Is located in downtown Philly around 20th St on Ben Franklin Parkway as you are heading towards the art museum.

This one is located right out side of Dallas in a business Park close to the TRE station. There is a similar one in downtown Dallas I had walked passed numerous times, and have a picture of it somewhere. But it is not as impressive as the one in the fountain.

It is also worth noting that the one in Philly was built as part of the zoning laws regarding building skyscrapers. Pretty much you cannot build a skyscraper unless you develop a small park or commission a sculpture on the premise accessable from the street.

I'm assuming a lot of cities and counties have similar laws extending to other types of buildings and business parks. But this law is pretty much why there is so much viewable sculpture art on the streets of Philadelphia.

*edit* I should also state that due to the "gentleman's agreement" that was upheld that no building should be taller than William Penn on City Hall (think the captial building in DC) no skyscrapers were built until the 1980s and at this point people cared a bit more of maintaining green spaces and street side appeal to cities beyond steel boxes covered with glass. Which is the other reason there is so much sculpture in Philly.
