Lenore - Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl.

I should mention that I met Lenore, when she was looking for Jhonen Vasquez comics. This is how I got to know the work of Roman Dirge and the little girl he created.

Little Lenore was based on a poem by Edgar Allan Poe. She is a girl who died from an illness, and while they were preparing her body for embalming, she was resurrected.

Her adventures occur around a monstrous and dangerous environment. But in her childlike innocence, she ignores many of these dangerous things. Or in other cases, she provokes them (poor hamters).

Duck Comic Reading Club Week 13: Paperinik New Adventures: Fountains of the Moon

And we're here with another hit for this week issue.

We start things off with the discovery that Evronians has been on the planet, many centuries ago. The art of this city landscape is gorgeous. I won't get tired of saying how good PK art can be.

This is a Xadhoom comic, by the way, so, you know is going to be good. She needs help to track a possible survival ship, in exchange of her help against Evronians.

Come on!? You were best friends a couple weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Zargon gets new orders, he has to recover the spores. He didn't like his work apparently.

But, you know Zargon?

Your race have conquered planet after planet, but with you in charge, planet Earth is kicking you all in the ass. Be happy you're still employed.

The super computer and the genius scientific try to locate the spores nest, but they're outsmarted by the common man. PK found the nest in Africa.

I'm so happy the babies are in the farm now. Keep them away for the danger.

Xadhoom waste no time to fly to the location. On the other hand, PK has to take a commercial flight.

Ok, in the infinite garage, there's not a single vehicle he could take? Why the hell is PK flying commercial?

It is a 25-32 hour flight. In all that time, the Evronians are going to take all the spores. Terrible idea.

Well, at least Donald traveled business class.

He annoyed the hell out of his partner.

Donald arrived to Africa where he met Professor Bruceburton, an anthropology. Looks like she and Uno have been exchanging emails.

Lairduck. Is like Ducklair, but inverse. Very subtle, Uno.

The next three pages are… just look at them.

The color, the illumination, the emotion, the dialogue. I get some people might see PK and think, is just a weird Donald comic with a superhero gimmick.

But there's genuinely good things to find in those pages.

Anyway, we have an Evronians' invasion to stop. Our heroes got face-to-face with those nasty aliens, and of course, they beat the hell out of them.

Until...

PK was hit by the slave ray, and know he's just another Evronians' pawn.

But worry not, Xadhoom has the solution.

We have this saying, muerto el perro, muerta la rabia. Xadhoom took it literally.

By the way, we are in the middle of Africa, under the attack of an evil alien force. Of course the US army decides to attack.

She returned to the battle, and destroyed the Evronians.

Poor bastards, the made a living invading the Backyardigans or the Cubeez or Franklin the turtle. The first time they cross someone with the power to oppose them, and everything falls appart.

And now even the earthers are fighting. AND WINNING.

The Evronians run away, of course, but they leave Zargon behind. He now has a one-on-one duel with Xadhoom.

She's so cool.

The fight is not graphic at all, in fact, they only show key moments. But is done in such an amazing way.

Sometimes I sincerely criticize some decisions the comic takes, but not this time. They did great showing a vicious fight with no real violence. You know Zargon is dead.

And to end everything nice and sweet, PK is alive.

They're friends.

They both part ways, and is time to come back home.

Oh.

Looks like Zargon is not that dead yet.

Donald takes the flight back to Duckburg, and is reunited with his travel partner, who's turned out to be the army general, who's name is Abraham Lincoln.

He might want to avoid the theater.

This was a really good issue, is always a pleasure to have Xadhoom around. And it looks like the next one is going to be as good.

PK is on a roll.

Oh? There's a Angus story? To that I say, see you next week.

