, freer in a way, though the emptiness of the room and the absence of the man who was supposed to share it with you left a coldness in your chest.
"Would you like me to prepare anything else for you tonight, my lady?" the woman asked, her voice still calm and measured.
"No," you replied softly, shaking your head. "That will be all. Thank you."
With a quiet bow, she left the room, the soft click of the door closing behind her the only sound that remained. And then, you were alone.
Alone.
The word echoed in your mind, filling the empty space around you. You stood there for a long moment, the coldness of the room seeping into your skin, the emptiness of the house pressing down on you. This was your life nowâa life of silence, of isolation. A life in which you were nothing more than a vessel for a future heir.
You hadnât expected Gojo to be here, but even so, his absence stung in a way you hadnât anticipated. He hadnât cared enough to even pretend. This marriage, this lifeâit meant nothing to him. And to everyone else, you were just the blind girl. The one without cursed techniques. The one chosen not for her strength or power, but for her bloodline. A tool.
With a heavy sigh, you walked slowly to the bed, the soft rustle of the sheets the only sound in the quiet room. You crawled into bed, the cold fabric wrapping around you like a suffocating embrace. You stared into the darkness, your mind racing with thoughts you couldnât quiet. Would it always be like this? Would this be your lifeâempty, cold, and filled with the constant reminder of your insignificance?
The cold sheets didnât provide any comfort, nor did the quiet. The weight of the day pressed down on you, and despite your exhaustion, sleep didnât come easily. Instead, you lay there, your thoughts swirling around in your mind, the reality of your new life sinking in.
-
The morning light filtered through the roomâs large windows, though its warmth did nothing to chase away the cold that lingered in the air. You had hardly slept, the weight of the previous night pressing heavily on your chest. The events played over and over in your mindâthe whispers, the ceremony, the emptiness. And now, waking up in this unfamiliar place, it was hard to shake the sense of displacement, of being trapped in a life that was not your own.
You sat up slowly, your body stiff from the restless night. The thin fabric of your nightgown offered little comfort against the morning chill, and for a moment, you remained still, unsure of what to do next. There was no routine here, no familiar rhythm to fall into. You had always known what your life would beâquiet, measured, controlled by dutyâbut now it felt as though the ground had been pulled out from under you, leaving you floating in a strange, empty space.
A knock at the door interrupted your thoughts, soft but insistent.
"Lady Gojo," came the familiar voice of the woman who had helped you the night before. "Iâve brought you tea. May I enter?"
"Yes," you replied, your voice quiet.
The door opened, and you heard her footsteps as she approached, the soft clinking of a tray as she set it down on the small table beside your bed.
"Iâve also brought a change of clothes," she continued, her tone respectful. "If youâd like, I can help you dress for the day."
You nodded, though the thought of dressing for the day felt strange. What was there to do? What purpose did this day hold for you? You didnât belong in this world of sorcerers and cursed techniques, of power and prestige. You were just the blind girl, chosen to be Gojoâs wife for reasons that had nothing to do with who you were and everything to do with what your family name represented.
The woman helped you out of bed, her hands gentle as she guided you toward the wardrobe, where she had laid out a simple, elegant kimono. You could feel the delicate silk between your fingers as she draped it over your shoulders, her hands moving with practiced ease as she tied the obi around your waist.
"Do you know what your plans are for today, my lady?" she asked quietly, though there was no judgment in her voice, only politeness.
"I donât," you admitted, the words feeling heavy. "Iâm not sure what Iâm supposed to do."
The woman paused for a moment, her hands resting lightly on your shoulders as she adjusted the fabric. "You may not have cursed techniques like the others, but that doesnât mean thereâs nothing for you here. The Gojo estate is large, and there are many things to explore if youâd like. The gardens are beautiful, and the library is filled with books from all over the world. You donât have toâŚ"
Her voice trailed off as though she had realized she was speaking out of turn, but the kindness in her tone remained.
"I donât have to what?" you asked softly, curious about what she had left unsaid.
"You donât have to wait around," she finished, her voice gentler now. "You donât have to wait for someone to tell you what to do. Youâre Lady Gojo now, and this is your home too."
The words settled into you, though they felt foreign, like a suit of armor that didnât quite fit. Could this place ever really be your home? Could you find your own way here, among people who saw you as nothing more than a blind girl married to a man who didnât care about you?
When the woman finished dressing you, she stepped back, her hands folding neatly in front of her. "Is there anything else I can do for you this morning?"
"No," you replied, your voice soft. "Thank you."
She bowed slightly and left the room, leaving you standing there, dressed but feeling no more ready for the day than you had before.
The silence that filled the room after her departure was thick and suffocating. You could feel the weight of the emptiness pressing down on you, the quietness of the house a stark contrast to the chaotic noise that had filled your mind since the wedding. A part of you wanted to crawl back into bed, to hide under the covers and pretend that none of this was real. But the womanâs words lingered.
You donât have to wait around.
You had spent your entire life waiting. Waiting for your cursed techniques to appear. Waiting for your family to tell you what your role would be. Waiting for this marriage to happen, knowing it was never really a choice. But now, as much as you felt out of place, there was a flicker of something inside you that wondered if she was right. Maybe there was more to this life than just waiting.
With slow, deliberate movements, you made your way to the door. Your hand found the handle, and you stepped out into the hallway, the quiet of the estate enveloping you. The corridors were long, and though you couldnât see them, you could feel the vastness of the space around youâthe echo of your footsteps against the smooth floors, the subtle shift in the air as you walked.
You didnât know where you were going, but for the first time since you arrived, it didnât matter. You just needed to move, to take a step forward, no matter how uncertain.
As you neared a door, the sounds from within grew unmistakableâsoft murmurs, the rustle of fabric, and then a quiet, intimate sigh. The knot in your stomach tightened. You already knew what you would find if you dared to push the door open, and yet your feet carried you closer, your heart thundering in your chest as your hand instinctively brushed against the doorframe.
Inside, Gojoâs voice was low, playful, teasing in a way you had never heard from him before. It sent a shiver down your spineânot from the words themselves, but from the realization that this was a side of him he had reserved for someone else.
Through the small gap in the door, you heard herâa soft giggle, followed by a breathy gasp as Gojoâs voice dropped lower, too quiet for you to make out the words. The tone was unmistakable though, thick with seduction, as if he was savoring every moment of this forbidden encounter.
You stepped closer, the barely-there creak of the floor beneath you drowned out by the sounds inside the room. There was no mistaking what was happening now. Her quiet moan was unmistakable, and the soft, wet sound that followed made your breath catch in your throat. Your mind painted a picture you didnât want to seeâGojo leaning in, his lips pressing against hers with a hunger that had never been directed toward you.
The dull thud of your heart in your ears drowned out almost everything else, but you couldnât tear yourself away. You shouldnât have been standing there, listening to your husband making out with another woman, but the pull of the moment kept you frozen in place.
A light gasp escaped her, followed by Gojoâs chuckle, and then you heard him kiss her againâlonger this time, deeper. The sound of their lips parting, the soft exhale of pleasure from the woman, filled the room. It was like a physical blow, striking you with a force you hadnât expected.
It was the kind of kiss you would never have. The kind of affection you would never receive from him.
You had always known it, deep down. Gojo had never promised you anything beyond the formalities of marriage, and you had accepted that, hadnât you? But standing here, listening to him give someone else the affection you would never know, the truth of it stung in a way you hadnât prepared for.
You pressed your palm against the cool wood of the doorframe, forcing yourself to breathe through the growing lump in your throat. The walls seemed to close in around you, the air too thick, too heavy. Your body screamed at you to turn away, to walk back to the safety of your solitude, but your feet felt anchored to the spot.
You didnât want to give him the satisfaction of knowing how deeply this hurt, how thoroughly he had already broken the fragile illusion you had tried to build around this marriage. But as you stood there, every tender sound that came from inside the room seemed to chip away at whatever resolve you had left.
Finally, with a deep, shuddering breath, you pulled yourself away from the door. Your movements were slow, deliberate, as if each step was a battle against the weight of your own heart. You wouldnât stay to hear the rest. You wouldnât allow yourself to witness any more of Gojoâs betrayal.
Because thatâs what this was, wasnât it? A betrayal.
It didnât matter that this marriage had never been built on love, that it had been nothing more than a transaction between two powerful families. You had still given yourself to him, even if only in the way you had been told to, and now, he was giving parts of himselfâparts you would never haveâto someone else.
As you made your way back down the hall, you forced yourself to hold your head high, your face impassive, though inside, the ache that had started when you overheard their conversation had turned into a deep, gnawing hurt.
You wouldnât confront him.
But even here, in the peacefulness of the garden, you couldnât escape the nagging thought in the back of your mindâthe knowledge that no matter how far you ran, you would always be trapped in a life that wasnât yours.
And you werenât sure if you could ever find a way out.
As you wandered through the garden, the air heavy with the scent of flowers, you couldnât shake the hollow ache in your chest. The calmness of the space did little to ease the knot that had formed in your stomach, the knowledge of Gojoâs casual betrayal lingering in your mind like a bitter aftertaste. You tried to ignore it, to focus on the sensation of the soft breeze against your skin, but the conversation you had overheard replayed in your head.
And then, as if summoned by your thoughts, you heard his voice.
âAh, there you are.â
The sound of Gojoâs voice cut through the stillness of the garden, light and casual, as if he hadnât just been somewhere else, entertaining another woman. You stiffened, your back straightening instinctively, but you didnât turn toward him. You didnât need to see him to know that the easy smile was probably plastered across his face, his usual carefree attitude masking whatever true thoughts lay behind those bright blue eyes.
Footsteps crunched on the gravel path, growing closer until you could feel his presence beside you. He stopped, his hands probably in his pockets, his head likely tilted with that insufferable smirk still playing on his lips. The scent of his cologne, sharp and faintly sweet, filled the air around you, overwhelming the natural smell of the flowers.
âWhat are you doing out here?â he asked, his voice carrying a note of casual curiosity. âI figured youâd still be sleeping off yesterday.â
You said nothing for a moment, your hands tightening slightly at your sides as you tried to maintain your composure. The silence stretched between you, and you could feel his gaze on you, even if you couldnât see it. Finally, you spoke, your voice quiet but steady.
âJust walking,â you replied, your tone cool. âIsnât that what people do in their own home?â
There was a beat of silence, and you could almost hear the grin spreading wider across his face.
âRight, right,â he said, amusement dancing in his voice. âOur home.â
The way he said the word âourâ felt like a mockery, as if the very idea of this being your shared space was some kind of joke. You bit down on the inside of your cheek, trying to suppress the wave of frustration that threatened to rise. This was your life now, tied to a man who didnât care, bound by a duty you hadnât asked for.
âYouâre up early,â you continued, your voice steady but cold. âI thought youâd be⌠occupied.â
Gojo let out a soft chuckle, the sound low and almost teasing. âAh, you heard that, huh?â
There was no apology in his tone, no trace of guilt. If anything, he sounded amused, as if the idea of you hearing him with another woman was nothing more than an inconvenience, a slight miscalculation on his part. You clenched your fists, your nails digging into your palms as you struggled to keep your composure.
âWhat does it matter?â he continued, his voice light and airy, as if this were all some kind of game. âYou know what this is. You knew what this would be.â
His words hit you like a slap to the face, and for a moment, the air seemed to still around you. Of course, you had known. This marriage wasnât built on love or trust; it was an arrangement, a union forged out of necessity and obligation. But hearing him say it so bluntly, with such casual disregard for your feelings, made the reality of it all the more painful.
You turned your head slightly in his direction, though your eyes remained unfocused, your gaze fixed somewhere in the distance.
âI know what this is,â you said softly, your voice carrying a quiet strength. âBut that doesnât mean it has to be so cruel.â
Gojoâs laughter rang out, sharp and biting, and you could feel the shift in his demeanor, his charm slipping just slightly to reveal the edge beneath.
