The Mayor's Daughter and the Outlaw
Summary: After ten years, you've finally got your shot at your revenge. You've found the Hero. You have him in your sights.
-----
Pull the trigger.
You’ve worked too hard not to pull the trigger. The sweat, blood and tears you’ve shed have been the least you’ve given to be here. The air is crisp and clean nearly a hundred feet up in a pine tree overlooking a remote forest. You’re probably the only person in the world capable of spotting the brown, camouflaged building spanning the length of the small river running through the valley. There’s a hologram of the river it’s covering playing over the building’s walls. Hell, there are even birds flicking occasionally across the illusion, not often enough to draw attention, but just often enough their movement sends your eyes darting to other trees, trying to find where they went.
You breathe in the scent of sun-heated sap so slowly that it takes a solid minute for your lungs to expand. Your pupils flex and adjust whenever the wind rocks your tree. The window you’ve been staring at for the past hour remains in your focus.
The Sun, hair just as fake-gold as it was ten years ago, sleeps on. He’s definitely older now that you can see him in real life instead of on magazine covers or under studio lights. The skin of his neck is loose and folded under the weight of his chin drooping towards his chest. His eyes flicker under his eyelids. The bastard still has the audacity to dream. His arms are crossed over the sun motif emblazoned across his breastplate, his dust-covered boots kicked up on his desk so you can see how worn the soles are. Judging by the way his lips tremble, he’s snoring.
Pull the trigger.
You exhale. This is when you should do it. When your shoulders drop and the wind dies so that, for a moment, the world stands still. There are no whispers across the canopy. Every bough is frozen. The reflection of the sun in the river is overcome by a well-timed cloud and the Sun’s head tilts back to expose the long line of his throat.
The trigger presses back against your finger like an eager puppy. There’s nothing special about the bullets, nothing special about this gun. It’s not the right weapon for what you’re asking it to do, but you’ve had longer and harder shots. You know that you’ll shoot true and the confidence steadies your hand even more. You smoothly pull--
If you kill a Hero, there’s no going back.
Your pupils dilate at the memory. For a moment you don’t see the Sun; you see her with her face burned as red as her prom dress. You try to dispel the image, try to remember that she didn’t die in her prom dress, but it’s too late.
I want you to live, Elian.
You’re suddenly aware of how your lungs ache and your legs burn from the way they’re wrapped around the tree and the bark is digging into your cheek and your fingers are like ice on the trigger. You’re out in the middle of nowhere. This is the Sun’s private residence. The security must be insane even if there doesn’t seem to be anyone else around. What’s your exit strategy again? Your thoughts scatter as her voice rings through your head again.
More than anything, I want you to live.
-------Ten years ago----
You’re what the heroes tactfully call a nuisance. A juvenile delinquent with powers, aka a kid that the police aren’t equipped to handle and the local Hero chapter is too overqualified and too understaffed to address often.
 Your moral compass has never had a true north and it only gets worse the more your powers develop. Soon you aren’t just stealing your mom’s car – you’re stealing the neighbor’s and then the neighbor’s neighbor’s and then the neighbor’s neighbor’s neighbor’s until you’re breaking into houses at the top of the hill and joyriding in a car worth more than your entire neighborhood together.
You find out pretty quickly that the heroes care a lot more when money is involved.
You spend your first night in jail after getting chased for three hours in a neon green lambo by the four heroes packed like sardines in a standard issue SUV. It’s laughably easy to out-drive them, choking around corners and careening down alleys that you scouted in the afternoon. Honestly, it would have been easy to get away, but your mom called just as the tank hit empty, asking when you were coming home.  You decided to give the heroes a break before they decided to play too rough with a minor.
Mom isn’t thrilled when you tell her you won’t be home in time for school tomorrow.
You kind of expect to be sent to prison the next day when you find out just whose car you stole. The Mayor’s daughter’s car, bought new for her seventeenth birthday a month ago. There are two open secrets about the mayor. One, he’s probably one of the heroes that protect the city judging from how much he praises them every time there’s a mic nearby. Two, he loves his daughter more than anything else.
So when you’re released the next day with a slap on the wrist? Yeah, you’re surprised.
When you’re released the next day to find the golden-haired, blue-eyed Mayor’s daughter waiting outside? Having just bailed you out?
You feel fear for the first time.
“You could have at least crashed it,” she says when she notices you gaping at her from the end of the parking lot. She’s leaning against the hood of a black SUV that looks a lot like the one the heroes chased you in last night. She waves a hand in the air. “Dad says the dents you put in the side will be out by tomorrow.”
Fear, apparently, makes you snarky. “What, you wanted to spend another week getting chauffeured by a hero?”
Her brows jerk up towards her hairline. She throws a glance over her shoulder. “You seeing ghosts? Nobody’s in there. I drove myself.”
“Good for you,” you say. You think you smell. They didn’t give you access to a shower last night. You’re upwind from her and damnit why are you embarrassed if you smell or not? Your chin jerks forward in a challenge. “You gonna give me a ride back home?”
You’re joking, but she nods like it was the plan all along. “Let’s go.”
Is that an answering challenge in her words? Your teeth grind as you force yourself forward. “Very kind of you,” you chirp, swinging up into the passenger seat. The car smells like leather and justice. “Just drop me off on the other side of the train tracks. I can find my way home from there.”
She snorts. “Is that a Footloose reference? Very dated.”
You stare at her profile. “…No. I literally live on the other side of the tracks.”
She flushes. “Right. Well…I’m not dropping you off yet. I want to talk first.”
The doors are locked. You swallow as she carefully pulls out of the parking lot and then guns it into the road without looking. Luckily, no one’s there. “Talk? About what?”
“About how you’re going to steal my car again,” she says. “And this time you’re going to crash it right.”
“You hate the color that much?” you joke.
Her tone is not joking. “You have no idea.”
You don’t find out her name until dinner when your mom’s managed to entice her into a third slice of homemade pizza. She stares down at the slice while your mom waves for you not to stay up too late before going to bed early. Gamely, you’re already on your fifth helping. Criminal activity takes a lot of energy.
“Does your mom know who I am?” she asks.
“Like, in theory,” you say. You’re full and warm as you lean into the hard wooden back of your chair. Mom added olives to your side of the pizza. “She probably doesn’t know you’re the Mayor’s daughter though. Just that he has one.”
“The Mayor…right,” she says. Her jaw firms. She flicks some olives off her pizza and then eats half the slice in one bite. “I’m Gina.”
“Elian,” you say instead of No, you’re the Mayor’s Daughter. You refill her soda cup before your own, just to show her you can be fancy and have manners too. She’s so out of place in your family’s one bedroom apartment. Her shirt is crisp and white, her gold necklace so shiny, that it’s like there’s a sepia filter over the eggshell walls and oak cabinets. “Sprite. Only the finest for the lady who bailed me out.”
“I’m thinking you can take my car next weekend,” Gina says so abruptly you nearly spit out your soda. There’s a hard light in her eyes. “Dad’s out of town for…business. He won’t notice for a few days. You take it, you get out of the city, you drive it off a cliff once you’ve wrecked it doing donuts or whatever.”
