Pictures from an organic chemistry laboratory turned 8 today!

During these years I have done more than a thousand chemical reactions, isolated several hundred compounds, and many of these were never described before.

During these years I have done more than a thousand chemical reactions, isolated several hundred compounds, and many of these were never described before. I discovered many interesting things in chemistry, and at least 4 organic transforations that were never reported before.

A pair of highly fluorescent flask with a recently prepared organic dye in them used for chemiluminescent reactions. 

Both flaks only contain a few mg of this compound but they glow under UV light pretty intense and look great!