âCruel?â he echoed, the word rolling off his tongue like a taunt. âThis is reality. Youâre the one who agreed to this. You knew exactly what you were getting into. You canât act surprised now.â
Your chest tightened, the frustration and hurt bubbling just beneath the surface. But you refused to give him the satisfaction of seeing you break, of knowing just how deeply his words had cut. Instead, you drew in a steady breath, your voice calm despite the storm raging inside you.
âI didnât have a choice,â you said quietly, the truth hanging between you like a heavy weight. âNeither of us did.â
For a moment, there was silence. You could feel his eyes on you, studying you, perhaps weighing the truth in your words. And then, with a soft exhale, Gojoâs tone shifted again, the sharpness receding as his usual nonchalant air returned.
âYeah, well,â he said, his voice softer now but still distant, âthatâs the way the world works, isnât it?â
You didnât respond, the quiet settling between you like a heavy fog. This was the man you had marriedâGojo Satoru, the most powerful sorcerer alive, a man who wielded immense strength and influence but saw the world through a lens of detachment and indifference. He lived in a reality where emotions were weaknesses and connections were expendable. And now, you were a part of that world, tethered to him by duty and expectation.
But even as you stood there, feeling the weight of his presence beside you, a small flicker of resolve burned within you. You couldnât change him, and you couldnât change the circumstances that had brought you here. But maybe, just maybe, you could carve out something for yourself within this life. Something that wasnât defined by him or by the expectations of others.
âIâll leave you to your walk,â Gojo said suddenly, breaking the silence. âIâve got things to do.â
And with that, he turned and walked away, his footsteps fading into the distance as he left you standing alone in the garden. The emptiness he left behind was palpable, but you stood there for a long moment, the cool breeze brushing against your skin.
This was your life nowâa life filled with silence and distance, with a husband who saw you as nothing more than a convenience, a vessel for an heir.

Your father always said the church was supposed to be your sanctuary.
From the time you were old enough to sit still on a pew, the towering stained glass windows and the echo of hymns in the vaulted ceiling had been your world. Every sermon, every candlelit service, every whispered prayer had woven itself into the fabric of your life, wrapping you in a cloak of devotion that felt as natural as breathing.
Now, standing in the shadow of the altar, that cloak felt a little too tight.
The evening light filtered through the stained glass, casting a kaleidoscope of colors across the stone floors. Blues and golds stretched in long, quiet beams, like the church itself was holding its breath. Outside, the world was settling into the calm of twilight, but inside, the silence felt heavier than usual. It pressed down on your shoulders, thick and stifling.
You stood there, fingertips grazing the smooth surface of the wooden pew in front of you. The familiar scent of incense and old books filled your lungs as you breathed in deeply, trying to shake off the strange feeling that had been crawling under your skin for weeks now. Something was different, though you couldnât quite place it. The church, once a place of comfort, now felt... constricting. Maybe it was the weight of expectationâor maybe it was something else entirely, something you didnât dare to name yet.
Your gaze drifted to the large crucifix at the front of the room, eyes tracing the well-worn details of it, the soft glow of candlelight flickering at its base. You were supposed to feel something here. Reverence. Peace. But instead, a knot twisted in your chest, a tangle of emotions you couldnât unravel.
Footsteps echoed behind you, soft but deliberate, the sound pulling you back to the present. You didnât need to turn around to know who it was. You could feel his presence like the air had shifted, like the temperature in the room dropped just a fraction of a degree.
âEvening service is in an hour.â
Father Charlieâs voice, smooth and low, cut through the silence, brushing against the nape of your neck like a whisper. You swallowed, your pulse quickening, though you werenât entirely sure why. He always had that effect on you, though you told yourself it was nothing. Just nerves. Just... respect. Nothing more.
You turned to face him, forcing a smile as you nodded. âI know. I just... wanted a moment before the crowd comes in.â
His eyes lingered on you for a beat longer than necessary, and something in his gaze sent a shiver down your spine. It wasnât just the way he looked at youâit was the way you felt when he did, like you were being seen for the first time, like every carefully crafted piece of who you were might unravel if you werenât careful.
âOf course,â he replied, his voice still soft, but there was an edge to it now, something unspoken that hung in the air between you.
You looked away quickly, your fingers curling tighter around the pew. Your fatherâs words echoed in your mind, reminding you of your duty, of your place. You were the preacherâs daughter, after all. Everything about your life was tied to this church, to your fatherâs legacy, to the faith you were supposed to uphold with unwavering loyalty.
But then why did it feel like everything was starting to crack?
You forced yourself to stand taller, clearing your throat as you spoke again, your voice quieter this time. âI should probably go help with preparations.â
âRight,â Charlie said, though he didnât move, didnât take his eyes off you.
The silence stretched between you once more, and you could feel the weight of it, heavy and unspoken. Something was shifting, whether you wanted to admit it or not.
âââ
College had opened a thousand new doors for you, each one leading you further away from the world you had known for so long. The freedom was intoxicatingâmore than you could have imagined. Late nights spent in libraries, impromptu road trips with friends, a city that felt alive beneath your feet, humming with possibilities you had never considered. For the first time in your life, you werenât tethered to the expectations of your family, the expectations of the church.
But even as you explored new ideas, met people who challenged the beliefs you had grown up with, and carved out space for yourself in a world much bigger than the small town youâd left behind, something kept pulling you back. A tug, a whisper, a lingering sense of obligation that gnawed at you when the campus quieted down in the early hours of the morning.
It wasnât just the faith you were raised in that haunted you; it was the weight of your fatherâs voice echoing in your head, the way he spoke about duty, commitment, and sacrifice. His sermons had always been about more than just scriptureâthey were about life, about how the world tested you, how sin was a slippery slope. How it could seduce you without you even realizing it.
You thought you could ignore it for a while, push the thoughts aside as you embraced everything new. But when the holidays came and you found yourself back home, the old routines settled over you like a heavy coat. The Sunday services, the church events, the constant watchful eyes of the congregation. You could feel them all waiting, wondering if the preacherâs daughter had come back changed, if the world had gotten to you.
And then, there was Father Charlie.
You hadnât expected to see him againânot like this, not after everything had shifted inside of you. College had given you new perspectives, yes, but it hadnât prepared you for the way your pulse raced the moment you saw him standing in the front of the church, speaking with your father as if everything was still the same.
But it wasnât.
Charlie looked different. Or maybe you did. He was older now, though not by much, and there was a certain weight in his eyes that you hadnât noticed before. It wasnât just his sermons or the way he carried himself with that steady, unshakable calm; it was the way his gaze lingered on you, the way it seemed like he could see through the mask you were trying so hard to keep up.
Youâd always known him as the priest who helped your father, the man who had been an almost constant presence in your home, at dinners, at family gatherings. He was someone you trusted, someone you never questioned. Until now.
There was something about him now, something that made the air feel too thick when you were in the same room. Maybe it was because you had changed, maybe it was because you had seen more of the world and realized how small the one you left behind had been. Or maybe it was because for the first time, you were looking at him not through the lens of innocence and trust, but through something darker. Something you werenât ready to name.
It started innocently enoughâhelping your father prepare for services, catching up with old friends from the congregation, falling back into the role of the dutiful daughter. You had perfected that role long ago, and slipping back into it felt almost too easy, like muscle memory. But every time you caught a glimpse of Charlie, that mask cracked just a little more.
You told yourself it was nothing, that it was just the stress of being home again, of reconciling who you were now with who you had been before. But it wasnât long before you found yourself lingering after church events, staying late to help clean up, just to see if heâd still be there. Just to see if his eyes would meet yours again, if that strange, unspoken tension between you would return.
And it always did.
It was subtle at first, the way he looked at you from across the room, the way his gaze lingered just a little too long before he turned away. You tried to convince yourself you were imagining it, that it was just your mind playing tricks on you. But then there were the conversations, those moments when the two of you were alone in the church hall, the only sound the distant hum of people outside. The way his voice softened when he spoke to you, the way he leaned in just a fraction too close, the way his hand brushed yours when you passed him something.
It was nothing. Or at least, thatâs what you kept telling yourself.
But one evening, after a particularly long meeting at the church, when everyone else had left and you were gathering your things, you turned around to find him standing in the doorway, watching you.
Your breath caught in your throat, your heart skipping a beat. The look in his eyes was different this timeâdarker, more intense. There was something there that you hadnât seen before, or maybe something you had been too afraid to acknowledge.
âI didnât expect you to come back,â he said, his voice quiet but steady. His gaze didnât leave yours, not even for a second.
You swallowed hard, your pulse quickening as you tried to gather your thoughts. âItâs home,â you replied, though even you could hear the uncertainty in your own voice.
He stepped into the room, closing the door softly behind him. The sound of it clicking shut seemed to echo in the silence, making the space between you feel even smaller. He didnât say anything at first, just looked at you, his eyes searching yours like he was trying to find something, some answer to a question he hadnât asked yet.
You should have felt uncomfortable. You should have made some excuse to leave, to get out of there before whatever this was could unfold. But instead, you stayed rooted to the spot, your breath shallow, your heart racing in your chest.
âIâve been thinking about you,â he admitted, his voice lower now, almost a whisper.
Your heart skipped another beat, a wave of heat washing over you at his words. You didnât know how to respond, didnât know what to say to the man standing in front of youâthe man who had always been so steady, so composed, and now looked like he was standing on the edge of something dangerous.
âCharlie, Iââ
âI know,â he interrupted, taking another step closer, his eyes still locked on yours. âI know this is... complicated.â
Complicated didnât even begin to cover it. He was a priest. You were the preacherâs daughter. There were rules, lines that couldnât be crossed, things that couldnât be said.
But here you were, standing in the quiet of the church, and those lines had never felt more blurred.
It was wrong. Everything about this was wrong. You knew it deep down, felt it in the pit of your stomach. He was a man of God, your fatherâs closest confidant, the last person you should have these thoughts about. And yet, here he wasâstanding before you, watching you with an intensity that made your breath hitch, like you were the only person in the world at that moment.
He was too close now. You could smell the faint scent of incense still clinging to his clothes, could see the slight furrow in his brow as he struggled to keep his composure. For a moment, neither of you said anything. The only sound was the soft hum of the fluorescent lights overhead and the muted shuffle of footsteps outside the room.
You should leave. You needed to. But instead, you found yourself taking a slow, steady breath, trying to calm the rapid beating of your heart.
âI donât know whatâs happening here,â you finally whispered, your voice barely audible.
Charlie exhaled softly, his eyes never leaving yours. âNeither do I,â he admitted, his voice low, almost broken. âBut I canât stop thinking about you.â
The confession hung in the air between you, heavy and dangerous. It wasnât supposed to be like this. He was supposed to be a man above these temptations, above human desires. And you were supposed to be someone who understood that, who respected the boundaries that came with it. But somehow, those boundaries had started to blur long before either of you realized.
His hand twitched at his side, like he was fighting the urge to reach out and touch you, to close the distance between you. For a moment, you thought he might actually do it. That he might cross that final line. But he hesitated, clenching his fist as if to hold himself back.
âI shouldnât have said that,â he muttered under his breath, taking a small step backward, as if the space would help clear the growing storm between you.
You bit your lip, trying to find the right words, the right way to make sense of the tangled mess of emotions inside you. âCharlie...â
âDonât,â he cut you off softly, shaking his head. âYou donât understand how wrong this is.â
His words hit you like a cold splash of water, but they didnât stop the way your heart fluttered in your chest, or the way your stomach twisted with something dangerous. You knew he was right. This was wrong, on every level. And yet, the way he looked at you, the way his voice dropped when he said your nameâit sent a shiver down your spine that you couldnât ignore.
âThen why do you keep looking at me like that?â you asked, your voice barely above a whisper.
For a moment, he didnât respond. He just stared at you, his expression a mixture of frustration and something darkerâsomething you didnât dare name out loud.
âBecause,â he finally murmured, his voice thick with restrained emotion, âI canât help it.â
You swallowed hard, feeling the weight of those words settle over you. It wasnât the confession you had expected, and it wasnât one that made things any easier. If anything, it only made the situation even more complicated.
