It's been a while since I wrote in such a long time which was like in the beginning of me being apart of my very first fandom which was Voltron and writing a book in 2017-2018 about this fandom I was apart of for two years. Kuro went inside your bathroom as he started up a warm bath for you to get in to ease the pain from your lower torso after an eventful night. As he eased you into the tub, he got in as well as he started to cuddle you. "I'm sorry if I went to hard my little cadet." He felt guilty, but you reassured him. "It's ok, I enjoyed it but never expected you to be so bold." Your cheeks started to heat up as you felt his hand touch your cheek. "Well...did I make a first good impression on you cadet?" You nodded. "You did." You smiled. Everything happened so quickly with the whole incident with him licking your lips yesterday morning and freaking out about your feelings towards the clone. But this was something you never wanted to forget. After the bath, he picked you up as you both dried off and got ready in bed. But something was lingering on your mind. "Hey I have a question?" You asked and he responded. "And I have an answer?" You spoke up. "When did you gained feelings for me?" He chuckled as he put his head on top of yours. "When you found me on that ship."

He's cleaning his sword after sharpening it when Kuro comes back, still dripping monster blood and gore from his arms and hands.  Lance scrunches up his nose in disgust when he removes his gaze from his sword and sees the bits of brain and guts peppering Kuro's hair.

"Man," he groans, putting away the cleaning utensils and sheathing his sword before moving to his arrows.  "Go clean up or something.  You smell awful!"

"Really?," Kuro sniffs the air experimentally, "I can't smell shit.  Maybe my nose got used to it."

"Yeah well," Lance scoffs and starts working on an arrow head, "no, you smell like shit, man.  It's making me feel sick--"

"That's not what you said last night," Kuro winks and laughs, dropping his weapons in a dirty heap on the floor and taking large strides to the bathroom, "you waxed poetry 'bout my scent and stuff!"

"You were clean last night!," Lance's cheeks burn bright, "That's different!"

PROMPT: Shiro is back! YAY! But there are theories going around that our Shiro isn’t our shiro. And his s/o firmly believes there is something not right about this Shiro.

A/N: Personally I do believe the Shiro clone theory even though, I want Shiro to be happy. He’s one of my favorite characters(well every character is my favorite,) and I just want to pretend Kuron Shiro(clone Shiro) is our Shiro. REQUESTS OPEN.

Y/n walked to their bedroom nervously, trying to avoid everyone. Especially Shiro. Y/n was excited to have Shiro back at first, they were blinded by how happy they were at first. But after nearly a week, they noticed some things off with Shiro. They began to think about this Shiro not being theirs when his lion didn’t allow him in. Then they kept noticing little things.

When Shiro first came back to the castle, Shiro flinched when they hugged him. Y/n originally thought it was because of possible PTSD. They couldn’t tell anyone though. He also became more possessive of y/n. Before he was protective, but you couldn’t tell unless you paid attention. Y/n felt the only person they could talk to about this was Keith. He was the new leader after all.

But even then, they couldn’t talk to Keith about it. Y/n wanted to think that this Shiro was their Shiro, but they couldn’t. He acted like Shiro, he looked like Shiro, but, this wasn’t y/n’s Shiro.

“Y/n!” y/n heard Shiro call out. Y/n cursed under their breath, they turned around trying their best to have a smile on their face. Shiro walked over to y/n and gave them a kiss on the cheek. Y/n wrapped their arms around Shiro, temporarily forgetting their suspicions about Shiro. But, only for a second. Y/n visibly tensed. “Are you ok?”

“Yeah,” Y/n pulled away. “I’m fine.”

“I was just headed to the training deck. Do you want to come?” Y/n declined.

“I’ve gotta talk to Keith about something.”

“What about?”

“Just, asking him for some advice.”

“Oh,” Shiro hugged y/n. “Ok,” he kissed y/n on the forehead.

Y/n laid on their bed looking up the ceiling as they played with the hem of their shirt. A knock at the door made them lose focus. “Come in,” Y/n sat up. In walked in Keith. “Did you need something?” Y/n crossed their legs.

“Shiro said you wanted to talk to me.”

“Oh, yeah.” Y/n moved to the side and pat the spot next to them. Keith walked over and sat next to them. “I need to talk about Shiro.”

“What about him?”

“He’s different. I know Shiro was gone for a while, but was it really long enough for Shiro to have hair to his shoulders?” Y/n looked down at the necklace Shiro bought them. “His lion didn’t allow him to back into him. And I know the black lion should have recognized him. I know this because of the time when the three of us were at the other planet and you piloted his lion, he was still able to back into his after.” Y/n took in a deep breath.

“What are you trying to say?”

“This isn’t our Shiro.”

“y/n, that’s crazy.” Keith stood up awkwardly.

“I know, it’s crazy. But, you wouldn’t understand!” they hissed. “But,” they took in a deep breath. “I know Shiro the best out of anyone in the castle. I’ve known him when we were teenagers. There are differences between before he went missing and after.” Y/n bunched up their hair and tugged on it slightly. “You don’t understand.” they let go of their hair and pushed Keith out of their bedroom.

No matter how much y.n tried to convince themself that this Shiro, they just couldn’t. As they laid down, they drifted off to sleep. They found themself, in a room. They wore all an all black outfit. “Hello?” they called out as they looked around. Y/n stood up as they straightened their outfit. Suddenly a corridor opened up. Without thinking, y/n walked through it, hoping to find an exit.

“Y/n!” they heard a voice call out.

“Hello!” they called back out.

“Y/n M/n L/n!” the voice called out. Y/n walked in the direction of the voice. Y/n stopped once they realized they were going in circles. They slowly fell to the floor and raked their fingers through their hair.

“Y/n!” they looked up at the voice, prepared to scream. They’re voice got caught in their throat when they saw Shiro. He leaned down to Y/n’s height. Slowly y/n brought their hands to their mouth before tears began to cascade down their face. Y/n pounced on Shiro making him topple over. Before Shiro even got to the ground he was replaced with a cloud of black smoke

Y/n woke up to see Shiro shaking them awake. “Y/n,” they sat up. “Are you ok?”

“Yeah, Shiro.” They stood up and reached up to kiss Shiro’s cheek and kissed it. “I just, had a dream about Earth.” y/n lied through their teeth to someone who may or may not be their true love. In the end, they knew, they’d have to figure this out as soon as they can.