“A cliff?” You know exactly where she’s talking about. There’s an abandoned quarry about an hour outside of town. You shake your head. “That’s where people dump bodies. No way am I going out there.”
“They find bodies there because it’s outside of Hero Force’s patrol,” Gina says. She waves her hands in the air so the yellow light from the inset ceiling lights catches on her golden manicure. “If you think about it, it’s the best place to dump a car. Especially when the heroes are going to be out of town.”
You stare at her. “Did you just admit your dad is part of Hero Force?”
Her eyes skitter away from yours. “No.”
“Your dad is out of town next weekend.”
“Yes.”
“And the heroes?”
“Maybe they’re traveling together.”
“I don’t think anyone is supposed to know when the heroes are going to be out of town. Isn’t that like a national secret, or something?”
“We’re not a big enough chapter for it to be a national secret,” she denies. She bites her lip. “Probably a state secret though.”
You stand and your chair chatters against the linoleum. “No. Absolutely not.” It’s time for Ms. Mayor’s Daughter to leave.
She scrambles up after you, following you into the living room. “Why not?! You already mess with the heroes. Weren’t you the one who kept breaking into the mall on a motorcycle? You hijacked one of their delivery trucks a month ago—”
“A food delivery truck,” you say. “Which was more of a commentary about the city’s investment in Hero Force luxury rather than after school programs—” You bite your tongue. You spin so that the couch stays between you. You glance at your mom’s closed door and consciously lower your voice. “How do you even know that?”
“I’ve been watching you,” she says. She laughs without humor, dragging one hand through her golden hair. “Sometimes living in this town is like being in a simulation. We have four A-class heroes for a population of 30,000 and everybody loves them. Nobody thinks it’s strange to have walking nukes in a small town. They love my dad. Did you know no one’s even run against him for the past two elections? It doesn’t matter what he does. He owns this place and these people. He has – could commit murder and it would be justified. People would think it would be justice.”
“He loves you,” you say weakly. Isn’t four heroes a pretty normal number? Sure, the ones in your town are big names, but that’s not weird.
Is it?
“He loves me so he gets to be a tyrant?” Gina scoffs. “If he’s even capable of love.”
“I’m not going to mess around with heroes’ civilian identities just because you’ve got daddy issues,” you say. When hurt flashes across her face, you wince. “Sorry. But it’s one thing to mess with heroes in masks, okay? Messing with a hero’s family—”
“You didn’t seem to have a problem when you were stealing my car the other night.”
“That was before I knew your dad was Mr. Solve or whatever—”
“The Sun,” Gina says.
“What?”
“My dad’s the Sun.”
“That,” you say, “is so much worse. Didn’t he burn some minor villain’s eyes out last week?”
“Yes,” Gina says. Her mouth twists. “The guy got off easy compared to some others.”
You stare at her, momentarily speechless. “And you wonder why I’m not going to antagonize the guy?”
“But you already do,” Gina says. Her eyes are glinting. She looks so out of place against the dim interior of your home, a radiant girl dressed all in white and gold. She rounds the couch and snatches up one of your hands between two of her own. “Everyone else loves my dad. Except you. My entire life, and you’re the only one who dares to make—make statements about Hero Force consumption by stealing their deliveries or make the heroes chase you around an abandoned mall on foot like regular people. You challenge them, Elian. All I’m asking is that you do it again.”
“That sounds like a lot more than just crashing your car,” you say. Your voice sounds very far away. You never thought of your actions as so noble. There’s a tingling in your stomach that you’ve never felt before and your hand is so warm. She sees you. You shake the fantasy out of your head. “I—look. I’m flattered, but I’m not your guy. The heroes know my face. It’s only a matter of time before I get sent to whatever detention super-powered kids get sent to. I have to graduate high school.”
Rather than discourage her, Gina presses closer. “What if I told you there’s a way to do both?”
Her closeness fogs your brain. “Both?”
“Take the heroes down a notch and maintain your identity,” she says. She releases you and whirls to get her purse off the couch. “I can help you. We can train so that the heroes never recognize the new you. You can use your powers in new ways. And you can wear this.”
She thrusts a piece of chewed leather into your hands. A mask.
“I’m thinking,” she says, “we call you Outlaw.”
------ Now ----
You can’t shoot. Night is falling by the time you admit it to yourself. You press your back against the rough bark of the tree and stare up at the first stars. You cradle your gun in your hands.
The bloodlust is still there. You aren’t a fair lily incapable of staining your petals red (as red as her). So why can’t you pull the trigger? Because of her ghost? Her last message to you?
If you kill a Hero, there’s no going back. More than anything, I want you to live, Elian.
You grind your teeth. Easy for her to say. The dying never have to feel the weight of consequence. They can just say whatever the fuck they want.
You aren’t thinking when you climb down the tree. Your powers give you a lot of things – speed and healing, an instinct for the outdoors, and excellent eyesight. You don’t need to look to find one branch and another, dropping to the forest floor in ten-foot increments. By the time your boots hit the ground, you know what the problem is.
Unlike your other kills, this one is personal. It was never going to be enough just to see him dead. You need him to know why you’ve got him in your sights.
The Sun is an old school hero. The traps you were so afraid of are predictable, turns out. You pick your way around bear traps and landmines, sharp eyes easily picking out silver trip wire when it glints in the moonlight. There are cameras, but there’s likely only one person with access. In the past ten years of following the Sun, you’ve learned two things about him.
One, he’ll kill the things he loves before he loses them.
Two, he doesn’t trust anyone but himself.
You get to the building inside of an hour. The first floor is hidden by steel shutters and there’s no light peeking out from behind them. The second floor window where he’d been sleeping for most of the day shines with the faint blue glow of a television.
The front door looks like a bank’s with how thick it is. There’s a keypad and a biometric scanner you don’t have a prayer of hacking.
That’s okay. You’ve already seen your way in.
You climb up the nearest pine tree. The Sun likes to think of himself as a competent hero, but too many mayoral kickbacks over the years made him soft. He surrounded himself with powerful heroes and never once struggled to win. Because of that, he’s missing some caution and common sense. The building’s first floor is locked up tight, but the windows on the second are regular glass.
And he hasn’t trimmed the tree line back far enough.
You fire your first shot of the night into his empty desk chair, exactly where his chest had been hours earlier. Immediately a siren sounds, and the TV glow coming through the office’s open door is consumed by bright light. You run two steps and then leap, neatly flipping through the empty window frame. Your boots slide for a moment on the broken glass and you catch yourself on the edge of his desk. There are medical papers scattered across it, prescriptions and diagrams of the face and eyes and heart.
You chew your cheek at the sight of a pill bottle. There had been rumors that the Sun is sick with his own radiation poisoning. It’s good you’re here before nature runs its course.
The siren wails for another beat before dying. The silence rings. Your heartbeat picks up as your ears strain to hear if anyone’s coming to meet you. Strange. The Sun had to have been the one who shut off the alarm.
So where is he?
You hold your gun out in front of you and check your mask. The Sun knows who you are by now, but you want him to see the mask she gave you. The handsewn leather, patched more times than you can count, is recycled from one of his old leather jackets. It feels oddly poetic to be dressed in the first iteration of your costume, cowboy hat tipped back and a biker vest embroidered with the name she gave you.
