Today on Moments Of Accidental Veganism: I decided I want to cook Mexican food this week.

The store near me sells plant-based “chicken” that’s already seasoned with Mexican spices, and cut into small pieces, and you just have to microwave it in the bag.

If I make actual chicken tacos, I would have to chop up a chicken breast, and season it myself, and cook it on the stove.

And I am just too goddamn lazy.
