a/n: YEAH IK I SAID IM NOT POSTING FOR A WEEK, BUT I WROTE THSI LAST NIGHT ToT So this has a sex scene, but like there is NO detail, its just like, Oh yeah he came you came you kissed you fucked, so yeah just like that. Also I'll be referring to guang as Lu guang the entire time cuz putting the family name sounds better, anyways enjoy !! prolly last post of 2024 :') ill miss this year, 20 years old in october 2025 ToT

M/N had always been drawn to the mysterious and enigmatic Lu Guang. There was something about his piercing gaze and sharp jawline that made M/N's heart skip a beat. One night, M/N found himself at a private gathering, and as fate would have it, Lu Guang was there, sipping on a whiskey by the bar.

As M/N approached him, he couldn't help but notice the way Lu Guang's eyes seemed to bore into his soul. It was as if Lu Guang could see right through him, and M/N felt a shiver run down his spine. "Mind if I join you?" M/N asked, trying to sound suave despite the butterflies in his stomach.

Lu Guang raised an eyebrow, his expression unreadable. "I suppose it's up to you," he replied, his voice low and smooth.

M/N took a seat next to Lu Guang, and they struck up a conversation. As the night wore on, M/N found himself becoming increasingly drawn to Lu Guang's charismatic presence. He couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be with someone as confident and self-assured as Lu Guang.

As the evening progressed, M/N and Lu Guang grew closer, their conversation flowing effortlessly. It wasn't long before they decided to take their conversation elsewhere, away from the prying eyes of the other partygoers.

As they stepped into Lu Guang's house, M/N couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness. The dimly lit interior seemed to amplify the tension between them, and M/N's heart was racing with anticipation.

Lu Guang led M/N to the living room, where he poured them each a glass of whiskey. As they sat down on the couch, M/N couldn't help but notice the way Lu Guang's eyes seemed to gleam in the soft light. It was as if he could see right through M/N, and it sent shivers down his spine.

As they sipped their drinks, the conversation flowed easily, but M/N could sense the undercurrent of tension between them. It was as if they were both waiting for the other to make a move, to see who would crack first.

Finally, Lu Guang set his glass down and reached out, his fingers brushing against M/N's cheek. M/N's heart skipped a beat as Lu Guang's touch sent sparks through his body. He leaned into the touch, his eyes locking onto Lu Guang's.

Without a word, Lu Guang stood up, pulling M/N to his feet. He led M/N to the bedroom, the air thick with anticipation. As they stepped inside, Lu Guang closed the door behind them, his eyes never leaving M/N's face.

M/N felt a surge of excitement as Lu Guang began to undress him, his fingers deftly unbuttoning his shirt. The cool air hit M/N's skin, and he shivered, but Lu Guang's warm hands soon followed, tracing paths of fire down his chest.

As they kissed, M/N felt himself melting into Lu Guang's touch. He was consumed by the sensation of Lu Guang's lips, his tongue, and his hands. It was as if the entire world had narrowed down to this one moment, this one person.

Lu Guang pushed M/N onto the bed, his body covering M/N's as he continued to kiss him. M/N's hands wandered over Lu Guang's back, feeling the muscles ripple beneath his skin. He moaned as Lu Guang's fingers brushed against his nipples, sending sparks through his body.

As they broke apart for a moment, Lu Guang's eyes locked onto M/N's, his gaze burning with intensity. "I want you," he whispered, his voice low and husky.

M/N's heart skipped a beat as Lu Guang's words sent a surge of excitement through him. "I want you too," he replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

Without another word, Lu Guang began to prepare M/N, his fingers gentle but insistent. M/N felt himself relaxing into the touch, his body opening up to Lu Guang's exploration. As Lu Guang finally entered him, M/N felt a wave of pleasure wash over him, his body arching up to meet Lu Guang's thrusts.

The world narrowed down to the sensation of Lu Guang's body moving inside him, the friction and the heat building up to a crescendo. M/N's cries were lost in the sound of Lu Guang's heavy breathing, their bodies moving in perfect sync.

As they finally came, M/N felt himself collapsing onto the bed, his body spent but satisfied. Lu Guang's arms wrapped around him, holding him close as they both caught their breath.

