Rating the F1 current teammates based on if they've fucked or if they will.

Haasbands (Nico x Kevin.) Kevin literally said "suck my balls" and I'm 100% sure Nico did. They're too lovely and nice with each other for Nico not to have. Kevin is like, one penalty away from no longer being allowed to be anywhere near a track and he's still committing crimes for Nico.

Lance and Fernando. (Strollonso) These two mfs have the nastiest sex known to mankind and are proud of it. Lance has a thing for dilfs and men like 3 times his age. Lance has too many older men wrapped around his finger oml.

Charlos (Charles x Carlos) These mfs are acting too much like a divorced married couple to not have fucked at least once in their lives. They probably fucked nasty, too.

Chestappen. (Max x Checo) I'm sorry guys, but I have to put them in spot 4 just bc they honestly deserve it. Max has a thing for older guys and Checo has a thing for cheating. These two definitely fucked once. (Maybe drunk or not, but they fucked.)

Pierre and Esteban. (Pierresteban) These two remind me of two exes that just have WAY too much sexual tension. Their relationship is if Pierre took Esteban's virginity, and never called back and ignored him for years after until they got reunited as teammates. I feel like seven minutes in heaven will do them good. (You're either gonna open the door to them fucking or one of them dead. No in between)

Lolex(?) (Logan x Alex) Hey, they gotta get their anger from the team out somehow... They fucked once when they were drunk or just angry at each other. They didn't talk about it after but neither of them can't stop thinking about it.

Landoscar. (Lando x Oscar) Someone get them a room ASAP. They probably want to fuck each other but doesn't know the other one wants it. But Lando looks at him too fondly for there not to be something.

Gewis (George x Lewis) they should probably be higher but to me, they're where they belong. George probably wants to fuck him, but Lewis is still stuck up in his ex to want to feel intimate. They probably did hook up once or twice but Lewis cut it off.

Valterri and Zhou. These dudes are NOT doing the nasty. They probably kissed once just to know what it felt like, and will never do it again.

Daniel and Yuki. Let's be honest, these guys can barely stand each other. Yuki would rather give up cooking than hook up with Daniel. Yuki also wants to have his husband (Pierre) or his boyfriend (Liam) back. Daniel is also too obsessed with Max to think about anyone else.

Do we need to talk about driving standards?

I don’t really want to do this post because I’m about to slate drivers I like, but after today I think we need to discuss one of the issues that doesn’t seem to be being talked about. Driving standards and in particular certain drivers.

(I’m going to try really hard to keep this on track and not have it bleed into the FIA regs rant that is coming).

Today we saw a full race quali and a full race in a day, at times in horrendous and dangerous weather. Some people rose and some I now question WTF are you even doing?

In a race that claims a DNS, a crash on the formation lap, a start procedure infringement that has never happened before, a DSQ and a top 3 that all benefited from a red flag (more on that later) , plus we have no idea if and when the race classification will be finalised as out of 15 finishers, half have to go and see the stewards after the race, maybe we have to accept something went very very wrong here.

Let’s be clear I was the first one to say on Saturday that we need to remember we have 3 rookies and Lance Stroll on the grid and to ask them to run in that weather was asking for trouble and unfair. I really wish I’d be able to style that out as a joke, but after what we have seen today, I can’t.

Let’s get into it. There were 5 red flags in Qualifying as Colapinto, Stroll, Sainz, Albon and then Alonso all high fived the wall at speed. Dooming poor mechanics at the end of triple header, who had already been at the track since 4.30 to massive rebuild jobs.

Was it too dangerous to run? Well Lando in the McLaren (that would later prove to be as much use in rain as a paper boat in a gale force wind) kept improving, so I guess there was something in the track. George and the two RBs found something as well. Car or confidence, your decide.

So on the way to the grid Yuki gets fined TWICE for speeding in the pit lane. On a good day that would be a talking point, today not even mentioned.

We roll round to the race start. Alex’s car can’t be fixed. I struggle to understand why Williams gave up a P7 starting position but that’s another post. Off we go and 3 corners in, Lance is in the gravel 😒 Your mechanics have killed themselves to get you on the starting grid and you can’t even make it to the start? No words.

I’m not gonna lie as soon as I saw Lance stuck I assumed we were going for a second formation lap. I’m old enough to remember abandoned starts were different to aborted starts. When the lights changed Lando and George didn’t hesitate to go for the second lap. I know this is unusual but do we not clarify this with drivers regularly? Well obviously not as some cars moved and others stayed still. What are they talking about in driver meetings?

So we finally get the race under way and people are sort of holding it together. We have a couple of bumps, a few off road adventures and a spin or two but generally all within the realms of a wet race.

Until, Nico Hulkenberg gets stuck. Now Nico is an experienced driver. 200+ races. Now me, sat in a chair at home, knows that if a Marshall touches your car off the circuit you are out of the race. Why then when he saw 4 Marshall’s push him back on did he continue? And then line up in the pit lane at the red flag as if nothing had happened? It begs belief.

Then Colapinto. My heart broke for the Williams mechanics, to see the one car they had already fixed back in pieces. Ultimately in that weather you don’t push your luck on fresh tyres. I assume this is something you learn in karting. However that lack of judgement ultimately decided the race as the red flag gave the three podium sitters a free pitstop under a red flag.

To crown it all off we restarted the race in the most questionable conditions of the day and almost immediately Lando told us they couldn’t really see the car in front (if you are going to get that close to George’s rear end, take him on a date first!). Ollie Bearman showed us (a number of times) drivers were struggling to see the track. The camera couldn’t even see cars. Well it’s ok, cos we about to get a safety car, as yet again Carlos decides to visit the wall. Oh and has to go and see the stewards about driving dangerously!

