WORMTON AU MASTERPOST

"Spamton G. Spamton is a computer worm that merely pretends to be a spam program. His species, the malworms, are characterized by their long bodies, many legs, pointed nose, compound eyes, pointy smile, and their parasitoid life cycle. The Sweepstakes worm on a string represents what their larvae look like after they consume and kill their host from the inside out. Spamton himself is the last living member of the BIGSHOT malworm species, still seeking for a way to restore his kind and take control of Cyber City once more. He created his disguise and spam program persona in order to collect information, but inadvertently caught the attention of a group of addisons. He definitely only sees them as a resource to exploit. He is absolutely not attached. He is NOT terrified of what will happen if they find out what he really is. He's above some... kind, thoughtful, considera—PATHETIC advertisements. Obviously."

This AU exists mostly in the form or art and text posts, but I am currently working on a fanfic about Wormton and the addisons, which will start being posted to ao3 once I finish the entire rough draft.

Sometimes I post art and some thoughts about the Wormton AU fic I am working on. I won't be publicly posting it until I finish the rough draft of the entire story. I'm doing my best, but I'm also dealing with life's responsibilities and making other art. I have no idea for a release date yet, but I don't plan on giving up.

Once the entire story has reached a first-draft state, I will finish each chapter one by one and post them as I do. As previously mentioned, chapters will be released on ao3 once finished.

thoughts on eternity larva?

oh eternity is The Funny! out of all the touhou bugs shes admittedly my least favourite but that says nothing considering theres also yamame and momoyo. i still like her quite a bit, really

outside of hsifs, she also shows up a bunch in visionary fairies in shrine (i havent read that yet but maybe i will now that i bring this up) so thats nice! (where is my wriggle in printworks aaaaaa) also the fact that she possibly used to be a god but is just chilling around as a butterfly fairy nowadays is crazy.

like look at her shes so eepy. youre telling me she was a god once? nuh uh

anyways, her design. i think her dress is pretty cute. the whole butterfly motif (considering shes, well, a butterfly fairy) is evident in a lot of aspects in her design. overall, cute/10

lastly, by extension, i cant not mention my thoughts on wriggle/eternity. while i dont ship it myself i still think its pretty cool! buggy friends doing buggy things and also There Are Only 3 Works Tagged With Wriggle/Eternity On Ao3 Apparently This Is Unacceptable

It took a while, but it was worth it. I managed to finished it and I’m proud for drawing this art. It may not look great, but it was worth it.

I had a crazy dream of our OCs having a great quest to do something heroic to stop evil and chaos. When I woke up I was like “Whoa... That was the most amazing dream I ever had... I should draw that.” I don’t know what was it about in my dream, but it was awesome.

I did wanted to draw your OCs one by one for you. But since I had a remarkable dream last night and also being impatient, I decided to draw this instead because I really really want to show this art right now for you and I couldn’t help myself. I admit, I do get too excited to know what you think and I rush myself to show my drawings to everyone on Twitter and Tumblr.

But don’t worry, I’m taking a break right now for few days and not rushing myself so hard. I’ll be alright and continue to draw something I like for fun. 😊💖

Grey is one of the minor character of Larva series. He appears in Season 3 as the main antagonist of the series.

Looks

Gray is a rat with a long pink tail. He has a small pink nose, two pink ears and a sharp teeth. He also has black whiskers, pink hands and pink feet.

1. Starfire is a tall, buff young woman with orangey skin, green eyes and sclera, and long light auburn hair fading to a yellow ombre. She has a silver stud in her left nostril and a silver cartilage piercing in her left ear. She is sitting on the ground with her legs folded out to either side of her. All of her hair is over one shoulder, showing off the undercut beneath, and she is gently combing it out with her fingers. Her eyes are closed and she has a serene smile on her face. She is wearing a matching purple and white sports bra and shorts along with her metal arm bracers, clearly getting ready for or just finishing a work out. She looks very muscly and hot and I used my Gay Gaze to draw her.

2. Starfire is squatting on the ground with her legs splayed out, one arm propped up on a knee and loosely holding a bag of spicy dill chips. Her other hand is holding her phone to her face with interest. Beside her is an opened bottle of mustard and a pink cat bed holding a sleeping Silkie the moth larvae who is on his back and bleping adorably. Star's hair is pulled up in a messy bun and there are some chip crumbs and mustard on her face. She is wearing a pink tank top that says "SLUG MOM", cutoff jean shorts that end almost to the knee, and knockoff Ugg boots. She is smiling with interest at her phone screen and exclaiming, "Oh! The spots on a cockatiel's face are called 'cheddar cheeks'". She looks messy and comfy and much less idealized. Get you a girl who can do both question mark?

I try to ignore the implication of how eye-searingly awful they must have looked, but yeah.

It doesn’t hurt that so many are gold and greens worn by blondes. Plus the amount of gold chains and rings and necklaces fits with a king who brought enough jewelry to actually finance his kingdom and war effort and would commission and wear the Nauglamir. Though, yeah, that was a piece that was like the Egyptian pectoral breastplate that wrapped around the neck and shoulders and down the chest, not just a chain of office seen in Tudor portraiture. But here’s another reason for Tudor!elves.

Heyyy team Tudor Noldor 2k17!! I go for a way more subdued look than you describe here, but who wants to just stick every elf in a generic tunic? boring.

For some of them it’s a mocking out of love (they just get the short end of my love because everyone else so many neglected groups needing attention). And it’s a spectrum- some like tastefully refined palettes. They aren’t all Egalmoth. (let’s face it, he’s actually Exhibit A for excesses in Noldor taste). But yes, my biggest complaint was that the same tunic or tunic variation is so boring- boring to look at, boring to describe. A doublet and multi-patterned hose- that sounds more interesting to read, let alone see.

I feel hypocritical bitching about fanart, but there you go. Plus, the LotR movies put Arwen and Galadriel in the same scoop neck no belt bell-sleeved gown and I got sick of it with Silm fanart copying it.

Roman!elves was actually my original (waaay back) headcanon for valinor hahaha though at some point i had no idea what i was doing anymore

I have sunk too much time and effort into tudor!elves, but if I didn’t, the early Chinese hanfu or Roman tunica are my alternatives. When I remember the equatorial location for the Valinorean locales or when I think of what ‘simpler Vanayr fashion is what again’

The status-thing again of having a hairdresser to sew you hair into a mess of artificially curled and oiled and perfumed hair. Oh- makeup to hide any sign of aging. That’s a later Númenorean thing but you bet your butt grey hairs were dyed and wrinkles or pox-marks hidden