In that moment, M/N knew he was hooked. He was drawn to Lu Guang's charismatic presence, his confident touch, and his unapologetic desire. As they lay there, wrapped in each other's arms, M/N couldn't help but wonder what the future held for them.

i dreamt that i worked at an ice cream shop with this guy named, woo? he didn’t have a face (kinda creepy) but he had pretty pink hair and he was really tall! we had to work together to design a new logo for the shop & we fought over making it olaf inspired or spiderman inspired (mark is corrupting my mind) we played rock, paper, scissors to decide and i obviously won!!! he told me we needed to have a rematch when we see each other again (?) anyways, the spiderman ice cream logo turned out really cute & our manager loved it. 10/10 dream

dreamt of woo (the faceless guy) again today! we were playing dress to impress together & the theme was halloween. he dressed as a ghost & i dressed as a zombie! we duo-ed & hit pose 28 as a team and some kid in the server told us we had no taste & woo went crazy on them 😭 we got kicked out of the server after & we were somehow transported to some kind of harry potter universe (?) hyuck was there too & i tried talking to him but he ignored me & tried to KILL ME instead!!! woo swooped in to protect me though, he killed dream hyuck & told me he would steal me away from hyuck when we meet (?) because i deserve better friends

i had the perfect life in last night’s dream!!! i had like a million friends & i was super rich 🤑 the only factor was that i was a vegetable (?) oh! & woo was in my dream again today too (third night in a row) anyways, we were both some kind of vegetable & we had to compete in a vegetable eating competition? (so basically cannibalism..) we won the competition though & we got transported to this super cute studio ghibli inspired house >.< woo mentioned how we should binge all the movies together when we meet!

i dreamt that i was an idol! but i was also a mosquito (?) woo was with me once again, as well as jaehyun! (which is odd considering i haven’t seen him in a long time) anyways, the three of us just flew around and sang together, it was cute 🥹 jaehyun had a schedule after so he left first, & me and woo went to watch the sunset!!! it was so pretty, an ombre of orange & pink (my favourite colours ToT) — woo kept talking about how he would bring me to watch the sunset when we meet! usually i would wake up right after woo says something like that but i didn’t last night so i asked him what he meant by meeting (?) & he told me to look for someone dressed as olaf at hyuck’s halloween party tonight (i guess i’ll be anna then :p)

i dreamt that i was grocery shopping with woo! he kept talking about some guy named, yuno (?) i thought it was his boyfriend at first but he assured me that they were just good friends (also, roommates? i think.) anyways, we bought soo much halloween candy & we went back to my place to watch ghostbusters!!! before i woke up, i asked woo what he was wearing to hyuck’s party so i could spot him easily & he told me he would be dressed as rose..? from titanic 😭 (i don’t wanna be jack but when duty calls!!!)

dreamt that i was cycling with woo at hundred acre woods! it was so fun >.< we talked to winnie the pooh & he even shared some honey with us !!! but after we ate the honey, the whole scenery (?) changed & it became that one winnie the pooh horror movie 😭 we got chased by him and piglet i woke up in cold swear (NO joke) also didn’t get to ask woo if i would meet him at hyuck’s party tonight or not :(

i dreamt that i was baking a cake with mark! but when i turned to ask him where the sugar was, woo was standing there instead of mark Ö it was confusing at first but we just continued baking & woo kept talking about ghostface (?) ,, halfway through the conversation, we were suddenly sucked (?) into the cake 😭 we were inside of this cake house (chocolate cake!!!) & woo started eating all the funiture HAHAHA anyways, after eating we got tired so we laid on the chocolate bed & i asked if i would meet him somewhere soon and he mentioned hyuck’s party! he said to keep an eye out for that girl from twilight & then i woke up :( (guess i’ll be edward for tonight)

I've been pondering this one for a while (considering you sent this last month)

1. I think maybe this one: I just like looking at it and it's coloured

2. Difficult to say. I feel very grateful for every drawing, doodle, silly sketch I've made that got any attention at all. I never expected to get much attention for my drawings so man did I kinda panic at the start (still do at times haha). So I cant say there's a piece that I wished got more attention. I'm very much touched that they got attention at all.

3. Oh boy....I got to know so many good artists and writers it's hard to say. Replica by @/kathaynesart got me into posting art and making comics, everyone knows Cass apocalypse of course, I fell in love with @/intotheelliwoods 2 arms left because of how soft it was. (Both art and story). Then you've got those feral tots by @/phykoha and @/kittynomore I adore. @/thegunnsara oh boy...masterpieces all of them. My go to for Donnie is @/andva-ri who might have secretly drawn for the series because they can fool me with how on point it is. @/pinetreevillain has adorable comics and then there's so many more! I want to tag all the friends I've made who can write and draw so well and are lovely people on top of that. Some don't post here but they share it on discord with me sometimes which is awesome.

Anyhow I can't just choose 3....I've tried but failed and I don't care because there are so many talented people on this site!

