I haven't played Genshin Impact for some time but I hate how some people are defending Hoyo by saying stuff like "Quit playing if it's that big of a deal" or "It's just a game, it's not that deep." But people don't get that it lacks representation.

The representation of ethnicities and skin tones of Latin American people is a joke to Hoyo. The art directors and character design are absurdly prejudiced.

I don't get the point of studying an entire continent and not having black and brown characters. Nor are all Asian Chinese characters completely white. I really want to see more diverse updates, but they seem to be forgotten which is sad.
