Went back to a street I used to process my entire life on for years on walks and they cut all the trees down and planted bushes and i teared up immediately at the shock of the alteration and the space that was already liminal becoming even more a part of my memory than a place I can actually revisit. and being able to notice if a house was repainted bc I know the neighborhood so well I could draw it on a map by memory. I wasn't going to post this but it's the last part of my "missing post" series 📝 (which happened yet again but i took precautions this time😏) and I'm trying to finish projects i start (small victories 🙌) Well, here you go🤲💣🥧

DISCLAIMER: Everyone is different, so do what's best for you🫵 This was my experience and what worked for me👍

Depression has different levels. From feeling bummed about life, to severely crippling where you can't get out of bed because every waking moment feels like agony😫🖤😭😭😭 I'm referring to that kind🫢 If you have fallen in the black-hole of depression I'm sorry you're here🕳💔🫂 (there's no more love left not even for yourself now)

It's a difficult place to get out of but not impossible (unfortunately, not everyone does😥). And it's not just one thing that's wrong. It's that you stop doing everything that you need to function as a "normal" person (from basic needs to matters of the heart). Add abuse/trauma (which are more than think😬), and you'll need more time to heal those deep wounds (sometimes it's lifelong)⏳️

What needs to happen now is "Radical Sacred Selfishness," which strictly prioritizes oneself. Focus on self-love/inner-child work to help connect with your being again (soul retrieval).

👣Steps to survive depression:

Medication - this is important to help you stay even keel while you work through everything. Since you're not in the right state of mind, then you'll need something to help elevate your mood a little bit. The goal is to eventually not need anything to depend on to feel happy. My preferred medicine of choice is Cannabis💚💚💚 It has lots of healing properties (a true miracle plant🌿)👍 but it's still a stigmatized "drug" even though it has less side effects than other things that are considered "legal" (but that's another conversation)🤨

Psychotherapy- talk through everything that needs rewiring/changing/mourning because you can't be trusted in that current state of mind. Let go of every that no longer serve you or benefit you in anyway😔🪦🙏 (outgrown situations) But depending on the resources that are available to you, will determine how quickly you can recover from this critical condition. I personally couldn't afford therapy the conventional way (plus other reasons that I'm not getting into rn🤨), so I went with the alternative route, Psilocybe (a magic fungus)🍄 and that totally did it for me🤯🤯🤯. Though it's not exactly legal🚫🙅‍♀️ so you'll need to either know someone or go in nature to get one (do the research on how to spot the right one first👩‍💻). Recently, places like in Oregon that have done the research are now leading the way to help others to legally and safely heal at their facilities a good option, too👍

Environment- by removing/eliminating anything that is damaging to your health (which includes people, habits, consumption of any kind, ect.) Even if it means living somewhere else temporarily (without completely isolating yourself☝️) to focus on a steady routine that will help regulate your nervous system (that alone causes so many issues😓) and your basic needs

having plenty of sleep daily 💤 (7+hours)

healthy & consistent meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) with plenty of water to stay hydrated💧

enough exercise (it can be walking/yoga/somatic/aerobics/dancing/breath work/sports, ect) or mixing up different things depending on what you need that day👍

hang-out with people that treat you kind (only), that's really important for your mental health

spend time in nature (to unplug📵) for forest bathing & grounding🌲🦶🏞 (to help balance your energy⚡️)

Creative outlets or hobbies/activities that you consider fun or a way to express yourself (art can be therapeutic✨️ )

Anyway, if you stay on track, you'll be able to get out of this even stronger than ever before💪💪💪(and that's not an easy feat)🙌🥇💐🫂👏👏👏👏

You'll have the decernment to express your emotions/energy on everything that matters most to you, and live life more mindfully in a "yutori" way (space to move freely/peace of mind😌), to trust your intuition guiding you home in a loving and powerful way❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

It all relates to from how we treat ourselves this body think for a second, how you are a miracle. How amazing it is to be in this body. I feel amazing like a superhero, I'd like to believe. My favourite character is Spiderman. Hard-core fan. I used to take pictures and climb the window grill with my suit. (LOL! an epic moment) 

Back to the point, s.ide track! Adults too teens struggle with this attachment issues we have and attracting toxic relationships due to the fact that we come into a relationship with needs and wants. Usually, we're thinking that we need to meet other half. You're a whole. Why do you want to be a half? When two whole people meets, the possibilities are endless. When two halves meets, gotta enjoy filling up the holes, 🕳 along the way. 

Same goes to parents who have a hard time letting go of their children. Making sick curfews and regulations that makes me sick to the stomach. Overlooking the fact that their attachment to their children or making threatens like " you can't leave me or i'll be alone " yet again this is related to the fact that you fear to let go. But sometimes letting go can be the most important thing you can do. To make room for a better thing to actually come into your life. 

So before you actually get into a chaos. Make peace with your inner child. And always learn to be more comfortable alone. For what is uncomfortable makes you level up to your next potential.