Now at this point three of the drivers that caused red flags in quali have now caused issues in the race be it flags, safety cars or an aborted start. Three of the same 5. Let that sink in. Had it been 3 different drivers we could forget it, but three in both sessions? WTF were they doing? I’m shocked, annoyed and amused in equal measures. How? Twenty best drivers in the world so we are told.

And Oscar’s name got mentioned way too many times for comfort over this weekend. Spinning, off the track, causing a collision.

Don’t get me wrong we saw some awesome driving today. Max and Esteban in particular stand out, brilliant if lucky. Lando’s over take on George, and Liam defending Checo were what we like to see in the bravery department. Lewis decided to be himself for 10 laps and it was awesome. Finally a special word for Fernando. Clearly in pain but out of respect for the mechanics who had worked so hard to get two cars back on the grid for the race, determined to finish the race.

However it’s difficult to forget that we saw some questionable stuff today. Can it all be blamed on the conditions? Well I always argue that if you want to be an F1 Champion you have to be able to drive in all conditions. I think from now on I will be side eyeing a few drivers in that respect. Which is really hard as I like a lot of the drivers who I have mentioned in this post.

Not liking a driver does not give you a free pass to bodyshame them, or to wish literal death and severe harm on them, or to be racist and/or xenophobic towards them. Not liking a team doesn't give you a right to do the above to those afflicted with the team either, or to be misogynistic towards the women involved with those teams. Not liking which team or driver someone supports, does not give you a right to do any of the above.

The drivers and the teams may never see the hate you spill but wait. We all know that they do;

I'm not touching on the disgusting racist abuse faced by many of the drivers because there has been far too much to easily unpack but I do want to note that it got so bad last year that Alex for instance got such severe abuse last year his fans had to tell his family to go offline for a few days (not to forget the people who made up conspiracies about him and used his mother's past as a means to justify the abuse they were directing towards him).

I'll never forgot the amount of sexist hate directed at Hannah Schmitz, one of the few and one of the most recognizable women in the paddock who has lead red bulls strategy department the last couple of years, - because apparently women in motorsport are only valid if they're not under the red bull umbrella - which got so bad multiple of the drivers called it out publicly.

The multiple conspiracies created about and general racial discrimination faced by Yuki and Zhou which was and continues to be encouraged and spread by primarily the English speaking journalists and commentators

Let's not forget the sexist chants sung about Sophie Kumpen; Max's mother at Monza, or the literal death threats that were sent to his sister and young nephews.

The way some of you talk about Michael Schumacher, I don't have the words. The ski jokes has not once in the last decade been funny.

I could go on and on. I could literally do this all day.

Sure the drivers might never see it but that doesn't mean nobody will and we all see how conditional any form of your allyship is. "Racism is wrong unless it's about x, sexism is wrong unless it's about y, death threats are wrong unless it's about z, etc". Do better. You cannot claim the moral high ground, if you do any of the above, no matter how much higher you perceive yourself to be than the person you're directing the above towards.

As for death wishes or crash wishes, cop yourselves on to fuck. I would never wish what I've been through, what my family has been through, on my worst enemy, let alone some driver I'll probably never even meet. F1 is nowadays a safe enough sport but that has not always been the case and there is still no 100% guarantee of completely safety. The risk is still there even with all the advancements in safety. So many drivers have lost their lives or have had their lives altered forever as a result of a crash. Some of the drivers on the current grid are directly impacted or know those whose lives have been lost or altered because of a crash. Nearly everyone on that grid has a story. Some of you have their photos as your icons as you wish literal death and injury on their coworkers, their friends. They would be beyond disgusted by you. I can name far too many drivers who lost their lives in this sport, it shouldn't take naming them to make people realize that wishing for some to die like they did is a disgusting act. If it were to come true, would you celebrate? Would you cheer as the red flag came out? I don't think I want to know the answer, considering some of the things I've seen in the main tags over the last couple of years (see that one person who wanted to violently and literally stab and kill a driver or see that disgusting poll about which way would be best to literally kill another driver).

Don't start with but x did this or y fans did that, if they jumped off a cliff, would you? Why are you so eager to lower yourself to what you feel are their low standards or morals? And I don't blame a driver for the actions of someone who calls themselves a fan while doing anything that I've mentioned in this post, because they're not fans, they're people who use the driver they claim to back as a shield and as an excuse for their appalling behavior.

Also, if you have to say "I don't like driver x but I agree nobody deserves this type of abuse", get rid of everything before the but. You don't have to like someone to offer them basic respect or human decency.

I don’t know where junior f1 drivers find the audacity to throw hate around against F1 drivers, just because they seem to think they deserve those seats more.

To publicly spread hate for a driver when you’re vying for their seat is shitty behavior as a person, and also incredibly stupid pr-wise. I’ve seen some excuses made for Bianca because “she’s young” “she’s only 18” but coming from someone who is the same age as her, she should know better. She isn’t a child and there isn’t an excuse on Earth that makes her hate towards Lance and her ableism okay.

I wonder why it’s always Lance, too. First Drugovich now Bianca Bustamante. I know he gets flak for being a “pay driver” or a nepo baby, but people love to act as if he’s the only one who got into F1 through money and connections when he isn’t. Some of the most loved drivers on the grid got where they are from momey and connections, but Lance is the only driver I ever see get hate for it.

At the very least, I’m glad to see people are recognizing her behavior for being as bad as it is instead of brushing it off. Both because of her ablelist language, and because most of the time when I see Lance recieve hate no one really acknowledges it.

Sorry they had Max Verstappen pointing to the Honda sign (like I almost bought a Civic off the big dick energy) and breaking every record known to man while appearing in their commercials and just being THAT guy…and they wouldn’t let RB out of having a Honda driver and then ditched them only to go to Aston and allow them to keep Lance?
