OMA! If you miss those platano/plantain recipes from other countries, grab a bag of these!🥰 Ohhhh, the mouth-watering memories! My familia en Colombia were so kind to meet my love for the plantain every single morning with an oven baked platano/plantain con queso/cheese.😋 Cheese, you wonder?? 🤔 Oh, but this was fresh, straight off the ranch, mild queso blanco! ¡Deliciooooso! If you've not had platanos/plantains, check out YouTube videos on the variety of ways you can prepare them! Fried, baked, grilled & so much more! Yummmm! You might just discover an extra heart spark for them, too. P.S. They are an excellent, re: HUGE, source of f-i-b-e-r!
