Little Caesars meet I, Big Brutus.

Get it? Literary pun? Yes? No? Okay. I think I can be punny. (There I go again!)

Food Rate: 3.2, on a good day in the summer.

Employee Stars: 1 tiny far far FAR away star, just because it is a franchise does not mean your store is the best.

Atmosphere Take: Family Friendly, with a let me just grab something real quick; the kids are hungry, I’m hungry and I just found a $5 and change in the car. 

What was ordered on this summer’s day was 2 Ready-Hot pizzas, one cheese, one pepperoni because well got to have the mix, and 2 (not-so)crazy breads. Maybe it was an off day in the kitchen; but I certainly see that it’s a natural routine for the front end staff to be so incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Granted yes it is just a franchise pizza joint; and honestly made for fast family dinners and on budget college kids but there is no reason to be so negative at your job. And there is no reason to argue with a customer, to the point where the PAYING customer can’t even get a word it. Being over-charged, being lied too, being yelled at, and not even an apology or word from the manager.

The pizza was luke-warm at best, (the cheese was already getting to that hard state-like it has been sitting there for a few hours on your kitchen counter after you stuffed yourself up binge watching OITNB) Not to mention those slice cuts were as wacky as they come! And the bread sticks were just warmed up, toasted pieces of white bread with no flavoring. A total SHITFEST, if I do say so myself.

The environment is EH (of what their pay allows them), but wouldn’t hold your breath for exceptional service.

Atmosphere same as any other Little Caesar’s you’ll encounter your life--cleanliness as one can expect-not maintained very well. I would say grab-and-go is your best bet, save the relaxation time with the family/friends at your house or anywhere else for that matter. 

So we are torn to pieces. Already sent in customer complaint because NEVER AGAIN. At least for this location. Hit or miss food? You let us know.

Pizza Hut you broke my heart...

Then fixed it again, because terrible feedback is a company’s worst nightmare. And well, I cannot stay mad at you. 

Food Rate: 3.8, because of the bombin’ pizza, awesome hut flavors, and the delivery drivers here are the bees knees.

Employee Stars: 1  itty-bitty star, just because you are not going to ‘work there forever’ doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give a shit.

Atmosphere Take: A Mexican Standoff, with a let me just grab something real quick if they even acknowledge me in the store; I’m hangry for some cheesy goodness at this point and they said 15 minutes over the phone 25 minutes ago.

What was ordered was simple, one 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 pepperoni, sausage pizza because we had the kids and of course they hate what each other picks. (Rolls Eyes Hard). As an avid pizza lover-- I do not give a flying hoot about toppings. Just give me a warm slice! Maybe it was an off day in the store; but I certainly see that it’s a natural routine for the staff to be so incredibly unprofessional. I mean I’m standing here. 3 other people are standing here. No one is being acknowledge and people are getting impatience... I see 3 people overall back there and not one could say ‘Hi!” or, “Someone will be with you shortly”. Common courtesy guys! If you forgot you WORK in the food industry. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101.

Granted yes it is just a franchise pizza joint; but come on let people know that you see them. It is not that hard, even a freaking smile would have done it. And there is no reason to argue with a customer, to the point where the PAYING customer just wants to leave. Being over-charged, breadsticks being burnt (this is a usual at this location), being ignored and forgotten, and not even an apology or word from the manager until corporate stepped in. THANK GOD.

The pizza was as usual top notch. I can’t complain nothing was burnt and it was freshly made. And I LOVE their cheese. That’s unfortunately not the case for the customer next to me who waited 20+ minutes for her box to receive burnt food and rude remarks from an employee that, “It’s not burnt...You can have a new batch but you would have to wait another 20 minutes since nothing is made...” If I didn’t have the kids with me they would have heard a lot more of me... 

Our situation; We were finally helped after 8 minutes of just standing at the counter. I could count 3 employees in the back just watching us dumbfounded as we waited to be acknowledged. After they took our money we were ignored for another customer who had complaints as well and our pizza wasn’t even handed to us. It was just waiting there in the heater. Waiting. Like really? I want to grab, go, and flick everyone off at this point. 

The environment is EH (of what their pay allows them), but wouldn’t hold your breath for exceptional service from their employees. It’s simple service; Greet. Smile. Help. Goodbye. It’s not rocket science!

Atmosphere same as any other Pizza Hut maintained well. I would say delivery  is your best bet, save the relaxation time and leave your jammies on with the family/friends at your house or anywhere else for that matter.

So we are divided. We LOVE our delivery drivers that come to our house. We LOVE the new reward system. But we are NOT in love with their in-store employees. Already sent in customer complaint because NEVER AGAIN should any paying customer be treated as such. At least for this location. Hit or miss food? You let us know.

**If you guys know, I am a HUGE pizza fanatic. And I was disappointed with Pizza Hut of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. BUT corporate knows how to treat with their customers with respect and we received a free voucher for our troubles. Hopefully the woman who was with us that day got one too because Lord knows she deserved it.**
