How You Stand to Benefit from a VESA Mount
Investing in a desktop monitor mount is among the best decisions ever. This is especially true for individuals with limited office space. It is the same for employees who want to free their desks from clutter.
A desktop monitor mount is always handy to maximize your workspace. It attaches the monitor to the edge of the desk. This simple guide explains the benefits of investing in a VESA mount.
This is one of the main reasons for investing in a desktop monitor mount in Singapore. If you are fond of looking down at your laptop screen at home, there is a good chance your neck sometimes feels uncomfortable. When you prop it up, things are the same since your shoulders become discomfited by the inclined keyboard surface. Rather than disregarding this, why not get yourself a desktop monitor mount?
What makes a desktop monitor mount worth your hard-earned money is the sheer fact that it has dual mounting arms. For this reason, you can easily pair up another visual system. In this way, rest knowing you will undoubtedly enjoy viewing two display systems without going through a lot.
Hiring professionals to provide the services is highly recommended to reap maximum benefits from the desktop monitor mount. Such professionals can help you mount it properly and securely. You need to ensure that it is mounted on the right level. Only then can you use it to its full potential.
There’s more to a VESA mount than you might think. From enhancing comfortability to dual mounting arms, rest assured you will never regret your decision after taking this route. But where can you buy the desktop monitor mount in Singapore without going through a lot?
Either way, you need to get one from a reputable brand. There is no better way to make this possible than leveraging what a VESA mount offers. Remember, the VESA mount standard defines the dimensions of the four-hole attachment interface on the back of displays and the screws used to fit those holes.

bay city
HEY im free !! expect tdts updates coming soon!! anyway after some planning i realise that a scene i planned for cant work as expected but i still want u to see it :D HERES THE BAY ONE
more under the cut
“This sucks." The sun launches his tirade on Mark again. The attendant told them, pointed to the elevators, but Mark wanted to be better. He's CEO, bitch, and all that. So, no thank you attendant. We'll brave it up here.
He is halfway up the first incline and he wants to lie down and die.
"You chose this route, dumbass." Chris counters, pulling ahead of him, Dustin in tow. They are dressed like actual hikers, with the shirts and the packs and the sunglasses. Mark went with a shirt, because he has learnt from this weather, and shorts and actual shoes. Eduardo laughs at him, but he does offer a hand, like a tall and lean cane. Mark takes it.
The trail to Fort Siloso, Mark will admit, was not one of his brightest moments. Eduardo had asked what Dustin and Chris would like, absentmindedly, and Mark just remembers easy smiles and hand holdings and friends and he's mentioning the only trail he remembers. He should have looked into it more, he knows, but the look on Eduardo's face of surprise that Mark remembered something kind of makes his brain stop working.
They walk a bit more until the first gun, to which Dustin actually runs to. Chris narrates WW2 history and Eduardo adds the Singapore context, and Mark would enjoy it more if it didn't feel like he was being burnt alive. He sits down on a bench as Dustin ogles at the 25 Pounder Howitzer with the gold plating!
"Hey." Mark nods. His eyes are closed, enjoying the comfort this one fan at this one kiosk gives him. He is broken from his reverie as a cold water bottle hits him in the stomach. Mark opens his eyes as Eduardo drinks his own. He then closes them again, because oh my God.
"You're so unprepared," Eduardo remarks.
"Never been on a hike before."
"Clearly." He smirks as he says this. But his hand moves to cup Mark's chin. His pointer, index and thumb hold him in place, and he is blushing now, because Eduardo's cool fingers spread sunscreen on his face. He can't hear Dustin's squeals or Chris' information dumps anymore. It's just his own heartbeat, Eduardo's quiet breathing, the fan whirring on.
"There." He finishes with a touch on his nose, because Eduardo is an asshole who grins at Mark's current state. He stands up as tall people do, like a jack-in-the-box and Mark just stares, and stands up dazed.
The rest of the trail is just as dizzying. Mark almost falls down the stairs of the gunner's shelters and Eduardo steadies him. He gets spooked by the recorded voices of the statues and Eduardo holds his shoulders and laughs. Mark stands in the first air-conditioned exhibit and blows a sigh of relief and Eduardo looks at him with something in his eyes.
They've finally reversed course towards the exit when Dustin spots the other guns! And the mess hall, and the laundry, and the troopship. And they go through all of those, because it is a refuge from the sun and the history they teach or whatever.
Finally, finally, Mark sits down on a bench. He stares out at the view of the city, as the water flows, as Dustin geeks out about the ropes tying one of the equipments together, he tries to focus.
"Do you ever exercise?" Eduardo says, as he sits down beside Mark. They never look at each other, eyes fixed on those tall glass buildings across the water. Mark laughs anyway, because the most exercise he does is when he has to pull his laptop from whoever is tasked to make him stop working.
"Not really. Better things to do." Eduardo laughs at that.
"Better things than taking care of yourself?" And that tone is so Kirkland. Mark can feel phantom hands, pulling from his desk, pushing him to his bed, running his hands through his hair. Haven't you done enough, Mark?
"No one really to force me to do that." It's a dig. He knows what he's trying to do. He's spent days with Eduardo, hoping for him to realise and come to his senses about how they were always supposed to be EduardoandMark not Mark and Eduardo, continents separating them apart.
"Yeah. Mark Zuckerberg's babysitter. Who on earth could even do that?"
Hands, fingers. "You could."
The city has never seemed closer. The light must be shining brighter, reflecting from those buildings because suddenly Mark's eyes hurt. He can hear the ambient noises of the trail increase to ten times their volume. Eduardo breathes.
"Are you happy here?" Mark asks. He was never one to sugarcoat.
He knows what he wants to hear. He wants to hear it, lie or not.
"I really am."
Waters glitter less at that moment. Mark wants to hear the lie.

Okay I know I talk about mcyts and streamers a lot, but like
Can I take a second to talk about the actual game itself? My experience with it? My nostalgia..
I first found minecraft when I was about, what, 7? 8? It was about a year or so after my mum had moved out of my dad’s house after the divorce, and we were staying in this town house for three years, since one of the owners got a job in Singapore, and them and their spouse were going to live there for a few years.
The details of the house are important to me because I remember very strongly, sitting at the desk against the wall that was across the room from the dining table. I would sit at the desk, using my mum’s old laptop, and my sister would sit across the way, at the dining table, using her laptop.
See, she had been playing minecraft for awhile, I think she found it through one of her friends at school. I think I eventually started playing it because I was curious about it? Or because my sister wanted someone to play with?
So she taught me how the game worked, and I started my first world by myself. I remember it so fondly. It was a creative world(I was terrified of dying in survival, so I just played my first few weeks in creative the whole time), in a spruce biome. I had a large brick house, with very few, one-block windows. The house was way too bulky and tall, and I would never make it as a practical house today, but I loved it in my first world.
My sister built most of it for me, but as a stubborn child, I insisted on building at least this small addition onto the house, and some furnishings.
I just messed around in that house, playing pretend in a little creative world, not actually needing to cook food, or sleep, or make tools or anything. But I did, because I really enjoyed it.
I remember my sister encouraging me to switch it to survival. Promising me that it would be fine, and even if I did die, I wouldn’t loose anything, and I could just respawn back at my house.
I vividly remember this one shot of me standing right outside my house, at the corner, looking up at it, with all the spruce trees surrounding me. One look around, getting comfortable, as my sister had just switched on survival mode. I wandered around my house, still being very cautious and worried. I heard a zombie grown and almost immediately, sprinted back into my big, safe, brick house.
Eventually, I warmed up to survival mode, and started new worlds. I’d build little shacks in the middle of a field, build little bubble domes of glass under water, create long paths and circuits of railroads that lead nowhere, and had no purpose, other than me just experimenting with rails. I had this odd attraction to red stone stuff, but I was too confused to understand how it worked, and too impatient to learn after I wasn’t immediately successful at it. I had all these new fun worlds where I did so much, built random stuff, practiced different skills,
But nothing I ever did will ever stick in my memory quite like that old ugly brick house.
