2019 September 16-21 Measuring Pain

Usually I put in 3 cups of rice and it makes 6 cups of rice with the basket on top of building veggies and typically chicken thighs with as much in the rice cooker steamer thing. but it seems to be kind of too much bloating me and I definitely don't like the way I look eating that much many carbs at a time so it seems time to dial some of that back.

Even though I'm older than a lot of people going to the gym and lot better shape I'm going to keep going cuz it's making me feel better lot of people going till they hurt themselves I may be doing more than people ask my age but until it hurts the next day it makes sense to keep going feels good, and without injury if managed to improve ankle and knee and to strengthen lower back.

To add volume training and muscle volume, moving all x6 reps to x7, and will see if 4x7 becomes 5x7s later. Just for muscle definition, if I want to do 1 rep maxes I’ll get into calisthenic poses.
Press better, lat raise same, front raise: found some weak points/ranges, need to restart the swing/rangeofmotion, which might break fascia and hurt the next day, idk yet, BB smith better, forced final set; chest press better pec retention/flex, but could’ve used that front-delts improvement; ...slow dips okay, cable crossover better, should’ve brought them lower; pullover safe getting some torso heat that I need some crunches into failure to re-up the endurance/stamina, shock treatment, idk, tricep pushdown better; cardio, better, but got a high-undercut and didn’t sweat my ass off, but, everyday is light cardio, and I keep saying it’s worth it,
My "release radar" has some tame ass tracks that make me think YT and Spotify share...switched DNS services to 8.8.8.8 (Google) and connection returned, which I plumb forgot, or there’s OpenDNS, but they were bought by Cisco, and I’m betting Google uses Cisco, so it’s a 2/1 theoretically.

Bloodbath, Nile, better than Saturday, need to add more pushups anywhere, have gotten complacent with low rep high weight PRs boosting pride while losing stamina, need bigger sets, same count, the truth about getting or spoiled on instant gratification instead of flex/pump, getting in my own head idk not flex/pump attention, and then looking for approbation in the wrong mix, and garbage in not out….. Google... validation in other, poor form, and so do more stamina circuits on target areas, like the breakdance bit that looks like mountain climbers w twist, push-ups, squats, abs, hokey pokey's 5 minute #bodypart-blaster workout, jumping jacks, as good as your last recovery, with stamina can more treadmill, HIIT of course, and lose the inconsistent BMI, I'd love to hear your singing voice….
many blondes like mountain nearby, sleeping hot usually gives me nightmares, cardio regularly, not so much

Fascia pain, muscle surface stretch, during session, asa you don't tendon damage, or tendon connective area, is good, requires sooner recovery, doms is much worse with interrupting rebuilds; Dave Palumbo spoke on that when he lifted in the 1940s sumun told him muscle gains in grams, which repeated sessions equals gains, young or mature gains can be quick, or just go back to the gym and do it again;

Did the treadmill for 30 minute sessions 5 minutes level at about 2.2 mph generally and then 5 minutes uphill and about 1.5 and worked my way up so almost to the end and did four of those and isn’t easy thus 30 minute intervals, and then finish inclined at 3 mph 30 seconds or something at best, cool down for 5 minutes and then take a 5-10 minute break.
Decided I was going to go crazy and was so hot didn’t realize the shower was hot and almost passed out, 102f? 105? Whatever it is. Have a good day.

According to a new paper from NBER, geniuses typically experience their major creative breakthroughs in their late thirties.
The authors examined the high points of the careers of both great inventors and Nobel-Prize winning scientists, and they found that the late 30s were the sweet spot for strokes of genius.
Why late thirties? The answer is actually quite simple. Late thirties is the time when you are finished learning and getting your qualifications, have undergone a few years of training on the job, and are ready to look at the field with fresh new eyes.
After late thirties, major creative breakthroughs are less common, as one tends to invest less in learning when older.
It seems, being a creative genius is to be able to find the sweet spot between having an experienced mind, and at the same time be able to look at things in a new perspective.
