headcanon abt crowley: he changed his appearance to how it is now after few centuries he was turned into a vampire by ferid and was searching for him. the reason it took that long was because he was still grieving his friends' deaths and not being aware of ferid's intentions sooner. he was desperately trying to hold onto his humanity and things that reminded him of his friends,but he then realized that it did more harm than good. changing his appearance was one of his ways to try and get over his trauma because seeing his appearance and things reminded him of his past triggered him.

he still sometimes gets flashbacks, considering that he was constantly in battle when he was human and now he's a vampire and is forced to see war once more he thinks of his past again.

he tried multiple ways to cope and found out that playing chess/filling out paperwork was able to distract him.

Ferid loves his long hair and he will let his s/o play with it as long as they are careful.

Owari no Seraph - Headcanons for chapter 92

Well, I’ve been thinking as of late the possible scenarios for chapter 92. It’s been so long since I’ve last written headcanons; I can’t even remember when I stopped writing them but well, let’s give some ideas about what could happen:

Awakening of something within Yu (This will be a theory I’ll explain later on)

A pursuit by the Vampire Progenitors

A fast battle between Ferid & Crowley agains tthe progenitors (I hope they don’t lose but it’s 3 vs 2)

Squad and vampire Queen leaving the disaster zone

Appearance of a new demon

Confrontation between JIDA and Vampire Progenitors 

Ferid’s hidden trick

Invitation from the Vampire Queen to learn more about the past

To be honest, I expect pretty much a battle between the progenitors next chapter; seeing them appear in chapter 91 was a blessing; and the fact that Urd asked Rigr if he needed help was just astonishing.

But, what about you guys? What do you expect for chapter 92?

Do you believe Ferid and Crowley will handle a battle against 3 higher progenitors? Is it likely that Ferid will manage to gather Kureto to the battle against the progenitors?

Or as I was just talking with @sonali6661​, about the cursed gear Jigenso. Is it likely it’ll appear again?

Yandere! Lest Karr.

👑 Lest is a extremely possessive yandere. He expects his s/o to always know their place, and they can never leave his side. Lest will definitely walk around with his s/o with a chain on their neck, just so that everyone knows that they belong to him. They are his toy, no one else is allowed to touch them. He's also not ashamed of making fun of his s/o in public. He gets a kick out of seeing their blushing face, it just makes his day a bit brighter.

❤ Much to Lest's dismay, he can't bring his s/o everywhere with him, especially if they are human. If they are a human he will turn them in to a vampire. Lest feels disgusted with himself because how could he, the Vampire King of Germany, a powerful 3rd progenitor, fall for such a weak and pathetic creature? He sometimes wonders if his s/o used some kind of magic on him because whenever he's around them he just loses his composure. He can't concentrate on anything other then his s/o. He hates himself for being so weak and he will most certainly take out his anger on his s/o.

👑 Lest just loves to punish his s/o. He loves to leave little cuts all over their body, especially on their neck and cheeks, and to just sit back to look at the sweet, sweet blood that is running down their body. He also likes to suck their blood and he almost killed them several times due to this. He just has a hard time controlling himself, s/o's blood is just too perfect. He will just look at them with this insane glint in his eye while gently caressing their cheek. That usually means that Lest is feeling really thirsty...

❤ Lest has created a list of rules that his s/o must follow, because if they don't there will be serious Hell to pay. Lest will not tolerate any kind of rebellious acts, and if there are any he is quick to shut them down. He will admit, he likes seeing that beautiful fire in s/o's eyes. But he can't deny that they look even more beautiful when he's extinguishing that same fire... Lest is also a master of manipulation, and he has no problem with messing with his s/o's head. He will often threaten to kill their family, to burn all of s/o's favorite things, just to get a reaction out of them.

👑 s/o is not allowed to leave Lest's room, period. He expects them to wait for him whenever he returns, and if he's feeling especially tired, he wants his s/o to welcome him with warm and loving arms. Lest isn't overly affectionate, but he is a sucker ha ha for pet names. Some of his favorites, of course, are "my Queen" and "my pet". He sometimes doesn't even treat his s/o like a person, he treats them like a object, or better yet like a doll.

❤ Lest loves to dress and spoil his s/o, but in order for him to do that his beloved has to behave. The better their behavior, the more gifts Lest will give them. To the most beautiful dresses, delicious foods and amazing books, whatever his darling wants, she will receive. He will be a bit smug though because he wants his darling to shower him with affection. He just loves it when his cute little pet peppers his face with kisses. The sweeter his s/o is, the better Lest will be towards them.

