It's been a hot minute since I drew a full illustration but I finally have a bit of time to draw again 😭 I survived 😭😭😭

I drew her so cute here 🥺🥺🥺 I did a sketch of her on pencil first so that's why she looks EXTRA good. For some reason my best drawings are ones I do on pencil first... well... usually...

Anyways I hope I get to draw more soon!!! It'll be a bit of a crunch but I need to make a piece of the twins for their birthday in 2 days (CRI) and also while it's still May I want to make a Mermay piece 😭😭😭 or a few pieces... but May is almost over I'm so 😭😭😭 why do I draw so slow CRI

in other news, this Lei will appear as a doctor in the Selenia campaign I'm running soon 👀👀👀 I wonder what my PCs' reactions will be to seeing her (although I've already hinted that she will appear). She will be selling some new interesting pharmaceuticals... surely you would trust the drugs she makes, right? : ) Surely you would trust that smile of hers, right? :3

*As of the events after the campaign, she and Elise run a clinic together. I decided to call it ELC for the first names of Elise, Lei, and Ceres :3 Although, in this AU, Gigi is there too : )

Elvis arriving in Hawaii January 9, 1973

On January 9, 1973 (one day after his birthday), Elvis Presley arrives in Hawaii for his televised concert "Aloha From Hawaii" due to January 14.

This is my favorite set of pictures of Elvis. I feel like having a room with all those pictures around (walls to roof, lol). They have such a joyful energy to me. 🥹 Although all his pictures in Hawaii are incredibly perfect I love the January 1973 ones more than anything else so I tried to put the pictures together in a logical sequence of what I figured happened in that moment: Elvis arriving by helicopter, getting out of it, meeting with fans and talking to the press, then hopping in a car and heading to the hotel.

And the most special part of this post comes right away. I'm so happy to share this with you! I FOUND A FEW PICTURES OF ELVIS WITHOUT THE LEIS ON! Maybe some of you have seen it before but it's a first for me, so here it goes (E was wearing an interesting necklace):

A few months ago I noticed in one of the pictures from that day that Elvis was wearing (underneath a thick layer of leis) a beautiful black shirt with a white lines and red dots pattern, but there was only a thin bit of the shirt that was in sight. It's a shame the pictures I found are blurred but still... I'm happy you have no idea. I think E barely left the helicopter and a whole bunch of flowers were thrown around him immediately, which would explain those pictures not being so easy to find (and not having many of them to find) — But hey, no complains from me... the leis hold a very special meaning and they look great on Elvis, of course, but I was dying to see the full outfit and I guess some of you might have been too.

LEI'S BIRTHDAY!!!

September 17th is my OC, Lei's, birthday!!! so I had to really crunch and draw some art for her 😭😭😭 So busy nowadays.

Everyone say happy birthday to the bestest girl there is 😤😤😤 She deserves only the best (I love her so much 🥺🥺🥺) I really like how her outfit turned out! It's Chinese-inspired because she is half, after all. I really like the placement of the flowers and the vines but I will be honest that it's a CSP brush LOL. I love CSP brushes so much. The lotus hair accessories were kind of accidental, I had a flower crown originally but it didn't fit the aesthetic (they were roses). So thus these were born!

Her birthday is Sept 17 because I wanted an Autumn birthday for her and I wanted her to be a Virgo (astrological sign wise). It was either the 17th or 19th but I settled on the 17th cuz I thought it would suit her better (Vibes, I guess XD).

Since her campaign takes place in the Autumn, I imagine that at the end of her backstory, the night before she was arrested, she was enjoying drinks with Ceres and Elise! ;w; I'm guessing it's actually later in Autumn (Oct or Nov) and they just had difficulty scheduling since they're all doctors! For the sake of cuteness, I am going to headcanon Ceres is the one who set it up, since Lei set up something for Ceres' birthday (see Treasure Box of Memories bonus #1). This is extra painful cuz she was supposed to have a nice night with her friends (and then got too drunk LOL cuz she was frustrated with the project Prism put her on) AND THEN AFTER she got arrested and all the s*** happened to her 😭😭😭

Come to think of it, Vail (in that 1 phone call) stated he has a gift for her 👀👀 (implied it's a cat) There was no reason for him to get her gift (and she even said that BUT THE GUY HUNG UP BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER THE QUESTION) I am going to headcanon it's cuz it was her birthday (even though the DM/Keeper doesn't know this XD) If I'm high on delulu copium it's cuz you know 😳😳😳 maybe he's going to ask her out (sorry I'm always coping) but like why would he get her a gift? I don't understand 😔😔😔 Everyday I pray she lives so that I can find out all these things.
