Well at first it started as an artstyle study of Tracy Butler's sketch, but then humanized her real quick.

She reminds me of Julie Andrews in her role as Mary Poppins in the movie from the 60s. Warm, kind, motherly, and a big dust of musical tendencies🎶

“……In my research into the legends concerning The Hooded Man and his origins, I discovered memoirs allegedly attributed to a man named “Theo” who appeared to have some sort of double life working as a courier during the day and as Atlas’s ruthless enforcer and bodyguard at night under a different name. Theo was said to know a myriad of secret pathways throughout the city of St. Louis which could be why Atlas hired him. Theo’s writings mention a woman named Sophie who he appears to have developed a close relationship to. It is unlikely that Sophie is aware of Theo’s double life and even more unlikely that Atlas ever knew her. This may be because Theo wanted to keep his different lives separate. It was not until three months after Sophie’s death from scarlet fever did the first cracks start appearing in the friendship between Atlas and Theo….”
