Festival of Lights - NeoRGB Stemma revision ✨🌈

We're doing 8 days of light-filled designs to wrap up this year. We started with the Sparkle Motion Mini

which can drive thousands of shimmering RGB LEDs. Then, we did the Sparkle Motion stick, a USB-pluggable version

On the third night, a 1.28" round TFT display

and on the fourth a 1.8" round TFT with captouch overlay

On the fifth night, a tiny 0.85" TFT display

came to life.

This night, we're taking a little bit of a breather since we want to do final testing and hopefully send out the Sparkle Motion PCBs

So, we're doing a quick revision of the NeoRGB Stemma board

This time, we're adding a level shifter so it can be used with 3.3V logic. It's just a small fix, but it will make the board a lot more usable!

Hành trình 2 tháng mổ xẻ Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2011 để dọn và nâng đời 2018 2019 2018 với chi phí hơn 300 triệu đồng

Chiếc Toyota Land Cruiser được chủ xe mua lại dưới dạng đã qua xài, sản xuất năm 2010 và thuộc đời 2011. Xe đã lâu không xài nên phủ bụi siêu nhiều.

Mặc dù vỏ ngoài vẫn còn tương đối mới, chủ xe vẫn quyết định tháo toàn bộ xe để dọn lại từ đầu. Phần khung xe được tháo rời. Động cơ cũng được nhấc hết ra ngoài.

Nhấc phần khung ra mới thấy dấu hiệu hao mòn theo thời gian. Người thợ phải vệ sinh lại toàn bộ khung gầm, gồm việc tẩy đất, cát, bụi bẩn và đánh sạch để chuẩn bị sơn lại hoàn toàn.

Gầm xe phía đằng sau khi được vệ sinh bắt đầu được đưa vào sơn. Thợ sơn phủ nhiều lớp lên để cam đoan độ bám dính và độ bền theo thời gian. Trục xe và hệ thống treo cũng được xử lý lại. Chủ xe cho biết chi tiết nào gỉ phải thay mới, kể cả con ốc.

kế tiếp khung gầm là đến khung vỏ được xử lý. Xe đã được tháo sạch chỉ để lại nguyên phần vỏ để các người thợ đánh lại, chuẩn bị cho quá trình sơn.

lốp xe được sơn màu xanh rêu mẫu quân đội, có ánh vàng khi gặp nắng. sau khi sơn xong, phần vỏ được gá trước lên khung gầm.

Cùng lúc đó, các chi tiết nội thất cũng được tháo rời để làm mới. Từng bộ phận nhỏ nhất được tháo ra, từ ốp nhựa cho đến các miếng ốp gỗ nhỏ.

các bộ phận mới được ướm lên xe phía đằng sau khi sơn xong. Đây là công đoạn dọn xe Cuối cùng.

Chiếc Land Cruiser Prado 2011 lột xác thành 2018 2019 2018 sau khi hoàn thiện.

Khó có thể nhận ra chiếc xe độ từ đời 2011 lên 2018 2019 2018 nếu chỉ nhìn bên ngoài. Việc giữ thiết kế theo năm tháng của các dòng Land Cruiser khiến mẫu xe này trở nên dễ “lên đời” hơn.

Nắp ca-pô, tai xe và cản trước (gồm lưới tản nhiệt) cùng cản sau của đời 2018 2019 2018. Đèn độ nguyên bộ mẫu Land Cruiser Prado 2018 2019 2018 với hệ thống soi sáng LED. đèn hậu mới. Vành xe đổi sang mẫu mới với kích cỡ 18 inch (trước đây là 17 inch). Xe còn được gắn thêm máy quay 360 độ.

Nội thất có thêm ghế Lexus RX330 chỉnh điện 10 hướng bên lái và 4 hướng bên phụ. Màn hình giải trí thay mới. Hệ thống loa cũng được độ lại. Đề nổ bằng nút bấm là chi tiết mới. các chi tiết nhựa và ốp gỗ được phục hồi hoàn toàn.

Chọn LED hay HID trong việc nâng cấp ánh sáng xe hơi?

Bởi trong thiết kế thì theo một số người đèn chiếu của oto lại không thể đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng hàng ngày khiến nhiều người sử dụng ô tô tìm giải pháp thay thế. Các cửa hàng dịch vụ thường tư vấn nâng cấp đèn LED hoặc xenon (HID) thay bóng halogen.