Its been 3 years since we met but with you, time feels like its slowed down. From lcdp gifs to personal stories, we have come a long way and I PRAY I get to thank you again next year for being with me and being there for me. Love you so much (/PLAT 😂)

2. Album of the year?

Best album this year was Father John Misty - Mahashmashana. Which is crazy since it only came out last november and I didn't listen to it until December 6th. But it's so good and it makes me feel like I'm dying when I listen to it and it's life changing and a masterpiece. I promise you this isn't recency bias

4. Movie of the year?

This year I didn't watch ANY movies that came out in 2024 so I wouldn't know what's good recently ToT but my fav movie I watched for the first time this year was probably The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. For a less cliché answer bc everyone loves that damn movie I also loved watching Dream Scenario and Onibaba.

8. Game of the year?

It would have to be Tears of the Kingdom...... I also rlly liked the new Monkey Ball though!!!

11. Something you want to do again next year?

I really can't think of anything specific I did but I think I spent a lot of time drawing this year, it would be great to do that again next year!! Same goes for discovering new music I really went in hard on that as well.

12/18 - 12/31/2023

The chapter I’m working on right now begins Part 2, and is Kira's. I’m trying to figure out how much of this act is meant to be told from Kira’s POV and how much belongs in Rose’s chapter, instead. Which is challenging because 1) Rose’s chapter is seven chapters from now, and phew, that’s asking a lot of me to know what info would be thematically relevant here vs. much later! And because 2) Kira is entirely tertiary to the situation, and there may be little of it that DOES make sense for him to narrate.

Which would suggest, well, there’s your answer, B3! But then I’m like, isn’t that Kira’s whole post-TYBW situation? What with the being stitched together with Dead Guy souls and being kinda sorta a dead guy himself. Maybe should be narrating everything because he’s tertiary to everything, perhaps including his own mind/body, and because none of it makes sense for him to narrate. Which I’m into conceptually; mechanically, I’m like, uh, okay, how do I… how would you like me to make that work.

Rather than see that puzzle to its end, I ended up writing my HitsuHina Gift Exchange fic + a string of scenes from Hisagi’s chapter, the latter of which are really embarrassing but make me happy.

The planner I bought last year had little boxes each week where you were supposed to write your highlights for the week. I dutifully filled these out, except when I was out of the country and points in June, because it was a very ??? month. These were often very pathetic, because this was a stressful, exhausting, sometimes depressing year and I am a burnt husk of a human being, but writing fanfic featured in these highlights 11 separate times! <3 (To add to that count, talking to people on Tumblr about writing/Bleach featured twice, and Hitsugaya and Hinamori also both featured (specifically, going back through our Hitsugaya tag and spending a full hour scheduling birthday reblogs; and my condor!Tobiume commission ToT <3333).

Next year I anticipate will be even more stressful, because I have a lot of deadlines I need to meet and they are not things that spark joy; but my time will be a bit more in my own hands, so I’m hoping to balance that out by asserting more regular time to do things that DO spark joy, and to, uh, heal a bit.

I wrote in the tags of a reblog post that my writerly hopes and dreams for 2024 were to finally write my Dieselsexual Akon/Hisagi and, ambitiously, to finish both Parts 2 and 3 of this WIP. I don’t know if I’ll finish Part 3, but Part 2, for sure! My other goal for 2024 is to find ways to make posting fanfic more fun for me, because that part feels very not fun. I’ve done some brainstorming about it, to start that off.

RIP Leo (Turtle Tots: Before the Rise)

Fandom: Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Chapter Summary: Alass Leo, we knew him well.

A/N: Already behind it seems. I ended up getting Covid and spent all last week sick in bed so it's thrown off a lot of my schedule, haha. That was also gonna be my prep week so I could build a bigger backlog sooooo yeah. *shrugs*

I do have a small backlog built up but it's probably going to be a bit erratic when I manage to finish and post these. I'm not stressing too much about it though, since I'd much rather make good chapters than rushed ones anyways. Anyways hope you enjoy!!

The sound of shattering glass made all three turtles jump. Leo, Donnie, and Mikey all looked down at the broken remains of plate scattered about the floor, the once pristine image of Lou Jitsu now cracked into a thousand indecipherable pieces. 

After a moment of wide-eyed staring, the attention shifted to a sweating Leo, who just stared guiltily at the ground. 

“You broke dad's plate,” Mikey whispered in horror. 

“No!” Leo shouted, pointing an accusing finger at his twin. “It was Donnie's fault! He pushed me!!”

