MODELING CONTRACTS Q2 2024-Q3 2024

here is the LIST of modeling contracts. make sure to read this post for more information about modeling in general.

contracts highlighted in light purple means that renewal is possible. renewals become impossible if writing requirements haven’t been met and when this happens, they are placed in the “past” column, which is highlighted in grey. the other reason for this is if the muse has completed a around a year with the brand, since it allows the muse to have a free modeling contract slot and take on different modeling gigs, if possible. if the contract is highlighted in either yellow or blue, there’s no action for you to take (example; Ivy Club contracts).

you are required to submit to the lgcmanager account the following form to renew a contract. if we don’t hear from you before APRIL 27, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT, we’ll assume that contracts pending renewal are canceled.

In all honesty, Parker is a bit disappointed that the set doesn't smell like freshly baked cakes and bread. From what he can tell, aside from a few pastry items, some cakes are most definitely fake. It’s probably for practicality, but even if he knows some of the cakes are fake, they look amazing and he’d love to take a bite. 

Okay, well. That’s probably the reason why they were fake. 

From where he stands, looking at the props, he can see the photographer and director milling around another person. His time will come soon enough, but he settles milling around for now. A staff from the cake company catches his eye, and for a moment, he gets the impression that they deciding if they need to tell him not to play with the props, and that alone is enough to make him nod his head politely and step away. 

Near the back of the stage, a few snacks and beverages provided by PASISON5 are laid, and considering how this stuff is actually meant to be eaten, Parker decides it must be a safer place to wait out his turn. He does his best to navigate around chairs and staff, but just as he is about to reach the table, his luck runs out, so to speak, and he lets out a grunt as he runs into someone. Oh shi— oh!” He blinks a few times and feels his face split into a smile. “Taeha! Hi! You okay?”

He had taken advantage of their intermediate break by exploring the store instead of grabbing something to drink, or run to the bathroom like the rest of the models. In hindsight, he would most likely regret not listening to the suggestion from the staff member, but he was too overly stimulated by the nonstop interactions of the event-goers. He had a hard time seeing them as fans. Perhaps, his sister had successfully humbled him before his ego could inflate his head.

He catches Seojin returning to his spot behind the table used for signing the autographs. He had been elated at the fact that he would be reunited with his friend. He knew those chances were going to be rare in the future, especially when he debuted under the new sub-label. He rushes to stand in front of his friend, mischievous smile forming on his lips when he makes eye contact with the older man.

"Park Seojin-ssi, I'm your biggest fan!" He exclaims, clasping his hands in front of him and looking down at him with an earnest expression that his acting coach would be more than satisfied with had he been there to witness it. "I would give you my firstborn, but instead, I promise to support until the end of time..." He is unable to stifle the laughter bubbling to the surface, leaning forward and placing his hands on the table separating the two of them. "Can you please sign my forehead?"

Amidst all the models gathered for the photoshoot of the latest PASSION5 campaign, Yoojoon can't help but feel a twinge of self-consciousness. He stands tall, but not towering; his muscles defined, yet unremarkable amidst the crowd. Most of his tattoos are concealed, further adding to his sense of invisibility. And to top it all off, he finds himself standing beside someone he recognizes as a seasoned veteran in the modeling world: Kim Jinyoung. There's an undeniable aura of confidence and experience emanating from him, effortlessly setting him apart from the rest.

Shifting his weight from foot to foot, he finally musters the courage to address the man beside him. "Hey, Kim Jinyoungssi, right? I'm Kang Yoojoon," he begins, his voice betraying a hint of nerves. "I noticed we're paired up for the photoshoot, so I thought I'd introduce myself."

It is not Hyunsoo's first time meeting those who could be considered his fans but it has been quite some time. Months, in fact, have passed since his birthday café. While there, he somehow managed to navigate the small crowd of people who ( for some reason ) found him interesting enough to go out of their way to meet him. He will always find that fact rather astounding despite his own experience being a fan. ( He wonders if the members of Twice have the same thoughts. Would Tzuyu ever need to question why fans come to see her? The likelihood is beyond him. )

But that all was beside the point. Modeling for the pictures certainly feels much more mundane than signing and mingling for an in-store event. Odd for an introvert like Hyunsoo to think. Perhaps his tendency toward patience has grown thinner over the years. He rather feels like dozing off in his chair as he waits for the other models finish up their photo shoots, and then for the staff members to adjust the sets and prop up the pastries and cakes — among other things.

The young actor is halfway into a doze when the makeup artist nudges him away with a prod of her brush. He holds back yawning and turning away out of bashfulness as to not disturb her work. "We'll be wrapped up soon," she reassures him through a pair of glossy lips.

"I cannot help it. Something about hair and makeup makes me hopelessly tired..." Hyunsoo mutters in response, stifling a short chuckle with a pursing of his lips. He waits until the process of fixing him up is done to stand and step into the made-up cake shop set. The display cakes set up has his stomach grumbling an unreasonable amount. He lifts up a small one and pretends to take a bite out of it.

