Guess what finally arrived! 🌙✨

Our (@xannerz and I) Cass pin is finally in-hand and we're so excited! I'll be looking through them, grading (standard and flawed), and taking more photos in better lighting, and then we'll officially open up for business- hopefully this Friday (9/27) so I'll be able to pack and ship out orders over the weekend.

We don't really have enough stock to warrant a storefront anywhere, so sales will be done directly through DMs and PayPal goods & services.

Standard grades will be $35! She's 2.5", hard enamel.

Shipping = $5 USA; Please DM me for International (CAN, AUS, UK) orders! (We want to make international shipping as accessible as possible!)

Back to the regular programming. Have a wip! Still working on that thing. Things still progress as they were - sometimes I sit and draw a lot in one go, then I have to put it off for many weeks at a time; or I simply just don't have that much energy/focus to be creative - just life being life. But I'm forging ahead. With the help of my friend, all typos or grammar mistakes are now fixed, too, so that's one thing I thankfully don't have to think about anymore. Now I "just" need to keep and keep and keep on drawing, until it's all finished. Wish me luck.

Loose Yourself to the Rhythm CH2 preview ✨

Steve arrives a week later.

He traveled in by flight, so Robin left to pick him up at the airport a bit earlier in the day, leaving Eddie kind of puttering around uselessly at home until they got back home. It was a bit of a drive.

It's around dinner time, and he's been put on oven duty. The meal is already prepped, all he has to do is to turn the oven on when he gets the go ahead text from Robin, which strikes him as curiously bland (there's not a single emoji in sight) so he figures maybe she handed the phone over to Steve while she drove.

Eddie is… curious about Steve.

Which is usually a slippery slope for him, so he does the best he can to put a lid on it — the last thing he wants to do is to make things weird.

He doesn’t even know what the guy looks like, but he feels like in a way, he kind of knows him already. It’s been frankly hard to avoid learning things about Steve Harrington when living together with Robin Buckley. Eddie hadn’t been kidding when he’d referred to him as her soul twin. They were like two sides of a coin, those two, and it was frankly a strange kind of miracle that he’d lived with Robin for almost two years at this point without having met her other part, but such was life sometimes, he supposed.

He hadn’t really put that much thought into it before now, truthfully.

Steve had always been this guy that existed in his periphery, and because of the distance, Eddie had never really considered that he might meet him one day, but here he was, just kind of sitting around, waiting for Robin to come back, bringing the most important person in her life back with her.

Eddie feels nervous, but he’s not sure why.

He thinks that he’d like to make a first impression, but he’s also not cared about things like that in years at this point, so why would that change all of a sudden?

Those thoughts are dangerously close to opening the box territories though, so he shrugs it off.

The food is in the oven when the doorbell rings.

It kind of confuses him, because if it was Robin she would’ve just unlocked it, but then as he approaches, he hears two giggling voices outside, and Robin’s muffled voice saying something along the lines of: “Stop it, you’re so stupid!”

Which… Okay, that’s kind of sweet. He hesitates for a second, then unlocks the door.

He immediately comes face to face with a man he’s never met before.

His first thought is that Steve Harrington has the nicest, softest hair he’s ever seen, and his second thought is that he’s standing way too close.

Thankfully, Steve realizes that as well, and he takes a step back, still smiling back up at Eddie, probably from the residual giggles he’d shared with Robin.

“Hi, uh, nice to meet you. Sorry, I was just ringing the bell to mess with Robin, I think she’s lost the keys.”

“I’ve not lost the keys, they’re in here somewhere! I just don’t know which pocket I put them in!”

Steve smiles towards Eddie, all charming smolder, expressing reading There, see?

He’s funny. Handsome.

Eddie’s in fucking trouble.