âI should go,â you whispered, your voice shaky as you tried to take a step back, to create some distance between you and the storm brewing in the space you shared.
That was all you said before turning around, and leaving the room.
âââ
You weren't sure how this had happened, but sure as hell did. Charlie's lips were on yours, pushing you into the door with force. You hummed into his lips, wrapping your arms around his shoulders.
All you remember was his hands gripping your waist, pulling you closer, like he was afraid youâd disappear if he let go. The world outside that door no longer existed, fading into a blur as Charlieâs lips moved against yours with a fervor that felt like it had been building for far too long.
All you remembered was the sound of your own heartbeat, pounding so loudly in your ears that it drowned out everything elseâthe quiet of the church hall, the soft creak of the door behind you, the whisper of your name on Charlieâs lips before everything had spiraled out of control.
You had always imagined this would be different, more hesitant, slower, maybe even sweet. But this? This was something else entirely. It was rushed, desperate, like both of you had been holding back for so long that the dam had finally broken, flooding every bit of restraint.
Your hands tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, needing him to close the gap between you entirely. His fingers dug into your hips, holding you in place as if he was afraid youâd slip away if he didnât. His lips were warm, insistent, and you couldnât help but melt into him, surrendering to the pull you had resisted for so long.
The weight of what you were doing hit you in flashesâbetween the soft gasp that escaped your throat and the way Charlieâs breath hitched when you responded with equal need. You shouldnât be here. You shouldnât be doing this. But nothing had ever felt so... inevitable.
The taste of his kiss lingered on your lips, sending sparks through your body that only grew more intense the longer it went on. You could feel the tension radiating off of him, the battle he was fighting between what he knew was wrong and what he wanted more than anything at that moment.
It was a battle you were losing, too.
You broke away for a second, gasping for air as his forehead pressed against yours, both of you breathing heavily. His eyesâdark, conflicted, and filled with something so rawâlocked onto yours. For a moment, the weight of what youâd just done hung between you.
But then, before either of you could think too much, his lips were back on yours, silencing any doubts. This time, softer.
This time, his kiss was slower, more deliberate, like he was trying to memorize the feel of you. The urgency had dimmed just enough to let the moment stretch out, to let the reality of what was happening sink in. His hands traced a path from your hips to your waist, pulling you even closer, while his lips moved tenderly against yours, tasting you in a way that made your knees weak.
Your mind was a blur of sensationsâthe warmth of his breath, the soft friction of his body pressing into yours, the quiet hum of the world outside this stolen moment. Every touch, every kiss, felt like it was lighting a fire inside you that you couldn't put out, even if you tried.
But then, as his lips left yours to trail softly down your jawline, the weight of it all crashed down on you. What had you done? What were you doing?
âCharlie,â you whispered, your voice trembling as reality clawed its way back in. His name fell from your lips like a plea, though you werenât sure if you were asking him to stop or to keep going.
He froze, his breath hot against your neck. For a long moment, he didnât move, his hands still gripping your waist as if he couldnât bear to let go. Then, with a shuddering breath, he pulled back just enough to look at you, his expression filled with a storm of emotionsâregret, desire, conflict, everything.
âI... Iâm sorry,â he whispered, his voice hoarse and broken. His eyes searched yours, as though he was looking for some kind of answer, some justification for the lines he had just crossed. âI shouldnât have...â
You shook your head, still catching your breath, your hands sliding down from his shoulders. âNo,â you whispered, feeling the heat in your cheeks. âDonât apologize. I wanted this, too.â
Charlie swallowed hard, his gaze flickering between your lips and your eyes, torn between the undeniable truth of your words and the overwhelming guilt gnawing at him. He opened his mouth as if to say something, but no words came out. Instead, he took a step back, running a hand through his hair as if to ground himself, to keep himself from falling further.
âWe canât do this,â he muttered, almost to himself, though the words were meant for both of you. âThis... itâs wrong. It goes against everything.â
âCharlie,â you scoffed as you straightened up. âSo what? So what if this is wrong, who said we can't have fun every once in a while?â
Charlieâs eyes darkened at your words, a flicker of something dangerous crossing his features. You watched as he clenched his jaw, wrestling with the temptation that you had just fanned back into life with that careless, reckless comment.
âFun?â he repeated, his voice low and strained, almost like he couldnât believe you had said it. âYou think this is just fun?â
You tilted your head, shrugging, though you could feel your heart pounding in your chest. âWhy not? Why does it have to be this heavy, guilt-ridden thing? Itâs only wrong if we make it wrong.â Your voice was bold, but there was a trembling edge beneath it, one you hoped he wouldnât notice.
Charlieâs hand ran through his hair in frustration as he stared at you, his chest rising and falling unevenly. âYou donât get it,â he muttered, taking a step closer, and for a moment, you saw the fire in his eyes againâthe same fire that had pulled you both into this moment in the first place. âThis isnât just some game. You have no idea what youâre risking.â
You stepped forward, closing the distance again, the tension between you crackling like electricity. âI know exactly what Iâm risking, Charlie. And I donât care. Donât you get that by now? I want this.â
For a split second, you saw the conflict in his eyes again, the internal war he was waging, but then his hand reached out, gripping your arm, pulling you closer. His breath was ragged as his forehead pressed against yours, his fingers tightening around you like he was holding on for dear life.
âYouâre driving me insane,â he murmured, his voice thick with desperation. âThis isnât something we can just... play with. Itâs wrong, and Iââ
âDo you want me to stop?â you cut him off, your voice soft but firm, your lips inches from his.
Charlieâs breath hitched as his grip on you tightened even more. His eyes searched yours, the weight of the decision heavy between you both. For a moment, neither of you moved, the air thick with anticipation, with the unspoken truth neither of you could deny anymore.
âI donât want you to stop,â he admitted, his voice a hoarse whisper, filled with all the tension and desire he had been trying so hard to suppress. âBut I should. We should.â
Your heart skipped a beat at his confession, and without thinking, you leaned in, your lips brushing against his ear as you whispered, âThen donât.â
That was all it took.
In an instant, his resolve crumbled, and Charlieâs lips crashed into yours with a force that sent a shiver down your spine. All the restraint, all the guilt, evaporated in that single moment as his hands gripped you tighter, pulling you against him like he couldnât get enough.
That was how this little affair had began. What started as a reckless act of rebellion, something thrilling and dangerous, had spiraled into something much bigger, something neither of you could have anticipated.
For Charlie, everything began to shift. At first, it was just the stolen kisses and the hurried, whispered moments behind locked doors. But then, gradually, you noticed the change in himâsubtle at first, but undeniable as time went on. He wasnât the same devout, principled man heâd been before. The conviction that once held him together was starting to unravel, and it wasnât just about you anymore.
His sermons, once delivered with unshakable passion, began to falter. He spoke the words, but there was a hollowness to them now, a lack of fire that hadnât been there before. The weight of his role as a priest no longer seemed to sit so heavily on his shoulders. It was as though he was slipping further away from the man he had been, day by day, like he had loosened his grip on the faith that had once defined him.
It wasnât just in the church either. You saw it in his eyes, the way they lit up when he saw you, no longer clouded with guilt or hesitation. The same man who had once knelt in prayer for hours, seeking forgiveness for even the smallest of sins, now seemed to be the furthest thing from repentant. There was a spark in him that had nothing to do with religionâa hunger for something more, something that you had awakened in him.
You had become his escape, his release from the rigid life he had once lived. And it was clear that, for the first time in a long while, he was having fun. Real fun. The kind that made his eyes light up with a mischievous glint, the kind that left him grinning after each secret encounter. He was no longer the solemn, restrained Father Charlie that everyone in the church knew. Around you, he laughed more, joked more, and seemed more alive than he ever had before.
There was a recklessness to him now, a side of Charlie that had been hidden beneath layers of duty and piety. When you were together, it was as though none of the rules applied. His hands roamed freely, his lips found yours without hesitation, and the weight of his priesthoodâthe guilt that had once threatened to crush himâseemed to melt away with each touch, each kiss, each stolen moment.
He wasnât praying for forgiveness anymore. He wasnât praying for anything at all.
And maybe that was the most dangerous part of all. Charlie was slipping further and further away from the man he had been, from the role he had devoted his life to. But even as you saw him change, a part of you knewâyou liked this version of him better. The one who wasnât weighed down by morality, the one who let himself live, who let himself enjoy this, enjoy you.
Because, in truth, he had never seemed happier.
Then, your family's Christmas Eve dinner came and of course, Charlie would be invited. Your mother and father were practically buzzing with excitementâthis was their biggest event of the year.
It would be in your home, just as it always was, with the dining room decked out in festive decorations. The smell of cinnamon, cloves, and roasting meat filled the air, and the flicker of candlelight danced along the walls. Your mother had spent days planning every detail, from the table settings to the perfect holiday playlist softly playing in the background. This was the night your family pulled out all the stops, and the guest of honor, of course, was none other than Father Charlie.
As you descended the stairs, dressed in a modest yet elegant outfit your mother had insisted upon, your stomach churned. The thought of Charlie sitting across from you, pretending nothing was happening between the two of you, made your skin prickle with a strange mix of anticipation and dread. You could already picture him, composed and serene, his priestly demeanor fully intact. But you knew better. Beneath the calm exterior, beneath the collar, there was a man who had unraveled, one you had helped tear apart.
The dining room was a scene of festive cheer by the time you arrived, your parents bustling about, greeting guests and making sure everything was perfect. You could hear your father laughing loudly from the other room, his booming voice full of pride as he told someone about how Father Charlie had become such an important part of the church community. How proud they were to have him there.
And then you saw him.
Charlie stood near the fireplace, talking to a few of the older parishioners who had arrived early, his usual composed expression firmly in place. He looked every bit the partâhis black priestâs garb impeccable, his hands clasped in front of him in that familiar posture of calm authority. But when his eyes flicked over to you, for the briefest of moments, something shifted. His gaze lingered, and you saw the hint of heat behind them, a flash of memory that you were certain only the two of you understood. His lips quirked up in a small smile, seemingly innocent and kind. But you knew better.
Your heart skipped a beat as your motherâs voice pulled you back into the moment. âSweetheart, come say hello to Father Charlie!â she called, her voice brimming with affection.
You swallowed hard, forcing a smile onto your face as you made your way toward him. Your mother was already gushing about how wonderful it was to have him here, how much your family appreciated him spending Christmas Eve with them. You barely heard her, your mind racing as Charlieâs eyes met yours, steady but unreadable.
âGood evening,â he said softly, his voice smooth as ever, though there was an edge to it that only you could catch. The soft smile that graced his features had turned into a small smirk as he took in your shy expression.
He extended his hand, and for a split second, as your fingers brushed his, a jolt of electricity surged through you. It was barely noticeableâa moment so fleeting your mother wouldnât have thought twice about it. But for you, it was enough to send your mind spiraling back to all the times his hands had been on you in a much different way.
âGood evening, Father,â you replied, your voice steady, though your pulse was racing beneath the surface.
âSuch a lovely home, as always,â Charlie said, turning his attention to your mother with a charming smile, ever the perfect guest. But as he spoke, you caught the way his fingers flexed slightly, like he was trying to hold back something deeper.
As the evening unfolded, you found yourself painfully aware of Charlie's presence, of the way he seemed just a little too comfortable, a little too close. He wasnât careless enough to raise suspicion, not with your family and half the parish sitting around the table, but there were momentsâsubtle, fleeting momentsâthat made your heart race.
It started with the way he looked at you. His eyes would linger a beat too long whenever you caught each otherâs gaze across the table. He spoke politely to your parents, laughed at the right moments, even indulged your fatherâs long-winded stories about the churchâs history. But every time he glanced your way, there was something beneath the surface. A smoldering awareness.
Then, there were his hands. When he passed you the breadbasket, his fingers brushed against yours. Not an accident, not something your parents would ever notice, but it was enough. The touch sent a shiver down your spine, and the heat in his gaze told you he knew exactly what he was doing. His thumb grazed your wrist in a way that made your breath hitch, and when you glanced up, he was already looking away, like it never happened. But you knew.