She’s tired. It’s hard to deny that feeling even after she exits the stylists’ orbit and shuffles into place for the signing. Her body aches for sleep, or caffeine, or both, at this very moment she has neither. Instead only half focusing on the interior the the shop, and the line of people beyond the windows, waiting to come in and purchase something just to spend a moment with their idol. Unlike the signings she’s been doing lately, the audience is more varied. For the most part, Crystallis tends to attract primarily male fans with a core of dedicated young women, but today there are definitely more women, still clad in light spring coats, already holding fan merch for her male peers.

She stares at them blankly for a while before they’re all asked to move up to the signing area, and the toe of Ichika’s heel catches the wall of the step a bit too early and unthinkingly she reaches out to save herself. “Oh my, I’m sorry,” she murmurs quickly, suddenly more alert than she had been a moment ago now looking up at the person in front of her, whose shirt and back she had used to save herself. Versus’ Won… Yeongu or something. “Ah, uh, I apologize we might— It’s a bit wrinkled… Sorry.” She holds her hand up because it seems weird and inappropriate for her to touch him again.

minjun felt tense all over and it was such an annoying feeling he wasn’t dealing well. he wished things were simpler, like when he prepared for his swimming competition or when he had weekly evaluations, but this was completely different and more important than anything.

ever since he got the information that his modeling contract was going to be extended, he not only felt validated by his efforts but also knew that more responsibility were to come. learning they had something big coming up in advance should’ve given him some sense of comfort but instead just made him even more anxious and nervous.

he had been watching jinseo walk around with such grace and even if minjun mostly paid more attention to idols, he couldn’t deny the older man held a comforting yet powerful aura. he seemed nervous from time to time but didn’t seem enough to make other people uncomfortable, so when he decided to talk to him, he had something planned, but, as usual, things didn’t seem to go the way he planned.

“i’m so sorry!”, minjun apologized after taking a wrong turn and bumping into jinseo that morning, right before their cf rehearsals. looking up he was kind of glad they almost had the same height. “i was trying to find a place where i could practice this”, minjun pointed to a sketchbook, pages covered in handwriting. 

as usual, when he was nervous, he blabbed more than he should - jinseo probably didn’t need to listen to that rambling.

EVENT: MODELING CONTRACTS Q2 2024 (PERIPERA) POST TYPE: STARTER FOR @lgchayoung TITLE: SPICY & SWEET

while the modeling contract with peripera might not be her actual first job in the industry, it is the first long term contract of her career and holds a special place in her heart for it. for over a year and half now, she's been working for the brand and has received many opportunities thanks to it. at first, she did question why the company had picked her as one of the new representative, but now she can say that peripera is indeed a great fit for her and hopes the brand is happy with her as model.

she stretches her neck to see the crowd miling around. soon enough, she and hayoung would have to head to their booth to assist in presenting the newest products. "do you know if doyoung and jungwoo sunbaenim of nct are coming too? i was hoping to get to meet them" she confides to hayoung before chuckling. truth be told, she's a little stressed over this trade show thing. interactions with fans? no issue. networking with industry professionals? a whole other beast to tacke.

mindlessly, she reaches for hayoung's hand, looking for the comfort of the older and more experienced idol. she looks away from beyond the curtain to turn her attention back to the girl. the spicy to her sweet. where milan represents the soft and sweet side of peripera, hayoung has the trendy and spicy side of it. two halves of the whole that this brand is. "have you ever done a trade show before?" nervous lines forming on her face. at least, nova's active promotions are done, though they still have fanmeetings and their tour coming, but the extra rest has helped improved her mental state recently. "did you get enough rest last night?" she asks, a small pout on her lips; maybe she is done with her promotions, but fabula is in the middle of theirs.

gyuri has always loved making new acquaintances— social by nature, an individual who thrived on human connection and exploration, the young ravenette has always prided herself on reaching out to others. with a career dependent on networking, on reaching out and taking first steps, gyuri feels as though she thrives, and that fact couldn't be more true than now. passion5 had been a rather pleasing experience for her, an opportunity that'd wanted her to stay on board ( so long as she herself was willing, and boy, was she ), and she was happy to see a number of faces continuing alongside her.

hayoung was one of them, a company senior within the idol world who gyuri had yet to really meet. that would change today.

there's a brief lull in activity during one of the in-store events, fan and general consumers alike thinning for a moment, offering a slight reprieve for talents to catch their breathes. having been sat next to the older girl for the time being, gyuri sees the perfect opportunity to strike up conversation. with wide eyes and an amused grin, gyuris words cut through the chatter the surrounds them as she leans closer towards hayoung. "are autographing sessions always this lively?"

brand events. networking. both things jinyoung dreaded but realized where unfortunately a part of the job. funny how he had signed with legacy to escape his parents' lifestyle only to end up getting stuck on the one thing he hated the most about it.

his shirt fitting but too many buttons done up, the male subtly tugs at his collar, smiling pleasantly at people passing by that he should know the name of but strategically only remembered the last name from.

