North Fork Skokomish River

- These pictures are of the absolute best swimming spot in the world. The river squeezes between two enormous rocks before widening out, so there is a nice little pool that forms that you can jump into from the top of the first rock. The water is crystal clear, only a little chilly, and has that classic gatorade blue color. The water flows slowly enough to be nearly unnoticeable, but is still enough to carry a less-than-stellar swimmer safely to shore.