Những hệ thống đèn chiếu sáng trên ô tô đã được nhà sản xuất nghiên cứu kỹ trước khi sản xuất. Tuy nhiên, không phải cứ đèn nguyên bản đã đủ tiêu chuẩn. Viện bảo hiểm an toàn giao thông đường bộ Mỹ (IIHS) trong nhiều năm liền liên tục công bố những mẫu xe có hệ thống đèn không đủ an toàn.

Tại Việt Nam, hiện chưa có cơ quan đánh giá chất lượng đèn chi tiết tương đương IIHS tại Mỹ. Những mẫu xe giá thấp hoặc phiên bản tiêu chuẩn của một số mẫu xe thường bị cắt giảm công nghệ chiếu sáng để hạ giá thành, từ đó có giá bán thấp hơn. Một mẫu xe mới và phổ biến bị nhiều khách hàng phàn nàn về chất lượng đèn là Mazda3 phiên bản 1.5. Giải pháp được đưa ra là thay thế bóng hoặc độ lại toàn bộ.

Ưu điểm của LED

Trong ngành công nghiệp ô tô, công nghệ LED mới hơn so với HID và halogen. LED tiêu thụ ít năng lượng bởi tỷ lệ giữa lượng ánh sáng/công suất cao. Một bóng LED công suất 25 W có thể cho lượng sáng tới 150 lumen/W, trong khi bóng HID muốn có lượng sáng gần tương tự phải có công suất 35 W hoặc hơn. Những mẫu ô tô hiện đại thường sử dụng LED hay cả laser. Các nhà sản xuất thiết kế hệ thống chiếu sáng LED rất phức tạp để tận dụng các đi-ốt làm đèn chủ động, phân bổ ánh sáng tự động theo từng khu vực, đảm bảo lượng sáng tốt nhất mà không gây chói người đối diện. Tuy nhiên, đó là công nghệ của nhà sản xuất. Việc độ có thể thực hiện được nhưng rất phức tạp và tốn kém chi phí, thậm chí đắt hơn cả hàng chính hãng do làm thủ công.

Nên sử dụng HID cho đèn cốt

Anh Chiến, Giám đốc công ty LEDtech, cho biết độ lại hệ thống chiếu sáng với chất lượng/giá cả tốt nhất vẫn là sử dụng projector (có thấu kính) đi kèm bóng xenon (HID). Hệ thống này vẫn được tối ưu trên nhiều dòng xe bởi cho độ gom sáng tốt. Người dùng xe phổ thông thường chọn loại projector tháo xe sang như Lexus, Acura hoặc hàng copy gần giống để độ lại với chi phí dưới 10 triệu đồng.

Do hệ thống LED có cấu tạo phức tạp, phải sử dụng đúng choá hoặc thấu kính thiết kế riêng, nên HID vẫn là lựa chọn phổ biến nhất. Trên thị trường đã có nhiều loại LED dùng để lắp vào projector, ví dụ loại Philips chân H11 lắp Mazda3, nhưng ánh sáng không tối ưu bằng HID dù có lượng sáng cao. Đèn cốt có yêu cầu kỹ thuật cao hơn để đảm bảo tầm nhìn trên đường.

Có thể dùng LED cho đèn pha

Đèn pha (chiếu xa) không đòi hỏi độ gom sáng phức tạp như đèn cốt, mục đích chính chỉ để chiếu càng rộng và xa càng tốt, do đó hoàn toàn có thể tận dụng LED thông thường để có lượng ánh sáng cao mà công suất thấp. Hơn nữa, các loại LED được thiết kế dành cho choá phản xạ có sẵn nhiều, ví dụ với Mazda3 lắp bóng Philips chân H15, nên không phải lo "đục, khoét" choá nguyên bản. Người dùng chỉ cần lắp bóng pha mới và có thể về lại như cũ một cách dễ dàng.

Đây là lý do tại sao nhiều xưởng độ xe tư vấn những chiếc xe đã có sẵn projector chỉ thay bóng HID vào trong và thay bóng LED vào choá pha. Chiếc xe vừa cải thiện được độ sáng lại dễ dàng về nguyên bản khi cần. Tất nhiên, đây chỉ là giải pháp tình thế. Để có được hệ thống chiếu sáng tốt vẫn cần kết hợp với thấu kính chất lượng cao, yêu cầu phải "mổ" đèn ra để thay thế.