👑 Lest honestly sometimes just hates his s/o. He hates how weak he feels next to them, he hates how he always succumbs to these stupid desires. He will sometimes just completely lose his temper and will start to shout at his s/o.

"How dare you? How dare you make me feel this way?!"

"You're nothing more then a pathetic human!"

"Why were you talking to him?! Don't you know that I own you?"

"You're MINE! Don't you dare forget that!!"

After each and every screaming match, he will leave the room to cool down. He may even apologize to his s/o but this is rare.

❤ In conclusion, Lest is an extremely dangerous yandere. He isn't afraid to kill anyone if they dare to lay a finger on his s/o, and he can get downright cruel to s/o. But he can protect them from the outside world. He makes sure that his cute little pet is always comfortable, and most importantly, that they are by his side.

Knowing Ashera, he will probably be like “oh not this shit again” lmao

Okay but when we think deeper, Ashera on his past self is kinda like Yoichi, in a way that he speak with manner and modesty, humble and soft spoken, but can be quite bold and courageous when needed. 

So he’ll either gives this kind of comical joking sour laugh...

Or he will kindly try to stop them.

He’s reasonable and mature, so he should be able to comes with solution if it’s ever needed, since he shows capability of making decision, and when there’s something really important, he can be so determined on doing it.

he was sure that you were dead, you had been dead for a long time, having slipped away from him in your last mortal life.

and yet you were there, by the General's side as he barked his orders at you to fight, the spitting image of his love, turned against him, but why? Was it just the world you now lived in? Back then, you were able to live peacefully, you didn't have to watch your back every step or worry a monster might chase you back to the safety of the city walls.

it was just chance, and you were caught between the dismal life of livestock down in Sanguinem, and the life of a soldier in the Demon Army. That didn't mean it stung any less.

in a way, Urd was glad to see you strong, an unwavering determination, and apparently more courage than you knew what to do with. You held your sword firm, your hands trembling from the force you applied and the push back you got, even knowing you weren't a match for a Second Progenitor you didn't run. You stood firm to carry out your order, even knowing he could pummel you if he was actually trying. Urd held back, you could tell that much.

he couldn't stand there forever, and neither could you, but it was clear you weren't going to let up, and he couldn't afford to either. Even knowing the person who stood there was surely someone he once knew, in your eyes you had never known him, you'd slice him in two without hesitation if only he let you.

it pained him, and yet he had to. Gently, Urd reminded himself, and in a swift motion of his sword knocked you aside, not too harshly, but enough to leave you nearly sliding along the ground trying to regain your footing even as you stumbled over yourself onto the ground, it was gutting in it's own way, to both of you although for different reasons.

the smell of blood filled the air, he must've grazed you, or perhaps the impact had done it. If only you were who you used to be, he would've been at your side worrying over you, and yet he couldn't.

"General Kureto!" he tried to ignore you, even when he heard your sword scrape against the ground--you'd picked it back up.

if he could only knock you out, he could take you with him, right? You wouldn't have to know why, a vague excuse to back it up would be enough, and yet one problem remained, he didn't have enough arms to carry you, the General, and the Major General. Even if he could, he didn't have a reason to give everyone else why he felt it necessary.

you were a fool, trying to defend your General, who was not quite unconscious and yet not fully conscious either, teetering on the edge in a haze. Kureto couldn't defend himself like that. nor give you orders, you were on your own. Where was Aoi when you needed her?

even on your own, your loyalty lied with the Demon Army, and he couldn’t help but miss your warmth seeing you turned against him.

looking so young didn't mean he was foolish, Lest knew that it was always a possibility he would encounter someone just like the Human he used to be attached to. Perhaps you didn't like that he looked like a child, didn't want to hurt him, and to him it was pathetic, he wanted to crush you under his boot like an insect for it.

he couldn't bring himself to, not when you were just so much like them, though…in the Demon Army, you were a squad leader, had people under you, several people actually one of whom was very insistent that you should not be underestimating him.

"It's a child." you hissed at him, almost like a scolding parent, disappointed in him at least from the way it sounded.