Is the Sun hiding? You creep out of the office, eyes darting from the quaint landscapes hanging on the wall to the tasteful wooden floors. The Sun’s safe house feels more cabin-y than you expected. The property deed has been in his name for the past fifteen years. Did Gina ever visit? Her ghost runs ahead of you, golden nails dragging along the peach wallpaper to the first open door on the left. She looks over her shoulder and smiles.
There are times when you’re glad for the afterimages your brain conjures. This is not one of those times. You don’t think she’d be happy to see what you’re about to do.
You swing around the doorway gun first, a snarl on your lips. “You old bastard, drop what—”
The smell of antiseptic hits your nose first, dashing away the red haze filling your vision in an instant. A TV murmurs against the wall, some rerun of an old western, but it’s not what holds your attention.
There’s a bed in the center of the room. The Sun sits at bedside, his attention wholly invested on the hand he’s holding up. Carefully, he applies gold paint to the nails without once looking up at you.
The woman in the bed is obscured with white gauze and beige compression bandages. Her breathing is soft and even. The one eye you can see is closed and still. No dreaming, no awareness.
“Outlaw,” the Sun says. He gently sets Gina’s left hand down on her stomach and picks up her right. He squints at her pinky nail. “Close the office door, would you? I don’t want the heat to escape.”
“What,” you breathe, “the fuck.”
-----Ten years ago ----
It’s a good year with Gina. You never realized how friend-starved you were until she was there, over at your house every day after school. She always makes it sound like she’s coming over to talk about the Outlaw thing, but there’s other stuff too. Movies and cooking and tutoring.
“Life is about balance,” Gina says sagely during one such tutoring session. “Besides, even heroes don’t go on more than two missions a month. We’re doing just fine.”
There’s always a pressing need to do more though. Whenever you pull off a particularly daring heist, she smiles this secret and pleased smile that makes your stomach flip. Sometimes, when the two of you watch news coverage of your getaways, she murmurs how impressed she is, how smart you are, how cool your powers are.
It makes you want to do anything for Gina.
You’re watching the news one day, waiting for a recap of how you stole the Sun’s favorite shield from the armory, when a rare story comes on. A Hero is dead, some guy named Ibis from Atlanta. There aren’t any leads to the culprit except for eyewitness accounts of a mysterious, winged super-powered individual flying low over the city, hiding in storm clouds.
“I’d kill a Hero,” you blurt out.
Gina jerks so hard that the popcorn bowl goes flying out of her hands. She doesn’t seem to notice. “What?”
“N-not your dad or anything,” you say quickly although yes, if you had to kill anyone, you’d start with the man who makes Gina cry like that. “Just…in general. The news anchor said Ibis was connected to a civilian’s death, right? I could kill a Hero like that.”
“No,” Gina says. She drops off the couch to kneel by you. “No, Elian.”
You flush like you’ve done something wrong. You sink into your hoodie. “I’m not going to, I’m just saying—”
“If you kill a Hero, there’s no going back,” Gina says. She’s too close, so close that you can see the flecks of gold hidden in her eyes. “Your life—it’s not like what we’ve been doing. Dad’s got rules when it comes to stealing. But if you kill a hero?” She shudders. “I want you to live, Elian.”
“I got it—”
“Please,” she blurts out. The plea in her voice makes you really look at her despite the pounding of your heart. Her eyes are wild and her mouth is pressed into a thin line. “No matter what. Promise me.”
“I—” No matter what? You slowly shake your head, trying to get away from the instinctive desire to agree with her. “I-if someone is really bad, I’d—”
“Elian—”
The tension makes you truthful.
“If your dad hurt you, I’d kill him,” you say. When she rears back, this time you follow. You brace your arm against the couch so you can lean into her space. With your other hand, you trace the fading burn on her cheek that could pass for an old sunburn if you didn’t know the truth. “I know you don’t think he will, but he’s been erratic lately. And I know about his temper. If he hurts you, I’d kill him.”
The air thickens between you. It’s rare that you don’t back down, but you’re not backing down now, staring into her eyes. Competing wills. For a moment you let everything you feel come to the surface. Your frustration when she visits with that fucking shadow in her smile, the helplessness when there’s another burn on her arm, the adoration when she’s just there.
Gina shudders and looks away first. She licks her lips. “I—I…appreciate what you’re saying, but I’m fine. You agreed I got to make the rules for Outlaw. I’m telling you one. Don’t kill heroes.”
She’s pulling away. You do too, falling to her side and sitting next to her rather than hovering over her. You try for a careless shrug but fall short. How can she make you feel so powerful one second and so powerless the next? You avert your eyes. “I won’t kill heroes,” you promise.
You hear her suck in a breath. “Good. Because I need you alive.”
“I do like being alive,” you say and don’t finish the sentence with with you.
“We’re done studying,” she decides. She darts up towards the kitchen. “I’m getting another bowl of popcorn before we start the movie. You want some?”
You stare at your reflection in the dark TV. Your jaw works. Finally, you say, “Nah. I’m good. I’ll just eat it off the floor.”
“Don’t be gross, Elian!”
------Now.----
“I will regret that day for the rest of my life,” the Sun says. He hasn’t looked at you once. His eyes are glued to the steady rise and fall of Gina’s chest. He times his breathing to hers and then sighs. “What a fool I was. Drunk on power.”
You’re standing on the opposite side of the bed. Your gaze flicks from Gina to him and back again. “Is she ever conscious?”
“It’s a medically-induced coma,” the Sun says. “The doctors say she should wake up any day now that most of her injuries have healed. Her last surgery was the final one. Now it’s up to her.”
This might be the first time in ten years that you’ve breathed. You suck in air greedily and imagine you can taste her scent under the layers of sickness and medicine. “They told me she died.”
“I told Hero Force you did it,” the Sun says. There’s no remorse in his voice. “They always tell villains they were successful, so they don’t try again.”
A decade of rage slides around your ribs. “You fucking bastard.”
“I did think it was your fault ten years ago.” He carefully picks up Gina’s left hand again to apply a second coat. It takes all your willpower not to slap him away from her. “If you hadn’t stolen Hero Force data, I wouldn’t have had to come after you with my full power. She would never have been in the line of fire.”
You’re fists shake at your sides. “I didn’t steal Hero Force data, I stole your fucking car. Don’t rewrite history.”
“There was Hero Force data in that car.”
“It was your Porsche, your civilian Porsche!”
“My fault to have left sensitive data out,” the Sun says. His confession surprises you into silence. “But I had to get it back no matter what. Then I blamed you by thinking how if you’d only asked me to take my daughter to Prom, I would’ve known she was in the car.”
“She’s not your property and it’s not the 1800s, of course I didn’t ask if I could take your daughter to—”
“I’m telling you what I thought,” the Sun interrupts. He finally looks at you. He looks worse than he did earlier, the years cutting deep lines into his face. There are black bags of exhaustion under his watering eyes. He breathes out shakily. “I had to tell myself it was your fault. It was the only way I could survive, Elian.”
