I hate that books are so expensive because books are also a risk. Back in the day I usually watched a movie before I bought it on dvd. No one really does that with books (unless you read it as an ebook/audiobook and loved it I guess). Like I could spend $30 on something just to hate it. 😩

"I heard it's someone's birthday.~" Akira smiled as soon as he spotted his good friend Sonic with a rectangular box in hand and a red bow on top. The wrapping wasn't anything special since he got it from a store, but it was better than nothing. "Sorry I'm late. I hope this is to your liking, speed Master." Inside was a brand new pair of running shoes in a blue and red color to match his fur and current shoes. "They're the latest brand. Give them a good spin."

Well this is a surprise, but yet shouldn't be a surprise that Akira did his homework about his friend's birthday. Looking down at the gift and looks back at his friend with a grateful smile. "Ah man you shouldn't have!" He takes the gift and opens it. With a soft gasp They see a beautiful pair of shoes and it's absolutely his aesthetic. "Oh man! I'm gonna just do that!"

Taking off his sneakers and putting on the new ones. Of course he has to give it a nice tap on the toes and doing some stretches before they give it a nice speed test. "Okay! Let's see what these can do!"

He speeds off in a blink of an eye and speeding through crowds and streets without getting any caught. But the most important part is that the shoes are light as a feather and so comfortable just like his old sneakers. Sonic couldn't help, but to grin from this new gift. As he eventually returns to where Akira is, Sonic looks down at the new shoes and chuckles with glee.

"Whoo! I love them! Thanks buddy! I can't wait to test these out at that Mementos place you've been talking about!"

itd be cool if the reason for crowley's fall was literally that he tried to overthrow god. like he went all in on the rebellion. he downplays it later like he just asked questions he just hung around the wrong people he just got swept up in it etc bc he cant remember the details a lot and that makes it easier for him to maintain that he didn't even do anything. but like i want the truth to be that he DID do something. and this is not to say he would have deserved it, or that trying to overthrow god is wrong or anything. it would just unambiguously be like yeah, there was a rebellion, he was part of it, he chose to reject god first. and then he AND aziraphale have to come to realize that that still doesn't make what was done to him and the other demons justified
