Trends in Christmas Gift Box Wholesale for 2024
Natural and Organic Packaging
Natural packaging materials, such as jute twine, wooden accents, and organic dyes, are becoming more popular. These elements lend a warm, rustic touch to holiday packaging and align with sustainable values.
Metallic Accents and Textures
Metallic foils, embossing, and textured finishes are in high demand for adding a luxurious flair to Christmas gift boxes. These accents create visual interest and are perfect for upscale products.
Ordering Wholesale Christmas Gift Boxes: Step-by-Step
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
Christmas Gift Boxes Wholesale suppliers require a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Understanding these requirements will help you budget accordingly and determine if a supplier is suitable for your needs.
Sample Testing and Approval
Requesting samples allows you to inspect the quality and design before committing to a large order. It’s a good practice to test for durability, print quality, and design accuracy.
Bulk Order Placement
Once satisfied with the samples, you can place a bulk order. Ensure you confirm the timeline and terms with the supplier to avoid any delays or miscommunications.
Pricing Factors in Christmas Gift Boxes Wholesale
Size, Material, and Design Influence on Price
The price of gift boxes varies depending on size, material, and design complexity. Larger boxes, premium materials like wood or tin, and custom designs typically cost more.
Seasonal Demand and Price Variation
Christmas is a peak season, and prices for gift boxes often rise as the holiday approaches. Ordering early can help you secure better rates and avoid last-minute price hikes.
Marketing and Presentation Tips for Retailers
Creating Eye-Catching Displays
Organise gift boxes in visually appealing arrangements to attract customers. Using height, colours, and festive props can make your display stand out.
Upselling with Quality Gift Packaging
High-quality gift boxes can enhance the perceived value of your products, making them easier to sell at higher price points. A beautifully packaged gift often feels more premium, helping increase customer satisfaction.
Packaging Ideas for Gift Boxes During Christmas Season
Filling Options: Tissue Paper, Shredded Filler, and More
Adding a filler like tissue paper, shredded kraft paper, or cloth provides an extra touch of elegance and keeps products safe within the box. These fillings also make unboxing a more enjoyable experience.
Decorating Tips for a Festive Look
Decorate the boxes with elements like ribbon, jingle bells, or pine cones to add to the Christmas theme. Personal touches can make each box feel unique, adding a memorable touch to your products.
Conclusion: Enhancing the Christmas Gifting Experience with Wholesale Gift Boxes
Wholesale Christmas gift boxes offer countless benefits, from cost savings to the ability to create a cohesive, branded presentation. Investing in high-quality, visually appealing gift boxes not only enhances the gift-giving experience but also reflects positively on your brand. By choosing the right supplier, materials, and designs, you can make this Christmas Boxes season extra special for your customers or gift recipients.

So today, me and a friend from high school hung out together to catch up and exchange Christmas gifts - except he made a game out of it. Every once and a while, he would make me guess the number he was thinking of from 1 to 20. If I guessed right, I got one of my gifts.
First present: cheddar pringles. Yummy! I had put it on my wishlist, so it was not surprising!
Second present: ...more cheddar pringles? Wait did he-
Third present: They're all cheddar pringles. I cannot escape.
By the time we were done hanging out? 10 cans of cheddar pringles, as pictured here (minus one, which I gave to someone else). I cannot fucking believe this guy.
#livemedown talks#christmas#christmas gifts#he says another large gift is on the way and I fully suspect it is a large box of cheddar pringles#pringles

I'm going to be really sad about losing a bunch of my art supplies/pieces so if that's not your thing, feel free to scroll by.
Nothing like going out to the garage to get some wood for your upcoming projects only to find there had been a leak, water pooled on the floor beneath the boxes in your work area, and had ruined a bunch of the wood you'd been painstakingly collecting for carving for years.
The irony: most of the wood that was ok? Common basswood that's easily replaced. It was mostly my rarer woods that were ruined.
Cherry, maple, walnut, cedar, buckeye. Woods with beautiful grains. Precious butternut that's going extinct. Gifts from my wood carving teacher and mystery wood castoffs from other woodworkers who didn't need them. Odd shapes and pieces I had plans for. Gone. Everything in this pic, from what's inside the box to what's in the can (some of which can't be seen) had to be tossed due to mold from the water damage. You can't put a price on this wood emotionally. I literally just want to cry. Fucking years, some of them already partly carved and I just hadn't had time to finish them since moving here.
The only silver lining I can think of is that I have another box of wood in the house, with some rarer woods in it. But this still really, really hurts.
#i saved what i could including wood where there was only a tiny bit of mold and damage#that i could cut off with my knife or clean#but all the pieces here were too damaged and they had to be tossed#i've collected this wood for years and you can't just buy more#some were gifts and some were chunks of wood i've been drying for s few years so i could carve it#some were half finished pieces i just hadn't gotten back around to yet#some i'd saved because they were pretty and i didn't know what i wanted it for yet but i'd figure it out#i'm trying to hold onto the wood i did manage to save but i'm bitter it's mostly basswood which is easy to find#7 pieces of rarer wood saved. just 7#out of roughly 60 pieces large and small in that box#i am fucking heartbroken

i think ruyan was able to handle starlight before he had kids so he has memories of celebrating it in the fortemps house though she was stressed and scared shitless the entire time because it took a good few years for her to be able to look edmont or the brothers in the eye and see them as family. and not the family hes freeloading off of post-dragonsong war. though i do think ruyan notices artoriel trying to make amends with haurchefant by trying to be pleasant to ruyan and this manifests in him buying ruyan a $12,000 (gil to USD) dress for starlight of which ruyan was scared to even breathe near for 45 minutes upon finding out how much it costed