“Offended gasp!” Donnie huffed, giving Leo the stink eye. “Excuse me! You pushed me first! And it was your dumb idea to play in here in the first place!” 

“Nobody forced you to!” Leo whined, making a pouty face as he twiddled his thumbs around and around and around. 

“Dad’s gonna be so mad,” Mikey continued in a soft whisper, as if that would cover up the crime right in front of them.

“I concur.” Donnie nodded his head in agreement. His eyebrow raised as he asked, “How do you plan on getting out of this one, Nardo?”

“Uhhh,” Leo’s brain stuttered for an idea. “M-Maybe he won’t notice,” he weakly tried, anxiously shuffling from foot to foot as his fingers continued their endless spin. 

“Our father- the biggest Lou Jitsu fan on the planet- isn't going to notice his priceless, one-of-a-kind Lou Jitsu ceramic plate and the pride of his collection is missing,” Donnie deadpanned, he and Mikey giving their sibling a disbelieving look. The softshell rolled his eyes and added in his most condescending monotone, “Yes I’m sure that will happen and that there is absolutely nothing flawed in your logic whatsoever.” 

“Um, but didn’t you just say he would,” Mikey piped up, cutely pulling at the sleeve of his big brother’s hoodie. 

“That was sarcasm, Michael. He is most definitely going to notice.”

“We could buy him a new one,” Leo suggested, staring at the shattered bits like they might light on fire. 

“Does the term ‘one-of-a-kind’ mean nothing to you, Nardo?” Leo shot Donnie an annoyed glare which was met with a smirk from his twin. 

Leo crossed his arms with a pout, huffing dramatically. “Well why don’t you come up with an idea then, Tello!”

“Well since you will be dead meat when father finds out, I suppose I could get to work on your gravestone,” Donnie replied, rubbing his chin as if seriously considering it. 

Leo just stuck his tongue out at his twin. 

“Don’t worry Leo, I bet Donnie’s got a science-y thing that can make the plate fixed all good for you,” Mikey encouraged, hugging his blue sibling around the middle.  

“I do, it’s called glue.” There was no bite in his tone like there was with Leo, little brother privileges and all that. As he glanced back down at the mess of broken shards he seemed to be calculating something. “Though I doubt that will do much.” 

“I gotta try something!” Leo declared, eyes flashing with determination, pumping a fist heroically into the air like he’d seen Lou Jitsu do a hundred times before. To his little brother he said, “Mikey go get the glue.” 

The little box turtle nodded and skipped off to go get said glue. Leo carefully started sorting through the pieces, trying to figure out which fit where, tongue peeking out from the corner of his mouth as he worked. Donnie came over and crouched next to him. “I still think you’re dead.” 

“Just shut up and start sorting, Tello,” Leo snapped. 

“Well I am better at puzzles than you,” Donnie muttered, joining his brother in picking through shards. 

Ten minutes and a whole bottle of glue later,  the plate was fixed… kind of. 

It was in one piece at least? 

Okay no that was a stretch-

It was more to say that it now closely resembled what was once a plate but was still obviously an assorted jumble of broken glass haphazardly glued back together. Glue dripped from the cracks and there were small gaps of space where they had lost pieces, not to mention the once smiling face of Lou Jitsu was replaced with a distorted, lumpy thing that vaguely resembled a human if you squinted hard enough. 

So basically…

It wasn’t fixed at all. 

“Okay, that looks, um-” Leo grimaced as he took a step back to get a better look at their ‘creation’. After a moment of floundering for a good description his twin supplied his own.

“Horrible,” Donnie snarked, resting his chin in his hands. “And nothing like Lou Jitsu.” 

“It looks like mushed play-doh,” Mikey commented, picking dried glue off his fingertips.

Donnie snorted. “Or a poor Picasso imitation.”

“Or-”

“Okay I get it!” Leo snapped, pouting to hide his blush. “But, come on, it's dad!” He threw his arms in the air for emphasis. “There's no way he's gonna notice!” 

His siblings didn't argue any further so that must have been enough to convince them. Leo let out a little huff of relief and bent down to carefully scoop up the plate. “Now hurry up and help me get it back on the shelf before dad sees.”

“Wait, Leo, the glue hasn't finished-” Donnie’s warning came a second too late as the plate crumbled in Leo’s hands, chipped bits of glass swimming in sticky glue pooling on the floor. 

“-drying,” Donnie finished lamely before going silent. 

The three turtles stared for a beat, their hard work reset to zero. Or maybe less than zero since they now also had a puddle of glue to clean on top of everything else.

Finally, Donnie turned to Leo. “I'll go start on your tombstone,” he said, voice perfectly deadpanned even as his teasing smirk slipped through the act. 

