Captain Janeway and Tuvok

I cannot handle these two. I adore their dynamic and their staunch loyalty to each other so much. Captain Janeway is deadass ready to blow up her ship, evacuated all her crew, and who's the one idiot who staunchly REFUSES to leave her side? Tuvok. Tuvok who would rather get himself blown up right there beside her than abandon her in these last seconds.

There arent enough words in any dictionary strong enough to express just how much I love and adore them and how important these two idiots are to me.

You just know all of season seven tuvok was gripping the edge of his seat like mans must have gotten really lucky and gone through pon farr right before they got lost in the delta quadrant and by year seven he was like sitting quietly in his quarters weighing his options probably gonna rope off the hollo deck with the safety protocols off or worst case scenario launch himself into space

Seven and Tuvok's friendship is literally the sweetest thing ever. Two people, both so far from home, trying to navigate themselves in an environment of people who, by nature, are completely different from who they are.

Seven reminds Tuvok of his daughter. He tries not to think about it, but she does. Whenever they walk through the halls together, when they have a conversation, when she stands at his side, his chest aches just slightly and he fights the urge to consider how much he misses Asil.

Tuvok reminds Seven of... Someone. She's not sure who. She doesn't remember. It's someone she can't really recall, but she trusts him innately. Part of her wants to figure out the answer to that question, uncover the answer as to why she trusts this... Vulcan. But she can't. She can't remember.

Not that either of them have ever said any of that out loud. They prefer the silence anyways.