No biome, no matter how pretty, or useful, or optimal for survival it is, will ever have the same value to me as that spruce forest.

By your side
Pairing: Harley Keener x reader, Tony Stark x daughter!Reader
Warning: Death, coping with death, panic attacks, along that line...
Summary: Y/N Stark is the next in line as the heiress of Stark Industries after her father’s death. The public is not very patient nor kind to the mourning teen, so who could she turn to?
A/N: SO BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING I’m pretty sure Harley is over 18, and I mean for this fic’s Y/N to be 18 here too. So, since Ty Simpkins is 19, there’s no kissing in this fic. But oh lord, thank the gods that I finally liked an actor who’s only 2 years older than me!!
———————————————————————
Your hollow eyes were distant as it watched the arc reactor float way in the lake. One would say it looked empty... but if they were to stop time and cautiously look into them, they’d see the excruciating pain that tortured you. Your skin was pale and dark rings circled your eyes, proof you haven’t slept in over 24 hours.
You held your tears in as best as you could, but your eyes still spilled a few tears. Tony Stark had been nothing but a good father to you. The moment your mother died giving birth to you, he was your only family. He was the one who appointed Natasha your god-mother, who taught you computer coding at the age of 5, and who made you pancakes for breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning. Your life seemed to always be under some sort of spotlight, being a Stark, but it was bearable because of your father’s protection over you from the cruel world.
Now, you had to deal with everything on your own as the heiress of Stark Industries.
1 WEEK LATER
ENGLAND
“You ready?” Happy called out from the front of the family jet, getting ready to open up the door. He gave you a soft smile, secretly feeling bad for the 18 year old girl who had to endure all this. He’d heard that Natasha also left the Avengers to you, which meant you were thinning yourself out too much by juggling two managing roles as well as being the replacement for your father in various ways.
“Yeah!” You beamed at him, plastering on your ‘public face’. As soon as he opened the heavy doors of the jet, camera shutters overlapped with one another, followed by calls of your name.
“Y/N!”
“Miss Stark! Over here!”
“Y/N Stark!”
“Smile for me, Y/N!”
Your smile didn’t falter as you waved and blew kisses, a lot like how your father used to present himself. You were your father’s daughter, deceased or alive. You tried to enjoy yourself, a cocky grin on your face as you neared the stand set up in the airport.
“Hello, folks. As many of you know,”
NEW YORK
“My dear father has passed away.”
MALAYSIA
“He was a hero. A man of honor.”
NETHERLANDS
“It was a known fact that he was in constant danger.”
JAPAN
“But he gave his all for the people.”
MEXICO
“And he sacrificed himself for the greater good.”
RUSSIA
“So I, Y/N Stark, as the heiress of Stark Industries,”
SINGAPORE
“Am going to take over for my father. To continue his legacy and the future he paved for us.”
CANADA
“Thank you for all your support, I will not let you down.”
“Ugh, I need a cheeseburger.” You collapsed into the jet seat, exhausted after the unnecessary trips and giving speeches that didn’t mean jack shit. Your back sank into the fluffy seat, and you secretly wished it’ll swallow you whole.
“Okay.” Happy gave you a sympathetic look, his eyes softening as he ordered a cheeseburger to be delivered as soon as you landed.
You plugged in your earphones and looked away, staring into the nothingness of the blue sky. Your eyes darkened as you thought about your father, holding your hand as you got on the family jet for the first time. You were so infatuated with the scenery back then, a huge smile on his face as he watched you press your nose into the window. Your eyes pooled with tears, you had to quickly blink them away before Happy saw.
“Y/N, we’re here. But a little heads up... the press is also here.” Your tired gaze met with Happy’s, and you couldn’t help but to roll your eyes.
“At least tell me my cheeseburger is here.” You stood up, shoving your phone in your dress pocket rather forcefully. You fixed yourself up in the bathroom, putting sunglasses on to cover your reddened eyes.
“Alright Happy, let the hell loose.” You took a deep breath, walking out proudly with a fake but very believable smile on your lips.
Happy followed with a stern look, a few bodyguards behind him pushing away the interviewers who were practically screaming at you. You threw them peace signs, blew kisses, and reassured them with your charming smile. You made a beeline to your assistant, who was waiting for you with a bag from Burger King in her hands.
“Welcome back, Miss Stark. You have a meeting with Miss Bishop, Mr Parker, Miss Lang and the others in... 46 minutes, for the new Avengers Initiative. Also, Mr Keener has requested to have an appointment with you, where in your schedule shall I place him?” She hustled behind you as you took a bite from your burger. You groaned and faced her, holding your hand up to stop her rambling.
“Relax. Did Fury contact?”
“Oh, yes. He called to see if you’ll appoint him the director of the Avengers.” She went through her files like a sandstorm, stressed out as heck as she replied.
“See, that’s the kind of thing you need to tell me. Tell him Natasha left the Avengers to me, so I’ll deal with it, and he has to rebuild SHIELD first before he can work as director again. Also, Harley? Why did he schedule an appointment? He never does that.”
“He wants to be interviewed for the position of your assistant. So does the 206 other applicants that’s called us this week. But Mr. Keener is your close acquaintance, so I figured it was important to tell you.” She breathed, the two of you entering the Stark tower. Newly designed and remodeled.
“My assistant? Aren’t you my assistant?” You furrowed your brows, why would Harley, your long time friend, want to be your assistant?
“Yes, Miss.” She scrambled to find her phone, dropping her clipboard in the process.
You bent down and picked it up, taking your sunglasses off and smiling at her as you handed her the clipboard. “Okay, have him come in in 10 minutes, he’s hired and you’re fired. Take a vacation. I’ll add extra to your pay.”
Her eyes widened, fear swirling in her eyes. “I don’t have anywhere to go...”
“Look, I’ll pay extra 1,000 dollars, just take care of yourself.” You dismissed her, holding your head up high as you strolled into your office. Her nerve-wrecking stress was going to pass onto you if you hadn’t done something about the girl.
“Thank you, Miss Stark!” You heard her call out before you shut the gigantic door to your office. The big room was quiet, making you feel small and empty. All the pretending to be ‘okay’ wasn’t doing anything for your wellbeing.
You neared your desk and sat down, the laptop lighting up as your hand grazed over the space bar. A picture of your father popped up, him and you smiling next to the first robot you built. You were 7 at the time. You had completely forgotten that that picture was your background, and you felt yourself slowly starting to hyperventilate as you continued to stare at it.
A panic attack. You were truly your father’s daughter now. Your breath fell shallow and your heartbeat picked up its pace, all the suppressed tears now flowing as you crashed on the ground. You tried to breathe but the air caught up in your throat, and you could only cradle yourself as you tried to calm down.
“Y/N?” The door flew open, Harley immediately spotting you on the floor. His eyes widened, throwing his file away carelessly to sit down next to you. He turned the screen off, caressing your back and whispering sweet nothings into your ear. “Breathe, Y/N.” His warmth radiated onto your cold hands, his words pulling you out of the dark pit you were thrown in. His voice was protective and kind, calming your erratic heart.
“Harley.” You were finally able to look up at him, your puffy eyes meeting with his. His eyes held peace and love, somehow washing away your fear and sadness.
“It’s okay, I’m here now.” He pulled you into his chest, arms wrapping around you comfortingly. His right hand caressed your hair as you cried into his shirt, healing your shattered heart piece by piece. It was the first time since your father’s death that you allowed yourself to cry freely, instead of covering everything up with a smile.
“Miss Stark, your meeting in the conference room begins in 5 minutes, should I postpone this event?” Friday’s voice rang through the walls, making you shoot up in realization. The new Avengers initiative. Natasha was counting on you to continue the legacy of the Avengers.