Bueno , si estás diciendo esto , te voy a decir lo que pienso de esta situación para que sepas lo que estás haciendo y también a mí:

•Primero , hiciste un comic de The Owl House de Lumity +18 junto el ship de Roselle x Brenda muy exagerado , sabes que a mi no me gusta esa clase de cosas como animes ecchi , hentai , cosas de pedofilia , necrofilia , NSFW , +18 , abusos sexuales , etc

•Segundo , tú serie de FNAFNG está lleno de animales antropomorficos y ships raros , también hacías cosas transfobicas con ellos , no sabes que ellos son animatronicos hechos de máquinas y con varios conceptos para crear uno por uno y hay agujeros de guión por todas partes , por eso es que tú serie no tiene sentido y no tiene desarrollo en los personajes incluyendo la historia que cuentas

•Tercero , cuando tus propios fans hacían sus dibujos de tú serie para que veas su maravilloso talento , en vez de decir algo bueno , tú solo decías que ese dibujo estaba muy mal y despreciabas todo lo que hacen

•Cuarto , manipulabas a varías víctimas de cosas incoherentes , incluso hiciste que algunos usuarios de Biotex le dieran la espalda a él y gracias a ti , se quedó totalmente triste y destrozado , además de eso , cuando estabas pidiendo tus disculpas a todos , solamente te dedicas a victimizarte y echarle la culpa a las verdaderas víctimas

•Por último , hacías plagios y calcos de otras artistas para qué sean tuyos cuando en realidad no lo son y eso está mal , demasiado mal de tú parte hacer eso , burlaste una muerte muy trágica de unos estudiantes y decías que no entendíamos el humor negro cuando estabas viendo el video de Biotex sobre ti en directo , en vez de aprender y darte cuenta de tus errores , solo decías cosas que no tiene nada que ver con todas tus acciones que hiciste y no estabas prestando atención lo que decía Biotex , eso no me agrada nada de ti

Realmente me hace pensar que sería mejor estar con Biotex Racoon y no creer en tus mentiras y engaños para intentar volver a manipular y hacer lo típico de ti , espero que estés en la miseria total , date por muerta en el infierno y que ese chico Biotex acabe contigo y de tú propia vida de una vez por todas , lo siento si estoy diciendo esto pero esa es mi opinión y quiero que lo sepas algún día y quedé esto como recordatorio y aclaración en tú cabeza o de lo contrario , voy a ir a darte tú merecido y verás las consecuencias de tus actos

Para empezar, no sé ni quien eres ni tu a mi tampoco me conoces.

Solo estas continuando con lo mismo igual que Biotex, recalcar algo que ya pasó y de lo cual ya me disculpé con anterioridad. No estas recalcando nada nuevo.

Decir que soy una persona miserable y prometer que me me vas a dar mi merecido, es más bien una amenaza. Si realmente eres amigo de Biotex, entonces me lo compruebas con tus acciones, eres igual que él. Que reitero que a él no lo conozco y sigo sin saber qué le hice y nadie me ha dicho qué le hice. Solo empezó a decir "Namy Gaga me hizo algo" pero sigue sin decir qué.

No, no he aprendido nada de ti, porque a ti no te conozco y tu tampoco me conoces a mi. A Biotex tampoco lo conozco y lo que he aprendido de él es que es rencoroso y amante de la atención reviviendo funas pasadas de gente que nisiquiera lo conocía. Básicamente, el básico crítico de youtube al estilo Dalas. Mucho lloriqueo, insultos y gritadería disfrazada de "crítica y justicia de internet"

Aprendí algo de ti? Creo que si. Que eres igual que él y que enfocarte en cosas pasadas y en el recor de inclusive alguien que ko conoces y nunca te hizo nada directamente, solo te van a hundir mas en odio.

No des gracias por LEERTE* porque ni siquiera me digné a leer una biblia llena de oído. No es parte de mi terapia darle pelota a gente que solo viene a ladrar.

Dia De Los Muertos Photo Shoot

This October I got a the opportunity to photograph a La Muerta cosplay for Coffin Comics.

I had expressed before our shoot that I would love to do something more creative and for Dia De Los Muertos. The model happily accepted and even stayed late for me to play around.

We ended up getting these beautiful shots! The lighting from only the candles. One of my favorite things to do in my work is to play with light. To try and not use my studio lights if I can!

I have to thank this model and all models who let us artist be creative and trust the process!