Your real name shocks you. You stumble back. “How do you know that name?”
“She calls for you sometimes,” the Sun says. He drags a hand over his face before grimly returning to his daughter’s nails. “She’s never been really conscious for long. The d-damage took a long time to heal. But when she’s awake, she calls for you and she calls for Outlaw. Wasn’t hard to put the pieces together.”
Your chest throbs. “I should have been here. You should have—I could have—”
“Blaming you let me keep her by my side,” the Sun says. “I don’t expect you to forgive me or even understand me. But I…I regret more than anything what I’ve done to my daughter.”
“You’re going to regret it even more,” you say. The rage you feel is like a tidal wave. Ten years. Ten years. You could have held her hand through her recovery. You could have been there for her. And this selfish asshole who never even loved her like a father should took that away from you. You remember your gun. “You never deserved to be her father.”
“I didn’t, did I?” the Sun asks. He sets her hand down and swallows hard. He looks down the barrel of your gun without flinching. “She says one other thing, you know. When she asks for you.”
The curiosity stills your trigger finger. “What?”
“She says, Don’t kill heroes.”
Your face contorts. There’s the memory of popcorn in your mouth and the heat of her eyes on you. “Yeah, she said that to me before too. Back when I offered to kill you the first time.”
The Sun hangs his head. If he’s surprised to hear that, he doesn’t show it. “I wasn’t a good father.”
“No. But she didn’t want you dead.”
Understanding dawns. “Don’t kill heroes.”
“Exactly.” You tilt your head. “Do you feel like a hero?”
His lips tremble. His gaze drifts back to his daughter. Her eyes are flickering under eyelids. “I—I—”
The trigger presses back against your finger, eager and ready. “Do you?”
He licks his lips. “N-no,” he whispers. He closes his eyes. “No, I don’t suppose I do.”
This time, it’s easy to take aim. Steady your breath. And—
Fuck.
“Leave,” you say. You drop your gun back to your side and scowl when the Sun’s eyes fly open in surprise. “If you do what I say, you’ll live long enough for Gina to decide what to do with you. Leave and don’t tell anyone about this.”
The Sun shakes his head. “No, no I can’t leave her—”
“Then die here,” you snap. You bare your teeth at him. “Leave. We’ll be gone in a week. Maybe she wakes up and calls you. Maybe she—” You take a deep breath. “Well. Maybe she doesn’t. Either way, your part is done here.”
“I need to be there when she wakes up. Please, I’m her dad—”
“You’re her murderer,” you say. More than anything, you want to pick Gina up and run out of here before the Sun can stop you. You eye the monitors and know three people you need to call for advice before you even attempt to move her. A week should be just enough time to disappear. “You think you deserve to stay by her side?”
The Sun opens his mouth twice before he finds words. “I just—let me stay until she wakes up. That way I’ll know.”
“I spent ten years thinking she was dead,” you say. “You can last a month in limbo. If I have to ask you again, we’ll finally see who’s stronger now that I’m all grown up.”
The Sun picks himself up slowly. You think he cries. You’re not sure. He may even plead with you again. You’re deaf to it. Your brain has given up on splitting your attention and every atom of your being is homed in on Gina.
She’s alive. She’s alive.
You kneel at her bedside and wait for her to wake up.

The Jade Ghost
Blue Spirit Zuko x Bloodbender Reader
Tumblr media
This story is completely different to what I usually do, but I've been watching Avatar: The Last Airbender lately and really hope ya'll love Zuko as much as I do.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was insufferable. Zuko, the crowned prince of the fire nation, was now a fugitive and stuck in some sort of village begging for spare change on the ground with Uncle Iroh. If that wasn't embarrassing enough, those who decided to mock him and his uncle made it all the more worse, the deep, unsettling anger within him turning into an unhinged rage. So he waited.
And when the sun would set and the darkness came to help hide Zuko's doings, he adorned his blue mask. The oxtail sabers in each hand felt good, like he'd gained some sort of control over his situation. Then he'd prowl through the night as though he was a ghost. The Blue Spirit. Taking change and food from those that looked like they had enough, or taking revenge on those that had mocked him or his uncle. He'd swiftly managed to throw one of the men that spat at Iroh into a wooden barrel. Splinters decorated the floor as well as the change the man had taken from them earlier in the day. Zuko grabbed the gold pieces and slipped them into his pocket. As he turned down the street, an opulent looking home being his next target, a blurred figure metres before him quickly caught his attention.
Zuko ducked his head to the side, just missing a dagger as it found its home in the wooden beam beside his head. Zuko turned on his heel to see three hooded men coming his way, armed and ferocious. He was able to swiftly disarm the first thug, throwing him into the wall of a nearby home. The other two put up a better fight. Zuko was focused on pinning the second ones arms, given he happened to be an Earthbender, but focusing his attention on the man almost made him forget the third thug. As Zuko turned and expected the blow to his head, something glinted in the air. Flashed as quick as a light. A swoosh sound came after it and the third man hit the ground hard.
Zuko dealt a devastating strike to the Earthbender before training his attention onto another person. Someone new. Adorned in an emerald green robe, her hair was pulled back into a tight bun, a single gold chop stick running through it. Her face, however, was concealed. An immaculate mask that looked as though it was carved from jade sat on her face, a mask almost similar to Zuko's. Steady eyes watched the third man through the jade mask as she spun a long, gold staff between her fingers. Her eyes flickered up to Zuko though, and he barely caught what she said. "Behind you."
The Earthbender was on his feet and tore two large boulders from the pavement either side of him. Zuko slipped past each boulder as they were thrown at him. After that, Zuko's next movements were a blur as he, the two thugs, and the Jade Ghost all fought relentlessly. She seemed to be helping, so he let her help...for now.
The Earthbender managed to get his first hit of the night and knocked both Zuko and the Jade Ghost to the ground. Zuko was on his feet, ready to attack yet again, but then something happened. Something odd. Something Zuko couldn't explain.
The Earthbender's arms twitched before they tangled together. Then, with an agonising cry he dropped to the ground. Zuko's eyes cut over to the girl that laid beside him. Focus was evident in her eyes as she manoeuvred her hands in a fascinating way. Hand flat, resting in the centre of her face before she lowered her arm and moved it in a wave like formation. Zuko clutched onto his sabers. Felt his hot, laboured breath against his mask. The Earthbender suddenly fell unconscious...and then Zuko realised.
Bloodbending.
The Jade Ghost panted as she got to her feet and picked up her staff. Turning to run, she was met with the ocean blue dragon mask. He was tall, dressed in black, ready for a confrontation as he gripped onto his sabers. The Jade Ghost just stopped herself before bumping into him.
"Who are you?" He asked, tone severe.
"Hey, I'm not asking you questions. Am I?"
"I suggest you answer." He threatened.
"Listening, I've been watching you. You're not bad...you've helped a lot of my people whilst wearing your little mask. Like me. So how about this..."
She slipped down an alleyway and with the shake of his head, Zuko quickly followed. She didn't want a confrontation, not when the sun was soon to rise and she didn't see the man in the mask as a threat.