“Harley... thank you.” You mumbled, flashing him a genuine smile. “You’re hired, by the way, so you have to come with me.” You stood up, wiping away your tears and grabbing your sunglasses. He gave you a cheeky look as he stood up and gathered his things, which was just a tablet and not a file full of papers. Suddenly glad you fired the girl, you adjusted your suit and readied yourself to face the fire.
“Welcome, boys and girls.” You pushed the glass door open, arms extended as you entered the room full of teenage angst. Peter looked like he just got here after a bad mental breakdown, his eyes trained on you. Kate actually looked enthusiastic while Cassie looked confused and fascinated with her surroundings. Carol, Wanda, Brunnhilde, Sam and Bucky were each in their holograms to attend the meeting.
“Sunglasses indoors? A very Stark move.” Kate commented as you sat down in the middle seat, signaling for Harley to sit next to you.
“What can I say? I am a Stark.” Your tone was playful, but internally you were thanking god that no one thought it weird. “Alright. Folks. You’re here because you’re in line for the next Avengers. I was thinking of putting together the younger team, and the ones who actually used to be in the original team.” The wall behind you dissolved into a digital panel, playing a simple slide you prepared at 2am last night.
“Carol, you’ll continue outer space with the guardians. Wanda, you’ll be with Stephen working on mystic threats. Sam, Bucky, you’ll be with Sharon, Rhodey and Brunnhilde for Earth. You all report back to me, and your rooms in the Avengers compound are being remade. You’re welcome back anytime.” You finished, and they gave you nods of approval with a few thank you’s, before signing off to finish their own business.
“Now that that’s over, we’re the young Avengers. We’re going to replace the OG Avengers, Fury will return as director after he finishes rebuilding SHIELD, so we’ll take missions from him. Let’s go over the basics.” You announced, the panels switching to a hologram of the plans for the future.
A few hours later
“That went well. That’s one problem out of the way, at least.” You stretched your back, walking over to the lounge to relax a little bit.
“Y/N, just got a call. An award ceremony for you tomorrow.” Harley sighed beside you, tapping away on his tablet.
“Jesus, I haven’t even done anything.” You groaned, turning on the TV as soon as you reached the leather couch.
“Y/N Stark. Genius, hero, an American patriot. Just like her father, the great Tony Stark, her excellent mind worked wonders for America from a very young age. Graduating top of the class from MIT at the age 16, Y/N also became the youngest Avenger and now, the CEO of Stark Industries as well as the Director of the Avengers.” You watched with a dull expression as you watched the montage of yourself, praised to the highest clouds and made out to be the next great Tony Stark.
“Yeah. That’s why. You wanna turn it off?” Harley looked at you with a clear smirk on his face, eyeing the TV.
“No... It’s cheesy but I like being praised.” You fell into the cushions, turning the TV off as soon as the praise ended. Harley chuckled at your Stark attitude, leaning on the back of the couch as he watched you.
“I’ll praise you all you want if you come with me to the lab department. You have a interview for the candidates in 10, y’know?” He looked into your eyes, and something in his gaze made you want to stand up and follow him downstairs.
“Fine. Praise me.” You giggled and walked out of the room, grabbing a cup of coffee from the coffee stand you placed around the company. Genius.
“You’re beautiful, obviously the Stark genes. You’re weirdly likable, and you’re a literal genius. You work so hard and try to show everyone that you’re fine just to reassure people who didn’t do shit for you. You’re a truly caring and brave person, and you deserved so much more than what you got...” He trailed off as you looked up at him with wide eyes, the elevator door closing in front of the two of you.
“Keener, why’re you being so sweet?” You smirked at him, who was blushing a bright shade of red under your gaze. But the mood quickly disappeared as the elevator opened to the laboratory floor.
“Alright, humans. I hear you want to be hired at the world’s leading technology and Human Resources company. I mean, why wouldn’t you?” You scoffed playfully, leading the group into the labs.
“That’s another thing complete. Anything else today?” You cracked your knuckles as the elevator shot you back up to your floor. Harley was right beside you with his tablet, smiling widely as he shook his head no.
“That’s great. I’m gonna go tire myself out in the lab.” You announced as the elevator dinged, opening the doors to a huge lab that took up the whole floor.
You got off and smiled brightly, before running off to work on more of the nanotechnology that you’ve been tackling. “Welcome back, Miss Stark.” FRIDAY greets from the speakers, pulling you into the zone of endless tinkering.
3am, Stark Industries
In Stark Industries, workers gets off at 5pm, so there should be zero to none heat signatures in the tower. But like always, you’re still in your lab, ignoring sleep with your endless caffeine fixes.
“Model failed.” The screen blinked red, FRIDAY announcing your 100th failure of the night. You downed the remaining coffee, sighing heavily as you thought of what to do.
“Fine. Replace the 0.2% Hydrogen chloride solution with a 1%, see what it’ll do.” Your head hung low as you slumped down in your desk, the warmth of your heated computer lulling you into sleep.
“Model successful.” Your eyelids brightened up at the bright green light, but it wasn’t bright enough for you to open your eyes.
“Yay...” You mumbled into your arm, falling into a well-earned deep sleep.
The elevator door opened quietly at the laboratory floor, as Harley Keener walked out of the compartment. He had fallen asleep waiting for you to come back up to your office, and he woke up just to realize you hadn’t even left the lab in over 10 hours.
“Y/N?...” He took cautious steps, knowing a Stark and a lab aren’t the safest combinations out there. But all he saw was you slumped over your desk, angelic face resting peacefully on the overheating laptop.
“Aw.” He chuckled to himself, glancing at you love-struck. He never found the right time to tell you about his long time crush, and he’s not sure if he ever will be able to.
So for now, he carries you in a bridal position, laying you softly on your couch and makes sure you don’t wake up. He wraps a white blanket around you, smiling to himself as he turns off the lights, leaving the floor with his heart still hammering from holding you so close.
“Don’t worry. We’ll be okay, Tony.” He whispered as he looked up into the air, hoping that somewhere, Tony heard his oath to protect you and love you until the very end.
He did.

What Rhymes With “AIR”?
1. Are the walls of your room bare or do you have things hanging up there? I have some things on the wall, yes. A few paintings, Audrey Hepburn wall decors, and a poster of Nam Joo Hyuk. I used to have wrestling posters but my mom, ever the control freak, removed them because she didn’t like them. Sigh.
2. When’s the last time you went outside to enjoy the fresh air? I went out this morning to take Cooper to the vet for his anti-rabies shot. I didn’t necessarily do it to enjoy the fresh air, but that came along with the experience as well anyway.
3. Do you watch the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air? I started watching it this month actually! It’s super fun and Will Smith’s physical comedy is hilarious, but it isn’t really the type of show I’d binge-watch given how old the jokes and some of the tropes already are. I definitely don’t dislike it, but I just take longer to watch the episodes.
4. When’s the last time it felt like you were walking on air? Sunday, when I had my virtual grad and found out my parents and aunt and uncle got all my favorite food delivered to the house :) We had baked sushi, baked samgyeopsal, Pancit Malabon, and pichi-pichi that day, aaaaahhhhhh.
5. Have you ever been on air, on a radio station? Very briefly. One of our field trips in high school was a visit to a major broadcasting network, and we we were brought to their AM radio studio. The broadcaster on air at the time – one of my favorites of all time – welcomed us and gave us a chance to say hi on air.
6. Have you ever felt like all of the air was coming out of your lungs? Sure, but I guess it’s more accurate to say that I’ve occasionally felt the sensation of my chest increasingly tightening.
7. Has it seemed as though anything has ever disappeared into thin air? Have you ever pulled an idea out of thin air? The first one, yes. I have this stupid ability to drop a certain thing and have it disappear forever; I hate that it happens to me all the time lol.
I can relate with the second situation as well; when I was still in school and had to write essays, reaction papers, anything of the sort, I’d wait till the last possible minute to start working on it since it’s by then that the good ideas start pouring in.
8. Have you ever wanted to be on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”? Sure. I’ve enjoyed trivia for as long as I can remember, so the show has always been right up my alley.
