In ch 103 "our Lord lies in slumber" zeno and the original dragons make this pack the pack to meet above the heavens this is the last time zeno ever saw any of them before all the STUFF happened and in the latest chapter....

Zeno states that his Wish is for "to return the dragon warriors to heaven so in other words to fulfill the final pack made with his long dead brothers to "meet again" up in the sky 😭😭😭 annnddddddd...

This could also be what he means by wish the wish/packed he and his brothers made so long ago 😭😭😭💀