As she sprinted and took the chance to look over her shoulder, relief spread through her chest. The Blue Spirit wasn't there. But suddenly, he was jumping down from a nearby roof. He grabbed onto her as he dropped down, and the pair tumbled over the ground before coming to a stop. The Jade Ghost tried her staff before it was knocked from her hands. Then, she resorted to using hand-to-hand combat. The strikes were fast and precise, but Zuko was just as fast and precise as her. She slipped his arm behind his back and put him in a hold before he broke out and pinned her against the wall.
Masks centimetres from each other, he leant in to ask another question.
"That was bloodbending, wasn't it?"
"Wanna find out?" She hissed.
His determination faltered. They stood and watched each other, and Zuko felt something he couldn't ignore. What was it? Was he impressed? Was he admiring her? He almost wanted to hit his head against the wall.
Suddenly, a light, green dust was thrown into his face. An irritable itch began in his eyes as he quickly let go of her. And just like that, she slipped away into the night. Just like a ghost. As he tried to search for her, Zuko quickly became annoyed. Dumbfounded. Curious.
Zuko made it back to the sorry place him and his uncle were calling 'home' for a while, hiding his mask and sabers inside of a deep crevice in the house they were staying in.
"Where did you go?" Iroh asked, sipping his fourth cup of tea as he watched his nephew angrily enter the room. The sun was filtering into the room, it's beams warm and welcoming.
"I had to clear my head. Tell me uncle, do you know anything about the Jade Ghost?"
"The Jade Ghost? Hmm," His uncle stroked his beard as he sifted through his memories. "Nope, never heard of him."
"Her." Zuko corrected as he stared out the window and wondered where she went. Who she was. How she learnt to bloodbend.
"Until next time Jade Ghost."
a shopping trip with the two sounds fun but it's actually not. you hope that it won't be hectic for you and it would be the first they are genuinely nice to you.
Tumblr media
“wear something good.”
the text message in your phone says. sent by suguru first thing in the morning after your alarm rang. you have been dreading the later day since yesterday after they left and you're too worried too sleep and tirelessly turning then you slept. you only think of one thing. it would be humiliating for you. you've never done shopping.
shopping is fun. they say but to you is not. you have to deal with numerous disappointments such as clothes not fitting you right. it's either too loose or too tight. you would rather save yourself from the embarrassment of men and woman staring at you weird of the nasty look that people in the store would give you for simply shopping. now, it will be a lot worse. there's satoru and suguru who would make it worse and the next time you step inside in a clothing store you would faint.
hoping that plans will get cancelled for today is simply a far cry from a dream. there's a chance gojo would cancel but suguru, he's a different story. you would not dare tell a thing about it and you know what will happen if you simply ditch again even you recently recovered from being sick. they won't believe you and so, you forced yourself to rummage through the measly clothing you have. the meager clothing you packed since you left home were destroyed. it was either ripped or taken by them. trophies they treat all of your clothing except for the tattered ones. you didn't know where they get to be that strong enough to tear your clothes off.
it's only for today. you convince yourself and you decided to grab the clothing that you consider good for yourself. a black short sleeved knitted top paired with a dark flowy green skirt that rested in your ankles and your black combat boots. there's a small chance that they wouldn't rip this clothing off you. it's the only good one you have.
you were done thirty minutes before the time they scheduled and you grab your small sling bag to carry your own stuff and then you bid goodbye to your roommate and then went to the train station where you will waiting for them both.
you waited for five minutes before suguru arrives. stiffly greeting him like he wants and he orders you to seat beside him while you both wait for gojo who have a habit of running late for every time event. geto doesn't complain and only pulls his cellphone from his pocket to type a quick text to satoru.
“we're here. get your ass running.” he types before hitting the send button and putting it back to his pocket. you placed your bag in front of you. clutching it to lever yourself from what to come. suguru is particularly the harsher one when pissed and when he's silent you assume the worst when it comes to him.
there's a brief silence surrounding you both except for the incoming screeching of the incoming train and footsteps of people trying to catch up the train. it's a weekend and twice the people was crowding the train station. you were both seated in a nearby bench placed in the waiting area. you were getting a little weary of the silence coming from him and you stole a glance geto and you find he was staring at you. panicking you immediately whipped your head to the side. lowering your head in defeat. he was probably criticizing you for what you were wearing and how you looked.
“i'm sorry.” you muttered. “i can't find anything good.” you apologized. they were right, you were pathetic. you were apologizing for being you. your lips tremble and you let out a shaky breath. trying yourself to keep the tears at bay and not make it worse in front of him.
suguru chuckles at you for sounding so troubled, it's not like he cared what you wore. “it's fine. you look nice.” he commented. moving closer to you and rubs your back. before he could open his mouth again to speak. a voice calls him.
“suguru~.”
gojo's voice came booming. he arrives with his hands tucked in his pockets. geto's face turns into a scowl. “satoru, i told you to be early. what time is it now? tsk.” he clicks his tongue in annoyance and gojo just rolls at his eyes at him before glancing at you. “what were you and (y/n)-chan talking about?” he asked curiously. a little left out that you were both talking and he's not included.
“just talking about how she look nice. does she look nice, satoru?” geto is somewhat purring when he said that and gojo shrugs. “boring.” gojo said uninterested. “let's go now, suguru. we're taking (y/n)-chan to show the joy of shopping.” beaming with a mischievous glint in his eyes and your stomach drops. it was malicious when satoru would say something like that and you were already anticipating it and yet, you could never get used to it. then the announcement of the incoming train booming in the speakers rang in your ears and they dragged you inside with the dread coming with you.
it wasn't good. how the feeling of being trapped between them spikes your heart rate up. they intentionally shoved you in the closed train door while the other passengers filled the spaces now occupied and it was now crowded. it was sure a jam-packed weekend in the train and you were pressed against the cold automated doors of the train and your two bullies are in front of you. they sure towered everyone including you and they can't keep themselves from smiling from the close proximity of your soft body being squished against them. they were clearly enjoying your misery.
sure, it was clear as the daylight that this two, more like gojo satoru have his own chaffeur and a car that drives him whenever he wants and anytime. he was the heir of a huge company and it was provided for him without asking. he likes the luxury but it can never the compare of doing some he deemed as enjoyable to you in public with his bestfriend of course. call this somewhat of a fantasy.
suguru got your skirt hiked up despite the length of it. his hand between your creamy thighs. massaging the flesh before rubbing your clothed pussy. nobody can see what he was doing. obscured by both of their wide builds. you are biting your lips. your eyes silently pleading for them to stop but suguru continues to assault your pussy. plunging two of his fingers and you didn't think it would come to this today and in a public transportation.
your eyes were turning misty and it didn't help that your body like what suguru was doing to you and satoru was creeping his hand under your shirt to squeeze the bountiful flesh in your stomach. mercilessly assaulting your body and you hoped someone may take notice and intervene but no one, not even a single had noticed you in this transportation full of people and the ride continued like that. by the time you all reached the next station, they acted like nothing happened. annoyed by your turtle like movements, they put you in between them to match their strides and to avoid losing you in this crowd of a place.