9. Do you know a billionaire in real life? No. I know a loooot of CEO kids, kids of MNC owners/executives, and kids of political dynasties though...comes with the environment I grew up in and the schools I went to.
10. Would you like to be an heir or heiress to a fortune? I wouldn’t say no to that.
11. Would you be able to successfully get away if you ever came across a bear? The one thing I keep hearing is to stay very still, so I’d be doing my best to do just that. I got no other survival skills though and if there’s apparently anything more that needs to be done during a bear encounter, then I don’t know of them.
12. Where’s your favorite place to go? How long does it take to get there? Hmm I’ve loved going to many places. My favorite vacation spots so far have been Sagada - that’s a 15, 16-hour road trip from Manila; Vigan - 8-hour road trip; and Palawan - an hour or so plane ride from Manila. If we’re taking nearby places, I like going to coffee shops to unwind and have a pastry or two. I don’t have a favorite one; I just go to whichever one’s the nearest to me at the moment.
13. How often do you err on the side of caution? I keep it at a healthy 50/50. There are times I’m okay with taking a big leap, but if I’m not super invested in something anyway and/or if there’s not a lot in it for me, I play it safe.
14. How often do people say they’re angry with you? My life revolves around being a (very cautious) people pleaser and making sure I don’t piss off people. The only people who have told me they’re angry with me are my mom and girlfriend.
15. Do you own any long underwear? I have never heard of these until today. I’d love to live somewhere so cold I need to wear clothes specifically meant to be worn underneath my actual outfit lol
16. How much Tupperware do you own? I’m Filipino, man. Filipino moms practically make it their life’s mission to collect as many Tupperware containers as they can. I’m pretty sure we have a bunch that we didn’t even own to begin with - just magically ended up in our cupboard after all the parties and gatherings we’ve had hahaha.
17. What color is your underwear right now? Green.
18. Do you still sleep with a teddy bear? I never slept with stuffed animals; I preferred pillows.
19. What pair of your shoes has the most wear and tear? In my first year of college the only shoes I owned was a pair of Keds. Used it for everything and it unsurprisingly ended up being super worn out - soles got detached from the shoe and all that. I think we still have it here at home – still destroyed – but it’s been untouched for a while.
20. Do you like to play Solitaire? It was a great boredom buster game for me for a time, especially when phone apps weren’t all that expansive yet. I haven’t played it in many months though.
21. Do you or your family own a full set of silverware? We do.
22. What do you have to take everywhere with you? Phone, wallet, car and house keys. Because of school I’ve also developed a habit of accidentally bringing my laptop nearly everywhere I go – I brought it to the vet once, lol
23. Would you like to visit Delaware? Yes. Delaware actually stands out in my memory because I remember reading in a kids’ almanac many years ago that it was the first to become a US state. Ever since then I’ve kinda bookmarked the place in my head.
24. Last time you received dental care? December. My tooth had been hurting for a couple of months but it became absolutely unbearable by that month so I had to book an emergency appointment days before Christmas. I felt super bad for the hassled dentist (who doubles as a family friend, which made it more embarrassing)... but at that point I was crying myself to sleep every night and would wake up at 3 AM crying in pain, and I would’ve done anything for the toothache to go away.
25. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? Somewhere brutally cold.
26. Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego? I’ve never been able to relate to this question, lol soz.
27. Are you satisfied sitting here, taking this survey, or would you rather be elsewhere? I’m satisfied for now. I found more potential leads when it came to job-hunting and I’m not feeling too anxious anymore. I’ve been so focused on looking for corporate communications/PR jobs in the private sector that I forgot about the possibility of applying my skills in something I’m even more passionate about - museums! We have a few government agencies focused on museums, culture, and the arts and I definitely see myself performing in the jobs they offer. It’s even better because it’ll help me get my foot in the door in government positions, and as someone who’s indecisive about law it’ll be a great bridge to start with. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
28. Last time you sat in a barber’s chair? Early March.
29. Do you own any cans of compressed air? I’m not sure...had to look that up. Maybe we do? Idk. Dad will sometimes hoard random grownup stuff from the hardware store so I’m not ruling this one out.
30. Do you have a swivel chair at your desk? Nope.
31. Do you prefer an armchair or a rocking chair? Rocking chair.
32. Would you rather have a beanbag chair or a hanging swing chair in your room? Hanging swing chair sounds so hipster and awesome lol. I’ve had my time with a beanbag chair anyway.
33. What’s the last non-survey related questionnaire that you had to fill out? SSS form.
34. Are there any crimes that you feel make someone deserving of the electric chair? Not really a death penalty kinda gal, but if anyone had to sit in the electronic chair it’ll be people torturing and abusing animals for fun.
35. Do you know anyone who uses a wheelchair? Yes.
36. Do you know anyone who is on welfare? I probably do.
37. Do you play Modern Warfare? Nopes.
38. Do you ever feel like life is unfair? It is, objectively. I’m a little pessimistic when it comes to this.
39. Have you ever visited Times Square? No. I dunno if I wanna go there...it seems so crowded and claustrophobic, not to mention super tourist-y haha. I’d love to visit once just to see the bright lights and the giant ads, but I’d much rather be at museums and historical sites.
40. Do you tell people to “take care” at the end of a conversation with them? Sometimes. I’ve been saying it a lot more often these days, for obvious reasons.
41. Where is somewhere that you would like to move to? Canada. But I also feel like if I moved there immediately it would be such a culture shock in terms of the weather, culture, how far away I am from family, etc. and I doubt I would cope well. I suppose I can move to either Vietnam or Singapore first, as kind of like a baby step.
42. What is something in your home that needs to be repaired? One of the stovetop burners stopped working last night and my dad’s determined to fix that.
43. What kind of sleepwear do you own? I go to bed in just my normal home clothes; I don’t change to anything else.
44. What skin care products do you use? Water. ;) I’m one of the lucky ones lol.
45. Do you have any spyware on your computer? Nope.
46. Do you own any sportswear? What sports? I have athletic shorts from when I played table tennis.
47. Do you like Fred Astaire? Sure. I’ve only seen one movie of his (Funny Face) and he was a delight in that.
48. How long does it take you to prepare a meal? I only ever make instant meals, oops.
49. Do you know anyone named Pierre? Yes, Eva’s youngest sister is a Pierre. I’m just not sure if it’s also the same spelling.
50. Are you going nowhere fast? I hope not. I’m giving myself a quick break for now after studying for 18 years straight but like I’m not out of ambition or anything like that at all.
51. How often do you have a nightmare? Not very. They only show up when I’m going through a depression. My last nightmare was two or so years ago.
52. How often are you able to catch something in mid-air? It’s unpredictable with me. Some days my reflexes are great but sometimes I’ll just be so clumsy.
53. What do your lawn chairs look like? Brown and wooden.
54. How many chairs are at your dining/kitchen table? Six; just right for our family of five.
55. Favorite type of footwear? Sneakersssssss.
56. When’s the last time one of your senses were impaired? From what? My left eye still gets irritated from time to time. We never really found out what’s wrong with it; my first checkup happened on the day before lockdown, so we never got to go back. When it starts to act up, I usually have no choice but to wait for it to go away.
57. Have you ever been in a hot air balloon before? No. I’ve been to hot air balloon festivals though. That’s enough for me haha; I’m not desiring to be in one and be up in the sky.
58. Do you have a good health care plan? My parents do for us kids.
59. Last time you went to the hardware store? Months ago.
60. Have you ever played foursquare before? No. I thought that was just a website. Oops.
61. Do you own any types of eyewear? I’ve worn a pair of glasses since I was 11. I had needed them much earlier but my mom always thought I was being a sissy and just ‘wanted’ glasses to fit in with other kids. It was such a stupid mindset, and it was so stupid of her to not believe her kid WHO WAS STARTING TO NOT SEE. It was only when I took an eye exam at the school clinic and the school wrote her a letter that she finally believed me, but I had been suffering for a while and could barely read the chalkboard for like two years, which definitely affected my grades.
