Eddie obviously knows how to sew (hes not only dirt-poor living off of a single consistent paycheck and whatever he earns selling drugs, but hes also a punk- theres no way he DOESNT know how to sew), but steve most definitely does. not. one of his shirts get a hole and he throws it out.

When eddie first witnesses this, hes fucking MORTIFIED and ends up digging a t-shirt out of the trash and sewing the hole closed and fixing the loose stitching on the hem and gives steve a lecture about not wasting fabric and money.

And from then on, steve just shows up at the munson household every now and then with various clothes in his arms, asking eddie to fix them for him.

One of my favourite companion commentary moments about the Solavellan relationship in dav is when Harding, a certified Solas hater at this point, is like: "Solas is stupid, he had the freaking Inquisitor, the Heral of Andraste!, as his wife and he left to do his silly, elfy, sad stuff anyway! Because he's an idiot. Does he know he's an idiot? He could have been at home, with his wife, in Skyhold, chilling, reading books instead of being trapped in prison! Idiot. Who breaks the hero of Thedas' heart? An idiot, that's who! I still hate him for everything he did to the Titans, but to hurt the Inquisitor too!?"

Meanwhile, Morrigan is like: "Thirsty for Dread Dick even at the end of the world, I see?" when the Inquisitor tries to get people to try and redeem him.

so when adaar tells harding that they got her mother out of danger in ferelden before the blight really hit, and that she's safe with 'some old friends' for the duration... good people of tumblr I was just hit with the incredibly funny concept that harding's ma is spending the entirety of the veilguard double blight hanging out with the valo-kas mercenary company. ma harding and shokrakar is the buddy comedy duo I didn't realize I needed until right in this moment. they butt heads to begin with but end up seeing eye to eye eventually. with the help of some crates, and creativity.

(...in fact since harding's parents have canonically amicably divorced since inquisition.......( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) hello my second nichest but also perhaps most valid dragon age pairing thus far. lace bringing taash home with her for the first time only to find her mother standing on a chair to also be passionately making out with a powerful and bluntly hilarious vashoth warrior is something that can actually be so personal.)

Had a dream last night of the Veilguard team sunbathing on the coast of Rivian. My Room (F!Shadow Dragon Rogue who romanced Lucanis), and Neve in their skivvies on the beach with sunglasses firmly in place. Bell tried to chill with them but then Emmrich and Manfred set up a fancy little area with a massive white tent, iced tea, chairs, rug, and books and she just couldnt help herself. Taash, Harding, and Davrin are wrestling in the water. Lucanis isn't sure how to relax and is sipping a thermos of coffee at the edge of Emmrich's little set up.

Assan is fishing. Manfred also manages to capture a truly massive fish and is just toddling around in the background, hissing happily, holding it out in front of him by its tail.