they take you to what looks like a high-end shopping district in the part of the city where they easily navigated like they know where to shop and hang out. silly you to think like that. of course they know it. they frequent it like it was just a regular day for them and you were lucky to be here because of them.
you follow them mindlessly. unfamiliar with the place and you were wary of everything and you felt underdressed for some reason. various designer stores are littered in every corner and every turn. some are familiar and some you can't even pronounce. mannequins are clothed with the latest fashion trend. displaying for shoppers to admire and you realized that a single clothing in this area cost a year of your expenses and you have to work half of your life to splurge on these designers. you were suddenly conscious of the money you brought with you. it was enough for a fare money and meal to yourself. surely, these two won't expect you to pay for this shopping trip. you were just going to pretend you like everything they bought. this is a another prank to you they are going to pull.
they stop in a boutique where upon entering two attendants started taking measurements of you. confused, you stood like a statue until they were done and began skimming the clothes in the rack.
another attendant escorted you three in a private room. puzzled, do these kind of stores have their dressing room in just the corner. why is there a private room like this? you think this is the place where bored rich housewives spend their time with or where mistresses splurge the money of their wealthy boyfriends who doesn't have the time for them and a credit card will make up for it. you were neither of the two.
the attendant pretends like you weren't there. unceremoniously flirting to both of them where they only ignores her. when her attempts proven to be a fail, she left not without glaring at you first — why was it your fault?
before you could find your answer for that kind of reason, two employees came wheeling a two huge clothing racks filled with different clothes and they left it next to the dressing room and you look at them both.
“try all of them and show it to us, princess.” suguru orders you to and you nodded. stepping inside the dressing room and it was spacious. you didn't dare question them about this. asking begets punishment and you were no mood nor have the capacity to take it. you just have to play along for today. you were hoping they would leave you after you move the curtains away and see nothing on the empty couch.
you blindly grabbed a clothing item after you've stripped. putting it on and you didn't like what you see in the mirror, it feels wrong. funny you can think of your body as unpleasant when you're living in it for all of your life and it got worse when you crossed paths with the boys outside of this dressing room. you were going to cry like you always used to but you sniffle away the tears and take huge deep breaths before stepping outside to show them what you've put on.
you didn't dare to meet there gaze and for the last minutes you were going back and forth to the dressing room each time draped in the clothing from the rack the employees choose for you and you listened to what they approved and disliked. you can't voice your opinion in front of them and by the time you were done trying all of them. you were tired.
gojo bored out of his mind after that little fashion show coming to their favorite toy pressed the button beside in the couch. the attendants earlier came running and gojo gave them his credit card. dismissing them in a snobbish manner in which they paid no mind since half of their clients like him are like this. tolerable cause he's loaded. they can't say no to money.
you left the boutique shortly after and to your horror the two decided to hit a few shops. they bought you shoes and accessories that suit their tastes to you. they were like children picking out stuff that they like and made casual comments how a particular piece would not suit you. you were almost sighing out of relief when they made a final stop to a clothing store but instead your breath got stuck.
it was fairly a busy day for the store. women are hovering clothing racks and when you're bullies stepped inside they were suddenly quite. followed by giggles and whispers. checking the two out and you look at both of them. both of in a dress shirt paired with black slacks and dress shoes. geto in a black one and gojo in a white one. they were classy in their own way and you can see from the way they dressed they came from a good and wealthy family.
they both make way to choose what they were buying for you today unlike the earlier assistance of employees. both of them were choosing the clothes. stacking them in their arms as they gave it to you to try. nodding you were back in the dressing room again. you take a peek behind the curtain after putting the first piece of clothing and you see them being both flirted in which you understand. you hope it will be a blessing in disguise and if they were successful they could take them both and ditch you so you can go on your merry way back to your dormitory. they were beautiful of course, the women. far from you. they were what you define as girls who really took care of themselves and aware of how they look and uses it with their seductive gaze that leaves men wanting them and that includes the two but they're more interested to you and you sure taking your sweet time to change.
satoru was the first to break. casually showing the girl who was flirting to him that he's not interested and it left him eventually. it's easy to fend the women to geto's part. glare at them like they were beneath you and they will get the part. he's getting annoyed by it from incessant yapping of flirting plus you were taking too long.
they find you backed in the corner. trembling. posture hunched and your eyes are swelling with tears. “what's wrong?” suguru asks you. you shaked your head. “nothing. just nervous.” he raises a brow and ignored it. “nervous for what? we've gone different stores and this is where you chicken out?” satoru reprimands you and suguru glares at him. sometimes satoru could be this insensitive but the asshole was insensitive from the start and it just extends to you.
explanation aside, you look beautiful in that dress you were wearing. he grabs your hands and positions himself behind you. a little crowded since this was a dressing room and the bitches outside should fuck themselves for joining you.
summer dresses suits you.
the baby blue color of the dress added by the small purple flowers dotting all over it suits you nicely. flattering the plush figure you have and can you see yourself the way to see you. satoru shuts up the moment he sees you in this dress.
“a dress and you look nicer than you usually do. it's generous for us to offer you this right. no more boring clothes for you.” his finger tracing the curve of your chest and then to your stomach. giving it a firm squeeze. suguru kisses the juncture of where your neck and shoulder meets. you shivered at the gesture. you were completely bare in front of them despite the clothing you have on. the mirror and the reflection doesn't do any good in your current situation.
you meet satoru's and suguru's gaze. “they wouldn't care if we fucked here right now, won't they?” satoru's voice is crisp. his lips brushing to your own. taunting you to make a move but you remained unmoving. he nibbles on your lips. hand creeping up to feel the supple skin of your thigh before raising it to put in the side of his torso. grinding his bulge to your clothed cunt.
“satoru, i'm sure they won't mind but let's do it for a another time. we don't want to ruin our princess looking so pretty in her dress. i'm sure (y/n) will return the favor.” suguru reasons and satoru begrudgingly accepts it. “we're wasting time here.” suguru added.
“i need to change.” your voice tiny and the two raises a brow at you. “you're keeping the dress.” satoru commands you and you nodded. they step outside and you followed. satoru grabbed the clothes you were supposed to try and went straight to the cashier to ring it up. suguru and you trailing mails behind him as he swipes his credit card without a care. he looks at you both.