62. What brand of cookware do you have a lot of? Not sure about brands.
63. Nothing can compare to: Having a complete, loving, and supportive family.
64. Have you ever worked in a childcare center? I haven’t.
65. Do you have a “beware of dog” sign on your gate? Nah. I usually say it myself. Kimi never got used to strangers.
66. Have you ever attended daycare as a child? I guess you can say that? It wasn’t daycare per se but some malls used to have play areas/centers and my mom used to drop me off in those while she ran errands for a few hours. Those aren’t too common nowadays because I guess it’s more dangerous to leave your kids now, even with attendants, but they were a fun part of my childhood.
67. Are you very aware of your surroundings? I’m honestly a little ditzy so no. I always need a more responsible, more street smart friend by my side especially when I’m going somewhere unfamiliar.
68. Have you ever had an au pair or a nanny before? We used to have househelp, but we never saw them as nannies. A vast majority of them never met my mom’s (extremely high) expectations and quit in a few weeks or months, sometimes even days; the few ones who did eventually wanted better lives for themselves and resigned after a few years, which we didn’t stop them from doing. At some point my mom gave up having help around and realized that ultimately, she’d rather clean up and do chores her way.
69. Do you know anyone who has had an affair? Yes.
70. How much are you willing to spend on airfare? I’ve never bought my own ticket so I don’t know how much they’re supposed to be on average...but I imagine I’m willing to pay a lot of money if it means going to the destinations of my dreams.
71. Who do you care about the most? The friends that I count as family.
72. Are you more likely to choose truth or dare? Truth. I’m too shy to do dares and I’ve never had a problem telling the truth anyway.
73. Have you ever seen the Blair Witch Project before? Yes, a few times.
74. Do you like the name Claire? Would you spell it with or without the I? I love it, it sounds elegant and graceful and it’s one of my favorite names. I prefer it with an I – I don’t know any Clares, actually.
75. Last time you went to a fair? Last week of January.
76. What can be done to make life more fair? Ending world hunger and poverty and making education accessible for all.
77. How much are you willing to spend on cab fare? Not much. Cab fares should be fair after all.
78. Do you have a lot of flair? To some extent, I guess. I’m certainly not dragging myself down haha.
79. Do you own flare jeans? Nopes.
80. Is there a glare on your computer screen right now? There isn’t.
81. When’s the last time someone glared at you? Sometime in the last week would be a safe guess. My mom will sometimes communicate through glares and I’ve picked up the habit from her as well.
82. What type of hair do you have? (color, length, texture, etc) How often do you wash it? It’s black, quite thick, a bit on the wavy side, and has a tendency to get frizzy when it’s humid. Length-wise, it currently reaches just my collarbones. After a rebonding disaster around a decade ago my hair got a bit dry and it never really recovered from that, so I need to wash my hair with a giant blob of conditioner every time I take a shower otherwise it would get dry and hard.
83. Do you know the difference between a rabbit and a hare? I know hares are larger, but that’s about it.
84. Do you like to eat eclairs? LOVE them.
85. What do you consider to be your lair? My car has served as my safety bubble for so many depressing days in college. That’s why I got a little heartbroken when my dad told me he might have plans to sell it to my aunt (his sister).
86. A female horse is called a mare. What is a male horse called? A baby horse? Stallion; foal. Thank you, kid’s almanacs haha.
87. Have you ever used Nair before? Did it work? I used Veet in middle school when razors still scared me. It worked, but it took a whiiiiile and sometimes it wouldn’t even take all the hair off, so eventually I just started shaving.
88. Has anyone ever told you to “grow a pair”? No, and no thanks.
89. What is something that you own a pair of? Dogs.
90. What is a rare quality that you have? Other people will have to answer that. They’re the ones who see me and get to decide what’s rare about me.
91. Last food you pared? I don’t think I’ve done that.
92. Do you know someone who is a debonair? Sure.
93. Do you like to scare others for fun? No.
94. What is something that scares you? The idea of being in a plane crash, for one.
95. Do you like Sonny and Cher? Can’t say I’m a fan or that I’ve listened to anything of theirs.
96. Do you know how to share? Do you like to share? Sure. The only thing I’m a little selfish about is my food lol.
97. Have you ever played a snare drum before? A few times before, yes.
98. What do you do with your spare change? I give them to the tambays who help me get out of parking spots. That or I use it to buy food in school, since everything in UP’s cheap enough to pay with coins.
99. Do you know how to put on a spare tire? No. I’m interested to learn though.
100. Have you ever gotten a spare while bowling before? Yep, it’s happened a few times.
101. When’s the last time you wished someone would spare you the details? A week ago.
102. Do you win games fair and square? Sure. I’ve only cheated once and that was on an exam.
103. Do you know how to find the square root of something? Not anymore. I do have a bunch of perfect squares still memorized, though.
104. What are the characteristics of a square shape? Four equal sides that are also right angles.
105. Have you ever been called a square before? No. I don’t know what that means either, so if I got called that I wouldn’t know how to react.
106. Do you prefer the elevator or the stairs? Elevator.
107. Do you ever stare at other people? Only if it’s a bizarre situation. Once when this drunk guy got arrested in BGC and was being physical with the police, I stared and watched the whole thing. I do try to look away for most scenarios though.
