My arms have always been my most problematic area. I was that girl in middle school you used to wear hoodies in the middle of a Vegas summer just to cover up my “fat” arms (I was 170 at that age btw which is a pretty healthy weight for me🤦🏻‍♀️) All through Sept-Dec last year I was beating myself up for not dropping any weight because I was consistent with my workouts. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! Here are the results for my 10 day drink ketones challenge. I unfortunately don’t have a scale on me because I’m currently visiting family in Vegas, but there is a noticeable difference. All I did was have two servings of ketones a day with two low carb meals and went to the gym at least 3x a week. Before the challenge I was super bloated due to eating too many sweets at a holiday party. Once I started I immediately had better digestion, the bloat went away, and I had way more energy. As the days went on I also noticed I wasn’t feeling as hungry either, no sugar cravings because the some of ketones were delicious, and my overall mood felt better than usual.
