Mount Nokogiriyama is a 330-meter tall mountain along the western coast of the Boso Peninsula. Spread out along the slopes of the mountain is Nihonji Temple, a Soto Zen Buddhist temple, which was commissioned about 1300 years ago, making it one of the oldest sites of worship in the Kanto Region. The complex is extensive and consists of multiple areas, connected by a network of walking paths. It takes over an hour to explore them all.

ヒラメは普段あまり食べるネタではないのでどんな感じか少々不安もありましたが、本日のおすすめ定食ということで頼んでみ��した。

正解😊

写真では上手く表せませんでしたが、身がツヤツヤとしていて、口に入れるとトロリと滑らかな食感。甘みと旨味があり、臭みは全くありませんでした。

さざえのつぼ焼きも、温かく程よい味付けでした。

なめろうは、単品で注文。写真を撮る前に取り分けてしまったので、ちょっと寂しい姿になってしまいましたが、美味しかったです。