108. How often do you swear? A few times a day.
109. Do you ever “swear on your life”? It’s not a saying that I commonly use, no.
110. What do you like to “tear up”? Eh, I don’t really like tearing up things.
111. What type of wares would you sell? Not interested in sales or business, so that’s a pass for me haha.
112. What kinds of clothing do you like to wear? I like wearing whatever’s trendy, as long as I genuinely like the look.
113. Have you ever had a pregnancy scare before? Never. [a-zebra-is-a-striped-horse]

(THE STORY AIN’T OVER YET THE SOCIAL NETWORK 2), My heart, my hips, my body, my love, tryna find a part of me that you didn't touch gave up on me like I was a bad drug (MARK DITCHED HIM LIKE A BAD DRUG AND TOUCHED HIM EVERYWHERE), Our songs, our films, united, we stand Our country, guess it was a lawless land Why are my fears at the touch of your hands? Paper cut stains from my paper-thin plans My time, my wine, my spirit, my trust Tryna find a part of me you didn't take up Gave you so much, but it wasn't enough But I'll be alright, it's just a thousand cuts (FACEBOOK WAS THEIR COUNTRY IT WAS A LAWLESS LAND, MARK’S HANDS, EDUARDO’S TRUST, HE TOOK SO MUCH AND EDUARDO GAVE SO MUCH AND IT WASN’T ENOUGH, THERE WERE SO MANY CUTS)
LONDON BOY:
But something happened, I heard him laughing I saw the dimples first (MARK’S FUCKING DIMPLES), And then I heard the accent, they say home is where the heart is, but that's not where mine lives (MARK HEART EDUARDO’S ACCENT AND HE’S IN SINGAPORE NOW :’( ) He likes my American smile, like a child when our eyes meet (EDUARDO LIKES MARK’S AMERICAN SMILE LIKE A CHILD WHEN THEIR EYES MEET),

What am I supposed to do. If there's no you? (EDUARDO THINKING OF MARK), This won't go back to normal, if it ever was It's been years of hoping, and I keep saying it because, cause I have to (EDUARDO YEARS AFTER THE DILUTION)
FALSE GOD:
We were crazy to think, crazy to think that this could work remember how I said I'd die for you? (EDUARDO) We were stupid to jump in the ocean separating us Remember how I’d lie to you? (MARK), And I can't talk to you when you're like this, staring out the window like I’m not your favorite town I'm New York City, I'd still do it for you, babe (EDUARDO), They all warned us about times like this They say the road gets hard and you get lost (YEAH BIG MARKWARDO VIBES), When you're led by blind faith, blind faith (EARLY FACEBOOK DAYS), But we might just get away with it, religion's in your lips, even if it's a false god We'd still worship, we might just get away with it, the altar is my hips even if it's a false god, we’d still worship this love (EDUARDO AND YEAH), Hell is when I fight with you, but we can patch it up good, make confessions and we're begging for forgiveness (VERY THEM), Daring you to leave me just so I can try and scare you (MARK)

They’re happy in their individuality now there’s a more in-depth look on my blog
It’s Nice to Have a Friend:
Lost my gloves, you give me one (Mark) "Wanna hang out?"(Eduardo) Yes, sounds like fun (Mark) Video games, you pass me a note (What Kirkland fic doesn’t have them playing video games?) It's nice to have a friend (Best Friends), You've been stressed out lately, yeah, me too, something gave you the nerve to touch my hand (Classic Markwardo fic move), Call my bluff, call you "Babe" Have my back, yeah, every day, Feels like home, stay in bed the whole weekend (Mark)
Daylight:
My love was as cruel as the cities I lived in, everyone looked worse in the light There are so many lines that I've crossed unforgiven, I'll tell you the truth, but never goodbye (MARK ENERGY), I don't wanna look at anything else now that I saw you, I don't wanna think of anything else now that I thought of you I've been sleeping so long in a 20-year dark night and now I see daylight (EDUARDO), Luck of the draw only draws the unlucky and so I became the butt of the joke (EDUARDO ABOUT THE DILUTION), I wounded the good and I trusted the wicked, clearing the air, I breathed in the smoke (Mark wounded Eduardo and trusted Sean, trying to make Facebook stronger he ended up hurting Eduardo), Maybe you ran with the wolves and refused to settle down (Mark ran with the wolves (sean) and refused to settle down always working still), Maybe I've stormed out of every single room in this town (Eduardo storming out of Facebook), Threw out our cloaks and our daggers because it's morning now it's brighter now, now (They’ve resolved their issues now), And I can still see it all (In my mind) (Their past is their past and it’s still there but they’re stronger), All of you, all of me (Intertwined) I once believed love would be (Black and white) But it's golden (Golden) (Eduardo thought love should be simple and easy and no fighting) And I can still see it all (In my head), back and forth from New York (Eduardo having to fly back and forth, and them being apart) I once believed love would be (Burning red) But it's golden (Mark believed love was nothing but passion but he discovered it was more complex) You gotta step into the daylight and let it go, just let it go, let it go (They had to let go of their issues and focus on the fact they were meant for one another)

My boss is an influencer
This is a work of fiction.
..................................................
I met Ning when we were both doing temp jobs at a pharmacy.
She’s doing it as a temp job during her school holidays whereas I’m doing it because I need to make a living.
Armed with only a ‘O’ Level cert with mostly ‘F’ grades, there’s not much for someone like me in Singapore.
The only ‘B’ I got is for English.
At 16, I started working, hoping from temp jobs to temp jobs, I wanted something permanent too but no one wanted me.
Most companies stopped using me after the initial trial period.
The pharmacy job was the one that lasted the longest, 6 months.
So for 6 months, I worked with Ning in the same shop, arranging items, attending to customers, her sweet demeanour made her the customer’s darling.
Everyone wanted to be served by Ning instead of me.
It’s not a gender thing, it’s because I’m stupid.
Yes it’s true.
I’m stupid and clumsy, I make mistakes all the time and despite repeated reminders, I would still make the same mistakes.
I can’t help it. I know I’m stupid, low IQ , I don’t know. Something is wrong with me.
Ning on the other hand, is so much smarter. Let’s not forget she is smoking hot as well.
Her long legs looked so good when she turned up in shorts. I always imagined I was hiding in the store where she changes into her long pants for work. That way I would be able tot steal a glimpse at her panty.
Ning scolds me sometimes when I mess things up but it’s ok with me.
She will always remain the sweet helpful girl in my heart.
You can probably imagine by now I’m that loner hiding in a corner of the room with a book in hand.
The one with no friends.
It’s true, I feel more comfortable spending my time with books that with other people.
Ning knows this, and she gives me quite a few books she no longer wants. I took them all. It didn’t matter if the covers were pink and the titles were girly.
I treasured everyone of them, arranging them neatly in my shelf.
I would even smell the books and imagine I was smelling Ning’s hand.
I masturbated to Ning regularly, I want her but she would never want someone as stupid as me.
She’s a smart university undergraduate, whereas I’m just a lowly stupid guy working in a retail store. It wasn’t long before I started writing poems and love notes to Ning.
She read each one and laughed. She thinks it’s a joke.
I don’t blame her.
It’s like a toad lusting after a swan.
We kept in touch after she went on to study full time in university while I enlisted in the army.
Kept in touch meant sending each other a merry Christmas, or New year message once a year, usually one of those meaningless animated stuff other people forward.
I followed her social media feed, I stalked her postings.
Everytime there is something new for me to masturbate to, I will download and keep it in my computer.
We may be apart but my infatuation with her grows ever stronger.
After my service in the military, I started doing work as a security guard in a condominium.
It was simple work, recording vehicle numbers, and patrolling the grounds and scanning the various checkpoints. I still get scolded though, some residents can be pretty mean, expecting me to do everything from catching a lizard from their unit to changing a light bulb or helping them bring their trash to the recycle bin.
3 months into my work at the condominium, I got a shock when I saw Ning walking towards me at the pool.
Ning : JAMES !!! oh my god !!! what are you doing here !!!
James : Oh…. Ning…. You stay here ??
Ning : are you a security guard ?? hahahaha….
James : Yes…. It’s…. the only thing I can find … after I finish my army….
Ning : It’s been so long since I last saw you !!! my god… years… !!
It may be years since she last saw me but it was only last night when I saw Ning, not in person though.
On a screen, with my hand wrapped around my cock.
We caught up a little and Ning told me she is starting her own branding company slash online ecommerce slash marketing company.
James : wow… that’s impressive….. you’re so smart… I’m sure you will do very well….
Ning laughed as she looked at me in the ill fitting security uniform.
Ning : James…. Cannot la… you… you don’t look like a security guard… hahaha….
I smiled and immediately was a bit conscious of how I look.
I was about to excuse myself to save me the embarrassment when Ning held me on my shoulder.
Ning : JAMES!! James !!! look… I have an idea….there is no future…. In doing this… I mean… come on… security… ??
James : i…. I’m not exactly flooded with choices…. You… you know how I am…with work and all…
Ning patted her chest and gave me that sweet cock sure smile.
Ning : work for me James….
James : what ?
Ning : I have so many engagements, I have no time to edit my articles…. And write my reviews…. This is perfect….. remember you used to write those notes and peoms…. You write so well !!! what do you think ??
James : huh ?? .. i….
Ning : ok… look… I’ll pay you…. There’s CPF, there’s medical benefits…. I have a proper office….. you have your own desk, computer… a real office job….you deserve better….
This is like a fucking dream come true man.
Working for the girl you are masturbating to regularly.
Even if I’m stupid, I will not say no.
I nodded my head and Ning punched a fist in the air.
Ning : You are my first employee James !!! yes !!!... hahaha
She added that together, we will grow the company to great heights.
It all happened so fast, within a month, I was out of my uniform and i find myself standing in front of Ning at her so call office.
It’s a industrial unit in Paya lebar, it’s big, about the side of a 3 room flat.
It’s stacked full of sponsored clothing and samples. There are shoes and heels piled on top of each other on the metal shelves.
Clothes were strewn all over the place like it’s a war zone.
My own table was a cold metal desk and the computer I was given is Ning’s old laptop with 3 hello Kitty stickers.
It’s ok, I don’t mind.
Beggars can’t be choosers right.
I start work at 9 and I usually leave at 7pm.
There is so much to do.
Besides editing Ning’s work, I need to take photos, I need to drive her to engagements and events, I need to buy her meals, I need to wash her clothes.
I’m being worked like a slave.
Within a couple of months, Ning’s true colours started to show.
In front of the customers, the clients, she is the sweet darling of the influencer world. In front of me, she is at her absolute worst.