Charlie was being reckless, though not in an obvious way. His behavior was just subtle enough to keep from drawing attention, but to you, it was impossible to miss. His foot nudged yours beneath the table during dinner, a simple tap, but the look he gave you when your knees touchedâit was almost too much. You could barely keep yourself composed, your mind spinning with the memory of him pushing you up against the door, his lips on yours.
"Father, would you like more wine?" your mother asked, completely oblivious to the tension simmering between you two.
Charlie smiled, nodding graciously as he held out his glass. "Just a little more, thank you."
As your mother poured, his eyes found yours again. This time, he didnât look away, not immediately. The corner of his mouth quirked up, just enough to send your thoughts into overdrive. It was like a private joke, one that only the two of you understood. A secret dance of hidden touches, stolen glances, and unspoken words.
You tried to focus on your plate, on the conversation happening around you, but it was impossible. Every move he made felt like it was meant for you, no matter how small. When he reached for his napkin, his hand grazed your thigh under the table, just for a second, but it was enough to make your breath catch in your throat. You glanced at him in shock, and he gave you a sideways smile, the kind that spoke volumes without a single word.
He was playing with fire, and so were you.
Dinner stretched on, with your father telling more stories and your mother doting on everyone, but all you could think about was Charlie. The way he leaned back in his chair, his gaze sweeping the room, but always coming back to you. It was reckless, the way he was letting his guard down, letting you see the cracks in his calm facade.
âAre you alright, sweetheart?â your father asked, drawing you out of your thoughts. His concerned gaze made your stomach tighten.
You forced a smile, nodding quickly. âYes, just tired, I think. Itâs been a long day.â
Your father patted your shoulder, satisfied with your answer, but when you glanced at Charlie, you saw the flicker of something dangerous in his eyesâsomething that told you he wasnât tired at all. He was far from it.
As dessert was served, the tension between you two only grew. He was no longer pretending to keep his distance, not really. His foot stayed lightly pressed against yours under the table, and when your fingers brushed again as you passed him a dish, he let them linger, his thumb trailing over your knuckles for just a second too long.
The worst part? No one else noticed a thing.
Charlie was playing this game with expert precisionâjust enough to make your pulse quicken, but not enough to get caught.
As dessert came to an end, Charlie's eyes flickered towards you with an intensity that made your skin prickle. He had barely spoken directly to you the entire night, but now, it was like he couldnât wait any longer. You were both playing this game, pushing the boundaries of how far you could go without crossing an invisible lineâat least in front of everyone else.
"Could you show me where the coffee cups are?" Charlie asked, leaning back casually in his chair. His voice was calm, maybe even a little too casual, but you caught the subtle undercurrent of something more.
Your motherâs head turned slightly, her brow furrowing in mild confusion. "Father, youâve been here enough times to know where they are, havenât you?"
You held your breath, your pulse quickening at the way your motherâs question hung in the air. Charlie smiled smoothly, shaking his head.
"Ah, but every time Iâm here, somethingâs moved around. You know how it is in a busy house," he said, chuckling lightly, the picture of a gracious guest. But his eyes were on you again, and you knew this wasnât about coffee cups. Not even close.
"Of course," your mother laughed, brushing it off with a wave. "Go ahead, sweetheart, show Father Charlie where everything is."
Your heart was pounding as you rose from your seat, barely able to look at your parents. The room felt too small, too hot, like every eye was on you as you and Charlie stood up from the table. But when you glanced back, your father was already engrossed in another conversation, and your mother was busy with the dishes.
Charlie followed you into the hallway, his footsteps too close behind you. Your breath hitched as you led him toward the kitchen, trying to act natural, but the tension between you two was suffocating. You could feel his presence like a shadow, his gaze boring into the back of your neck as you rounded the corner.
The second you stepped out of view, his hand caught your wrist, pulling you to a stop. You spun to face him, heart racing, and before you could say a word, his body was pressing you back against the kitchen counter.
"Charlieâ" you whispered, but he silenced you with a look, his breath coming fast and shallow.
"I couldnât stand it any longer," he muttered, his voice low and thick with something dark. His hands came to rest on either side of you, trapping you against the counter, and you could feel the heat radiating from him. "I need you, baby..."
Your breath hitched as his fingers brushed the side of your face, and you felt your resolve start to crumble. You knew this was wrongâknew it with every fiber of your beingâbut Charlieâs lips were dangerously close to yours, his breath warm on your skin.
"Youâve been driving me insane," he whispered, his voice ragged, filled with a hunger he hadnât bothered to hide anymore.
You swallowed hard, feeling the weight of the moment crushing down on you. There was still time to stop this, to step away, but you knew neither of you would. You had pushed each other too far, and now, there was no turning back.
"I know," you breathed, barely able to get the words out. "Iâve been waiting for you to crack."
A low groan escaped him, and before you knew it, his lips were on yours, hot and demanding. His hands slid down to grip your waist, pulling you flush against him, and the heat between you was overwhelming. It was reckless, dangerous, but it was also everything you had been waiting for.
The tension that had simmered all night finally broke, and you melted into him, your hands tangling in his hair as you kissed him back with the same desperation. His fingers dug into your hips, pulling you impossibly closer, and you couldnât help but moan into his mouth.
Charlie pulled away just enough to press his forehead against yours, his breath ragged as he looked into your eyes. "Your parents are in the other room," he murmured with a small smirk, though the way he held you betrayed any thought of stopping.
You smiled up at him, your heart racing. "Then why canât you stop?"
His jaw clenched, and without another word, he pulled you into another kiss, deeper this time, his hands exploring your body with a reckless abandon that sent a shiver down your spine. The world outside the kitchen, the family dinner, the churchâit all melted away as you gave in to the dangerous pull between you.
Charlie pulled away for a second, his hand reaching up to grip your face harshly. "Dirty girl, aren't you?"
You couldn't help but laugh, your eyes never leaving his. "You started this, Charlie."
Charlie's grip tightened, and you felt the heat of his gaze searing into you, both intoxicating and possessive. He kissed you again, his mouth fierce, almost punishing, as if he couldnât stand the space between you. Your back hit the counter, but the discomfort barely registeredâhe pressed his body into yours, and you gasped against his lips, a mixture of pleasure and anticipation flooding your senses.
His hands roamed, fingers tracing the curve of your waist before sliding beneath your shirt, the roughness of his palms igniting your skin. You felt him pause, as if savoring the feeling of you under his hands, and when he finally pulled back, it was only to whisper against your ear, his voice low and thick with desire. "You like this, don't you? Knowing we could get caught..."
You could barely think, your body burning with need. You bit your lip, your chest rising and falling with shallow breaths. "Isnât that what you want?" you whispered back, your own hands sliding under his shirt, feeling the heat of his skin.
Charlie groaned, his grip on you tightening. His fingers found the hem of your jeans, teasing, as he trailed hot kisses down the side of your neck. "Always so defiant," he muttered, his breath warm against your skin. "But Iâll break you yet."
The intensity of his words sent a thrill through you, and you tilted your head back, giving him access to more of your neck as he kissed you, nipping at your skin, leaving a trail of marks behind. His hands, strong and demanding, finally dipped lower, and you gasped as his fingers brushed against the sensitive skin of your lower abdomen.
"Charlie," you whispered, your voice barely above a breath as your hands clutched at his shoulders, needing him closer, needing more.
Charlieâs breath was hot against your neck as his hands traveled lower, teasing the edge of your jeans. His fingers dipped just beneath the fabric, tracing your skin with maddening slowness. "Say my name again," he demanded, his voice husky and filled with dark need.
Your lips parted, a soft gasp escaping as his fingers toyed with you, just enough to make you squirm but not enough to satisfy the aching desire that built inside you. "Charlie," you breathed, your voice trembling, desperate.
His hand tightened around your waist, pulling you harder against him. "Louder," he growled, his lips brushing your ear, sending a shiver down your spine. He was taunting you, daring you to give in completely, and you could feel the power shift between you. You were no longer in controlâhe was, and the knowledge only heightened the tension.
You clenched your fingers into the fabric of his shirt, trying to keep your composure, but he wasnât making it easy. His other hand slid to your throat, not choking but holding you in place, his grip firm as he pressed his lips against yours again, more demanding than before.
"You think you can push me, donât you?" he muttered against your lips. "Make me lose control." His fingers slipped lower, brushing the spot that made your knees weak, and you gasped, unable to stop the flood of heat that rushed through you. He smiled, wicked and knowing, as if he could sense your surrender.
Your head fell back against the cabinet, your breathing ragged, your body burning under his touch. He tilted your chin up, forcing you to meet his gaze again, his eyes dark with lust and dominance. "But you're mine," he murmured, his voice a promise and a warning all at once. "And youâll break before I do."
Your heart pounded in your chest as Charlie's words sank in, his hand at your throat tightening ever so slightly, just enough to remind you of his control. The intensity of his stare sent a shiver of anticipation through you, and you found yourself caught between the desire to challenge him and the undeniable pull of surrender.
"Are you sure about that?" you whispered, your voice soft but laced with defiance, the words barely slipping past your lips as you fought to maintain some control.
A dangerous smile tugged at the corner of Charlieâs mouth, his gaze flickering with something dark and unrelenting. "Oh, Iâm sure," he said, his tone low and dripping with confidence. His fingers danced over the waistband of your skirt before slipping inside, his touch both teasing and commanding, and the heat pooling in your lower abdomen intensified, your breath hitching in response.
His fingers played with your panties, that were already soaked before slipping in a finger. You let out a soft hum, your head falling back on to the counter as your eyes squeezed shut. You tried to steady yourself, your grip tightening on his shoulders as you fought to stay grounded, but Charlieâs presence overwhelmed you.
His lips found the hollow of your throat, and he kissed his way down, each press of his mouth against your skin sending shockwaves through your body. When his finger moved deeper, the other brushing against your clit, your body betrayed you with a soft, needy whimper.
"Thatâs it," he murmured against your neck, his voice a low growl, filled with satisfaction at the sound. "Let me hear you."
The tension inside you built, every stroke of his finger pushing you closer to the edge, and you were losing the battle of resistance. Charlieâs hand tightened around your throat, not enough to hurt but enough to keep you locked in place, at his mercy. His breath was hot against your ear, his fingers moving in a rhythm that had you trembling.
"Tell me what you want," he demanded, his voice rough with desire.
Your mind was clouded, your body aching for release, but you bit your lip, fighting the words he wanted from you. The defiance only seemed to amuse him further, his grip tightening slightly. "Still holding out?" he asked, a dark chuckle escaping his lips. "You think you can win this game?"
Your heart raced, your body betraying you as you squirmed under his touch, and you knew you were close to breaking. His fingers moved with more purpose now, pushing you closer to the brink, and a gasp escaped you as your resolve began to crumble.
"Iâ" You could barely form the words, your body arching into him, desperate for more.
"Say it," he commanded, his voice a rough whisper. His fingers curled, hitting just the right spot, and the pleasure coursing through you was too much to bear.
"Charlieâplease," you finally gasped, your voice breaking as you surrendered to him completely. "Make me cum."
A satisfied grin spread across his face, and he pressed his lips to yours in a bruising kiss, his hand finally giving you what you needed as his finger moved deeper and quicker. "Good girl," he whispered against your mouth, his voice dripping with possessive pride. "Cum for me."
That was all you needed to let out a shuddering moan, your knees falling weak as the knot in your lower stomach snapped. Charlie's hand covered your mouth quickly, the sound muffled by his large hand. After you rode out your high, Charlie's hand slipped out of your skirt as you caught your breath.
As if on cue, your mother came in with some dishes in her hand. There wasn't even a trace of suspicion in her expression, she was too busy with the dinner to even question why you two were taking so long and why you two were standing so close.
"Did you guys find the cups?" She asked with a sigh, loading the dishwasher with the dishes.
Charlie casually wiped his hand on his pants, his movements slow and deliberate, as if he hadnât just had you unraveling under his touch moments before. His lips curved into a smirk, eyes glinting with amusement as he shot you a sideways glance. The contrast between your rapid breathing and his calm demeanor was infuriating. He knew exactly what heâd done to youâand he was reveling in it.