“where to next?”
surprisingly they took you to the aquarium after a quick bite. there's more time before you all return to the university and it won't be shopping all day cause it would get boring and they already bought clothes that would suit you so a change of sight would be better and so, you're here. it wasn't bad. it reminds you of a distant childhood memory. you were afraid that they would ruin this for you. a cherished place of yours.
various ocean life swam in the vast space of the aquarium and you can't help but to stare in awe. it's like you were back again being a child. always fascinated by the sea life and if it was your choice you would have a career that relates to this but due to certain circumstance you were forced to take a degree that is practical. things happened but you didn't regret it. you enjoyed watching the different species of sea animals in one place so much that you wandered on your own forgetting that you were here with the two.
they know it wasn't intentional for you to let go. you were lost in this paradise and judging from your reactions it was your favorite place. you wander side by side. reading the educational signage about the species that are placed in the huge aquarium. you stand in the middle when you see a huge sting ray swims above you and gojo would regret it if he won't take a picture of you in that position. the camera clicks and it generates a picture of you. the ocean blue background adding the beauty of the photo. he continued to take candid photos of you. at this point his gallery were full of your photos. a album dedicated for you.
suguru finds your antics adorable. the way your eyes lit up when a shark or a school of fish swims in front of you. it added to your personality and he see you being beautiful and just you. in the middle of this all and for once you were genuinely happy. how can his selfish urges destroy this moment and he thinks it can wait for a later time to act on it. they let you to enjoy yourself and it was worth threatening you for this trip.
you ended up in a isolated part of the aquarium where jellyfishes are glowing brightly in their tanks. a luminescent glow. colors varying to pink, dark blue and purple. their tentacles moving in slow motion and it was like they were hypnotizing you. realizing where you are you turn around and you see them behind you.
they were checking the place and guarding you. afraid that you'll leave them. you know the drill when they did something good for once to you. there's an exchange for their kindness and you decided to give it now. a way that they will let you easy the next time you will do something wrong in their eyes.
“thank you for bringing me here.” you shyly muttered. you stood in front of them. in your tippy toes you reach for suguru in which he bent his body for you to reach him. you place a chaste kiss in his cheek. “thank you, suguru.” and then you went to gojo also in tippy toes but the latter have something in mind. he grabs you by the waist and he pulls you for a kiss. his lips hungrily claiming your own. you opened your mouth voluntarily knowing how he likes it when he's kissing you like this and he didn't hesitate to put his tongue inside your mouth. his wet muscle moving in circles and his grip on you tightens.
when he was done suguru had done the same to you. wanting a taste of yours in his own. you were glad for being in the deserted part of the aquarium. no one's here to see you being like this. when they're this gentle to you, you pretend they were kind and were your lovers but they're not. they're your bullies who back in the university, in the campus where they do as they pleased to you even when you're crying, squirming, begging for them to stop. you were just playing along for them. to avoid being punished for fighting back. they weren't exactly who tolerates but abuses it.
when they were both satisfied to you. satoru positions his phone in front of you three. a photo he say. he wants a memory of it. to commemorate this day and you oblige. you were in the middle between them. sandwiched by their towering bodies and your force a smile for the picture. cause no matter how this day made you temporarily happy it won't make up for the misery they put you through.
when they decided to go back in the campus. satoru called his driver. a limousine pulling up in front of the aquarium and inside are the shopping bags containing the clothes they purchased for you. you were now seated between them and for once they didn't made any advancement towards you.
your body is tired and you refused to rest. you were with the two and being asleep is where you get violated but the pull is strong. your eyelids are forcing you to close your eyes.
noticing your drowsiness, suguru held your cheek and pulled it to rest in his shoulder. “sleep.” he orders and despite the urge to stay awake you gave up. you will know when you arrived at the campus gate but it didn't. throughout the ride you were asleep and both of them chuckled as you were dead asleep. they did really tire you out and by the time they reach the campus you were still asleep. it was already night time and there would be no students in the campus at this hour. suguru decided he would carry you much as to satoru's displeasure but accepted it. grabbing the shopping bags and they both went your dorm room.
unlocking the door of your room with the spare key in your purse, they both went inside and there's no sign of your roommate which they were glad for. suguru carries you to your bedroom and satoru places the bags in the floor of your room.
geto tucks you in your bed. not bothering to change you out of your dress. you look beautiful on it. they both stayed for an hour. admiring you in your sleep and just touching you. they would have you for tomorrow and they let you rest for today. you were tired and where would be the joy of fucking you if you're tired to take them both.
suguru kisses you in your lips and then to your forehead. covering you with your blanket and satoru did the same. stealing a kiss from you and they left.
what a day. they enjoyed being with you and seeing you clothed in different kind of dresses and they can't wait for you to wear what you've brought them. the money was really nothing for satoru. all he knows is he spent it so well to you. he should splurge on you sometimes.
suguru on the other hand is happy to seeing you enjoying yourself earlier in the aquarium. he didn't felt this being genuinely happy for so long and he was okay with it. not wondering where this random burst of happiness came from.
the money and influence they have is nothing when they see you smiling earlier and maybe they did it cause they were a little bit of guilty for being so rough to you the other day but for now it was nothing. they were all about making amends. well, it's not really making amends knowing it's nothing for the things they put you through. they know they were forgiven for what they did to you and they're about to commit again.
what about it? you can do the same thing again and again if you have the money and influence. there's nothing to really sweat about it. really.
Oh boy, he is more than obsessed with you
You made it too easy for him
With your family being out of the picture and you having quite literally 0 friends
Isolating you… well you already did that to yourself
Your reputation at school burned to the ground the moment he decided to leak your sex tape
So there’s no going back to uni
He handed in a resignation letter on your behalf and though your boss was concerned, Satoru assured her that you’re alright, but your morning sickness has been brutal lately
She raised her eyebrows and smiled, telling Satoru to pass on her congratulations to you
Your roommate at your dorm didn’t give a crap (she has a big, fat crush on Satoru and when she found out he slept with you, she wanted to kill you.)
That urge only grew stronger when Satoru stopped by your dorm to move your stuff out and when she asked him why he was the one moving it, he simply stated,
“Well, she’s pregnant with my child so she’ll be living with me so I can take care of her.”
Safe to say your roommate spent the night ripping her hair out of her scalp
And you. You’re sitting in the sunroom with a cup of warm tea and a side of prenatal vitamins in front of you
You’re in deep thought when the door swings open and a tall figure enters in
He sits next to you, wrapping his arms around your waist and pulling you onto his lap so that your back is relaxed on his chest
“Did you take a look at the blueprints?”
“I did but… what’s wrong with this house?”
“Nothing. I’d just like a bigger home to raise our family in.”
He’s met with silence
“You haven’t taken your vitamins.”
“I will, I just, I haven’t been feeling too good this morning.”
To that he hums and leave a kiss on your neck
“How’s the dress shopping going?”
You pause and put your hands over his
“Don’t you think we’re rushing this? Why can’t we wait till after I’ve given birth?”
“I don’t wanna wait that long.”
You wanted to ask him why, but you knew it would result in the back of his hand meeting your soft cheek
You had already experienced Satoru’s aggressive side and you’d rather not deal with it until this baby is out of you
“I’m sorry, but I need to pee.” You squeak, escaping his grip and leaving him alone in the sunroom
5 days passed, and it was a big day. Your wedding day. Even though it was put together on such short notice, it turned out marvellous.
For a girl, her wedding day is supposed to be one of the best days of her life, right? It’s supposed to be magical, exciting and memorable… right?
So why are you sitting on a chair labeled “bride”, with your hair and makeup complete, staring at a one way bus ticket to the neighbouring city?
That leaves right when the ceremony starts
You had known about the bus ticket. Actually, an unexpected someone had given you the bus tickets.
Suguru, Satoru’s ex-bestfriend.
They had a huge falling out over a business deal and even mentioning his name sets Satoru into a rage. Especially if it’s his fiancee.
So as a lick back, Suguru offered to help you escape him. And maybe by the end of it, you’ll warm his bed once or twice, or better yet, marry him.