“ JAMES !!! OH GOD!!! FUCK…. WHY ARE YOU SO STUPID !!!! “
“JAMES !!! DON’T WASH THE COLOURS WITH THE WHITES !!! “
“ JAMES !! DAMM IT… FUCK…..!! WHERE IS THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS SOCK !! “
“ JAMES !!! WHERE ARE THE SCISSORS !! “
“ JAMES ….MY GOD.. CAN YOU FUCKING DON’T BE SO STUPID !!! “
Abuses like this fly on a daily basis.
Ning gets especially angry when the photos I take are not satisfactory.
“ MY LEGS ARE LOOKING FAT YOU STUPID !!.. NOT THIS ANGLE… !! “
“ AGAIN… NOT NICE !”
“ THIS VIEW CANNOT !!! ARE YOU DUMB ?? YOU’VE SHOT ANGLES LIKE THIS BEFORE SO MANY TIMES !!! “
“ NO… NO… NO…. TAKE AGAIN….!!! “
“ I SMILE UNTIL MY JAWS HURT ALREADY… YOU STUPID….FUCK…”
“ CAN YOU DO IT PROPERLY…? USE YOUR BRAIN FOR ONCE !! “
I continued working quietly and I took the abuse, because I like Ning.
She looks so good in the photos. Especially in her sports attire. She’s pretty big in the sporting scene, doing active style type of clothing and endorsements.
The smile, the slim and tone body, that pair of sexy legs.
In photo, everything is perfect.
What about my pay ? Well, I’m being paid 1200 a month. The same rate I get for being a security guard. At least I get to work with Ning, a pretty and hot babe.
How do I handle the stress then ?
I masturbate of course. Almost on a daily basis.
Ning’s clothes, her worn shoes, socks. Everything her sponsor gives her, she wears them for the shoot then chugs them in the office.
I was tasked to wash and hang all of them up nicely. Before I do, I would indulge in them.
Sports bra ? Yoga tights ? those are my favourite.
Sometimes I wonder myself if I deliberately made the shoot more difficult to see Ning sweat and get all worked up, or maybe for her to stay in the clothes longer.
The longer she wears the clothes, the more of her smell accumulates on them. The greater the satisfaction when I use it to masturbate.
She usually leaves office around 5pm, leaving me with enough time to jerk off with the day’s offerings before heading home.
It’s a good thing for me, I get to see Ning, masturbate to her clothes.
Ning did not know that I have secretly taken pictures of her undressing.
I also have video of her peeing in the toilet.
Yes, I also have plenty of her upskirt.
At the days turn to months, and the months to years, Ning got more popular.
She started to get more busy but I remained her only staff.
My pay went up to 1.4k and I spent many night in the office.
Our office expanded to include a small studio and with 2 sections converted into 2 small bedrooms.
One for me and one for Ning.
There are nights when we are simply too tired to go on and we would just sleep over in the office.
I would touch myself under the blanket, thinking of Ning sleeping next door from me.
I thought maybe one day the shouting, the scolding and the verbal abuse would stop but it never did.
It’s ok.
It’s ok because I like Ning. She is my angel.
Until one day everything changed.
It was a Sunday.
I felt this throbbing need to jerk off and I did not want to do it at home.
I want to do it in the office, surrounding by Ning’s belongings and clothes.
I want to smell the clothes she has worn that week that is still lying in the laundry basket.
I made my way to the office and I was in the midst of picking out a bikini she modelled a few days ago when I heard commotion at the door.
I could hear Ning but she was not alone.
I panicked and I tried to find a place to hide.
I dashed into a large full height wardrobe with held all her long dresses and gowns and I held my breath.
Seconds later, I saw Ning come into office with a guy.
Another man.
They were smiling and giggling, they were holding hands.
I felt the anger rising in my heart but I felt that familiar rise in my cock.
Ning’s giggling stopped when the guy took her in his arms.
My erection throbbed when I watch them kiss and the guys hand started roaming downwards to Ning’s breast.
I find myself shaking and trembling in the wardrobe.
I was angry.
So angry that I felt like charging out and pulling them apart.
I watch Ning pull her own top off as she smiled at the guy.
That slut.
That fucking slut.
She has never smiled in that manner at me before.
I watched her remove her skirt, revealing a cream pair of lacy panty I’ve masturbated to before and before I realised it, I was smiling.
I was smiling as I look at Ning.
I smile not because I’m watching her undress.
I smile not because I know I’m going to get to see Ning have sex.
I smile, because my mind started to get flooded.
Flooded with images of the things I’m going to do to her.
She’s so proud of her body.
She like to show of her flesh and tone abs and humble brag about it.
I should grant her that wish of sharing her body with the world.
And before I do that, I’m going to enjoy her body.

I don't know if you're up for it because I'm sure you're really busy and everything but now that season 3 of Supergirl has finished in such a weird way, some happy little drabble or something about Sam and Alex would do wonders for my mood!
hmmmm
Sam Arias has not had a good day. It started with one of the other parents rear-ending her on her way out of the carpool line at Ruby’s school, leaving her bumper dented and scratched, and went downhill from there into a series of failed negotiations and furious conference calls, the enraged resignation of one of her tax directors, a missed lunch, and the last two hours on a video conference with Lena on her trip to woo investors in Singapore.
“Sam.” Lena pinches the bridge of her nose and breathes in heavily. "Go home. We can deal with this tomorrow.“
"There are just a few–”
“Go home,” Lena says again, sharply, pointedly. "It’s, what, almost ten there? You should have been home hours ago.“
"I texted the sitter,” Sam mumbles, not looking up from the messy collection of contract drafts on her desk.
“Sam,” Lena sighs out. "This doesn’t need to be fixed tonight. Go home and get some sleep. We’ll work on it tomorrow.“
Sam finally looks up, Lena’s face blurring on her screen briefly as her eyes unfocus with exhaustion. "Okay.”
“Good.” Lena tilts her head to one side, then another, neck cracking. "I’m telling Jess to move the meeting with Stephen. Sleep in.“
"I–”
“Do it,” Lena says firmly.
“Fine,” Sam mutters. "So demanding.“
"I’m not dignifying that with a response,” Lena says with a sniff. "I’ll talk to you tomorrow.“
"Bye, jerk,” Sam says, even as she smiles, and her screen goes blank. Her joints, Kryptonian resilience notwithstanding, protest when she stands slowly from her chair. She hadn’t moved in the last three hours and her back was not forgiving her for it.
The building is almost completely empty, save for the night guards and janitorial staff, and she shuffles slowly down to the lobby and calls an Uber. Ruby will have to take the bus tomorrow, because Sam is five minutes away from falling asleep at the wheel.
Her shoes drag on the concrete on her way up the sidewalk, shoulders slumping with exhaustion, and the house feels far enough away that she contemplates pulling the inhibitors off of her wrists, discarding the kryptonite safety net weighting her powers down.
Instead, she shuffles up the front steps and swallows a yawn as she unlocks the door, apology already forming in her throat for Mrs. Queller and her formidable glare.
Mrs. Queller isn’t there in her usual seat on the couch with her knitting and audiobook, her purse conspicuously absent from the table in the hallway, replaced with a leather jacket tossed on the table and Alex on the couch with a computer in her lap.
“Hey.” Alex cranes her head around and smiles at her, voice soft in the half-lit downstairs. "Shh, Ruby’s already asleep.“
"Alex,” Sam says dumbly, blinking at her, hand with her keys still hovering in the air. "What are you–“
"Ruby asked for help studying for her chem exam.” Alex shuts her laptop and settles it on the coffee table, pushing up to her feet and shuffling over to Sam with her hands in her pockets, socks sliding on the hardwood. She pulls up short just shy of Sam, head tilting to one side and shoulders lifting in a shrug. "And when I got here Mrs. Queller said you had to work late, so I said I could stay.“
"How long have you been here?”
