there is no reason to just hate on people for getting their feelings hurt, and there is also no reason to tell them to not take rude behaviour personally

as a rule, if nothing hurts your feelings, that's cool whatever, but it is not up to you to decide how people should feel

and as an extension being a downer when someone is excited is socially awkward and unkind. there's a time and place to go "i hate that game/move/music genre" etc.

in my experience irl this makes people talk to you less. if thats your goal cool idc. critical discussion and general dogging is fine in context. hell the person might even AGREE with you but be excited bc it looks neat or whatever! but being a downer is draining! like please at least wait til later?!!

saying this as respectfully as possible but. Do not put fandom content creators on a pedestal. We are also just fans contributing to a community just as you are. We have boundary on our own work and that’s it. What I say is not and should not be considered sth the whole fandom should listen to. I’m just a normal ass person ranting about things on my blog. If it does not have a fandom tag for others to engage in, do not make it out to be me trying to start fights or addressing the whole community. Because it’s not.

Aside from translation stuffs and pointing out in-game items, everything else I say you can look at it, agree or disagree, and move on to form your own opinions.
