It’s fucking sad that I even have to make this post but something needs to be done. Over the past few days to weeks, many users have been made aware of minors lying about being 18+, while engaging with 18+ writers/blogs & even building friendships with people while pretending to be older than they actually are. Word is spreading via reblogged block lists & posts made by users who have found out or been told privately that several of the “18+ mutuals”are in fact not 18+. These warning/disclaimer posts are intended to make 18+/NSFW/MDNI accounts aware of the unfortunate reoccurrence where minors are creating accounts, putting a fake age in the bio & interacting with these authors and blogs like it’s not an issue. To avoid any conflict or further escalation of this, we are choosing to block and/or report the minors’ accounts. If a blog explicitly states that they do not want minors or users under a certain age interacting with their content, it only makes sense to abide by that boundary.

Unfortunately, there has been an escalation in reference to a user “formerly” named librababy2006, where she pretended to be 18/19 but is actually 15 years old, and developed a friendship based on this deception. I reblogged a post & commented “Blocked” where i learned that she was doing all of this, and since then, last night actually i received a threat via inbox by someone by the user of 444reel claiming to be librababy2006’s sister saying that if i didn’t remove her name, that “further actions” will have to be taken. I’ve attached a screenshot below. I don’t know if this is an actual sibling or just LibraBaby using a means of intimidation once again to gain control/manipulate a situation that started because of them. Regardless, this is not something that I take lightly especially because one of my mutuals, emmalee-01 has been directly threatened & harassed by librababy2006 herself & she threatened harm her self once they found out that Librababy had been lying about her age. I’m not sure if anyone else has received any threats regarding this issue or this user in particular but i don’t take it lightly. Nor will I tolerate being threatened for Librababy’s & other minor user’s wrong doings. I have since reported & blocked both 444reel & librababy2006’s accounts. Nothing about this situation is a joke nor should it be ignored.

2024 really looks good depending on how you’ve treated people. It’s the year of the 8 which can represent abundance OR karmic debt.