From Suguru’s perspective, it was the perfect revenge. Nobody knows Satoru better than himself. He knows exactly how he thinks and what steps he would take to find you.
He also knew that today would be the only day that Satoru wouldn’t be breathing down your neck because you were getting ready to be his bride.
At first, you didn’t believe it. But Geto is convincing. He thought about everything — down to the last little detail. He made you picture a life where you’re far away from Satoru and given a chance to start fresh again.
Going to the neighbouring city means you could have an abortion so you won’t be tied to the blue eyed monster for eternity.
Geto left his number on a sticky note that was attached to the bus ticket. You walk over to the landline and dial his number. After a ring, he picks up and once he hears your sweet voice, he smiles.
“Meet me at the corner of Xander’s street, there’s plenty of trees there to keep you hidden.”
Your heart was pounding in your chest and the tips of your ears were hot. You knew. You knew that if Satoru had the slightest hint about what you were about to do, he’d drag you to hell and back. But the idea of marrying him, having his child and building a home for your family, was far more petrifying.
You slip into some shorts and a tank top before sliding out of the bridal room and using the nearest exit to leave the venue. You scurry along the trees, hoping and praying no one sees. The corner of the street was quiet and secluded. You had plenty of cover and you waited until a blacked out Range Rover pulls over.
The window rolls down and it’s Suguru. He tells you to hop into the back seat quickly before anyone sees.
You do what he says, except when you open the back seat door, you’re met with icy blue eyes.
Your breath hitches and before you know it, you’re being pulled into the car with Satoru screaming at you.
“You fucking lying whore! How fucking stupid can you be, hm?”
He placed you on your back and wrapped his fingers around your neck, slightly chocking you
“When Suguru told me that you accepted the bus tickets, I let it slide. I let it slide because I thought you were smart enough to know not to cross me. But you, you fucking bitch, you really tried to leave me at the alter! You really thought you could get away from me?”
He tears your shorts apart, revealing your white undergarments that you were supposed to wear under your wedding dress.
You couldn’t help but cry, spewing apology after apology. But he wasn’t having any of it. He unbuckled his own pants, pulling his thick cock out of his trousers. He spat down on it for lube and without a care in the world, entered into you.
“You stupid bitch- you thought you could run away and abort my baby?!”
He leans down, his hot breath tickling your ear as he tugs on your hair to expose your neck.
“If you thought, even for a second that you could hide from me and live a normal life after killing my child. You’re just as sick as me… And clearly, you don’t know who the fuck I am. So let me teach you.”
He lifted your legs to mating press, ruthlessly thrusting into you while you sob beneath him. You try resisting by attempting to pry his fingers off the bottom of your thigh, but he has a death grip on them
“P-please stop… It hurts — I can’t move or b-breathe properly.”
You hiccup, but he ignores. Instead, he picks up the pace, making you cry even harder.
“I’m s-sorry please! Please it hurts! I can’t-”
“Shut the fuck up and take it. Or I’ll ask him to shut you up with his dick. I bet you’d like that, you fucking whore. So eager to leave me, is it because you have the hots for my best friend?”
Your eyes glance at the rear view mirror, and sure enough, his eyes are glued on you
Which only makes you sob harder. Hearing no response from you angered Satoru. Did you really like Suguru? He pressed on your neck, and by the look of his eyes, you knew he was waiting for an answer.
“N-no! I don’t- I swear I- I’m just not ready to be a mother, please!”
“I don’t fucking believe you.”
According to Satoru, the entire thing was a test for you. The falling out, Suguru giving you the bus ticket to help you escape, and meeting you at the corner of the street— it was all apart of the test. And you failed it. Miserably.
“And here I was, thinking that I had trained you to know better. To know better than to leave me. But you prove me wrong again and again.”
He finishes inside you. Suguru pulls into the back of the venue. Satoru pulls you up right and lays his forehead against your own.
“Go get your hair and makeup re-done. The next time I see you, you better be in your gown walking down the aisle to wed to me. Do you understand?”
“Mmh”
“Words”
“Yes.”
“Yes, what.”
“Yes, I understand.”
“Good.”
Apologies for any mistakes. It’s pretty late. Also have mercy on me, I haven’t wrote anything in 9 months so it’s a bit rusty😭
Mattheo Riddle x Reader
Summary: You never liked Umbridge, but who did? The woman was miserable and cruel. Her power in the school grew day after day.
Tumblr media
You knew about her pen, you heard the tales from other students long before you entered detention.
Seeing the smirk on her face, the power-hungry bitch handed you a piece of paper.
"Now, Miss Y/L/N, today we are going to learn a really important lesson."
You felt a shiver run down your spine, now you didn't feel so confident.
Earlier that day, you were late for her class, and on top of all of that, you even said that her dress as ugly, detention was a given at that point. But you didn’t care.
However, what she made you write was something way more sinister.
You were prepared for a 'I must not be late' or 'I have to respect my teachers' but not this.
You only felt a tear escape your eyes when you left the room, you weren't ready to give her the satisfaction of seeing you cry.
You headed back to your room, not wanting to see anyone but of course your friends had another idea. You ran into all of them in the corridor. You assumed they have been waiting for you.
"Ah! Y/N! Finished with detention are you?" Asked Theodore as he was the one to first see you. Mattheo, Pansy, Theodore and Draco were all there, just chatting.
"She made you write with that pen?" Pansy asked and you could only nod.
"I cannot believe they are letting her do this! It is torture!" spoke up Draco.
You stood next to your boyfriend who offered you a warm smile, you smiled back but you could tell he was worried. He moved his arm around you as he smoked and you leaned into him, smelling him and just having him there did help you calm your nerves.
Soon, all of you decided to head back to your dorms to sleep but Mattheo followed you into your common room.
"What did she make you write?" he asked and you turned around to look at him, you opened your mouth to say something but couldn't. "I always know when something is off, and you have been hiding your hand. If it was something simple, you wouldn't hide it in front of me and your friends."
You let out a long sigh before moving your sleeve and showing him your hand.
You watched him closely, you watched his face as sadness turned into anger.
Pure rage.
---
"What?" you asked Umbrige, looking at her in disbelief with the quill in your hand you looked up at her..
"You heard me Miss Y/L/N, start writing." she said as she took a seat at her desk.
"But I-I am here because I was late to class, not b-"
"Stop it. Start writing," she said as she started to sip her tea looking at you with a disgusting smile on her face.
---
"I will kill her."
"Mattheo please." you grabbed his arm as he tried to leave, turning him back to look at you, he was angry, you have never seen him this angry before. "I don't want to be alone." you said, voice barely above a whisper and you knew, this would work, he would stay and hug you.
And that is exactly what he did.
You felt so safe in his arms, not even the burning of your skin and the words on your skin could distract you.
'I must not love a Riddle.'
But you did. You loved Mattheo and nothing will change your mind, not the pain, and not Umbridge.
You knew this wasn't the end. You knew Mattheo more than anyone.
After all, when you two started dating almost two years ago, he promised to you and to himself that he will never let his last name be a burden to you.
He will have his revenge.
