Siemanko. Dzisiejszy bilans:
Zjedzone 451
Spalone aktywnie 1492
Dziś czułam się już dobrze. Fizycznie bo psychicznie byłam a nawet jestem zmęczona i zdołowana. No bo co? Taki to pewnie wariat, psychol i świr. To do części osób dotrą wasze emocje i uczucia.
Wyczesałam też Niszczyciela Światów i mogłam sobie z jej futerka ulepić jej małą podobiznę xD
Menu: nóżka z kurczaka pieczona (bez skóry), dwa małe ziemniaki, ćwiartka pieczonej papryki, pieczarka pieczona oraz surówka z marchewki, szczypiorku i jogurtu wysokobiałkowego razem 451 kalorii

Ten lekarz przekonał nas też do płukania nosa. Miki sam sobie robi, no mega efekt.

Laryngologia,
Laryngologia,
Laryngology, a specialized branch of otolaryngology, focuses on the study and treatment of disorders related to the larynx, commonly known as the voice box, and the surrounding structures of the throat. This field encompasses a range of conditions affecting voice, swallowing, and breathing, and it plays a critical role in diagnosing and managing issues that impact communication and overall quality of life.
Anatomy and Function
The larynx is a complex organ located at the top of the trachea, and it is integral to several essential functions:
Voice Production: The larynx houses the vocal cords, which vibrate to produce sound. The pitch and volume of the voice are modulated by adjusting the tension and length of these cords. Breathing: The larynx controls the airflow into the trachea and lungs, ensuring proper respiration. Swallowing: It prevents food and liquids from entering the airway by closing off the trachea during swallowing. Common Disorders
Laryngology addresses a wide range of disorders, including:
Laryngitis: Inflammation of the larynx, often caused by infection, overuse, or irritants, leading to hoarseness or loss of voice. Vocal Cord Nodules and Polyps: Benign growths on the vocal cords resulting from vocal strain or misuse, affecting voice quality. Laryngeal Cancer: Malignant tumors that can develop in the larynx, often presenting with symptoms such as persistent hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, or a lump in the throat. Reflux Laryngitis: Acid reflux from the stomach that irritates the larynx, causing symptoms like chronic cough and sore throat. Diagnostic Techniques
Laryngologists use various diagnostic tools to evaluate laryngeal conditions:
Laryngoscopy: A procedure involving a flexible or rigid endoscope to visualize the larynx and vocal cords. Stroboscopy: An advanced technique that uses strobe lights to observe the vibration of the vocal cords in slow motion, providing detailed information about their function. Imaging Studies: CT scans or MRIs may be used to assess the extent of structural abnormalities or tumors. Treatment Approaches
Treatment in laryngology is tailored to the specific condition and may include:
Medications: To manage inflammation, infections, or acid reflux. Voice Therapy: Conducted by speech-language pathologists to improve vocal technique and address vocal cord issues. Surgical Interventions: In cases such as vocal cord nodules, polyps, or cancer, surgery may be necessary to remove abnormal growths or repair structural damage. Preventive Measures
Maintaining vocal health is crucial for preventing laryngeal disorders. Recommended practices include:
Avoiding Excessive Vocal Strain: Limiting shouting and speaking loudly. Hydration: Drinking plenty of water to keep the vocal cords hydrated. Avoiding Irritants: Reducing exposure to smoking, pollutants, and harsh chemicals. Conclusion
Laryngology is a vital field that addresses complex issues related to the voice, throat, and airway. Through advanced diagnostic techniques and targeted treatments, laryngologists help patients regain their vocal function, improve their quality of life, and manage conditions effectively. As research and technology continue to evolve, the future of laryngology holds promise for even more innovative solutions to voice and throat disorders.

Tu zbawienna okazałą sie aplikacja medicover, bo dzieki niej wyhaczylismy wizytę last minute u neurologa. No i jeszcze po urlopie zaplanowane wczesniej badania słuchu i ponownie laryngolog. Dobijające to wszystko.
Niby pozytywnie, no ale jednak otoczka taka niezbyt komfortowa. No i wywołało to nasz rozkminy na temat przyszłości i tak wyszło, żeby ogarnąć nasze przyszłe sprawy spadkowe potrzebujemy jakiegoś miliona w gotówce. Smutna wizja.