Killed my fursona again, now they're haunting me by giving me dead mice and birds
Also I had an idea for a combat trick and I decided to make it a monster hunter card
#asks#custom cards#amazingly there's only 1 monored instant that gives reach: Academic Dispute#plenty of green reach instants but a sore lack of red ones#this is a straight upgrade over Sure Strike but that's fine because Furious Bellow is too#a slight upgrade#also i'm really satisfied with Geist of Gifts#i feel like all it needs is an uncommon stamp and it'd fit right into Crimson Vow#cost reduction and scaling buffs are dangerous so i made sure to balance the p/t and cost appropriately#and 3 mana feels perfect#you can play it early to start playing good auras or you can play it late to help cast disturb cards#also as usual i had to make sure i got the templating right on Gift of Memories#it counts the total number of 2 different kinds of card in 2 different locations#how in the world is that written?#do you use and or or or and/or between the different kinds of cards? and what about between the different locations?#luckily Beacon Bolt exists so it was an easy copy-paste#ALSO Magic Set Editor (the card creator i use) sometimes ends up putting rules text or flavor text behind the power/toughness box#it's been an issue a few times but i finally figured out how to fix it#normally the font size is automatically as large as possible and shrinks to fit in the text box#but it doesn't consider the p/t box so it ends up making it too big#but i found where i can set the font size manually!#so Geist of Gifts uses a font size of 13.3! perfect!#AND you set the front and back separately so Gift of Memories is just set automatically

//I was supposed to be asleep 20 minutes ago because I have to get up at 5 am to help my uncle with his charity event but my aunt decided it would be a great idea to go ballistic at 10 pm and cause me to have an anxiety attack so I'm going to take my med to make my heart rate go down and try to sleep
#;out of actions#all we asked her to do was go to lowes to get extra large card board boxes#but she didnt want to get dressed and go so after some back and forth between her and uncle#me and him left to get them#note: I did all the work by myself to sort gifts and make the gift bags and fill out each card#and we came back to all of it thrown in like 6 random storage bins from around the house#and she's swearing and losing her mind over this#and saying we could have just used things around the house#but like 6 plastic bins vs 2 large cardboard boxes we can throw out at the event???#we wanted to avoid having to lug a bunch of stuff back#anyway I don't appreciate being told 'fuck you take your gifts and you can go have christmas with your other family'#over a dispute regarding boxes

Pizza delivery drivers of Reddit, what are some of the craziest reasons people have ended up on the “no delivery list”?
gameryamen
I worked for a pizza place that was near a very large software company. Deliveries to the neighborhoods or offices where all the tech workers lived was usually pretty awesome because they'd tip rather well. But there was one apartment that started to become a concern for us drivers. The man ordering was always polite, always paid, always tipped $4, and he would have been a perfect customer. He'd order breadsticks and a salad twice a week, and sometimes he'd include a bottle of root beer. Except when he opened his door, you could see an alarming amount of our breadsticks boxes stacked everywhere inside. Not like a few on the counter and a couple by the trash, stacks and stacks of them. Even worse, it was only our boxes in there. He wasn't just ordering from us often, we were the only place he was getting food outside of work. Now, I've worked in some of those tech offices myself, I know that there's enough decent food options just hanging out in the break rooms that this guy was probably not malnourished, but the way his living space was a shrine of greasy cardboard was a clear sign that this guy didn't have a healthy relationship with our food. Our manager was a really cool dude though, and he heard the drivers joking about the boxes and asked a couple of us "Is this like a messy guy or a guy who needs help?" We agreed it was probably the latter. So on his day off, the manager went to the guys apartment with an envelope that had gift cards for several other restaurants that delivered in that area and chatted with him. Manager found out that the guy was an immigrant on a Visa who was struggling to find American food he liked, and too socially awkward to ask anyone. So he talked with him through a few menus and helped him with some recommendations. Then he helped the guy load all the old boxes into his truck to take to the dump, in exchange for a promise not to order from us more than once a week. For a little while, the manager had a note on the calendar showing the last time the guy had ordered, and a couple times he had to hold his ground and refuse the guy's order. But after that chat, I never saw the stacks of boxes again, and the guy would boast about the different meals he'd had.
what the fuck dude, this is so sweet.

A conversation at a wedding, beside the gifts table. There is a large box wrapped in violently purple paper sitting beside the table.
Guest: That's a big box. Wonder what's in it.
Me: A custom handmade quilt on an oak quilt rack.
Guest: Really?
Me: Yup. Wanna see?
Guest: Sure.
Me: *shows pics on my phone*
Guest: Wow. You made that?
Me: Yep. Finished it last night.
Guest: That's amazing. Very purple.
Me: Yeah, (bride) asked for that.
Guest: Oh, she knows about it?
Me: I worked with her on the design. But she hasn't seen the finished quilt yet. It's a surprise.
Guest: So you take commissions? Could you make one in, say, two weeks?
Me: That depends. Do you have ten thousand dollars?
Guest: What.
Me: Materials, labor, overtime to make that deadline--yeah, it would start at 10K. Might be higher if you wanted expensive materials or some really fancy technique.
Guest: That's a lot of money!
Me: It is.
Guest: Did you charge (bride) that much?
Me: No. Hers is a gift.
Guest: A ten thousand dollar gift?
Me: Well, to the extent that I am part of a quilting tradition at all, the tradition I'm part of is that quilts can ONLY be given as gifts. Anyone who could casually afford to pay for the amount of work involved in a quilt is probably not someone to be trusted with art.
Guest: Art?
Me: ART.
Guest: ...
Me: I also made her a nice satin dressing gown, which she wore for hair and makeup earlier.
Guest: Is that art, too?
Me: I mean, it's got pockets.
#quilting#sewing#fiber art#textile art#quilt#don't undervalue your art guys#also#while pockets might not be art#adding pockets to a woman's garments is def an expression of love
