hrm periodically i think about old critrole things and today i was pondering how much i love percy's bit about cities being monuments to human lives and like. the importance of having roots somewhere, even or especially when you are a d&d-style wandering adventurer.

and i realized that none of my own d&d characters have played with that like, at all?

my most-played character includes a place name in her name of choice (Talia de Larada) but that's entirely a marketing decision - it's not even her hometown, it's her college town, and it's the city most well-known for being the home of their world's most prestigious bard school, so it's more of like. She's basically saying "Hi, I'm Talia, I went to Julliard," every time she introduces herself. She doesn't even have a hometown, really, she grew up in a traveling show. I don't think I even picked a place to say "oh she was born here."

And my next-most-played character Elisheva actively hates her hometown, because it actively hates her. Literally, the way the planes work in that campaign means that the strong Neutral Good alignment of her hometown feels actively uncomfortable to her because of her Chaotic nature. Also, almost everyone there was mean to her (whatever) and, more importantly, mean to her mom (unforgiveable!).

anyway, my most recent campaign has been taking place in my current character's hometown and I hadn't really been thinking about it all that much??? but I think this is going to be floating around in the back of my head now. i think he's going to discover he's a lot more attached to this place than he realized. like, he's kind of a homebody already but I think if you asked him he'd say that what he truly cares about are the people in his community, that they could thrive anywhere, and like - that's true?? but also i think if it came down to it he would feel the loss of that a lot more than he realizes.

(like, yes, if they burn down the temple, you can study torah in a cave, but like - it still sucks that they burned down the temple, you know? that's still a thing you can't get back.)

E a vitória ficou com o Porsche #6 , a marca Alemã repetiu o feito de 9 anos atrás vencendo na casa da Toyota (porque o autodromo de Fuji é da marca Japonesa).

Uma das superpresas do pudim foi o BMW #15 na 2a posição e o Alpine #36 , que foi a despedida do Nicolas Lapierre como piloto na equipe Francesa , que conquistou 2x as 24h Le Mans na LMP2 e 2x campeão do Fia WEC , além de vitórias na Hypercar com o A480 LMH, que agora começa a atuar como diretor da equipe, na etapa do Bahrein provavelmente deve ter o Jules Gounon no #36.

Na Hypercar Trophy o Porsche #12 venceu e foi o campeão de 2024, valé lembrar a Jota vai ser a equipe de fabrica da Cadillac em 2025.

Na LMGT3 a vitória ficou com a Ferrari #54 e o campeonato por antecipação com o Porsche #92 da Manthey Pure RX.

RICCARDO LISI

After his studies in Statistics at the University of Bologna, he left the consultancy in statistics and market research to devote himself to the work of independent curator from 1996. 

From 2001 to 2007 he was the coordinator of the cultural center the factory in Losone (Ticino, Switzerland) where he curates about sixty exhibitions, including the first to see the fellow countrymen Enzo Cucchi and Mario Giacomelli together. From 2007 to 2012 he worked as a project assistant for relevant artists such as Vanessa Beecroft, Marco Poloni and Chiara Dynys. 

At the beginning of 2012, la Rada (Locarno,Switzerland) was appointed director of the independent space of contemporary art, where he took on a mixed role between art curator and cultural manager, a position he held today. In June 2018 he created his first solo exhibition at the independent space Sonnenstube (Lugano,Switzerland).

Dal 2007 al 2012 lavora come assistente a progetto di artisti rilevanti quali Vanessa Beecroft, Marco Poloni e Chiara Dynys.  A inizio 2012 viene nominato direttore dello spazio indipendente d’arte contemporanea la rada (Locarno, Svizzera), dove assume un ruolo misto tra curatore d’arte e manager culturale, incarico che ricopre ad oggi. Nel giugno 2018 realizza come autore la sua prima mostra personale presso lo spazio indipendente Sonnenstube (Lugano, Svizzera).

Yimei Zhang was born in Guiyang City (China), in the province of Guizhou in 1990. She lives and works between Milan in Italy and Locarno in Switzerland. She graduated from the Department of Scenography at the Brera National Academy of Fine Arts in Milan in 2014. She currently works as a photographer, independent curator, organizer of artistic projects and cultural exchanges. From 2014 he begins to deepen the artistic medium of photography, from which he develops an active artistic research. In 2016 he founded Fuzao Studio in Milan, from the term "fuzao" which in Chinese means nervous, to express the restless, interdisciplinary and experimental nature of the project. Fuzao Studio is a curatorial project of production, collection, research and sale of works of independent artistic publication. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to long-term artistic communication between China and other nations. In 2016 he organized the residence for artists "Synchronicity", which includes ten Italian artists and ten young Chinese artists. The works created by the resident artists have become an editorial project entitled "Synchronicity", which was selected to be part of the art book in china (abC) 2016. From the first edition the residence takes place every year.

Fuzao Studio è un progetto curatoriale di produzione, raccolta, ricerca e vendita di opere di pubblicazione artistica indipendente. Si tratta di un’organizzazione no-profit dedicata alla comunicazione artistica a lungo termine tra la Cina e le altre Nazioni. Nel 2016 organizza la residenza per artisti “Synchronicity”, a cui partecipano dieci artisti italiani e dieci giovani artisti cinesi. I lavori realizzati dagli artisti residenti sono diventati un progetto editoriale intitolato “Synchronicity”, che è stato selezionato per far parte dell’artbook china(abC) 2016.