"Yeah," he said smoothly, his voice steady as ever. "We were justâŚlooking for them."
You tried to compose yourself, struggling to regulate your breaths without drawing attention. Your legs still felt shaky, and the warmth of his body so close to yours lingered like a sinful reminder of what had just happened. You forced a smile, hoping your mother wouldnât notice the flushed look on your face.
Your mother barely glanced at you two as she continued with the dishes, completely oblivious to the tension hanging thick in the air. "Great, we're just about to leave for service," she said with a tired sigh. "Iâll need your help with cleaning the table soon."
"Of course," Charlie responded, his voice filled with an edge of playful charm, though only you could hear the smug satisfaction underneath it all. He took a step closer to you, almost brushing his arm against yours as he reached up to grab the cups from the shelf. The proximity sent another wave of heat through you, and it took everything in you not to react visibly.
Your mother turned her back again, preoccupied with the dishwasher, and Charlie seized the opportunity. He leaned in ever so slightly, his breath warm against your ear as he whispered, "Youâre going to have to work on that poker face, baby."
You shot him a sharp look, your body still buzzing from the intensity of earlier, and now his teasing only made it worse. The urge to wipe that smug look off his face was almost overwhelming, but you had no choice but to keep it together, your mother only a few feet away.
As he moved past you, you caught the faintest trace of amusement in his eyes. He knew how much power he held over you in that moment, and he wasnât going to let you forget it anytime soon.
Your mother finally turned back to face you. "You okay, honey?" she asked, her brow furrowing slightly as she noticed you standing still by the counter. "You look a bit flushed."
You swallowed hard, fighting to find your voice. "Yeah, I'm fine, just a little warm in here," you lied, managing to give her a weak smile. "I'll help with the table."
Charlie glanced back at you, his smirk still firmly in place as he picked up the cups. His voice was smooth and casual, betraying nothing of the wickedness lurking beneath the surface. "Iâll take care of the rest," he said, shooting you a look that made your pulse quicken. "You just⌠relax."
Your mother nodded, oblivious. "Thanks, Charlie."

An Arrangement
Summary: Youâre a princess taken from your home planet and forced to marry Darth Vader. Turns out life on the Death Star isnât as bad as everyone makes out. Based on the prompt shared with @luminoustarlight !
Content warnings: p in v sex, degradation, sub dynamics, begging, some violence, slow burn smut
WC: 9.3k
You stare out the grand palatial window in the coronation room, passively observing the flames swallowing the city of your home planet Onderon. Unintelligible screams flood the background, soon mercilessly silenced by the thuds and cracks of brusquely operated laser guns.Â
So this is how you were to meet your end: powerless at the mercy of the imperial army. Youâd been trained for such a scenario before and you always carried a vial of poison in the event of capture; youâd rather die than be made to serve the Empireâs twisted interests.
âPrincess, you need to take cover, follow my men into the vault below!â Your faithful attendant, Silas called out in panic.
âNo, Silas. I will not cower in the basement waiting for them to breach our walls. I will remain here and eagerly await them.âÂ
âBut Your Grace-!â
âEnough.â You bark back. âItâs over. You have been discharged from duty, run while you still can. Thank you for all your years of service, I pray that our paths might cross again in another life.â You turn from him, tears flowing down your stiffeningly cold cheeks.
âMay the Maker keep and protect you, Princess. You are our only hope.â He replies solemnly, before fleeing through the stony back passage of the palace.
You chuckle mirthlessly at the futility of his words and reach into your bosom where the corset of your gown has a sewn-in compartment. You extract the compact glass ampule of viper venom, so toxic that one drop is enough to send you into an eternal sleep, and fiddle with the intricate bottle for a few moments. With a heavy sigh, you tuck it under your sleeve; you decided you wanted to gaze into the eyes of your captors before you bid farewell to life.Â
With a resounding crash, the barricaded gate before you falls and the imperial army- donning armour plastered in dust and foreign blood- swarm into the great hall of the palace. You force the knot in your throat down with a gulp and turn on your heel to face the brutes responsible for the massacre of your people.Â
âAh Princess, excellent. We thought youâd be grovelling underground with your father but youâve just made our job a whole lot easier.â A masked figure that you presume is the Commander of the battalion addresses you. âGrab her. But keep her alive, sheâs got a special purpose to fulfil.âÂ
Hearing the ominous plans they have in store for you, you rush to reach for the poison in your sleeve but are hindered by the stampede of soldiers hurtling at you, slapping the vial out of your hand and shattering it all over the nitid marble floor.Â
âAh, ah, ah. Donât even think about it.â The unnaturally deep voice of the commander booms. âYouâve been specially requested at the behest of the Emperor.â Dread consumes you as youâre roughly cuffed and dragged out of the safety of your childhood home. The soldiers marching comes to a sudden halt and youâre made to turn around and stare at the palace, a deadly silence hanging in the air.Â
âBurn it.âÂ
Triggered by the commanderâs words, a roaring blaze fulminates, the building being crushed in an instant by the force of the explosion. All you can see is the reflection of smouldering flickers through the thick veil of tears filling your eyes.Â
The commander smugly trudges over to you, sharply inhaling. âAh, thereâs nothing better than the smell of a cowardâs smouldering corpse.â He hisses, words dripping with venom. âWouldnât you agree?âÂ
Your heart burned at the injustice, at the innocent civilians decimated- but you couldnât fool yourself into pretending that scorn extended to your dearly departed father.Â
Refusing to reply to his provocation with anything other than an expectorated glob of spit aimed at his helmet, he takes the barrel of his gun and pummels it with brute force against your temple. Youâre instantly rendered unconscious and your limp body is packed into the nearest starfighter, chained up and ready to make the journey from Onderon to the Death Star. Â
The first thing you do as youâre rudely awoken is cradle your aching head- a wave of nausea overtaking you and the electric pain behind your eyes knocking the air out of your lungs.Â
âRise ân shine, Onderon whore.â One of the soldiers grabbing you by the elbow spat and you stumbled to your feet like a newborn foal. After being dragged through a fortified steel tunnel, you were harshly thrown to the floor in a cold control room before two cloaked men, one of whom wore black combat boots- no doubt robust and heavy enough to crack open a skull. The light in the battle station glowed painfully bright and you lifted your head as best you could to observe the squabbling figures through squinted eyes.
âHere she is, my young Lord. I think sheâll do nicely, yes?â The ominously raspy voice croaked and you knew at once it was none other than Emperor Sheev Palpatine.
âSheâs shivering.â The monotonous voice of the other cloaked figure stated callously and only then did you notice how your body was trembling- whether it was from the cold or the fear, you werenât sure.Â
âYouâll have plenty of opportunity to warm her up on your wedding night.â He cackles wickedly but is met with silence from the man opposite him. The last thing you remember before it all went black was the light reflecting off of the quiet manâs helmet, and wondering what might be lurking underneath.Â
âTskk poor thing, look at this cut on your head.â You flutter your eyes open to see a woman in a billowed white cloak tutting and fussing over you. âGood morning, princess.â
âWho are you?â You scowl, trying to get up and immediately being knocked back down by the overwhelming pain.
âWhoa, easy now! Nice ân slow.â The woman puts her arm around your waist and helps you to sit up. âIâm Sabe, a royal handmaiden. Your handmaiden, to be exact.â
âWhere am I?â You croak, uncertain you wanted to know.
âYouâre on the Death Star, maâam.âÂ
Bile rises in your throat at the realisation that none of it was a dream- your recollection of the last 24 hours starts flooding in and your chest seizes in panic. The fire, the cloaked men, the people in the vault.Â
âYouâre all right, just breathe. No harm is going to come to you. Heâs made sure of that.â Sabe spouts and your head snaps at her.
âHe?â
âOh yes, Lord Vader gave orders for your protection. Under penalty of death. If you ask me, he just needs a womanâs touch to soften him up and heâd finally succeed in shaking that leech of an emperor off. Suppose thatâs where you come in!â
âMe?â You screech, wondering when youâd say something not in the form of a question. Â
âOh, you poor thing, you donât knowâŚthe Emperor is arranging a wedding between his young protegee and a princess from a seized planet. The princess being you, if thatâs not clear.â She continued chattering incessantly.Â
âYes, I got that.â You snap. âAnd when is this supposed union meant to be taking place?â
âTonight.âÂ
You choose to remain quiet, rather than parroting back her last word in the form of yet another question.Â
After your handmaiden assists in bathing and dressing you in clean robes, you still canât seem to escape the dull throbbing of the headache that permeates every cell of your body, leaving you in persistent agony. You beg Sabe to find something to help, knowing that you yourself werenât allowed to leave the confines of the east wing. Stepping out onto the enclosed observatory space by your chambers, you stare out into the stars surrounding the vessel. You wished you could break beyond the thick glass enclave and just glide away, joining the stars and freeing yourself from the pain.Â
âWho hurt you?â A raspy voice questions and you turn around to the sight of Lord Vader, enveloped in his armour and mask.Â
âUh, whoever the commander of the battalion was.â You reply, startled.
âHe will be dealt with. Now come here.â He reaches his gloved hand out, signalling for you to grab it. With a great deal of uncertainty, you approached him, timidly giving him your hand. He takes it into his palm and holds it firmly to his chest. As if some force had siphoned the contusions and swelling out of you, you felt your agony slowly subside- until there was nothing at all in its wake.Â
âH-how did you do that?â You took a step back from him, holding your fingers up to your temple in disbelief. Youâd heard of force healing before but assumed it was either a myth or a nearly lost practice only wielded by the most masterly of Jedi.
âGo back to your chambers and rest. You have a long ordeal ahead of you.â He leaves your question unanswered and marches out of the observatory as quickly as he entered it.Â
Youâre compelled to follow his commands so you retreat to your chambers, forcing yourself to drink the healing tea Sabe concocted after having decided it was easier than explaining the bizarre experience youâd had. That was the dark Sith Lord that struck terror into the hearts of everyone who faced him? Ruthless, soulless, devoid of all human compassion- and channelling force healing to ease your headache? You spent all afternoon writhing in confusion, all the way up until a neatly packaged box was left on the doorstep of your assigned room. Upon closer inspection, the box contained an intricate white lace dress, paired with a beaded, scallop hemmed headpiece. A wedding outfit.
Standing at the forefront of the cold metallic arena, you twiddled with the sleeves on your dress- the material itching terribly and making your skin crawl. In a way, you were glad to have something occupy your mind beyond the impending prospect of marrying a Sith brute. You wondered why he wore that clunky helmet- is he so hideously deformed he has to hide behind it lest people faint at the sight?Â
A frightened-looking man you can only assume is the officiator of this sham of a wedding is escorted through the heavily guarded gates and takes his place before you, not daring to make eye contact. Your body fills with dread at the familiar sound of heavy boots dragging along the steel plates of the floor. He doesnât spare you a passing glance for even a moment, despite your stubborn resolution to face him for the entirety of the ceremony- you wanted to look deep into the supposedly merciless eyes of your new husband. There arenât any vows, thereâs no exchange of rings, no kiss to celebrate the union- just some legal jargon and a couple of witnesses. Although you canât see him, you can feel Palpatineâs snake eyes burning into you, no doubt observing from another room to ensure his mysterious plan came to fruition.Â
âFollow me.â A stormtrooper orders you and begins to head back in the direction of your chambers. Confused, you allow him to escort you out of the hall as you see a cloaked figure approach Lord Vader out of the corner of your eye. You just about hear the Emperorâs gravelly voice hiss out the word âconsummateâ before the doors shut behind you and youâre carried away to the bedroom. For some reason, the thought of sex hadnât crossed your mind- you assumed villains like him had interests that surpassed such blunt mortal affairs - but now standing in front of your 4-poster bed, waiting for the sound of his heavy footsteps again, reality sunk in. You swallowed the thick lump in your throat and lay on the bed, removing the first layer of your dress and remaining in a white negligee. âJust lie back and think of Onderon.â You thought.