"A child who is a Vampire!" he tried to remind you, but you apparently weren't having it. Even Lest could tell that much, approaching him rather unbothered by it, either you had courage, or were stupid. Either way he wasn't going to budge and scare you off.

you were getting very close, and he was very greedy to have you coddle him just a little. Not too much, and he would never admit it outright, but in a way he missed having his head patted, seeing you smile at him. It was nice while it lasted, when he was so young it wasn't out of place to him, his head matched his body and things were as they should be.

he was too young back then to fully understand that you wouldn't be there forever if you were just someone he met at the market sometimes. You used to dote on him back then too.

"Don't." He said, though rather suddenly, "Stay there."

he couldn't let you, not now, he felt like a child ready to stomp his feet on the floor and throw a tantrum. He very much wanted to have you pat him on the head, talk to him a bit just to entertain his talking when no one really wanted to listen much.

if he let you do that all over again, he'd remember what it was like, and he'd miss it again. He'd wish you could always be there, maybe in Germany where he could see you whenever he want and let go of himself for just a while. Maybe. Not yet. For now he needed to keep up his act, remain prideful and just maybe he'd see you again some time where there weren't several people to witness it.

"I'll let you live, just this once. I don't have time to deal with you now, but don't get in my way again."

　

krul tepes

one of Krul's only comforts after her brother's departure was unfortunately not longed for this world, it wasn't as if you were particularly fragile, not terribly Human. Met your end in the wrong place at the wrong time and suddenly her dearest friend was gone, reduced to a pile of ash by the daylight.

she hadn't seen you in so long, how could she have? You were gone, it had been somewhere around a millennium, and yet now, in 2020, she saw you once again.

you weren't exactly the same, but she knew, somehow, she knew that the one who watched as the Seraph was released and the world ended all over again for the Demon Army, was you. A little bigger than you used to be, but something else about you set her off.

she wouldn't let you be killed again, definitely not like this.

there wasn't a moment's hesitation between her noticing you standing idly by in a complete stand of shock as the people you had known for the majority of what was now your life were sacrificed and her grabbing your arm to pull you away. "Come with me. Now." It didn't even seem like you could move until she forced you. Almost dragging you along until you got your legs to move.

you had barely even processed it was a Vampire who tugged you along let alone the Queen in Japan. Not for a moment until you realised and regained your senses to barely avoid getting stabbed only by the harsh yank at your arm that had you stumbling over yourself onto the ground with a thud.

"Get up, we need to leave, now!" she tried to urge you along, pull you up herself, remind you of the urgency. What was she supposed to do when everything was happening so fast. Does she protect you? Tell you to run? Where can she go that you'll be ok?

she didn't have time to think when she caught up to Mika, she could settle there, in safety. Even if she couldn't keep you safe, she could entrust the task to Mika. She knew you could protect yourself, and yet she couldn't be satisfied with just that--you could supposedly protect yourself before too.

even as Ferid attacked, betrayed her in a way though it was clear he was never truly on her side to begin with, and her consciousness began to wane, she urged you both to go, to protect yourselves, to be safe. You were still confused even when the shock was wearing off, it was just that you couldn't understand why a Vampire would save you, one of the many Colonel's currently still alive. Surely she'd want you dead, wouldn't she? Wouldn't it benefit her to see you killed by that monster?

she didn't need to say it twice, her unexpected though not unwelcome act enough to convince you she needed you alive for something meaning you weren't going to die as a result, at least not for a while, it would give you time to think.

"Mikaela. Go with the Colonel, and find your family! Keep them safe."

he remembered the birdsong you used to listen to together, back when he first came to Japan, romancing one of his loyal little followers. You used to be special, and he treasured you too much to bring a curse of immortality on you. Did you hate him for that?

you had once begged Rígr not to leave you to grow old while he stayed the same, ever unchanging, and yet he wouldn't budge as he stood firm. Every time you even started to bring it up he'd stop you again, and yet no matter how much you changed he loved you all the same. When your mind went as you began to forget him, then your body as it began slowing to one final stop, no matter what he was there.

he couldn't tell if he regretted that, or if his wondering was just the product of the person who stood before him.

by all accounts it was you, there were no way it couldn't be, right? And yet you barely reacted to him much at all. There was no kiss, asking where he'd been and what kept him so long, where he'd get to feel your head rest against his shoulder when you laid together just one last time before you went. Humans are truly fragile creatures, aren't they?