"isn't it insane?" he chooses to ask kai beside him so none of them would get the idea to walk up to them. "how time has just flown by?"

Renewing his contract with PASSION5 is both, a blessing and a curse at once. A blessing, because he's loved every moment of being part of this modeling gig. A curse, because now he's tasked with posing with tantalizingly delicious bread that he's forbidden to taste. It's sheer torture, requiring every ounce of his willpower to resist the temptation of taking just a tiny nibble from the baguette he cradles like a precious infant in his arms.

Glancing over at @lgchxneul, who's in the same group as him, Minkyu can't help but lament their delicious dilemma. "It's such a pity we can't indulge in this," he remarks, his gaze lingering on the tempting food. "I can't even bear to look at all those pastries. Ugh. They're making me hungry." A hint of a whine creeps into his voice as he now fully turns to Haneul, a subtle pout forming on his lower lip. "Am I the only one suffering here, or can you relate?"

SWEET ENCOUNTER

Her hands were freezing, but the hand warmers in her pockets were hot to the touch and she had peeked at the thermostat several times, only to find that the room remained a toasty 23℃. Her phone rested on her lap, fingers idly playing with the star charm on her phone's case. It was her last attempt at remaining still like the makeup artist had begged her with a lilt. She feels her phone vibrate, lifting it dangerously close to her face to read her mother's logical response to her worries.

Could she be nervous? Was that the reason behind the occasional shiver, or the twisting and turning of her stomach? Her mother knew her best, but she wanted a quick and easy antidote. It felt silly to be nervous after being in front of the camera several times since their debut. Still, she would have preferred to be surrounded by her members. She could hide behind their striking presences albeit trying to hide behind her members as one of the tallest members was an extremely amusing thought.

Her phone slips on its way back to her lap, dropping on the corner and face down onto the porcelain concrete floor. She hears a soft gasp from the couch not too far from her makeup chair, eyebrow raising with curiosity. She first spots the cute pink ballet slippers, then the cheeky smile with the round cheeks. Was she hallucinating? "Have you always been there, hm?" She questions with a warm expression, sitting upright to face the young girl on the couch.

The makeup artist interjects to inform her that she was the director's daughter and had been dropped off while her mother ran errands. "Ah..." She keeps her distance, eyeing the macarons the staff had gifted her, but instead, she reaches for the strawberry flavored Chupa Chups lollipop in her bag and offers it to the young girl. At her age, she remembers disliking the almond taste in macarons despite how enticing the colorful sandwich cookies appeared to her. Her tastebuds had certainly evolved. "What's your name? My name is Minseo."

"Her name is Jiyeon. She can be quite shy around strang—" Fingers eagerly accepted the lollipop, only to be handed back to her to peel the wrapper off. Minseo releases a soft giggle, balling up the wrapper in her hand. Candy would trump shyness any time for her too. "Minseo sings, Jiyeon. Do you and your friends listen to Nova at school?"

An unabashed shake of the girl's head wounds her sensitive heart. Her linger smile widens when she hears Fabula come out of the young girl's mouth. She lifts her free hand to hide the lower half of her face, laughter escaping her parted lips along with the makeup artist who echoes her sentiment. "I promise to work harder, Jiyeon!" She says in a singsong-y voice, staring at the girl with endearment. "I hope you remember that this unnie gave you a lollipop first."

"Ah, her older sister is a big fan of Fabula. She is at that age where she parrots everything her older sister likes, or says..." The director interjects, picking the young girl up to carry her on his hip. "Should we listen to Nova, Jiji?" A nod would be their response, the young girl too focused on the watermelon lollipop. "Let's go back to work. Promise you won't distract Minseo, yeah?"

Another shake of her head.

Her nerves had subsided thanks to Jiyeon, but she was down a lollipop.

 It’s a strange feeling being invited to essentially be a ‘booth babe’ at a trade show, though Parker is pretty sure that Goodal wouldn’t have labeled them as such when asking the company to have them attend, but the notion still stands. At least in Parker’s head, and in a weird way, it’d kind of funny and cool. Every now and then someone will approach him and on occasion, he can reply in English or Mandarin about his general knowledge, though he’s still pretty sure he’s better off getting one of the actual staff to assist after a point. It’s not that he doesn’t want to help, but he’s not much of a sales person.

At some point he moves back into the booth, arms tucked politely behind his back as he looks over at the selection of products and testers laid out. To his right, he notices another one of his peers, and he smiles before attempting to have a genuine conversation. “Oh, my older sister really liked that eye cream— have you tried it?” He pauses for a moment, tipping his head for a moment to catch a glance at Miyu. “I probably need it more than you do.”