Your whole body tensed as you observed him enter your joint chambers, completely walking past you and going to the connecting bathroom, door left ajar.Â
âIâm ready, Lord Vader.â You stiffly announce, hoping to get it over with as soon as possible.Â
Hearing your words, he peers out of the doorway and although you canât see his face, his body language seems perplexed.Â
âWhat are you doing?â He remarks accusingly.Â
âI-IâmâŚwaiting for you to consummate our marriage. Like Palpatine wishes.â He scoffs at your comment- laughs even- and goes back into the bathroom.Â
âI will do nothing of the sort.â You hear him say.
Sitting up on the bed and dragging the covers over your exposed body, youâre bewildered.Â
âOh, c-can Sith Lords notâŚ?â You stutter, searching for an explanation.
âI assure you Iâm perfectly capable.â He snaps back. âI just have no desire for the task.âÂ
Although relief floods your body, you feel slightly offended at the presumption that lovemaking with you should be a task.Â
Just then, you hear a steamy hissing sound, followed by a loud thud. The figure emerges, back facing you without his layers of armour- donning a simple black shirt and black trousers. He wanders over to the window at the far end of the room, staring out into space.Â
âIâm sorry about your father.â He grunts after a while and you finally hear his voice- free from robotic static, with no menacing growl - just him, and it sounds beautiful.
âDonât be.â You say sincerely, fixated on the back of his head. You notice he has dark blonde curls, gathering in tufts at the nape of his neck. âCome on, turn around.â You think, bracing yourself for what you might find.Â
âAlright, if you insist.â He remarks and you scowl in confusion- you didnât say that out loud, did you?Â
He pivots round to face you and you feel as though someone has knocked the air from your lungs: he glares at you with mesmerising cobalt-blue eyes, embellished by abundantly thick lashes and even thicker eyebrows sitting atop his handsomely chiselled face. His cheekbones stand at attention, enhanced by his sculpted jawline, which works in perfect harmony with the rest of his body- even his collarbones are perfect. Heâs full of sprightly vigour, heâs young even. You are floored and contemplate how anyone could hide such a face away in that clunky helmet.
âNot what you were expecting, huh?â He speaks, sensing the utter shock his appearance has inflicted on you.Â
âYouâŚyouâre-â You stutter.
âNot hideously deformed?â
â-beautiful.âÂ
He raises his bushy eyebrows disapprovingly and you scold yourself for being so forthright. He may be devilishly handsome, but that doesnât mean you can swoon over him. Heâs a monster, remember? Sure, he has the most seductive pair of lips youâd ever seen on a man - all plump and the perfect shade of pink- and sure, heâs sparked a desire within you that you donât think youâd ever felt before butâŚwhere were you going with this?Â
âIâm going to sleep in the adjoining room, you can take my chambers.â Youâre snapped out of your dreamy haze by his velvety voice as he begins to walk away.
âWait! Y-you donât have to, Iâm sure the bed is uncomfortable over there.âÂ
âNo, itâs perfectly fine.â He continues marching away.Â
âWait! The bed here is more than big enough for the both of us, we wouldnât even touch.â You stumble over your words, melting under the scrutiny of his gaze.Â
âDo you want me to sleep with you, Princess?â His movement comes to a halt and youâre rendered speechless. âBecause that really would be something. Captured and brutalised after all that you hold dear is set alight, forced to marry a servant of evil- and then you request his company in your bed? That would be deranged. Youâre not deranged now, are you Princess?â Â
Your mouth goes dry at the snarky way in which heâs talking to you- you admit it sounds mad out loud but the situation is more complicated than he thinks.Â
âN-no.â You mutter, barely above a whisper.Â
âGood, I wouldnât want to find out Iâve married damaged goods.â He remarks impertinently. âIâm retiring for the evening- and I am not to be disturbed.â With that, he slams the door between you shut and you slide down your headboard, consumed by embarrassment, shame, desire. His dastardly good looks have really thrown a spanner into the works.Â
You barely managed to get any sleep that night, much like every night the week following the wedding. Your dreams were plagued by visions- of your father, of your captors, of your husband. Before your seizure, you already knew your future would hold a forced marriage; although an even less desirable one. Your father had plans to marry you off to your cousin, a brainless specimen by the name of Fester who was too dim-witted to even realise he was being used as a pawn in the familyâs bloodline feud.
Despite your many attempts to plead and beg your way out of this union, your father dismissed you entirely- even going so far as to sanction you to the confines of your stuffy quarters, striking you remorselessly when you defied his orders.Â
Youâd spent a lifetime dreamily peering out of your windows, waiting to be liberated by a saviour that never came- at least not in the way you thought.Â
Lord Vader was never present, aside from a very brief juncture in the evenings, when he would pass through your chambers on the way to his bedroom. You tried to make conversation but he either stared at you with dead, unamused eyes or flat-out ignored you. Asking him what he did during his working hours was not one of the things you tried to speak about- much preferring to stay in ignorant bliss- and he was more than happy to not be at the receiving end of your questions for once.Â
Growing increasingly tired of questioning your purpose on this wretched behemoth of a ship, you took the liberty of posting yourself outside his bedroom that night, waiting to block his exit until he at least acknowledged your existence. Youâre ashamed to admit that you selected your nightwear especially for him- tonight choosing to wear the thinnest of slip dresses in the pathetic hopes that he might be drawn in by your pert chest.Â
As is routine, you hear the doors to your chambers swing open and are greeted with the welcome sight of the young Lord, who strides over to you intimidatingly. Removing his helmet and towering before you, you gulp at not just the height difference- but the sheer broadness of his shoulders compared to your slender ones.Â
âMove.â He states, glaring at you unaffectedly.Â
âNo. Iâm not going anywhere until you talk to me.â You stubbornly huff and you think you spot a glint of amusement in his eyes.Â
âYou donât give the orders around here, Princess.â He asserts as he lifts you up by the waist with ease and drops you out of his way like you were a meagre traffic obstruction. Youâre filled with disbelief as he enters his room, shutting the door in your face. âAt least he didnât slam it tonight.â You ponder.
Slouching down the door defeatedly, you pout as you hear him undress, desperately in need of an explanation.Â
âPlease.â You plead pitiably, not expecting him to hear you.Â
You almost fall to the floor as your backrest swings open, and you lift your head to see him, sighing above you.Â
âWhat is it?â
âI-I just wanna know some things.â You mutter, cradling your knees on the floor.Â
âThen talk.â He taps his foot impatiently.Â
âWell uh- for starters, why am I here?â You rise from the floor to face him. âWhy did Palpatine want you to marry me?â
âHe wants me to sire a son- to ensure his plans can be carried out should I be otherwise indisposed.â He looks away coldly.Â
âI donât understa-â
âPalpatine will live into his 200s. I am only human. If I am killed, he wants another apprentice to bend to his will, one just as strong with the force.âÂ
âSo why havenât you attempted to do any siring yet?â He looks at you with a look of intense shock, disgust even. Of all the things heâs said, you take issue with his lack of action in the bedroom.Â
âI refuse to participate in this charade. Heâll see that youâre barren after a while- and weâll dispose of you accordingly.âÂ
âBut Iâm not barren.â You interject, dismissing the latter part of his sentence.Â
âIt would be in your best interests to pretend you are.â Youâre beguiled by his smooth voice and find yourself yearning to hear it all night. âIâve brought someone to keep you company, hopefully with them in attendance youâll be less inclined to seek my attention.âÂ
âAnother handmaiden? Ah, spare me- the current one is more than irritating enough on her own.â You shudder at the thought of 2 Sabes, prattling in your ear all day.Â
âNo, Iâve ordered for the capture of your former attendant. I believe you were quite fond of him- Silas, is it?âÂ
Your heart seizes, heâs alive? More importantly, heâs being brought to you? You stare at the scowling face of your husband, who looks afraid you might try to do something overly affectionate.Â
âA purely self-indulgent measure. To prevent any future ambushes like the one tonight.â He backtracks, attempting to impose some distance but you disregard it entirely. âIf thatâs not enough to keep you occupied, you can also have access to my private library - Silas will be waiting for you there tomorrow.âÂ
âThank you, my Lord,â You whisper, throwing caution to the wind and wrapping your arms against his waist, face snugly pressed into his firm chest. You feel him tense up at the intrusion, but he relaxes ever so slightly with an exhale, hovering his arms above your own- careful not to let them touch lest he give you the impression heâs embracing you back.Â
âCall me Anakin.â He mumbles softly.Â
You wake up the next day, your chest feeling lighter than it has in years. Bounding out of bed, you instil deep confusion in Sabe, who enters your room with fresh clothes.Â
âHaving a good morning?â She asks.
âI think actually, yes. Yes, I am.â You reply resolutely, allowing her to dress you without your usual complaints as she tightens your corset.Â
âMight this have anything to do with Lord Vader?â She raises an eyebrow, consumed with curiosity.Â
âPerhaps. Or perhaps I see that my new life might not be so bad after all. I believe I have someone waiting for me, youâre dismissed for now, Sabe.â You waltz out of your chambers to the library that Anakin mentioned you were granted entrance to.Â
You enter the room and stare in wonder at the rows upon rows of polished shelves, furnished with all kinds of large, leather-bound books. Among the volumes of publications is a tall, spindly man- standing with his back turned.Â
âSilas!â You cry out and dart towards him, colliding against him in a tight embrace.Â
âPrincess! Let me look at you, are you hurt?â He grabs your face, inspecting it for any cuts or bruises.Â
âNo, no Iâm perfectly fine!â You smile.Â
âHow could you possibly be fine? I heard about the wedding- itâs a scandal, itâs a disgrace! The intergalactic senate will hear about this- I promise I will get you out!â
âSilas, itâs okay, Iâm being treated well here.â Your reply sends him into a stunned silence.Â
âYouâve been married to a Sith Lord. A princess of the purest blood made to intermingle with the lap dog of the Emperor. I donât even want to think about what youâve been forced to do here to survive.â He shudders.
âI havenât been made to do anything. And Anakin really isnât that bad once you get to know him a little.â
âAnakin?â Silas almost breaks out in hives at what heâs hearing.Â
âYeah, thatâs his real name. And oh, Silas, heâs so handsome!â You clamber on, reading the titles off a nearby bookshelf and digging for something that might take your fancy.
âI donât believe this. One week under captivity and youâve been brainwashed already.â He takes his head into his hands.
âI havenât been brainwashed.â You chuckle. âAnakin is the one who brought you here. Just for me. And he lets me have the nicest quarters on the ship- and Iâm allowed private access to the whole library!â You gush.
âSo heâs built you a very pleasant cage. Fantastic. Just because your prison has a nice interior doesnât make it your home.â
âWell, itâs no less of a prison than Onderon was. At least in this one, my marriage isnât incestuous.â Silasâs eyes widen beyond measure at the boldness of your statement and he takes a seat before he collapses.Â
âHe used the force to heal me when I was in pain.âÂ
âAnd what caused you to be hurt in the first place?â He snaps back accusingly.
âSilas, listen to me.â You kneel beside him, taking his hand into your own. âIâve spent too many years worrying about the fate of my future, cursing the Maker for how little control I had over my own destiny. No more. I can only take life as it comes in small waves- I have relinquished control. This is my new home now.â
With a heavy sigh, Silas nods- looking away as if unable to process your revelation.Â
âCome on, thereâs someone I want you to meet.â You say, mischievous twinkle in your eye.
The remainder of the day is spent flicking through various books, amassing a pile of them in your bedroom so high that you could barely see Sabeâs head poking through when she entered.
âUm, mâlady? If you wonât be requiring anything else for the night, can I retire? Silas and I were thinking of wandering down to the observatory by my quartersâŚâ
âOf course, Sabe, enjoy.â You chuckle as she meekly smiles and exits your room. You knew theyâd hit it off, one perennial chatterbox with another. Flicking through the last page of the first edition volume of The Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise, you hummed discontentedly. âWhat a terrible ending.â You thought as you inspected the piles on your floor for the second volume. You suspect you mustâve left it in the library when you were packing your books onto the trolley so you wrap a thin robe around yourself and march down the hall. You notice the lights already burning as you enter the library cautiously, peering your head through to see Anakin, sitting on an armchair and reading something out of a thick, metal-encased manual.Â
âWhatâs your book about?â You query as you approach him slowly.