These were just for me, but I figured I'd share them with the class since you never know when they can be helpful. Take gender indications lightly - feel out what resonates with you and don't mind the labels as much. The terms are for convenience. As always, I recommend checking both western and vedic placements. 🎁 2nd House overlays are the gift-giving overlays, especially the moon. A’s Moon in B’s 2nd house will make B’s gifts tailored to A perfectly, B understands what makes A who they are and how to make them feel seen, and A’s gifts to B will be chosen with great care and attention, and full of sentimental value.

🎲 Pholus in the houses indicates where you’re likely to 'discover’ each other - or where you’re likely to ‘click’. A’s Pholus in B’s 11th house signifies A finding B in a community setting, a gathering of some sort. A’s Pholus in B’s 8th house might mean B is in the wake of a trauma when their relationship starts.

🏚 There are similar effects when the moon is substituted with the 4th lord.

👩‍👧 Mother’s moon in daughter’s 10th house = mommy issues placement. Mother’s nurturing is expressed as discipline and daughter allows mother to dictate her potential.

👨‍👧 Father’s moon in daughter’s 10th house = daddy’s girl placement. Father sees potential in daughter, but provides a safe sanctuary within the realm of ambition.

👨‍👩‍👧 Both give that I support you in your endeavors energy, but the effects of the 10th house on the mother’s moon, which is already maternally aligned, are more obvious and jarring, whereas the father’s 10th house, being intrinsically paternal, gets notably softer with a lunar resident.

🕳 Asteroid Lacks [359426] in a natal chart indicates where we risk never feeling satisfied, whether due to resignation and giving up, or due to our standards constantly changing or raising. In a synastry chart Lacks can symbolize where we never feel like we’re getting enough from them.

🕳 A’s Lacks in B’s 11th indicates feeling a lack of mutual understanding and friendship, but it may also mean A sees B as lacking social awareness, or even as being unambitious. A’s Lacks in B’s 8th implies that A feels B’s absence intimately - this might mean A finds B to be too surface-level, or self-involved, or it might mean A feels that B is never around for the ‘hard times’.

✂️ Asteroid Split [12512] can reveal where either subject thinks a relationship went wrong, or how it ended. A good object to check for estranged family, friends you’ve lost touch with, and yeah, exes, especially divorces.

✂️ For example, A’s Split in B’s 9th might mean that the two lose touch when one of them moves away - particularly that A sees the relocation as the bell’s toll for their relationship. It could also signify A pulling away due to B’s faith or lack thereof. I’ve seen more than one 9th House Split overlays for couples and friends who lost touch during college.

🌸Libras can be problematic as they get along SO well + quick too - easy rappport- (easy come, easy go) with EVERYONE. 🦀 can be a sucker for people they feel comfortable and easily hit it off with. Their guard goes down and exposes their very sensitive inner core. Soon enough they will see that not all Libras can be trusted, as they often make the same promises to everyone to keep the peace.

🤚🏻The honesty thing is the problem here, at least in my experience with Libra Suns. Differing beliefs, one is not necessarily “right” or “better” than the other; both have different priorities and what is important to them differs.

🌈 Cancers need loyalty AND honesty, and they will not budge in any -ship, whether it be platonic or romantic or even working. Libras don’t want to budge in their “social justice” whatever that means; each one is unique in that area.

🧹I always say I’ve learned my lesson when it comes to getting along too quickly from the get-go with people. It does not matter how many times I tell myself not to trust others so easily. A fckng Libra will come along and fool my ass 🤡. Particularly if they have an inferiority complex or are insecure, and just want to see the cancer as “less” than them to simply feel better about themselves and also as easier to control. 🚨OF COURSE, this does not apply to everyone. But to those it does apply to, I would bet that your Venus is compromised in some way (whether it be facing Saturn opposition/square in a night chart, or other malefic-type intervention).

🛝Uranus is like both malefics combined: Mars and Saturn. The Tower in Tarot is ruled by Mars, not Uranus which, for me, was surprising. They’re both sudden and unexpected changes, similar to number 5. I feel like Mars/The Tower is more steady. I mean they have a Tower built anyway vs The Fool/Uranus who has a small bag. The Uranus feels more like not having a choice and just doing what needs to be done; surviving. Inevitable change on a macro scale (Uranus bc it’s generational) vs unexpected daily changes on a micro level kind of energy (mars bc it’s faster).

😴I say night chart because the malefic that can do the most damage in nocturnal charts is Saturn (mars is the more constructive malefic at night). The most beneficical planet in a night chart is Venus. (Jupiter is the benefic for a day chart ☀️)

🔥 The cardinal sign I have the least problem with is Aries. I love their directness and just adore their high-energy. They crack me up with their overreactions, rants and the like. I appreciate that they feel so comfortable expressing their emotions without shame but still take responsibility for their actions (the mature ones, ofc).