ah, that's right, you weren't with the Hyakuya Sect anymore-- you never had been, not like this. Despite the similarities you held a stark difference, the first being that you were no longer head over heels in love with him and the second that you had changed in a way, moulded yourself to your new title--and quite an impressive one at that--you were more than just in the army, you could pull rank.

he'd never be able to win you over like that, but seeing you again was nice, nostalgic, like finding an old photograph tucked away in storage of a fond memory long passed.

he didn't speak to you at all, just acknowledged you when he passed you, and you watched him with a great sense of suspicion. Rígr could tell you didn't trust what he was doing, and yet you allowed it in favour of watching him carefully.

watching, waiting, but there was nothing.

it wasn't until your curiosity got the better of you that you reluctantly agreed to help Ferid with whatever he was doing, and suddenly you were wandering another war zone. It was different to the one you encountered before, save for the overrun of death and fighting. The Hyakuya Sect and the Demon Army, you wouldn't stop them, you likely couldn't either. What's to say they would listen?

the other thing that didn't change was the man you were looking for. Who was he? Who knows, but it would be nice if Ferid stopped calling him Papa, that was enough to know you weren't exactly what one might call keen to find him sprawled in an alley in what could only be described as dismantled, ripped at the seams and taken apart.

on the contrary he was quite glad to see you again, standing over him, even if you looked at him like trash on the floor. It was as if you wanted to stab him clean through with the weapon kept sheathed at your side, and he'd let you if only to see you satisfied.

but when all was said and done you were far from standing over him, clawing at the chains around your leg with more desperation than you knew you had in you. Getting taken hostage would be bad, becoming livestock, being out in a place like Sanguinem. You'd seen what it looked like there, even without your help it was a hellhole.

"Let go!" he wouldn't, he wouldn't let go, wouldn't let up at all even when Crowley and Ferid were long gone without you. He clearly didn't have much strength, and yet he used it all to secure one thing as you were unceremoniously dragged back from the place you'd managed to squirm to in one swift movement.

you were strong, you had to be, and yet even for you some opponents were too much. There had never been Vampires so strong in Japan, at least not ones that showed themselves to fight.

"You got away the first time, but you won't end up quite so lucky again."

Jesus CHRIST I know I joke about it and to this point I’m pretty nonchalant about it bc whatever it’s part of the entire goddamn story - but like for this page, I actually paused for a moment and just THOUGHT about just how POWERFUL the vampires are - like HOLY SHIT 

With the devastating power Yu possesses with the Seraph gene, he can wreak absolutely chaos and havoc within a mere few seconds - and that’s him out of control - 

Then we have Crowley here saying that even if Yu has control over his powers, able to control and use his abilities in a precise manner - Crowley still says that Ky Luc will be too strong of an opponent for them to beat -

Ky Luc is a 5th Progenitor - there’s still 3 more ranks excluding the 1st above that -

DUDE, I know I’ve always been like “Lmao yeah Krul, Lest, and Urd are very powerful don’t mess with them - ” But when it’s actually put into perspective for me, I’m just ??? HOLY F U C K THOSE THREE ARE INSANELY POWERFUL!

If Ky Luc is still considered too powerful of an opponent despite Yu having control over his Seraph powers for a few seconds (while still capable of causing MASS DESTRUCTION even with a few second - bc y’know, typical anime/manga trope where protag can go only a few seconds at his greatest strength but can easily beat opponents bc of that - AND KY LUC CAN STAND UP TO THAT?) then CHRIST Urd, Lest, and Krul must be MONSTERS.

Lest Karr

• Lest Karr is surprisingly really affectionate, towards you and a few other close people. So you can say, Lest has a soft side for you.

• Lest Karr is incredibly clingy after a few months of your realtionship. Apparently he doesn’t notice, and please don’t point it out to him. It’s very rare that you’ll get this attention again. Lest Karr is indeed a distant lover at times, and really doesn’t have much time for your relationship. Often, leaving you alone. Lest Karr does make up for his absence though, taking midnight strolls with you, picnics, anything that makes you feel better.

• Lest does spoil you, you deserve the world In his eyes. He does enjoy when you smile, he finds this the most prettiest thing out of all your features. His nicknames consists of “darling” or “lover”. These are the only things Lest refers to you as, and he wants you to know that.

• Lest isn’t big on PDA, he isn’t used to it but the occasional holding hands will grow on him. Not fast, but eventually it will. He will never initiate a kiss in public. Lest doesn’t mind a peck on the cheek in public, once in a while. He may or may not return the gesture, certainly depends on where you are.