âItâs a story about a very naughty princess who loves to go looking for trouble.â He sneers, lip curling up into the shadow of a smile.Â
âNo, itâs not!â You titter as you pry over the bind, seeing various starfighter diagrams and mechanical cross-sections.Â
âWhat do you want now?â He shuts the book promptly.
âI just came to collect something I left behind.â You reply innocently.Â
âI trust youâre enjoying my collection, then.â He looks up at you for the first time and your breath catches in your throat at the sight of his dreamy eyes.
âOh yes, itâs very impressive. I didnât think Sith Lords read so much.â
âThey donât.â He gets up from his chair, sauntering over to a nearby shelf and picking out a specific book. âTry this, I think youâll like it.â He throws the book in your direction and you catch it; observing the cover, you speculate itâs some kind of historical tale about a lost civilisation.Â
âThank you, Iâll be sure to read it.â You tuck it under your arm. âAre you retiring for the night yet?âÂ
âYes, Iâll leave the library to you.â He gets up to leave but you stand in front of him.Â
âI was only here to get something, escort me back?â You ask and he looks you up and down before making a low grunting sound, something you can only assume is a sign of acceptance. He heads out the door and you follow, trailing behind him like a lost puppy.Â
âI never got to thank you.â You say as you enter your chambers, seizing the short moment you have to converse before he disappears into his bedroom.Â
âWhat could you possibly have to thank me for?â He rolls his eyes.
âFor rescuing me.â You reach out to touch him by the arm but back down, courage failing you.Â
âYouâve lost your mind.âÂ
âNo, really. My circumstances back home wereâŚless than ideal.â You stare down at your feet.
âI admit I find it peculiar that you donât seem to be in mourning.â He notes, more intrigue in his tone than youâre used to.
âWould you be in mourning over a man who oppressed and rebuked you at every turn?â
âI see. I suppose that explains yourâŚunorthodox behaviour.â For the very first time, he takes a seat on the chaise lounge by your bed- does he actually want to have this conversation with you?
âI guess you could say that. After he locked me up in the palace and forced me to accept my cousinâs betrothal, I abandoned all hope for the future and resigned myself to perpetual misery. And then you came along.â He squints his eyes, looking almost frustrated with your positivity.
âAre you sure you understand the situation youâve found yourself in? Youâre aware youâve been abducted- forced to spend every day locked up here, never to see your planet or familiars again? Forced to play wife to me?â He gawks incredulously.
âYouâre not as bad as you make out.â You smile at him. âAnd youâre certainly very easy on the eyes.â You look for changes in his demeanour but it remains unaffected. âWould you have preferred it if I was terrified and unwilling to go near you?âÂ
âTerrified? Of course not, the thought of it sickened me. Unwilling to go near me? Iâm not sure Iâd mind.â He states and you wonder if that was his way of making a joke. âI regret that youâve been ensnared into this. I wish it couldâve been different.âÂ
âI donât.â You pluck up the courage to sit beside him, placing your hand on his leg. âI can see thereâs goodness within you. Itâs almost tangible in the way you treat me.âÂ
âClearly Iâve given you the wrong impression.â He mutters gruffly, visibly uncomfortable. âAnd you can stop wearing those little dresses around me. All youâre going to succeed in doing is get frostbite.â He pushes your hand off him.
âDo you find me that repulsive?â You question sharply, tired of being made to feel undesirable. âIâve been told my looks rival that of some of the fairest Princesses in the galaxy. Is a man like yourself so completely cold to the affections of women?â
âI fail to see how that is relevant.â He dismisses.
âItâs relevant because Iâm tired of my bed being cold. You chose to marry me, now act like a husband!âÂ
âWhat choice? I had no choice!â He shouts back and your blood runs cold when he stands towering over you.
âThat makes two of us. But I fail to see what good can come from sulking about it.â You lower your tone.
âYouâre that desperate, huh?â He sneers condescendingly.
âSo what if I am?â You throw caution to the wind, fully aware of the way youâre debasing yourself right now; after the breadcrumbs of affection heâd been giving you, you couldnât take it anymore.
âFine.â He says, making his way over to the bed, ripping off his shirt.Â
âW-what are you doing?â You murmur as he undresses and positions himself in the middle of your stately bed.Â
âIâm ready, Princess.â He mocks, parroting what youâd said to him on your wedding night. âYou wanted to fuck me, right? Well here I am. At your royal disposal.âÂ
âN-not like this.â You mutter, trying not to stare at his firm pecs or chiselled abdomen.Â
âWhatâs the matter? Youâve been prancing around in those little dresses all week, practically begging me to give you a scrap of my attention and now Iâm in our marital bed, youâre too scared?âÂ
âIâm not scared, I just donât want to feel like Iâm forcing myself on you.â You mutter quietly, drained of all confidence.Â
âYouâre worried about all the wrong things. Palpatine told me to brutalise you to within an inch of your life, you know that? To take all my anger out on you and make you pay for the sins of your family. And youâre worried about whether youâre taking advantage of me. I fear I have been too soft. You seem to forget who youâre speaking to.âÂ
âBut you didnât.â You sniffle.
âWhat?â
âBut you didnât do those things. Youâre a good man, Anakin.â Your voice softens and you climb up the bed to join him, allowing your gaze to linger on the small line of blonde curling hair starting from his belly button, travelling down to what lay underneath his underwear.Â
âNo. I havenât quite lost all my humanity.â He breathes heavily, seemingly noticing your staring.Â
âLet me show you my appreciation.â You bit your lip and bravely met his intense gaze. He doesnât respond, the only noticeable reaction being his eyes wandering down to your breasts, thin material doing little to conceal your pert nipples.Â
âDo you wish to see me?â You ask, fingers toying with the straps as he huffs slightly, acting as though this were beneath him- but still remaining silent. You shrug the material off, revealing your round, perky breasts to him. You think you can see something twitching in his boxers but you canât be sure.Â
âCan I?â You ask, gesturing to sit on his lap but he remains speechless. âPlease, my Lord, I need to hear you-âÂ
âYes.âÂ
A grin spreads across your face as you mount him, completely bare. Putting your hands on his chest, you move your hips a little to feel him. Not that you were expecting any less for a man of his stature, but you felt yourself getting soaked at his formidable size; he was surely 8 inches, and just as satisfyingly thick. Your eyes fall to his pretty face and youâre overcome with the urge to kiss him all over. Reaching down to plant small kisses over his temple and cheeks, you feel him stiffen even more.Â
âWhat are you doing?â He grumbles.
âShut up and kiss me.â You pant as you capture his lips in a soft kiss, brushing them against each other. You can feel him almost fighting the urge to hold you so you take the initiative and grab him by the jaw, kissing him deeply and passionately. You think you hear a moan slip out of his mouth but when you pull away, heâs still got the same cold expression on his beautiful face- brows slightly furrowed and lips pursed in disaffection.Â
âIf youâre waiting for me to make a move, itâs not going to happen.â He sighs, looking fatigued. A quiet rage simmers within you. Youâve had suitors lining up at the palace gates since you were a teenager and now this glorified servant is behaving as though he is the prize. You craved the chance to teach him not to underestimate you, to make him see you were special. âOn another occasion, perhaps.â You thought. Tonight, you just wanted to make him writhe beneath you.Â
âIf youâre going to be making snarky comments all evening, Iâm going to stuff my panties in your mouth to silence you.âÂ
âWhat panties? You didnât wear any.â He grins and your chest sets alight. However brief it was, itâs the first time youâve seen a genuine smile. His teeth were pearly and straight, and his smile broad enough to reach across his whole face in a bright, radiant flash. You felt like your day had gotten better just by being witness to it.Â
âWhy do you always do that?â He breaks your trance.
âHuh, do what?â
âDisassociate. You stare right through me when you do it.âÂ
âMâsorry. I canât help it.â You feel a fierce shyness overcome you.Â
âYou find me that handsome?â
âYes.â You whisper. You have no idea why youâre admitting to it.Â
âIs that why you donât mind being married to me?â He continues and youâre confused by the volume of questions coming your way- itâs more than heâs talked to you all week.
âPartly.â He smirks a little at the ego boost and places his hands on the back of his neck, arm muscles flexing as theyâre extended. You trail a line from the centre of his chest down to his abdomen with the tip of your index finger, stopping as you reach the band of his boxers. You look up at him and he raises an eyebrow at you, almost daring you to go further. Toying with the band for a little while, you steel yourself and pull them down in one prompt motion. You have to hold in a wince as you take it in- in all its thick, veiny glory. With a shuddery breath, you savour the view before you: his strong, toned arms trailed down to his athletic torso, v-line achingly defined and sloping down to his large, pink-tipped member. âEven his dick is pretty.â You mentally cursed. His smirking, confident simper never faltered, not feeling a fragment of insecurity for even a moment.Â
Knowing you werenât going to get any warming up from him, you lifted your hips and angled yourself up, tip kissing your entrance. Maintaining eye contact, you slowly sunk down on him, lowering yourself gradually until your bare skin brushed against the curls around the base of his cock. He shuts his eyes for a moment and exhales lightly, pretty lips forming into a small o shape. You try to subdue the overwhelming feeling of being filled so deeply, not wanting to stroke his ego even more than you already have. You begin to move, riding him very slowly and focusing on his chest as it rises and falls, eyes watering at the sensation of being stretched out. Worrying that heâs going to question why youâre going so slow, you begin to speed up even though it aches.Â
âSlow down.â He speaks softly. âYouâre going to hurt yourself.â
âAs if you care.â You huff.
âDonât get on my bad side, Princess.â He shoots you a deadly glance and you slow back down, knowing better than to disobey him. It takes you a good while to accommodate to his size, ooâs and aaâs escaping your mouth every time you straighten up and sink down on his cock a little too deeply- but after the adjustment period, you start to ride him confidently. Your tits bounce with a hypnotising jiggle as you smack the flesh of your ass against his thighs, wetness drenching you both. Noticing how his arms lay by his side, you grab him by the wrist and lay them on your hips. He grips onto them slightly for a moment, but quickly releases and lets them fall back down to his sides. You whine a little, starved of affection. You were bouncing on his cock yet you still felt like you werenât close.
âPlease?â You moan.Â
âYou wanted this, not me. I said Iâm not participating, didnât I?â His voice rings out, completely unaffected while you were a panting mess.
âDonât pretend like youâre not- ah- enjoying it. F-feels good, doesnât it?â You stutter, feeling his tip prodding that spongy spot within you that threatens to be your undoing.Â
âItâs fine.â He replies, still refusing to engage in any meaningful way.
âOh come on, Anakin! Give me something.â You feel like youâre one snarky comment away from resorting to begging.Â
âIâve given you my cock. What more do you want out of me?âÂ
âI want you to talk to me, I want you to touch me. To be present!âÂ
âAnd I want for my wife to not be such a whore.â Your mouth gapes open at his harsh words, but you continue bouncing, getting too close to stop now. âI mean seriously, youâre being held hostage and all you can think about is getting fucked? Thereâs nothing in that little brain of yours other than visions of me fucking you, is there? Iâve seen them.â
You moan at his degrading words- if you werenât so cock drunk, you might be ashamed of the way youâre allowing him to speak to you.Â
âOh my God, are you gonna cum from me talking down to you? Does me calling you a stupid whore get you off?â He rambles and you canât stop yourself from turning into a whimpering mess, moans spilling out at every turn and unintelligible groans flooding the room as you bounce on his cock.
He reaches up towards you and you think he might be pulling you in for a kiss but instead, he hooks his fingers into the corners of your mouth, stretching it out. You babble out disjointed syllables, too overwhelmed to establish a rhythm that isnât completely sloppy.
