Lacet crochet rooster!! 🐓🐓🐓🐓 This took me a while, but it was still rewarding for trying lacet stitch for the first time. It's like filet, but creates wider spaces. I've got no idea what I'll do with it, but it's a thing that exists now, lol. • Um livro para ler em um dia • Caçadores de Tempestade - Laís Lacet.

Não é a primeira leitura que eu faço da autora, então fui com muita vontade de acompanhar o universo que ela criou, e o lamento veio: TEM APENAS 36 PÁGINAS!

Empenhados em resgatar um parceiro preso pelo império enquanto liberta diversas crianças de trabalhos forçados, Tifa e sua equipe se vêem num dilema ao saber do perigo que pode colocar tudo e todos a perder. É bem curtinho, como eu havia dito, e por isso não irei além disso, mas a história é tão bem contada que você deseja mais e não esquece tão fácil os personagens. Vale super a pena a leitura. 

• Um livro que você devia ter lido em 2022 mas não leu • A Casa dos Espíritos - Isabel Allende

Não foi o primeiro livro da Isabel que eu li e me arrependo de não ter começado por ele.

Eu me preparei por saber que a autora colocou muito do que viveu (a família dela esteve no foco do golpe sofrido pelo Chile na década de 70) mas não foi suficiente e agora me encontro sem saber como explicar o quanto essa história mexeu comigo. Ao longo de 448 páginas acompanhei a história de uma família por 3 gerações sem perder o interesse e fiquei completamente presa ao conhecer ela se mantendo através de Clara, a vidente, Blanca, a rebelde e Alba.

Não tem como ficar impassível nessa leitura porque cada gente que vai se achegando nas Três Marias ou na Casa da Esquina passa por essas três de uma forma inesquecível, o que torna lamentável cada partida, mesmo que não eterna. Foi temendo a falta desse clima de lutas internas tendo como fortaleza a proeza de ser de todos, que fiquei triste por ter chegado ao fim, mesmo que querendo correr para ele para saber como tudo acabava - e haja sofrimento!

As três mostraram a graça e fortaleza da vida, principalmente no enfrentamento das dores diversas que as mulheres estão destinadas a carregar. E isso é tão inquebrável entre elas, sendo uma fonte para a outra, que nem a parte narrada pelo maldito patriarca tira esse brilho - na verdade, só reforça, principalmente com o leitor acompanhando como essas mulheres, de diferentes formas, e em épocas diferentes, tornou a vida desse homem num inferno.

Depois de um período de perda, Esteban reaparece na vida de Clara e torna-se o seu marido, mas, como a maior parte dos homens de sua época, não aceita que o corpo de uma mulher pertença a ele sem a alma vir junto. A Clara leva a vida de uma forma completamente diferente do jeito dele, o que deixa ele completamente atormentado. Acompanhar a forma como ele cresceu na vida é um lembrete constante de porque é preciso que a luta de classes esteja bem viva. A parte mais complicada da leitura, além de todo horror passado por cada um, tenha sido esse homem narrando e se explicando, e não fosse a Clara ensinando sobre o milagre que é viver com a consciência de que a vida envolve sobrevida de diversas formas, sem que isso te descaracterize como forte, eu teria odiado muito o final pacífico de quem tanto trouxe o inferno à terra.

Eu realmente poderia ficar falando por horas sobre cada personagem, sobre as diferentes épocas e as grandes transformações e o longo período de trevas que destroçou a América Latina durante algumas décadas (a ferida continua aberta, apesar de tentarem esconder), mas é necessária a leitura para muita coisa ser compreendida e sentida da melhor forma, então só me resta recomendar a leitura desse livro incrível nível sair gritando no meio da rua para que todos possam sentir tudo que a história oferece porque todo sofrimento vivido aqui vale a pena.
