She wears her heart on her sleeve, is very expressive and emotional, and therefore easy to manipulate. A lot of friendships were broken because she was too trusting. He is very forgiving, but even he has a snapping point.

Also her during the rehearsal scene was HILARIOUS SDLFJDHKGS XD. Her trying to move things along and Ricky and Gina are just staring into each other's eyes like 😍😍. Also, there's coming in costume to an audition and there's coming with choreography to a read through LOL xD. Anyway, slaying. Oh also, a wonderful beginning of the read through song again XD. I loved this episode so much!!!! I LOVE HAVING SEB AND MR. MAZZARA BACK :DDD!!!! And everyone slayed this episode 🥰🥰. Also the music was great :D. Now that I think about it, I think we only got the one song lol? Can I Have This Dance? Well it was SO ADORABLE and also it was wonderful 🥰🥰❤️. I love them so much :D.

And then a new voice interrupted them.

"Haw haw haw!" it laughed.

Martin stared around them. Through the open doorway of this pillbox he saw an old man hurrying towards them along the road. It was Gerald Benning. Concern and anguish were written on his face. But the laughter had not come from outside. It had echoed up from beneath- from the underpass.

"Hoo hoo hoo!" the mocking voice sounded again. "I rode you, I rid you, I played you, I puzzled you. I helped you, I hindered you- and now... I've shocked you!"

Martin felt a sickening coldness in the pot of his stomach. He knew that voice now. He turned from the sunlight and peered back down the steps to the mouth of the tunnel.

There came the squeak and creak or new leather. A pair of caramel-coloured trousers dances into sight. The torso above was paunchy and the brand-new, bellboy-style costume was slightly too tight, just as in the illustration. At first the peak of the cap concealed his face, but Martin didn't need to see those florid features.

"Barry," he uttered.

The Headteacher raised his face and let out another "Haw haw haw!" The ex-rugby player, the man who had always looked like a hard-bitten detective superintendent, came skipping forward.

"The Jockey has been up to his usual naughty tricks," he confessed with a mischievous twinkle in his eye and a shrug of his shoulders. "The Ismus is most displeased, but now I shall atone and be spared the gaol. I will deliver unto him something he prizes most highly and earn his gratitude. My pranks will be forgotten- til the next time I ride those are court. Hee hee hee!"

As soon as I got done drawing the refences for my Slime Rancher submas AU, I turned right around and got to work on Ingo's disappearance arc XDD

I'm thinking how the story goes is Ingo, Emmet and Elesa came to the far far range out of their love and interest in the slimes that live there. They truly had a passion for this planet and wanted to explore and learn everything about it.

Now Elesa was super invested in the gadgets and life on the ranch, while Ingo and Emmet were big on the exploration side of things..

One day while the brothers were out exploring they discovered a new area covered in curvy pink trees..

For a while they explored together, but at some point they split up. Looking back Emmet doesn't even remember why they separated.. he wishes he never left Ingo's side..

About an hour passed when Emmet started look for Ingo. When he couldn't find him right away he tracked him on his Rotom. Following the signal he found a hole in the ground leading to an enormous cave..

At the bottom of the cave laid Ingo's abandoned Rotom, and a trail of blood leading to an old broken teleporter.. Ingo was nowhere to be found..

I would love to draw more for this AU right away! Though it might be wise to take it easy somewhat. This was a lot more drawing and backgrounds than I'm use to.. 😅😅 Either way don't worry! An Ingo and Emmet reunion hug is on its way! XDD

Asking such a question could always lead Miorine to not getting the answer she was looking for. Actually, she wasn't sure what she was expecting when it came to this woman. For all she knew, she could have became a teacher in the most mundane and normal way possible, or she could spin some sort of story about how she got in with Miorine being none the wiser.

Given her personality, she could try and pull a fast one on her if she wanted, but at the same time, she could also be pretty genuine. Before she judged, Miorine carefully and intently listened to her story. Serving in five wars, maybe more, being a Commander, technically a spy as well, all things she truly wasn't expecting to hear from her. The record sounded extensive, and she didn't get the feeling she was lying about it either. At least her opinion about the teachers seemed to be similar to her own.

"That's how they feel, and being able to slip under their nose to make my escapes was easier than I thought. I only ended up having some bad luck each time they failed." Normally things out of her control, the last one being thanks to Suletta's rather unfortunate appearance.

Miorine didn't have much time to simmer on everything she was told however, the woman switched topics just as fast as hitting a light switch.

"Huh?" A Japanese onsen or sento? "No, I haven't. As much influence as my parents may have had, I never recall ever visiting such a venue or having that sort of experience. My father really isn't the type for something like that..."

Even after her mother had passed, she didn't care to do much with her father or anyone else for that matter, so she never did much outside of her studies and trying to leave school once she arrived here. Having no close friends didn't help either, even if people wanted to act as if they wanted to be her friend, she never trusted them. Maybe that was obvious to everyone at the school by now, maybe even her too. This was a rather...sudden shift of topic compared to the question that Miorine gave her.

"Based on your question, I assume you've been to one yourself?" Her named sounded Japanese but it wasn't right for her to assume the woman's background. Did that count as her question, or did she have to ask something else?

An interesting first question. Going straight to the heart of things, huh? Yoruichi had to smirk slightly. She could lie or beat around the bush, but she judged the latter would be rather insulting to Miorine—she was observant enough to notice, likely took a dim view of having her time wasted given who she was, and it was just bad form and manners to brush off a business partner upon whom so much depended.

As far as the former went... it was her natural inclination, but at this point she was tired of lying. By now, how many impressionable young adults had heard this or that tale of who she was supposed to be? Too many. Many of them were dead, and their faces could haunt her if she let them. It felt right, after all that, to tell the truth here.

Her tone was oh so very light and casual when she started speaking, as though discussing weather—a way of disinclining any of the few students around them from listening too carefully as the pair made their final approach to the train platform. "My final schooling was quite different from what you experience here—I went to a military academy. I moved to piloting mobile suits during my first year as a commissioned officer. I've since served in five wars, though it depends on how you count. My rank is Commander."

Having said all that, she looked directly at Miorine. "I'm a soldier by trade, but I got very good at infiltration early in my career, so you can think of me as like a spy if you want. It was easy for me to acquire the resources and find the people necessary to facilitate fabricating an identity that would pass the background checks required to be here. To be frank: Asticassia School of Technology's security isn't nearly as good as most think it is. I'm sure you'd agree, given you've evaded it many times yourself, that there's a culture of smug arrogance underlying it which is quite evidently manifested in the laissez-faire attitude of most of the staff?" She raised a brow.

The remarks lingered for a few seconds as she turned to consider the Front passing by beyond the windows of the (fortunately mostly empty) boarded train. "I hate how the teachers act here, like they have no real obligations and it's some supervised reenactment of Lord of the Flies..." She chuckled and shook her head a little. "My turn then! I never delved too deeply into the background and ancestry of your family, but I can tell from the given names, surname, and your appearance, that you're mostly of northern European extraction. Have you ever had an opportunity to go to a Japanese-style onsen or sentō?"

The smile on her lips at asking such a non sequitur after dropping such revelations was fully self-satisfied.