“Sevenish?” Alex says with a shrug. She reaches out and pulls the keys from Sam’s hand, dropping them blindly into the bowl on the table, and her hands curl around Sam’s wrists gently. "Everything okay at work?“
"Yeah,” Sam mumbles, blinking slowly and shaking her head. "Just a long day.“"Did you get dinner?”
“What?”
“Food.” One side of Alex’s mouth lifts up. "You’re completely fried, aren’t you?“
"Mhm,” Sam says through a yawn. "Hey.“ She rolls her head on her neck and then her shoulders, the movement pulling Alex closer so she can kiss her cheek.
"Hey back.” Alex presses a kiss of her own to the corner of Sam’s mouth, pushed up on her toes, and gives up her hold on Sam’s wrists to work her coat and blazer off her shoulders. "There are leftovers in the kitchen if you’re hungry.“
Sam’s stomach growls, right on cue, and she drops her forehead down onto Alex’s shoulder with a groan. "So hungry.”
Alex’s finger hooks into the edge of one of Sams’ pockets and she pulls gently, tugging her towards the kitchen. She settles Sam onto one of the barstools with a firm look and sets to retrieving Tupperware from the fridge.
“Did you cook?"
"Just pasta,” Alex says from her spot by the microwave. She covers the fettuccine with a paper towel and sets the microwave going, spinning smoothly on one sock to the cabinets on the other side of the fridge and pulling down a wine glass.
Sam drops her temple against her hand, leaning tiredly against the counter and watching as Alex moves around her kitchen easily, heating up the leftover dinner she’d made Ruby, sliding a bottle of wine out of the rack and pouring her a glass. Her eyes droop halfway to closed before she’s even had her first sip of wine, a sleepy smile stretching across her face as the microwave beeps and Alex pulls the food out with a flourish.
“What?” Alex pauses, halfway across the kitchen, frozen in place with a plate of plasta in her hands.
“What?” Sam blinks and shakes her head, clears her throat, takes a heavy swallow of her wine.
“You were looking at me weirdly.” Alex takes the last few steps over to the counter and slide the plate over to Sam, blindly fishing out a fork and knife and offering them to her.
“Was I?” Sam twirls her fork into the pasta and takes an overly ambitious bite. She points down at it with her free hand and flashes a thumbs up, focusing on her food instead of the way she knows her cheeks are flushing under Alex’s scrutiny.
“You were.” Alex leans her elbows onto the counter and props her chin in her hand, eyes narrowing. "Do you secretly hate fettuccini?“
"I love fettuccine,” Sam says with a scoff, taking another overlarge and defiant bite. "See?“
"Uh huh,” Alex says drily. "You know I won’t be offended if you don’t like it, right?“
"Believe me when I say,” Sam says, pausing to take another sip of wine. "That this is the best fettuccine I’ve ever had.“ She takes another long sip of her wine, draining the last of it, and drops her head back with a sigh and a groan. "Thank you.”
“It’s not exactly gourmet,” Alex says, reclaiming the wine glass and refilling it, taking a moment to steal a sip.
“That’s not exactly not the point,” Sam parrots back at her, propping her chin in her hand again.
“Then what is?” Alex drops down to mirror Sam’s posture, one eyebrow lifting. “Do you know how many times I’ve come home at 11:30 to something besides leftover takeout and a babysitter?”
“Oh,” Alex says softly, shoulders dropping and mouth turning down minutely, something distinct and sad stretching across her eyes. It’s not like when they were struggling against Reign, when Sam’s life was wheedling away, when Alex had been fighting for Sam, for Ruby, for all of them all determination and stubbornness with a tight jaw and a tighter fist; it’s not like when Sam had woken up weeks later, broken but free from Reign, or when she was learning to use her powers, waiting to go home, finding her way back into a world and a life that had moved on without her. It’s something new, something pained and quiet that passes over her since they started dating nearly a year earlier, when conversation saunters towards the details of the shelters Sam lived in at sixteen, the three weeks in their first year in National City when they slept in Sam’s car before they could find an apartment, the fact that Sam’s spent every night since Ruby was born with no one to come home to.
“Don’t make the sad eyes,” Sam mumbles around another mouthful of pasta. "Seriously.“ She polishes off the last of the fettuccine and drops her fork with a clatter.
"I don’t make sad eyes,” Alex says, wrinkling her nose.
“You really do,” Sam throws back. She leans forward and grabs for Alex’s wrist, tugging gently until she has a hand to hold onto, fingers winding through Alex’s comfortably. "It’s nice, having someone to come home to.“
Alex’s cheek flush and she clears her throat, ducking her head down even as her grip on Sam’s hand tightens. Her thumb works its way underneath the band of the inhibitor, moving slow and easy over the familiar lines of Sam’s wrist. She doesn’t say anything for long seconds, and Sam’s eyes start to slip shut again under the rhythmic movement of Alex’s thumb on her skin until Alex pulls away with a poorly-disguised sniff and sets to loading Sam’s plate into the dishwasher.
Another yawn pulls its way out of Sam’s throat, and she drops her head down onto her arms, already halfway to sleep. A whine escapes when she feels rather than sees Alex pulling her heels off and pulling her off of the stool.
"Come on, babe, work with me,” Alex grunts out when Sam sags onto her shoulder. "Honestly, what’s the point of alien superpowers if you don’t use them.“
"Rude,” Sam mumbles around another yawn, even as she takes her shoes out of Alex’s hand and grabs Alex by the waist, yanking her up over her shoulder swiftly. Alex lets out a strangled yell, slapping her hand over her mouth to cut it off and keep from waking Ruby, and slaps at Sam’s back uselessly.
“You asked for this and you know it,” Sam informs her pointedly, setting off up the stairs easily.
“Rude,” Alex parrots back at her, even as she wiggles with a frustrated grumble until Sam rolls her eyes and flips her around, smiling widely down at her as she lands with a grunt in Sam’s arms. "That’s better.“
"So demanding.” Sam rolls her eyes and shoulders the door to her bedroom open and drops Alex down onto the bed. She flops down next to her with a groan, almost halfway to sleep again. She lets Alex’s hands move her around, changing her out of her suit and into the ratty t-shirt from her high school track team that she likes to sleep in after long days.
“Please tell me you’re taking it easy tomorrow,” Alex says as she plugs Sam’s phone in and works the blankets out from under her so she can slide down into the cool sheets with a sigh.
“Cancelled the first meetings,” Sam says with a yawn. "Nothing til noon.“ Her fingers hook into one of Alex’s pockets. "Stay here tonight. It’s late.”
Alex doesn’t say anything, instead kissing her briefly and changing into the pajamas she’s kept in Sam’s dresser for almost a year. Sam’s arm reaches out and curls around her hip as soon as she lays down, pulling her closer blindly and settling around her waist, and Alex sinks back into her with a yawn of her own.
“You should move in,” Sam murmurs, the sound mostly disappearing into Alex’s shoulder where her lips are pressed. "I like coming home to you.“
Alex’s heartrate stutters for a moment, her breath catching behind her sternum and muscles tensing, because Sam is nearly dead on her feet, too tired to function, and–
"Stop thinking and just say you will,” Sam says with a grumble.
Alex turns around her in arms, one hand following the line from Sam’s elbow to her shoulder and back again. Sam’s eyes are open, clear in the dim light that always filters in from the neighbor’s driveway, and her fingers fit easily, habitually, over Alex’s hip.
“Okay,” Alex says, smiling and shuffling closer so she can kiss Sam. "Okay.“
"Good,” Sam says with a nod and a wrinkle of her nose. "Now turn around and let me spoon you until I go to sleep.“
"So bossy.” Alex rolls her eyes, even as she turns around and drags Sam’s arm over her waist, pulling until she’s pressed tight to Alex’s back and holding her firmly. Her hand traces the line of Sam’s forearm, elbow to wrist, in time with her breathing as she falls asleep almost immediately. When Alex makes it to sleep herself, Sam’s still wrapped around her and breathing softly against the back of her neck, gentle and warm and, now, officially, Alex’s home.