That snapped Leo out of his stupor, bitterly retorting, “Ha ha, very funny.”

“Oh, I'll help!” Mikey offered, bright smile returning to freckled cheeks as he scooted closer to Donnie. “Imma paint a unicorn!”

Donnie nodded in approval, putting a hand on his little bro’s shoulder. “Good idea, Michael, I'm sure Leo would have wanted it that way.” He looked up at the ceiling as if reminiscing. 

“I'm not dead, you jerks!” Leo shouted, folding his arms in front of him and looking cross. 

“Ah, sometimes it's like I can still hear his voice.” Donnie continued, moving so he and Leo were shoulder to shoulder, a dramatic hand to his forehead. 

“Ugh, you guys are the worst!” Leo grouched, shoving his twin away. 

“Hey I think I can hear him, too!” Mikey said before covering his mouth to hide the giggle. 

“It's almost like he's still in the room with us.” Donnie was going pure thespian now, pretending to wipe away an invisible tear.  

“Can you stop making jokes and just help me already!” Leo hissed, slapping his hands against the ground in annoyance. 

“Boys! What’s going on in there?!” Splinter’s voice rang through the lair as if summoned by the loud commotion, footfalls getting steadily closer. 

“Nothing!” Leo yelled back, trying desperately to cover the mess on the floor with his hands. 

“RIP Leo, gone before his time,” Donnie mumbled before Leo lightly kicked him in the side.

Coloring the necklace

Hi everyone!!! I back to finally complete the necklace! I started today's task by adding color to the beads after color picking from the concept artwork.

This is what it looks like! [ I know the colors look off, but that how it is. You can see the colors properly with lighting!

To add an interesting final look, I decided to add a light blue glass cube as a cover to the necklace!

Here's a screenshot of me placing the first light! [ Initially, I forgot add changes to the color, intensity, and exposure of the lighting. So when I tried to render it, I ended up with a blank screen TOT. But I went ahead and watched Ayodya's lighting tutorial recording, and I was able to make the relevant changes! :D ]

Light placement 1 :-

[ For some reason, the light wasn't showing all that great, even though the weight of the glass was at 0.5. So, I had to try again]

Light placement 2:-

[ It was a bit better this time, but I wasn't getting the result I wanted. So, I had to think of another placement.]

Light placement 3:-

[This time I reduced the weight of the glass to 0.8. The light placement looked better. But still, it wasn't showing the necklace properly!]

Light placement 4:-

[This was my last straw with the glass cube. I was convinced it wasn't helping with the lighting. This time, I increased the scale of the lighting hoping for a better result. The lighting was better, but the glass was creating a foggy look to the necklace. So, I had to remove it.]

(So much for making the necklace look fancy lol)

Light placement 5:-

[This placement was definitely the improvement I was looking for. But the only issue was that there wasn't enough exposure on the necklace]

Final lighting placement: -

After playing around with the lighting a couple of times, I was finally able to find the placement that was satisfactory. A placement that didn't have too much exposure and also created a shadowy effect onto some parts of the necklace.

And that's a wrap on the necklace modeling! Modeling this was a roller coaster ride for sure. Even though the failed attempt of modeling the chain was time consuming, I feel like I got the hang of most of the keys and modeling because of this step. So that's a win in my books. I definitely feel like I'm getting the hang of Maya.

Did his mind just go blank? Was he actually out of trump cards? Who the fuck knows! All he fucking knows is that hachi just took a fucking bullet tot the chest and now there's blood all over his fucking hands!!! What the fuck was he supposed to do!!!!!

Oh dude I haven’t watched the series in it’s entirety in FOREVER but you’re so fucking right about that episode. The fact that Joker had to watch someone, that was essentially his little brother, die in his arms as he could do nothing but watch because he actually fucking failed. He literally lost the will to do anything other than grieve his loss because he couldn’t do fucking more to save someone—like, I am also absolutely normal about this even if I haven’t watched it in years…

I bet he actually blanked when Spade warned them, like he was hurt and tired and Hachi just moved on fucking instinct. 12 year old me was not ready emotionally and you are so right to be so normal rn 😭. The horror on their faces when they realized what happened, when Joker slowly turned to see Hachi’s body, he probably wished he could’ve done more in that moment…

God now I gotta watch that episode again…

(Also don’t mind me that I saw this ask last night but I was just eepy :), now I can’t english properly and am only running on memories and emotions that I can recall but you are so so fucking right about that episode. Probably what introduced into angst or hurt/comfort now that I think about it…)