âThe fuck are you even saying right now?â He laughs and oh god, thereâs that smile again- if his cock wasnât enough, now his grin is making your legs feel like jelly.
âWhat are these dumb little sounds youâre spluttering out? You sound like an idiot.â The lewd squelching noises increase in intensity as you fall apart on top of him in a sudden climax- pleasure hitting you like a truck and nearly knocking you out. You pant on top of him, trying to catch your breath with your head resting on his chest. He clears his throat after a minute and you shuffle off him, laying your head on the nearby pillow instead.Â
âWow. That wasâŚdid you not cum?â It occurs to you that youâd just used him for your own pleasure.
âOf course not.â He gruffly responds, legs still spread and cock exposed, glistening with your arousal. âI have self control.â
âWhatâs that supposed to mean?â You ask and he turns to face you.
âYouâre like a bitch in heat. Itâs not very princess-like of you.âÂ
âWell, Iâm not a princess anymore. Iâm a Sith Lordâs wife.â You counter.
âWives donât ride like that.â You know he didnât mean it as a compliment but you chose to take it as one anyway.Â
âArenât you going to cover up?â You point at his exposed body while you clutch the crisp white sheets around yourself.
âWhy should I?â He snaps back and youâre taken aback by his show of confidence. And you certainly werenât complaining.
âYeah, I bet you arenât.â
âOkay, youâve got to stop doing that! Itâs unnatural.â You complain.
âI donât ordinarily pay such close attention to these things but your mind is so dirty.âÂ
âOh yeah? What have I been thinking about in the last couple minutes then?â
âYouâve been wondering how Iâm both a shower and a grower, how youâve never been so wet before - oh, and how you want to fuck me again.â Your cheeks redden at his painfully accurate observations- and you feel his vulgarity plant a renewed desire within you.Â
âReally, you want another round? Fine. Hop on.â He sighs, tapping his thigh. You stare at him affectionately with a smile as if to say âreally?â and you clamber over him again. You only have to press your dripping body against him once and he quickly hardens again, tip oozing with precum. You waste no time impaling yourself, pussy swallowing him greedily- slightly sore but still stretched out enough to take him with ease.Â
âAnakin, please.â You mumble, reaching for his hands- needing to feel them on your skin.Â
âWhat do you want?â He replies breathily.Â
âPlease, touch me.â You slide up and down his shaft, body racked with delirious pleasure. âPleasepleaseplease - please Anakin!â He scoffs smilingly at how youâve been reduced to a needy mess before heâs even put an ounce of effort in. âDo you want me to beg? Iâll get on my knees and beg- please, touch me just a little, please Ani-â
âAlright, alright, enough!â He stops you and you wince at his harsh tone, wishing that just for once, heâd be gentle with you.Â
âIâm sorry, itâs okay. Iâm right here.â He reaches out and wraps his hands around your dainty waist, right arm gradually trailing up your body. His knuckles brush against your cheek tenderly before he wraps his strong hand around your jaw and pulls you in for a kiss. You squeak in shock at the unexpected affection as your breasts press against his chest, one hand squishing your soft flesh and the other wrapped up in your hair.Â
âMmm, Ani.â You hum, your deepest craving finally quelled.
âNo oneâs called me that in a really long time.â He mumbles into the kiss, sliding both hands down to your ass cheeks and gripping them firmly.Â
âIs this what you wanted?â He asks as he slides you on and off him, commanding your movements with his strong grasp.Â
âOh God yes, fuck Ani- ah.â You gasped as he began lifting his hips and fucking his cock into you, fingernails digging into your hips. ââm not gonna last much longer if you keep go -oh, just like th- aah.âÂ
âYou donât need to.â He whines, finally allowing himself to utter his own sweet sounds.Â
âNuh uh, I-I want you to cum with me.â You whimper in his ear as you wrap your arms around his neck. Cradling you, he wraps one arm around your back and rests his other hand on the back of your head while drilling you with such vigour you almost black out.Â
âShh, baby, shh- âs okay.â He moans and your walls flutter at the heavenly sound. Try as you may, you canât stop the drool that streams out of your mouth, fucked so dumb that youâre losing control over your senses.Â
âYouâre close, can feel you gripping me.â He sputters, barely audible over the sound of your squeals. âYou want the whole ship to hear you, huh?â
âI want them all to know who I belong to.â You manage to get out clearly, trying to get a handle on your faculties. Rising up from being tucked into his neck, you start bouncing on him with the excitement of a little bunny, so desperate to bring him to his release. You look down at him, eyes screwed shut, gnawing on his bottom lip and you feel how furiously his eager cock throbs inside you.
âWant you to fill me up.â You warble, dropping your hands to lay on either side of his face, soft locks brushing against your wrists. âI wanna be yours.â You stare into his eyes, which have just fluttered open, eyebrows knitted close together.
âYouâre already mine.â He whispers, grabbing you by the waist and turning you over in one swift motion, your back hitting the plumpness of the bed. Before you can take a breath, he slams into you again and your back arches from the overstimulation.Â
Hooking his arms around your thighs and pulling you deeper into him, he roughly pounds against you, cock gliding into your sensitive core. You try to focus yourself, gnawing on your lip and mentally repeating: âYou canât cum this quickly again.â
âOh yes, you can.â He asserts mischievously, speeding up his sloppy strokes until your eyes roll to the back of your head. You grip the sheets around you, trying desperately to hold on for just a few seconds longer.
âDonât you dare.â He growls, slapping against you roughly. Beads of sweat trickle down his defined pecs, down to the creamy mess where your bodies meet. With one final gloopy thrust, you scream out his name and collapse entirely, body convulsing with pleasure as he moans at the sight, burying his face into your thigh.Â
âGoddamnâŚâ You hear him mutter as he continues using your body like a toy, dragging you onto him in a way that you donât even notice in your cock drunk stupor. You hear a glorious groan escape his lips as he pulls out, painting your body with his creamy white cum.Â
âWhyâd you pull out?â You whine, completely spent and feeling woefully empty now that your bodies werenât connected anymore.Â
âYou know why.â He exhales as his head hits the pillow beside you. âI refuse to let a child come into this.â You huff a little but feel too exhausted to argue.
Shuffling over, you test his boundaries by leaning your head against his shoulder. When he noticeably stiffens and backs away a little, you sit up hastily to face him.Â
âReally, Anakin? Youâre still not comfortable around me?âÂ
âIâm as comfortable as I need to be.â He murmurs and you let out a fussy whine.Â
âIâve just given myself to you entirely and you canât even hold me after? Please, Ani, youâre making me feel really-â
âFine! If itâll get you to be quiet.â He pulls you in swiftly, his strong arm wrapped around you protectively and you let out a satisfied hum while he shakes his head- no doubt wondering how he got stuck with such a petulant child.
The days that followed were full of you waltzing around the ship, lost in your daydreams. Anakin had been dispatched to a different system for a mission and much to your displeasure, wouldnât return for several days yet; you never knew exactly how long his journeys would last, you only knew they were doubtlessly too long. You missed him dearly - and if the way he hugged you back before he left was any indication- you were growing on him too.Â
After enthusiastically getting through the book Anakin recommended, he told you that heâd left a stack out by his desk in the library- a personally hand-picked selection that he believed youâd enjoy. Your heart fluttered at the thought and you felt yourself keenly gliding over to it. You reminisced fondly about the way his soft hair felt when it brushed through your hands, how his dreamy eyes made you weak at the knees- how he had the prettiest cock youâd ever seen. You didnât realise it was possible for someone to be so perfect- so what if he had an unsavoury pastime? It was a flaw you were willing to overlook if it meant you got to wake up next to that face.Â
Entering the library, you hum a chirpy song and float over to the desk where you find a neat pile of books in varying colours and sizes. Just as you were about to pick the first one out of the stack, Silas rushes in- scruffy and disorganised, looking over his shoulder.
âPrincess! Princess, you must hurry. Theyâre here- theyâre finally here.â He sputters, grabbing onto your wrist like a madman and leading you out.Â
âSlow down! Whatâs going on?â You question, wondering why you were running along with him.Â
âOh but we must be quick, the stormtroopers can only be held off for so long! Sabe is leading the distraction-â
âWhat are you talking about?âÂ
âWord finally reached them, theyâre finally here!â
âWho? Whoâs here?â You shout back, brain spinning in confusion.
âThe Senate has sent an army - a rescue team for you!â Silas stares at you with crazed eyes, sweating with anxiety. âWe can finally go home!âÂ
âW-what?â You stutter, allowing him to lead you out to the docking bay where you can see a battleship undoubtedly belonging to the Galactic Republic- suspended midair awaiting boarding.
âWait, wait, no.â You backtrack but the grip Silas has around your wrist is too strong to easily break from.Â
âYou donât mean to tell me you wish to stay here with that brute?â He glances back at you, face painted with disgust as he pushes on for the last few metres left until you reach the ship. âHe doesnât care about you.â
âThatâs not true!â You shout, propellers buzzing over you with a furious intensity.Â
âIs that so? Then why isnât he putting up a fight right now?â He gestures behind you and you turn around to where the observatory window is. There he is, standing behind the glass, looking at you calmly.Â
âDo you see? He doesnât even care enough to stop you!â Silas digs his fingernails into your wrist as you reach the ship, doors unloading with a steamy hiss. âGet in!â He yells, pushing you forward with all his might.Â
Heâs letting you go. Heâs letting you leave.
âNo!â You fight back, striking Silas across the face and sprinting out of his reach as soon as his grasp on you loosens.
âYou idiot! Stay here and rot with those Sith devils!â He curses, clambering up the stairs and smacking the handle, signalling for them to shut. Tears course roughly down your face as you stand back and see the ship ascending before darting off into the distance in a beaming flash. Turning around, you run as fast as your feet will carry you, scrambling up to the observatory to the man youâd just abandoned life as you knew it for.
Throwing the doors open, you see him: mouth parted, eyebrows raised and a singular tear rolling down his cheekbone. You jump into his arms, colliding and entangling yourself with him.
âWhy did you do that, huh?!â He grabs your face with both hands, kissing you desperately. âWhy would you do something so stupid?â You break out into a sob as he mumbles against your lips. âI wouldâve let you go, you couldâve left.â
âI know, thatâs why I stayed.â You wrap your hands around his own, still in a firm grip around your face. âI love you, Ani.â You gaze up at him with such adoration he feels his cold heart bursting.Â
âI love you too.âÂ
As soon as the words leave his beautiful lips, you leap to kiss them- trying desperately to memorise every detail and every sensation that belonged to this moment.Â
âI-I thought you wouldâve surely left if you could.â He murmurs, struggling to break away from your lips. âThought you were jusâ making the most out of a bad situation.âÂ
âYouâre the best thing thatâs ever happened to me.â You say sincerely, hoping he could feel the love you have for him pouring out of you.Â
âI donât believe my eyes.â A dreaded raspy voice resonates across the room. âThe Princess has fallen in love with my apprentice. And he seems to love her back? Now this is just precious.â Anakin stands in front of you protectively, pushing you back.Â
âShe will prove to be useful in the future.â The Emperor hisses, glaring at you with an empty hunger in his eyes. âNow that she has demonstrated her loyalty.â
âItâs the last show of loyalty youâll ever see.â Anakin spits as he draws his lightsaber from the left belt hook on his robes and strikes Palpatine, beheading him in one swift motion before he can even register whatâs struck him.Â
âHe always taught me that even the most powerful of enemies can be defeated-â He turns to face you, retracting his glowing lightsaber. âwith the element of surprise.âÂ
A twisted grin creeps up on your face as he swoops you up like a true bride- lifting you with a firm hold and carrying you out of the room while you wrap your arms around his neck, planting kisses all over.
âI think itâs high time me and my wife got some privacy, donât you think?â He gestures at the incoming stormtroopers, who confusedly back away after spotting Palpatineâs decapitated body. âYeah, thatâs what I thought.âÂ
You giggle as he carries you to your chambers, throwing you onto the bed and peering out of the large doors one last time before shutting them with a loud clamber- ah, free from disturbance at last.