• Romantic dates. As mentioned, Lest Karr loves to spoil you when he can so dates would go with it.

• Lest Karr isn’t really the controlling type but it happens once in a while where he wants you to do something he says. Even though, Lest may not word it right. Lest will hurt your feelings once in a while, comparing you to others maybe not your beauty but any flaw really. He does it to try and make you feel better about yourself, but it’ll unintentionally hurt your feelings.

As promised theories and headcannons!

Theories first.

Theory #1: Yu is indeed a reincarnation, which is the reason as to why Sika Madu recognized him, the same goes for Rigr. Even so, Rigr doesn't want to be dancing in the palm of the first, therefore, he decided to stand and fight which this leads us to the reasons for the creation of the Hyakuya Sect and also, the encounter of Yu with Guren.

Theory #2: After reading the latest chapter, Sika Madu is planning on creating a war, since all the vampires have noticed his presence again, he perfectly knows that Rigr is trying to kill him or at least modify his plans, therefore, he plans to use that "hatred" Ferid has for Rigr in order to work with him, as you saw in chapter 76, Ferid is complaining about their inmortality. On the other side; Urd, Ky Luc, Krul and Lest Karr pretty much know they have no value to the first, but they're still dancing on the palm of his hands.

Theory #3: Sika Madu turned the progenitors at a certain time and this is demostrated by how Rigr and Urd looked like; they were around 18 perhaps, but that's just speculation. They look younger than the current selves.

The last Seraphs that haven't appeared are "asleep". Whichs leads us to Yoichi, Kimuzuki and finally Mika. The reason is simple, we have knowledge of 3 Seraphs. Which are: Yuichiro, Mirai and the guy they fought in Chapters 64,65,66 and 67, therefore the other 3 Seraphs are sleeping inside Yoichi,Kimizuki and Mika, but, since Mika is a vampire, that Seraph gen won't activate. Even so, there's an unknown Seraph. We could say that the unknown Seraph was Tomoe Saotome, but she's dead, which makes it hard to point who might posses a Seraph gen

Theory #5: Om this one,I'll focus on explaining how Shikama was able to be in different bodies. First, we know that he was possessing Tenri until Shinoa was born. Tenri knew that Shinoa had Shikama Doji inside her but decided to not move a finger since Shikama knew how the story would go. When Mahiru took Shinoa's demon out of her body, I believe Shikama was testing his vessel, therefore, he decided to not do anything against Mahiru but instead, he decided not to posses her but rather just check how things went. Because that way, Asuramaru wouldn't be wary of his presence like he did with Yuichiro. Shikama Doji being a powerful being, he managed to move like a shadow, which we can see at the last pages of chapter 61, at the last pages of chapter 71 and in the beginning of chapter 73. Therefore, that's how he possessed others, since he was tied with Shinoa.

Headcannons:

Sika Madu has now control of Shinoa's body but, there will be a time when Shinoa finally devours him as a whole, giving him his wish of death. Even so I kinda feel she might end up gaining all the power Sika Madu has.

Shinoa might have some relation with Sika Madu since both share physical characteristics as well as personality traits.

Kureto and Guren will visit the lab on which Sika Madu is, and they will eventually fight against him even so I kinda guess they won't be able to stop the first.

Guren might think about killing Mahiru's sister in order to stop Sika Madu but that might be the worst thing.

Ferid definitely has something under his sleeve, and this is to the fact that he's in negotiations with the First.

Yu will talk with Sika Madu in order to save Shinoa's body.

In 2 or 3 chapters more, the war will unleash between the Hyakuya Sect and the JIDA. Even so, the JIDA might be obeying the First since he's pretending he's unaware of many things.

Guren might train more Kimizuki, Yoichi,Mitsuba and Mika in order to awaken something of interest. Mitsuba herself has something waiting for her as Kagami said therefore, let's not lose hope.

Something I really wouldn't want but somehow is going to that place is an ending just like Devilman Crybaby...I certantly do not want that.

Canon things that we let slip is the fact that we knew Shikama Doji's real name. Which we can see in Guren Ichinose Light Novel Volume 7. When Shikama returns with Shinoa, Shinoa tries to find a nickname for him, one of those nicknames were Shikamado, curiously, if we try to type Sika in a japanese keyboard, it will directly type as Shi -し, シ. Therefore Shinoa unconsciously knew his name.
