This is the worst one I've seen, yet.* It was carved out of this rock and is credited to a sculptor named Edoardo Caravati (1869 - 1930). He does not have a Wikipedia page.
(* But I HAVE seen him!)

Handsome: A Netflix Mystery Movie (2017)
In today's review, I bet my reputation, on my looks and my instinct. As I attempt a #positive review of the 2017 Netflix mystery film, Handsome: A Netflix Mystery Movie #JeffGarlin #NatashaLyonne #AmySedaris #LeahRemini #ChristineWoods #StevenWeber
We tend to think of Law Enforcement (when we think of them positively) as professionals who live, sleep, and breathe the case. Rarely does the human factor enter the equation, but what about the human souls that are impacted, especially when the crimes impact those around them? In 2017, Jeff Garlin took on a new character, a man who is willing to balance the law and his life, in a comedic fashion…

The School of Business Administration enrollment is still high.
The student enrollment in the School of Business Administration has had an 80 per cent increase in the past eight years, according to Dean Laurence Lautenbach. Presently over 400 full-time students are enrolled.
The position objectives of the School of Business Administration are junior accountant, corporate accountant trainee, government, management trainee, sales trainee, production, bank trainee and secretarial.
This isn’t good. A laborer is worthy of his hire, BJU.
National and international as well as local corporations regularly send recruiters early each year to secure the graduates. "Our students are taught to give more than a day's work for a day's pay," says Dean Lautenbach. "Our standards are high, and for this and for many other reasons our graduates are in demand."
During the past several years, all of the graduates have been placed in good positions during the months of October and November, at which time representatives of firms visit almost every other day. Only students who are interested in the particular type of work being offered by the recruiter are scheduled for the interviews, thereby eliminating wasted time.
The BJU accounting and management majors have consistently scored above the national average on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants examination and advanced business tests.

Uusi, yhdeksästä astiasta koostuva Haru-kokoelma on Moomin Arabian ensimmäinen ruokailuastiasto.

Thursday, 11-14-24 8am Pacific
A nippy good Thursday mornin' to all, a slowly-caffeinating Mr. Baggins here with you for Morning Coffee Music, selections to get us in gear and in good cheer. I thought we might begin today by listening to the piece JS Bach wrote about...COFFEE! Here is his "Coffee Cantata", the Cantata BWV 211, sung for us here by Elly Ameling with the Collegium Aureum.
youtube
Let's go from Bach to his contemporary Vivaldi, and hear his "Fall" movement from The Four Seasons. This is played for us by violinist Susanne Lautenbacher, with the Württemberg Chamber Orchestra, Jörg Faerber conducting. This, by the way, is my favorite recording of the Four Seasons.
youtube
Now let's go back a bit in the Timeline to Domineco Scarlatti. Here is Vladimir Horowitz to play a selection of Scarlatti's many keyboard sonatas, recorded a few years after Horowitz first moved from RCA over to Columbia Masterworks, in 1963.
youtube
I thought that we might begin a survey of the symphonies of Antonin Dvorak, here on Morning Coffee Music, one a day. We all know his Ninth, the New World, but many have never heard ANY of the first eight symphonies. Only numbers six and eight ever get much concert-hall time. I've chosen the performances that have stood for decades as "definitive", those of Istvan Kertesz and the London Symphony, in 1967. Here they are to perform the Symphony No. 1 by Antonin Dvorak.
youtube
Here's Glenn Gould with the very first Prelude and Fugue from Book 1 of The Well Tempered Clavier by Bach.
youtube
Now we are treated to another of Bach's keyboard concerti played by Gould, this one is Number 5, in F minor BWV 1056. The Columbia Symphony Orchestra is directed by Vladimir Golschmann.
youtube
Next let's revisit Vaughan Williams, this time we hear his Concerto Grosso in five movements, played by Neville Marriner and the ASMF.
youtube
Next we hear Beethoven's Piano Trio in C major, Op. 1, No. 1, played by The Beaux Arts Trio, from their definitive set on Decca.
youtube
Let's head to Paris in the 1920s for the music of George Gershwin, his "An American In Paris", played for us here by Leonard Bernstein and the New York Philharmonic, on a Columbia Masterworks recording from 1959.
youtube
I wanted to wrap this edition of Morning Coffee Music up with one of the "Songs of the Roses" by Martin Lauridsen, his hauntingly beautiful "Dirait-on". The composer is at the piano, with the Chamber Choir of Europe, directed by Nicol Matt.
youtube
I hope that beautiful piece leaves you with a smile and a warm heart. This is Mr. Baggins, signing off for now, I'll be back at 2pm Pacific with your Afternoon Stack of Classic Wax!
Baggins out.

No man can make himself king or emperor, the people raise a man above them in this way in order that he may govern them in accordance with right reason, give to each one his own, protect the good, destroy the wicked, and administer justice to every man. But if he violates the contract under which he was elected, disturbing and confounding that which he was established to set in order, then the people is justly and reasonably released from its obligation to obey him. For he was the first to break the faith that bound them together. —Manegold of Lautenbach, 1080 AD
No but tell me again how modern the contractual theory of governance is, or how traditional absolute monarchy is.

Yay, crossed the ⅔ mark for my 2-3 Part 1 translation and the progress bar turned green! That was unexpectedly satisfying!
Currently going through the waxwork museum deduction and I'm still not sure how to translate "The game is afoot!"
The 1905 German translation by Rudolf Lautenbach puts it as "Die Jagd geht los!" (The hunt is on!) but I don't know whether "hunt" fits the dramatic theater-like presentation of Herlock's deductions. So I came up with "Die Vorstellung beginnt!" (The show begins!) but since the English localization doesn't have the more explicit theater aspect of the deduction - I faintly remember the "Logic and Reasoning Spectacular" being called something like the "Theatre of Logic and Deduction" instead - that might not fit perfectly either. BBC Sherlock (yes, I know) popped into my head at that as well as they use "Spiel" (game (the playable one, not the one you can hunt)) which I think fits the dramatics enough to be a valid option to consider too.
We'll see. This is the first Logic and Reasoning Spectacular that I'm translating and I haven't even decided on how to translate "Logic and Reasoning Spectacular" itself. I'm getting ahead of myself, it's just too fun
Also my software didn't crash like it usually does, yippie!!
